These are some of the reasons on why you can gain strength from them, particularly after breakups:

Getting Strength

They are there for you. Your family members are the ones who are concerned about you the most. Your close friends would support you for your decisions. These people are the ones who surround you most of the time, and understand you the most.

You will get the best advice. Your family and friends give you practical and reasonable advice, because they know you best, your personality and character. They know what is best for you to hear and thus attempt to give advice.

They will try their best to help you to get out of bad relationships. They will never fail you. When you are upset, family and friends may take you away for a break or just to enjoy and have fun. When you have no idea where to release your thoughts, your best pal will prompt you to speak of your mind.

Chapter 7: Work hard and keep yourself busy

Synopsis

You should not become more negative after you experienced a bad breakup. You should not be a sad, depressed and pathetic person for too long as this may become a habit. You must understand that even though you lost your partner of whom you loved most, you did not lose everything.

It's been tun..

Stay Busy

Work hard. This is the time for you to strive harder for yourself, and achieve greater performance in your work. Work towards getting yourself a salary raise, a higher promotion, or a great offer that satisfies you.

If possible, relocate yourself to a better place. Move to another place for better job opportunities or use it as a way of staying away from your ex, and avoiding any contact. This will allow you to pay full attention for your work.

Take up more recreational activities. Go for gym sessions, cycling, walkathons and any other physical activities which will benefit you and your physical health too.

Get involved in social groups, like attending church activities, volunteering, etc. You may also practice meditations to bring about emotional, spiritual, and mental balance.

When you keep yourself busy,

You find yourself gaining greater self-confidence. Breakups make you develop low self-esteem, making you feel inferior because someone you loved the most rejects you.

You grow in maturity and become a better person. You should immerse yourself with your work and keep yourself busy with helpful activities, forcing yourself stay away from feeling depressed which may cause negative indulgence such as heavy drinking, sleeping around, or even suicide.

You do not have to worry about your future. At least after breakup, you have a stable working life or better work opportunities. You may find yourself a better future partner in the most unexpected way. Besides, through better working performance, you can prove to your ex that life without him/her still goes on.

Chapter 8: Taking care of yourself

Synopsis

Breakups can be very painful, as someone you loved and spent time with the most, now rejects you, or that someone who once loved you the most no longer does. Since you cannot reverse the breakup, it is time for you to lift your spirits up, be strong, and survive the relationship. It can be hard to pick yourself up, but you can start with the first step - taking care of yourself.

Take Care

Do not let yourself fall sick. Do not allow the negative feelings and emotions to affect your physical health. Avoid thinking too much. Do not get too depressed as it could make you become physically weary, which may affect your daily routines. Most importantly, get enough rest and sleep.

Avoid self-destructive habits. Do not take drugs. Do not start smoking heavily, or become drunk often. These will never help you to feel better; instead, it may destroy you, over time. Do also bear in mind, beside your ex, there are people out there who still care and love you, especially your family and friends.

Do not fool around with love. Before you fully understand and handle the breakup, do not rush into the next relationship; do not go around sleeping with others, just because you want to get back at your ex or because you feel no one cherish you anymore. Please respect yourself, and do not lower your self-esteem.

Keep up with your daily routines. After the breakup, release your emotions. Cry hard, be sulky, and be angry but don’t indulge in these for too long. Get back to your daily routines as soon as possible. Getting back to normal or even become a better person is better for you and those around you. Learn to focus on happy thoughts and actions.

Chapter 9: Moving on & start a new lifestyle

Synopsis

Staying positive is the best way to heal your pain and recover from a bad breakup. Do not let yourself falls deeper into depression after the breakup, and you must understand that there could be others who depend on you - your working partner, your colleagues, your family and friends, or your children. There are many great things in future ready for you to discover and own them.

Move On

Get away. You may consider changing your working location, or settle your life somewhere else. Go overseas for further studies or better job opportunities if you can. This is a good way of getting rid of thoughts of the breakup and living with past memories.

Communications Break Down MRR Ebook

Chapter 4: Complicating simple things

Synopsis

One of the main reasons of breakups is complicating simple things, which is not wise, and it effects communication. Why are you being too serious over little matters in life? You can avoid complicating simple things by having positive thoughts or keep this in your mind, “I still love him/her”.

What Complicating Simple Things Will Do Between

You and Your Partner

Never try to get away with it. For example, your partner never likes your habit of not placing your dishes in the basin after meals. If you keep repeating this habit despite him/her feeling irritated, just out of spite, imagine how things may get worse if it never meet came to an end.

