Running a small business is much harder than running a corporation. Surprising? Not if you're a small business entrepreneur.

As a fledgling business owner on a restricted budget you have to multi-task, juggle, prioritize and balance. Unlike corporations, you don't have a specialized professional team to help you manage, allowing you to focus on more critical business strategies.

Neither do you have the capital to afford such luxuries. At best you have about twenty employees that you need to train, supervise, motivate, schedule and pay. You're the sole manager, running your business on a shoe-string budget with only 24 hours a day.

Given such stressful financial and time constraints, how can you successfully maintain a balance between excellence, efficiency, and improving productivity all on your own?

The answer? Think big.

Manage your business like the big corporations do. Corporations rely on efficient organization that is cost-effective. Yes, even big companies have budget (granted big, but not unlimited) constraints that warrant resourcefulness.

Today big businesses resort to business management software whenever possible to replace business processes that were once done manually, reducing costs of labor, time and human error.

Scheduling employees, for instance, used to be a tedious, time-consuming task before automated scheduling software made rosters, schedules and shift management a breeze.

Today, small businesses can not only easily be a more efficient organization with the help of such software but can also obtain business software at no cost. The business software market offers a variety of free trial software programs for evaluation before purchasing. The downside of those programs is either a time limitation (meaning you might not get fully acquainted with all features) or limited in features (meaning you can't test all the features). If you like the program, you find out it carries a corporate price tag.

On the other hand, there are companies (few though they exist), such as Kippax, that offer free fully functional business management software, with no time/feature limitations.

Kippax, a leading provider of employee scheduling software, provides businesses of all sizes with DRoster Employee Scheduling. DRoster creates, manages, and automates shifts, rosters, schedules, personnel contact information, job descriptions and tasks.

DRoster Employee Scheduling software enables a small business to manage its workforce in advance. You can ensure replacement for absentees, breaks, time-off, vacations. Kappix gives small businesses the professional edge that big companies have. This software provider is an example of the few quality providers of true free business management software.

Now you can "think big" - focus on more critical business issues and leave the scheduling to DRoster. Kappix provides DRoster at no cost along with free support. Their employee scheduling software is intuitive and designed to meet the scheduling needs of a myriad of industries.

Free software like Kappix's DRoster Employee Scheduling Software, can afford you the time to boost productivity without sacrificing valuable money and precious time. Think big, like the big successful corporations. At no cost.

Chapter 1: Skills Required To Run A Small Business

Would you like to run your own small business? Have you an idea for a small business but do not think that you could make it work?

Are you bored of being an employee and yearn to become your own boss? Have you the required skills to run a small business? In this article I look at the type of skills that people need to possess to be able to successfully run a small business.

My name is Stephen Hill and I have been running my own business for around nine years now. Previously I had been employed by a major insurance company and even though I progressed well during my time there, I always wanted to run my own business, to choose my own hours of work and basically have no one to answer to etc.

I am now a speech coach helping people who stammer/stutter to achieve fluency and I also help people to promote their websites as a form of web marketer or web promoter.

I love what I do as it allows me to take my children to school as well as to pick them up from school. I am able to watch their football and netball matches and attend their school plays and other functions.

I am not bound by what hours I work, for example nine to five. I sometimes work late at night when I do the web promotion work but have the day free to relax. This is not to say that I do not work hard, because I think that I do work very hard.

Self-belief is an important skill required to be your own boss. If you have an inner belief and self confidence that you will make the business succeed, then you will have a great chance to make it work. There will be times when during a month you only earn a small amount of money but in other months you should earn quite a lot.

Some people prefer to know exactly what their income will be each month and these people may struggle to be their own boss.

Discipline is another requirement if you are to be a success at running your own small business. It is very easy to become lazy and to watch too much television or to have an extra couple of hours in bed in the morning. Even though you may have nobody to answer to, you have to be of the character to ensure you put in the required number of hours and work.

I also think it is important to have a positive attitude. There will be periods when business is slow, this is where you may start to think in a negative way. This can lead people into becoming very stressed and even depressed.

By thinking in a positive way and by working even harder to attract more work is the only way to react in this situation. This of course is not that easy to do but in my opinion, there is not enough time in the day to get depressed.

Lastly is the ability to always try and improve your own self and to learn from any mistakes you make. We all make mistakes which is fine and natural.

Internet marketing may be a bit like directing an orchestra; there are many parts played by many instruments and when they are out of sync you know it, but when they blend it can be pure and sweet harmony.

We’ve all heard elementary school bands where one or more students play off key or squeaks. We applaud their effort and may even smile at their various faux pas.

What we can appreciate and overlook in a beginner we tend to frown on when someone should really know better.

A high school band will be better than an elementary band and a touring band will be better than a college band. We expect improvement. We expect that practice will help perfect the skills.

Just like playing an instrument Internet marketing takes practice and perseverance. You may not be able to simply look up an article on SEO and conclude that you have learned everything you can about the subject. What you’ve learned may be more like learning to play one note on one instrument.

