I am a huge fan of setting up affiliate programs to promote your products and services. Nothing moves products faster than a highly motivated sales force (i.e. affiliates and joint venture partners).

We’ve talked about how to set up an affiliate program and to find JV partners, but now we need to talk about is how to maximize your future earnings by giving up your short term income on your front end product.

By giving your joint venture partners and affiliates 100% of the profits from your front end product, you are going to generate a lot of customers - and fast.

Professional affiliates are sick of earning paltry commissions. 100% profit serves them well. It serves nonprofessional affiliates even more, because people in niche markets think that even 25% of a sale is too much, so they will literally jump all over 100%.

What these affiliates fail to realize is that this is free advertising for you. They are taking on all the risks and you are making money for nothing. It goes without saying that I strongly believe you need to treat your affiliates well.

If you have a great back end, there is nothing stopping you from offering 100% of the front-end commission to your affiliates and JV partners. Not only that, offer them some money on the upsell, too.

The more customers you get into your sales funnel, the more money you will make. If you have 4 or 5 products on the back end, you would be stupid not to find ways to get MORE and MORE customers to see those offers.

Once you have a customer and you have their trust and respect, it is much easier to sell them more and more products on the back end. By giving your JV partners and affiliates 100% of the profits from your front end product, you are treating them like kings. You might be saying...."What?? Give up 100% of my revenue from my front-end product, you must be a lunatic". Well, that's because you are thinking with a scarcity mentality. Stop thinking like that rube.

Once you have an agreement from your contact at the radio station that they will look over your materials and give serious consideration for a PI program, move quickly, getting your cover letter and package off by First Class mail, perhaps even Special Delivery.

What this means is at the same time you organize your "radio station notebook," you'll also want to organize your advertising package. Have it all put together and ready to mail just as soon as you have a positive response. Don't allow time for that interest in your program to cool down.

You'll need a follow-up letter. Write one to fit all situations; have 250 copies printed, and then when you're ready to send out a package, all you'll have to do is fill in the business salutation and sign it. If you spoke of different arrangements or a specific matter was discussed in your initial contact, however, type a different letter incorporating comments or answers to the points discussed. This personal touch won't take long, and could pay dividends!

You'll also need at least two thirty-second commercials and two sixty-second commercials. You could write these up, and have 250 copies printed and organized as a part of your PI Advertising Package.

You should also have some sort of advertising contract written up, detailing everything about your program, and how everything is to be handled; how and when payment to the radio station is to be made, plus special paragraphs relative to refunds, complaints, and liabilities. All this can be very quickly written up and printed in lots of 250 or more on carbonless multi-part snap-out business forms.

Finally, you should include a self-addressed and stamped postcard the radio station can use to let you know that they are going to use your PI Advertising program, when they will start running your commercials on the air, and how often, during which time periods. Again, you simply type out the wording in the form you want to use on these "reply postcards", and have copies printed for your use in these mailings.

How To Manage And Sell Affiliate Programs Resale Rights Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

Let’s face it; you are getting involved with affiliate programs because you want to make money. Some people might tell you it is for a greater purpose, but don’t you believe it. I saw one program that is supposed to send money to save the rain forests. They might very well send some money to protect the rain forests, but their main objective is to protect their bank account.

As one of our Super Affiliates says in his overview: (you can read this in our Super Affiliate Overview section) It is okay to be rich. But, remember, you are not going to become an instant millionaire; I don’t care what program you sign up with.

If you choose the program that is right for you and you work the program in good faith and you give 100% effort and you don’t bounce all over the place, you will make money, pure and simple. The amount you make and the timeframe to making money is going to depend on too many variables to discuss. I will tell you again, if you are thinking you are going to make millions of dollars in a week or month or year, it simply isn’t going to happen.

You will be in for a letdown and then you will get discouraged and then you will start bouncing in desperation to multiple programs and pretty soon, your budget is gone, your desire is gone and you will have nothing to show for your efforts, but a drained bank account and a very bad taste in your mouth about working programs on the Internet.

Okay, let’s talk about payment programs and what the different types mean to you as an affiliate.

One-time payments:

One-time payment programs are when you make a sale and you get a commission-end of story. My personal opinion is to avoid these types of programs. You might make a nice commission up-front, but the big winner is the company you just sold for. They get the sale, and they get the buyers information and they can then continue to market to this person, cutting you out of the picture. You did the work, and they get the glory.

You are in this type of moneymaking program for yourself and if you are with a good affiliate program, you will be in it for your affiliate partners. It is great that you work with a good company that has a good product or service, but at the end of the day, your ultimate goal is to put some coin in your pocket that will continue to grow.

Recurring Payments: Remember that now famous phrase, “Show me the money” this is the type of program you want to align yourself with. Recurring payments are setup so you continue making commissions every month for as long as you and your affiliate partners stay with a program.

