The Intensifier System Resale Rights Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

Intensifiers are practically useless, as is any type of sales page or squeeze page, if you don’t understand your market fully. You need to be inside the mind of your average prospect in order to understand how to push the right emotional buttons.

You must learn as much as you can about your prospects. Never, ever make assumptions, especially if you don’t understand the market on a personal level. (You shouldn’t make assumptions even if you do, because you may not be the “average” prospect in your market.)

You also shouldn’t blindly trust that your competitors know the market any better than you do, because it’s quite possible they made assumptions themselves! So let’s take a look at a few ways you can get to know your market.

Studying Your Market

The first thing you need to do is observe your prospects in their natural setting. Jane Goodall was famous for studying primates, particularly silverback gorillas, by becoming one of them. She lived with them, socialized with them, and they took her into their clan as one of them eventually.

This allowed her to really observe their true behavior, because they weren’t acting differently because they were afraid of her or curious about her. Once she became one of them, they acted normally around her and she was able to see behaviors other scientists never saw.

I’m not saying you have to go gain weight if you’re thin in order to understand the weight loss market, but you can join a weight loss forum and read their posts. Join a Facebook group and see what people are discussing. Attend local meetings if you can find any. Make notes. Find out what problems they have, and what really makes them emotional.

This can work in nearly any market, because most niches have at least a few forums, Facebook groups or other places where people gather. And people naturally talk to each other about their problems, because they know the group understands what they are going through.

In order to really make this effective, you need to join in. You can ask people questions and offer feedback. This is invaluable!

Eavesdropping

If you’d rather not join in, you can still spy on their group. You can easily do this online, because people probably won’t even know you’re there!

Best of all, you’ll be able to read months, even years of archives. These are a wealth of information that will help you improve your sales pages, because you’ll be able to spot recurring themes that will help you know which problems are most common.

Look At Reviews

Another great way to find out what people are thinking is to read reviews of your competitors’ products. Make noted of what they like and don’t like, and make sure you use these to tweak your product as well as your sales page.

Let’s say your competitor has a lot of reviews that complain they were hungry constantly. You now know that people struggle to lose weight because they get hungry and end up eating more than they should.

Not only can you tweak your product itself, but you can be sure to use that emotional button in your sales copy. Please don’t trust testimonials on sales pages. They’ll either be fake, or they’ll pick only the most glowing reviews. Instead, read reviews elsewhere. This is especially helpful if you find reviews on forums that are made by long-term members.

Check Keyword Tools

Keyword tools make it easy to figure out what people are thinking, because when they have a problem they will often go to a search engine and search for something.

You’ll get plenty of keywords that aren’t particularly helpful like “weight loss” and “how to lose weight”. But you’ll also find some real gems like “how to lose weight without being hungry” or “how t o lose weight in time for prom”.

Surveys

Another way to learn what people are interested in is to ask them, but remember that people will often be telling you what they think you want to hear.

Remember how we talked about Jane Goodall fitting in with the gorillas? They were natural around her because she was one of them. But they behaved differently around humans they didn’t know. Still, surveys can be very useful.

Commission Miner Resale Rights Ebook

Never, ever promote a product just because you want a commission. I know, the bottom line is making money. But remember, if you promote a product without checking it out to ensure its quality, you could destroy your reputation in your niche!

Here are some tips for choosing products:

1. Be sure you’re promoting quality products.

2. Make sure they appeal to a wide audience. If they are too specialized, you’ll lose sales.

3. Focus on new product launches.

4. Chose recurring commissions whenever possible.

Preselling

You always want to presell prospects, because the sales page may not be enough to get them to buy. Additionally, they’re already warm because they know you and trust you. (Remember, you’ve built authority!)

So how should you go about preselling? First, establish the basics:

1. Make sure they know and trust you. If they like you and trust you, they are much more likely to buy.

2. Add value. People will always prefer to buy with a bonus. Who doesn’t like free stuff?

3. Trigger reciprocity. If you give someone something for free, they feel indebted to you. This makes them more likely to do what you ask.

4. Presell the product itself. Let them know how good it is and why you think it’s so good.

Once the basics are in place, it’s time to start preselling in earnest. Even if the vendor’s sales page is pretty good, preselling will always boost conversions.

Here are some ways you can presell prospects:

1. Use an email series. Build excitement and anticipation using a series of related articles or emails.

2. Share the product’s benefits. Tell them exactly what is in it for them if they buy. What benefits will they see? What problems will it solve? Push those emotional buttons!