And just when you finish learning a single instrument you have to learn all the others. This is how Internet marketing works. Each instrument requires new skills. Instruments like traffic building, ezines, email marketing, social media, blogs, web branding, podcasting, auto-responders and RSS all possess a certain learning curve.

Once you have learned everything you can about each ‘instrument’ you need to begin to direct the ‘orchestra’ and work to find ways for the Internet marketing strategies to work together in harmony.

Smart Marketing

Yes, this requires dedication, hard work and a great deal of concentration, but when the elements of Internet marketing work together it’s a beautiful thing to behold.

The good news is once the primary instruments of Internet marketing are learned it may not be as difficult to manage the overall direction of your marketing orchestra.

New techniques will come along and they can be treated as if the orchestra must learn a new song. Sure, it’s a little bit of work, but it’s not impossible. It can actually contain an element of satisfaction.

OK, I’ll leave the orchestra analogy behind for the moment and simply emphasize the need to develop as many Internet marketing tools as possible. They are important instruments in helping you reach your goals.

I like how former NFL player Steve Grant defined goals, he said, “Goals are just dreams with a deadline.”

I like that phrase because it keys in on the passion (dreams) we must have in business with a benchmark for the evaluation of our success. Learning the skills of marketing is essential to meeting our dream deadline.

Without marketing you are unable to accurately aim at your goal. It’s sort of like target practice with your eyes closed. It might even be a bit dangerous; at the very least your efforts are ineffective.

I know I promised, but just one more allusion to the orchestra. Tune up your marketing instruments and play on – may the music be sweet to all ears.

Chapter 1: Things You Don't Need To Know

For some time now, I have become disillusioned with running my own traditional style business.

You know the one where you have to rent premises, pay rates, employ staff, keep large amounts of stock and a million of other time and financially consuming things. Anyway, a couple of months ago, I decided to investigate the possibility of starting my own internet business or as they say in the trade, become an internet marketer.

During my search of the net and on my many visits to literally hundreds of sites, I was cordially invited to join the many free courses and obtain numerous free newsletters. This was great, all this information was soon winging its way to me. However, it was only on further investigation that I realized that the newsletters were only telling me so much but to get the really important stuff I had to send money.

Now don’t get me wrong, I am a realist, I know there is no such thing as a free lunch, but hey, if I was to buy everything that everyone suggested I must have and really needed, not to mention the $5,000 courses and seminars that only a true internet marketer should attend then a remortgage of the family home was inevitable. Not being the impulsive type I refrained from enrolling for every must have marketing item. And I am glad I did as you will discover later.

What I did find most interesting and very amusing was some of the Headlines of the many automated emails I received and I thought I would share some of these with you.

So here goes.

How To Start Online Coaching Business MRR Ebook

Let's be clear about something here before we begin: everybody is an expert (or "expert enough") in at least one body of knowledge. It doesn't matter what it is. Maybe you know how to sing a little bit better than everybody else, maybe you know your way around the basketball court, maybe have discovered a way of running a little bit faster, or maybe you know how to make money with Twitter or Facebook.

Regardless of who you're dealing with, everybody has at least one area of expertise.

We can all agree on this because not all of us have the same experiences. Not all of us have had the same things happen to us. It is precisely this difference in experience levels that make hanging out with our friends and family members so rich and rewarding. We get to look at the world from many different eyes and different perspectives. We also get to explore it through our shared stories at different times. Since this is the case, did you know that people might actually pay for your expertise? This is the reason why the online coaching business is a large multimillion dollar industry. People all over the world are interested in what other people have to teach them. In fact, you only need to look at platforms like Udemy and the huge following of tutorial channels on YouTube to get a rough idea of the demand out there.

There is also a tremendous variety of online education platforms that help people improve their expertise in a wide range of knowledge areas. Online coaching is really just a variation of online education.

Of course, this is informal. You normally do not get some sort of certification or diploma after finishing a course. Still, the essence is still the same. People are looking for information that others possess. What's more, people are willing to pay money to get this information.

There is a tremendous demand for online coaching services because, let's face it, we live in a world that is increasingly expertise-based. How come? Well, the internet actually has a paradoxical effect on people. As more and more information accumulates online, people feel isolated and alienated from any definitive claim of expertise. In other words, if you are going to claim to be an expert or a guru in a certain subject, you better know your stuff.

Most people lack that confidence, and that's why they hunger for specialized information. They know that, as information continues to grow on the internet, our knowledge becomes more and more specialized. It's as if we can only focus on topics that are an inch wide and a mile deep. We focus on the thing that we know and we rarely go beyond our comfort zone.

If we want to pick up certain information to at least get a practical understanding of it, that's when we need coaching. Because, let's face it, while you can figure this information out by going through all sorts of blogs and downloading all sorts of free resources, who has the time? Most people wish there more hours in the day because they're so busy.

Not surprisingly, there's a tremendous demand for online coaching because you cut straight to the chase. Instead of your client going through website after website trying to chase after the right information, you dish it out in such a way that they get all the information that they need, and they can acquire the knowledge that they're looking for on their own terms and on their own schedule.

