TANGIBLE PRODUCTS

Tangible means something that you can touch, so for our purposes this would be anything that would need to be sent through the mail. From DVDs to gadgets, anything that you can put into a Jiffy bag and mail to your customer is a tangible product.

The advantage with these is that you have an actual physical product to sell, but the disadvantage is that there are a lot more risks to take with them. Supposing you take in some stock of a product that isn’t selling at the moment in the hope of turning it into a best seller… and it doesn’t sell? You’re left with plenty of stock taking up space, and you’ve lost money as a result.

There is a better way if you want to go the tangible goods route – and in fact there are two options for you here. Firstly you could become an affiliate marketer and refer other people to tangible products sold by a third party. This means you refer the sale, you get a percentage of that sale for your efforts, and the third party that stocks the product takes care of the physical process of sending it out to the customer.

Your second option is to get into dropshipping. This is a similar process but the difference is normally that while the company processes the order and sends it to the customer, it is often sent so it looks as if it came directly from you.

The other difference is that the customer places the order with you, and you then place the order – having taken your commission off first – with the customer’s information added in as the delivery details.

This obviously involves more work but you will get your commission up front and therefore you won’t need to wait until you reach the commission payout level that is set by the site you are using for your affiliate products.

Chapter 4: Bridge Marketing & Facebook Chat Recipe

Bridge helps people to get across a gap or known as ‘bridging the gap’. Bridge marketing is all about customizing your offer for target market.

You and your offer(s) are on one side and your prospects are on the other. The bridge is effective pitch to get them across.

Basically you need to create a bridge that connects with them and solves their problems.

Let’s take two examples to explain this:

Say you are approaching a stay at home mom about making money online system. Now you can take two different approaches:

How to rank your blog almost instantly generating you tons of traffic targeted leads and sales on complete auto pilot.

Vs

Discover how a complete tech challenged stay at home mom of 2 kids makes money online spending less than 30 mins. every day.

Which of these approaches do you think would resonate with the stay at home mom?

You got it. Obviously the 2nd one as this relates to the prospect plus this clearly mentions that one need not be tech savvy (which is the case with most of the stay at home moms). Also they need less than 30 mins. per day where as in the first case the approach is all about fancy jargons and over the top idioms.

Evaluate Good Affiliate Programs Checklist There are many different affiliate programs to consider representing. Before you sign up for a program, there are some key criteria to evaluate. This handy checklist can help you make sure you understand what you’re agreeing to before you start promoting.

Payouts - Look for programs that offer a good commission percentage. For example, Amazon.com generally pays between 4% and 6% for a sale. Other companies may pay as much as 50% or higher. You may also want to look at what they pay for. Do they pay for a visit or a click or do they pay only on purchases? You’ll find most pay for a sale

Cookies - Cookies are markers that tell a company where visitors are coming from. It helps them know which affiliates are sending visitors and when they’re sent. Companies can last anywhere from a few days to a lifetime. Let’s say a company sets their cookies at 30 days and your visitor makes a purchase on day 31, you don’t get the commission. If they buy on day 29, you get the commission. Ideally, you want lifetime cookies, which means that when your visitor decides to make a purchase, you get the credit for it. If the cookie only lasts a week or a month, you will miss out on those delayed and subsequent sales.

Conversions - Does the company sales page convert? Will it turn the prospects you send them into customers? If the sales page isn’t effective, then you’re putting effort to pre-sell and then not making any money. Look for programs that have a high converting sales page.

Evaluate their Earnings Per Click - Earnings Per Click (EPC) is metric used to determine the average earnings generated as a result of 100 clicks on an affiliate marketing link or ad. This is an important number. Think about the difference between making one sale for every 100 clicks versus 10 sales for every 100 clicks. It’s a reflection of their sales and conversion process.

Marketing Support – You’ll find a variety of support levels. Some affiliate programs give you tons of content to use to market their products. Others give you an affiliate link and that’s it. The rest is up to you. Some also offer incentives, contests, and they work hard to make it fun and profitable. The more support and motivation an affiliate company provides, the more you have to use and profit from.

Reputation - Check out the reputation of the affiliate programs you’re considering. Do they treat their customers well? Is their product top quality? Many affiliate marketers try out the products before they promote them. Consider doing this. You want to make sure that you create a solid reputation for your own business and that means representing businesses that are aligned with your values and vision.

Payment Practices - How often does the program pay commissions? Some affiliate programs pay quarterly; some pay as soon as you earn a commission. Slow payers aren’t necessarily bad programs. It’s just nice to know when you can expect your money. Also, is there a minimum you have to reach before they’ll send you a check? Some companies have a set minimum, $100 for example, and you don’t get paid until you reach that amount.

Relevance and Promotion Potential - Be realistic when evaluating an affiliate product based on how you might be able to promote it. Some products are easily woven into your current content and marketing materials. Others may require a lot of additional content. That’s fine as long as you plan ahead. Keep this checklist handy and use it to help evaluate the affiliate programs you’re considering. You might create a data sheet for each affiliate program to help you plan your content and income goals.

