Chapter 1

Getting started with

Google Ads

Google Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising using AdWords is perhaps the most popular form of advertising among small businesses. This is partly because of Google's reputation and partly because it allows the small business owner to control costs. There are various ways Google AdWords can help you as a small business owner, but it takes some basic instruction to get started and tap ultimately tap into its full potential as an advertising tool.

What is Google AdWords?

Google AdWords is an online advertising service that allows businesses to have their ads run on Google?s search results page. The ads look almost identical to the normal search results, with the only difference being the small word Ad in green. Google ads will show at the top and bottom of a search results page.

How Advertising on Google Works

When a consumer searches for a term or phrase, Google will show the consumer relevant ads based on the keywords used in the search. Websites that want their ads to show on the results page bid on keywords that they believe people will use when looking for their type of business. For example, a plumber located in Atlanta might bid on the keywords plumbing Atlanta, plumber, or broken toilet.

Depending on how much you bid compared to other plumbers in the area, your ad may show up on the results page when people search for the terms you bid on. In addition to how much you bid, Google also takes into account the relevance and quality of your ad and website. So even if you have the highest bid, the ad for your plumbing company will never show when someone searches flower store. How PPC Advertising Works?

How Does Google Determine If Your Ad Will Show on the Results Page?

Google uses a combination of three primary factors to determine when an ad shows on the results page:

•Bid – The bid is the price you are willing to pay for a click on your ad. You bid against other websites on keywords that you believe people search for if they are interested in your product. A flower store might bid on the terms roses cheap bouquet or wedding flowers.

•Quality and relevance of the ad – Your ad needs to be relevant to the search being made in order to show on the search results page. If someone searches wedding flowers it wouldn?t make sense for Google to show an ad for a nail salon. You want to make sure you have a lot of the same keywords that you are bidding on in the ad itself, so Google can tell your ad is relevant to the search.

•Landing page experience – When someone clicks on your ad, the landing page that they are sent to should have similar content as the ad itself and the keywords used in the search. If you own a salon and are advertising manicures, you?ll want to link directly to a page that has more information on manicures, instead of to the homepage which includes all of your services.

Differences between Mobile and Desktop Advertising

Mobile and desktop ads on Google are very similar. They both display ads at the top and bottom of the search results page, and you bid on keywords the same way with both. Though some business owners overlook mobile, it is something you definitely want to think about when advertising on Google. More than half of Googles searches are done from mobile devices, and people searching on their phone often have local intent.

Grab this Google Ads Mastery HD Training Video

The key differences between desktop and mobile advertising are:

1.There is less space on a mobile device, so you need to make sure your message is straight to the point.

2.People on their phones are on the go, so you want to tailor your message depending on if it?s for desktop or mobile.

When setting up your account, you can decide whether you want your ad to show on desktop, mobile, or both. We suggest setting up separate campaigns for desktop and mobile in order to track how your ads perform across different devices.

You will notice that the cost for the same keyword will be different depending on if you are bidding for search terms being used on mobile or desktop. Experiment with different bids in order to see which keywords perform best on mobile versus desktop. Your goal is to have the highest click through rate on your ad with the lowest cost per click possible.

How Much Does Advertising on Google Cost?

In pay per click advertising, you only pay if someone clicks on your ad. The cost per click of an ad depends on how much you bid on certain keywords. The cost ranges greatly depending on if you are in a market where a lot of other businesses are willing to pay a high price to rank on a certain keyword.

For example, if you are a realtor in a small town you might be able to bid less than $1 per click on a keyword and still have your ad show in this section. However, if you own a medical malpractice law firm in a big city, the cost per click will be much more expensive.

You can use Googles keyword planner to see how much the suggested bids are for your ad to show up when someone searches for specific key terms. However, instead of focusing on the cost of advertising, you will want to think about how much you stand to earn from advertising on Google, and whether this will yield a substantial profit for your business.

How can you save 33.5% on the Adwords cost per click?

The simple answer is to advertise on Bing. In many ways, Bing provides a very similar service to Google AdWords. The only big disadvantage of Bing is that there are fewer clicks available for purchase. As a result, many advertisers focus on Google AdWords and ignore Bing. The lower competition means less fierce bidding, which in turn lowers the cost per click. According to an article by Wordstream, Bing is typically 33.5% cheaper than AdWords for the same term. If you have not tried Bing, get started with a free $50 advertising credit.

How to Create an Effective Google Ad

•Use your keywords in your ad – You need to use the same keywords that you are bidding on are in your ad so that Google will be able to tell that the ad is relevant to the search.

•Use local identifiers – If you are a local business, you want to consider using location terms in your search. If someone is searching for bbqdallas then your ad with the headline Best BBQ in Dallas will be more likely to show in the results and be highly relevant for theperson looking for a restaurant in your area.

•Clearly state who you are and what you offer – The user should know immediately what your business is and how you can help with what theyre looking for. If you own a store that offers many different products, make sure you are matching your ad to the keywords being searched.

•Tell the user what makes your business unique – There are tons of results on the first page of a Google search. You need to tell them why they should choose your business. Are you more affordable, dependable, or reliable? Do you have awesome reviews and ratings? Share that information in your ad.

•Have a clear call to action – Users are more likely to click on an ad if they are being instructed on next steps. Examples of this are Call today for a free quote, or Enter zip to find store closest to you.

•Include a promotion – You may want to include an offer such as 20% off shoes today! or Free shipping!. Its understandable if you don?t want to offer a discount on top of the advertising cost, but even a small offer can be the difference between attracting a new customer to your site, and having them click on the website next to yours.

•Enhance your ad with extensions – Extensions show additional information about your business, such as your phone numbers, store rating or address, as links extending from your ad. Including extensions will increase the amount of space you take up on the results page, and they tend to have a high click through rates (both huge benefits). Plus there is no additional cost for including extensions.

A simple step you can take before writing your ads is to search for your type of business and see what type of ads come up. You dont want to copy other businesses ads exactly, but you can get an idea of what works and what is out there.

Sample of a good ad on Google

This ad hits all of the things on our checklist. It is packed with keywords, offers $40 off, boasts being open 24/7, has a clear message to call, notes that they are located in NYC, and has ad extensions that are tempting to click on. Next, take a look at this ad:

This ad is a little weaker because although it is clear that they are offering plumbing services in NYC, there are not many keywords, and nothing in the ad makes them stand out against the other ads listed.

Google gives you a certain amount of characters to use, and in most cases you want to take advantage of all possible characters. The bigger your ad, the more it will stand out and the more keywords you can use within your ad.