3. Use a strong call-to-action. Make sure you tell them exactly what you want them to do. Don’t expect them to guess! Tell them, “Go grab your copy right now, because my special bonus is only available for another 24 hours!”

4. Use notification bars. You can overlay a bar over the sales page that will draw attention to a special offer, create a sense of urgency and include a call-to-action. This will increase conversions. (We’ll take a closer look at this bar later.)

Super Affiliate Stealth Secrets

Now you’ve seen a glimpse of one of the really sneaky stealth tricks super affiliates use to boost their conversions – notific ation bars, also called attention bars.

You can put notification bars on your own site to call attention to things such as a special sale or your newsletter opt-in. But did you know you can overlay them on top of a vendor’s sales page?

You’ll have to use some iframes trickery to do this. An iframe lets you put something over someone else’s own webpage by loading two frames… one yours, and the other with the vendor’s site in it.

Fortunately, you don’t need to use any coding to do this. You can use a neat little tool call Attention Monkey to create these bars for you, so that all you have to do is insert a little snippet of code onto your web page, and boom!

WARNING!!

Before you attempt to use attention bars, you need to keep a few things in mind. And these are very important, so pay attention!

1. Always ask the vendor for permission! The last thing you want to do is lose your commission because the vendor thinks you somehow hacked his site and you’re stealing from him. (And yes, there are people who would think that.

2. Highlight a key benefit. Tell readers about the bonus they’ll get when they buy. Make sure it lets them know how beneficial the bonus will be to them, and perhaps how it complements the product you want them to buy.

I'm a big believer in Tony Schwartz' approach to time and energy management. Definitely read his book "The Power of Full Engagement." A big concept he covers is the body running on different rhythms.

Our attention and energy is like a rhythm We use it and then we need to replenish it. This is the underlying principle I build my entire work day around. As soon as I arrive at my office, I know exactly what I need to do.

In the morning I always focus on the most important things first. This is when my energy is at it's peak level. In my business, it's all about creating content and finding new ways to market. I focus my life on these things overall, but especially first thing in the morning. I know I'm always going to focus on these areas right away. I also know specifically what I need to do because part of my "end of work day" routine involved making a to do list for tomorrow and tying up any loose ends before I leave.

When I sit down at my desk in the morning I get started right away. I shut the door to my office and make sure nobody bothers me and I go to work.

The routine I use is very simple. I work in blocks of time. Then I relax to renew my energy. Here's the breakdown:

I go 50 minutes on - then 10 off. During the ten off I may meditate, refill my water, hit the john, read, and just take deep breaths. Then I do another 50 minutes of busting my ass, and I follow that up with a 30 minute break where I have some type of meal.

So it's 50 on , 10 off, 50 on, 30 off with meal. This is the basis I use for my entire day. In the afternoon I take a 20 minute nap. I have a really comfortable couch in my office and I crash on it to renew my energy. I do this all day, every day.

It's all about living intentionally. I have a purpose. There's a set of goals I've laid out that I need to accomplish. I need to do certain things to achieve them.

Most people live life unintentionally. Life "happens to them." Having a goal isn't enough. If there's no execution laid out, you won't get where you need to be.

The business I am in is great because it allows me to totally be strict to this. Some of my future endeavors will, without question, provide more unpredictability. I'll just adapt the system to it.

Focus

Everything I've been talking about sounds pretty good right? I can tell you from experience it's great and it works, but at the end of the day can you execute? Your ability to manage yourself comes down to one simple area: FOCUS

When you arrive on the job and start your first 50 minute block, do you stay focused on what you need to get done or do you get distracted? I hate to be cliche but life in our world today runs at a crazy pace. One second you're reading a business email and before you know it you're looking at some ridiculous topic on Wikipedia and then your watching a video on YouTube.

Your ability to focus in on one task you need to do and actually execute is very important. The best way to avoid massive distractions is to create a great environment. You want to be totally honed in on what you need to do.

Multitasking is one of the most unproductive time wasters around. By focusing on the task at hand and not reading a text message, or checking an email, or browsing the web at the same time you will be much more effective and get way more out of the activity.

By putting yourself in the proper environment you drastically reduce the chances of you getting thrown off course. Ideally you want each block you work in to be dedicated to one specific or a few related tasks. Don't try to talk to a customer on the phone or via email and build a new product in the same block.

