of these techniques is called Speed Writing. Of all the techniques we’ll discuss this one will have the most bearing on your speed and production ability. We’ll also discuss when to do-it-yourself and when to outsource. Generally doing it yourself will save you tons of money while outsourcing will save you time; there are a lot of options and outcomes to weigh when deciding what is right for you.

The title of this book is How To Create Craploads of Content Fast so let’s not drag this intro out any longer, onto the eBook!

Quick Writing Techniques

Great copywriting is the cornerstone of Internet marketing. You can have the fanciest website with all the newest features and a million-dollar design but what ultimately sells your products and services is the actual content of your sales pages and advertising platforms. The higher the quality of your copy (and the more you produce) the better your traffic and sales will be. When you have tons of quality content you get better traffic, higher click-through rates, higher buy rates and better search engine results.

The question, however, is how can you create quality articles that grab peoples’ attention and are really high quality but do it FAST? Well, the trick is to have a system that you can follow time and time again to get your writing genius ready to roll like a fine-tuned machine. If you don’t prepare and have a well-developed system your writing is just going to turn into an unorganized mess that ends up going nowhere. So, to keep you disciplined and the keyboard humming, you should attempt to have a routine that can have you spinning articles quickly and effectively to draw the right kind of traffic and attention to your site.

Our Goal

When you sit down to write an article there is a process you have to follow: You need to research the market to find good topics, you have to narrow it down to a single topic, find the good keywords and then proceed to write the article. Then, if you are like most writers, you might do this again for each article you intend to submit to article directories or post on a website.

While that’s an effective approach it’s certainly quite time consuming and disjointed. Wouldn't it be better if you created a factory assembly line of writing that allowed you to focus on creating quality and high interest articles without so much constant back and forth? It definitely would and you definitely can. By following the steps in this book you should be able to:

? Identify and locate topics quickly – You will learn how to use an understanding of search engines to quickly identify highly sought after topics. You can either find high volume keywords that increase your traffic or high paying keywords that can add money to your marketing coffers.
? Research topics effectively – Find out which tools can speed your research efforts and make you a research speed demon!
? Generate multiple articles from one topic – You can learn how to create 10 to 30 articles from a single topic!
? Create Attention Grabbing Titles – Without a headliner that grabs a reader, the article may never be read. You will learn how to write titles that pull the reader in and stands out amongst other articles.
? Understand Proper Internet Article Structure For Your Topic – Understand how to write articles that are structured to be informational
while captivating. Know exactly what type of structure you will need to create just from the category of the article!
? Use The System To Do Multiple Projects At Once – Once you've got a system in place that you are using, the more you work with it the faster you get. Eventually, it will also help you to do two projects or more at once and not get lost as you switch from one to another. That's when you'll really be steaming through pages and pages with Speed Writing Olympic speed.

Aptitude is Necessary

Before you waste any time on techniques that won’t help you, let’s get something straight. If you are an Internet marketer and trying to save some money on copywriters, then you will have to learn Speed Writing. Otherwise, the cost to benefit of saving some money while spending inordinate amounts of time to create content for your websites and marketing efforts won't make any sense. You could easily save more money paying a top-notch copywriter to write your articles for you, if you're going to take too long to do your own. But, once you have this skill down, you can learn to write your own articles and save a whole lot of money. Even if you decide you don't want to implement Speed Writing in your Internet marketing skill set, you will know enough to be able to know what you can expect from great copywriters. We’ll discuss this more thoroughly in the next chapter.

And, when would these techniques come in hand?

Well, as an Internet marketer, your two goals are to bring in traffic to your site and to make sales. Either one of these actions puts money in your pocket, either through advertising or through closing a sale. So, all of the Speed Writing you do should go straight towards these two goals, even if they don't appear to be entirely connected.

Traffic-Oriented Content

Even if your website has excellent products, spectacular services and great offers, if you have no traffic it’s all going to waste; you won’t get much ad revenue or profit without any traffic. So, how to Internet marketers bring traffic to their sites? Typically, by writing copy on other sites that have a large audience and then directing them back to their site through a backlink.

One very popular way to do this is write multiple articles for article directories and submit them for free. These websites are heavily indexed by the major search engines and your article stands a good chance of appearing high up on the results page. Not only that, but they also serve the dual purpose of helping to define the author of these articles as an expert on a particular topic. As the author, you get to write up a brief explanation of your credentials with a backlink to a page that is not a devoted sales page. So, you can have a backlink back to an intermediary blog, a page on your website that does not promote a product, or even a sales page that isn't very obvious or you'll get banned.

