Using The Warrior Forum — Selling Services

There’s nothing that says you can’t sell time for dollars and do it successfully.

There is always a huge demand for services on the WarriorForum, but the last thing you want to do is start writing articles for a few dollars a pop.

Unless you really love writing and you can really whip them out fast, then no, probably not a good idea.

I do know one person on the WarriorForum who sells their services for $8 for a 500 word article. They write 30 articles a day and make about $240 a day writing articles.

I digress.

There is one service I want to talk about and it’s filling a market that no one else is filling.

WSO sellers are always, ALWAYS looking for ways to add value to their products, create products quickly or generate targeted leads.

This service covers all three of those.

The idea is this.

You create for the WSO owners a cheat sheet/summary sheet of their WSO.

So for example, if someone is selling a 50 page WSO, you create a summary of that product and put it into a tidy little PDF document.

Maybe 5 to 10 pages of the core of the product in short form. An abridged version I guess you can call it.

A service like this could sell for $97 and you could market it directly on the WSO board.

You read their WSO and create a bullet point summary of the best parts of the product. Like if you went to a seminar and you took notes. You don’t write down everything being said, you write down notes.

What you could market it as is a lead generation service, where you create a cheat sheet of their product, write up a squeeze page and some WSO copy to give away the report for free and that’s your service

Many WSO sellers would buy this. This would make the perfect free WSO. Sellers could offer this small cheat sheet for for, build a mailing list on the WarriorForum and then offer their WSO on the back end.

This would be a great way to kick up interest in an old wso that someone has not been bumping or actively promoting.

It would also make a nice bonus to their main product as well. A quick start guide.

They could even sell it for say $7 and then back end those who purchase the $7 version with the higher priced version.

The two best places to market a service like this would be the WSO board itself and or the Warriors For Hire section of the WarriorForum.

"Nugget Creation Service"

And you go through their products, find all the golden nuggets and write them up into note form in an easy to follow guide.

I’d imagine you would make quite a lot of sales. I would have do a few freebie reports to get some reviews from respected members of the Warrior Forum.

Do this before launching your service.

Using The WarriorForum — Unique Products

The Warrior Forum has a completed sites for sale section where you can sell websites. It’s not some where I’d sell big sites for tens of thousands of dollars.... yet, unless perhaps the site was in the Internet marketing niche.

What it does do well however is smaller volume sales. Buyers who are actively looking for this type of product that you are going to be selling are looking at this section.

What Warrior Forum members want, especially those who sell in the Internet marketing niche, are complete products created for them, that they can call their own.

But not another writing service, no no. Unique products offered to them that are already created.

Yup, just like the PLR product we created earlier, but sold to just one person and it’s probably best if you stick to a hot topic in the Internet marketing niche.

Do you want to know what would really sell well?

A unique membership site on say something like Article marketing.

You could create 52 lessons on a topic like article marketing, put the content in an autoresponder, create a salesletter, set the price to something like $27 a month and sell that type of business in a box each and every day for a very pretty sum of money.

People want hot products ready to sell. Membership sites are hot and it distinguishes you from the crowd of people offering fully created products for sale.

You don’t have to go to the trouble of creating a membership site, you could create or have created Internet marketing products in the form of ebooks, video series, audio, reports, you name it.

What people are after is products that are of the highest of quality that they can stick their names on and just sell it. Fully developed products with sales material, ready to go that they can just add traffic to.

An automated membership site like I was talking about before could easily fetch $1000+ if it was setup right.

The owner would only need a handful of members at $27 a month to break even in a short period of time.

You want to make a good first impression to your audience, so that means that your marketng and selling points and material need to be classy, concise and straightforward.

Some key issues that you need to remember when working out your marketng and selling strategies are:

It doesn't have to be perfect to begin. After you release the plan to the World Wide Web, you'll soon be able to ascertain if the strategy is going to work - or not. Learn from the response and then tweak and update to make it better.

Build your list by releasing some of your well-thought out program free to prospective clients. If a visitor wants and needs coaching advice, he'll almost surely take you up on receiving some materials for free - and then following up with consultatons if he likes what he sees.