Find a solid program with recurring payments, as this is your best bet to secure your financial future. The majority of affiliate programs are 2-tier. This means you sell person A and they sell person B and you get a percent from your first tier (person A) and a percent from your second tier (person B). Generally anything more than 2 tiers are considered to be an MLM program (multilevel marketing), and while there is nothing wrong with a solid MLM program, some of the payment processors such as PayPal and most credit card companies do not allow MLM to be sold through their systems. This reduces the number of prospects for you to sell to.

Commission Percentages: You will find a lot of similarities with programs on the Internet and the commission payment scale is one of those. Most companies pay 30% - 40\% for your first tier sales and 10% – 15% for second tier sales. There is nothing wrong with these types of payment structures if you are okay giving the majority of the money you make back to the company you are working with.

My personal opinion is and will always be to give the majority of income to those people who are helping you sell. Marketing costs of 40% to 60% are not uncommon for many companies during startup and for the first few years of their existence. The companies that don’t make it past startup do not understand this aspect of doing business and this is one of the main reasons they fail. You cannot start a business and expect to make money immediately. You cannot get involved with affiliate marketing and expect to make money immediately. If this is your position, stop reading now and focus your attention on something else.

Don’t base your entire affiliate program decision on the commission percentage amount, but do make sure you are being paid a fair percentage. Ideally, you will want to get a first tier payout of 50%. With this type of structure you only need to make 2 sales and you will be at break even. This helps you, but it also helps you to recruit. Getting 2 sales is much easier than getting 4 and your prospects are going to look at this aspect of the program just as you will. Your goal is to get profitable as soon as possible and then take your profits and invest them back into your marketing and advertising.

Continue investing your profits back into your program until you are making at least $100 a month, then you can start keeping anything over the $100 and investing $100 in marketing and advertising. If you want to grow quickly, invest everything you make back into marketing and advertising for a full year. After a year, you should be making good enough money that you can pay yourself a nice salary and continue investing back into the program.

The regular daily and monthly rhythms of Earth's only natural satellite, the Moon, have guided timekeepers for thousands of years. Its influence on Earth's cycles, notably tides, has also been charted by many cultures in many ages. More than 70 spacecraft have been sent to the Moon; 12 astronauts have walked upon its surface and brought back 382 kg (842 pounds) of lunar rock and soil to Earth.

The presence of the Moon stabilizes Earth's wobble. This has led to a much more stable climate over billions of years, which may have affected the course of the development and growth of life on Earth.

How did the Moon come to be? The leading theory is that a Mars-sized body once hit Earth and the resulting debris (from both Earth and the impacting body) accumulated to form the Moon. Scientists believe that the Moon was formed approximately 4.5 billion years ago (the age of the oldest collected lunar rocks). When the Moon formed, its outer layers melted under very high temperatures, forming the lunar crust, probably from a global "magma ocean."

From Earth, we see the same face of the Moon all the time because the Moon rotates just once on its own axis in very nearly the same time that it travels once around Earth. This is known as "synchronous rotation." Patterns of dark and light features on the nearside have given rise to the fanciful "Man in the Moon" description. The light areas are lunar highlands. The dark features, called maria, are impact basins that were filled with dark lava between 4 and 2.5 billion years ago.

After this time of volcanism, the Moon cooled down, and has since been nearly unchanged, except for a steady rain of "hits" by meteorites and comets. The Moon's surface is charcoal gray and sandy, with much fine soil. This powdery blanket is called the lunar regolith, a term for mechanically produced debris layers on planetary surfaces. The regolith is thin, ranging from about 2 meters on the youngest maria to perhaps 20 meters on the oldest surfaces in the highlands.

Unlike Earth, the Moon does not have moving crustal plates or active volcanoes. However, seismometers planted by the Apollo astronauts in the 1970s have recorded small quakes at depths of several hundred kilometers. The quakes are probably triggered by tides resulting from Earth's gravitational pull. Small eruptions of gas from some craters, such as Aristarchus, have also been reported. Local magnetic areas have been detected around craters, but the Moon does not have a magnetic field resembling Earth's.

Avoiding information overload is very simple actually. It just requires discipline. Simply set aside the time required to finish the projects that you are currently working on, and don’t allow yourself to get involved in anything new until you do. It’s the only way that I’ve found to avoid information overload. Just shut out all of the “NOISE” until you’ve finished the project at hand.

You also have to tell yourself that you won’t miss anything really critical if you tune out everything extraneous for a few hours... or days.

Jim Edwards offered an excellent way to deal with “idea overload” in a recent issue of his newsletter. The problem is that if you have too many new ideas bouncing around in your head, it makes it difficult to focus on any of them. Jim's solution is to write any new ideas that you have down. Then you don’t worry about losing those ideas, so you can forget about them for a while until you finished the idea that you are already working on.

