Out in the real brick and mortar world of commerce, companies buy raw materials (chemicals), mix them with other ingredients and create a new product which they can then sell to consumers.

In the Internet world of commerce, you buy raw materials (words), mix them with other ingredients and create a new product which you can then sell to consumers.

Out in the brick and mortar world, raw materials are purchased and used in a timely manner. Businesses don’t let raw material sit on shelves of warehouses and just collect dust or lose strength. To do so would cost them too much money. After all, they are in business to make money right?

However, sometimes in the world of Internet business, raw materials (PLR article, E-Books, reports, etc) are purchased and then sit in a back corner of a hard drive and just collect dust and lose their relevancy as well.

You have heard the old saying, ‘Use it or lose it’? This old saying is full of wisdom about many things but it most certainly does apply to PLR materials.

Remember that information is fluid. It changes quickly and on the information super highway, that change takes place very, very quickly. When PLR material is purchased, it needs to be used and it needs to be used as quickly as possible before the information becomes obsolete or is replaced with information that is better and newer.

Use it or lose it and above all make sure that the finished product is unique. Remember that another 349 people or more have purchased the identical PLR e-Book that you have. Most of these people won’t or don’t know how to create an original private label product that can be offered for sale using this private label E-Book.

So just how do you change the material and create your own product. The first step you must take in PLR product creation is developing an understanding that product generation is a process—a process that can be followed again and again to crank out big time profitable products.

If you just sit down and start to write an e-book or record some audio, you will have a much tougher time creating something valuable and you may need to spend more time editing and re-editing to make it marketable. Furthermore, when you’re ready to create your next product, you’ll always be starting over from scratch each time.

Joint Ventures Resale Rights Ebook

Section 5 – Protect Yourself with an NDA

An NDA stands for a non-disclosure agreement. Basically, a nondisclosure agreement binds anybody who signs it from disclosing certain secrets related to the joint venture deal.

The NDA is used to communicate to your joint venture partner that what the joint venture you’re putting together is a valuable, exclusive technique that not everyone knows. This communicates to them that this is valuable.

The NDA is to be used with partners who haven’t done joint ventures before or who don’t really know how joint ventures work. If you’re proposing a joint venture to a seasoned marketer, don’t bother with an NDA. They already know how joint ventures work and have likely done a bunch of them before.

The NDA is a valuable tool when brokering joint ventures. Before giving away exactly how you plan to make them money without them lifting a finger, have them sign an NDA. If they balk, stress the importance of what you’re going to teach them and educate them as to how you’re creating value at no risk and no expense to them.

To get your hands on an NDA, you can get a copy of my JV Secrets course or you can hire your own attorney to draft one for you.

Section 6 – How To Get Paid

You never charge an upfront fee. That goes for setting up joint ventures and brokering joint ventures. You only get paid when your joint venture partner gets paid.

Part of the appeal of doing joint ventures for joint venture partners is they only pay out a commission for money they’ve already collected. They’re not coming out of pocket or contending with any up front fees. And when you’re talking to prospective joint venture partners, you need to educate them to this fact.

In other words, if the joint venture for some unlikely reason didn’t make it money, they would not be liable to pay out any money. So in doing a joint venture or brokering joint ventures, it is strictly a performance arrangement; meaning that you get paid based upon the performance of the joint venture.

By not asking for any money up front, you’re shouldering the risk. And that makes it more appealing to your joint venture partner to do a deal with you.

If you did ask for money upfront, you would kill far more deals than you would ever land. Are we clear on this?

Section 7 – Make The Joint Venture A No-Risk Proposition For Your Partner

Once you have the decision maker on the phone, make him a no-risk offer. Take as much of the risk away from him. Protect him from any downside there might be from doing the deal with you.

And make the joint venture “turnkey”. By “turnkey”, I mean that you should set everything up so that your joint venture partner needs minimal effort to pull off the joint venture and make money.

Here’s why. Your joint venture partner is likely busy and distracted with other things. Then, you come along and you’re asking the joint venture partner to do a deal. That deal is much more likely to happen if you make it as easy as humanly possible for them to do what you’re asking of them.

If you want them to promote your product to their list, have the ad copy ready for them. Sign them up in your affiliate software with all their details. Put their affiliate id in the ad copy. Contact their newsletter person who is responsible for sending out to their lists. Give the newsletter person the ad copy. Get the joint venture scheduled onto their calendar.

Now by doing all of this, what’s this going to do for you in the eyes of your joint venture partner? They’re going to look at you and feel great about doing business with you because all they had to do was okay the deal and then collect a check. All the rest of the work was done by you.

I cannot stress this too much. For whatever you want someone to do, make it as easy as humanly possible for them to do it for you. Do 99% of the work if you can.

If you’re brokering a joint venture, do the work of both the list owner and the product owner. By doing their jobs for them, after you’ve got them to sign off on the joint venture, they’re going to love you for it. You’re the glue in the deal that puts things together and makes things happen. Sure, you’re working to earn your money yet realize this: You didn’t have to spend a fortune creating a responsive list of customers (like the list owner) or spend countless hours and a boatload of dollars developing a product (like the product owner). You earn your commission putting the deal together.