Consider offering a free consultation. It's a great way for prospect ve clients to get to know you and your level of expertise and for you to get to know what type of clients you're attractng with your marketng strategies.

When you're sure the client is a good fit, ask that he sign up for coaching services. If not, tell him why you don't think the relationship will work and help him find another coach.

If you already have an online business and are branching out into coaching, use your present list to gain clients or testimonials for your coaching site.

You don't have to sell your list at this point. Simply tell them of your plans and tell them you'd appreciate referrals if they know of anyone in need of your new service.

Offer a discount to your first clients and ask them for testimonials.

Discounts are always a great drawing factor for first time coaching clients. It gives them a chance to see how your expertise can help them achieve their dreams.

Those are just some basic tips for implementing your marketing and selling strategy. The next part of this section deals with the specifics of designing and selling your online coaching services.

Designing Your Marketing Strategy

A good online marketing strategy is one that's designed to drive traffic and acquire clients for your business. It makes sense to learn how other, successful, marketers are doing it and mimic them - but with your own spin. This strategy will save you money in the long run because you won't be spinning your wheels.

As you'll see when you research successful online coaching businesses, they likely have the following strategies in place that made their businesses successful:

Make your main website the hub of your business strategies. Most

prospective clients will do their beginning research by visiting your website.

Make sure it's easily navigated and explains how you do business and how you can help them with their coaching needs.

Your website needs to contain personal information such as your background and a personal story about what led you into coaching. Testimonials are a must, so be sure to elicit those from your first group of clients.

Make the content conversational. Don't scare them off or bore them with too much information, but be clear about what you're offering and what advantages there will be for the client.

Bundle your services. Bundling or packaging is a way for your potential clients to see that he's gefng great value for his money. Offering discounts or a free first consultation is also a way to give them value when choosing your services.

You can learn a lot by seeing how other coaching entrepreneurs are packaging their services - but be sure to make yours different and offer even more value for the money spent.

Give your future clients value. If you offer free materials as a bonus when signing up for your mailing list, be sure it contains awesome information that they can really use.

Think about what would appeal to your niche clients and write or present the content accordingly.

Use the up sell strategy. A great campaign might include an up sell offer that either gives your client a discount for your services or provides them with some special information that they miss out on if they don't sign up. Make it clearly worth their while to consider.

Up selling has been an effective marketing strategy for many online entrepreneurs. There's a ton of information online about how to develop this unique strategy into one that will work well for you.

It's important to keep the lines of communication open with both clients and prospective clients. Don't bombard them with emails and sales pitches, but offer some valuable information when you do make contact with them.

When you offer value for a client's time and money, you're ensuring a lasting relationship and future success for you and the client.

Selling Your Coaching Services

Making money from your online coaching business means that you have to ask prospective clients for the business. You don't have to use overly-ambitious sales methods, but simply be yourself.

The sale begins when you creatively tell clients what you can help them with and ask them if they might be interested in your services. Pay attention to what their needs might be and what the outcome can be if they choose you for their coach.

You may get some who say, "No," but those who say "Yes" can get you started in a lucrative online coaching business that can be satisfying and fulfilling for you and the clients.

There are many ways that you can close a sale online:

Email Campaigns - The heart of any online marketer's business, good email campaigns can set your business up for ultimate success. If you're already successful in an online business, you likely succeeded in part because of a great email campaign.

Advertising - Spend the dollars of your advertising budget wisely by

researching what methods other successful online coaches are using to drive traffic and aRract clients. Make your ad stand by being clear in your statements and eye-catching in its design.

Social Media - Sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and more are excellent ways to brand your coaching business and build relationships with clients and future clients.

Eat Stop Eat Review

Product Description:

The name of this product is pretty interesting… Eat Stop Eat. But, it describes the program perfectly. Eat Stop Eat is a guide on intermittent fasting. This method of weight loss has taken the fitness industry by storm and is one of the most effective ways of losing weight.