Intensify stress in life. It is already pressuring with the busy daily schedules, so why make it more complicated and stressful when you are close with someone you love? A relationship occurs when you know that you can depend on him/her for happiness and relax from the pressures in life. Try to keep everything just as simple as it is.

Do not enjoy being together. Simple actions such as a call from your partner saying, “I miss you” would probably make his/her day. If you start pondering on whether your partner is cheating on you and trying to buy your love, you will miss the great feeling of him/her cherishing you. Soon, you will get frustrated with your partner easily, especially when you keep this kind of feelings to yourself.

Raise suspicions towards each other. Your partner is away for business and you think he is having another lover. She loves to add prawns in her cooking and you just feel that she does this on

purpose, because she knows you are allergic to it. If you find something is wrong, stop thinking about it and bring it up in a open discussion. Ask or talk to him/her to clarify the matter.

Chapter 5: Applying assumptions

Synopsis

This is one great advice to maintain a long-lasting relationship -never assume. Never make assumptions. Things may not have happened according to what you think it. You may be disappointed whenever something happens, or the situation might get worse with your reaction or expression. You apply assumptions in your relationship when:

Assumptions

Your judgment is based on your past experiences. You doubt your partner when the way he/she acts shows signs of him/her cheating on you according to your previous relationship experiences. Try to let go of the past when you are with your current partner. He/she is nothing like your ex.

You neglect others’ points of view. You think it is this way. You thought it goes like that. When these thoughts are repeated over and over in your mind, you tend to forget your partner’s true intentions and how the real situation truly was.

Your pride blurs your vision. You think you know it all and it is easy to predict what will happen next. Well, you are wrong; you cannot predict relationships like movies or dramas. Try to avoid developing self-pride or thinking highly of yourself, and start considering your partner’s feelings.

You think you are communicating well with your partner. You think you convey your message well and your partner understands you. You think you tell it right. It is always best to prepare or think twice before you speak or act to avoid such assumptions.

You think your partner is happy being with you. Therefore, you forget to treat your partner better than before and may neglect his/her wishes and needs. Different people stay in relationships for different reasons. Make sure you maintain an effective communication with your partner to understand fully his/her intentions or thoughts.

Ditto: How To Get The Most Out Of Your Content Personal Use Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

This is a great way to reuse an article but it will include rewriting parts of the content as well. When writing a press release you do not want your release to be a sales pitch. Instead it needs to provide news.

When writing your press release it is perfectly acceptable to use strong words and always write in the active voice. This brings your press release to life and engages the reader immediately. Keep your press release fairly short and make it concise. The following are some great topic ideas for creating your press release.

Announcing a new feature or product

Hosting or participating in an event

Sharing results from a survey

Announcing any new changes in your business

Guest Post Material

You can use any of your articles and reports and use them for guest post material. When it comes to writing a guest post most blog owners require that you use original content that hasn’t been published anywhere else.

This can be easily done by taking several of your articles and then rewriting them into one new guest post. Just take all the main points from each article and combine them. Include a new image and a link back to your main blog and your guest post is written.

You will have created a new original article without having to do a ton of research. Repeat this process as many times as possible so you can publish lots of guest posts on related websites. This helps your business by giving you additional exposure, back links and traffic back to your own site.

Research & Outline Material

With this method you are simply going to take the basic article or report and expand on it. This method is perfect for using with PLR content to expand it and make it unique to your own site.

PLR content is great for using as an outline for a new article, report or to create your own products with. Just use the base material and then perform some additional research to find more content.

For example say your PLR content is about dieting. Look for health related news and sites to see what new developments or trends are happening. Then include these in your report or product.

This allows you to take your dieting material and turn it into a highly relevant product. Think about when Acai Berries were popular or right now with the Juicing niche. By doing this you are also finding a target market at the same time. Your product will be targeted to those people looking to buy the latest diet trend. This in turn will help you get more sales once your product is released.

Mind Maps

People love visual aids and depending upon your niche and the content you can easily create a Mind map with your content. There are several Mindmaps software available, just do an internet search and download a program. Some of these will be paid software but you can still download free ones as well.

Social Media Content

We wanted to expand on using your content for social media. Today social media is becoming a huge factor for anyone who wants to have an online presence. The downside to using social media is that you need to add content regularly. Once you stop posting people will forget who you are.