Chapter 1: Introduction

Getting older is inevitable. Until scientists discover a genetic fountain of youth, we all must come to terms with the fact that we are going to see our health deteriorate as we get older and count more candles on the cake each year.

(Okay, so that last part isn’t necessarily true… most people give up on that once you reach about five…). But while it’s inevitable that you are going to age, you do get a say in how you age. You get a say in how you get to look and feel and how healthy you are. Sure, some of this comes down to luck, but a whole lot of it comes down to the way you eat, your lifestyle and even your mental attitude.

In this training, you’re going to learn how to get the very most from your body, your looks, your mind and even your career no matter what age you are. In this training, you will learn the secret to aging gracefully whether you’re a man or a woman and no matter what life throws your way.

You’ll see that your body can and should last you your entire life – that aches, pains and damaged skin are not inevitable. And you’ll learn to keep on thriving until your last days on this Earth.

Who is This Book For?

Before we go further, there is one important point I’d like to make: this training is for everyone.

If you are already making your way into your twilight years then you may be under the impression that it is ‘too late’ for you in some way. You may think that now that your arthritis and wrinkles have set in, that it’s too late to reverse the damage.

Not true! As you will see, there are many techniques and strategies that you can use to reverse damage to your cells, your brain and your joints and many of these can make a profound difference in a short amount of time.

And perhaps you’re in the other camp. Maybe you think you’re too young to worry about how you’re going to look in the future. Maybe you think that you’re somehow impervious to aging… maybe you haven’t thought about it at all!

But if you’re over 25, the reality is that your body has already begun to decline. It has already begun to deteriorate. Every day that passes that you ignore this stuff, you are ensuring you will look older, feel worse and shorten your lifespan.

So, it’s absolutely essential that you start to look after your health as soon as possible. All of these tips are going to help you look and feel better immediately and they are going to protect you against changes that you might otherwise see in as little as a year. That is to say that this will benefit you immediately and in the future. Ultimately though, for the younger readers this is going to come down to how much foresight you have. How well you’re able to look into the future and to plan for that, rather than doing what pleases you right now.

But before you make up your mind on whether this is something you should spend your time on, I want you to imagine a day in the future. This day might occur in a few years from now or a few decades.

But at some point, you are likely to get a call from your old school/college inviting you to a reunion. You can now turn up at that event and look fantastic. If you’re single, then you’ll have the pick of all the hottest men/women of your childhood. If you’re not, you can flaunt your success and just how incredible you look.

OR you can ignore the advice in this training and live life for the moment. You can turn up to that same event and be the one who just looks tired. You can be the one who your old friends whisper about behind your back: they’ll say ‘boy, that guy/lady has really let themselves go’.

Think ahead.

Chapter 2: The Impact Of Your Lifestyle: Incredible Examples of Celebrities That Have Aged Amazingly (And How You Can Steal Their Secrets) So, you’ve seen first-hand among your friends and even people on TV just how lifestyle can impact on the way you age. But this goes deeper than you might expect.

These things can make a huge amount of difference that goes well beyond the surface. For proof, just consider some of the people you know who are in their 40s, their 50s and their 60s.

Now take note of just how different they are. Some people in their 40s can easily pass for being in their 30s – early 30s even. This isn’t just about their looks (although that’s a big part of it), it’s also about their attitude, their energy and their lust for life. But other people in their 40s appear to be hagered, worn down, tired and old. You know the sorts: usually they’re covered in sun spots, have 10 children and are perpetually seen with a fag hanging out their mouth.

I want you to look up a guy called Aaron Marino, also known as ‘Alpha’. He runs a style and grooming YouTube channel where he talks about things like skin care, the best clothes to wear during X season and tips for picking up women/making money. Now the thing about Aaron is that he’s 41. I have friends who are 41 and they’ve practically already given up. But Aaron is 41 and he looks fantastic. Not only is his skin largely wrinkle free, but he has a physique that many people half his age will never achieve, he dresses young while still looking age-appropriate and he is brimming with confidence and personality.

I’m not saying that 41 is old – I’m simply saying that for his age, Aaron demonstrates the impact that the right lifestyle, diet and grooming can have.

And another easy way you can see this is by turning to celebrities for inspiration. Women, consider the case of Angelina Jolie. She is 42 years old and yet she looks… well hot. She has raised a lot of children, been through multiple careers and recently fought off breast cancer. That is to say that her life hasn’t necessarily been an easy ride.

But what Angelina has going for her is money. Angelina is surrounded by a team of beauticians, nutritionists, personal trainers and agents who are all dedicated to making sure she looks and feels amazing. After all, Angelina’s face and body are her career.

Jennifer Lopez is 47. Jennifer Aniston is 48. These people do not look their age – especially Jennifer whose youthful looks are almost certainly somewhat attributable to her career as a dancer. Exercise as we will see, is absolutely key to staying youthful, vibrant and healthy. Oh and if you want more proof of the power of dancing, I recommend checking out 89 year-old Bruce Forsyth.

Okay, so these men and women aren’t all that old. How about someone a little more advanced in years? How about Arnold Schwarzenegger who has lived the most exotic life and led the most incredible career and is now still ticking at 69 years old.

Not only does Arnie manage to stay relevant at this age but having stepped down as Governor, he has now managed to regain the physique that he had in his youth. The same goes for Stallone who at 70 is launching new careers (as a painter), starring in Hollywood blockbusters (Guardians of the Galaxy 2) and maintaining his awesome, ripped physique.

These guys had a little ‘chemical’ assistance. But as we’ll see, there are ways you can tap into the same reservoir of male virility that they have – without breaking the law. Clint Eastwood at 87 years is looking pretty healthy too… perhaps it’s something to do with being an action hero?

What about female inspiration? In this case, I would encourage you to turn your attention to Joanna Lumley, star of Absolutely Fabulous and the voice of many UK documentaries. Joanna is now 71 and she is genuinely still highly attractive – not to mention enjoying the same momentum in her career as ever.

Joanna bucks the trend of women who struggle to maintain their careers in the public eye as they age and shows how the right makeup can really enhance a more mature look – turning it into an asset even. The 71 year-old Helen Mirren similarly manages to maintain her looks and her status and finds herself as the face of many an ‘anti-aging’ advert.

So, in case you thought that men were the only ones who could ‘work’ their look at 70… you would be wrong!

How to Tap Into the Secrets of the Celebrities for Youthful Looks and Vigor As you can see then, it is possible to look and feel great at pretty much any age. There is of course an element of luck involved: if you break your hip and need a replacement then this is going to cause set-backs that can be hard to recover from.