The popularity of the paleo diet has also caused a rise in the popularity of intermittent fasting. When combined, the weight loss is staggering. The method itself is unique because you are consuming the same amount of calories as you would on a normal day but the time frame you will eat it in is different.

Brad Pilon sums up the intermittent fasting strategy in 91 pages flat. You are told everything you need to know to perfect this method of weight loss. In fact, you could adopt it as your lifestyle and you’ll notice that you do not gain weight easily anymore.

The Good Points:

1) The guide is written in a simple, easy to follow style. You do not need to understand complex biology to know how intermittent fasting will work for you. You just need to do what Brad says. That’s easy to do. It’s also a fun read

2) The program is not created upon BS theory. There are currently many fitness products on the market with hyped up sales pages, muscular models in videos and snazzy graphics all designed to hook the naïve consumer in. The products themselves are untested theory that do not work.

Thankfully, Eat Stop Eat, is not one of them. The official website is not hyped up. It gels with Brad’s easy going style. The guide also makes several references to scientific studies so you know that this is not untested rubbish.

3) This product is good for both men and women. Unlike some diet methods that are really harsh and cavemen like, this way of eating will appeal to women. You have much more flexibility and the sheer effectiveness of the method lends a certain laxity to eat. You will actually be able to eat a muffin or cookie here and there without adding 20 pounds to your waist.

4) You will be taught when to recognize if your body is truly hungry. We live in a world where people eat when they are happy, sad, bored, angry, etc. They eat for every other reason and very rarely because they are hungry.

5) It’s an online download so you get immediate access to the product. No shipping to worry about.

The Bad Points:

1) You will have to put in effort. This style of eating requires you to change your habits a little. It will take about 2 weeks for your body to adjust but once you’ve done it, you will love intermittent fasting..

2) It’s an online product. You will need a computer and internet connection.

Should You Get It?

Two big thumbs up. This is an excellent product and probably the best guide on intermittent fasting out there.

The fact that you can eat whatever you want as long as you follow the method is truly mind blowing. Of course, you will have to eat in moderation but unlike other diets which are restrictive and don’t allow you to eat carbs, sugar, etc… you have a lot of flexibility with intermittent fasting.

You just need to do it right. In order to do it right, you need correct, easy to follow info. Eat Stop Eat…has your name all over it

BROADCASTING LIVE EMAILS:

Broadcasting to your list is important if you have content that has a sell by date. Let's say there's a particular product that has just come onto the market and you want your list to know about it straight away. There's no point putting it into your follo w-ups because by the time most of your list sees the promotion, it may be too late.

Unlike follow up emails, broadcasts are one time messages that get sent out “once” to your list and that's it. If the response from a broadcast is very well received and the content has longevity, you can simply add it to your follow up sequence if you so wish to do.

Broadcasts are also used when people on your list finish the follow up sequence of emails and are not scheduled to receive any more from you. In this case you can segment your list into sections, where people who have finished your follow up sequence will just receive broadcasts from you in future. Of course, how you play this out is entirely up to you and something you will become adept at doing the more experienced you become at email marketing.

By now you should know more than enough to go out there and start to build that all Important list. I'm not finished yet though, here are 8 mistakes that I see so many marketers make when it comes to email marketing...

8 LIST BUILDING MISTAKES TO AVOID:

Mistake 1 - Being afraid to email your list:

This is something many seem to struggle with. They're not sure how often to email their list. It's simple really, you should email as often as you like, providing you have something of value to send to them. I would suggest that you send no more than “one” email each day though, and if you haven't got anything of value to send, then don't bloody send anything until you do.

Mistake 2 - Not reminding your list who the hell you are:

We are all on many people's lists. I don't know about you, but I forget who's bloody who after a short while. This is why personal branding is so important. Start off your email by stating who you are. eg: Hi folks, Dr Lector here, today I want to eat your liver, you get the idea. Be memorable, and always communicate your story to your list. Building a real relationship is crucial to your success online.

Mistake 3 - Not selling enough:

A lot of people are afraid to sell. I find this incredible, but if s true. You must sell to your list, and you must NOT be apprehensive about doing so either. This is what you are online for right? To make money? To sell products? To promote? You should never have a problem selling if the product is high quality. So that's the key, only sell or promote high quality stuff.