These article directories have be a tried and proven way to create good levels of traffic from the number of people who are constantly searching the web for good content. If you use keyword techniques, you can even increase the chances that your articles will be at the top of the results page. However, who has time to write many different articles and then submit them all for free to different articles?

Chapter 1: Introduction - The Benefits of Systemizing Your Business

The Internet has changed the way people think about companies, especially when it comes to owning a small business. Millions of people have tried to start an online business, with many of them finding success. While there are several reasons why one might fail to get their online business off the ground, one of the main reasons is because the owner was unable to systemize the company and utilize the available resources.

People who have found success with their online business know that they need a great idea, as well as the resources to cultivate a customer base for that great idea. They also understand that the same daily activities that are done in a brick and mortar business, also apply to an online business. They know that they will need to take the necessary steps to either learn those skills or outsource them to trusted and reliable sources.

Online business systemization is about combining the vision with the practicalities of the business world to become successful. The process of systemization is no great mystery. It is possible to learn how to effectively systemize your business and position yourself to run a successful online business that makes a profit on a consistent basis.

What is Systemization

Many online business owners, when they hear the word “systemization,” turn to the idea of an endless array of meetings that create a ton of action items that must be followed up on at the next meeting so even more action items can be created. In short, people believe that systemization is nothing more than an ongoing, convoluted series of processes that only make running a business more complicated. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

Having a systemized business doesn’t mean that you’ll be caught up in so many policies and procedures that you lose all ability to work on anything productive and it’s not about filling time or creating the illusion of being busy. Systemization is not about creating a machine and being dominated by that machine. Systemizing your business doesn’t have to be complicated.

True systemization is about creating a stable functioning procedure that knows what needs to be done, has a way to do it, and gets the job done. When you have a truly systemized business, you free up more of your time to focus on more important aspects of your business, like marketing, strategy, and product creation. When your company is systemized correctly, the procedures make sense and always have a purpose. With systemization, everyone in the business knows what to do and when to do it. There are no endless meetings to deal with, no complicated policies to follow, and no time wasted with spinning the wheels. This isn't to say that all the processes within an adequately systemized business are going to be fun. However, when organized properly, the tasks can be completed in a reasonable amount of time, leaving the rest of the day to work on something more interesting, like converting more prospects to buying customers, creating a new product line, or writing new sales copy. True business systemization, frees you, while a lack of systemization creates endless work and stifles your ability to succeed.

Why You Need to Systemize Your Online Business

There are many benefits that you can gain by systemizing your online business. With a sound system, people in your organization have a clear understanding of the work they need to perform and what is expected of them. Without policies, there are many unanswered questions, and quality and service can’t be guaranteed. Now that you understand why it's good to have a systemized business let's explore the benefits that you can gain.

Reduce Costs

Managing your email inbox or reading through piles of mail isn't the most efficient use of your time. As the business owner, your time would be better spent analyzing new business opportunities or developing new product lines. Delegating many of the days to day tasks that are required to run a business, can free up your time so you can focus your energy on the activities that will allow you to grow your business and increase revenues.

Without clearly documented business procedures, you can’t delegate those daily tasks that eat up most of your time. By recording your processes, you can easily delegate tasks knowing that they will be done correctly, allowing you to free up your time to oversee more projects, which brings in more revenue for your growing business.

Increase Efficiency

Documenting procedures allows you to discover any unnecessary steps that you may be taking. When you record your systems, you provide yourself with the opportunity to improve the process, which can result in cutting costs and freeing up your valuable time to grow your business. It can also help you complete tasks with fewer mistakes. Taking the time to document new procedures and re-document existing procedures can provide you with opportunities to make the daily tasks more efficient and freeing up your time to focus on growing business revenue.

Improve Performance

Businesses that lack procedures often have employees that have their own way of handling tasks. While this can make your employees happy, it can also lead to inefficiencies. Not having documented procedures can lead your team to complete the same function in different ways. Recording the best way to perform the task will allow everyone to become more efficient in his or her jobs and improve their performance.

Improve Communication

One of the biggest killers of time and profit in a business is miscommunication. When there are no documented procedures in place, internal and external communication becomes a huge issue. When you have clearly written procedures, there are fewer arguments over how things should be done.