Generating Multiple Streams Of Income Via Internet Marketing

SHOW ME THE MONEY ON THE INTERNET!

Once upon a time, the Internet was used primarily for information searching; then, one day, someone realized that it would make an ideal business model too. Who would have suspected that the Internet would turn into a multi-billion dollar marketing tool that anyone can use to advertise and make money with?

Even nicer is the fact that Internet users have multiple options in terms of choosing a business model. Unlike a storefront business, the virtual world of the Internet enables people to run a cyberspace storefront business selling supplies or to operate a personal services business offering consulting or writing. But even more importantly is that there are even more ways to earn income using the Internet tools provided today. In addition to simply selling, you can earn income in multiple ways through an Internet marketing plan that takes advantage of opportunities like blogging, affiliate programs, and many other avenues.

In fact, the Internet offers many options for earning income, and you can build streams of income coming from multiple sources at once. By generating multiple streams of information, you are taking advantage of the true power of the virtual economy found on the Internet. You don’t have to go to a store, unlock the doors, and try to decide how to attract customers on a limited budget. Instead, you can develop a multi-pronged approach to generating income using a blended variety of Internet tools and then sitting down at your computer and getting busy. Even better is the fact that you have access to millions of potential customers and advertisers.

Internet marketing is a work in progress too. There are new opportunities to earn income introduced every day for the entrepreneurs who appreciate the power held in cyberspace. Because the distribution of information is instantaneous and the cost is minimal, everyone has an opportunity to make money. This is probably one of the greatest aspects of the Internet – its ability to level the playing field. Earning money through marketing used to be largely limited to large corporations with enormous marketing budgets. The Internet, on the other hand, can be used for marketing even when there is almost no marketing budget to access.

Secrets Of Success In Marketing To Men PLR Ebook

Over the past 50 years, men have taken on a decreasing role in shopping decisions if they have a domestic partner. Once the head of the family and the main breadwinner, the past ten and even twenty years have seen a radical shift in both earning and spending patterns relate to both genders.

Women now serve as the head of household more than men, and they have also made the shift to being the higher wage earner, or only wage earner, in the household.

Even if the man is the highest or sole wage earner, studies show that the woman makes the final decision with regard to purchases around 95% of the time. Even typically "male" purchases like cars are heavily influenced by input from women, especially if the couple has children.

Younger single men with moms and girlfriends might also be influenced by women’s thinking when it comes to their purchases. Women tend to love to shop, and will go on "fact-finding" missions online. Women are usually seen as the main grocery, toiletry and fashion buyers, but studies now show that women are responsible for up to 85% of all purchases made in the US. Is it really worth it to chase after 15% of the market by trying to market to men?

The answer is yes, of course, and we'll discuss that more in the next section. You can get a nice, steady income from cars and other high-ticket items that you can market as an affiliate, for example, or information products that will help men with their careers.

In addition, not every man has a female influencer in his life. Same-sex couples need to shop and are now buying goods and services they might not otherwise have done even a few years ago. They are now buying wedding-related items and baby and child-related items as they grow their family. It will still not be in the proportion that women spend on these items, but getting the right messaging for men can mean real money.

In this guide, we will be looking ways to market to men effectively, making sure your marketing message hits the right target in the right way. So, why target your marketing message to men? Let’s look at a few reasons in the next section.

Chapter 10: How To Maintain a Positive and Happy Mindset

Everything we’ve looked at already should help you to find the things you want in life and to go after them. But what about being happier the way you are right now?

Because that’s the thing. A lot of us don’t realize that we could actually be very happy with what we already have. We see lions everywhere where there aren’t any and our society is designed only to encourage this further. Capitalism is all about convincing us that we need and want things that we

don’t really. In reality, you can live very cheaply and be incredibly happy. How about moving to a poorer area and seeing your money go much further? And instead of spending lots of money on games and films, how about going for walks, exercising or even visiting free museums? A book on Amazon costs $1!

One study demonstrated this incredibly well. The research essentially gave lots of people a test to measure their happiness. Among the participants, some people had terrible luck – losing partners, losing limbs, contracting terminal illnesses – and others had much better luck by winning the lottery or marrying super models. Right after these life events, their happiness was measured again and as you wold expect, lottery winners were happier than amputees!

But now fast forward 10 years and what they found was that the happiness evened out again. This is once again what’s known as the ‘hedonic treadmill’. It’s a consistent sense of mild dissatisfaction that keeps us motivated and that prevents us from appreciating what we have.

The problem here is focus. And this is the final piece of the puzzle when it comes to changing your mindset and being happier with yourself. If you choose to focus on the negative things in your life, then your life will always be negative. If you focus on stress you’ll always be stressed. But focus on the things you have and take the time to actually be mindful about your accomplishments, your good health and all the things you have to look forward to and suddenly you can be a lot happier.

You can skip Step 2 and jump straight to step 3.