Mistake 4 - Selling too much:

Yep, nothing gets me scrolling to the bottom of an email quicker than being sold to every day by the same marketer. How can they even make time to try all these products they are promoting. I think it's safe to say that it doesn't work long-term and it will kill your list very quickly. Personally I think it's a safe bet to have one promotion to every 3 content rich emails. You can also put a “ps” at the bottom of each email that subtly promotes quality products.

Mistake 5 - Being boring, not being unique:

This is a big part of the whole relationship building thing. It's important to inject your personality into your emails. People need to relate to you. Don't make the mistake of trying to sell, or relate to everyone. It's just not possible to connect with every person you meet. Remember the saying “If you try to sell to everybody, you end up selling to no one”

Mistake 6 - Not making “list building” a priority:

Probably the biggest mistake I see. Too many people leave it far too late in the game to build a list, and others just slap an opt-in form onto their website and hope for the best. List building “IS' t he most important part of your business, and if you haven't got a list...you haven't got a business. Okay, that may be a wee bit over the top, but in 90% of the cases, it's absolutely true. Okay, that may be a wee bit over the top too, but in 85% of the cases, it's true. Time moves on, interests move on too, so it s important to have fresh leads coming into your business every single day.

Mistake 7 – Not having enough follow-up emails:

Did you know that the average person buys on the 7th contact you have with them? This doesn't mean you have to send them 7 emails and your job is done. You have to send 20 - 30 times if necessary. You are not going to promote the same offer within every email, unless you're a one trick pony that is. Follow-up is crucial to your business. Your offer must be seen by your prospects more than a couple of times. Make sure to schedule follow-up emails.

Mistake 8 - Not asking your “list” what they want:

One of the biggest marketing bloopers I see these days is when 'so called” marketers tell their prospects what they want, and then try and sell it to them. Take you goddamn ego out of the equation and genuinely try to get inside the mind of your prospects. You can do this very easily with your list by simply asking them what their biggest concerns are, what's holding them back from achieving their goals and so on...

There are plenty of free tools out there that can help you set up a survey so you can get what you need to help your prospects, and your business. When you find out what they want, go get that product and sell it to them, even better yet, create the product yourself.

So, there you have it. My complete guide to email marketing. You are all set, now go forth and build a responsive list. I no doubt have probably missed out on a couple of pointers along the way, but everything I covered in this report is all you need to be a successful email marketer. I wish you all the success in the world.

Easy List Building System MRR Ebook

The Click Banking Method

This is the fastest and cheapest method to build your list. And in this method, you can literally double your list building speed. In case you don’t know what click banking is, in simple words, you find other marketers in the niche you're working in and trade certain amounts of clicks with them.

For Example, “I will send you 50 clicks or 100 clicks over the course of this month. And what you will do, is return those clicks all at once after I’m done.”

How to Find Click Banking Partners

Finding click banking partner is very easy. Just head over to Facebook and find all the groups related to list building. Usually people in these groups are used to solo ads, but you can find click banking partners just by posting a Simple status “ hi guys, I am looking for click banking partners. I have no issue delivering clicks first”.

Download Page Method

A download page is the page where your subscribers land after they receive their download link and looking to download their free report.

On this page, you can put your affiliate link to the product you're promoting. And you can include the link of your click banking partner. That’s a great place to get clicks for your click banking partner.
Guest Blog Posting Method

In this method, find 15 to 20 top blogs with high traffic and then ask their owners if they are accepting sponsored posts, which you're happy to pay them for.

That’s the best and cheapest method I have been using over the years to get laser targeted subscribers. If you use this method, you can easily get around 15 to 20 cents, per subscribers.

For example, head over to Google and type in “weight loss blogs” and start making a list of blogs, which have top ranking. After you sort out 30 to 40 blogs, head over to Alexa and check the traffic reports and list the blogs with high traffic. Start sending emails to their admin.

You'll need to pay between $40 and $50 per sponsored post. And if you choose the right blog, you will be ending up with about 150 to 200 subscribers in no time.

