Offline Client Getter Resale Rights Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

The page is bear, boring, and simple. But how do I sell it?

Well, you're not selling it. You're giving it away FOR FREE.

Think of it as a "foot in the door' service for getting their attention. Not only is it going to help them with their marketing once they take ownership of this page on Google Communities, but it shows that you are a marketer who *really wants to help them with their marketing*.

What you're going to do now is take that email address you see in their business website, and send them the link of their Google communities page to them. I'll give you a template for the email in a moment. Once they accept it and take ownership of it, you continue letting them know on how you can help them with their marketing.

Here is a template that I looked for in my sent folder that really worked on helping me get these clients. Please note: this is the exact email I sent out to one of my clients when I first began. So please edit this to fit your niche and client.

Subject: "I just create a Google community for (business name)" "Hello Jason,

I'm Joel and I'm an Internet marketing consultant. I create websites, rank sites on Google with SEO, and I help with social media marketing. I found your business on the Business birectory on Biz Journals, and I noticed that you are a new local business.

I focus mainly on helping beginning businesses get started with their online presence because I know how confusing it'll be.

I actually took the liberty to create a very nice looking Google Communities for your business. I would gladly let you take ownership of it to improve your online presence."

That was it. I forgot to write down regards at the ending, or any call to action. I used the words 'I would gladly let you take ownership', and I have used this simple template to get lots of them interested.

Ratio rates? Statistics?

Out of about 10 businesses, I would usually get about 5-7 responses. Some of them would actually ask me, "So what else do you offer?"

When you have these types of responses, you literally have a client rushing themselves to you almost begging you for advice.

Just remember, if they ask you about a service you know just a little bit about, take advantage of it.

Let them know that you can do it. Just a quick Google search and someone to outsource it to can be a big help. I remember when I tried selling a mobile site tow someone, they asked instead if I could do SEO.

If they reply back with just a thank you or something similar without showing much interest (WHICH IS BEYOND RARE) then you should reply with this kind of email, or something similar. (Although I will say that most businesses if approached just right and at the right time.

they'll almost always say they are grateful for the free service you just have them, and they will almost always ask you what you can for their marketing.)

Please note: this is the email template you use AFTER they have replied and asked, "what do I do with it?" Or something similar. Let them know that they need to take ownership of it. Well, have your business client join the group first and become a member. And then let them know that they can take ownership by adding them to the moderators of the page.

You can do this clicking on "members" on the site. And then click on "step down from owner to moderator", and then invite them once they have been a member.

This following template is what you should be using if you wanted to have them become more interested in your services. Again, this may not even be needed depending on their first reply after you sent them your first email.

Email template:

"Hey again.

Just wanted to say that I am glad you enjoyed the new Community. Don't forget to let your current customers become a member, and to share the page on your other social media links.

Use the community to offer special offers just for members, and you'll be able to create a small little community for them with discounts only they can use.

I actually am an Internet marketing consultant, and I can help you with more of your marketing. I noticed that you seem to have a very basic looking website, and while it is well designed, it also doesn't have a mobile friendly design for those visiting your site on their smartphones."

Again, this is another cliffhanger. Utilize the power of cliffhangers in your emails. Why, you ask? Because they work, and it gets your clients wondering, "what's going to happen if I ask about this?"

Now, what about payment. If you land a client, always try to have some kind of contract done. Some clients don't care, and I don't either. Some will take advantage of you, but it's all about the both of you trusting each other.

Now, payment is best done through PayPal. It is quick, fast, and almost every business has a paypal account.

Communities take around 2-10 minutes to create AT MOST. They can be simple. Nothing to worry about. This is great because you can actually just do them fast and quick. It takes about an hour to do about 5-10 emails, if you're quick enough and you want that sale. Of course, the more the merrier. I would recommend hitting a minimum of 10-20 per day to get started, and of course, once you reach your first $500 or so in your paypal account, you won't have to worry about cash so much. It's a wee bit more less stressful once you have a couple hundred bucks in your pocket.

You can use this to get clients for anything that showcases a problem. For example, you could use this for bad Yelp reviews. (Again, this is a great money maker. I'll tell you more about this later on in this eBook.)