You can reuse any of your articles or blog posts and turn them into social media content. Simply take a paragraph or two from each blog post and post it to your social sites. Make sure you add images as this will encourage people to share your content.

With Facebook marketing you can schedule content on your Fan Pages in advance. Try to add a heading that is a little controversial as this will help attract attention to your posts. You can also use a program such as Paint dot net and add a few words with the text feature.

For Twitter reuse your content by condensing sentences so that they ask questions or make comments. Short and sweet will work effectively here and you can schedule Tweets with programs such as Buffer and Hootsuite.

Don't forget to add images and graphics to your content and then post your images to Pinterest.

Using Your Content in Forums

Another way to reuse your content is by using the content to answer questions in forums and to answer questions left on your blog or on your social pages. If you are answering questions on sites such as Yahoo Answers then you can leave longer replies. Quora is a great question and answer site that you can use to build up your branding and showcase your expertise.

On other sites just leave a short paragraph and then suggest to the reader to read the rest of your article on your website.

When joining any type of forum always read the guidelines and abide by them. Showing your credibility on a forum can provide you with tons of exposure, but this method does take time to build upon. You definitely don’t want to rush in and start dropping links and sales pitches all over the place.

Instead you want to join in various discussions and help people by answering questions and offering advice. In time you will become known as an expert in your niche. Use your article content to draft informative replies to questions. You may even be able to offer one of your free reports to members.

Quick Rewriting Tips

While we have mainly discussed reusing your content in this report we also wanted to give you a few rewriting tips. Again these tips apply to any type of content but are particularly useful when it comes to customizing PLR content.

When changing content one of the easiest ways to make your content different is by changing up some of the words. This is easy to do in Word or Open Office. Just highlight the word you would like to change and then right click your mouse. Choose Synonyms and a new list will appear. Make your selection and your choice is automatically placed into the content. Use the Thesaurus to find additional word replacements for your content.

Adding your personality to any piece of content will immediately render it as ‘your content’.

While you do not need to rewrite the entire article or report you should add a couple of additional paragraphs.

Weekly Writing Tips Personal Use Ebook

41. Make Use of Brain Storming Sessions

Before sitting down to write you may prefer to make use of a brain storming session. This allows you to come up with several ideas and scenarios and then decide which one suits your purpose the best.

Brainstorming sessions can be done alone or in a group session. While you can make notes some writers prefer to have more of a brain storming chat session. By vocalizing their ideas they can often come up with additional topics from suggestions of the other participants.

You can enjoy a brain storming session online by making use of Google+ Hangouts or by connecting with people on Skype.

Don’t forget that your brainstorming session doesn’t have to be a vocal one. You can simply section off a particular time period and use pen and paper, a spreadsheet or a mind mapping tool and brainstorm that way.

42. Have Someone Else Proof Read Your Content

If you have poured your heart and soul into your writing it can be extremely difficult to be objective when editing your work. Another disadvantage is that you know all of the content along with the sequence of events. Being aware of all of this information can make you skip over certain sections and miss errors.

For this reason it is often quite helpful to have someone else look over your work for you. They will be looking at the content with a fresh set of eyes. They will have the ability to pick out any grammar and punctuation mistakes. As well they can point out if a sequence of events does not make sense or there is a gap in something.

While it can be frustrating and un-nerving to let another person read your work, it is often the best way to go. Choose someone whose opinions you value and trust and allow them to look over your manuscript for you. They may even come up with helpful tips which can actually improve your book or content.

43. Start Your Articles with a Question

Website visitors are often looking for an answer to a specific question or a solution to a problem. So it can be helpful to them if your article starts off with a question. If they are looking for information on this particular topic they will be more likely to read your article to find the answer.

Plus writing content that has more of a question and answer format makes your content stand out from other websites. Also by starting with a question you can easily answer the question with your own thoughts and opinions. Everyone is allowed to offer their own opinions so why not you as the writer of the article?

In addition articles and posts which begin with a question often receive more comments on them. This is a great way to discover what topics are popular and which ones are attracting the attention of your readers. Of course you just want to keep writing more of them.

44. Try Writing in the Second Person

The majority of writers like to write from their own perspective and use the first person when writing. While there is nothing wrong with this, the reader may feel as though they are just reading an account or report from you.