There are chances that you may fail on your first attempt because, finding the right quality blog with traffic is a bit of a difficult task. But, once you find a good blog, then you can extend the sponsored post to get even more subscribers.

The OPL Method

OPL stands for Other People’s Lists. In this method, you will reach out to list owners, who are already working in a niche with a big list. Ask them if they will send your ad to their entire list of subscribers. And of course, you will be happy to pay in return.

This method is different from buying clicks from solo advendors. In solo ads, you simply contact the Solo Ads Providers and get a certain amount of clicks, but the quality of clicks are not as good. The vendor is not only selling you clicks, but he or she is also selling solo ads to other people.

So if you get subscribers, who are also choosing to optin to other marketers' lists, and they are receiving daily emails from those marketers, then your click through rate decreases.

Instead, look for marketers who have been building their lists for their own marketing purpose and they are not regularly selling solo ad clicks.

Here is how I find out people with big lists. Just head over to Google and type your “keyword+newsletter” or your “keyword+ezine”.

For example: “Weightloss newsletters” or “Weightloss ezine”

Then find 40 to 50 blogs who are using optin forms on their website. Send an email to each blog owner and ask if you can buy a solo ad from them.

If they say “Yes” or “Maybe”, then tell them about your offer and ask how many clicks do they get per mailing and how much they would charge to send your offer to their list.

And then wait for couple of days. You will be receiving emails from blog owners with statistics. Buy a solo ad from a list owner who has a minimum of 3,0000 subscribers. I usually pay $100 to $150 for sending my advertisement to their complete list.

In this way, you're buying traffic, which is 100% super laser targeted, because they optin to a form related to a certain niche. And you're working in that niche, so you will get a minimum of around 1% subscribers (30,000 * .01 = 300).

See, you're getting 50 cent per subscriber and if you buy you will be paying somewhere around 35 to 45 cent per click.

The Free WSO Method

Launching a free WSO will literally double the speed of building list. The only downside is, you have to pay 40$ to launch a free WSO. But, you can get hundreds of subscribers day in and day out. Literally, you will get 1,000s of free subscribers every day.

If you're launching a free WSO, you don’t need a 15 or 20 page report. You can compile a 5 page report and offer it as a gift. Just create a simple sales copy and launch your free WSO. You don’t need to hire a professional graphic designer or html expert to really come up with an amazing sale page.

Just search the Warrior Forum and see what other people are doing. Try to copy their sales page, but write it in your own wording and that’s it!

Part 5: Researching Internet Marketing Coaches

Internet marketing coaches come in many different price ranges and with their own set of prestige. It would be nice for you to deal with only coaches that have made millions of dollars, but this is something far too expensive to justify.

Thankfully, by researching Internet marketing coaches the right way, you will be able to find a coach that is able to far exceed your needs and do so without having to spend thousands of dollars in the process or worse - be scammed.

Look for Credibility

Credibility is worth its weight in gold. Anyone can claim to be a successful Internet marketer, but they may have never sold anything else but coaching. The goal is to find someone that is deemed an authority in your niche. Someone that works with PPC or CPA exclusively, or any avenue(s) you wish to follow. When this is done, you will be able to judge how credible a person is by talking to others that they have mentored. There are coaches that come and go every time a new Google update occurs, but the credible coaches are those that have stood the test of time. They have reviews online, they are not listed on scam reports and they have a massive name in the industry.

Be Careful of Forums

Internet marketing forums are both good and bad. When people sell themselves, or their coaching, on forums, it is very easy to hype up what they actually provide. The goal is to look through all of their posts, judge what they advise others to do and really dig deep into your research to see what others have to say about a potential coach. Oftentimes, these forum coaches make their living off of only teaching others, but they have no practical experience themselves.

Talk to Past Clients

Talking to past clients is of the utmost importance. This can be done by contacting people that have claimed to work with a coach on forums or other websites. Ask them what their experience was like, and if the coach was able to deliver on their promises. If you are having a difficult time with this on forums, start to look for reviews online. The industry is very critical and if someone has had a bad experience in the past, they will certainly make their experience known to others. Those that go about researching Internet marketing coaches appropriately will be able to make money and lessen their risk of paying a coach that simply has nothing to offer.

