- Calculating the Time to Complete a Goal—When you plan things, they very often take more time than your originally thought. Just ask anyone who is having their house remodeled and the contractor says six months tops to complete it, and a year later, they’re finally finished. Things happen that are out of your control sometimes.

Sometimes, for any number of reasons, things just don’t work out the way we plan. Things take longer to complete. When we don’t reach our goals by the target date of completion we set in our plan, it is very easy to give up. It can make you feel like a failure. Not reaching a goal in a specified time doesn’t mean you’re a failure. Knowing that ahead of time can help you calculate a time frame for your goal that’s reasonable.

Add a little extra time to your plan to make sure you have plenty of time to complete it. It will prevent you from feeling pressured to complete it. Reaching the goal itself may be difficult enough without the pressure. If you finish earlier, that’s great. You’ll feel extra good about yourself for finishing ahead of the scheduled target date. I’m not saying give yourself a year when it should take six months, but maybe give yourself seven or eight months to be sure.

- Failing to Appreciate Failures—Not being able to reach a goal happens sometimes. Does it hurt…sometimes it does. It’s definitely no fun, after all, no one likes to fail. The problem is that some people accept this failure as a sign that they are a failure.

This way, it becomes so much easier for you to gather information from your customers and potential customers. In the past, you would probably have to solicit surveys from your customers by sending survey forms via email. This time, you only need to make one post on Facebook. You will be surprised that a lot of people are willing to share their opinion this way.

TIP: Study shows that people actually enjoy answering poll surveys posted on social media sites. On the other hand, they find it boring to answer polls and surveys sent via emails.

Concentrate on target market niche

When people sign up to social media sites, it is basic that they provide their personal information which includes among others the following: age, gender, nationality, current address, marital status, and others. They may also include more in-?depth personal information such as hobbies, interests, and others. So what’s in it for you?

What’s in it for you is that most (if not all) social media sites actually allow you to search through their database using the aforementioned personal information as filters. For instance, you can search users which are within an age bracket of 13 to 18. You can also specifically target women, married people, or people who listed basketball as one of their interests.

Email Insider

No fluff, let’s get into it.

Below I’ve got different examples of emails that I’ve used to send out to my list.

These have been specifically designed to bond with my list as well as make sales.

I don’t want you to ever “not know what to send to your list” again.

These examples are designed to help you overcome any obstacles or barriers that you may have to sending emails, including not knowing what to write or how to communicate with your list.

You will see below specific examples of emails as well as actual results, sales and feedback from the emails that have been sent.

This is incredibly powerful.

As far as I know, no one has ever revealed specific results from specific emails they have sent out.

Now, all these emails aren’t designed to sell.

Some of them were just designed to build a relationship with my list, with the option of purchasing something, whilst others are more directly promotion based emails.

The trick is to not be afraid to be yourself when emailing out to your list.

Bing Brings The Bling Personal Use Ebook

This is just the Avg CPC multiplied with the number of clicks - no need to pay much attention to this.

Sorting and saving the results

By clicking on the different columns you can sort the results as you wish. It is often a good idea to sort the results after Last Month Searches, high to low, especially if you're looking primarily for keywords with good search volume.

You could also try sorting them in order of least to most expensive CPC to find those keywords that you may be able to get really cheap clicks on.

Don't forget to look at the CTR and Clicks columns though to ensure people are really clicking on the ads for these keywords.

Before you go ahead and save these keywords, or add them to one of your campaigns (if you've already created one), you need to go through all of them manually and ensure that they're actually relevant. It's very common for some completely irrelevant keywords to slip in among the results. In the 'make money online' example you just saw, Bing actually thought keywords like 'homework help' were relevant. Needless to say, those would perform very poorly in this campaign.

So, to summarize:

You're looking for keywords with high search volume, good CTR, relevance (as determined by you) and low CPC. Those are the keywords you'll want to keep.

4. How to setup a Bing Ads campaign

Creating your first campaign on Bing Ads is actually not that difficult. Once you have your landing page ready to go and a list of suitable keywords, it all comes down to deciding on some campaign settings, placing your bids (how much you want to pay per click) and writing the ads. Simple! Let's get started.

In your Bing Ads account, click on 'Campaigns' and then 'Create campaign'. Choose 'Search & content campaign' in the dropdown menu. You'll see the 'Create campaign' page that has three different sections: 'Campaign settings', 'Create an ad' and 'Choose your keywords'. We'll go over them one by one.

