Leveraging The Kindle Book Marketplace To Grow Your Business

Kindle provides an amazing opportunity to leverage the book marketplace to grow your business. It doesn’t even matter what type of business you have, becoming a published author can build your reputation as a knowledgeable professional faster than almost any other marketing activity you might choose to do.

Build Relationships

Whether you’ve already published or not, you need to focus on building relationships with others by using your website or blog, social media, and live events to help people get to know who you are and what you do. The more people know about you, the more they’re going to get to know you, like you and trust you.

- Website/Blog – Write directly to your audience about problems and issues you plan to address in your book(s). As you do, you can point to published work for more information, or you can use the questions and answers via discussions prompted by your posts to help you write your book.

- Social Media – You don’t have to be everywhere on social media. But, you do need to be where your audience is. Figure out which top three social media your audience uses on a daily basis and create a presence there. List your profession and include “author” in your profile. Always link to your books.

- Events – You can go to in person live events, as well as online live events. Webinars, Facebook Live, and other technology enable you to conduct interviews, explain hard concepts and more, easily. If you already have a book, remember to give away some signed books at the events to help people get excited.

Perception is 99 percent of the problem. If people see you as an expert, then they’ll trust you more and recommend you more.

Remember to build an audience that wants what you’re offering. It’s so much easier to give an audience what they want than it is to try to convince them of what they want. Therefore, your job while building these relationships, is to get to know them too so that you can solve their problems, answer their concerns, and show them your expertise.

When you’ve built a mutual relationship with your audience, you’ll learn about what to write about, plus they’ll happily buy what you publish and recommend it to their friends.

Create Your Manuscript

When you create a manuscript that you plan to use to help grow your business, it’s essential that you choose the right subject matter, understand how to format for Kindle, and that you consider hiring help. After all, when you are using your book to promote your business, the details matter a great deal. So, you want to get it right.

- Pick The Right Subject Matter – Your book should always be about whatever your audience needs it to be about. For example, if you have a food blog, the next step is usually to publish a recipe book. Even if you’ve already published the recipes on your blog, most people will still buy the book in order to have them easily available at their fingertips.

A good example of this accomplished successfully is High Carb Hannah from RawTillWhenever.com She uses her YouTube channel to build relationships with her audience, along with other social media and her website, and then when she published her books her audience was ready for them.

- Read Kindle Directions – This cannot be stressed enough that you should read the directions for Kindle publishing. Amazon does a great job giving you step-by-step directions on how to format your manuscript so that it looks the best. Plus, they will also explain the do’s and don’ts so that you can avoid problems down the line.

- Get an Editor – It’s really hard for a writer to edit their own words. Hire an editor that will at least check for grammar issues and typos. But, you can also hire editors that will fact check, help you word things in a better way and more.

- The Devils’ in the Details – Pay attention to the details of your book just like you would if you had a traditional publisher. Pay attention to the cover art, your book intro, and the table of contents and other inside information that is standard to most books. Try looking at other books to see what is standard.

When you are done with your book and publish it, it should look like any other professionally designed and written book. Just because you’re self-publishing doesn’t give you an excuse not to do top notch work. In fact, since this work is representing you and your business, you want it to be representative of your best work.

Publish Your Book

When you finish your book, you’ll need to choose how to publish your Kindle Book. You can publish it via regular KDP or KDP select. There are advantages and disadvantages to both of these options.

When you publish via regular KDP, you can still publish your book elsewhere including on your website, via affiliate sites like Clickbank.com or JVZOO.com. But, if you use KDP Select, you promise exclusivity for 90 days for your book. This opens up some extra marketing features for you such as price cuts, the ability for readers to lend your book, and more.

The biggest thing to consider is whether or not you plan to promote your book in other avenues and on other platforms. If you do, choose KDP. If not, try KDP Select first. You can always cancel it after the first 90 days.

It’s really just another way to promote your book because of the lending feature. After all, the point is to get the book in front of as many eyes as possible in order to send the audience to get on your lists and buy other things from you. But, if you are already selling your book on other platforms, you can’t use it. It’s okay because you don’t need it to make your book a success and helping grow your business via publishing on Kindle.