Summation

Internet marketing is something that every person wishes that they could fully understand and utilize. The idea of making money from the comfort of your home, or while traveling, is very enticing. However, most people will find that they simply cannot make their first dollar online, let alone make enough to quit their day job. This is not a case where a person is not trying their hardest to make money online, but rather that it can be difficult to learn the right techniques that will be profitable. Let’s take a look at how to choose an Internet marketing coach so that you can start to realize your dream of an online income.

Will Hiring An Internet Marketing Coach Guarantee My Success?

The first thing to understand is that there are a variety of coaches that have clients boasting about success, but there is one key factor that they forget to mention - the client’s will. Oftentimes, people will fall under the assumption that Internet marketing is easy. In fact, many people seek coaches believing that they will simply click a button and have a steady source of income. This is not the case at all.

Coaches should be seen as a type of tool that will take all of the guesswork out of the equation. Rather than learn from your own mistakes, coaches will show you how to make products or which products to promote. Furthermore, coaches will explain how to begin marketing your website or campaign to bring in the utmost leads and make a solid profit month after month.

The real success will only come when you realize that this is not a way to get rich quick. The stories that you may have heard from others that have made millions are not the norm. If you put the time and effort into your online endeavors, you will be able to turn this pastime into something that can make you a true living. However, all of the guidance and training in the world will not mean anything if you are not willing to put your all into it. Will hiring an Internet marketing coach guarantee success? The simple answer is no. They merely help you if you are willing to work hard.

How to Choose the Right Internet Marketing Coach

Choosing the right Internet marketing coach will be fully dependent on what your specific needs and desires are. This will also come down to the methods that you deem are most suitable for your type of marketing. Some people have a lot of capital and will be able to delve right into production creation of PPC. However, others may want to use a website and promotional techniques that are less costly. Depending on your needs, you will be able to find a coach that is best suited for you. Let’s take a look at some of the traits every coach should have:

Experience: Why would you hire a coach that has not been able to prove themselves? Above all else, you will want to find someone that comes with experience and a slew of testimonials. Oftentimes, these are the ones that keep more to themselves and aren’t seen pushing cheesy ads. Instead, they get right down to business and make money.

Tactics: What tactics do you want to use to make money online? Are you comfortable making adverts or would you rather build your own website? Do you want to make money through AdSense or do you want to use CPA offers? These are questions you need to ask yourself before choosing a coach.

Follow Up: Some coaches take your money and simply seem to disappear. They will promote a course where there is very little interaction or anything of the sort to help its members. This is obviously never warranted and will leave you stranded when you truly need help. Instead, find a coach that is willing to give their true time and dedication to helping you make money.

Say the word carbs to a woman and you just might send her running and screaming. Media and the latest fads and celebrity trends have beaten the idea into our heads that carbs are evil. If you're starting out on a weight lifting routine, it is super important to understand how to eat correctly to enhance your gains and progress while staying lean and trim at the same time.

First off, let's understand what carbs are. Carbs are the body's main source of energy. Yes, the main source. If we do not eat carbs, our body uses protein instead in a process called ketosis.

Proteins are the building blocks of life and absolutely necessary, but are intended to be used for repair and maintenance. So, when you lift weights and subsequently

tear muscle fibers, protein comes into play and helps repair these tears. If protein is being eaten away because it's being used as an energy source, this purpose is defeated.

So if carbs are super important to body function, that means we need to eat them, right? Yes! Carbs may have a negative stigma to them thanks to media outlets but knowing how and when to eat this macronutrient is key. If you just can't give up your favorite sweet treats, that's okay- just learn when to eat them.

The post workout window is the time right after your workout in which your body is still at an increased metabolic rate and working extra hard. This is the best time to eat your "bad carbs," such as a processed or refined treat you don't want to sacrifice. It's also a perfect time to get a quick shot of protein to your muscles- try a protein shake. While there are a multitude of protein types available, the best for post workout is an isolate protein.