Follow these 11 steps to build a massive profitable list quickly and easily using solo ads.

1. Where to find Solo Ads

There really are thousands of different places you can find solo ads.

There are many “traditional” ways to find solo ad sellers. They are everywhere these days.

Below I cover four different methods I use when looking for solo ad sellers. The first one really aims to get away from these “traditional” methods.

a. Super sneak solo ad method

There are thousands of product creators out there (in any niche) that have a huge list of people, both buyers and freebie seekers.

We want to get access to these people, track them down and approach them for an ad to their list.

We are going to leverage one of the biggest marketplaces online for this, where all the product creators hang out…. Clickbank.

Create a little bit of that desire as well. Remember the motivation, why we're doing this, it's to create something better, stick with it, we're going to get there and here is something that,
here's a little bit more of a carrot. You can travel, we can have freedom, we can have choice, whatever that choice is for you. Whatever freedom is to you, that can signify it. This is kind of a, this is the original final email. A couple of things to build relationships with list, provide value and then create stories and that's what this is all about, is creating stories with these cliff hangers and these parts to it.

This is a six part story we're going through with that cliffhanger at the beginning that ties it absolutely all together. Now, I didn’t create this story stuff, actually I learned it from Andre Chaperon there's an affiliate link in here to monetize that, give them an alternative source to buy and then once again, giving them the option to buy List Smasher X to monetize that solo ad traffic that was coming through. That's really that second last email that they see. As you can see, incredibly powerful stuff.

Really ties it all together, makes sense, creates desire, gives credit where credit is due, due to Andre Chaperon in the form of an affiliate link and hopefully they really kind of engage and connect with me at this time. They'll either purchase these list building videos and therefore I'm building my list and making money or breaking even but really cultivating that relationship, or they will not have purchased. If they haven't purchased, that's where this next email really comes into play to give them a bit of an okay, this is it. Let's have a look at it.

Email 7 – Disconection Notice (final)

The email number seven, this isn't part of the story, this is just here, so disconnection notice, final and just see this open rate spike up again a little bit on this. Disconnection notice, final now. This isn't something I invented, this is something that I learned from Ben Settle, also an excellent email copy writing master. He's kind of, and I think he took this from someone else even, so disconnection notice final, so it's a little bit nasty this one, because who, disconnection notice, that's something that really is attention grabbing in a negative way.

What am I being disconnected from? What is this notice I've been given and why is this the final warning? It gets that little bit higher open rate. It really is, from my point of view as well, they've been through six really considered, thought out lessons that I've been taking them through and then this is really, why, if they haven't bought now, they're probably not going to buy, so this is me telling them okay, well, we're done here. You've been getting my free tips, you know, you've got everything you need to be building this list.

Top Tips for Effective CPA Ads So now you know what CPA marketing is, you know all the various options and many of the related terms… all that's left is to design your ads and to make sure they're a success! Which of course is a little more involved than that makes it sound…

CPA marketing through any platform and of any kind will give you access to a number of tools and resources that you can use to ensure maximum success. Let's see what each of them does and how you make the most of them… The Importance of Tracking When you use any CPA marketing platform, it should give you some kind of tracking facility. This will give you the ability to see data and statistics for your adverts so that you can tell how well they're performing. When you're paying per click, this is particularly important to ensure that you are getting a good amount of ROI for your ads. On Facebook and Google you will be able to see your actual CPA, whereas in other platforms, you might set this amount yourself.

Other things you will be able to see with most of these tools include how often your ad has been viewed – called impressions – which will likely be somewhat correlated with how much you are bidding/paying per acquisition. The more advanced platforms might also let you see aggregated data – in Facebook for instance you find this by clicking on

Advanced Data. From here you can then see the age, sex, location and more of your viewers. Also available in Facebook is something called 'frequency'. This basically tells you how often the same people are seeing your ad show up. This is an important one to keep an eye on because of course if the same people keep seeing your ads, they're eventually likely to have either bought your item already or just be completely uninterested in doing so. Of course though, this might not matter so much if what you're selling is something you can sell multiple times – like a chocolate snack for example. Other figures include CTR which is your 'Click Through Rate'. This tells you how often people are actually clicking on your ads. So if you have lots of impressions but you don't have many clicks, your click through rate will be low. If nearly everyone clicks on your ads who sees them, then your CTR will be high. CTR is a particularly important stat because it is the one that most closely correlates with the effectiveness of your ad. In other words: is your advert compelling enough to attract attention and then get someone to want to click? If not, ask yourself what you could do to change. CPM meanwhile is 'Cost Per Impression' and this tells you how much you are paying for your advert to show. Some advertising networks can actually charge per impression but more likely this figure will be worked out based on your CPP, CTR and Impressions. As mentioned earlier, you should also be able to see a ROAS which is 'Return On Ad Spend'.