Promote Your Book

Whether you publish on Kindle or not, promotion is necessary. Every author has to promote their books to get buyers. While you may get one or two buyers just by the virtue of having published them on Kindle, you usually will still need to promote if you want to become a best-selling author or you want to use the book to promote your business.

Zen Mastery MRR Ebook

Introduction

A Zen lifestyle is an attempt to lead a simpler life. To do so effectively you will need to take on a set of habits that minimize, simplify and sort out the chaos of your everyday life.

By incorporating Zen habits into your everyday routine, you can learn to focus on what’s meaningful in life and give all your attention to that. At the same time, you will also hone in your skills to remove the unwanted and unimportant stuff from life. The goal is to lead a simpler yet more purposeful and productive life.

This book will help you get started with Zen fundamentals and how to implement these habits into your life.

Chapter 1

The Meaning of Zen

You may not have practiced it, but you most probably have heard of Zen. It is a common word doing the rounds in different circles, primarily where people are looking for a way to simplify their lives.

In fact, Zen has often been associated with aspects like tranquility, mindfulness, concentration and anything else that can help restore some order in today’s fast-paced and chaotic lives. In essence, Zen tries to understand the meaning of life without being distracted by logical or rational thought.

The practice does demand an intense discipline which, when followed properly, will let you get better at dodging distractions. But this is easier said than done. If you come from the western part of the hemisphere where intellectual thinking and multitasking dominate, it can be challenging to adapt to Zen.

The Origins of Zen

Historically, Zen has been practiced for centuries in Oriental monasteries by monks and goes by various names. For instance, the Chinese refer to it as Ch’an, the Vietnamese as Thien and the Koreans as Seon. But it is the Japanese rendering of this aspect of Buddhism that is known as Zen.

Zen Buddhism was brought to China by the Indian monk, Bodhidharma sometime in the 6th century. Then, it became known as Ch’an and then spread to Korea and Japan. Under the sixth Chinese patriarch, Huineng, Zen shed many of its inherent Indian trappings becoming more Chinese. It also became more of the Zen that we now think of.

But it was not until the middle of the 20th century that Zen Buddhism became popular in the West.

Zen, as we know it today is a way of living where people find happiness and peace within themselves. They learn to be more aware of their surroundings and the present rather than be distracted by an influx of information overkill. Zen teaches these individuals to lead a more disciplined and simple life instead of a contrived and artificial one.

So if you are looking for a way to incorporate more Zen into your life then read on. Here is a quick rundown of what to include and what to exclude from your life as you start your Zen journey.

What to Do?

At its very basic, Zen teaches you to be fully aware and live in each moment. This means you should work with a single-pointed awareness.

For instance, if you’re cleaning, then you’re fully present for the act of cleaning alone. If you’re spending time with family, they are your only focus and nothing else. Or if you’re relaxing at home, then you’re not thinking about the day’s events or worrying about tomorrow.

Keeping things simple and focused also lets you understand that less is more. So while you may be doing less, you’re actually giving it your everything, and coming out with a gratified experience.

Keeping things minimal will also help you figure out what’s important and unimportant in life. In a way, it’s decluttering your everyday affairs. But decluttering here doesn’t only refer to your physical life as in dealing with everyday activities and chores, but also decluttering your thoughts.

Often times, you get caught up in conflicting or confusing thoughts which can really affect your state of mind. As such, you become distracted, absent-minded, and even distraught. This, in turn, shows up in your behavior possibly making you fearful, troubled and preoccupied. You need to rid yourself of all this to lead a Zen life.

Then there is your attachment to your goals and dreams. Now, this is not a bad thing as long as you work towards it positively. But if you reach a point where you convince yourself that you can’t be happy without it, then you’re in trouble.

This kind of attachment is not healthy at all. Unfortunately, many people fall victim to this mentality. To enter the Zen zone in your life, you need to answer a few questions first.

Ask yourself why you’re pursuing your goal. Is it because you believe you’ll find happiness? Or is it something that will let you help others? Perhaps, you consider it worth spending your time on?