You want to draw in the reader through your writing. One effective way to do this is by making use of the second person using words like ‘you’. The use of this word immediately draws the reader’s attention and they start to feel as though you are writing them a personal letter.

If you have ever read a second person article you will agree that you finding yourself nodding in agreement. Or you start to feel the emotions which are being described on the page. This is the connection that you want to build with your reader. It is very powerful and will have them coming back for more!

45. Read Your Work Out Loud

An easy way to find mistakes with your own writing is by reading it out loud. This can identify things such as sentences which run on too long. Or will help you find sentences or paragraphs that are not clear or have not been placed in the right sequence.

When reading out loud each time you stop to take a breath there should be some form of punctuation. This could be a comma, a question mark or a period or full stop. If you can’t speak a certain sentence in one breath then add commas so that you can.

Reading out loud certainly helps you pick up on things in your writing, if the words don’t sound good when spoken then simply rewrite them until they do.

46. Know Your Audience

This writing tip is especially important when it comes to writing copy for your sales pages. If you know who your audience is you can then target them with your writing. This includes writing copy that will provoke feelings and emotions in them. As well as writing for a specific gender, age group and possibly for a targeted audience in a specific geographical location.

To learn who your audience is you will want to make time to do your research. This way you will know what their likes and dislikes are, what their educational level is and what type of income range they fall into. As well as helping you create good copy this information will help you price your content so that it is affordable to your audience.

47. Keep Your Readers Engaged and Entertained

The one thing you want to keep in mind is that when people are reading content online they want to find their information quickly. For this reason your content needs to deliver on its promise immediately. Plus it must keep the reader engaged so that they read your entire article, post or book.

When your readers are entertained they will come back for more. Repeat visitors are important for your business as the more often they return the more likely they are to make a purchase from you.

Your main goal should be to develop a loyal following of readers. This can be achieved by continually adding new content to your site. You don’t necessarily have to always come up with fresh ideas. In fact there is nothing wrong with adding a new angle to something old!

Fundamentals Of Successful Sales People Personal Use Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

Appearance is critical for sales people. If you want to look successful then you must dress as if you are. If you are not sure what to wear then check out what the other sales people are wearing. The main point to remember is that you want to dress the part.

If you are selling golf clubs and accessories it may be perfectly acceptable to wear golf attire to work. However if you are selling software to major corporations you would be viewed in a more professional light by wearing a suit.

Many companies adhere to a dress code and you will be given a copy of this when you are hired. Stick to it and dress appropriately, even if others tend to wear more casual clothes than what is called for.

Remember that first impressions count, and your clients and customers will make a mental impression of you before you even get to shake their hand. This includes the way you are dressed and how you carry yourself.

Your body language can convey messages that are not always favorable. If you are nervous or unsure of yourself, your body language sends this message out loud and clear. So as well as dressing for success you must be confident in the way you look and in your abilities.

One of the easiest things for you to do is to smile and make eye contact with your new prospects or clients. This immediately makes you a likeable person and helps to reduce any fears or tension that both parties may have.

Dressing for Success Exercises

For this exercise you want to go through your wardrobe and select a suitable outfit that you can wear when meeting clients. Look for ways you can accessorize your outfit so that it looks different. Can you add a scarf to it or maybe a jacket over the top?

When you have this completed, write out a description of your outfit below.
Your Body Language

Your body language is important, use the following tips to ensure that you present the best image possible at all times.

Your goal when meeting a client or delivering a speech is to get your audience to like you. Making eye contact with your audience helps them to pay more attention to you.

When standing keep your back straight and concentrate on opening up your chest and arm area. This helps to boost your confidence and helps you to relax. You will be able to deliver a more confident sounding speech or presentation.

Use small gestures that are controlled to demonstrate your authority and your knowledge of the subject in question. Do not use any small flimsy gestures that could make you appear weak and vulnerable.

When you want to make a point about something on the presentation screen, get into the habit of pointing at it directly and looking at it. The audience will automatically follow your gestures. It can be helpful to hold something in your hand if you are pointing at slides or places on a map.

During your presentation you want to smile, nod and move your arms in controlled ways. This helps you convince the audience of a point you want to get across.

Keep your breathing under control as well. This will help you stay relaxed and deliver a good presentation. The minute you allow your breathing to increase you will end up rushing through your presentation. This is not a good impression to make as your audience may think that you aren't interested in the topic or that you are really nervous.

Body Language Exercises

Make a point of doing the following exercises until you feel confident.