You can also use this to sell Social Media Management and say something like "I was trying to find you guys on Twitter and Facebook to see if you guys have any discounts or sales. But I guess not. Are there ways to get discounts?"

And then your REAL email could say something like "Hi, I am a social media manager, and I help business owners keep their

social media accounts active and growing..........."

Again, when you email business owners, you need to show them the problem, and then follow them up from the real you by showing them how you can help.

At the bottom of this eBook, I will give you a bunch of different services you could offer, and you could just pick which method in this eBook you want to use to sell that service. If a specific service seems interesting to sell, just look into it a bit more, and then research how to deliver it and then outsource it if you would like.

Either way, these techniques are I meant to help you mainly on getting IN CONTACT with business owners without striving to work too hard on getting their attention.

The Facebook "likes" tactic

Do you know how many business owners base their Internet presence mainly on Facebook and the "likes" they get?

Facebook is an industry that many people even today are still focusing on because of how many people are on Facebook.

However, it is pretty tough to sell a person on creating their Facebook fanpages, since so many businesses today are already using Facebook and all kinds of online business accounts.

There is a way to utilize this online position to help you gain success. How does this work?

Well, here is what I do:

I look for business owners and their business Facebook fan pages

I look and see if they have at least 1,000 or so Facebook likes

I then send them an email asking them a general question from a fake email that isn't associated to me in many way.

I then wait to see if they respond to emails in any way. I have created one fake email where I send them just a random email. I do this to make sure I am talking with a respected company who DOES RESPOND.

I then buy a Fiverr gig that will give that Facebook user a couple hundred additional Facebook "likes". Usually, they will do that in a couple of days, and when the Fiverr gig seller delivers the likes, you can proceed doing one of these two things.

I then send them an email from my account either on Facebook or in email, and then I simply tell them....

"Hello (name),

I am a marketing consultant, and I help business owners in the area to gain a better online presence. My goal is to help people achieve as much traffic and clients as possible.

If you look at your Facebook page, I actually have added a couple hundred likes to your Facebook fanpage. You have gained quite the following, and you have a professional business that makes what I do very easy.

I do a lot of things for business owners in the area, and it would be a privilege for me to help you achieve better marketing through the Internet.

My kind regards,

(Name)"

Or......

2) I then decide to call them with a script on hand. My script usually involves trying to talk to the business owner.

"Hi there, can I possibly talk to the business owner. I am planning on sending him an email, but I just wanted to double check something with him."

Once the gatekeeper leads me to the business owner, or at least gives me their email or phone number, (I am usually able to have the owner on the phone right away), I proceed with this script. "

Owner: hello, how can I help you?

Me/You: Hello, maybe we can help each other.

I too have my own business, and I actually help business owners like yourself gain a better presence online. I visited your site because I was really impressed with what you guys were doing.

I noticed your Facebook page was a little low in Facebook likes, so I went ahead and marketed it myself. Have you been looking at your fanpage lately and noticed the increase?"

Usually, the owner will talk to me as if I am the authority figure, and they will ask me questions about what I do. By now, he is grateful for what I had done, and he will usually just ask me about what I did. Here is how I continue my script:

"You see, I am a marketer online, and I actually

offer a ton of services that can help with your marketing. How would you like it if I emailed you some other things I could do for you?

But....actually.....have you been trying to do anything online? Maybe I can help you in that area?"

By this time, most of them will say things like, "I need SEO done. I need to start doing PPC. I need a mobile website done." Some business owners already know about many aspects of their online business, but they just need to find a way that will benefit them to get started.

When trying to find a F iverr gig seller, look for a F iverr guy willing to give the likes equally to two different site owners. This way, you save money and spend only $5 on two different kinds of Facebook pages. So if a guy offers 300 likes, ask him if he can split it up into 150 each to two different business owners.

Also, the Fiverr gig seller should also be capable of going the likes without having to get access to the Facebook fanpage. This will be very good since you can add the Facebook likes without the business owners permission.

Thanks again for doing this for me. If possible, can you really make it sound like you know me. Just have fun and don’t be so serious. You can wear ordinary clothes or nothing for all I care. LOL :) Just make it fun and look playful. I want you to look playful and general since I will be sending this off to different business owners via email to buy (the service) from me. Anyways, have fun and thanks again."