Idea overload KILLS success for a lot of people. I’ve watched numerous very smart people never achieve their potential because they are constantly starting something new. These are the people constantly registering new domain names “before someone grabs then up.”

Ideas are a “penny” a dozen. They are absolutely worthless until put into action. “Great” domain names are generally worth less than $9 each... until they have content on them and traffic flowing to them. Don’t fall into the trap of having so many ideas that you don’t act on any of them.

Simply pick one idea, focus on it, and get it done! That’s my secret, and it’s the secret of my mentors... and my top students.

Take this special report for example. Once I decided to release it, from concept - to having it available for download took less than 3 days. Most of that time was spent proofreading and rewriting. I realize that I don’t have a flawless product, but I DO have something that effectively get the points across and accomplishes my purposes! The audio version will take less than 2 weeks, and most of that will be allowing sufficient time to publicize the teleseminar.

ADVANCED ARTICLE TACTICS

Article marketing is popular today. But add some advanced tactics to get an edge on your marking with your private label content. Here are some advanced strategies to help with your campaigns.

Fundraisers – People enjoy giving back and contributing to a good cause while they’re spending their hard earned dollars. Begin by choose a favorite non-profit group or other charity that is close to your heart. Search “nonprofit organizations” in your favorite engine or look through your postal mail for the next week to spot current campaigns by the American Red Cross, your local children’s hospital, etc. Choose one and either ask about how to go about hosting a fundraiser for them or simply gather their address and other contact information so that you can make a contribution.

Note: You can check into fundraiser laws for your targeted area. Or ask your business attorney about how to set up a fundraiser, if you like, for more details.

Then go through your private label content, making it unique and polished for your niche. Set it up to sell as normal, and then add information on the fundraiser for your chosen group. For example, you might add a log of the charity to your site with a blurb that says something like, “10 % of sales go to the American Red Cross” underneath the Red Cross logo.

Then submit some of your private label content as short articles, mentioning the fundraiser in the byline or in a last paragraph of the main body, pointing readers to your site – that of course has a sign up form for your readers to get your free bait ebook (mentioned above).

Article Swaps - Reach out to other ezine publishers and offer to swap articles so that you can also swap list subscribers. First revise your private label article content, make it unique, brand it and end it with an invitation to readers to grab their free bait ebook that you created above when they sign subscribe to your list. Then send it to the list owner and invite him or her to send one to you for your list. This can work well with a nice introduction form the list owner; it’s like a personal recommendation.

Shoot for a series for even better results. Since many top marketers say it takes up to 7 times – sometimes even more - to make the most impact on new readers, prepare a series of articles for the other person’s list, inviting him or her to do the same. Then grow your list with each article in the series as it appears in front of the other list’s readers.

If somebody came up to me and said “Send this series of 3 articles to your list” and it is answers a specific problem… I would jump on it.

VIRAL AND REBRANDABLE TACTICS

Follow these steps to increase your subscribers and sales with these advanced viral marketing and rebrandable tactics.

1. Create your bait piece (mentioned above) ebooks, audio ebooks and other products from your private label content. In these products, invite readers to sign up for your list to get updated reports on the topic as they become available plus full-length ebooks (for sale) on the topics. Include your links to buy the full-length ebooks on the topics. And invite readers to pass the message and report along for free to their own subscribers so that (1) their subscribers also gain the benefit of a free report (2) you gain subscribers from their lists.

2. Set up an affiliate program, 2-tier. Then enable your readers to rebrand the products with a rebranding pdf tools like Viral PDF, inserting their own affiliate links so that you both earn income from sales.

For more rebranding tools, search “pdf rebrander” in Google or Yahoo! And for help with affiliate programs, check out JVManager. Hint: The key to successful viral marketing is to offer GOOD content, something that others will value and want to pass along. So make sure your free bait piece is not a worthless sales pitch. Instead have it contain value. To find out what your readers want, check recent forum posts. Then give your subscribers what they want – something of value.

JOINT VENTURES

Get in on bigger deals with joint venture opportunities. Create your ebook, audio book or other product crafted from your private label content. Revise and make your product unique. Then team up for Fire Sales or Holiday Bonanzas or other extravaganzas with other marketers.

For example, every year, John Delavera hosts a SantaDealTime.com deal and packages all types of software, private label content and other goodies in his Santa bag for one price. So write him early and offer your own ebook or other product into the mix. A benefit is that you get subscribers for your list for everyone who purchases. Plus you get back end and cross selling from your products out there on the market.

To find more join venture opportunities, simply save favorite ezines in your niches. And keep an eye out for opportunities. Don’t be shy, either. Reach out and package your own deal and invite marketers with compatible products that would not compete with yours. Attend events in your niche and meet others. Follow up afterwards and be open to new joint venture ideas. Search “joint venture forum” for online hookup with plenty of more opportunities.