Preface / Introduction

If one thing is important in today’s society, it is knowing how to succeed. But knowing how and having the motivation to follow through with it is a very tricky process. If you don’t have the motivation, you are likely going to find yourself far behind when it comes to meeting your goals and becoming successful.

A lack of motivation can happen to anyone. In fact, it’s possibly one of the most common afflictions facing the human condition. Sure, we all want to achieve our dreams, but all that hard work, when faced before the fact, can just seem so hard.

That’s because we aren’t looking at it in a way that is productive for us, and fortunately there are plenty of solutions out there to help us get on our way to becoming the most successful people we can possibly be.

Instead of thinking about the steps we need to take to achieve our goals, we are often so intimidated by the loftiness of the goal itself that it puts us off from trying, even when it’s completely possible for us to achieve our dreams.

Unfortunately, we need to have a firm grasp on what is possible before we will feel any motivation at all, and whether you are hoping to motivate yourself to embark upon a rewarding long-term business venture, or you simply need to find the motivation it takes to carry you day by day and improve your life, one thing is always going to be true. We need to learn to trust ourselves and really appreciate our successes, no matter how small they may seem. It may go without saying, but success breeds success.

When we get a taste of doing something right, it often leads to excitement and a drive to continue repeating the rewarding feeling of achieving a goal. That excitement and drive is the backbone of motivation, and if we don’t see the ways we are making progress, we are not going to feel motivated to continue on with our goals.

In this course, you are going to learn about the ups and downs of human nature and how to overcome them so that you can be the most motivated you have ever been. It is natural that if we don’t feel like we can achieve a goal, we completely shut ourselves off from it. It can feel impossible to become motivated when that’s the case.

If we don’t believe we are capable of achieving, then we don’t put out the effort to achieve. It becomes a very self-defeating cycle that may never end because you create your own failure by never even trying.

Fortunately, there are many ways around this. With enough dedication, you can learn the secret to success and become a self-motivated person who is capable of accomplishing anything that you set your mind to!

This course will show you how. All you need to do is get started! Instead of giving up before you even begin, it’s time to put your energy somewhere better. You can motivate yourself to succeed at anything, starting today!

Chapter 1: The Importance of Forming Good Habits

The biggest enemy of motivation are our own bad habits. When we are so programmed to do something that isn’t good for us that we do it without even thinking about it, chances are high that we are already more invested in our own failure than we are in our success. If we don’t commit ourselves to our success every single day and constantly reinforce ourselves by reminding ourselves to make good choices, then motivation can and will slip right through our fingers.

The number one thing you can do to begin improving your relationship with motivation is to form better habits. Every single day we fall into a routine of sorts, and that routine begins to define how we spend our time and how others perceive us. It can also impact how we perceive ourselves, and if we are constantly taking the path of least resistance rather than doing the things we know we should be doing to improve our lives and business potential, then we are going to start to feel very negatively about ourselves.

Even if we don’t realize we have bad habits on a conscious level, subconsciously we are well aware of the fact that we have big plans for the lifetime that we are living in, and feel sad about the fact that we aren’t meeting our potential. But bad habits are so subtle and innocuous that sometimes we don’t even notice that they have consumed our lives. At least, not until it’s too late and we feel pretty far gone.

Fortunately, it doesn’t take a whole lot of time to break into bad habits and begin to form new ones. In fact, many people say it takes as little as seven days to break a habit, though other sources claim it can take a bit longer – more around 21 days. Either way, depending on the habit, you do have the power to break bad habits and form better ones to replace them with! All you need is some direction and insight into the types of habits that will truly help you to stay motivated and take the steps necessary toward your success.

One of the worst habits most of us have is staying up late at night. Sure, it may seem worthwhile at the time, especially if we feel a bit tired from the day we just had working, but if we aren’t getting enough sleep, our bodies and minds both suffer. We need to be mentally and physically prepared to meet the challenges that we will face when trying to achieve our goals, but if we aren’t well-rested enough, it can lead us to feeling sluggish and cloudy-minded all day long. Those feelings are miserable and almost impossible to work through. If you want to feel motivated without getting enough sleep during the night, you might as well be walking over glass. That is the worst way to get motivated. It just leads to a constant compulsion to rest, take breaks, and provide a safe and comfortable space for yourself where you can let go of your problems and stresses and relax.

For example, if you do a fair bit of laying around in your free time, no matter what your goals for the future are, that is a huge killer for motivation. When we are in the habit of staying perpetually relaxed when we’re off work, chances are that we aren’t putting in the extra work necessary in moving us forward. Instead of letting yourself be content after work with watching some television and hitting the hay, it would be life-changing if you were to get into a different habit. Instead of relaxing right away, you could begin taking a few minutes after work every day to put toward your end goal.

Whether your end goal is moving up the ladder at work, starting your own successful business, or improving yourself and your life by breaking your bad habits, there are plenty of ways that you can focus your energy on these goals. Breaking bad habits means interrupting them with better habits, so if an excessive drive to relax tends to be something you’re prone to, forcing yourself to interrupt that pattern with an activity that focuses your energy on the goals you are hoping to accomplish is a great way to break the cycle and head toward a more positive way of life.

Another great habit that you should get into if you haven’t already is daily exercise. We all need it, especially those of us who are trapped behind a desk all day to earn a living. If your jobs and your goals require a large amount of brain activity and not a whole lot of physical activity, exercise is actually going to be one of your greatest allies. When we exercise it actually allows our brains to work better. The blood flow helps to improve our memories and we have an easier time storing the important information we need to keep track of if we are going to achieve our goals. Not only that, but we are better able to concentrate, and as we all know, focus is essential in achieving our goals!

If we are bogged down by bad habits, it can be very destructive to our motivation. Many of us constantly bully ourselves. If anyone said to us out loud what we say to ourselves, we’d want to deck them! Negative self-talk is another bad habit you should break, and it can easily be replaced with better habits. Instead of always telling yourself what a screw-up you are, try giving yourself positive affirmations instead.

Positive affirmations are kinder ways to relate messages of hope and empowerment to ourselves. If you catch yourself saying something needlessly harsh and critical about yourself, interrupt those bad thoughts immediately with something better. For example, if you are upset with yourself because you made a mistake on a project you are working on, instead of calling yourself a big, worthless dummy, you should forgive yourself and meet your mistakes with kindness and understanding. That isn’t to say you should overlook all your flaws and assume you’re perfect and making mistakes doesn’t matter. Instead it means that you should recognize a valuable learning experience when you have one instead of beating yourself up. Almost nothing is as critical as it feels in the moment, so don’t let yourself be so harsh. Instead, look for the silver lining in every situation, and be kind to yourself. Forgive yourself for the mistake you’ve made and encourage yourself to keep on trying even if it feels hopeless. Remind yourself that almost nobody gets it right the first time. If we could, we would be born with the ability to walk like deer are. Rather, we are human and perfectly flawed, and it is natural that it takes us a few tries to get things right. Don’t give up! And don’t be angry at yourself over every little thing you feel like you could have done better. Instead, apply the lessons you can learn from every situation and move forward.