Scale Your Business

Having procedures in place for training new staff will reduce the stress your current staff endures when training new team members. Following documented hiring procedures will allow you to hire the right people for each job and they'll be able to follow procedures without requiring additional assistance.

When your new hires receive better training, they can become more productive at their jobs. They can be trained in a way that reduces the number of mistakes being made and improve their overall performance. When your employees perform better, you can gain more sales and have fewer errors to deal with, ultimately cutting costs.

Measure Your Progress

While the money coming into your business is one way to measure your progress, being able to measure your marketing efforts or the development process of new products will provide you with a better picture of the health of your company. If your business is organized and has clear documentation of your procedures in place, you will be able to quickly check on these things, as well as other areas of concern and obtain real-time data on how they are doing.

Meet Deadlines

Without having a basic plan in place for each day, the daily activities that are needed to keep your business operating can begin to build up, eventually creating a bottleneck and bringing other essential tasks to a halt. For example, if you aren't posting your Accounts Receivables and Payables on a regular schedule, you can find yourself with a lot of work when it comes time to pay your employees or calculate taxes for the current quarter. Having an organized, well-documented system in place, ensures that you won't run into situations where you have to drop other tasks to play catch-up.

Free up More Time

When your business is systematic in its functions and operation, it frees up your time, so you can focus on the activities that will help your business grow. Instead of spending the afternoon responding to emails, you can work on your marketing efforts or promote your business at local business events. Business systemization provides you with the opportunity to spend your time on those endeavors without having to worry that your company operations have halted because you're away from the office.

Take Time Off

Being able to take time off from the business is one of the main benefits of a systemized business. When your business is systematically organized, you can take a vacation knowing that your company will still be able to run, even in your absence.

Now that you’ve been shown the many benefits of having a systemized online business, it’s time to take a moment to evaluate your circumstance and make a list of what you want to accomplish with your online business. Write everything down, no matter how small, vague, or inconsequential it may seem.

One of the easiest ways to become burned out before your business even has a chance to succeed is trying to master everything yourself and doing it all. No matter how good you are, this line of thinking is just not realistic. Developing a logical and workable business system will allow you to build and run a successful online business.

Chapter 2: Start Here - List Your Most

Recurring Tasks

Whether you already own an online business and find yourself constantly exhausted from the daily work, or you are planning on opening an online business in the future, there is still plenty of time for you to get into the swing of systemizing your business. Once you start working on the steps outlined in this guide, you may begin to realize that many of them are simply common sense.

Step One: Identifying Recurring Tasks

To start systemizing your business, you need to begin by listing all the general functions that you do both daily and through the course of the week. It doesn't matter if you are a brick and mortar business, an online business, or a hybrid business that involves an Internet presence as well as a physical site. Here are some of the more common tasks that will apply to every business.

Accounting

When it comes to your business’s income and expenses, you have to create some sort of process for keeping track of what comes in and what goes out. Having business systems in place for your accounting tasks will allow you to ensure that you are profitable, as well as making sure you have the appropriate records to back up your tax filings, that you have paid your vendors, and that your customers are paying you within your set terms. It is also essential to make sure that your paying your employees on time and have the right amount of taxes being deducted from their pay.

This is one of the systems in your business that you have to keep a close eye on. However, this doesn’t mean that you have to do the work yourself. Financial management systems will allow you to keep track of everything from tracking credit card purchases to invoicing clients, to following up on past-due accounts. Here are some of the other accounting systems that can be systemized.

• Purchasing
• Tracking credit card purchases
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Deposits to the bank
• Cutting checks
• Payments on taxes
• Profit and loss statements
• Invoicing
• Daily cash out
• Petty cash
• Employee expenses
• Payroll

Putting these systems in place will help to prevent employee theft and allow you to have a clear picture of your business’s numbers. They will allow you to control your purchasing and ensure that you sign-off on each decision that is made.

Administration

Somebody has to ensure that the day to day tasks are being accomplished. Depending on the size of your business, this may involve a central manager or supervisor, or several managers who oversee one or more departments.

Administration is an essential area of your business to systemize because of the high turnover rate that most administrative roles see. Implementing a series of systems can help to reduce training time and keep you from having to explain to new hires how the phone needs to be answered every time a new employee joins the team. Here are the administrative tasks that should be systemized.

