Create Your Own E-Book Without Ever Writing A Word Resale Rights Ebook

Do not for a moment think that an ebook does not require a cover. If you're going to sell your ebook to the public, go the extra half mile and get some great cover art for it. Of course your ebook is full of all your best, Grade A meat. It discusses a sought-after topic, was prepared by a solid ghostwriter, and was edited and approved by you yourself. Customers should be able to read about you on the Internet, click on a text link, and buy your book. Write it and they will come. Right?

Wrong. Even online, people continue to judge books by their covers. Look at it like this. Would you buy a book from Barnes and Noble if it were just a stack of papers stapled together? Heck no you wouldn't. For $15.95, you want something with an official binding and cover.

What would bookstores be like if every shelf held only stacks of paper held together with binder clips, large staples, rubber bands or manila folders? Even if Edgar Allen Poe wrote the pages (assuming you hadn't heard of him), and his handwritten pages were sitting there, hardly a soul would be enticed to buy.

No matter how good a book is, it must be nicely packaged. The value of a paper book is exponentially increased by the addition of nothing more than a glue binding and nice cover. Likewise, and ebook's sale-ability and appeal is exponentially increased when it is packaged with an appropriate cover.

In order to sell well, a book sitting on a retail shelf will actually have to have more than just any old cover. It will need to have a spine as well. And the pages cannot be attached with notebook rings (usually). The cover should appear to be professionally designed. In other words, a red cover from Kinko's will not make buyer's pull out their credit cards and rack up purchases. Brick and mortar booksellers know how to sell books. They do it with eye-catching displays and covers with color, catchy text, and shiny spines.

And if they really want to grab your attention with a book, they may make a special display, offer a bonus, have the author available to sign copies, or set a particular book on a particular shelf where it will be more visible to passers by.

As we all know, it's tough to sell a book! Sometimes even good covers get passed by, because other covers are more enticing! So, hear me when I tell you, don't even think of trying to market an ebook without cover art!

Consumers want to see a picture of what they're getting. And that picture has to look good. It has to make them say, "Wow, that looks like an incredible book!" You have only a second or two to grab their attention. You must do it with a picture. And the picture must be as good as it can possibly be!

There is one thing that has to be said about Internet marketers. They are advertising innovators. Internet marketers simply tossed out all of the written-in-stone advertising policies of brick and mortar advertisers and devised new and effective ways to reach their potential customers.

The Internet itself changed the way that people buy things. People no longer have to get dressed, drive into town, find a parking place, stand in line or wear out their shoe leather searching for the products and services that they want. Three cheers for the Internet!

Internet marketers devised ways in which to reach their customer base that were unheard of in the brick and mortar world of advertising and now these giants of innovation have come up with yet another method that defies all of the principles of advertising that have been established over the years. This new and innovative marketing technique that I?m talking about is called a “give away event” or a “Joint Venture give away event”

Can you imagine a group of brick and mortar stores getting together and agreeing to give free „stuff? to one another?s customers? I can?t either. It isn?t likely that Sears is going to give something free to JC Penny customers, is it? Brick and mortar stores wouldn?t even dream of giving something free to stores that are not in competition with them. JC Penny would never give something free to customers of an automotive store even though JC Penny doesn?t sell automotive supplies. It just isn?t done in the brick and mortar world. But it IS done on the Internet.

When this marketing technique first came on the Internet, the Joint Venture give away was done only between October and mid-December to try to take advantage of the holiday shopping season but now the Joint Venture give away happens all year long.

The idea here is that people are more than one-dimensional. People who are deeply into Internet marketing, for example, also have spouses, kids, dogs, cats, like to ski or buy boats. People who are avid fishermen may also be interested in getting the best interest rate on their savings or learning to play a guitar. People may belong to one mailing list that reflects their main interest but that doesn?t mean that they are not interested in other products or services.

Air-drying flowers is a simple, fun hobby that can save you money by providing free material to make dried flower decorations for your home or to give as gifts. It's very simple to air-dry flowers. All you need is a place to hang them out of direct light, rubber bands and either paperclips or florist wire. I have used wooden pegged coffee cup hangers and pieces of lattice attached to the kitchen wall as places to air-dry flowers. You can also insert cup hooks into a wall and use those.

Once you have a place to hang them set up, you can begin to find flowers to dry. Hopefully you have a variety of flowers growing in your yard to experiment with. If not, you can find wildflowers growing alongside roads or in forests. If you are using these flowers, be sure to take care of the plants you take the flowers from. This ensures that there is plenty of plant growth for insects, birds and other wildlife to use.

Some flowers that have air-dried well for me are: Yarrow (Achillea millefolium), pompon Dahlias (Dahlia hortensis), Poppy seed heads (Papaver somniferum), Roses (Rosa), Marjoram (Origanum vulgare), Delphinium, Larkspur (Consolida ambigua), Lavender (Lavandula Augustifolia), African Marigold (Tagetes erecta), Strawflower (Helichrysum bracteatum), Globe Thistle (echinops ritro), Cornflower (Centaurea cyanus), Statice (Limonium sinuatum), Globe amaranth (Gomphrena globosa), and Love-in-amist (Nigella damascena) seed heads.