Given these market realities, the demand for online coaching services will continue to rise in the foreseeable future. Platforms like Udemy, as well as free resources like Codecademy and YouTube "how to" channels, are just the beginning. This space is continuing to evolve.

Become part of that market evolution by starting your own online coaching business. This book gives you an overview of what's out there, the different models you can explore, and what to look for in terms of opportunities and potential problems.

The Benefits of Selling Your Expertise

Every person has at least some information or interest in information that they can potentially make money with. The next step is to figure out the forms this takes and what actual benefits you stand to gain.

Sell Information You're Passionate About

As I've mentioned earlier, people simply do not have the time to chase after information and then filter that material. They really cannot be bothered. Maybe they're too busy, maybe they feel that they do not have the proper expertise or the background to do it. Whatever the case may be, they would rather go to somebody who is so passionate about a specific body of knowledge that they have put in the time, effort and focus in compiling this information from third party sources.

Think of it like going to a specialized librarian. If you're looking to, let's say, practice permaculture in a tropical setting, you can wrack your brains trying to go through all sorts of online libraries, chase down all sorts of arcane or obscure materials, or you can go to somebody who has an ebook or online course focused on that specific topic.

Get Paid to Talk About Stuff You are Curious About

Another benefit of selling your expertise is that you get paid to talk about information that you are curious about. This means that you have all the incentive in the world to feed your curiosity. When was the last time that happened at your day job? Chances are, there is a big disconnect between what you do for a living and the activities and subjects that you are personally passionate about.

When you sell your expertise in the form of a course, an online program, or some sort of book, you get paid to talk about stuff that makes you curious or which pushes you to investigate. This is actually one of the most fulfilling and gratifying benefits of selling your expertise.

You're not being paid to push a button. You're not being paid to do something that you've done millions of times before and which feels like it drains your soul. Instead, you are being paid to really pursue your passions.

Get Paid for Others to Pick Your Brain

One of the most fulfilling things people can do on this planet is to interact with each other where their understanding is not only challenged, but enhanced. Let me tell you, when it comes to hanging out with other people, one of the most satisfying and rewarding experiences you could get is when you get that "aha" moment.

When somebody shares something with you that you didn't know before, or shared information with you that enabled you to realize something that you did not know before, the sense of discovery and putting pieces together in your mind is a very positive experience. It excites a lot of people. And you get this opportunity when you get paid for other people to pick your brain.

They ask you question after question, and it's your job to basically take those questions and mentally pick them apart and come up with an answer. You are not only challenging your present knowledge, but you're also being paid to think.

Let's face it, not all of us are engaged at this level. Not all of us are getting paid to achieve that "aha" moment. You're basically getting money to develop as a human being. What's not to love?

Benefit From Passive Models of Selling Your Expertise

One of the key selling points of selling your expertise to others is the fact that you can develop a passive income stream.

When you work for somebody else, generally speaking, you have to sell your time for money. That's the exchange. You agree to show up at a certain time, at a certain place, to do certain things, and in exchange for that, you get paid. You trade your time for money.

This is a serious problem because, obviously, there's only one of you. You cannot be in two places at one time. Also, there are only 24 hours in a day. It's not like you have an infinite inventory of time to sell at any given day.

It is no surprise that a lot of people burn out from active income. That's what this is. When you trade your time for money, you are engaged in active income. If you stop taking action, you stop earning. Passive income works the other way. You work once or you work very little, and then the asset that you create continues to generate money.

The most obvious example of this involves books. You put in work to write a book. You write that book once, but once you have published it at Amazon Kindle and it continues to sell many times over, you earn many times from a book that you worked once to create.

In the brick and mortar world, a key example of a passive income is when you buy an apartment complex. You obviously have to work for the money to afford that complex, but once you bought it, every single month, your tenants have to come up with the rent. You just sit back and wait for the rent to come in.

From time to time, the property management company sends people out to make sure that the building is in good working order. But for the most part, you don't have to lift a finger to earn the rent money that comes in like clockwork every single month. That is the power of passive income.

The good news is, when you sell your expertise, the majority of these business models are passive in nature. You don't have to be there actively coaching people on a one to one basis. You can write a book, or you can shoot videos that people can view at their convenience. You can show up at a webinar and be recorded.

There are more passive versions of selling your expertise than active ones. You can stop selling your time for money.

How to Make Money from Your Hobbies

What if you could find a way to enjoy your hobby and make a little money? Making money from hobbies is a time-honored tradition for all hobbyists. Some hobbyists earn enough to pay for their hobby, others earn enough to offset the expenditure incurred by the hobby, and yet others earn enough to quit their regular job. It’s up to you how much you want to make.

While not every hobby lends itself to great sales, the chances are favorable for most hobbies can allow you to bring in an extra income if you plan it right. If you want to make money from your hobby continue reading to find out how. Before you begin your business, you’ll need to ensure your hobby is marketable and has an audience large enough to support your monetary needs. We’ll show you how to do all of this and much more. Let’s get you on the road to success...

