Jay: Basically, you're going to have to upgrade the hardware on your computer. If you have a desktop computer, that's relatively easy. To make it as simple as I can, I would suggest, for anyone who is contemplating doing that, is to go see a techie personally. Go to, in England it would be Tesco, overseas; here in the states it would be Circuit City. Talk to a techie and tell him what you want to do. 'I want to start making impression videos, give me the necessary ram, video card, for the computer I have.'

Let him make recommendations for you, he can take you right to the equipment you need. Because there are so many variables as far as getting good quality, you don't want to buy something you don't need, but you certainly don't want to under buy. because you simply won't be able to get the work done that you really want to.

Terry: Let's assume that I have a Hewlett Packard Pavilion Desktop, fairly heavy duty, it has pretty much what I need. Now I've got this video I created in Windows MovieMaker, it's 1 GB. Is Windows MovieMaker the piece of software that's going to render that, compress it down for me to be able to upload it onto my website?

Jay: I've never taken that big of a file and worked with it in MovieMaker, I would have to test it. Usually I use Sony Vegas ad Camtasia Studio. I'd never tried it but I can tell you this, get at least 1 GB of memory on your computer; also a high definition video card. These are just general guidelines. You said you have Hewlett Packard; I would call their support or sales and tell them what you want to do; ask them what you can add to this computer from what they offer.

If you have HP, I'd probably stay with HP peripherals that you could slap in there. I'm not a big techie, but I know that you're going to have to get more memory, a video card that can handle the things that you're throwing at it to be able to render this with any software that you use. The software is like the organizer that can put it all together. You have to have a machine that can handle the processing, the computing power that would be required to do that.

Terry: Okay, let's assume the computer is set; I've got everything that I need hardware-wise. Let's use the system that you use, it makes send to follow along with the exact process that you use. You use Sony Vegas and Camtasia Studio; that software, will that render?

Are you looking for a way to improve your outdoor garden and bring it up a level? How about nine different ways? Then you’ve come to the right place.

Your garden is only one part of your yard. To make your garden really stand out, make sure your lawn is nicely mowed and landscaped and that you have the right outdoor accessories to match your garden theme. Consider matching the various flowers to the outdoor furniture patterns.

Plants and flowers are as sensitive to smoke as humans so if you are a smoking household, try to plant your garden away from your outdoor tobacco area.

Plants need a rich moisture soil to survive and thrive. The soil should be able to retain moisture but also not too wet. You need to find that happy sponge-like medium when it comes to soil.

If your soil is not performing the way you want it to, use manure or compost to even it out.

There are plenty of at-home remedies that act as excellent fertilizer for your garden. This includes tea leaves, coffee grounds and banana peels. Instead of throwing these materials into the garbage, head outside and sprinkle them in your garden.

The easiest plants to grow and maintain are annuals. For beginning gardeners, start out with annuals which can survive on about two watering days a week.

All plants are different and have different growing environments. Make sure you always read the label and follow the instructions when it comes to plant care and growth. It’s important to provide the right watering and climate conditions for the various types of plants. Plants, like people, can be very very picky.

Getting website traffic is exactly what all the fuss is about when marketers are discussing SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

The higher a site ranks in the search results that search engines provide to those using key words to find products and services, the more visitors will visit. More visitors = more sales = more profits. It is just as simple as that.

Blogs have proven themselves to be very, very useful tools in the drive to creating more and better website traffic. People love blogs. Web 2.0 is built upon the idea of a user driven web and users want a voice.

The popularity of blogs has, of course, increased the number of blogs on the Internet many fold over this last year or so.

With the increase in numbers of blogs online comes an increase in competition for visitors to those blogs and, of course, stiffer competition for PageRank by search engines.

So, the question, “Why do I need audio/video/podcasting on my blog?” is one that can be answered rather easily. You want visitors. You want a high PageRank. You want sales and profits. That’s why.