Now look on the flip side and see what this pursuit is costing you in terms of your own wellbeing or the wellbeing of others. If you find telling yourself that you’ll be happy when… (you achieve your goal), that itself is stopping you from enjoying the moment.

Anything that stops you from living in the moment also holds you back from realizing happiness and peace in that very same moment.

So to truly experience a Zen life, you need to work both on your body and your mind. On a physical level, practices like breathing, smiling more, and meditation can all help calm down the chaos in life. But the same can also have a surprisingly calm effect on your mind.

If the chaos in your physical life is levelled, then your state of mind will also relax.

Writing Your Own Book MRR Ebook

So You Want to Write a Book?

One of the best things that you can do to help grow your business and to position yourself as an expert in whatever field you may work in is to write your own book.

The problem is writing a book can be hard even if you are a seasoned writer.

In this guide were going to talk about different ways that you can have your own book completed by this time next month regardless of if you decide to write yourself or if you choose to take the easy route and have somebody else write it for you.

I would not have believed it if I hadn't done it for myself. You can actually write a book without actually doing the writing. Because of an interesting legal twist, you can hire a writer, and then when the writer is finished, you own the complete copyright to the work. If it sounds too good to be true, it almost is!

What's Your Book about?

It couldn't be easier to select a topic for a book. People are hungry for information, and people are looking to the Internet to feed their hunger. After you've read this chapter, you will feel confident enough to choose your own topic, or you can literally pull your book topic directly from this book and use it! How's that for a deal?

Finding That Aha Moment?

If you're smart enough to read this book, you're smart enough to look around you and determine what interests you and those around you. Think of what problems you've recently solved, and what kinds of problems others have had and solved. Any problem that has been solved in your world could easily be the subject of your next book. People love to read how other have solved a problem that they currently have.

So, brainstorm a list of problems in your life and in the lives of those around you. Your friend Bob lost his job? Your sister's child had chicken pox? How did they cope or find solutions? While you're at it, start another list of unsolved problems evident in your corner of the world. Write down problems you wish you had solved. Aha! These are subjects that people will really be interested in! How to lose the last ten pounds. The truth about UFOs. The straightest path to becoming a millionaire. From your personal corner, your step-granddaughter is pregnant at age 14? Your grocery bill is double what it used to be? Your roof leaks? These are problems waiting for solutions!

These unsolved problems would also be great book topics. Remember, you don't have to know the solution, just the topic. You're going to get someone else to do the research and write the book for you. You will not actually be writing one word.

Can You Say Google?

The Internet is a great way to find out what people are looking for at any given moment. You can search for almost anything. Google™ is a popular search engine you can use, or you can try any of the others like Yahoo!. Type in phrases like "top concerns of Americans," "best-selling nonfiction topics," or "popular how-to manuals."

And While You're on the Internet…

Find out the most popular nonfiction books from the New York Times bestseller list, Amazon, and a Google search for best-selling books. Your findings will tell you exactly what book subjects people are buying right now.

Try this. Go to www.amazon.com. From the tabbed menu running along the top of the Amazon home page, click "Top Sellers."

I did this one day in September 2011 and found a Harry Potter book, several other fiction books, and titles such as Natural cures "they" won't tell you about, How what you wear can change your life, How to profit from the demise of the dollar, and The official SAT study guide. I've paraphrased to some degree, but you get the idea.

Here's what I learned just from spending a few minutes on Amazon that day. People are reading good fiction from already-best selling authors (Da Vinci Code, the Harry Potter series, the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and others). Secondly, Amazon buyers, buying over the Internet, are interested in nonfiction topics such as improving their lives and making more money. For these books, just about any author will do, even virtual unknowns or people who went to prison for lying to the American public.

And that quick visit only confirmed that the straightest route to book profits is in the nonfiction book market. This is for a number of reasons. Fiction readers tend to like to curl up in a chair with an actual book. Some of them attend book clubs where the physical books are brought around someone's kitchen table with wine and cheese. Fiction readers tend to purchase from authors they're already familiar with. Fiction can be more difficult to write and deliver well. Also, many of the classics in fiction are available as free ebooks. A reader interested in fiction could just download those. So stick with nonfiction unless you're feeling particularly bold and experimental.