It’s always good to think about the habits you should adopt in order to see to it that your goals become a reality. I’m sure you could sit down right now with a goal in mind and write down several different habits that you wish you had that would help you to achieve your goal. So why not? You should get started right away!

Get a piece of paper and take some time to think deeply about the kinds of habits you want to get into that will help you to become the person you wish you were, the person who has achieved their goal successfully due to their own hard work and determination. Habits such as exercising daily, improving your punctuality, better time and emotional management (even, or especially, during stressful situations), improving the strength of your own drive, and improving your relationships with others by adopting more considerate and caring habits that make you a pleasure to interact with can be essential habits to work on no matter what goal you are hoping to achieve.

The best part is that each of these are within your power if you put your mind to it. A good trick to keep in mind is showing gratitude. When we feel like we have messed up, we tend to apologize a lot and it simply draws more attention to the negative feelings that we have about ourselves and the negative consequences of the actions that we are apologizing for. Instead of over-apologizing (but keep in mind you should always apologize when you have done something very harmful to another person), you should try to thank the person affected by you for their patience and understanding.

Not only does that help you to improve your relationship with yourself and help you to feel like less of a screw-up, but it also changes the dynamic of the conversations you are having. You don’t feel worthless and then have that perceived worthlessness expounded upon by a person who doesn’t feel like accepting an apology. Instead of dwelling in the negativity, thank the person, or even yourself, for being patient with you for coping maturely with whatever mistake was made.

It is a great way to change dynamics so that they favor the positive, and it can help people feel good about themselves to hear that they are being kind and compassionate for dealing with the situation at hand. It boosts their self-confidence and can even sometimes change the way they perceive you as well. Instead of seeing you as a difficult person to work with, they might instead see you as more in tune with their feelings and appreciate you for keeping things light instead of bombarding them with even more negativity than they were already dealing with.

However you choose to change your habits, make sure they are serving your life rather than obstructing it. We all have a fairly clear version of who we would like to be and what we hope to accomplish, but if we stay rooted in our bad habits, it is unlikely that we will be able to lead ourselves forward on the paths that will get us where we want to be. Interrupting your bad habits with positive habits is a great way to help you change your neural pathways and physically change your habits from bad to good. All it takes is a little time and effort!

Ever wonder how all these normal people can set up profitable sales funnels?

If you answered yes to either of these questions, then keep reading...

Creating A Profitable Sales Funnel Is Easier Than You Think

You have likely heard the expression that owning your own product is the key to making real money online.

That is true for a number of reasons.

One of the key reasons why that is true is because, if you own the product, you can create a sales funnel that you control and you profit from at 100% (or whatever amount you choose in regards to your affiliates, etc.).

If you don’t own the product, then you can’t control the sales funnel, and you don’t profit from any additional sales made through that funnel.

The Real Money Is On The Backend

It is a known fact that virtually every Internet marketer makes most of his/her profits via the back-end of the sales funnel, NOT the front-end.

In fact, some marketers are willing to take a loss on the front-end of the funnel, just to get new customers onto his/her buying list and to help make profits for his/her affiliates so that they are willing to promote his/her future product offers.

The real money is made on the back-end of the sales funnel because that is where the higher-priced offers are normally made.

Add in that the creator of the funnel usually makes 50-100% of the sales of these upsell offers, and it’s no wonder why most Internet marketers make most of their revenues from one-time offers or OTOs.

You may be wondering how to go about creating your own sales funnel.

Fortunately, this book will help you to know exactly what a sales funnel is, how to create one, and how to maximize its potential so you get the most profit possible from it.

If you do not know what it feels like to forgive, then you are missing out on a great deal in your life. You can make yourself psychologically stronger by learning to forgive and it’s easier than you can ever imagine. As you read through this book, it is suggested that you take the lead by practicing the exercises that are mentioned within each of the chapters. Often times, people struggle to get past painful memories in their lives. Even though this is not something new and we all know that we should learn to forgive and forget since elementary school! Unfortunately, many people tend to dwell on the past and that only creates a downward spiral of pain and disappointments.

The book puts this in simple terms so that you are able to start off with letting go small things and work your way towards the bigger picture. Ultimately, what we truly yearn for is a sense of fulfillment and happiness in life. Holding grudges to your grave is not something you would wish for, both for yourself and even others. We only live once so don’t leave behind disappointments and regrets. I was prompted to write down all that I know about forgiveness, so that others never have to go through the kind of tragic experience I witnessed.

Despite the general idea of forgiveness, which is “sacrificing” yourself for others, it is actually more than that. In fact, forgiveness is a “gift” that you give to yourself and people you love. You may not see it like this at the moment, but once you study what I’m about to share, you should be able to put negativity behind you and start to enjoy life to its full extent. Any kind of negativity will hold you back. Forgiveness is the life preserver every day offers you. It is your choice whether you take it, but once you do, you will understand how much it changes everything about your life and frees you from all of the pain and bitterness that come with it.

Chapter 1 – Forgiving Others – What is True Forgiveness?

True forgiveness doesn’t come back to kick you in the teeth. When you learn about forgiveness, it’s like giving a gift. You give with no strings attached. People who say that they forgive but still bring up the past every time shows that they haven’t truly forgiven. They might have said that they had forgiven but with zero intent. So, what is true forgiveness?

True Forgiveness

Daisy is a gifted child. However, she mingled with the wrong kids who were into stealing and because she wasn’t very good at it, she was caught. As expected, her parents were angry. After the entire saga, they encouraged her to move on and do better things in life. Verbally, they forgave her. Several years later, her mother was still constantly reminding the child of the thing that she did wrong every time she got mad. Of course, this didn’t sit well with Daisy and she felt terrible every time her mother brings up the past. Furthermore, Daisy found that this stifled her creativity and that she dreaded going home to her mother because she knew that history would repeat itself. In the end, their relationship turned sour and things only got from bad to worse.

When you truly forgive someone, the past shall remain the past and should never be brought up again. Forgiveness gives both you and the person you feel has wronged you the freedom to move on. However, forgiving doesn’t mean forgetting.