You'll want to close down all other distractions. Communicate to everyone else you are not to be bothered. I shut the door to my office and everyone knows not to disturb me. I shut my cell phone off and close every program on my computer than is not related to exactly what I'm doing.

At that point in time, nobody can get a hold of me. I know exactly what I need to do and I just execute. When the time is up, I wrap up what I'm doing and completely remove myself from it. When the next block starts I'm not thinking about the past block. I'm totally engaged in that moment.

I know that the most profitable way to spend my time is working on marketing my business. It's the most high leverage activity I have at my disposal. Everything I've created in my business is totally centered around and supportive of me marketing the business. That's how I get paid. I don't want to deal with tech hassles, customer support, or any other operational issues. I only focus on what's important. Try to design your environment based on what is important to you.

When it comes to email, phone calls, and any other ancillary activity that I ABSOLUTELY have to personally handle - I dedicate a block of my time to handling this. Then I cut it clean, and don't go back until the next scheduled session. Nothing is more unproductive than trying to work all day and interrupting yourself by checking for new messages.

You want to focus on high leverage activities ALL DAY because this will bring you closer to your goals much faster.

CHAPTER 7: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT

What is social engagement?

While you may be busy posting updates on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or any of your social media profiles, you are merely considered to be performing a social activity. This refers to any event within a social media platform that involves you directly or indirectly.

Events that do not impact you directly do not need your immediate attention. But those that involve you, such as getting a new follower, comment, or share is what you call social engagement and this is what you need.

Social engagement is an event on your social media profile that has a direct effect on your social existence. Examples would be new comments, shares, retweets, check-ins, likes, views, or click-throughs, among others.

The more engagement you get, the better, because this could lead to new fans and followers who will likely do what you want them to do. You could get them to subscribe to your blog or even to purchase something from you. This is because these are usually people who are interested in what you have to offer and who usually need a little push to become a customer.

But it does not end there. Once these followers do something for you, you have to do something for them too! You could respond to their comment or talk to them. Treat them as though they are your friends, even if there are hundreds or thousands of them!

To get this social engagement going, you need to establish an action plan that includes a series of activities that you need to do once you engage a follower. This is what you call as social strategy.

So, how can you encourage more social engagement?

SHOWCASE YOUR EMPLOYEES AND EVENTS TO YOUR FOLLOWERS

Hardworking employees are the heart of every great company.

SEOMoz, for instance, started a Facebook photo album showing pictures of their employees, making it even more interesting with a “Then and Now” theme.

If you also have company events, you can start a Facebook Event so your followers can take note of it and include it in their calendar. It could be webinars, seminars, charity events, conferences, or open houses. This will make your followers feel as though they are part of your community.

CONVERT CUSTOMERS INTO BRAND ADVOCATES

This is the latest trend in social media marketing. If someone tweets positively or post a video about your company, repost it! It conveys a more authentic message to your audience. Find ways to encourage people to talk about you or your band.

REWARD FANS

As your loyal audience, your fans deserve to be rewarded. It could be a gift card, a T-shirt, or a product showcasing your brand. Watch how your interactions will grow, not to mention the Twitter handles, email addresses, and phone numbers that you can collect for future marketing campaigns.

BE MOBILE FRIENDLY

Keep your messages and updates short, given the short attention span of the users these days. They tend to read shorter posts than long paragraphs. The shorter the better!

USE THE RIGHT TONE

It all depends on your target audience. If you are dealing with customers, it might be best to sound casual. But you should also consider your product or service. For instance, a luxury brand might sound more appealing if they sound more formal when engaging their audience.

If you are dealing with businesses, it’s best to sound formal, but not stuffy and uptight. Even if you have CEOs and industry figures as your followers, it doesn’t mean you can’t have fun with your social media content.

CHAPTER 8: TRACKING SOCIAL MEDIA TRAFFIC

Monitoring social media traffic is an important part of social media marketing. This is how you will know if your tactics are working and what you should do to improve which area. It is a good thing that there are tools that you can use to track social media traffic.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND SOCIAL MEDIA METRICS PLUGIN

Google Analytics is likely the most popular monitoring tool in the market because of its comprehensive analytics. It can monitor all your traffic sources, although it does not only focus on social networks. If you want a more in-depth look at your social media traffic alone, use a complementary monitoring tool, such as the Social Media Metrics plugin. It will show your social metrics and traffic based on Google Analytics. You can see the most valuable metrics, from page views to page’s activity on your social media account.