Chapter 4: Increase Your Opt-in rates

Crafting An Excellent Squeeze Page

This is an example of a squeeze page that will get opt-in subscribers to join your mailing list. If you want to increase your opt-in rates, here are a few principles you must apply to your squeeze page:

Use compelling arrows to inspire visitors to take action. Believe me, graphics and aesthetics make all the difference!

Craft a compelling E-cover for the special report or E-book you are giving away. If you are giving away an audio Interview, you can show a picture that displays an audio CD or DVD to increase the perceived value of the product people are downloading in exchange for their E-mail address.

Use a powerful headline to grab people?s attention.

Use checkboxes to inspire people to get involved with the benefits of your free product.

Remember to add a disclaimer below the opt-in box to assure people that they are not getting spammed or that their E-mail address will not be used for unscrupulous purposes.

Install Viral Friend Generator

Viral friend generator by Mike Filsaime is an excellent script that you can use to dramatically increase your opt-in rates. What it does is that it lets subscribers generate subscribers FOR YOU.
Here is an example of how it works:

You key in your name and E-mail address. Later on, you type in at least 3 friends? name and E-mail addresses in exchange for a free gift.

This is a “tell-a-friend” script. The friends will receive an E-mail that is sent directly from the referring subscriber to their friends on a one-on-one basis. There is also a security check box at the bottom where you have to enter a few letters or numbers to fight spam and ensure that the people referring the friends are HUMANS (after all, computers can?t read graphical images). Imagine if one opt-in subscriber refers at least 3 friends, and these 3 friends each refer 3, and so on. If you get at least 2 subscribers a day and each of those 2 bring in another 2, imagine how many subscribers you will get after 30 days? I?ll let you do the math!

There are multiple approaches you can take to making a video. The first and most common is simply to film yourself talking and to include some cutaways or still images to mix things up. These days you can record high quality on a lot of phones, so you may not even need any specialist equipment. Do think carefully about the way you arrange the backdrop though and the lighting you’re going to have set up. Being lit from the side is the most flattering and creates a professional looking contrast (this is called ‘Rembrandt’ lighting). Likewise, you can try adding your brand to the shot, or creating a background that looks very productive or that incorporates your niche/industry somehow.

Write a script, speak slowly and film as many takes as you can. Now you should look at using software like Adobe Premier for the editing. This is a little expensive (about $60 a month) but worth it – of course you only need to pay for as many months as you’re likely to use it and you can get impressive discounts if you use a student account. You also get the first month free if you only need to make a couple of videos.

Now try to edit your video so it flows nicely and so you aren’t lingering on one shot for too long. When transitioning between takes, always switch angle at the same time and try to pick off from the same timestamp. If you’re not doing that then it can look a little jarring (it’s called a ‘jump cut’) but you can lessen this by adding an animated transition of some sort. (Don’t use transitions unless you need them or it can look like you’re over excited to be using editing software for the first time…)

Add a logo to one corner of the screen, pay someone on Fiverr to make you a video opener and find some royalty free music you can use over your video quietly. Don’t be too ambitious to start with: it’s better to make a very short simple video and to labour over getting it perfect than it is to make something long and awkward. And anyway, people are statistically more likely to watch short videos through to the end.

Mobile Ad Opportunity

In the US. there is a clear and present opportunity for advertisers to target mobile users through both mobile search and mobile app ad networks.

This has made it clear that it’s not a question of whether you should be investing in mobile advertising. It’s a question of how much you should be investing in mobiles.

In the US in 2011, Android and iPhones accounted for over 72% of all smartphones according to Nielsen’s mobile report of which we see that search portals account for 3 of the 10 top destinations with Google topping the list for each.

According to Nielsen 49% of mobile consumers say they frequently use their smartphones while shopping or when they are away from home. That’s half of mobile users who use their phones while they’re in a purchasing mindset or commercial environment.

These users are probably looking for reviews and price comparisons and for the price-competitive retailers, that’s a significant opportunity to target users who are not only interested in your products, but are ready to buy if the product’s price is right.

Smartphone users spend more time using apps than on the web. Nielsen has reported that Android users spent more than twice the amount of time using apps than they did on the mobile web.