Daisy actually grew up to be a very forgiving person, learning from the lessons that she had been taught by her mother, and embraced with unconditional love. Even though you may remember the event as if it was yesterday, forgiveness means not bringing it up at a future time whenever you feel like it. You liberate yourself by learning to let go of blame and starting to embrace compassion. Let me give you an example:

John was always bullied by his brother. As he grew up, he had less to do with his brother but could see that his brother’s life wasn’t a very happy one. Instead of holding onto bad feelings, John learned that compassion was a better answer. He approached his brother to see if there was something he could do to help his brother through a bad patch. His brother was astounded that John would even bother with him after all the hell that he had put John through as a child, but when people forgive, it helps them to see things from both sides. You have to remember that people who make your life a misery are usually quite miserable themselves. You have a choice to let go, and to forgive, or to carry a grudge and live with blame and anger. Both are bad for you because these are negative traits and they diminish who you are. Even if you were technically right in the ‘blame game’, deep inside you won’t feel good due to all the negativity and sense of grudge.

Forgiveness Requires The Strength of Character

Forgiveness requires the strength of character, rather than weakness. Those who are able to forgive are more likely to live happier lives. In John’s case, his brother is now his best friend because he learned from the kid he bullied how to move on and create major successes in life despite circumstances. John’s brother asked him once how he could forgive and the answer is simple, to love is far better than to hate someone. He didn’t despise him, or try to prove that he was better than his brother, but he demonstrated that when you forgive, you become a happier and more fulfilled human being. There is no better example than John himself.

There are so many things that people are unable to forgive from their childhood till death start knocking onto their door. That intangible burden that they carry with them their entire lives will diminish their ability to experience true happiness and fulfillment. This places a heavy burden not only on them, but also people around them. Forgiveness allows you to lift that burden and to see life from a different perspective. No matter what childhood offered or left in its tracks, forgiveness and acceptance of life is a healthier way to go and makes you less bitter. That bitterness tarnishes everything that you do and each interaction you have with others until YOU decide to let it go.

Remember that it’s our responsibility to make the world a better place. Believe me, once you experience letting go, you will never go back to the bitterness again, because the choice is so much sweeter. It makes you feel like you have un-laden a huge load and when you feel that way for the first time, you will be shocked at how easy it is. It’s not even about pride. It’s about saying sorry and moving on in your life to start over with new hopes and dreams.

True forgiveness is when you can look inside and see no hatred, negativities or any strings attached to past bitter experiences. You begin to see the good in you and it isn’t being vain or narcissistic. You’ll be freed from the burden of all the bad things that happened and that truly is a gift that only those who are prepared to look beyond remorse and anger will experience. That, my friend, is the Freedom in Forgiveness.

Chapter 2 – The Power of Forgiveness and How it Can Benefit You

When you are angry, it’s hard to understand that forgiveness works two ways. It lets someone get away with actions that are unacceptable and that’s the side that most people see, but there’s much more to it than that. It lets you get away without all the bitterness. Let’s look at the ways in which forgiveness helps you. After all, this is a fundamental benefit that you deprive yourself of if you cannot forgive:

What is The Difference Between Forgiving

Someone and Condoning Their Actions?

There is a difference between forgiving someone and condoning their actions. There are a lot of kids today who had experienced child abuse at some point in their lives. So what happens to the upbringing of the child? There are only 3 possible outcomes: One is that they’ll be totally broken down, afraid of their parents, and have low self-esteem. The second possible outcome is that they’ll hate their parents deep to the core, go against every word they say, and become a ‘rebel’ child. In the future, they might even follow their parents’ footstep, thinking that “This is how it should be. I was brought up this way anyway!”

The third possible outcome is they simply forgive and learn from their experience. As a result, they could avoid the same mistake and shape their character into a more compassionate human being. It sure takes a lot of courage, but what you gain is so much more than what is lost. If you don’t learn to forgive, you begin to be the perpetrator and the lack of forgiveness is every bit as wrong as holding onto the memory and allowing it to cloud your judgment in the future.

Introduction

Businesses in the world of today have devised numerous means of communication with the aim of connecting with existing and potential clients. One of such ways is the use of email list that has proven to be relevant and very effective for most businesses. Your email list can be utilized effectively to provide maximum effects through a number of strategies and tactics that have been proven by many business owners and gurus in the field of internet marketing. Here is a list of proven strategies and tactics that have been used to achieve maximum effect from email lists.

Begin with a solid and well composed email database

This is perhaps the very first step to achieving maximum effect in your email list. Before embarking on any campaign of such magnitude, it is always advisable to begin by creating a well composed email database. During the initial stages of such a campaign, it must be noted that your business email list forms the beginning of not just the campaign but also your communication with the potential customers of your business. It is therefore imperative to sort your list and create a database.

Your list ought to contain a database listing the people and related businesses that have interest in your company. Ensure that these people and businesses actually have the reason to be contacted by your company. They must show interest in whatever your company is offering and must be able to find the information you intend to share with them helpful in one way or another. It is only through this that you can be sure that the information you will dispatch through the mails will reach the right audience.

In the event that you think your current list lack the desired impact, do not hesitate to conduct a cleanup. This can be done through filtering your list to include only the most relevant contacts that will have a positive impact for your business. Additionally, you can decide to send out refresher mails with the intention of knowing whether your current subscribers are still interested in the promotional information you send to them from time to time. It is pretty obvious that some subscribers might no longer be interested in the information you send and what your company offers. Therefore, always ensure that your database contains only the relevant contacts that will have a positive impact for your company.

Reach out to your email list in a unique way

Hundreds of companies or businesses reach out to their potential clients through their mails. In order for your information to stand out amidst other emails written by competing companies, it has to stand out. It is only through this that your clients will be interested in whatever information you are passing across. You need to send fresh and exiting content in order to capture the interests of your audience. This can be achieved by writing catchy email subjects.

You should be cognizant of the fact that most email readers decide to read their mails by simply going through the email subjects. Sometimes, people merely delete promotional emails before reading them because their subjects fail to impress them. In order to achieve maximum effect from your email list, come up with interesting subjects for your promotional mails. Become creative and arouse the curiosity of your audience in your email subjects.

While it is important to be creative in writing mails for your email business list, always ensure that you stick to your brand and promotional objectives while writing the mails. You can be carried away by creativity to an extent that you fail to realize it when the promotional objectives of you emails are deviated. Therefore, it is imperative to ensure that each time you reach out to your email business list it is done in a unique way that arouses the interests of your audience.