How Marketable Is Your Hobby?

One of the things you should consider prior to jumping into is to do a little research about the industry and the audience for that hobby. Let’s look at some factors you’ll want to consider as you contemplate turning your hobby into a business, whether it’s full-time or part-time.

How Big is The Market?

If your hobby appeals to a wide audience, statistically speaking, you are more likely to attract potential customers. Find out how many people need and want the items you offer. This is the key to deciding if you want to turn the hobby into a full-fledged business or even a part-time business. The bottom line is that if only a few people are looking for products like yours, a business may not ultimately meet your ongoing economic needs.

Are You Creating Something People Will Buy?

A lot of hobbies involve creating a physical product that someone will buy. Hobbies like baking, sewing, knitting, and others come to mind. Perhaps you enjoy writing as a hobby. Will someone buy your short stories, books, or poetry? Is something like that selling already? If so, you have more of an opportunity to earn.

What Can I Sell?

You can make money from physical products you create, such as jewelry and clothing; however, you are not limited to physical products. You can also sell digital products and services. Digital products can include information products, such as pdf reports, audio, images, and video, just to name a few. You can also offer services such as ghostwriting, web/product design, coaching, and teaching others what you know about your hobby. Not quite what you had in mind? There are more options to consider. Don’t give up on your dream for more income.

Are There Other Options to Earn Money?

There are many ways to share your knowledge and experiences, while making money. One of the popular ways doesn’t even involve creating a product or service to sell. However, you will need to do some creative thinking; but you can handle that.

Instead of rushing to make a new crocheted blanket that you will need to sell and deliver, recommend the instructions you used by supplying an affiliate link to them, as well as related items such as yarn, crochet hooks, row counters, project and yarn organizers, etc. If flying model airplanes is your hobby, instead of selling planes, consider selling parts, tools, and other supplies because these hobbyists frequently prefer to build their own planes.

As you see, each hobby can be quite different. On that same note, the target audience, as well as their wants, needs, and problems are very different. To find out what is likely to work best for you, you’ll need to do detailed research.

Can I Skip the Stat Research?

In order to identify specific, viable options, for your potential business, you’ll need to do your research. Among other things, you’ll want to find out the details about your target audience, including their demographics, wants, needs, and problems. In addition, you’ll also want to learn more about the industry (the hobby/business category) and the marketplace competition you’ll have. This may sound like a lot but the more you know, the more likely your business will be to meet your needs and your customers’ needs.

Sex And Romance MRR Ebook

Introductory

Despite the sexual revolution in the 1960s, the fact is, many Americans still feel that sex is a taboo.

Each person has different sexual preferences and though there are those who are very vocal about their needs in bed, there still are others who opt to keep silent for fear of being called vulgar.

Researchers nowadays are saying that another sexual revolution is well underway, as evidenced by the high rating of shows that has sex-related content. In a recent study conducted by Jean Twenge of San Diego University, it was found out that 50% of teenage girls are already having sex, and are also considered the leaders of the teen sexual revolution in the new world.

The issue of oral sex is now seen in a new light as more and more teenagers no longer see it as disgusting. The trend shows that sex has moved past the boundaries of relationships, marriage and pleasure towards the quest for pleasure.

With the knowledge of teenage sex, how many parents have bothered to educate their children about the pros (if any) and cons of early sexual activities? Studies show that parents would rather pretend that their children have no idea what sex is yet and talking about it would make them more curious, which could lead to experimentation.

But this is definitely not the case. Children can now access sites featuring couples having live sex, or a live sex show with hot models as stars. No, teenagers nowadays are no longer as innocent as we want them to be, and despite the many precautions parents take to prevent their children from sexy webcam chat rooms and club live sex, it just isn’t enough.

Children still need to be educated by their parents. They need to know that they are not the only one experiencing things such as arousal or even masturbation. Children are confused and for them to be properly guided towards their societal roles, parents still have the biggest part of it.

I still believe that the biggest problem with the teenage lies on the fact that technically speaking, they still are children. Biologically, teenage girls are not yet equipped to bear healthy children. Aside from this, the spread of sexually transmitted diseases can easily affect teenagers as most of them refuses to follow the lesson taught in sexual education.

People blame teenage pregnancy to the proliferation of sex-related media and easy access to porn sites. It is true that several studies have found a relationship between early sexual experimentation and sexual innuendos in TVs and movies. But hey, you can’t blame everything to media.

True, the media is cluttered with so much sex-related content but still, you are responsible for your kids. Cam to cam sex stars don’t tell your children to go out and have sex with the next girl they see. Leaving your children uneducated and clueless about this topic when everyone else is talking can only leave them to be more curious if not as closed up as you are, and the cycle continues.

Chapter 1: A Guide on Sexual Health and Aging

In most movies and television shows, scenes that are sexual in nature often show young and smooth-skinned people “getting it on.” But age is not a reason to let your sex life slide.

Intimacy with your partner is an essential part of any relationship whether you are in your 20s or 50s. Aside from boosting your personal relationship with your partner, sex also promotes better sexual health – a must regardless of your age.

