It is quite obvious that concentrating on a single task before moving on to the next one would be a great help in achieving your business goals. And improving your ability to concentrate and focus should be your priority if you really want to get somewhere.
The trick here is to perform a few easy steps to practice and improve your focus and concentration and these simple steps would surely make a believer out of you; that focusing on one thing can prove beneficial to your business.
Eat healthy. Having a healthy and balanced diet can improve your body as well as your mind. And a healthy mind leads to better focus and concentration.
Learn to work alone from time to time. This doesn’t mean that you have to be a loner and ignore your workmates, but trying to work on your own sometimes can definitely work on your concentration. So go ahead and be a hermit for a day or two.
Learn how to be patient. Patience can do you a lot of good things - one of which is staying focused and on top of your tasks. This trait or attitude is perfect if you want get things done and at the same time learning how to accept that some tasks cannot be done in a flash.
Learn how to make and work using lists. Creating a checklist of every part of your task that you need to accomplish for the day, and tick off each task that you have completed. This way you will have an idea of how far you have gone through your work day and how many tasks you have left to finish.
Stay calm. If you keep stressing out on things, you will completely lose control and will start to panic. And you know what panicking does to you right? You can and will never get anything finished on time and of quality.

Yes, even your daily activities can help you practice and improve your focus. From waking up in the morning until you go to bed at night, such activities which are considered to be part of your everyday routine, are designed to keep your focus up, without you knowing it.
Drinking a cup of coffee or tea - simple isn’t it? Well, if you come to think of it, this uber simple thing can improve your concentration. How? Imagine yourself sipping a piping hot of freshly brewed coffee, your mind goes blank and your full attention is on that steaming cup of divine goodness. That is concentration!
Reading a good book - of course, this is pretty much understandable why this activity can help you maintain or keep your focus. For one thing, you cannot read and absorb everything that’s in the book if you are also watching TV or cross stitching at the same time, right? If you need to read, just read and let go of other distractions.
Cleaning up your room or the house. This activity seems normal and so easy to do that some people would think that accomplishing this doesn’t really need a genius mind or one’s concentration. But look at it this way, cleaning your room or your entire house for example, would not be easy if you do not concentrate on what you are doing. For example: would you be able to know where you will put all your stray stuff and keep things organized if you do not think of it in the first place? The same goes with doing a task related to your business. If you do not stop to think and focus on the task, then you will not get anything accomplished come end of work day.
Eating a meal. Although, due to the fast paced lifestyle that you and other working individuals live by today, it is quite impossible to focus on your meals without thinking of the things that you need to work on for the day or the week. One thing that you must consider is that even the simple act of eating a meal can help you achieve more at work compared to when you eat and work at the same time. Eat first, and then work later. This should be a practice - to avoid too much multi tasking, lack of concentration and choking on the food that you are eating.
Hand washing. Remember the proper way to wash your hands thoroughly? Sing the happy birthday song while washing your hands, and you are already showing focus and concentration without even realizing that you are already making progress.
Bake a cake - or any pastry for that matter. This would not work if you do not concentrate and focus on creating tasty treats. If you are watching TV or talking on the phone while trying to whip up batches of cupcakes, think again. Multi tasking in this type of task will not help you measure out ingredients well and mix the batter properly.
Yoga. Yes! Not only will you lose the weight that you have so much wanted to get rid of, you will also learn to meditate and concentrate on the present. Yoga can help clear you mind from clutter and other forms of distractions, so make sure that you try a few moves at home or better yet enroll in one of those Yoga fitness studios.
Writing a letter, a story or poem. Writing is a skill that requires focus and your undivided attention. You may listen to smooth jazzy music of course, but if you are determined to write something good, try to work quietly, avoid talking to other people, or watching movies on DVD - things that are proven to be the highest forms of distractions and breakers of concentration.
Humming. This is not just form of past time, it is also a form of therapy. Humming can clear your mind and lets your mind and body to relax; just like when you meditate or do yoga.
Exercises. A sloppy concentration definitely needs help. Exercise, at least 20 to 30 minutes a day can definitely refresh your mind and body.