Whether you work out or not, eating veggies every day is also important. They contain tons of phytonutrients and have little to no calories. Try serving your vegetables with some extra virgin olive oil (healthy fat source) and some spices such as garlic and pepper. For whole protein sources, stick to lean cuts of meat such as boneless skinless chicken breast, pork tenderloin, or the leanest variety of ground turkey or beef.

Ideally what will work best for you will depend on your taste preferences and budget. Be mindful of the food choices you are making, read labels and be aware. Nothing in moderation will derail you. View your food as fuel for your workouts. Doing a leg workout on Pop Tarts alone will probably make you queasy. On the other hand, having a solid meal of proteins/carbs/fats (think oatmeal with peanut butter and protein powder) will rear its head during your workout.

Unusually low, and unusually high prices are warning signs, but don't make the call on price alone. Consider what you've asked for, and compare it against the worker's previous portfolio of work. If a price seems high to you - consider your turn around time, and the amount of research you'd expect to go into the work. Shorter deadlines and in-depth research translate to freelance writers who quote higher rates. Also, consider the fees - while you aren't necessarily charged anything, the freelancer usually is. Many times, they will quote slightly higher rates so they still get paid what they want for the job.

If someone quotes you $1/100 words - this is fantastic pricing for you as the client - but, if that $5 article isn't grammatically correct or well researched, then you've wasted your time. And, for most quality English speaking writers (not all!) it means rushing through the work to get the job done so they can make enough money to live. You're better off paying more to ensure you'll get a high quality, well written and researched piece of work. How much more? That all depends on the freelancer's previous experience, qualifications, knowledge, and of course feedback from clients. Definitely ask to see previous examples of their work - and if they can't offer something in your niche - anything they've produced will at least help you gauge quality of their work. Seeing previous work helps you determine whether or not you feel the rate their asking for is a good value, and whether or not their style matches what you're looking for.

FEEDBACK FROM PREVIOUS CLIENTS

Look at what other people they've worked with in the past have to say. If you notice the person is always late on their deadlines - or takes a long time to produce even the smallest of jobs - this indicates an issue with reliability. You definitely want someone who can produce quality work, in a timely manner, and who will communicate regularly with you.

FEES AND TURNAROUND TIME

Freelancers will all have different fees for the same work. And, they'll all have a different turn around time, too. It could be because they have more work on their plate - or a lack of work on their plate. It could be because it takes them longer to work because they aren't as skilled. It could be it takes them longer to work because they have less time every day to dedicate to work (not all freelancers do it full time.) Weigh what they're asking you to pay against their quality, as well as their turn around time. If they offer to rush it to you - but you don't need it in a rush, don't pay the premium they may be charging for the quick turn around.

CHOOSING YOUR APPLICANT

There's no "right" formula for choosing your applicant. That is all a personal thing based on what the applicants show, your budget, the quality you need, the turn around time you expect, etc. You'll have to weigh everything from all the applicants you are most interested in. The first time you hire a freelancer you've never worked with before, it is a shot in the dark. Both of you are taking a leap of faith - you're baking on the fact the freelancer will do your job well, and the freelancer is banking on the fact that you'll approve and deliver payment in a reasonable amount of time.

If there are two applicants who have similar qualifications, price expectations, etc. you could always provide a test gig to each of them - to see which one produces better quality. Then, you can either choose to hire one or both of them on a more on-going basis.

You are never obligated to hire just a single freelancer if you really feel there are several who could do the job well.

Because you never really can anticipate what's going on in the lives of the freelancer you've chosen, it's also a good idea to have more than one you can work with in the event that one of them is not available for your project at any given time.

If you have multiple projects to outsource, such as writing, graphic design, and SEO, you'll definitely need to assemble a team of freelancers since not all freelancers can handle all of those tasks. Even if you do find a freelancer who can handle all of those things -putting the bulk of your business on one person is always a risk.

9d. Back To Business.