Here is some more good news, and if you didn't already know this then you are going to be smiling big. Drum roll please... ideas are not copyrighted, therefore any idea you see, hear, or read anywhere anytime, is yours to use for a book! You can create books around the same ideas that are covered in the Amazon best seller list, and turnaround and create a book on the exact same subject!

Now, copyright law does protect the way ideas are expressed, so you want to make sure your hired author does not plagiarize or copy book text outright. And you cannot use the title word for word either. But there's nothing stopping you from creating another book or ebook that covers the same subject with a different voice. It's all as completely legal and guilt-free as nonfat Haagen Dazs. This is why looking at bestseller lists is a great way to get topic ideas.

Digging for Gold

There are groups of people who are willing to buy nonfiction books: hobbyists. At any given time, these people are looking for ways to spend their money on their hobbies. Their passion is your financial gain.

Introduction

The Internet’s impact on business over the years has been, and continues to be, profound and ubiquitous. It has enabled what were once, local and small industries and businesses owners to reach people around the world. Businesses can no longer define their competition by geographical boundaries or a level playing field where all players are bound by the same rules.

Major market disrupters like Airbnb, Uber, Netflix, and Alibaba are turning what were at a time considered A-grade business models into relics of the past. The impact is set to continue, even more rapidly, over the next several years. For many companies, it will mean an even tougher business environment. There will continue to be more disrupters emerging, which will become agile and nimble businesses that will dominate the markets. There will be more start-ups with savvy entrepreneurial backing that will become overnight successes.

LinkedIn has emerged as one of the main powerhouses on the Internet for business leads and sales and now has more than 500 million users around the world. The business networking platform was started in 2002, by the founder of PayPal, Reid Hoffman. The company has seen steady growth since its official launch in 2003. LinkedIn has earned a reputation as the social media platform that entrepreneurs can use to find the right buyers and quality leads online.

LinkedIn stands out from the other social media platforms, because the majority of LinkedIn members log into LinkedIn with the intention of networking with other like-minded individuals. One of LinkedIn’s greatest benefits is its ability to enable entrepreneurs to connect with small business owners, CEOs, VPs, key decision makers, other entrepreneurs, and potential customers. The professional networking platform gives entrepreneurs an effective digital platform for finding and engaging with their ideal customers and to build a sustainable business relationship with them.

Unlike decades past, LinkedIn allows you to research companies and locate the decision makers without having to resort to spending your days cold calling. LinkedIn allows you to engage with your ideal prospect through groups and recommendations from your first-degree contacts. This new strategy, also known as social selling, hasn’t been fully embraced by the business world yet. However, those businesses that have embraced social selling and integrated those strategies into their sales process have yielded greater benefits.

Understanding how to utilize LinkedIn as a business can create a substantial difference in the number of highly targeted leads that you can generate. If you aren’t already using LinkedIn marketing in your online marketing strategy, the following chapters will show you how you can optimize your LinkedIn profile and use its unique features to generate more targeted leads and dramatically increase sales for your business. The networking opportunities afforded by being a member of LinkedIn are invaluable, and the marketing opportunities are vast.

Chapter 1 – The Current State of LinkedIn

As previously stated, LinkedIn has a network of over 500 million members, of which, 46 million of those users are students that are looking to get a jumpstart on their career search or are recent graduates. This is a huge audience for your business to market to. However, there are many features available to business marketers that narrow down the target audience, even as the network continues to grow.

With that many members, it’s hard to imagine not using LinkedIn in your business marketing strategy. When Microsoft acquired the platform in 2016, it enabled the company to look further into what LinkedIn can do for all of its members. In October of 2018, LinkedIn partnered with Oracle, a software company that specializes in databases, to announce that it has several new integrations working the two businesses together. The most prominent of the integrations is the overhaul of the recruitment tools, which makes maneuvering back and forth between screens easier for recruiter and finding talent easier and more streamlined, among other things.

Recruiter can now use the LinkedIn sourcing with Oracle Recruiting to find more candidates recommended by the “Recommended Matches,” who show candidates based on position fitness. This has allowed Administrators and Recruiters the ability to see the skills of their current employees, any gaps that they might have, and it enables them to compare their workforce with their competitor’s workforce.