By doing the work of the joint venture partner, when you pitch it to them in this fashion, the offer becomes almost irresistible.

The next cause that Forrester Research identified for outsourcing challenges is “The lack of a good process for specifying the work”. This is also an obstacle to getting more leverage in your business, and the reason why entrepreneurs struggle so much with systemizing their business.

One of the best ways to document the way work should be done, and how it interrelates to other activities inside your business, is by process mapping.

Edward Deming, the father of the quality movement and the man responsible for Japan’s rise after World War II said “If you can’t describe what you’re doing as a process, you don’t know what you’re doing.” I couldn’t agree more.

The good news is that process mapping is really simple. There are only different elements to a process map - That’s it! The oval represents the start and end so you really only use that twice. The arrows just show you the direction. So you’re left with just two symbols to use; an action symbol or a decision symbol. The beauty of this is anything that you do can be reduced down to its core using this method.

One reason why process maps are really important tools is that it makes it very easy to optimize the way you do things inside your business. The first time you do any activity inside your business it’s generally not done the best way it can be.

When you start drawing your process map, it’s really easy to see why your current way of doing an activity is less than ideal; more importantly you’ll see where it can easily be improved upon. Looking at a process in a visual way makes it’s easier to understand the flow, the interactions, and the sub-processes and sub-activities that are constraining your performance.

Listen, it’s impossible to achieve optimum performance inside your business with flawed processes. Quality experts tell us 94 percent of any breakdown inside a business is due to faulty processes, not human problems, not anything else, it’s a breakdown in a process. That’s why having a tool as powerful as process mapping is crucial to streamlining your current operation.

In my company we process map everything we do, this allows us to easily train others, to outsource functions easily, and to continually improve our overall performance. Here’s an example of a process map from my company. It’s a little outdated now, (meaning we don’t use this process anymore) but the fundamentals are here for you to learn from.

Lesson 7: Search Engine Love Blogs

It's no secret Search Engines love Blogs.

The reason is simple.

In general Search Engines like fresh new content, and this is where blogs shine.

I've already discussed the advantages of Wordpress in building niche blogs in one of the earlier lessons (Lesson 5)

As long as you consistently post and create content around your targeted niche, you can be sure that search engines will visit your niche blog again and again.

Wordpress has some powerful features that if turned on, can help you gain an 'unfair' advantage in your search engine optimization efforts.

One of these is actually the 'categories' feature which when enabled, will let you group and organize your content using keywords you want to target.

These 'secret' techniques and more will be revealed in the Advanced Video Tutorials of "Wordpress Videos".

If you think Banner Exchanges are the same thing as link exchanges, you’re right, sort of. They are the same, with one exception. Banner Exchanges use graphical banners instead of text. Simple concept, eh?

People tend to notice graphics quickly where they will overlook text while skimming a page. I am a “skimmer” myself, so if a headline doesn’t catch my eye or a graphic banner doesn’t look interesting to me, I won’t give it a second look.

Using banner exchanges are a little bit more difficult only because of the code necessary to make them work. Most people prefer to link to the images that your banner uses instead of storing those images on their server. This is because they prefer to save their space for their own images and pages. When doing a banner exchange, you have to make sure that your link in the code goes to the actual file that is your banner image.

Everything else using banner exchanging is just as simple as using a link exchange. You need to follow the same principles outlined above as well as make sure to organize your banner exchanges too. There are “banner farms” just as there are link farms and you can fall into the same problems with them.

Don’t overlook the power of banner exchanges. There are websites that specialize in locating other webmasters that share the same topics as you do. They will help you set up a banner exchange with other webmasters for an administration fee. I usually do banner exchanges on my own though so that I can be sure of where my banner is going and I have the opportunity to talk to the webmaster personally.

There is one potential downside to Banner exchanges, bandwidth theft. Here’s an example: A Banner consists of a regular HTML based hyperlink, just like a text link, and a graphical photo or picture. Suppose you have a really nice banner, and you and another webmaster agree to do a Banner Exchange.

The picture that represents your graphical banner can be small, medium, or large in size depending on the resolution, size, and complexity of the graphics it contains.

When you send your banner to the other webmaster you will, more than likely send him a snippet of HTML code to include on his link page and the appropriate graphic to accompany it. He should also send you the same.

Audio Video Riches Personal Use Ebook

There are many ways to earn income from your audio video creations. With those files that you have created or those purchased from others that included resell and / or other rights, you can set up websites with sales pages and leads capture forms both with sales copy and sample video / audio clips uploaded and linked in the promotions that entice visitors to buy and maybe even sign up for a learning or other related series when they purchase your products.

You can also package and sell recordings of your own teleseminars, online, in-person at workshops and other events. After you record them, have transcripts prepared and package them with your recordings. Offer hard copy versions, too, by converting your files so that they’ll go onto CDs and DVDs with accompanying print guides / transcripts to package and sell that way, too.