Below are some tips that can help you age gracefully, sexually:

1. Accept the changes in your body and strive to improve.

Do not be turned off by the sagging skin on your forearms or your protruding belly. Instead, welcome these changes but do your part in minimizing them. Keep an age-specific skin care routine, an exercise or fitness regimen, a healthy diet, and fashion style.

Confidence is a prime sexual booster and looking good and being healthy are parts of it. However, accept that you may not be able to fit in the jeans you wore when you were 20 or sport the abs you had back in your college days. Just strive to be healthy and feel good in your own skin.

2. Take note and communicate about your and your partner's changing sexual needs.

At 20, you may feel up and running the instant your partner walks through the door. However, age does affect your sexual responses and that of your partner. Age can make your body require more stimulation to feel aroused or orgasm.

Bridging The Gap MRR Ebook

Introduction

Hello and welcome to our short, beginners guide on boosting your confidence by unleashing the power of belief "To believe is to achieve..."

How many of times have you heard that saying? While it may make sense intellectually to most people, living out this saying is another thing altogether. You know it, and I know it. There are many things we know should work in our lives, but in reality, they don't. They don't even stand a prayer.

Belief powers successful action. This is the reality. While we can say to ourselves that believing to achieve is possible for others, but not possible for us, we still have to confront this reality.

If you look at any successful person, from multimillionaires to billionaires, to captains of industry, to political powerhouses, it Bridging The Gap
should be easy to see how their beliefs propel their action. Let me say it again, belief powers successful action.

The most successful people in the world have amazing powers of belief. They can be like Oprah Winfrey who came from absolutely nowhere and became a female billionaire in the United States.

She did not have family connections, she did not go to the right schools, there was no army of people looking to promote her when she began her career. Through sheer force of will and unstoppable belief, she became a billionaire.

Considering all the factors working against her – black, female, a rape victim, a survivor of emotional abuse, a survivor of several rejections – she still made it. As the stoic philosopher Epictetus said, "Circumstances do not make the man. They merely reveal him to himself."

When you believe, you have a tremendous power core located deep within you. It doesn't matter what's going on outside of you. It doesn't matter how many people point at you and laugh at you and call you crazy. It doesn't matter how many people have it in for you to block your every step. It doesn't matter what your feelings are. Regardless of how much access you have to resources, it really doesn't matter. What matters is that you have this store of power locked within you that you can access at any time.

This is the secret most successful people have. They are able to tap into the amazing powers of belief. They believe in themselves, their cause, their projects so much that their belief translates to action. Even better, when they meet obstacles and setbacks like everyone else, it doesn't faze them... because they believe in what they're doing and what they are trying to accomplish.

Their power of belief is so strong that it produces an infectious confidence that people around them simply can't ignore or fight off. Have you ever noticed that successful people tend to reach the highest levels of power and financial wealth because they are able to inspire people around them? That's how unstoppable their confidence is. It is not just for them. They don't just lock it away or keep it to themselves. Instead, it spreads far from their initial circle of influence.

Indeed, successful leaders like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and others, are able to do massive things in life because they inspire others around them to share their belief... and be empowered by the confidence this belief produces. The good news? If they can do it, you can too.

Chapter 1 – Identify Your Beliefs

I know you're struggling. If you're reading this book, you probably feel that you are just plodding through your life. You might even think that one day is as meaningless and as insignificant as the day that preceded it. Believe me, we've all been through what you're going through.

In fact, you are not alone in your current situation because there are millions upon millions of people who are in the same situation as you. They feel stuck. They feel that the best things in life have slipped through their fingers and they are struggling with whatever is left.

They have all sorts of self-defeating beliefs as to why they cannot achieve great things in life. They feel they're too poor, they don't have enough money, or they don't have connections. In other words, they give themselves excuse after excuse as to why they remain frustrated.

What if I told you that these are all illusions? What if I told you that they emanate from the things you choose to believe about yourself?

You have to understand that there are people who have less money than you or who have severe physical disabilities who are able to do amazing things with their life. On the surface, these people have so little to work with, but they are able to rise above. Life may have given them lemons, but they sure know how to make a great pitcher of lemonade.

Now, here comes the painful question, why can't you do what they do? It all boils down to beliefs.

We all have beliefs. You may be thinking to yourself that there's really no overriding belief governing your life. You might want to think about that for a second. You might want to take a closer look.

You see, we all have beliefs. We just might not be conscious of them. They might not be top of mind. Accordingly, we just might not be aware of their impact on our lives. But just because we're not aware, it doesn't mean they don't exist nor have an impact.

Let me cut straight to the chase. Your life is the product of your beliefs. If you want to change your life, if you want to be a winner instead of a loser, if you want to be a victor instead of a victim, change your beliefs.

It doesn't get any simpler than this, but it also is very difficult because we are creatures of habit. It's easier to stick with the devil you know than to take a leap of faith into the great unknown.

