Many people are walking around, driving, going to work and living their lives in a permanent state of fatigue. Sometimes people are tired for unexplained health reasons, but often there are very typical reasons for fatigue which include lack of regular sleep, poor diet, and not getting enough exercise. Fatigue can be very frustrating and even disabling due to feeling as if you cannot get things done or enjoy your downtime.

In this report, we’re going to look at different ways to combat and overcome fatigue so that you can get your life back. There is no reason to be tired all the time. It’s not a normal state of being in healthy people. If you use all these ideas there is no doubt that you’re going to be on your way to not just getting over fatigue, but also becoming an energetic, happy, recharged individual who can accomplish more than you ever thought you could.

Why You Feel Exhausted Even on Your Best Days

Before we get into the meat of getting recharged, let’s address the fact that sometimes medical issues will play an important role in your energy levels. These can drag you down no matter how well you do on any given day.

If you are suffering from unexplained exhaustion, it’s important that you seek medical answers first. Go to your doctor and ask him/her to give you a complete blood work-up to check all your vitamin and hormone levels, plus test you for common diseases that cause exhaustion like sleep apnea. Alternatively, you may be taking medication for an illness and one of the side effects is tiredness. If you feel tired after taking the medication for two weeks, ask your doctor if there are alternatives.

The following conditions can easily be tested for and acknowledged by your primary care doctor through typical blood tests.

Anemia

This medical condition is characterized by paleness, fatigue, racing heart, and sometimes even upper left quadrant abdominal pain. If a person has anemia their red blood cell count (known as hemoglobin) is too low. If hemoglobin gets too low, it can cause severe fatigue and other problems as well. For men, hemoglobin levels less than 13.5 grams per 100 ml and for women, hemoglobin less than 12.0 grams per 100 ml is too low.

Other Vitamin Deficiencies

Besides low iron, if you are short on vitamins D3 or B12 you may feel severely fatigued and even anxious, which can cause you to lose sleep - thus making you feel even more tired all day long. Even though you can buy D3 and B12 (with folate) to help with this issue, it is still best to get a blood test to rule out anything serious before starting with treatment.

Thyroid Disease

Whether you’re hypothyroid (slow) or hyperthyroid (fast), you will suffer from fatigue. Having said that, hypothyroidism tends to cause you to feel tired, sluggish, and even depressed, while hyperthyroidism tends to make people feel anxious, restless, irritable and then contribute to fatigue due to lack of sleep. If you are feeling tired even if you have bursts of energy, ask your doctor to test your thyroid levels to be on the safe side.

Diabetes

One of the biggest first indications of diabetes is fatigue. Even though most people think diabetes only affects overweight people, many people who appear healthy still wind up with type II diabetes.

If you already know you have diabetes since birth and are often tired, talk to your doctor about this. Today, even older people are being diagnosed with type I diabetes, so the old rules don’t fit anymore. You can feel fatigued whether your blood sugar is high or low; if it’s off you will feel the effects. That’s why it’s so important to talk to your doctor to try to manage your disease through medication, diet, exercise, and regular sleep.

Depression and Anxiety

While there can be underlying causes of depression and anxiety such as anemia and other vitamin and mineral deficiencies, sometimes people have these conditions for other or even unknown reasons. If you’ve checked everything and nothing shows up, talk to a professional about whether you suffer from depression or anxiety (or both). Anxiety causes fatigue by preventing a good night’s rest, and depression sometimes has the effect of making you want to sleep away your problems regardless of how much sleep you get.

If you’ve got hundreds of friends, you’ll see most of their posts on your news feeds instead of posts from pages you’ve followed. This is obviously great news for Facebook users themselves, but not so much for business owners who carefully manage and maintain a huge following on Facebook.

So, with the ever-declining numbers of organic social media traffic, many business owners have been forced to turn to Facebook Ads.

Many social media marketers swear by the power of Facebook Ads as it is very cost-effective compared to other advertising options like Google Adwords and other traditional marketing methods.

With Facebook Ads, you no longer need to worry about organic reach. You can simply set up an ad from your Ads Manager account, target the right audience demographic, define your budget and Facebook will take care of the rest for you.

The truth is no other social media or advertising platform can offer the kind of targeting options that Facebook offers. You can target people based on many different factors such as location, interests, hobbies, affiliations, and so much more.

How To Drive Traffic To Your Website Using Facebook Ads

In this section, you’re going to be learning a few ways to get people to land on your website simply by signing up for Facebook Ads. Let’s begin!
1. What do you want to achieve?

This is the first step on the list. You have to sort out your goals – do you want to increase your brand awareness? Do you want to get your ads in front of as many people as possible? Do you want people to visit your website? Install your app? Buy from your online store?

Facebook Ads have 3 different campaign objectives – you have to choose the right objective that will match your goals.

For example, if you want people to visit your website, then you may want to choose the Traffic objective. But it’s not always the right choice especially if you’re targeting people who have yet to hear about your brand. This kind of traffic is called ‘cold traffic.’ If you want higher engagements on your posts, you’re going to have to convert this cold traffic to warm or hot traffic.