So, you see. This is easy to do and implement. Now, you probably want to know how to get people to watch the video, right?

Step 3: Upload

Once you receive the video from the gig provider, you want to download it to your computer. You then want to upload the video to YouTube. Just sign up at the "Create a YouTube

Account" button which usually shows up at the right side of the YouTube homepage.

Click on "Upload" in the YouTube homepage after signing up and upload your video. After the short video is uploaded, you want to set the settings to a "PRIVATE VIDEO". Why? Because you really want to showcase to your potential clients that the video was made just for them.

Now, the only people who can watch that video are those who get the link. This gives you the chance to get as little views as possible, making it seem like a really personal video.

TITLES and Descriptions

In the title of the video, simply write "Mobile Site Design! I made this vid for you!"

However, what you will experience when uploading your video is that it has the file name as the main title. Usually this will be like "MP4videol2312xxxbvx". If you get some weird code, KEEP IT. I honestly find this to be authentic because business owners will see that you hadn't had the time to do anything to the video. If you say the words "I made this vid for you" it can sometimes not feel so personal. But when you make the video look like it was just uploaded, they will feel more connected to it.

In the description, I usually don't write anything. I've reuploaded the same video many times and found that no description really works.

Step 4: Find Business Owners To Email

Once you generate your very first video, get the link and save it. You then want to start emailing business owners. Want to find a good looking offline client and their emails?

I didn't want to make this WSO focused on that alone. So.........

I decided to give you my other PDF file which teaches you how to sell mobile sites. Flowever, in the first couple of paragraphs in that WSO, you will learn how to find clients in a precise manner. This alone is worth the several dollars you invested in my WSO. I released that WSO and sold a lot of copies. I uploaded that as an additional UNANNOUNCED BONUS. If you want to find clients, read the beginning of that WSO. It is attached with this WSO.

Once you get those emails, then you need to email them. Use the following message to email them:

Subject Line: Hey!

"Hey (business name),

I really wanted to call you about something very important, but I decided to create a video about it instead. I usually call business owners like you, but I just didn't want to bother you guys. Anyways, please watch this video here: VIDEO LINK

Regards,

NAME"

Last minute tips!

Let's say you uploaded the video last week and it has gotten around 100 views from different business owners, you actually want to consider reuploading that same video and keep it private again. This way, the next business owners see that the video date was just recently updated, making it pretty personal.

I really do hope you enjoyed this cool new WSO! I wanted to make it as short as possible. It is one very smooth and simple way to get yourself a client as soon as possible. If you are looking for a new way to make money, then take action on this.

Thanks again for buying!

Introduce yourself

Talk about what you have to offer

but change the subject to showcase that you are interested in talking about other things

continue doing this until he or she brings up the topic again

This is when you just have to talk to them about w What you have to offer

This is the exact formula I used to land 17 clients in just four days. YOU WILL make money if you use this system. It can work like a charm if you are willing to put in the work.

Emotional Triggers

An emotional trigger is something somebody feels as you speak with them.

If you play around with this over and over again, you will find that the key to making them pay is to be very close to them. Find a common interest.

These are people you are selling to, not robots. You need to deliver everything that you can to them. If you can do that, then you be very sure that you will succeed. You need to be kind.

If you were on their side, you know that you won't be spending that

much right away. So the one thing you need to know is that you can 11

make big sales if you know what to do.

How to scale this up

The way to scale this up is to talk to as many business owners as possible.

If you can, hire one or two people to send out the email swipes for you. Some Indians would be more than willing to send it to more than 50 business owners for as little as $3 - $5.

Scaling this business is really not that tough. The key is to be very consistent with what you do to help you make the most amount of money. Consider having a personal assistant make endless emails.

NOTE: NEVER LET ANOTHER PERSON DO THE SKYPE CONVERSATIONS. THEY MAY TRY TO TAKE YOUR CLIENT

Selling to the same business

After several weeks of selling to the same business, send them an email asking them about the service you offered. If it was a mobile site, ask them how exactly they are enjoying it.

You can tell them that you just wanted to drop by. Ask them exactly whether or not they like the service that you gave to them.