This is the most important module of Page One Ranking Formula Game plan. So try to understand each and every thing and then implement just as advised.
Since we are trying to rank our site on Google, We need to understand that which type of sites Google likes to rank on page one. With the release of recent Ranking Algorithm like Panda, Penguin and Pirate, Getting ranking on Google with old style of link building is almost dead now. We need to do backlinking as per Google Requirement.
In old days, if we are going to rank a site for keyword “fat loss factor”, we always build links for only one term fat loss factor. But this is not acceptable now. In simple words, you need to diversify your anchors or backlinking terms as possible as you can.
Practically, if you are going to rank a site for keyword “fat loss factor”, your anchor text ration for this keyword must be 1% only to your whole backlinking profile of your site.
So the basic idea to build an anchor text plan is before starting backlinking to your site is to have complete %age control of your anchors.
Usually anchors are the same thing as Keywords but once we call them particularly then they have some significant over keywords.
Let’s try to understand what type of anchors and how to build an anchor text plan which we will use in our Backlinking Plan.
Anchor Text Types
Target Anchor:
Target Anchor is the Target Keyword we want to rank at Top position. Just remember Buyers Keyword Findings where we have looked for Target Keyword and the other Buyers Keywords. So Target Anchor is actually our Target Keyword which has maximum traffic and we want to rank it at top positions on Page one.
Long Tails Anchors
The Buyer Keywords which have decent traffic are our Long tail anchors. That is why we have chosen 2 types of Buyers Keywords in Module.
Brand Anchors
Brand Anchors are those keywords which specifically represent your site. Like yoursitename is a brand anchor. We need these Brand Anchor for maximum diversification of our target anchor.
Naked Urls Anchors:
When we used our site URL as anchor, we call this as Naked URL Anchor. This is also very important to use in your backlinking profile. Creating links with Naked Urls is also a major ranking factor now a days.
Generic Anchors
When you created links with the general type of keywords like click here to visit this site, visit now, this site is good etc., then these types of anchors are known as Generic Anchors.
Don’t worry if this looks some odd to you, I have added my fat loss factor Anchor sheet in Resources and you can use that anchor text sheet as a template to build your site anchor text sheet.
Anchor Text %age in Backlinking Profile
After analyzing of lots of ranked sites, I am able to develop a perfect Anchor Text %age Formula and you can follow this without any problem.
Target Anchor: 1% = 1 link
Long Tails Anchor: 10% = 10 links
Brand Anchor: 19 % = 19 links
Naked Urls Anchor: 20% = 20 Links
Generic Anchor: 40% = 50 Links

How to Build Anchor Texts Sheet
Now you need to build anchor text plan sheet for your Target Keyword for 100 backlinks. I have provided Generic Anchors File in Resources and you can use those to build backlinks using Generic Anchors.
Before building anchor text sheet, you need to understand that you must create a keyword spider first. For keyword spider, you need to have your target anchor in each of your long tail anchors. This is Must Thing to do.
You can use Semrush to build a keyword spider for you. However, you need Semrush Pro account to do this which can be costly. I have a free way to do this also.

Being an SEO Expert and Coach from Last few years, I know exactly the importance of Buyer Keywords in my SEO Campaigns.
The SEO Campaigns which are more specifically targeted towards Buyer Keywords are having much better ROI and Profit than those which are targeted to general and informative keywords.
Just like if you are doing IM and List Building, you know the value of the lists either it is a buyer list or a freebie seeker list. The ROI you get from Buyer List is a lot better than freebie seeker lists. The same is the case with Buyer Keywords.
When you are targeting Buyer Keywords in your SEO, the traffic you get to your affiliate site is already having buying mindset. You don’t need to do much to make affiliate sales for the products you are promoting.
In my personal experience with some weight loss affiliate sites, I observed that I normally made one affiliate sale from 15 to 20
visitors to my site. Remember, we don’t need huge traffic to earn good from our affiliate sites while targeting them with Buyer Keywords. A little traffic can bring a good number of sales and profit.
I can easily say with 100 visitors daily while targeting with Buyer Keywords, $100 a day is achievable if your affiliate commission per sale is more than $30 which is quite normal in weight loss product.

If you are a video marketer, creating affiliate videos while targeting Buyer Keywords can add great profit.
I have personal experience of ranking YouTube Affiliate Video not only Page One on Google but also on YouTube. I always able to generate lots of sales and leads doing this way.
Here is great tips for video marketers that I personally use for me.
Always Target Buyer Keywords in Video Title.
Don’t link your video directly to your Affiliate Link. Send all Video traffic to Your Affiliate Site which will act as landing page. This works a lot better and you can capture leads also to target them later with email marketing.
Try to rank your video on Google Page one. That will bring a lot more traffic that if you try to rank it on YouTube only. I have personally experienced that if my Video is ranked on Google, it also ranked on YouTube. Test, Test and Test, the only way to succeed.
Using Buyer Keywords in PPC Campaigns
If you are doing PPC and specially using Adwords or Bing Ads, you need to make sure that your keywords must be relevant. The relevancy of your keywords depends on your niche. However, adding Buyer Keywords to your PPC Campaigns can result in big profits for you.
I am personally using Bing Ads for my PPC and I can ensure you that I have great results with it. I am targeting my affiliate sites with mostly Buyer Keyword and the results are awesome.
Keep in mind the overall goal while using PPC as your traffic tool is to drive paid traffic to your product review site where your affiliate links are placed. If your Ads perform at their maximum potential using Buyer Keywords, You can generate a lot of money in short time.
However, you need to put lots of tweaking before making big money through PPC. I personally recommend a great PPC training, PPC Kraze where Vincent provided 77 pages in depth training about PPC.