To find flowers that air-dry well, it's good practice to experiment. If it doesn't dry well, you gain the knowledge not to use it next time. Sometimes, an air-dried flower that doesn't look good to one person may look pleasing to another.

With most flowers, the best stage to dry them is when they are just beginning to open. Depending on the flower, if you hang it too late, the petals will fall off. You will learn this as you experiment. Others, you will want to wait until the seed head is developed because this is the decorative part.

The best time to cut flowers for drying is late morning after the due has dried and on a dry day. I like to take a wicker basket with a handle and my scissors with me and take a walk around the yard snipping what looks appealing.

Once you have your flowers picked, you can prepare them for air-drying. To do this, bundle eight to ten stems with a rubber band at the cut end of the flowers. The rubber band works especially well because as the flowers dry, the stems will shrink and the rubber band will shrink to the appropriate size of the bunch. Now you can insert an unraveled paper clip or florist wire inside the rubber band and bend it to form a hook that the bunch can hang over a peg, piece of lattice or hook. Hang the bunch of flowers upside down and depending on the weather, they will probably take anywhere from one to three weeks to dry completely. You can tell they are dry completely when they feel crisp to the touch.

Air-drying flowers make a fabulous decoration by themselves, but when they are dry, you can take them down and make dried flower arrangements, Christmas ornaments, dried flower wreaths and more.

Irish Crochet And How To Make It Resale Rights Ebook

Figure 57A - This filling is a very favorite one in Irish crochet. It is composed of chainstitch bars with picots. To learn it, baste a piece of braid or a ch of sts upon a piece of foundation in the form of a square. Join the cotton with a d c to the righthand corner of square. * Work 5 ch, 1 d c in the 4th st from needle, ch 7, 1 d c in the 4th st from needle, ch 2; this makes a complete picot bar. Lay this bar along the lower edge to the left, and, using it as a measure, observe where the center between the 2 p comes; work 1 d c into the ch or braid at that point, repeat from * along the lower edge of the square. In the model the row ends with a half bar thus: ch 5, 1 d c into the 4th st from hook, ch 1, take the half bar across the corner and work 1 d c in the left-hand edge. Work a p bar as before; 1 d c over the chain between the 2 p of last bar in the 1st row, repeat the whole way across, ending with a half bar. Continue row upon row of these picot bars until the space is filled, taking care to make the joinings to the edges of the square, so as not to interfere with the evenness of the diagonal lines of the filling. Practice this filling, first in square spaces, and then in irregularly shaped ones, until you can fill them up evenly and easily before attempting to fill in the lace. Like all fillings, the worker must adapt it as she proceeds to the particular shape of each space to be filled. In filling a piece of lace the easiest point from which to start the filling is near the end of an angle or a narrow space.

Figure 57B - Join the thread one-fourth inch from the bottom of narrow space, * ch 5, join the last 4 sts in a p by working a d c in the 2nd st of ch, ch 1, 1 d c in the other side of space about one-fourth inch higher up than the 1st d c; * repeat from * making t c instead of d c as the space widens.

Figure 57C - This filling is a regular filling having but one picot to a loop, and is made as follows: ch 5, 1 d c in the 2nd ch, ch 4, miss a space half the length of a loop and catch with a d c; repeat, working the second row into the first.

Figure 57D - This filling is a chain and knot background; for directions for working the knot see "Explanation of Stitches". This knot is not as much used as the chain and picot for background, as it is harder to make, but as it makes a very beautiful background it is well worth practicing to acquire the art of making it successfully. Chain 5, make a knot on the 5 ch, ch 4, miss a space half the length of the chain and catch with a d c; repeat as required, working the 2nd row into the 1st.

Figure 57E - This filling is a variation of that at C. The bars are made in the same way, but are not placed in the same orderly manner, with diagonal lines, but are worked irregularly, d t c, t c, d c and sl sts are used as necessary in catching the chains. Many workers prefer the irregular filling, finding it easier to work; it is very largely used. There is a general principle which should be observed in all fillings; that is, to make the holes between the bars as uniform in size as possible, even when, as in this filling, they must be varied in shape. Nothing looks worse than to see one portion openly filled, and another closely filled in the same piece of lace.

Investing In You : The Power Of Positive Thinking Resale Rights Ebook

You know that positive thinking improves your mental health. But did you know It can also improve your physical health? The power of your thoughts is so strong, it can actually affect the way your body behaves and improve a host of physical ailments- or even bring you from the brink of death.