For cold traffic, try getting them aware of your brand first. You can choose between Brand Awareness or Reach objectives. You’re basically introducing your brand to your target audience, sort of like saying “Hello, I’m here! I exist!”

You can try letting your ad run for a few days while spending a few dollars each day. It’s not going to bankrupt you, you just want to test the waters.

When your advert’s been viewed by a good number of people, then you may want to create a second advert and this time use another ad objective. You can then target the people who’ve engaged with your initial, testing-the-waters ad.

Since they’ve already engaged with you, they’re not cold traffic anymore. They’re now known as a warm audience – people who’ve interacted with your brand previously. You’re not total strangers anymore.

So, in the second stage of your advert you should remind people of who you are. Remember, people do see tons of content on their news feed. So don’t be shy – remind people that they’ve seen you before!

We all know that the concept of affiliate marketing is simple: we are selling products or services for others. And of course, we are doing the marketing campaign for other vendors’ products to be sold to the public. In other words, it gives us the avenue to earn commissions through promoting other peoples or companies’ products.
We all started out by choosing a product we like or rewarding. We then promote it in the most efficient way we can and make a sizable profit for our efforts. But in the end of the day, the most important and truly rewarding part of affiliating is when a sale is made. That’s right folks, our long hard earn commission!

Essentially, it is a performance-based marketing. I’m sure you agree with me on this one; ‘how much you earn as an affiliate to the vendor corresponds to your sales’. If you were to make a lot of sales, then you’ll earn a big amount of commission. If not, however, you won’t earn as much.

That is why we must remember: we will only be commissioned when a sale is made through the link we provide. We will not be commissioned for sales that were made from other links.

But I know what you are thinking, you’ve done all that and yet it’s not enough, isn’t it? You would probably be wondering about the extra commission you can earn that will double, no, triple your commission!

Truth about maximizing your commission is that, it’s not as simple as it sounds, but it’s also not as difficult as you’d think.

3.0 Why Affiliate Marketing

Through affiliate marketing, you are able to accomplish three things for three different people.

First, you are making yourself feel good for earning a commission. Second, you’re helping a company or other people to gain new customers that they don’t already have. Finally, you are making a new satisfying experience to your customers. They would discover a product from you that can really be helpful and desirable.

Let’s make it clear. Our expenses doing affiliate doesn’t have to be expensive and complicated. In fact, it can be done quickly with a profitable outcome. You don’t need for a big email list to drive traffic to the offer and a huge budget.

So, without having to need those things, what should you have to make extra commissions from affiliate marketing? Personally, I would say a sense of creativity and a good work ethic will take you a long way when you apply them to the proper strategies.

The thing about affiliate is how we don’t have to make our own products for this business to run. Yes, you know that you don’t have to go through the trouble of actually coming up with ideas and the labor of producing something. Instead, you’ll be selling other people’s products.

On another note, you don’t have to provide customer support for the products you sell. All enquiries or complaints will be directed to the product’s vendor. The vendor is responsible for its products and customer care. They will bear the brunt and grunts if anything goes wrong.

However, should that happen, your reputation and credibility would be affected too, but not as severe as the vendors. I’m sure some of us have gone through this experience at some point. So, always keep that in mind.

What’s more, most of us neglect even the very basics of affiliate skills when we first started. So, what are those mistakes you’ve been doing all this while that you are unaware of? These could be the very reason why you can’t seem reach the breakthrough you’ve always wanted for your commission.

The thing that you could’ve been doing unknowingly is not building your own mailing list. This is an exceptional no! Your buyers’ list is the very foundation of your affiliate marketing endeavor. It is the very basic of it all and you should always regard it with the highest importance.

How to Uncover a Profitable Market/Niche you can monetize

There are a number of ways to find a profitable Market or Niche that is easy to monetize.

The best way to do this is to put yourself in the shoes of the potential searcher. For example: When you want to buy a TV or Computer you would probably go to your local store but if you were searching for a way to fix a sexual issue or a personal issue most people would be too shy to go to their local store and ask for a solution so they then turn to the internet to search for an answer to their problem. These markets are going to be the best ones to try and target.

One tried and tested method to find a good market is to look on sites like yahoo answers and ask.com both of these plus many others are great sources to find markets to target. Just look at the common questions that people are asking and list some of these down, this will show you what people are searching for online and most importantly what they are obviously having trouble finding the answers or solutions they require.

Sometimes the best way is to target a market or niche that interests you or you have experience in.

These are just a handful of niches that I have used in the past to help get your brain ticking over. Try to think outside the box and really get yourself lost in the shoes of others as there are thousands and thousands of different Niches you can target.

How to Find a Product to Promote

After you establish what niche you wish to target you will need to be sure there are products in that niche that you can promote.

Most people will tell you to go straight to Clickbank and although Clickbank is great I find with everyone using this service the potential keywords have been all but used. I will use Clickbank though if I can’t find a product to promote anywhere else only after I have exhausted the other options below.