Mark: Exactly! With videos, almost 90% of the time there's a comedy element to them. But with a report for a particular niche, you want to help people. And if your report does that, it'll get passed around.

Terry: Excellent! Now how about if you send out a report and you let people brand it with their affiliate link. Then it goes viral even faster. How can you let people co-brand your report? Is there a special way to do that?

Mark: Yeah there’s a piece of software called Viral PDF. Basically you could do just like Terry said. Put your links in there and let your affiliates rebrand it with their affiliate link. There’s one thing that I would recommend with this. You can be like me and halfheartedly approach this and make a little bit of money. It’s certainly an additional revenue stream for me. Or you can be like Jeff who goes full on with this and make a significant amount of money with your list.

I think that if you really want to do that and you’re not sure how, take some of the action items that Jeff talked about and see how to implement those.

Who are the people that you subscribe to that you buy from? Why do you buy from them? What’s your feeling or your takeaway from those e-mails that they’re sending you?

I highly recommend mirroring what those folks do. I know Jeff kind of pokes fun of things in his e-mails. I know he talked about revealing some of our New Orleans secrets which I’m going to have to hope that Jeff keeps between us!

If you like what Jeff does; how he talks to his subscribers and the things that he lets you in on; how he explores the affiliate programs that he’s promoting so that you get a bird’s eye view of them, then pattern what you’re doing after what Jeff does.

Or if you like Frank Kern, he’s a good example. A lot of people like the way he does e-mail marketing. It’s okay for you to kind of mirror what those folks are doing.

Jeff: Definitely. I totally agree. Why don’t you go on to Number 2? I’ll let you take the first crack at Number 2.

John: The second item here would be Creating a Replicable Sales Process. I think that for some folks who have a lot of experience, they’re very familiar with sales processes and are probably able to delve into a pretty deep sales process pretty quickly.

However, for those who are just getting started or maybe haven’t had a lot of success online yet, I think that a lot of folks – especially if they’re buying a lot of Internet marketing products – look at a sales process as a front-end product and maybe an OTO.

The reality is that you can do so much more with your sales process and you can do it in a way that’s less effort for you. You’re going to pick up money that you’re definitely leaving on the table, and in a way that’s almost like copy-and-paste for you.

Keyword Research is the heart of all PPC campaigns and anything you are marketing online. It is very important to be targeting the right keywords, ones that convert into to customers/buyers.

Keyword research used to be a very time consuming task, but with the advancement of technology that is no longer the case. I will be listing all the top keyword research tools and how to use them to dominate your competition.

Keywords are very important when deciding your PPC campaign; they can make your advertising campaign much more successful. Finding your keywords however can be very difficult, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Before choosing keywords it is very important to choose your budget. Not all people that are setting up PPC campaigns have the same size budgets. Big companies may be able to afford thousands of dollars per day running their PPC adverts. It is very important to carefully monitor your online adverts to make sure that they are performing correctly.

If you are a sole trader, or small company then you probably handle all of your PPC advertising requirements by yourself because you can’t afford to hire an external agency to run it for you. Almost everyone will run their campaigns themselves at least at first, after which point they may look at automating their PPC adverts.

It can be very time consuming to monitor your keywords; however it is something that you should do. An advertising firm might be beneficial; however they will normally charge 15% fees and have a $1,000 per month minimum adverts. Few people will be able to afford to pay for this.

When choosing keywords you should be careful not to use general keyword phrases. These are often too broad and will not target your adverts closely enough. If you sell patio furniture for example then many people might want to use phrases such as patio furniture and outdoor furniture. However it’s not a good idea to use these general terms as they cost more, and do not yield targeted results. Advertising on PPC adverts costs different prices depending on the keywords you choose, the more competitors for the chosen keyword, the more expensive the advert will cost.

There are also other problems associated with choosing general keywords, and that is that they attract many more clicks than normal. Quite often people that aren’t buyers will click on these links, which means there is little chance of converting these clicks into sales. Using too broad keywords might get lots of traffic; however few people will choose to purchase anything.