Introduction – What Is Acupuncture?

Firstly welcome to our beginners guide on Acupuncture and thank you for joining me as we embark on a quick journey of discovery into this sometimes mysterious art. In this first introductory chapter we will be going over a few key points of Acupuncture and exactly what you need to know, upon which we will delve deeper into in the coming chapters. Let’s get started…

First and foremost, Acupuncture is a well-known alternative to mainstream medicine that originated from China. It is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine that dates back thousands of years, and is a widely accepted alternative form of medicine in the Western healthcare industry.

Today, it is widely used to treat different specific ailments such as chronic back ache and headaches, osteoarthritis, postoperative pain and vomiting, allergies, cancer-related conditions, stroke, and even infertility. It is a common substitute for patients that are looking for less aggressive types of treatment, but is not recommended to be used as the primary treatment in any kind of illness. Most places that practice acupuncture are found in the US, UK, and Asia, and are mostly done by private practitioners.

How It Works

The word acupuncture comes from the Latin words acus and punctura, the former meaning needle, and the latter meaning to puncture. The procedure is literally the act of puncturing the skin with the use of fine needles with the aim of stimulating the body’s acupuncture points.

The needles may vary in size depending on the area it will be placed, and patients are asked to lie down as the needles are carefully positioned allowing it to penetrate the skin. The penetration, however, will not be deep enough to permanently damage the skin. The procedure may last for a couple of minutes to a few hours depending on the severity of your health concern. Although it may seem painful and scary at a glance, most practitioners guarantee that there will only be minimal pain much similar to a buzzing or stinging sensation, and patients who have undergone this treatment will be able to attest to the relaxing sensation it provides.

The Principles of Acupuncture

The traditional form of acupuncture is firmly based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine.

According to their beliefs, our bodies are filled with Qi, a life force that circulates through our body through the main organs. This same energy is then distributed to the entirety of our bodies, including the tissues, bones, nerves, and veins through channels known as meridians. These meridians can be likened to railways that easily transport Qi energy from one major organ to the other. The proper flow of Qi in our system creates a balanced environment in our bodies thus keeping us healthy. In line with this, traditional Chinese medicine believes that all diseases are caused by a certain form of imbalance whether caused by our environment or changes in our body.

In the modern age, the existences of both Qi and meridians have still not been proven by science. This has caused acupuncturists to take a different approach in explaining the process of acupuncture in relation to the treatment of pain.

A more acceptable explanation in the scientific field about how acupuncture works is the body’s release of endorphins and adenosine whenever a needle penetrates the skin. The said releases of these chemicals have been found to relieve pain and make patients feel better. The use of acupuncture can temporarily alleviate pain without having to take medication or undergo surgery. There is, however, no medical or scientific proof in its efficacy in eliminating major health conditions.

Add what you are comfortable with at your own pace. For some, that's a lot of changes right away. For others, it's one at a time. Only you truly know the answer to which way is best for you.

Well that’s a basic introduction to the world of Acupuncture, over the next few chapters we will take a more in depth look at some of the aspects mentioned above. Are you ready? Let’s go…

Chapter 1 – The History Of Acupuncture & How It Affects You

Long before the emergence of Western medicine, the Chinese have already established their own form of medicine and healing. For thousands of years, Chinese healers have continuously refined their system resulting in complex and elaborate processes aimed at channeling the proper flow of energy in our bodies to combat certain illnesses.

In this beginning chapter we will be looking at how Acupuncture came into existence from its inception to current use and then into the future.

The Roots of Acupuncture

Although the specific date when acupuncture was first used cannot be determined, it was first introduced in the “Classic of

Internal Medicine of the Yellow Emperor”, China’s earliest book on Chinese medicine dating back from 1st century BC. It is said that the teachings on this book make up the foundation of the techniques currently practiced in acupuncture today.

The Rise & Fall of Traditional Chinese Medicine

When modern medicine emerged and became widely used around the world, acupuncture and other forms of traditional Chinese medicine became out of place and lost its popularity, especially with its lack of scientific basis.

The 20th century became a slow time for acupuncture due to new healthcare treatments introduced by the Westerners. Many doctors educated and trained under western medicine pushed to ban acupuncture as well other branches of traditional Chinese medicine because of its unconventionality and lack of scientific basis.