99.999% of the time they will say everything is completely fine.

After that, you ask them about their SEO or something else on their site they may possibly benefit from.

Selling reputation management is the best thing to sell afterwards if they happen to have

In the end, your goal should be to talk to them several days after you sell them the initial service, and then continue talking to them every few days just to catch up. Do not always try to sell.

By the time you have reached your fourth or fifth casual Skype chat, take it to the next level and start talking about something else you could ever.

If you are not so sure what to offer, here is a quick list that can help you:

Facebook likes Twitter manager Social media marketer Reputation marketing Flyer marketing via Fiverr PPC SEO

Website Redesign

Mobile sites

Splash pages

Print out flyers for them

Print out business cards for them using Vistaprint.com

And practically anything you see on Fiverr can be sold, as long as it 13

is marketing related.

ANY TYPE OF MARKETING THAT CAN BE OUTSOURCED CAN BE SOLD TO A BUSINESS OWNER!

You know this system now. The key is to send out emails constantly, and to also gain the confidence to chat with business owners via Skype.

Skype is a professional platform that you can use to start growing your brand and to create relationships.

How does an online business owner succeed using Pinterest?

Or better yet..

How will an offline marketer make money using Pinterest off of these online store owners?

The key is to offer them different services that revolve around Pinterest. You first want to make them learn about Pinterest. Some of them may actually already have a Pinterest account to begin with.

You will be offering these business owners everything from followers, pins, likes, repins, and other kinds of services to help them with their online Pinterest brand.

Again, these business owners with their online stores will drastically gain more business when you help them with their Pinterest businesses. When people see their crafts or items on Pinterest, they can gain so many customers and have people buying from them so easily.

So. Let's go deep into what you should do first! There are several different ways to go about doing this, but here is a powerful system to help you do this the right way:

Create a FREE website

This is the first part that you need to take care of.

I promised you that I will teach you how to create a professional website. The way to doing this is super easy.

Click on Get The Template, and then upload it to your Blogger blog. You will find that it works great if you get a simple blog to use. Fill up your blog with useful information on a daily basis and give away FREE info. (You can also use a free template already on Template. I would suggest the plain one they first give each blog.)

However, your goal should be to create one special page to showcase your packages.

Pricing On Pinterest Services

You want to start off small.

$150 for 2,500 followers (go higher with time) $250 for 1,000 repins

I would suggest going to Elance to try and find a skilled manager who can help you out with this. I sometimes just use the different websites found on Google and even some people on the Warriors For Hire section for outsourcers. If you have to pay $50 for 1,000 followers, it is very worth it. I like to buy from cheap Pinterest followers sites because of how easy they can be utilized. They have a professional reputation to protect, so they always watch out for their reputation and name.

Create your buy buttons

You can read through the site and easily create graphics and buy buttons. Make sure that you WRITE DOWN THE SERVICE ON EACH BUTTON.

You can edit them, and then upload them to your site. I like to add them through PayPal so that you can write down the price and have your customer instantly click on the button and go straight to PayPal.

MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS TO YOUR SITE

Creating the site first is very important. Once it is done, this may take two hours or so to complete. The next step is to actually go to CZ CC

Getting the clients

After your site is right, you need to reel customers in. You can't just build a site and instantly get clients.

You need to be marketing.

There are different ways I go around trying to accomplish this.

Where to find business owners

There are so many online stores on the Internet. One of the best sites to go to are Etsy.com. On Etsy, you can find plenty of different sellers.

There are practically millions of newbie marketers using this site to get themselves the money they need selling their very own items online.

On certain sites like Etsy, you can create a profile and send them a message. We all know how cool it is to scrape emails and things like that online. I sometimes like to type in site:facebook.com "@gmail.com" ""etsy"" on Google, and it will showcase every single email.

In your email, you can message them in two different ways.

Send them an email saying this

"Subject line" -1 love your (etsy, ebay) page "Hey there,

How are you? I have been a fan of your work for quite awhile!

I found your page, and your items are amazing. You should consider using Pinterest. It is one of the best ways to get your product images showing on the Internet.

A great thing about Pinterest is that when people click on the images of your product, they can easily be brought to your official product page, so you can gain a lot of traffic to your site.

