Settling will only work if your account is seriously past due. Companies will only offer a good settlement option when they believe it's their last chance to recover their money. When they think that if they don't settle, they won't recover a penny of the money you owe. Usually, the best time to start negotiating a debt settlement is about 4 or 5 months after you sent your last payment. Remember that at about 6 months or less they will probably sell your account to a collection agency, so do not wait for more than 5 months. Once the account is sold to the collection agency, you will lose most of your leverage. You can still settle, but it's not the same, the sense of "urgency" that the credit card company had before is now lost.
Most settlements are for between 30 and 70% of the amount owed. It will depend on several factors, mostly on your negotiation skills and how long it has been since you sent your last payment. You may want to offer 20%, but expect your offer to be rejected. Your goal should be to settle for about 50% of your debt, but settling for 2/3rds can be a reasonable goal. Keep in mind that people who actually settle for 10-20% are the exception to the rule; very few people accomplish this.
Before you talk to them, make sure you have all the paperwork you need in front of you: -all copies of your statements, letters from your creditors, and a dedicated notepad where you can take notes of everything you discuss during your conversation. Remember to always write down the date and time of the call, the name of the person you talked to, their number or extension if they can provide it, and everything you talked about.
This is one of the most critical factors here: always, no matter what they say and how much they threaten you, ALWAYS be nice to them. Never, EVER use profane language or threats; it will only make you lose your battle. The key is to always be nice and treat them with respect. If you deviate from this even for a moment, you lose.
Make sure you get all offers in writing. Whatever you talk on the phone, if you don't get it in writing, is useless. Anytime they offer a deal you find acceptable, make sure you ask them to send it to you in writing.
Occasionally you may talk to somebody who might not be willing to negotiate, or who will treat you in a disrespectful way. In this case, you can either politely terminate the call, or ask to speak to a supervisor. But again, always be very polite and respectful, and never use profane language or threats.
Ask them to remove all late fees, finance charges and over the limit fees from your account. This alone will reduce your balance substantially. Do not demand, always ask politely. "You know, I would really like to pay you all that I owe, but I simply can't. I lost my job and have very limited income (or whatever your situation is). But if we can get the balance to be more manageable for me, I am willing to start sending you payments starting this week". If they see that you are sincere and willing to pay them, you have more chances that they will be willing to help you.
You will be talking (mostly) to trained professionals. They go through extensive training on how to collect money and how to ask the right questions to get the information they want. So never lie to them. Just be sincere, you want to pay but you don't have the means, but if they can help you by reducing the total balance you will be happy to pay them. This is the attitude that will help you.

The thinking here is that by using more professional names, then it will sound healthier and it may be an idea to look at the names on labels you have near you now and make a note of the terms used so you know if unsaturated fats are good or bad, how much vitamin B12 is good for you and that you understand what type of sugar they have put into the food and what appears in it naturally due to the ingredients.
So that is how to read nutrition labels to help lose weight and there really is nothing complex about it as long as you just take your time to read things properly. By law they must have this information printed on there, so as long as you have an understanding of the amounts of different things you should eat for your diet plan, then you should find it that bit easier to go ahead and lose that weight.

If you would like to produce a print version of your book, I highly suggest Lulu over other print-on-demand services. They are a tad bit more expensive than some competitors, but I must say that the quality of their books is worth the difference in price. At least in my opinion.
If you are considering a print-on-demand service such as CreateSpace, I will simply warn you that their proof/review copies are far less likely to turn out correct than Lulu, at least in my own experience.
I still haven't made my own book available on CreateSpace (which is useful, because it makes your book available in both print and digitally for Amazon customers) due to several review copies which butchered the interior formatting.
The results from Lulu turned out perfectly on the first go, and their process was far more user-friendly. Another thing that I liked about using Lulu for print copies was they do not require you to order a proof/review copy to evaluate before making your print book available for sale.
Using their book creation tool, you are able to view the interior and the cover EXACTLY how it will look in print. This saves you both money and time in getting your book for sale in print, without risking improper or messed up formatting. Much better option, at least for me.
The biggest drawback is that you can't expect as many sales through Lulu as CreateSpace likely can offer. But if you want to order some physical copies of your book to give away, sell or whatever else, Lulu is the best bet.

Add Exercises To The Series
One of the easiest tactics to get more bang for your buck is to increase the number of exercises you do in the series throughout this program (for each muscle group). There is any number of unique exercises out there that you can find by simply looking through exercise books, websites or magazines.
I wouldn't exceed 10 exercises total for the series, but this program features 6 per muscle group, so you have some room to work with.
Incorporate Cardio Into Your Workouts
Nobody likes to hear this, but it's a fact: incorporating cardio into your workouts can rapidly accelerate your fat loss and speed things up.
I'd recommend doing 30 minutes of cardio after each of your non-leg workouts
(so that would mean do cardio after your shoulders, chest/triceps, and back/biceps).
Now before you form that mental image of walking endlessly on a treadmill, you need to know that there are tons of different ways you can get in 30 minutes of cardio.
For example, I love to play racquetball and I'm really good at it. It also happens to burn more calories than even running for an equivalent amount of time, but it's WAY more fun to do.
This is one of the most effective forms of cardio you can do in conjunction with this program. Intensity Interval Training is where you do an exercise for a set amount of time, then kick up the intensity to get your heart rate up, then lower the intensity to drop it back down.
This is what I'd recommend for this program:
Start out by walking on a treadmill for 3 minutes on an incline of 3-6. Then jog for 2 minutes at a 2-3 incline. That's one "interval". Repeat this 6 more times for a total of 30 minutes.
Right there is 30 minutes of cardio, but because you're switching it up every 2-3 minutes it's not just "boring treadmill cardio". It keeps you engaged and the time flies as a result.
The benefit of this is that because you're raising and lowering your heart rate constantly, your body will burn more calories than simply jogging at a static pace. This means you'll be able to get in the same calorie burning with a shorter cardio session.