Introduction

Welcome to the Amazon Money Machine. This guide will give you an overview of the various ways you can make money through Amazon.

Even if you are still working a full-time job, there are many ways you can begin creating your own money machine. It takes some work to get started, but it’s not rocket science.

In this report you will receive a good overview of Amazon’s most popular money making options. Then, you can choose which route may work best for you based on the amount of time and budget you are working with.

Why Amazon

Amazon did start out as a bookseller. That was years ago. Many people still believe that Amazon is mostly focused on being a book marketplace. This is no longer true. Amazon is arguably the internet’s #1 internet retailer.

There are literally millions of people going to Amazon everyday for purchasing products. Amazon has expanded beyond books and now sells all kinds of products. You find everything from groceries to modern electronic components. And many products get free shipping added for customers who are Prime members.

If that’s not convincing enough, here are some stats:

• In 2014, over 2 billion products were sold on Amazon Marketplaces
• As of 2015, there are over 300 million active accounts on Amazon
• The average Amazon user spends about $625 per year. Amazon Prime members tend to spend more.
• About half of web shoppers go to amazon for their product search, according to a study done by BloomReach - https://venturebeat.com/2015/10/06/ amazon-commands-almost-half-of-all-product-searches-andmarketers- are-ignoring-omnichannel/
• Amazon brought in about $135 billion dollars in revenue in 2016.

What if you could gain access to this growing pool of customers?

Imagine even having a small piece of the pie rolling to your bank account. It is a good time to get in and start making money with Amazon.

5 Reasons why using Amazon is a great thing to do

Amazon is much more than a place where you can buy books. Amazon has transformed into a platform that enables people like you and me to make a good steady source of income. However, there are many platforms available that you can

Amazon Money Machine Report

consider using. Here are some really compelling reasons why you should be considering using Amazon:

Reason #1 Amazon has a huge number of people visiting every month

Amazon helps solve the issue of trying to drive traffic to what you are offering. According to Amazon.com, there are over 150 million unique visitors. Most of these visitors are everyday consumers looking for products to buy.

This means if you can have your product in front of potential buyers almost immediately. The time you save from building up traffic and waiting for conversions will make it worth it. Amazon’s large volume of traffic is a HUGE consideration when thinking about where to start making money from.

Reason #2 Amazon is designed to help you sell.

In addition to getting your product listed on Amazon’s marketplace, Amazon has the technology to help you sell more of your product.

Reason #3 You can start with little or no money.

You can start using amazon to generate revenue without any money to start. If you have a website and can write an email, you have the skills and tools needed to start generating income. Cool, right? If you do have some money to invest you’ll be able to take advantage of more money making options.

Reason #4 Customers trust buying from Amazon

Amazon has been around for a long time now. Online customers trust giving their payment information to amazon. A customer that trusts the site they are buying from are more likely to complete the purchase.

With so much news buzz talking about hacking, security breaches and identity theft, customers will always opt for an option they trust over a new place to purchase if they have a choice. Using amazon takes the skepticism away from customers that are ready to purchase.

Reason #5 Amazon is the largest search engine in the world for products

When customers are ready to search for something they want to buy, they will usually go to Amazon first - over Google. Customers in the pre-buying stage might go to google for more information and to be educated about a product. However, when it comes time to purchase they will usually be on the marketplace of choice: Amazon. Catch buying customers where they want to buy.

There you have it

Five excellent reasons why Amazon is worth considering as your money-making machine. There are clearly many benefits of using this platform to generate more income. Of course, you’ll never know how much you can make unless you try first. We hope the following money making models will help inspire some ideas of what you can do and give you a head start when getting setup.

Amazon Money Machine Overview

Now that you understand why Amazon is a great platform to setup your money machine, we need to talk about your options. There are three primary options when it comes to making money on Amazon:

Publish a Book

Publishing a book on Amazon is one of the first ways you could make money. Amazon has taken this beyond the basic paperback with the creation of the Amazon Kindle Program.

Sell a physical product

If book writing is not your thing, you may want to consider creating your own brand of product. You can have the product shipped to Amazon’s warehouse facilities and they will manage the fulfillment process.

This is called Fulfillment by Amazon.

Promote Someone’s Product

There is also an option an option where you can make money from Amazon by promoting other people’s products.

Helping drive customers to Amazon can make you money. This is called being an Amazon Affiliate.