It doesn’t get better than this!

Are you ready? Let’s begin.

It All Begins With…

Content.

Yes, I know that I just said that content is the foundation of your blog and not the entire structure but the strength of your blog relies on the quality of your content as well as the type of content you are offering. When you are just starting out as a blogger, it’s easy to slap up content quickly, and then focus most of your time on driving traffic to your website. Far too many bloggers fail to realize that the driving force behind creating powerful traffic funnels that consist of repeat visitors relies exclusively on the quality of the content you offer.

If you focus first on building pages that feature informative, in-demand, relevant and targeted content, your blog will have stronger legs to stand on. That killer content will empower your traffic building campaigns and ensure that once you have sent a visitor to your website, they will connect with your content, respond to your content, and return to your website.

Makes sense, right?

You want your website visitor’s to be so impressed by the content on your blog that they immediately bookmark your website so that they can return to it, again and again. You gotta hook ‘em quickly, and preferably on their very first visit.

So, what kind of content is most successful?

The kind of content that solves a problem or entertains them.

Consider your target audience and what they are most interested in, worried about, or passionate about. Content that is designed to fulfill a need, answer a question, solve a problem or entertain a specific audience is always successful. And if you explore many established blogs in your market you’ll find that their content always falls within one (or both) of these two “E” categories: Educational or Entertaining. When you focus on creating content that falls into one of these categories, you’ll end up with material that is “sticky”, meaning that your readers will respond to your content and return to your website because it speaks directly to them, is engaging and on target.

In other words, BULLSEYE!

You’ll also want to make sure that your content is evergreen. What I mean by this is that your content will continue to be relevant for months, or years to come, rather than just useful or informative for a short span of time. While it’s smart to use current, buzzworthy news (that may be based on time-sensitive events) to drive in traffic, make sure that the majority your content is evergreen.

Pro Tip: Search websites like Quora.com for commonly asked questions in your niche and create blog posts that answer those burning questions! This is also a great way to come up with headlines for your articles and blog posts.

Your content also needs to be shareable. You want visitors to link to your content, share it via social media, or forward it to their friends. Consider integrating infographics or videos into your content so it stands out. Anything you can do to be different that will capture attention quickly is important.

Insider Strategy: One quick and easy way to create shareable content is by using the powerful Wordpress plugin, PostGopher. I’ve used this on many websites in order to give my visitors the opportunity to create downloadable PDF’s out of my content. What better way to connect with readers and remind them of my website than by letting them download my content so they can read it later!

You can grab the plugin from https://www.PostGopher.com Go ahead and do that now before you move on. It’s one of the easiest ways to maximize exposure and keep your blog in the front of your visitor’s mind.

You’ll also want to blog frequently. Try to post 2-3 times a week, if possible, especially when you are just starting out and your website lacks content. The major search engines love fresh content so the more often you update your website, the better.

Pro Tip: Aim for 1,000 words or more when creating blog posts. The search engines prefer longer content. 2-2500 words are even better. Now, I’m going to mention a dirty word and I don’t want you to throw your hands up in the air frantically, okay? The word is an important one when it comes to creating content that will pull in a ton of traffic from all of the major search engines.

You know what word I’m talking about! Keywords!

Keywords are the fundamental component of an effective search engine optimization strategy when done right. And while SEO has gotten a bad rap over recent years because of bloggers stuffing keywords into their content (to the point where it becomes virtually unreadable), if keywords are used correctly they become incredibly effective at helping your blog rank higher in the search engines, which in turn means maximum exposure.

Introduction

So, you want to learn how to create attention-grabbing headlines that will motivate potential customers and close the deal?

If you’ve ever talked to copywriters, chances are you’ve heard about the power of a winning headline and its measurable effect on your bottom line. If you fail to capture your reader’s attention within the first few minutes of them reading your copy, you’ll likely lose them forever.

Add to that, the fast-paced digital world where people are used to social media updates flying across their screen all day long, overloading them with information, and you need to work extra hard to capture their attention long enough to convince them to read your message.

Think about that for a minute and the pressure that it puts on copywriters. Your headline matters so much that if you fail to hit the mark in your first few minutes (possibly seconds), you may never have another chance with that person again.

Your headline sets the tone. It’s the first impression you make on your visitor, and it’s single-handedly the most important component of a successful sales page.

A compelling headline captures attention and convinces people to continue reading every single word on your page until you have closed the deal. It persuades visitors into becoming customers, and makes believers out of the skeptics. And if it’s done right, it has the power to transform a sales page into an incredible money-making machine.

David Ogilvy, a business tycoon, known as the “father of advertising” believed that the headline of a sales page was the single most important component in a marketing system. I agree!

He also summarized the importance of a killer headline with the following quote: “On the average, five times as many people read the headline than they do the body.”

Are you beginning to see the importance of an attention-grabbing headline that conveys your message and speaks to your audience? A captivating headline is everything!

And here’s the great news: Despite the information-overload that many of us suffer from where we don’t give much of anything our full attention, creating powerful headlines that ultimately persuade someone to respond to your copy isn’t all that difficult when you know how to harness the power of emotional and intellectual triggers that will prompt anyone (even the most jaded) into taking action.

In fact, when you follow a proven formula for creating attentiongrabbing headlines, used by the most experienced copywriters online, you simply can’t fail!

This special report will provide you with the information you need to get started, while going back to the basics. I’m going to share some of the most effective strategies to creating successful headlines, even if you are brand new to copywriting.

So, without further delay, let’s get started!

K.I.S.S & Tell

When I first became a copywriter, I studied everything David Ogilvy had ever written. This was a man known to the world as one of the best copywriters in history, responsible for countless successful campaigns for household name brands, including Dove and Rolls Royce.

So, I set out to work, learning all that I could from one of the most skilled copywriters in the world. I read his book, Confessions of an Advertising Man, and analyzed his copywriting, especially his headlines. It was a pretty straightforward, no-risk way of learning from the best. And because I was new at copywriting, it was also a low-cost way to get started.

What better way to know that I was doing it right than by structuring my headlines using the same style and format as a top copywriter? It just made the most sense.

The one thing I knew was that my goal as a copywriter was a simple one in theory. I really only had one job; capture immediate attention. I thought of every headline in terms of a clock ticking down, and when that timer ran out, if I hadn’t managed to get their attention, it was all over. I intentionally put that pressure on myself because I knew the weight that a solid headline carried, and that my only hope of creating successful copy was in that power-player, my headline.