SOCIAL METRICS PLUGIN FOR WORDPRESS

This free WordPress plugin monitors your blog’s performance on all major social networking. Despite the limited information, it gives useful and direct-to-the-point metrics. Social Metrics monitor each of your blog posts and gather how many shares each one has on the major social media platforms. This shows which blog posts received the most response, hence determining what your followers are interested in and what you should write about in your next blog posts.

FACEBOOK INSIGHTS

This tool from Facebook will show who likes your posts and page, how many people visited your page, what type of content are the most popular, and other useful statistics. Even if it does not give you the exact social media traffic, it determines which content your Facebook fans love to read. Use it to optimize your Facebook content and drive more traffic to your site.

VIRALHEAT

This tool may cost you around $50, but it can monitor 15 social accounts and two search profiles on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, the web, and video.

You can use it to compare relevant terms and profiles across social media accounts and the web so you can monitor individual products and their buzz and compare them to your other products or the products of your competitors.

Viralheat can determine if your social media efforts have improved buzz about your brand on the web.

SOCIAL MENTION

This is one of the most user-friendly monitoring tools that you can use, since you only need to search for your company name or keyword and get interesting insights such as strength, reach, sentiment, average per mentions, top users using the same keywords, and other figures. This can determine which topics created the strongest buzz on social media, so you will know what you should tweet or post about to increase engagement.

Elow do you go about being portrayed as something unique? You focus on your MECHANISM. This "freshens up" your approach. The emphasis will need to transition from the actual product to HOW it works. Example"

"First Wonder Drug For Weight Loss"

Stage 4 This stage is similar to the second. All you're going to do is build off the mechanism you used in stage three. You'll enlarge it just like you did from stage one to stage two.

"First No-Diet Drug For Weight Loss"

Stage 5 At this stage the market has quite literally "seen everything." It's jaded. People aren't going to believe a word coming out of your mouth.

What do you do? Shift gears. Instead of pitching what a product does, you prey on the fact customers have desires to fill certain "roles." Your marketing should help your prospect identify with the role your product places him in. Prospects actually have two different kids of desires:

To be thinner, wealthier, happier, etc. To identify with a certain role in society

This is where the fifth stage comes into play. You'll see a ton of big brand advertisers using this stage to mass market. Think about luxury cars. Companies aren't pitching that they have a hunk of machinery that will drive them form place to place. They're not in a features and benefit slinging ad war. You're buying an experience, a role, and the marketing is catered to this desire to belong and identify.

Chapter 7: Emotional Healing Thru Yoga

Synopsis

The emotional well being of an individual is very important to maintaining good health and a good attitude in life. If a person's emotional health is not at its optimum positive level then all other part of the body start to break down over time. This negative process is so subtle that very few people if any see the connection at all.

Free Your Mind

All emotions are considered sacred, it's how these emotions are handled is where the problem lies. In the practice of yoga the individual learns how to calm the body and mind and teaches the mind how to reach a level of peace and contentment. When this is successfully understood and learnt then the emotional healing process can take place.

Armed with the emotional strength derived from learning yoga the individual learns the difference between responding to a situation or conflict as opposed to reacting to it.

Emotional healing helps the individual develop the thinking that reacting to negative situation, instinctively with emotions like anger, frustration, and grief can be controlled and turned into responding to the situation with a more positive attitude.

This then allows the yoga technique to promote emotional healing from within to avoid any outside negative energy from seeping in. in this way the individual gets to stay connected to the spirit and truth of the inner self.

Healing emotionally through the use of yoga ensure the individual no longer looks upon a situation with the view of being victimized, rather this ability now gives the individual the strength to reinforce the self identity with confidence.

On a cellular level even the body cell imprint the corresponding emotions in our thoughts and replicate them in the cell make up. Therefore connecting the healing pattern with the now optimum healing levels brings about both positive elements into the body and mind.

Chapter 8: How To Practice Yoga Breathing

Synopsis

Breathing is the basis of life, without it death is inevitable.

As it is one of the most important parts of life's results of being alive, there is a need to learn proper breathing techniques.

Yoga promotes this proper breathing as vital to bring oxygen to the blood and to the brain as do science. These breathing techniques bring about the highest form of purification and self discipline covering both the mind and body.

Breath Correctly

The primary intention of practicing yoga breathing is to prepare the individual to be prepared both in body and mind for the meditation phase. Generally most people don't know the importance of breathing properly. Most people breathe in very shallow breaths which does not carry enough oxygen to the entire body which in turn causes various negative medical conditions. Yoga breathing is the art of taking deep breaths to fill up almost the entire lung and then to exhale slowly, while all the time concentrating on the process.