Oracle customers also gained access to the LinkedIn Learning feature, which means they can now use the learning catalog offered by LinkedIn, and a centralized location for administrators to view which of their employees have accessed and completed courses. Administrators can also view reports on engagement with the course. Currently there are 30 to 50 new courses offered every month, including courses on how to make work environments more inclusive. Some of the other new features on LinkedIn Learning include the following.

• Insights and recommendations for making the learning more relevant. • Allowing administrators to add their own content, or use third-party created videos. • Upload, manage, and track videos. • Reports showing the progress of learners and the completion of videos. • Tag videos to make searching videos for content based on purpose easier.

Microsoft products are also seeing updates. In Microsoft’s email software, users can now see the profile information on the people in their contacts and in 2019 will add insights into the people you meet with to further personalize interactions. Collaborating with members on LinkedIn will be easier as well since you will now be able to create content in Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint with your connections even if you don’t have their email address. The “Groups” feature in LinkedIn has also undergone improvements. It is available now in the app, with the ability to manage, post, and edit content as well as accept join requires and all other moderator functions and receive notifications of activity.

Searching for jobs will also be easier. When searching for jobs and entering criteria, the option for “remote jobs” is in the “location” checkbox, and jobs offering telecommuting or working from home will be the posted results. Company information on the right side of the screen now shows quick context for each posted job so users don’t have to leave the search results page. The option for notifications when certain companies and positions open up is also a newly available feature in LinkedIn.

LinkedIn has many new integrations and feature updates planned for the future. It will be more dependent on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to get to know a member’s clients and make minor decisions, including scheduling, accepting or denying connection requests, and facilitating meeting mutually beneficial people. Virtual meetings will allow face to face contact without having to leave the office. Video profiles will replace regular resumes and give opportunities to add personality to your self-promotion.

LinkedIn will start allowing Learning Lounges to be set up as virtual training centers, and will offer resources to current employees and potential candidates to help them improve their current skills or learn new ones. This will be helpful for both recruiters and candidates because it will show a candidate’s willingness to learn new skills as well as their adaptability to changes that may be required in their position.

LinkedIn for Business

Another new feature that businesses should take advantage of is the Campaign Manager feature. This new feature will automatically adjust bids on sponsored content through the automated bidding feature so businesses can gain the optimal outcomes for their advertising budgets. The Campaign Manager feature, allows marketers to put in an objective and the automatic bidding feature will find the best members to fulfill the objective. Advertising will now be allowed on personal pages as well to support the branding of products for smaller businesses.

Customer-centric marketing will start to become more prominent when the AI elements begin to change how we use digital products and how we communicate online.

These days, the business to customer buying cycle is getting much shorter because of recommendations from artificial intelligence compiled data. Customers are starting to rely more on the data compiled by the artificial intelligence. This allows them to make minor purchases on behalf of them, which becomes more passes in their buying cycle. However, the opposite is true of business to business buying cycle. That cycle is getting longer due to more consideration of and deeper examination proffered of the proffered content.

Don’t Make These Blunders

I finished up Chapter 1 by writing this:

“There’s a lot of money to be made with properly prepared and correctly executed e-mail marketing.”

The key words in that statement are: properly prepared and correctly executed.

It doesn’t matter how good your intentions are and it doesn’t matter how butt-kicking good your offer is. If you blow the basic rules of e-mail marketing, you’re headed for disaster.

Here’s a checklist of what NOT to do when you’re depending on e-mail to boost your revenue:

Top 10 E-Mail Marketing Mistakes To Avoid

- Failing To Obey The CAN-SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act) was passed into law by the United States Congress to establish rules for companies that use e-mail for marketing or other commercial purposes.

The law affects any U.S.-based company or person that sends e-mail containing advertising that promotes a product or service.

Transactional e-mail, which is e-mail that is used solely to update a customer with information that is relative to his or her account or order, is generally exempt from most provisions of the Act except that it may not use “false or misleading routing information.”