Which one should you start with?

The process of creating your Amazon Money Machine follows the same initial steps. Which one is right for you will depend on the amount of money you are willing to spend initially and the kind of work you are prepared to do.

In the following sections, you find an overview of the money machine creation process and a description of each Money Machine. Use the information to help determine which option will be right for you to begin with.

Is Detoxing Right For You MRR Ebook

Is Detoxing Right for You?

Every day on the news we hear about pollution in the air and toxins in the foods and drinks that we consume. It seems that while technology advances, instead of helping protect us from toxins, we’re being bombarded by them even more.

Detoxing your body is a method many people use to flush out toxins and give your body a jumpstart that it needs to function properly. But it might not be something you want to pursue, so it’s vital that you learn exactly how it can benefit you and how a detox works before you embark on one blindly.

Where Are Toxins Found?

In short, toxins are all around you. They’re in your cabinets, on the skin of your fruit, in nature, in the air and more. You can’t truly escape toxins on a regular basis, but you can shield your body from them and give it a chance to recover and fight back.

Every day you go to the store to stock up on household cleaners, food and beauty products, you’re buying toxins to bring back into your home. You use them for yourself and even on your little baby if you have children.

They’re typically invisible to you – especially in the air that you breathe – but in products, you can spot them if you look at the ingredients list and see a slew of words you can hardly pronounce.

Natural toxins are in your environment, like poisonous plants, animals and even germs. You typically know about these and try to avoid them. We’re less likely to learn about the toxic chemicals in our life, though.

Chemicals aren’t made by nature – they’re made by man – and they’re very dangerous. Sometimes we know the dangers – like using pesticides on our lawn or garden to keep pests out.

Other times, we blindly accept a company’s use of toxins in products that we buy, assuming the government would protect us from anything truly harmful. But they’re rarely tested and often ignored until it’s proven that they’re harmful.

It’s almost a case of innocent until proven guilty, when in reality, for the protection of humankind, it should be the other way around. Companies should have to prove the innocence of their chemicals before using them, but that’s not how it works.

To start, identify the toxins in your day today. Look at everything you eat – especially processed foods. Are there ingredients with very chemical-sounding names in them? These are likely toxic chemicals.

Preservatives, artificial flavoring, and coloring enhancements are all false ingredients that attack your body, rather than contribute to its nutritional benefits. They’re in foods that are even branded as healthy, so make sure you investigate carefully.

Look at the toxins in your community. Many news stations will have a pollution index that you can analyze to see how toxic the air is that you breathe. You want to pay attention to everything landing on your skin or being sucked into your lungs, such as cleaning aromas.

Not everything will have a scent, like lemon-scented cleaner. Many of them are colorless and free of any aroma. So look for whatever is being used in your home and work environment.

What Does It Mean for Something to Be Toxic?

Well, it means your body has no use for it, so it has to work hard to rid your body of it. Sometimes, it even fails, and those toxins build up inside your body and wreak havoc on your health.

You may not see any side effects the first day you’re exposed to toxins, but over time, it begins to take its toll and you start to experience the burden of your body being unable to handle the overload.

Sometimes toxins have mild side effects, like a minor headache, a sneeze or other reaction. Sometimes it’s more serious – like being a cancer-causing toxin residing in your body.

If your body isn’t performing optimally, then it’s going to struggle cleaning the toxins out. It will become sluggish and falter. A detox periodically can rev up your inner engines and help you function at peak performance levels.

The Basic Rules of Detoxing Your Body

With a detox, you’re going to have to identify the toxins in your own life and then avoid them. At the same time, you’ll need to take some steps to boost your body with the repair process.

You can detox your body from the inside-out. The toxins are things you’ve ingested as well as outer pollutants that have landed on your body. Many people don’t think about it, but your skin is the largest organ you have – and you may not be protecting it from toxins in the air.

When you detox, you’ll not only be identifying and avoiding toxins, but you’ll be using things like diet, sleep, stress relief and more to help rid your body of damaging elements.

When you go through a full body detox, not only will your skin get cleansed, but your internal organs as well – your kidney, stomach, lungs and more. Your kidneys and sweat glands will do most of the heavy lifting during the detox process.

After identifying where your toxins are coming from, start replacing the processed foods with organic, whole foods. If you notice your diet has gaps in what your body needs nutritionally, then supplement it with various solutions like vitamins and minerals.