But the bottom line will not go away: if you are frustrated in any aspect of your life, they are linked to your beliefs. This is a straight link. This is a direct cause and effect relationship.

Today's motor homes or recreational vehicles have all the comforts of home.

If your wallet can afford it, they come with plasma TV's, washers and dryers, ceramic tile floors and granite countertops and with spaces that are professionally designed.

The best-known type of motor home is the Type A, or recreational vehicle. This is the roomiest of all motor homes, the largest, and the most expensive. They come fully equipped with all the luxurious amenities as listed above, plus some. Some recreational vehicles come with custom stained glass and large garden/tub showers.

Recreational Vehicles come up to 45 feet in length and generally range between $85,000 used and $400,000 new. Don't forget, they get somewhere between 5 and 8 miles per gallon. This is another consideration. If you can't swallow that type of gas mileage you may want to consider another form of motor home.

A Type B motor home category includes van campers and travel trailers. The van campers generally range from 18 feet to 22 feet in length and can comfortable sleep four. A fully contained van camper can have a shower, toilet, kitchen, TV, couches and beds.

The beds are close together, affording less privacy than a travel trailer or recreational vehicle. Most only have enough head room to allow for full standing in the center of the vehicle. Much smaller than the Type A motor homes they have less storage area. The van campers range in price between $43,000 and $70,000.

Travel trailers come in sizes 16 feet to 38 feet. They range in price from $6,000. for a used trailer upwards to $45,000 for a new travel trailer. You can generally find a fairly wide range of amenities in travel trailers.

larger the size the more you can sleep and the more likely you will be to have a private bedroom area.

A lot of travelers like the fact that they can park their travel trailer in a trailer park and take their vehicle touring the area. It does however take lots of practice learning how to properly drive with a travel trailer hitched to the back of your SUV.

When you are considering the purchase of a new motor home there are some of the same considerations you have when purchasing a new car. Remember, a dealer can take advantage of an uneducated customer. Do your homework.

Know how much you should be paying before you visit the dealership. Ask to see the MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price) for the vehicle. Remember, dealers receive nice incentives from manufacturers so they have a 15% to 35% mark-up.

Don't take the first deal that you are offered. Visit two or three dealerships. Make sure that the dealership you buy your motor home from has good follow up service.
A lot of dealers are your best friends while you're buying the motor home. Once they've sold you the motor home they don't want to be bothered. Check with the Better Business Bureau and family and friends who have motor homes.

Chapter 1: Benefits Of Owning Motor Homes

Why would you want to own one of the many different motorhomes that are available for sale from many motorhomes dealers?

The main reason for this is the fact that you gain access to multiple benefits that motorhomes offer. For example, you will be able to use motorhomes to travel to many outside locations for a long vacation or just a simple weekend getaway.

There is no more need to spend all this time planning where you are going to stay, where you will eat and cook food and what car you will have to rent. Motorhomes will provide you with the simple solution for all these dilemmas.

With the help of motorhomes, you will have access to basic household items, appliances and amenities and will not have to deal with the uncomfortable hotel stays or even more unpleasant stays in tents. Owners of motorhomes can prepare them in such way that everything that is needed for the enjoyable trip is available at all times.
You don’t have many limits to what you can take with you. You can cook food, sleep and even shower in most of the motorhomes. You can even attach other equipment and vehicles (boats, jet skis and other sport equipment, for example) to your motor home.

Motorhomes can be helpful not only for vacation purposes. Even if you are traveling to a different city on a business trip or to visit your friends or family, motorhome will make the ride more enjoyable for you and your family. You will have more freedom to change destinations and will even save money on hotels and restaurants.

The idea of pre-construction investments when it comes to real estate is actually quite a clever way in which many have made millions.

The theory is simple really. Invest in a property before when it is in the planning stage. Those who will be building these buildings need money and investors in order to do get the building off the ground.

By investing (in many cases basically purchasing options to purchase) in the units, typically condo units in high demand areas, before the ground is broken investors often have the option of investing for pennies on the expected dollar once the building is complete and can re-sell the property at full market value once the building is complete pocketing the difference in the original investment and the asking price.

This is a win-win situation for many builders or 'owners' of the property in questions because 'pre-selling' the units allows lending agents to have confidence in the viability of the project as a money earner by selling many of the unit’s sight unseen.

The benefit to investors is that they are able to purchase at a much lower price pre-construction than afterwards and can sell afterwards at the full market value (or above in some high demand and under saturated areas for real estate).

This style of investing is not nearly as glamorous to some as flipping houses. There is no beast to beauty renovations. There are, however, some things that should be kept in mind while making this type of transaction.

First of all, no real estate venture is ever guaranteed to turn a profit no matter what the glossy little brochures tell you. With the current trends in property sales, this is typically not the best environment for pre-construction investing though these things tend to change on a regular basis and that market could be looking up again in the very near future.

Second, networking is more often than not the best way to break into this particular business. There are all kinds of fly by night would be real estate investors. The ones that manage to last are those that network with other real estate agents as well as those who have specific interests and experience with pre-construction investments. Join local groups in addition to online groups that deal specifically with this sort of investment in order to get more information more quickly.