Okay, now that you know how to get a campaign set up, it is up to you to decide if you would like to create a campaign for a local business.

As for me, I will stick to the simpler side of things and offer only posters to help with their marketing ventures.

Now where were we?

Okay, so after you find their websites, you should then look for their emails which is quite simple to do.

Just visit their site and look through their Contact Us Pages or About Us page. It will be mezmerising to see their emails because once you get their email, it is go time. Now I'm going to show you a few email swipes/strategies that will increase your chances of getting more and more customers to buying those posters from you.

Remember, you don't even need to see if they have a Foursquare account. I have contacted a few of businesses who didn't have an account but only had one

setup by other people, and I told them to "CLAIM" their business. I gave them the links above that I gave you for setting this up. A few days later I would message them back and ask how it went. (I don't like setting Foursquare accounts up, so I let them do it. You can do this if you want! Don't forget to charge more!)

I then told them that I could create professional posters for them to post around their store. Eight business owners out of ten was my ratio on the businesses who took advantage of this offer after I told them about Foursquare.

Before I give you my email swipes, here is how you can use Foursquare to find business owners who have low check ins and tips.

Simply visit Foursquare.com and type in the business owners and the place that you want to target. Just type in "nail salon, burgers," or anything that you want. Look for the business owners that have low check ins and Tips and simply visit their site found on their profile.

Email Swipe #1 - The Friendly Approach

"Do you guys use Foursquare to offer discounts? My friends have been visiting your "restaurant/establishment" for a long time and would love to get a few discounts for when they check in your restaurant?"

They will usually say that they have one up and stuff like that. Below is the next email swipe you should use. Make sure that you add a bit of it to make sure that it fits into the email which they reply back to you. But below is a sample email swipe that you could use.

"I was asking because I actually offer business owners posters as stickers to display across their store. It helps get the attention of customers. I can design a few of them for you if you'd like and have them shipped to your establishment/restaurant."
Email Swipe #2 - The Offer

Here is an email swipe that you can use today that can help make you sell plenty of Foursquare sales right off the bat. I use this if I want to get their attention right away. I send this only to those whom I know have low check ins.

"I noticed that your restaurant/nail salon/establishment uses Foursquare. You guys have very little tips and check ins. How would you like it if I helped increase those check ins and tips for you?"

Feel free to add in your name as well!

Here is the email swipe that you can use which is simple for convincing them about your service. Basically, they will reply to the above email in a nice way, but it still does depend upon the business and how they think of your professionalism. After you get that first reply, answer back with this email: "I actually design posters, and I can create 3 to 5 of them for you that you can place throughout your establishment to help increase your check ins. You just need to decide on what kind of free service you want to offer for free every time somebody leaves a tip, and I will just design it to convince them to buy. I can design them for you and have them shipped to you within the next few days."

Usually they will reply saying to you yes or no. The majority of them who already have an account on Foursquare will probably say thank you and be happy to ask you about price. I will let you decide on what kind of way you will talk to them about price, but below is one of the messages that I have sent out a few times that may be of great help. Just remember that you may not be able to use this email based on what they reply back to you.

"Great! I only charge $397 for the posters. I will design it all for you and make sure that your logo and business name is on it. Oh yeah, what do you want to give away for every tip/check in so I can write it down on the poster? The size of the posters will be 18 x 24. Do you want me to send you a PayPal invoice?"

We are charging $397 since it will cost you around $100 or so to charge for the shipping costs and the designing fees if you don't know how to design your own poster. After all of the shipping and designing fees, you get $297 easily!

As you can see, all it takes is a couple of email swaps with the business owner to succeed. Now that you know how to grab clients and make them want to pay for this service, along with how to find those business owners, now it is time to find out how to deliver this service.

Delivering this service is definitely easier than what most people believe. No, you do not need to learn how to design posters, and no, you can do this all without any problems. You can even outsource this. In fact, you get an additional PDF attached to this that showcases how your outsourcer does this. Nonetheless, I will show you exactly how I go about delivering this service to offline business owners. It is easy and simple to follow.

Disaster #7 - Tweeting Too Much

Tweeting too often is the kiss of death for any Twitter account, unless you have an extremely rabid following that hangs on your every word. Overtweeting is one of the quickest ways to get people to un-follow you.