Then publish your own audio files and video clips where you’ve interviewed attendees of the events to use as promotional pieces. Upload them to your promotional web page, add sales copy, and sprinkle digital photos around, too, with captions. Here are other popular ways to earn with your recordings.

Set up your own affiliate marketing system with a program like Clickbank. Then develop and set up sales and marketing materials for your affiliate marketers so that you’ll have an army of sellers out there earning you income. For example, set up a site for selling the recordings with samples, digital images (like ebook covers for your videos and audio packages), sales copy, leads capture form with autoresponder series to sell longer term (and to cross sell other items down the road) and ad spots: full color banners in various sizes both horizontal and vertical. And regularly add articles and fresh classified ad content and new ad images for your affiliates to brand with their affiliate links and use to market your products.

Joint ventures (JVs) are another excellent way to leap ahead in earning income. Head to JV sites in your niche through search engines. Then network and see what you can offer other entrepreneurs. For example, maybe you can set up a membership site in your niche with another business person, create, package and sell items together to both of your lists. Be sure to research what the other person does first, though, and learn more about how you can help them, too. Don’t just ask people to sell your products to their lists. Seek long term solutions for both of your businesses.

One killer way to use the power of video is to create a short personalized video and send it to the person you are interested in joint venturing with. For example, create a video and then first discuss your potential joint venture’s business interests. What I mean is, describe on the video how you are a customer of this person; you are a subscriber, etc. Get them buttered up so to speak, and then include a soft pitch to ask them for their help on your project.

You don’t want to go into full detail on the video, just describe briefly what your project is about, the commissions, contests you are running, etc. etc. You just want to gauge interest. And believe me, when your potential J V partner sees you took the time to make them a personal video, it will certainly raise some interest! I use this tactic on every product launch 1 do and it works like a charm. Try it; 1 know it will do well for you too.

Setting up a membership site on your own is another excellent way to earn income with your recordings. Offer a monthly rate and add new recordings and other products and services each month. Then get help with product creation and selling by outsourcing product creation at online bidding sites like Elance. Hire articles to be ghostwritten so that you can slap your byline and links in them and submit to online and offline publishers and directories. Offer your membership site in JV offers.

Core Strategies Of List Building Give Away Rights Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

The race for supremacy in the Internet based businesses has been really heating up and many sites have been put up to help others to get ahead for a small fee. But there are also ways in which you don’t have to pay so much to make yourself a good list of loyal followers.

Having satisfactory web traffic and visitors allows you to put up a foundation wherein you can build an opt-in list and make it grow from there. An opt-in list allows you to provide newsletters to your subscribers with their consent. When people sign up, they know that they will be receiving updates and news from your site and the industry you represent via an email.

But that doesn’t mean that all of those who subscribe read them at all. Many lists have been built due to an attachment with free software or for a promotional discount and such. Some are not really interested in receiving e-mails from companies and just treat them as waste of cyberspace and delete or trash them without so mush as opening the e-mail and scanning them. You can change all that.

While forwarding an email message is relatively easy after producing your newsletter. Getting people to open them is not as easy. You don’t want to waste all the time and effort used in making the newsletters, you want people to read them and have their interests piqued. Interested enough to go to your website and look around and most especially purchase and acquire your products or services. One of the numerous ways you can tempt or persuade your subscriber is by providing a well thought out and well written subject. The subject of an email is what is often referred to when a person or a recipient of an email decides whether he or she wants to open or read an e-mail. The subject could easily be regarded as one of the most important aspect of your promotional e-mail. Your subject must be short and concise. They should provide a summary for the content of the e-mail so that the recipient will have basic knowledge of the content. This is really vital in grabbing the attention of your readers and subscribers.

You want your subject to instantly grab the attention of your subscriber and get them to be intrigued to open up your mail. Remember, it is not necessarily true that a subscriber opens up subscribed mails. A good subject must always be tickling the curiosity of your recipient. It must literally force the recipient to open the mail. A certain emotion must be ignited and get them to open the mail. It is essential to use specific words to get the reaction you need. Keep in mind that the recipient or subscribers spends only a few seconds looking over each subject of the emails he receives. You must grab your reader’s attention right away.

There are many forms you can use for your subject. You can provide a subject that says your e-mail contains content that teaches them tips and methods on certain topics. An example of this is using keywords and keyword phrases such as, “How to”, “tips”, “Guides to”, Methods in and others like that. You can also put your subject in a question form. These may include questions like, “Are you sick and tired of your job?” Or “Is your boss always on your case?” Try to stay on the topic that pertains to your site so that you’ll know that your subscribers have signed up because they are interested in that topic. This form of subject is very effective because they reach out to your recipients emotions. When they have read the question on your subject, their mind starts answering the question already. You can also use a subject that commands your reader. Statements such as “Act now and get this once in a lifetime opportunity”, or “Double, triple and even quadruple what you are earning in one year”. This type of subject deals with the benefits your company provides with your product and services. You may also use breaking news as your subject to intrigue your subscriber. For example, if you deal with car engine parts you can write in your subject, “Announcing the new engine that uses no gasoline, It runs on water”. This creates curiosity with the reader and will lead them to open the mail and read on.