Now through product launches it's not unusual for me to be awake for 36-48 hours then take the next week off to recover and relax, simply because when you get to this stage there’s a lot you've done, but still a heck of a lot more to do. (One word of advice, don’t do this unless it’s absolutely necessary. It can have all sorts of health implications and isn’t recommended). The first thing you should be looking at doing at this stage, between two days and a week after your initial joint ventures go out is looking for more. It's likely that those joint ventures that you scored for your smaller product have been doing their job, and the resource building is going strong. Now it's time to make some money through the joint ventures that will be set up solely for promotion of your larger product.

Remember back to our planning stages. When we were talking about setting up an affiliate system for the larger product but not letting anyone into it aside from joint venturers that wouldn't accept your sales system and the way it flows from the small product through to the large product. This is where things change and we start to look at using affiliates to make you a big profit. If we'd done this in the first place, we would have lost out on all those resources, the effect of the super high commissions and the chance for your intro product to do it's job. Even now, when we're looking at granting affiliate commissions for the sale of your large product, we're not just letting anyone in there, oh no.

Your affiliate software should have the ability to monitor your top affiliates, and you're going to use them. Even though you may pull a hundred, a thousand or even more affiliates throughout the life of your products, it's unlikely that more than around ten percent of them will even make a sale. And then of course you have your heavy hitters, with their own lists and media outlets that do really well. These will be your top affiliates. I suggest taking your top five or ten percent of the money makers in your affiliate system and turn them into joint ventures.

Your main aim here is to get another ad to their media outlets, most likely their lists, but for your big product this time and put money directly into your pocket. Again, we're forming more long term partnerships and joint venture prospects. You should be starting to see a nice circle of people around you that are ready to promote your stuff as far as Jv’s go, of course, don't deny them the same privilege and you'll start to find yourself in at the top of some really popular programs. Bonus. Of course I can't give you exact stats here, some relationships will develop into full blown partnerships and into full product creation. Some will just be long term ad swappers where you both assist each other through promotion, and some you may never hear from again.

Approach them in exactly the same way you approached your original joint ventures in the previous report with a view to turning this into more sales. Another great thing about doing things this way is you can offer something valuable to affiliate promoters, and that’s allowing them to get in at the top of promotion of a product that doesn't allow standard affiliates to promote. That’s a big plus for them, and should do a good job of making many of them feel special and having them agree to promote your larger product to their lists. Bear in mind that this doesn't mean you necessarily have to keep this from affiliates eyes, but right now it makes a good bargaining tool if you do, and also helps with the conversion from affiliates through to the more powerful joint ventures.

At this point you see everything going smoothly and have monitored for a while. Your planning has done the trick, snags have been ironed out, you have a bunch more joint venture contacts for future promotions also. Some you contacted yourself, and some have come from your top affiliates. You've also got the start of a growing list in your hands, some customers and by now you should start to see some of the people who purchased the smaller product come through to your larger product, and it's likely you're going to be seeing some big money flow right into your pocket. Hey you won't get rich on your first, second or even third product that you release, but look at all those resources that are building themselves. Think of the power you're going to have behind you come future promotions.

For now though, it's likely been a long day. Make sure that you've contacted as many affiliates as you possibly can that would make good joint venture prospects, and follow-up with them as we discussed before. This is now your priority and will form your second promotion drive. For now though, head to bed, get some rest ready for a fresh new start. Launch isn't over yet. We're only two days in and there’s still some work to do to get the most amount out of your products.

9e. Research: Numbers Don’t Lie.

Next up comes your research. I hope you didn't forget about your research. It's mighty important and will form the basis of your answers to every single question you'll ask yourself through every product idea that’s developed from a blank sheet of white paper to something people are buying. Start looking at your numbers and tracking. Who bought what? How many came through your smaller product? What percentage of visitors to what site are signing up to your list, to become affiliates, to buy your products? What percentage of your joint ventures and affiliate to joint venture developments went well? Heck I could list things to test and track and end up with an encyclopedia.

Don't be afraid to change things either. Remember, you're tracking two things, and will always end up with one result. One is better than the other at doing its desired job. Great, change the not so good one to the good one and then start checking something else in the same manner.
