How can you do that? One way you can do this is by using a pop up window that appears when a visitor goes to your web page. The pop up window should ask the visitor for their name and email address. Another tactic many successful marketers use is simply placing an opt-in form on all pages of their website for visitors interested in subscribing to your online newsletter or ezine. Willie: It is. In fact, I have friends who will, as they’re planning their launches, look at something else and figure out how they can, the week after a big launch, dominate the search engines. Or they know that at a certain point other people will stop with the pay per clicks or whatever and the prices will drop. That’s when they’ll jump right in there at lower prices and promote their product.

They take advantage of the fact that they know people are out there searching for information or for reviews on a given product. They’re thinking about how they can ride on that coattail. It is very powerful. Again, it’s knowing what’s happening in advance.

I also get more joint ventures because I look for ways to directly benefit my joint venture partners, tying their offers into promoting the product that I’m rolling out as a joint venture.

Maybe I’ll arrange to have one of their products included on the download page as an unannounced bonus and their product has a kind of back end built into it. Maybe even on that download page have a bundle. Maybe the download’s a huge zip file included in my joint venture partner’s products as an unannounced bonus in the zip file. That way the customer doesn’t even have to read about it and decide to download it; it’s just there. That’s pretty powerful.

Maybe include a recommendation for a joint venture partner’s product in a follow-up autoresponder message. Of course, I couldn’t do that for every joint venture partner, but for key joint venture partners, maybe that’s the one thing that’ll bring them on board.

You could even go as far as to tell them, “At some point I’ll even do an e-mail to the entire database of customers promoting your product.” You don’t see that done that often but it can be done.

It’s again looking for ways to benefit the joint venture partners. It’s certainly easy to include one of their products on the download page. Or if you plan it far enough in advance, you can even somehow incorporate their product into your main product.

If it’s a course and their product fits one of the chapters, why not recommend their product in your product? That invokes the law of reciprocity and does a lot of other things.

You don’t want to impact the quality of your product but if it fits, that’s how you bring Mr. Big on board. That’s another tactic I use. I’m just looking for ways to benefit the joint venture partners.

The point I am trying to make is any of these macronutrients can be broken down into smaller units. Just like starch is broken down into simple sugars, the fat is broken down into fatty acids and the proteins are broken down into peptides or amino acids.

Each one of those macronutrients can be subdivided. In the case of proteins, proteins are made up of amino acids. Not all proteins have all amino acids that are important because there are essential amino acids. If you are consuming proteins and the essential ones are missing you will suffer. You could end up with some disease because those are missing, in some cultures around the world where food isn’t so plentiful and they aren’t ingesting the right nutrients. You know one that I can think of is called Kwashiorkor.

You will see often times where little kids will have the distended tummies. The rest of their bodies are fine and it just comes down to the fact that they have a nutritional deficiency.

You know in the case of fat you can actually measure the quality of nutrients. People will volunteer to be involved in a clinical feeding trial and they will hook these people up to all kinds of measuring devices everything from body temperature to how much moisture they exhale.

They weigh and eliminate brine in their feces and they weigh it and they record everything they can about these patients. They will feed these people a controlled diet and so they will feed them a controlled amount of protein. They can measure those four elements how much is excreted and how much how much weight a person gains and basically they can determine how much of that protein is utilized by the body.

When they do that they can determine the quality of the protein and it’s based on the amino acid that makes up the protein. They can determine how well that the body absorbs protein. Then they can assign a number value to the protein and how well it is absorbed.

Some proteins are absorbed extremely well and an example would be egg albumin, which is the white of an egg rather than the yolk. The egg white protein has an extremely high biological availability and all of the essential amino acids in the right balance. You can take a protein like gelatin and gelatin has the amino acids that it is made of you will find that it is deficient in an amino acid called triptophane and because it is lacking in that it isn’t balanced. If it is combined with other sources of protein it is okay.