1. Practice your speech or presentation by making a recording of yourself. You can use Google + Hangouts to do this or simply record yourself talking via your webcam.

2. Practice speaking in front of a full length mirror. Make a note of your movements and your stance. You want to stand with your feet slightly apart so that you chest is pushed out.

3. Keep arm and hand movements to a minimum. If you tend to wave your arms then try using a remote or something like a stick or ruler to point to things in your presentation.

4. Get dressed in your business outfit and make sure that you look neat. Do not wear any jewellery that is distracting, while you want people to pay attention you want them to listen to what you have to say.

5. Practice deep breathing exercises on a regular basis. They will help you stay relaxed and confident during your presentation.

Your Sales Presentation

Your first step before delivering your sales presentation is to be prepared. This is very true for new sales people, but even experienced people need to make sure that they are well versed on any new product, services or software the company is now offering.

The worst thing you can do is to try and sell a product that you don't well enough. It is important to take the time to research all the ins and outs of the product or service. Find out how it is delivered, installed and used as necessary. Make an effort to actually use it yourself. This way you will know what problems or issues your customers may encounter. Plus you will know how to deal with them. Being able to solve your customer's problems, if any, after the sale will make you extremely invaluable to them.

The same applies to your company. If you have just been hired then research the company. See if they have received any awards or achieved any major milestones. The more knowledge you have about the company and the products you are selling, the more success you will have.

Delivering Your Presentation

When it comes to delivering your sales presentation there are a few key elements that you want to keep in mind. First you do not want to appear nervous or anxious and secondly, keep your presentation short.

One of the most common fears for people is the fear of public speaking. This can be talking in front of a large crowd or having to deliver a presentation to a few clients or prospects. This can be an intimidating process, but if you want to be a successful sales person, it is one that you will need to overcome.

Going Mobile Made Easy 2014 Personal Use Ebook

Chapter VII: Make a killing by selling Mobile Websites

If you've made it to this section of the training guide, you have acquired and honed some great skills. You have successfully created, uploaded, and activated your own mobile website. And it is possible that as you did so, you began thinking, “This is easy! I bet I could do this for others and make some money!"

You’re absolutely right. There are businesses out there whose owners are either hesitant to dive into this new technology, or perhaps they just don’t have the time to create their own sites.

Now that you know how to create a responsive site, create a mobile website, and adapt existing websites, you have a skill that can be marketed. The big questions now are how? And where?

Here are some great tips for making your mobile website building skill into a profitable business:

Go local

Look at the local businesses in your area. Many of these businesses may have desktop websites, but how many of them have mobile sites? Does the local florist or boutique dress shop need a mobile site? Use the connections you have in your community to offer your services.

Most small local business owners especially do not have the time to build a site themselves or the profit margin to hire a large web development firm. YOU are the perfect fit for them. And it goes along with one of the essential Sales 101 principles: "Make a sale, you'll make a living. Build a relationship and you can make a fortune"

Go surfing

From Groupon to UrbanSpoon to Expedia, websites that list businesses are a great place to find potential customers. On UrbanSpoon, for example, you might see a restaurant that has a great desktop site, but it hasn’t been optimized for mobile yet.

Contacting the owner, telling him his site looks great, and then telling him you can help him make it look great on an iPhone too could mean a new client (and maybe a free lunch as a thank you. The lovely bed and breakfast listed on Expedia might need a mobile website as well. The wider you cast your net, the more business you may “catch.”

Go personal

Just like the Sales 101 principle states above, relationships can drive long term business. When your initial contact results in a meeting or appointment, remember to make your pitch personal. While it may be tempting to create expensive visuals, videos, and storyboards, consider how your potential client’s customers will use the site you are going to build.

They’ll be taking the Droid out of their pocket and opening the site. A meeting can be a simple and personal as sitting down with the owner of the bed and breakfast and showing them what a difference a mobile web site can make. Use the stats given in earlier chapters of this guide to open their eyes to the possibilities of mobile marketing.

Go social

Let your friends on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Pinterest know you're available and ready to create a great mobile site for their businesses. “Like" businesses, ask them to like you in return, and ask them if they need help building a mobile site. Once you have your mobile site ready to show off, share it, and let them know you did it yourself!

Go everywhere

One of the best stories this writer has read about a successful mobile website sale can be found on a forum.

A poster there closed a mobile website sale with his family doctor by bringing up mobile marketing during a check-up! So be prepared; you never know when an opportunity will arise.