The United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is charged with the responsibility of enforcing the CAN-SPAM Act and the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) is authorized to pursue criminal actions against violators of the Act.

CAN-SPAM Act Overview

You can read the entire Act at the FTC’s web site if you want to. Here’s is an in-depth summary of the provisions:

- No False or Misleading Headings

This means that the “From” and “To” message headers, as well as the routing information that shows the originating mail server address, must accurately represent where the mail was sent from, who sent it, and to whom it is addressed.

- No Deceptive Subject Lines

You are not allowed to create mail subject lines that are deceptive or that mislead the reader as to what the body of the e-mail contains.

- Unsubscribe Link Required

You must provide a mechanism such as a return e-mail address or a clickable link that enables the e-mail recipient to be removed from your mailing list. It is permissible to create a web-based form that provides the recipient with e-mail management options such as the ability to opt out of only certain types of messages as long as there is also an option to be removed from the list entirely. Once you receive an opt-out request you have 10 business days to make sure that no more mail is sent to that address.

The Act also prohibits you from selling or otherwise giving that e-mail address to anyone else for marketing purposes.

- All Commercial E-mail Must Be Identified As Such And It Must Contain The Sender’s Postal Address.

Any commercial e-mail must contain a statement indicating that it is an advertisement as well as instructions on how to opt out from receiving future e-mail. You must also include your complete physical address somewhere in the body of the e-mail message.

Penalties For Violation Of The CAN-SPAM Act

Every violation of the Act, which means every individual e-mail you send that is not in full compliance, makes you subject to a fine of up to $11,000. Certain violations may also make you liable for additional fines and penalties under laws that regulate false or deceptive advertising.

In addition to all of the provisions listed above, the Act provides for additional fines and penalties for anyone who does any of the following:

- Collects or "harvests" e-mail addresses from any Web site containing a notice prohibiting the collection of e-mail addresses from the Web site for the purposes of commercial mailing.

- Automatically generates e-mail addresses using a random or systematic combination of alphanumeric characters designed to eventually “discover” actual e-mail addresses at any domain. This is commonly called a "dictionary attack."

- Uses any automated method to register for multiple e-mail accounts for the purpose of sending commercial e-mail.

- Relays e-mail through any server, network or computer, including the use of open relays or open proxies, without the permission of the owner. Permission from the owner is not a defense against sending e-mail that otherwise violates any provision of the Act.

I know you'll love this training.

Chapter 1: What Is YouTube Marketing All About?

Video marketing has been a growing trend for a few years now. We’ve been saying that video is where the web is going, and we weren’t wrong: ever since last year video traffic makes up at least 78% of online traffic, and estimates forecast that it will go up to 80% in 2020!

In fact, it’s been found that all online traffic after 5 PM is video traffic, and most of that traffic goes to the largest video streaming platforms around, particularly YouTube, which uses video traffic to generate revenue.

YouTube has massive amounts of traffic, viewers, and content. It is the second most visited website in the world, right after Google. There are currently over 1 billion people using the platform to upload and consume video content, with over 300 hours of video being uploaded every day to the site!

Now, it is well known by this point that YouTube generates revenue by way of digital advertising. By letting content creators upload content to the

platform, it has created the perfect channel where businesses can put their adverts in front of a large audience. It is a win-win situation where businesses can get more exposure, and where YouTube and content creators can pocket their respective share of the advertising revenue.

But the truth is that ad revenue is not the only way of making money on YouTube, and advertising is not the only option for businesses that want to get more customers and more exposure.

In fact, YouTube marketing has not only become a great marketing tool because it allows marketers to upload unique content that is easy to share and consume, but also because it allows online and offline businesses to take advantage of video traffic to grow their presence.

This is because YouTube is the second largest search engine, and it can help marketers to improve any brand or business’ search engine optimization efforts.

That said, YouTube marketing is all about ranking your videos to help them reach the top spot in search results, both on YouTube and on Google. Once you are able to rank a video in the top listings you will be able to get, on average, a 34% increase in exposure.

That means that if you upload a video on YouTube to promote your business or brand and you are able to rank it on top, you will be able to generate more visitors to your website, or to your online store, or to your online events.