The costs involved might appear daunting at first but they are far less than the costs of getting in over your head by not having a grasp of even the most basic 'ins' and 'outs' of pre-construction real estate investing.

Third, develop a close-knit relationship with a realtor that specializes in this particular type of real estate investing. This could prove to be the most beneficial thing you will ever do in order to insure future success. Be developing the right relationship with the right realtor you can get information on new properties before they make it to the public sector.

This puts you in the rare and wonderful position of beating the competition to the punch. This gives you a much better shot at receiving the rock bottom prices that are often missed by waiting too long to make the purchase.

Fourth, be prepared to hold onto the property for a little while if you need to do so. The problem with pre-construction investing is that there are no guarantees that when the time comes you will have been able to 'seal the deal'. Things come up even when you have a buyer that is willing and eager to make the purchase.

In other words, there are times when you will need to hold onto the property for a short while and sometimes as a long-term investment. Some options in the case of long-term holds would include renting the property out to vacationers if it is in a high demand tourist area. You can use your realtor to help with that. This allows the property to be earning some income until the sale can be made.

Others decided to hold onto the property as a personal vacation home for themselves, friends, and family. In the end, the important thing is that there is a "Plan B" for the property should the deal fall through and you are left paying the monthly note.

Pre-construction real estate investing may not have the 'name in lights' appeal that other types of investing carry but it does provide a viable investment style that has the potential to bring in significant profits. The Selling Real Estate

Introduction

Take a moment to imagine working for yourself on a daily basis, with no one telling you what to do. You can take on projects that appeal to you the most and feel proud as you watch them grow and add value to the market. If this is a scenario sounds more interesting to you than spending your days working 9 to 5 for someone else, then you likely have an entrepreneurial spirit. Perhaps you've always dreamed of being your own boss, but have feared to start your own business because you lack the time and money, and maybe you don't feel like any of your ideas are good enough. Perhaps you're afraid of setting out on your own because you're afraid of putting yourself and your family at risk.

However, the good news is that it has never been easier to become an entrepreneur as it is today. The Internet has helped to reduce most of the barriers to entrepreneurship. Today, you can start building your business while still working at your regular job and only investing an hour or two a day tending to your business. Plus, today you have access to a goldmine of information to help you succeed in the form of podcasts, books, blogs, etc. You can take advantage of others’ experiences and knowledge and use it to build your project much faster and safer than before. The only thing you need to be successful is a deep commitment to learning and the willingness to put some effort into achieving your goals. The cost to start and operate an online business is minimal, as is the financial risk. All you need to purchase to begin your company are a domain name and hosting service, which you can obtain for around $6 a month. For the rest, it will depend on what type of product or service you're going to sell, but it is entirely possible to start your business with as little as $100.

With an online business, you also are able to work from anywhere you want, whether you decide to work out of your home or head to a café or co-working space. You can choose where to live, and you have the freedom to organize your schedule almost entirely as you wish.

The best part of it all is that you won’t be stuck in a cubicle all day long, or eat lunch at the office cafeteria, or spend hours stuck in rush hour traffic. And most importantly, your salary won’t be limited to what an employer is willing to pay you.

In the early 70s, Richard Russell, a finance writer, wrote the article, The Perfect Business. According to Russell, an ideal business included the following:

- Minimal labor
- Worldwide appeal
- Low overhead costs and capital investments
- Generates passive income
- Gives you more free time
- Is not dependent on location
- Provides you with fulfillment

If this doesn’t sound like a professional paradise to you, then maybe you should stay at your 9 – 5 job. However, if this sounds like a job you’d like to have, then an online business is right up your ally. In the 1970s it was difficult to come up with a business idea that corresponded to those criteria, but today it is entirely possible thanks to the Internet.

There are many ways in which you can make a living online:

- Monetizing a blog - Offering to consult or coaching
- Creating and selling online courses
- Self-publishing eBooks
- Joining affiliate programs
- Selling physical products through eCommerce

There are unlimited possibilities for you to find your passion and make a successful online business that provides you with passive income and that will fit your lifestyle.

Chapter 1 – Find Your Passion, Find Your Niche

While many people want to start a business and become their own boss, they are held back from taking action because they don't know what kind of business to start. Not knowing where to start, most people choose to remain where they are and not take the risk.

Use This Business Equation

However, if you do want to take the leap and become an online business owner, finding an idea for your business isn’t that difficult. A business idea usually is a result of the following equation:

A topic you're interested in + people you like and want to help + a problem they have + a solution you can provide to the problem, which you'll package into a product or service of your choosing.

If you already have a business idea, then all you will have to do before you get started is to validate your idea, which you’ll learn about in Chapter 2. However, if you haven’t found an idea yet, you’ll need to start questioning yourself. First, you need to reflect on your interests and the lifestyle that you are hoping to attain, as well as reflecting on your natural strengths and the skill set you already possess.