This is where you tell PayPal which site to send your prospects to when they finish checkout (meaning after they have payed) or where to send them if they cancel before they made the purchase (This would simply be to the down-sell page or back to the sales page). If they make the purchase, you must send them to either the upsell, or to your affiliate link if that’s what you’re using. Step 3 is pretty straight forward as well. Just make sure you choose “No” on both questions above where you enter your redirect links. Now you’re good to go. Click the “Create Button” image.

Now you are provided with a HTML code. This code is for pasting into your source code in

Kompozer. I’ll show you how. For now, just highlight the code (ctrl + a) and copy it (ctrl + c).

Next what you do, is open the sales page in which you want to insert the button in Kompozer. Now click on the location where you want the button to be displayed on the page, center the cursor and click on “Source” in Kompozer. Now hit ctrl + v and the code should’ve been pasted into the right spot inside the source code of your page. Now go back to normal view and check if the button appeared where you wanted it to. If it did, then do the same for every spot at the sales page where you want buttons to be displayed.

You have to make separate buttons and do the same procedure for every upsell and downsell page you got.

The exit-pop

Ok so the exit-pop is a must have in order to effectively send your prospects over to your down-sell pages if they try to escape the wrath of your furious sales-page. (just kidding). But you still have to send them to the down-sell page in some way, and I can’t think of any better way to do that than a good exit-pop. What an exit-pop actually do is alert the person who is trying to leave the page with a pop-up window (Yes, I know it’s annoying, but it WORKS!) offering them a discount of the product if they stay on the page. Then they get two options: Stay on page or leave the page.

I am going to recommend the software I use for this because it’s really the easiest and most user friendly of the ones I’ve tried out over the years. It’s called exit-splash, and it’s developed by a guy name Dave Guindon. One of the reasons it’s awesome is because you get access to tutorials from Guindon himself explaining in detail how to download the script, how to make it work in the page you want, and he also explain how to implement the necessary code at your pages. All in all, the best option especially for someone who doesn’t have much experience with this kind of stuff.

Practically a kind of glorified procrastination, this will make you feel as if you are being productive since you are thinking about your work but in reality, you are not really doing any work at all.

To stay on track, it is a must that you focus on completing a project in favor of the quantity of project. The best policy here is to take one thing at a time, right from the beginning up to the end. Finishing a certain project prior to starting with another will help a lot in boosting your confidence as you go to another project. Chapter 2: What Services Is Your Realtor Offering

Ideally there are several different services that a realtor will offer to the client. Most of these services are quite comprehensive and definitely worth the fees that are charged.

The following are some of the services usually extended to the client when the services of a realtor are engaged:

One of the more important aspects of the realtor’s service is to provide the client with valuable advice on how to make the property as sellable as possible. Giving the client tips and pointing out things that should be addressed is something that is quite a common service to extend. Points that are likely to be noticed by customers, is something the realtor will be experienced enough to identify.

Within the services of a realtor, there is also the benefit of being able to ask and have answered all questions and concerns on anything regarding the property. Both from a legal point of view and from a technical point of view, a good realtor is able to give profound advice to the client.

Most realtors are also able to help the client find the necessary assistance to address any problems regarding the overall physical conditions of the property. Having all the necessary contact that are
usually needed for both major and minor jobs on the property is something to be expected as part of the services of a realtor.

Realtors are also expected to help draw up all the legal documents that may be required during any transaction that may take place. The relevant payments and legal notations will also be handled by the realtor, thus leaving the client with relatively little else, but to just literally, sign on the dotted line. Some realtors are also able to extend information on financing availability and the various payments that should be considered if the client if considering to make an offer.

CHAPTER 8

FORGET THE GOAL, WHAT’S THE AIM

In this chapter, right after choosing your goal, you have to identify the aims under it. But remember that it is easier to state it in your words than taking it in action already. So, in order to avoid such cases, see it first within yourself. What are these passion, motivations, interests and energy that drive you? Some people even relate their goals to sustainability and making themselves better than what and who they are as of today.

Once you have already that overall aim, you can now brainstorm about the steps and procedures that you will take in order to arrive to that goal. Determine what necessary sub-aims and actions are relevant to do. Write them down.

After that, start knowing the knowledge, network, finances, skills, expertise and other relevant things that you must consider in your actions to be able to attain your aims. Learn about the things that still need improvement and attention from you.

Lastly, begin exploring the real existence through it. There may be some hindrances for you, like insecurities, anxiety and being uncomfortable, but still keep on kicking. Just think that you can do it anyway and you will surely gain the positive energy, self-esteem and confidence that you need.

Do not be so serious and frustrated. Instead, play it by yourself and never let these problems rule you. Rule them! It is very good to use the different post colors for your skills, aims and actions to be attained. In reaching your goal, you can choose from the planning formats that are available. Making a simple outline will help you greatly. You can enclose it with more details and construct it to go well with your preferences and aims. But before this matter, you should first have a clear goal.