Chapter 1 – What is Gluten?

Put simply, Gluten is one of the proteins found in cereal grains such as wheat, rye and barley. Gluten is produced by a combination of two different Proteins. These Proteins are Gliadin and Glutenin. The plant relies on its supply of Gluten because it serves as food for the plant during development. When these grains are ground into flour, the Gluten is responsible for the elasticity of dough mixtures. It is this elasticity that gives our food a certain “chewiness.” Individuals who suffer from Gluten intolerance are often encouraged to avoid oats as well. This is because oats can easily be contaminated by foods that contain Gluten since it is often processed in factories that produce food using wheat and other foods that contain Gluten. Some examples of gluten-free grains are millet, sorghum, brown rice, buckwheat, wild rice, quinoa and corn.

Wheat is often used to make the following foods:

- Bread
- Pasta
- BakeD goods
- Sauces
- Cakes
- Soups
- Salad dressings
- Battered meat, poultry and fish

Rye is used to make foods such as:

- Pumpernickel bread
- Cereals
- Beer

Barley is often used to make:

- Beer
- Food coloring
- Yeast
- Malt milk
- Malt vinegar
- Soups

Many of the foods we eat may also contain some amount of Gluten as a result of being contaminated during the manufacturing process. These foods include:

- Dried fruit
- Candy
- Flavored coffee
- Caramel color
- Food starch
- French fries
- Processed cheese and meats
- Vegetable and meat stock
- Bouillon cubes
- Dietary Supplements such as multivitamins
- Ice cream

This list is not exhaustive. Time will not permit me to list all the foods that contain or do not contain Gluten and even if I had the time, you would find it quite boring. The only efficient way to determine if your food contains Gluten is to read the label carefully. This will require a lot of your time in order for you to be accurate. This exhaustive process may not be right for everyone. The next chapter will help you to determine whether we are making too much adieu about nothing.

Chapter 2 – Why the Big Deal?

A recent survey highlighted that about a third of all Americans are actively trying to eliminate Gluten from their diet. This is an awful lot of people when we think about the fact that there are over 325,000,000 people in the US. But why are they making such a fuss? Let us take some time to examine a few of the reasons so many people have decided to live Gluten Free.

1. Celiac Disease

Studies have indicated that the number of individuals who currently suffer from Celiac Disease is on the rise. Although no official numbers have been published, it is estimated that well over 1% of the world’s population suffer from this disease. Celiac Disease is especially common among the elderly. Even worse is the fact that many cases of individuals who suffer from this disease have gone undiagnosed. In fact, about 80% of the people who suffer from Celiac Disease are not even aware that they have it.

But what exactly is Celiac Disease you may ask? As highlighted in the previous chapter, Gluten is composed of two main proteins, Gliadin and Glutenin. Individuals with Celiac Disease react

negatively to the Gliadin component. Celiac is classified as an autoimmune disease. That is because the immune system of these individuals will confuse Gluten with something dangerous like some sort of Bacteria. As a result, their bodies try to defend themselves against the Gluten and end up attacking itself in the process. This attack can result in the degeneration of the intestinal wall and can be life threatening if not treated.

Other symptoms of Celiac Disease include:

- Nutritional deficiencies
- Anaemia
- Chronic fatigue
- Vomiting
- Abdominal bloating
- Abdominal pain
- Diarrhea
- Digestive issues
- Decreased appetite
- Itchy skin rashes
- Irritability
- Depression
- Osteoporosis
- Damaged tooth enamel
- Joint pain
- Acid reflux

2. Gluten Sensitivity

Others, who do not suffer from Celiac Disease, have chosen to avoid Gluten or cut it out of their diet altogether because they suffer from Gluten Sensitivity. These individuals may have even gotten a negative result when they did a blood test for Celiac but simply do not feel well when they consume foods that contain Gluten. They may even suffer from symptoms that are quite similar to those of someone with Celiac Disease. Suffering from Gluten Sensitivity means that the individual reacts negatively to Gluten even though their immune system is not attacking their bodies, as is the case with Celiac Disease. The symptoms of Gluten Sensitivity are usually not related to the gastrointestinal tract or cause any damage to the intestines at all. On the contrary, these individuals are more likely to experience fatigue, joint pain, abdominal pain or even ‘brain fog.’ Thankfully, Gluten sensitivity is not life threatening.