In truth, it was rather intimidating, especially when clients evaluated the success of their entire marketing system based on the front-line; the sales page I would write for them, starting with the headline. So, I took it very seriously. I began by evaluating and studying successful sales copy within my client’s niche market. I analyzed the competition, and found ways to improve their copy. I made a list of power words, phrases and triggers so that I had inspiration to draw from when I found myself stumped.

I tested out hundreds of headlines over my years in copywriting and throughout that time I realized what worked and what didn’t. Yet, despite all of the time and effort I put into my headlines, time and time again, it came down to just a handful of proven techniques!

My greatest lesson? Learning to KISS.

K.I.S.S?!

We all know what this stands for: Keep it simple, stupid.

In copywriting, K.I.S.S is a lesson that I learned the hard way. You see, I was complicating my copy. I was trying to convey too many things to too many people. My message was often misdirected, convoluted or just plain confusing.

When I started to strip my copy down so that it was clear, targeted and direct, conversion rates went through the roof! My readers felt a connection to the copy because it spoke directly to them. In other words, I stopped playing word games with my audience.

David Ogilvy has many fantastic quotes that come to mind, but one of my favorites is:

““When I write an advertisement, I don’t want you to tell me that you find it ‘creative.’ I want you to find it so interesting that you buy the product.”

Your job is to create a headline that immediately captures attention and touches down on what is most important to your target audience. You don’t want to get too creative, crafty or clever with your headlines. While you can create headlines that create curiosity, when it comes to your marketing message you want it to ring loud and clear.

This means you need to be very direct. No guessing. No wordplay. No gimmicks.

Take away: Simplify your headline and marketing message. Remove superfluous language or confusing words and be direct. Read newspaper headlines for inspiration and to see this excersice in action. When you limit yourself to only so many words, you’ll pack a lot more power into your headlines.

Chapter 1

SEO: Overview

Let’s start with the first and the most important question.

What is Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

SEO is a combination of strategies used to increase a website’s visibility and ranking in search engines. You can say, it is a way in which the webmasters inform the search engines about the quality of their websites, to drive more organic (non-paid) traffic by improved ranking in search engine result pages.

It mainly depends on the content, structure, and links to a website. We just need to develop these things in a way, a search engine can understand better.

But remember! While doing SEO to make our site search engine friendly, we should never ever forget the concerns of our viewers. We are definitely doing it for the best user experience. Why Do I Need To Do SEO Of My Website?

Search engines are the biggest and best sources of web traffic. You may already know the major ones, which are:

Google

Bing

Yahoo

For sure, social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Google+, etc. can also generate a bunch of visitors to your website. But when it comes to the primary source, it’s always a search engine.

And also, a newbie will always open google to browse anything. Same stands true for regular internet users, whenever they wanna search anything like an article content, any type of services, products or even any information.

Grab this SEO Revolution HD Training Video

Another big reason which is making the search engines unique is that they provide highly targeted traffic. We’ll get people on our website who are looking for what exactly we are offering.

Search engines will do that on their own if we have done our website’s SEO.

But if we don’t do that, search engines might not be able to find our site. In short, we’ll not be getting any traffic. Users’ search queries are the words that users type into the search bar for finding anything.

Targeted traffic means increased exposure and revenue. So don’t hesitate to invest in SEO, if you want to get an excellent rate of return as compared to any other marketing option.

What If I Don’t Do SEO Of My Website?

Once your website is live, search engines will crawl it to find out what’s it about. Now if a user searches for a topic related to your site, search engines will show it in its result pages. Search engines are brilliant and continually improving their technology to crawl a website more efficiently.

But still, they have limitations in their operation.

This is precisely where SEO comes into action. SEO helps the search engines to know more about a website’s relevancy and some other factors, which they can’t do themselves. Rightly done SEO can give you thousands of viewers while some wrong moves can disappear your website from top search engine result pages leaving you with almost zero traffic.

Can I Do SEO?

No doubt SEO is a little bit complicated, but not that much if can keep track!

The basics are easily understandable, and your way to do that can make a big difference. The Internet is full of free resources to learn it, including this wonder SEO Guide.

Just learn then add some practice, and you are ready to go expert in that niche…!

If your website is complex and you are not willing to learn and implement each and everything, you can seek the help from experts to take care of the things for you.

But remember: Having a sound knowledge of the core concepts of SEO is a must…!

Black Hat V/s White Hat

Before diving into the field of SEO, you should be aware of White Hat and Black Hat SEO. Here is how these may be described…

Black Vs White Hat SEO

If you want to work SEO like a get-rich-quick scheme, you’ll probably end up doing what’s called black hat SEO.

This type of SEO focuses on optimizing your content only for the search engine, not considering humans at all. Since there are lots of ways to bend and break the rules to get your sites to rank high, these are a welcome way for black hat SEOs to make a few thousand dollars fast.

Ultimately this approach results in spammy, crappy pages, which often get banned very fast, often leading to severe punishment for the marketer, ruining their chance of building something sustainable in the future.

You might make a few grand this way, but will continuously have to be on the lookout for search engine updates and come up with new ways to dodge the rules.

White hat SEO, on the other hand, is the way to build a sustainable online business. If you do SEO this way, you’ll focus on your human audience, trying to give them the best content possible and making it easily accessible to them, by playing according to the search engine’s rules.

Needless to say, You should always go for white hat SEO.

Before moving on further, below are the major divisions of SEO:

Keyword Research
On Page SEO
Off Page SEO

#1 Keyword Research

Almost all of the beginner’s guides to SEO on the internet are ignoring this factor. But according to me, it is the most important one. SEO is a game of Keywords.

You must be aware of the keywords related to your topic or niche if you want to be successful in SEO. Different keywords have different value depending on their search volume and some other factors. In this SEO Guide, we don’t need to go deep into these factors.

Different keywords have different value depending on their search volume and some other factors. In this SEO Guide, we don’t need to go deep into these factors.

Keyword Research is all about finding the intentions of the users to use search engines. What exactly the users are searching for your topic, are your keywords.

Using the right keywords while doing SEO of your website, is the career deciding thing for your site. It gives you an opportunity to know your targeted audience in a better way. It will increase your site’s relevancy to your topic, and that is a great thing for SEO and search engines.

Introduction

In any occupation, there are elements that are not as “fun” as other elements of that occupation. As a result, many people will often procrastinate and slow themselves down in an effort to “avoid” those boring or tedious elements that they don’t like doing as much as the fun aspects of their job or occupation.