This is true whether you’re tweeting about what you had for lunch, the latest breaking news, or even posts about contests and giveaways. People just don’t want to see sooooooo much content from one single person or company.

Try to limit your tweets to a maximum of 8-10 per day, and do that only rarely. Four per day is plenty most of the time. This will help you reach people in different time zones around the world without being annoying.

If you’d like to know when the most effective times are to tweet, keep an eye on your metrics as far as engagements such a retweets and when people mention you. Tweet at the times you regularly get the most engagements, to reach the bulk of your audience.

Also, if you notice your account losing followers, you might be tweeting too much! Slow down and see if your rate of loss drops.

Disaster #8 – Hashtag Insanity

Have you ever seen a tweet where over half the message was nothing but one hashtag after the other?

These tweets look something like this:

Ready for #summer? Get a hot #swimsuit, #tankini, #bikini, #sarong or a great pair of #sandals or #sunglasses! Bit.ly

This is annoying, looks terrible, and isn’t likely to accomplish much. You’re much better off separating this into focused posts by concentrating on each item in a separate post. You can spread this out over a day or two to keep from inundating your followers.

Examples:

Ready for #thebeach? Get your next super sexy #bikini at our huge Summer Sale Event! Bit.ly

We’re having a huge Summer Sale Event on swimsuits! Get your next #tankini at up to 60% off! Bit.ly

Need new #sandals for #summer? Check out our Summer Sale event! Bit.ly

Disaster #9 – Follower Begging

The last thing anyone wants to see is a total stranger begging to be followed. Begging is not only rude, it’s downright distasteful. It makes you look desperate, and definitely doesn’t inspire confidence in your product or service.

Think about it. If you’re so desperate that you’re begging strangers to follow you, what does that say about you or your company? Does that sound like you’re a confident business owner who has a stellar reputation and a first-class product?

To the average person, begging smacks of desperation. And people are usually desperate because they aren’t making any sales. And what is the biggest reason people don’t make sales? Because their product stinks!

I’m not saying your product stinks, but that is what people are likely to think if you beg for followers.

Instead of begging, you can send a polite message requesting a person follow you and give them a reason to do so. This might be exclusive promotions, giveaways, contests, coupons, etc. Or you could mention that you’d happily retweet their messages when they follow you.

Disaster #10 – Too Much Retweeting

Retweeting is a great tool, because you can use it to show off praise from customers or to call out a company or individual you’re happy with. But overused it can be a recipe for disaster.

Not only could it harm your reputation if your randomly retweet the wrong person who later ends up to have a bad reputation or scams people, but if it is overdone your followers will start to tune you out as they would if you overused any type of posting method.

Ideally, you want to ensure that each retweet reflects well upon you and your brand. Check the background of each person you intend to retweet, and use them sparingly. Save them for occasions when a tweet really stands out as worthy of a retweet.

Disaster #11 – Controversy

Unless you’re a brand that thrives on controversy, it’s never a good idea to post anything that might be controversial unless you’re really willing to lose a large chunk of your user base if they respond negatively to whatever you post.

Sure, some brands can get away with being controversial. For example, many Chick-fil-A and Hobby Lobby customers have praised these two companies for standing up for their shared religious beliefs. It was a huge risk, but now many of their customer base, have become more loyal because of the decisions these companies have made. However, these companies have also discovered that a very large chunk of their future and potential market has decided to boycott them, and that their stance on certain issues will make it difficult for them to ever broaden their market reach.

In PR, some people have said that no attention is bad attention, but in many cases this simply isn’t true. Controversy can be the kiss of death for a business, and it can be a PR nightmare.

Be very careful about what you post. Think before you post and be sure you aren’t stirring up even the slightest hint of controversy. You definitely don’t want to offend your core customer base, and it’s easier than you think, to do so.

Delayed Buttons Plugin Personal Use Software

"The Delayed Buttons plugin is the result of a trend on many video sales pages. It works simply by withholding the payment button until a set amount of time has passed. So there's nothing that can be clicked, and the only thing that the viewer can do is watch the video as its streamed, just as if it were a TV program!"