I prefer to use a few different places to search for products. If you type affiliate programs into the Google search bar you will notice there are a heap of different market places for you to choose from. I personally have tried quite a number of different affiliate networks but the main two that I use are called Avangate and Plimus, you can get to Plimus by going to www.plimus.com and to get to Avangate go to www.avangate.com. There are others I use like www.paydot.com , www.amazon.com for physical products and www.tbtrack.com as well as www.clicksure.com but never forget the good old www.clickbank.com.

All of the above programs are free to join and I will show you how to do this in video 1. Most just require you to fill in a simple registration form to get started. I will also show you how to choose a good product that converts well. If you choose a product that has a low conversion rate you once again will waste a lot of time and effort creating a site that may rank in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd position on Google and get a lot of targeted visitors but in the end, you will get zero sales.

Rule of thumb – After you check out the products sales page make sure if you were looking for a similar product, would you buy it? If after checking it out and you personally feel you wouldn’t buy it then don’t promote it.

Before we get started, I want to say that I am just like most of you. I have failed and have given up on list building/email marketing many times. But one can only fail so many times before realizing the missing ingredients to finally succeeding and making money with email marketing.

Even with just a few thousand subscribers, I am now making a comfortable living by sending out promo offers to my email list. If you can grow a quality email list of 2000+ subscribers, you can certainly make a nice monthly income from your email list.

You see… when someone is on your list, you can continue to promote to this person over and over again. Let’s say in the span of 1 year, you send out over 200 email blasts to your list, and the average subscriber only buys 1 product from you at $5 each. Not everyone on your list will buy, but some may buy multiple times and even 5+ times in a year. But anyways, so you’re making an average of $5 per subscriber for a year. That’s about $10,000/year with just a list of 2000 subscribers, assuming you’ll lose some and gain some new subscribers along the way.

Hack #1: Fortune Favors The Brave!

One of the biggest mistakes I’ve learned after all these years of failing at email marketing is the fact that… I didn’t actually sell enough to my list. In other words, I was afraid to sell to them.

I didn’t want to come off as someone that just only spam my email list with affiliate offers from all over the place. I wanted to be the nice guy and build a good relationship, giving out free offers and tips almost all of the time.

With all of the focus on building a good relationship and giving away free tips, I never really tried hard enough to send out affiliate offers. Therefore, my list hardly made me any money. Then soon after, I would mail less and less, and finally just give up on my email list.

So here’s the main idea I want you to understand from my Hack #1 – Be Brave. The sole purpose of building an email list is to make money from your list. If you want to make money from your list, then you got to be brave and send out those promo emails. And you got to send out a LOT of promo emails to make you the big money!

I try to send out 5+ promo emails before sending out free tips or a free report of some sort. You want to spend most of your time and effort on crafting good promo emails to make you money rather than creating free reports all of the time to give out to your list at no charge.

I send out emails every 1-2 days. I want my list to be familiar with me. You do not want to mail once a week or once every few days, you will soon be forgotten to your subscribers this way.

You’re probably wondering… wouldn’t sending out too many promo emails cause the unsubscribe rate to go up?... Well of course, if you spam the heck out of your list with crappy irrelevant products all of the time, then you will lose a lot of subscribers.

But, if you promote relevant quality products to your list, they would actually be okay with it. Just trust me on this! Unsubscribe rate is just a part of email marketing.

My idea of promoting an offer to my list is that I am simply recommending something that can be useful to them. I don’t use the word “buy” or try to sound to aggressive in getting people to buy the product.

I simply recommend by saying something like this, “Hey, I came across ABC, it’s a brilliant way to XYZ, if you are interested, learn more here…”.

Below is a copy of one of my promo emails, this particular promotion made me a whopping $500+ in affiliate commission.

Should You Hire a Freelance Graphic De-signer or a Firm?

There are so many options these days for getting the expertise you need to fire up your business. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t get the best possible people on board to help you with everything from recruitment to graphic design. But how do you decide which is the best option for your business?

Hiring a graphic designer is a business decision, and you should go about it just as you would with any other investment or recruitment process. Part of your process should include consideration of what business model will suit your needs. And the two main types of graphic design business model to choose from are a freelance designer or an agency. But how to decide which model will suit you best? Who can get the job done successfully and at the best price?

As with many other business decisions, it will come down to an assessment of pros and cons for each option and which will suit your project and your business.

Freelancers

• Lower price. Generally speaking, freelancers can offer a better price, mostly because they will have a lower overhead.
• One-on-one communication. You will be dealing with just the designer for the whole project, not a team or having different contacts in several organization departments.

• Flexibility. Freelancers usually work flexible hours and can be available when you need them (within reason, of course. You shouldn’t expect weekend or late-night contact.)

What to Include in a Contract with your Graphic Designer

You’ve done your homework, checked out the field, and found the right graphic designer for your project. Now you need to get everything into a contract so that the project can get started. A good project contract will include all the details nec-essary to get the job done. If both you and the designer have a shared and agreed understanding of the project right from the start, you will eliminate the risk of back and forth questions and answers later – that waste time and money. Here are some key elements to make sure to include in your contract.