Here are some simple steps to yoga breathing:

Choosing a quiet and dimly lit area or naturally lit area

Use a comfortable yoga mat

Sit on the mat crossed leg but pulled towards the chest

Keep the back straight and hold the arms in a relaxed and comfortable position on the thighs.

Touch thumbs and index fingers together with palms facing downwards.

Inhale deeply while focusing on the breath taken. Do this a few times until totally relaxed

Concentrate on trying to breath from the abdominal area and not just the chest. Focus on ensuring this

Once the level is reached alternate between cheat breathing and abdominal breathing

Touching the index and middle fingers to the thumb with the ring and pinky finger sticking out, press on one nostril and breathe deeply and exhale. Alternate this with the other nostril too.

The Poses

The mountain pose is one of the easiest and most commonly used set of poses. It is purported to be so easy that it can be learnt straight from books, thought this is not the recommended way to start yoga.

Chapter 5: The Dilemma With Today's Healthcare Provider

Synopsis

The growing fame of therapeutic touch is of a result of great concern to the healthcare community.

The Battle

On the one hand, it's economically beneficial for hospitals to include therapeutic touch in their facilities; else patients wanting such services might go elsewhere.

It's likewise crucial to include therapeutic touch in the hospital so that the 2 might be unified in the brains of the public, therefore removing either-or equation that happens occasionally between medical science and therapeutic touch.

On the other hand, therapeutic touch doesn't have absolute scientific support, and consequently its inclusion in the hospital will give it the appearance of legitimate procedure which it might not merit.

If therapeutic touch is considered to have the implicit backing of the scientific community, then for much of the populace the question of its efficacy is basically laid to rest.

Executives are consequently rightfully wary of lending their backing to therapeutic touch, for fear of patients turning away from demonstrated practice in favor of this fresh, simpler treatment. How many individuals would really decide to engage in the demanding regimen of chemotherapy if they trusted that touch may cure their cancer?

While there are miracle stories related to a happy ending, one may easily imagine a much, much blacker scenario in which a patient gives up conventional therapy in favor of the simpler therapeutic touch and dies for their hassle.

Presently, many hospitals are still erring on the side of carefulness, however as therapeutic touch continues to grow they'll have to make a hard choice.

Hospitals might decide to include therapeutic touch in the hopes that heedful regulation of its utilization will make up for the prestige they give it by including it, or they might not decide not to include it so that it may remain in the category of "New Age Mysticism" and never acquire official acceptance.

Chapter 6: Alternatives For Cancer Treatment

Synopsis

There are several "out of the norm" treatments in this area including therapeutic touch. Let's look at them.

Some Treatments

Acupuncture is a staple in traditional the Chinese practice of medicine. For 1000s of years, acupuncture was developed as a curative to restore the body's critical energy during moments of weakness.

It's believed that, if the energy distribution is amiss, an acupuncture treatment will regenerate vital energy and provide the body the tools to battle infections.

The treatment itself calls for puncturing the body at particular points with really thin (and painless) needles. From there, the systema nervosum is energized and the body goes into action through brain activity, protein and hormone discharge, and a bang of endorphins.

In a cancer setting, acupuncture won't heal the disease; however it will provide a marked difference in alleviating additional symptoms. Modernistic acupuncture may use addons like electrically charged needles or vitamin shots to expand the body's reaction to the procedure.

For cancer patients, the treatment may provide a bolstered immune system, alleviation from fatigue and pain, and a lessening in physical ailments like chest pains or cough.

Thanks to acupuncture, a few patients have even reported that they may stop taking a few of their anticancer medication. Acupuncture likewise provides psychological advantages like relief from depressive disorder.

The theme of therapeutic touch and the body's energy fields may be spotted in early hieroglyphs, however its modern credit goes to Delores Krieger, who formulated it in the 70s.

Most modern men of science discount its medical advantages, but funnily enough, there are over 50,000 health workers doing it. In the cancer world, this intriguing practice still has its place.

Therapeutic touch is based on the thought that humans reside energy fields that may suffer disturbances and imbalances with times of infection. A healer may discover these disturbances by moving their hands on the body (without really touching it) and afterward stabilize the body's energy.

On the surface, therapeutic touch is surely "out there," however cancer patients who may look past the thought of mystical cures and are cognizant of the situation's scientific reality may still acquire additional advantages.