Also, more people will be able to learn about your brand simply by searching a few keywords on Google, and that will generate more customers for your business.

And that’s not counting countless other ways to make money out of your top-ranking videos, including growing your mailing lists, selling your digital products, promoting affiliate products, and so on!

Now, ranking a video is not easy, let alone ranking it on top, what with all the competition and oftentimes saturated niches. But with our advice you will be able to apply proven strategies that will help you to easily dominate YouTube Marketing, so allow us to grab you by the hand and show you how to do YouTube Marketing the right way today!

Chapter 2: Creating and Optimizing A Branded YouTube Channel

The first step in your YouTube Marketing journey is to create a branded channel for your business. A branded YouTube channel will allow you to use your brand’s name as the name of your channel, to manage editing permissions, and to offer your viewers a more customer-centric experience.

Getting Started

In order to create a branded YouTube channel you will need to have a Google account, and we are going to assume that you already have one. If you don’t, you’ll simply have to go to “Google.com” in your browser, and then to click on the “sign in” button. Then you’ll have to click on “create account” and to submit the sign-up info that you’ll be asked for.

Don't be intimidated by the word "book." As you'll see, it's not as complicated or difficult as you may think to get yourself on this worldwide publishing platform. I'll even show you how you can get published on the Kindle without writing a word.

Go ahead, take a look, and then take action. Before you know it, you too could be a published author – collecting royalty checks every month, like many others.

Why Being a Kindle Author is a Growth Industry

The Kindle is hot. In fact, Amazon is selling more electronic books than print books these days. And getting published on Kindle is hotter still.
Here are seven of the biggest reasons why people have bought or will soon buy a Kindle, and why they'll be looking for a variety of books to read on their Kindles. Just put yourself in their shoes and you'll immediately see the growth potential:

1) It makes your library portable

Remember when the iPod first came out and you no longer had to lug around CDs and cassette tapes when you wanted to be entertained on the road? In addition to the convenience, there was the sheer capacity of the iPod. You could store thousands of songs in a device that fit in the palm of your hand, and you could access any of them at a moment's notice.

Enter the Kindle. It has the same capacity for storage and instant access. You'll get weeks of entertainment in a device small enough to fit almost any purse, all accessible at -- you guessed it -- a moment's notice.

And unlike CDs and cassette tapes, books are heavy, so if you're a voracious reader, you no longer have to lug around pounds of books to ensure you won't get bored on even the longest flights -- or beach vacation.

2) It lets you add to your library from anywhere

This is where the Kindle does the iPod one better. Thanks to Amazon's Whispernet, you can add books and other documents at the click of a button. You can also subscribe to blogs, newspapers, and periodicals, and have them added automatically. Kindle makes it easy to keep up with what's happening, without having to squint at the screen of your smartphone or iPhone.

3) Kindle screens can be read in broad daylight

Unlike computer screens, Kindle screens are designed to imitate paper, and they are doing a terrific job. You can read them clearly in any kind of lighting, even in broad daylight while you're out lounging by the pool. Try that with your laptop!

4) Kindles are getting more and more affordable

When the Kindle first came out, it was kind of pricey. Of course that didn't stop a lot of technophiles from investing in one anyway. But it did keep more budget-conscious readers out of the loop.

That's no longer the case. Now, Kindles are just a fraction of the price they were when they first appeared, and at just over $100 for the least expensive model, they're flying off the shelves.

In part, that was to be expected since new technology tends to be more expensive for early adopters, but in the case of Kindle, sheer economics was probably driving the drastic cut in price. First, there was the growing competition from the Nook and other e-readers, and then...

Amazon realized that it was making far more money from selling books for Kindle than from selling the Kindle devices themselves, so it became a smart move to get those Kindles into the hands of as many people as possible so they could buy...Kindle books!

And the more people have Kindles, the bigger the market for your own Kindle book.

5) The Kindle Store is Growing

Amazon's Kindle store is getting bigger by the minute. Sales of Kindle books are growing by leaps and bounds, and one way in which Amazon is trying to keep up with demand is by making it incredibly easy to publish books, blogs, and more to its Kindle store.

And that's where you come in as a potential Kindle author!