Take Christopher Reeve. The actor who will be forever remembered for his powerful performance as Superman will also be remembered for his remarkable recovery after a horse-riding accident left him completely paralyzed. Yet not only did Reeve live far longer than any doctor predicted, he made great strides toward recovery and was able to move parts of his body that were pronounced forever lost to him before his death in 2004. Reeve survived for nine years after the accident and proved he truly was a super man.

How did he do it? Positive thinking. According to researchers who analyzed his case, Reeve’s optimistic attitude and can-do mindset were almost entirely responsible for the unparalleled level of recovery he experienced.

When you banish negative thoughts from your mind, your physical health responds tremendously. It has long been known that there is a correlation between emotional and physical health; often referred to as the “mind-body connection.” Improving your outlook and practicing positive thinking strengthens your mind-body connection and makes you healthy, even to the point of extending your life.

Studies have shown that depression and negative thought decreases antibodies and leaves you more open to infection and disease. Those who are unhappy or stressed exhibit weaker immune responses to vaccines; take longer to heal; are more susceptible to colds and viruses; and experience stronger symptoms.

There is documented scientific evidence that electrical activity in the brain related to emotion has a direct effect on the body’s ability to heal and fights off disease. Negative thoughts produce a surge of activity in the right prefrontal cortex, which brings about a weak immune response; while positive thoughts produce activity in the left prefrontal cortex and strengthens immune response. It is true: happy people are healthier, simply because they are happy!

A positive thought program may also possess the ability to protect you from Alzheimer’s or other degenerative aging diseases. Because part of the process of positive thinking involves a continual quest for self-improvement and encourages you to stay mentally active, your mind will be in better shape as you age and you will be less susceptible to degenerative disease such as Alzheimer’s, osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis. A sharp mind helps to maintain a sharp body.

Don’t underestimate the power of positive thinking in regards to your own health. You can think yourself healthy; and you will find that you have more energy, fewer colds, and an increased vitality. Perhaps some day, science will discover a way to inject happiness as a means to combat disease. Until then, we will have to be responsible for creating our own happiness.

How To Make Your Home Sell PLR Ebook

The omission of a middle man is perfectly justifiable if you can manage to sell your house without enlisting his help. This particular tactic is not very difficult to understand. You save a great amount of money if you do not have to pay your real estate agent his commissions for getting you buyers for your house.

Moreover, by doing so, that is, removing the middle man you can also afford to lower the price you have quoted for your house, leading to the much faster selling of the house.

However, with this decision to sell your house without the help of a real estate agent means that the work to be done on your part increases. Such work for the agent is part of his daily routine as he has to encounter such formalities with every project he gets.

For you, thought it maybe new, it is not impossible to accomplish, and you will soon find how. The first thing an agent will do when you hire him is he will come and see your house for himself. He will need to know whether your house is in a presentable condition. Then he will go about telling you what are the things that need fixing and altering. He may even consult a staging professional at this stage.

Designers that specialize in commercial property and work do projects for businesses. The type of business varies greatly. You can do work for banks, hotels, restaurants, law firms; you name it. Any business that you can dream of is open to this specialty.

Good people skills and negotiation techniques are a vital aspect of this specialty as well. After all, you are dealing with business people. They respond well to a good business person. You could be required to design an office space, a hallway, lobby, and possibly and entire interior building. The possibilities are endless here.

This is a specialty where your ability to estimate the value of your own work will come in handy because many businesses accept bids from the designers that they are interested in working with. Also, you will often have to work under specific instructions as to what the client is looking for, so listening skills will be important here.

This type of specialty can be very lucrative if you can establish a good rapport with your client. Doing a good job will lead to a steady, return client, and your ability to satisfy this client will often guarantee you more work as the client’s word of mouth can lead to other businesses desiring your services.

You may also have to work a little more closely with your client in this field as well because business people like to be on top of things to ensure that they are done right. It may be a little bit annoying at times, but it is worth it in the end.

Video Profits MRR Ebook

As established, the overwhelming majority of online videos involve people and their actions, rather than screen shots or straight to the camera ‘talking heads.

Now, it is still possible to create such ‘action videos’ at home, and make them work for your business, at least for now.

But, that is because the online video industry is not particularly sophisticated yet, and because for most marketers, a lack of competition means that they can ‘get away’ with almost anything.

That is changing rapidly, and the pace of change is going to increase significantly over the next few years. For example, I have used 20 second video shots of kids doing something funny to advertise my own business on YouTube.

The fact that the kids have absolutely nothing to do with my business, and that the products being advertised are entirely unrelated to children is neither here nor there.

It still works, because ‘funny’ and ‘kids’ are great key search terms, and because my viewers have not, as yet, been bombarded with so many ads that they have become immune.

The key words here are, ‘as yet’. The quality of the videos that are being created and posted for marketing purposes is rapidly improving.

Moreover, significant changes are already starting to happen that almost guarantee that, in five years time, home made ‘amateur’ marketing videos that actually work will be a thing of the past.