Determine What You Dislike About Your Current Job and Lifestyle and What You’d Like to Change There must be one thing, or many, that you don't like about your current situation. Maybe you don't like the lack of free time in your life, or perhaps it's the commute to work that has you down or even being told what to do, or possibly the lack of a sufficient income.

It is essential to be specific when defining what it is you are trying to escape from so you can avoid recreating it in your new lifestyle.

For example, if a significant issue for you is a lack of free time, then you shouldn't opt for a business model that will require an equal amount of your time, like freelancing. Instead, you need to choose a model that will generate passive income.

What Do You Like About Your Current Situation?

Not everything is wrong with your current situation. Maybe you enjoy the relationships at your work and working in a team. You probably appreciate the fact that you don’t have to think about your work after you’ve clocked out.

It’s good for you to know what you like if you want to be able to reproduce this in your online business. For example, even if being a web entrepreneur means working by yourself most of the time, there different ways that you can add social occasions to your new entrepreneurial life. You could share working space with other entrepreneurs and freelancers. You could also attend Meetup groups in your field and meet up with other like-minded individuals occasionally.

I've got some bad news for you: the world doesn't care about your plans. Seriously. You may have all sorts of ideas, you may be excited about your grand visions, but let me tell you, nothing will come of any of these unless and until you take action.

You have to understand that the world only cares about one thing and one thing alone: results. The world is always asking: Can you get things done? Can you do the big things in your life that truly matter? Everything else doesn't matter.

Sadly, most people fail to take action on the big things... because they are having a tough time with the small stuff. As you probably have already heard, life is what happens when you have other plans. Don't be surprised if you constantly put your big dreams and visions on the back burner.

Chances are, if you're like most people, you end up wasting a tremendous amount of your personal focus on the penny ante stuff right in front of you. You're sweating over the small stuff. But each and every day that passes is a missed opportunity to do the things that truly matter in your life.

If you're like most people, you can't even manage to take care of these small things so you can free up enough time for the things that truly matter... This is why you struggle. Your big dreams remain as distant as ever because you're just so caught up with the small stuff in the here and now.

If you are sick and tired of living far below your fullest potential, listen up. This book is the answer to your problems. This book will teach you to become a more effective person.

Personal effectiveness means building a system that helps you do more stuff, in less time, and at higher levels of quality. Do this right and you will be able to free up enough time and motivation for the big projects that will move your life forward.

Before I help you become a more effective and productive person, you have to have the right mindset. Unfortunately, it’s too easy to adopt mindsets that trip you up and sabotage your success on your path to optimal effectiveness. You need to become aware of these and eliminate them from your life.

Mindset #1: My potential for achievement will carry me through

Everybody's got potential. In fact, everybody has the potential to become very wealthy. Everybody has the potential to excel at one sport or another. But the problem is, most people never live up to their potential, yet they keep celebrating the fact that they have potential for achievement.

Let this sink in: do not confuse actual achievement for potential and potential for achievement. They are two totally different things. You can't just coast for the rest of your life, thanks to the realization that you have potential. Your potential is not going to do you an ounce of good unless you turn it into actual achievement and results.

Mindset #2: I have achieved stuff in the past, so I can coast now

Please remember that your ability to do stuff erodes with time. I'm not just talking about physical action here. I'm talking about mental action as well.

Scientific studies show that people's mental abilities decline with age. In fact, your IQ goes down as you get older.

To think that just because you have achieved certain things in the past that you can continue to achieve them long into the future is wishful thinking. It takes more effort to maintain the same reults. And also, you would be required to learn new things so you can produce the same or better results in the future.

Don't entertain the idea that just because you were able to get stuff done in the past that you will continue to perform at a similar level. It doesn't work that way. You cannot give yourself the luxury of "coasting" through life.

Mindset #3: I can achieve the same results without having to change

Just because you were able to do things in the past, it doesn't mean that you only need to continue doing the same things. Conditions do change.

For those achievements to take place, you have to level up your skills, you have to be adaptable, and you have to find yourself at the right time and the right place doing the right things. This means keeping up with the changing situation on the ground.

Otherwise, it becomes so easy to think that since you are unable to produce the same results, then there is something wrong with the activity itself, or the industry you're in, or your career, or other people. It turns out that the only problem is your refusal to change and keep up with the times.

Mindset #4: Success only comes through intuition

A lot of people are under the impression that for them to be successful, they just need to find themselves at the right place, at the right time, doing the right things, with the right people around them.

This is wrong.

Success is a habit. Even if you are dealt a lousy hand and you are dealing with an almost impossible situation complete with toxic people, you can still pull out a victory.

How come? You're not relying on your intuition. You're not relying on your gut feeling. You're definitely not relying on getting lucky. Instead, you're focusing on the personal success systems that you have built for yourself.

You become more adaptable. You are able to spot opportunities as they present themselves. In other words, you learn how to do the right things at the right time to produce a predictable set of results.

This is how you can tell truly successful people who may be down on their luck and people who just got lucky. I'm telling you, if you just rewind history, people who got lucky probably will not achieve the same results.