An ever-growing number of people are rushing to create content for Amazon's Kindle store. In fact, there is a lot of intriguing information available for Kindle that's not available in any other form. As a result, even more people are likely to break down and invest in a Kindle, which will lead to ever more readers who are shopping in the Kindle store for new information. And you could be right there to provide it!

Five Reasons Why You Should Consider Publishing on Kindle

You might be wondering how you could publish on the Kindle if you’ve never written anything longer than a grocery list. Never fear! Read on and find out why you should make the effort and why publishing on Kindle is not as daunting as you may think.

Chapter 1: What Is Traffic Generation All About?

Hey there my friends! Welcome to our newest online training course, “Traffic Generation 2018”. With this training you are going to learn everything that you’ll need to know to crush it with your websites in 2018 and beyond.

This is an updated and super charged training that we’ve filled with nothing but the newest traffic generation strategies. From designing a traffic generating website to learning how to use the top traffic generating platforms around, this one is designed to give you an insane advantage over whatever the competition throws at you.
What Is Traffic Generation and Why Is It So Important In 2018?

Whether you are an aspiring online marketer or have an active site already, you might have heard about a little thing called web traffic, which is the stream of web users that visit any given online property, particularly websites.

Website traffic is mostly measured in visits. If you are running a website and tell other marketers about it, the first thing you’ll be asked about it is: “How many monthly visits do you get on your website?”.

That is because when you access a website your visit is counted as a hit, and the goal is to keep you on the site for as long as possible, and to keep you coming back, and to convince you to share the site with others to generate more traffic back to that website.

That’s Where Traffic Generation Comes In!

Traffic generation is the method that online marketers use to generate traffic to websites, and it consists of a collection of strategies designed to drive as many visitors to a website or online platform.

Website traffic is an essential part of a website. Without traffic, a website is nothing but static content hosted on the internet, and traffic generation is becoming increasingly important because it is what’s helping site owners to get off the ground.

But traffic generation alone is not enough, and that’s what the competition doesn’t want you to know. That’s what other courses won’t tell you. They’ll be more than happy to just teach you how to drive thousands of irrelevant visitors to your site. That will keep you out of their way while also forcing you to spend more money on additional and likewise useless lessons.

But that’s not all it takes in 2018. In fact, traffic generation is only the first step, because you have to learn how to use it to make your websites relevant, easily discoverable, and highly authoritative.

Modern search engines have become so sophisticated that they’re no longer content with indexing your site; They’re also going to evaluate it, which means that attracting real and qualified traffic is the only way to make it to the top spot on search result pages!

In a nutshell, modern traffic generation is all about driving the right type of users to your site so they can help you to make your site relevant and to drive your business objectives.

And that is exactly what you are going to learn in this course: that traffic generation is a means to achieve your marketing goals with your websites.

1USE YOUR MOTIVATION

If you are like most businessmen and women of today, your motivation seems to have its highs and lows as your focus moves from one business project to the next. There is no doubt that you are ultimately interested in business, but many find it difficult to stay focused on a single business interest and fail to stick with one activity for any length of time. This is primarily due to the fact that an individual's patience tends to have its ups and downs, and interests change almost daily.

Similarly, others find themselves struggling through the same tasks repeatedly watching the clock, praying quitting time comes quickly. Now, if you are in a good mood, you may find some tasks just stimulating enough to make them enjoyable, however, the occurrence is rare. When your tasks do not match your moods, it can be difficult to make it through the workday.

When you run your own home business, you have more freedom than you would ever have working for an outside employer. The biggest benefit is that you can work on whatever you want, whenever you want. Your days are random, changing with your mood, but you still manage to get things done.

The key is to use your motivation and go where it takes you. For example, you turn on your computer Monday morning and find out that a major client is looking for a new slogan for their campaign. All of a sudden, ideas begin to come out of nowhere, as you are motivated to work on this project. Whereas that client whom you have submitted work to repeatedly, only to have it sent back because they change their mind, does not motivate you quite so much. You can come back to that one when you have ideas that are more productive; no sense in wasting time that you could be using to work on more interesting projects for the time being.