This treatment provides calm and reassurance in presurgery situations and may reduce tension in a way that doesn't regard medication or hypnosis. On a pure relaxation level, a few individuals may discover comfort from therapeutic touch's caring nature and its minimum complications.

A recent Canadian study by the Fraser Institute discovered that more than 70% of Canadians are looking for additional means of medicine, besides the established MD and hospital variety.

Holistic medicine is no more a little-known choice. A lifechanging cancer diagnosis may bring a lot of questions and a lot of hard days, however it likewise brings a renewed desire to truly get the most out of life. While all of the holistic treatments that we have talked about here are not going to cure cancer, they may no doubt bring a detectable betterment in one's quality of life.

If you've a good chance of getting laid off in the next year, you may prefer to consider finding another job while you still have a job. That way, you are able to move to the next job with minimum income loss.

The most beneficial way to avoid a layoff is to have your own clients. The one thing that I disfavor the most about working for somebody else is that when you leave - they keep the clients. The clients are the gems of any company, furnishing the revenue to pay the expenses and the employees. When push comes to shove, employees are let go, but the owners keep the clients that the employees have worked hard to acquire. Business owners don't get fired, although they may go bankrupt if they get too far in debt.

I'm not advising you give up your day job and begin a business - at any rate not before you've done your homework. Beginning a business takes a lot of work, patience, money and a rare amount of ambition. Most individuals only succeed after bombing several times.

What I am advising is that you consider setting up the basis of a small side business. You may begin your business as a hobby and slowly begin adding clients. If you get fired, you'd have the basis all setup and a small client base already in place. This gives you the choice of either returning to find a different job or centering on your small business for income. A small business may be your insurance - reducing your risk of a fiscal hardship.

Drastic changes in the economic system will push a lot of businesses into bankruptcy and fresh products and services will be needed that weren't needed a short time ago. For instance, the need for foreclosure info and counselors has skyrockets in just the last six months. A lot of individuals will be seeking fresh ways to live with the changes all around them. If you're seeking business ideas, I'd look at the needs of a recession economy. Your most beneficial protection from a layoff is to get your own clients.

Chapter 9: Consider Your Home

Synopsis

Your mortgage payment is probably your biggest monthly bill. Reduce your mortgage with one of the many options including downsizing, doubling up, renting, refinancing or even foreclosing.

Consider Options

Assuming you can't sell your home... here are some ideas

If you purchased your home with 0% down and it's worth less than your real estate loan, then your most beneficial option is to just foreclose. You've nothing to lose but your credit - which will be repaired with time anyhow. But, if you've a significant sum of money in your home, then foreclosing is a much more difficult choice - and in this case you need to consider your long term financial outlook. If you're likely to lose your job in the following few years, then you ought to think about foreclosure now instead of sometime in the future. There are lots of houses for rent and the cost of renting is really low because of the many houses that are not selling, so you'll find another place to live. If you're planning to foreclose, call your lender after a couple of months of missing payments and ask for a nonrecourse foreclosure, which entails the bank accepting the house as full payment and provides up their right to try to get any more money from you in the time to come. (You should refer to a licensed pro before making any of these conclusions)

If you wait it out, all mortgage lenders are sooner or later going to be in very hard positions. Sooner or later your lender will be forced to do whatever they may to keep you from foreclosing, even if it means forgiving 50% of your loan worth. Life isn't fair, and it's not going to be fair when the cat next to you gets his mortgage cut in half while you yielded full price. If your lender won't shift, then ask to refinance at a lower fixed rate. If your lender still won't shift, as most lenders are only talking terms with delinquent borrowers, try not paying your mortgage for a couple of months and then ask again.

If the home is your primary residence, think about renting a room to a university student. If there's a college in your area, just put up circulars on the college bulletin boards advertising your room for rent - accenting the many rewards of living in a house vs. a dormitory.

How about a college exchange student? Telephone your local college and ask about their exchange student plan. College exchange students are students from other nations that visit the US by attending a US college. You are able to likewise try finding a niece or nephew in your family tree that would like to try living on their own. This idea is particularly enticing if you live in a distant place from your niece or nephew for of the added adventure of traveling to a new place and experiencing new things.

You are able to also market the advantages of living in a house to apartment renters, by placing flyers on apartments in your area. You are able to offer advantages like, a garage, a yard with a nearby park, an individual entry or allowing pets. There are a lot of individuals in apartments that would love to enjoy some of the advantages of home owners.