In truth, those efforts to procrastinate, make excuses, and just avoid certain aspects of an occupation or task just lead to people taking longer to complete work they could do much quicker, leading to them getting less done than they could within a set amount of time. Additionally, it forces them to work harder, take more time away from other activities they’d rather be doing, and can lead them to doing poorer-quality work because they have to work faster to make up for the time they lost by procrastinating and making excuses. Due to the fact they are working faster, they’re more prone to making mistakes and not thinking clearly when doing important tasks.

Procrastination is just one excuse people make when they want to avoid a more unpleasant part of their occupation or a project or task they are not particularly fond of doing. However, procrastination isn’t the only challenge people face when people try to get high-quality work completed in a set period of time.

Often, people will question If they can work fast and still deliver high-quality work. They will often doubt themselves over whether they are doing something properly or if it’s what their target market, boss, or customer is looking for in the completed work. As a result, they slow down and take longer to complete the work when it’s usually not necessary.

Time management is key for everyone, but especially for entrepreneurs who are their own bosses. Entrepreneurs must motivate themselves to stay on or ahead of schedule; there is no boss who will get on them to stay on or ahead of schedule. If an entrepreneur falls behind an intended schedule, only he/she can motivate himself/herself to pick up the pace and get back on track. He/She won’t lose his/her job, but also won’t get as much to any profit because he/she is failing to do the work expected of him/her in a set period of time.

Entrepreneurs in particular have to learn to not let distractions take away from their focus when doing work for clients and/or for their businesses. Time is the one commodity you cannot get back, and each distraction that takes work time away from the entrepreneur costs him/her money, reputation, and time doing other things, both within the business and away from the business.

Some distractions are the type that can be controlled by the entrepreneur, such as being logged into his/her social media accounts. Other distractions are the type that can’t be easily controlled by the entrepreneur, such as kids running around the house, etc. Both types need to be managed if an entrepreneur is going to overcome the excuse of not getting as much done as he/she can within a specific period of time.

Another important aspect of time management entrepreneurs must learn is being efficient in their work time so that they can take breaks, enjoy themselves, and not burn themselves out trying to complete projects and other tasks necessary to have a thriving business. Oftentimes, entrepreneurs will want to work every waking minute of every waking hour, sacrificing their health, well-being, and social life just to improve their businesses. Yet, taking this approach can actually hinder an entrepreneur from improving his/her business.

Therefore, dealing with procrastination, self-doubt, and distractions is key to overcoming excuses and getting the most high-quality work done in the least amount of time possible. In order for entrepreneurs and others to do this successfully, they need to learn techniques and ways to counter the procrastination, self-doubt, and distractions they will experience as they attempt to complete projects and tasks that will boost their businesses, reputations, and profit. Step 1: First Understand Procrastination

Makes You Work Slower In virtually every occupation, there are certain aspects to a job or task that people don’t like doing. In the business or financial world, it could be that you have to work with mathematics or mathematical computer programs in order to determine what actions to take to create the best products for your business or pick the best stocks for your investment firm. In teaching, it could be writing or typing out the lesson plans you have to create for each day and week you teach. For entrepreneurs, it could be creating the sales letters you need to sell your online products.

In essence, it’s the tedious tasks that every occupation has that most people try to avoid, even though in truth, there is no real way to avoid these tasks. They just “come with the territory,” as many people like to say. Yet, many people will try to avoid these tasks by procrastinating, taking longer to complete other tasks they like doing better in order to “avoid” doing the tasks that they don’t. For instance, in the business and financial worlds, much research has to be done in order to learn what is the next best move for one’s business or investment firm. Thus, people may like to access and read the various stories and reports online detailing what is going on in the world in order to know what is the next best move for one’s business or financial firm. They’ll spend more time doing the research than is necessary to do it well in order to avoid using the mathematical programs to analyze that research and determine what truly is the next best move for their business or financial firm.

Similarly, there are those in the education field who prefer interacting with their students and giving them hands-on learning. As a result, some may try to avoid outlining their lesson plans by providing more hands-on learning and even spending time after school to provide tutoring for those who need additional hands-on learning.

Some entrepreneurs may want to add more content to their products in an effort to make their products better and enable them to charge higher prices for them. As a result, these entrepreneurs will avoid creating their sales letters and focus more on making their products better.

As you can see in the examples above, procrastination can sometimes be difficult to spot because one will think he/she is doing a good thing by focusing on a specific task that is needed for his/her business to do well. While all necessary tasks are important and need to have the appropriate amount of time spent on them in order for them to be done well, spending too much time on one area to cut back on time spent in another area because that first area is more enjoyable will likely lead to the business not performing as well as it should because not enough time and focus is placed on that second, less enjoyable area. What you need to realize when it comes to procrastination is that doing this will cause you to work slower than is necessary in order to achieve your best work. When you focus on a more enjoyable area of your occupation and spend more time doing that work, you are still only completing a part of the project or overall task you need to complete for your business to be doing as well as you expect it to. This takes more time away from the area of the business or occupation you are not as fond of, which will either lead to you not putting as much time on that area, leading to poorer-quality work that negatively impacts the whole project, or it will cause you to put in the necessary time and delay the completion of the entire project.

In either case, you are slowing yourself down to avoid doing the work that is needed in that less-desirable area of your business or occupation. This is doing a disservice to yourself and to the business at large because you could be doing more in the same amount of time it is taking you to complete the necessary work. As a result, you could be getting projects done quicker if you were not procrastinating and avoiding the area of the business or occupation you are not as fond of. Your business could be doing much better as a result of you working more efficiently. Additionally, you could have more free time to work on other areas of your business or even to take time away to enjoy leisurely activities.

Therefore, realize that procrastination does not help you or your business in any way. The work you keep “avoiding” will still have to be done in order for your business to function and succeed as you expect it to. All you’re doing by procrastinating is allowing yourself less time to complete that less desirable work you don’t like doing, likely leading to poorer quality that could harm your business. Or, you’ll give yourself more time to complete that less desirable work, which will lead to you missing deadlines and goals you’ve set to make up for your procrastination, which will also damage your business and keep it from thriving as you expect it to.

Referring to the aforementioned examples, a business or financial person still has to use the mathematical programs to analyze gathered research in order to make the best use of it to benefit one’s business or financial firm. A teacher still has to make out lesson plans in order to best educate his/her students so that they progress and become contributing members of society. An entrepreneur still has to create sales letters to sell his/her own products. These tasks can’t be avoided to be a successful business/financial person, teacher, or entrepreneur. Procrastination of certain tasks will only lead to you doing slower work and doing less work in a set amount of time. Chances are high that you will also do poorer-quality work as a result. In the next chapter, you’ll learn that procrastination also makes you work harder to complete the tasks you need to complete in order to be successful.