The woman next to you at the beauty salon may be musing about how to bring in more catering business. Or the hairstylist may be wishing for more clients.

The guy who changes your oil may wonder how he can do a better job of giving his customers information. All of these individuals can benefit from the skills you have learned by using this guide.

Great but... how much do I charge?

If you are considering selling mobile websites, the big question eventually becomes how much do I charge?

The Plr Handbook PLR Ebook

Tip #10: Create a Membership Site

Another great way to make money from PLR content is to become a direct reseller. In general, you can do this by doing one-off sales of PLR content through sales letters and on forums; or you can create a membership site. In this section, I will discuss the membership site approach in three steps.

Step #1: Create Your Site

Since we’ve already discussed it, I won’t go into detail about getting hosting and registering a domain name; however, there’s two very important parts about creating a membership site that you might not have experience with: 1) creating a high-quality sales page; and 2) managing your members.

The first one—creating a high-quality sales page—is something that I recommend that you hire a freelancer to do. Unless you have persuasive writing experience; and are intimately familiar with sales language, there’s a good chance that you’ll end up with a very bad salesletter that does not convert.

With that said, it is important to specifically look for a freelancer who has created sales letters previously and has them on display in his or her portfolio. This will allow you to independently verify that the freelancer is capable of writing a persuasive salesletter. Additionally, it will be useful if you can find feedback from salesletter projects that he or she has completed.

Another important part of getting the job done correctly is to clearly describe to the freelancer what should be included in the salesletter. For instance, if your membership site will have six important features, it is really important that the freelancer knows what these are, so that she can refer to them in the salescopy. Additionally, if you have already created the membership site, you should give the freelancer access, so she can do a better job of describing its features in the salescopy.

The other tricky part about a membership site—actually managing it—may prove to be considerably trickier than getting a good salesletter. With a membership site, you will have to continuously manage sign-ups, cancellations, product downloads, product uploads, and membership area content and forums (if you offer this feature).

This can prove to be a lot of work if you don’t do it correctly. For this reason, I suggest that you purchase membership site software, such as amember.com, which will allow you to centrally manage memberships, payments, uploads, etc. all from one convenient control panel.

Step #2: Add Content

Once you’ve completed the general theme for your site, your next task will be to assemble an impressive amount of content. You can do this by buying from every firesale that offers resell rights and master resell rights. You can also do this by signing up for a number of membership sites that offer resell and master resell rights.

As a procedural matter, it is a good idea to separate the PLR content you offer across two dimensions: 1) the rights permitted by the license; and 2) the topic of the content. This will make it easy for site visitors to find the content that they need and that they can legally use for their purposes.

Step #3: Promote the Site

Once you have a good salesletter and a strong membership area, your next step should be to promote the site. Good places to do this include Internet marketing forums and web design forums. Additionally, you will want to do this through other methods, such as by using PPC advertising services, such as Google Adwords; and by submitting articles to directories that reference your membership site in the resource box.

Tip #11: Give Away PLR Audio Content

Not surprisingly, PLR audio content is relatively rare. The reason for this is that it is generally more expensive to produce than articles, reports, or ebooks; and it is also expensive to “re-brand” it, so that truly appears to be your own.

Nevertheless, if you are able to get access to PLR audio content, it will make a great addition to your PLR membership site or to a niche authority site (if you created one following the instructions I provided). The reason for this is that audio content has higher perceived value than written content; and, thus, both membership site subscribers and authority site visitors will value it relatively higher.

Tip #12: Give Away PLR Video Content

Like audio content, video content has very high perceived value. For this reason, giving video content to membership site subscribers; and providing streaming video content for authority site visitors is an excellent way to gain additional customers and secure existing ones.

Tip #13: Offer to Create Niche Sites for Membership Site Subscribers

While many sites offer massive amounts of PLR content, few of them are willing to assemble that content into a workable, professional-looking niche site for subscribers. If you want to give yourself a large advantage over your competitors, you should consider doing it.

For starters, you should begin by working through your membership site subscribers (if you created one as described). Make an offer to provide members with a complete site for a given fee. This complete site might include re-written niche articles; a clean, professional-looking template; unique graphics that are not used elsewhere; and some minor SEO work.

Of course, before you offer this package to your subscribers, you will want to begin by getting quotes from freelance providers. Find out exactly how much it will cost you to get all of this work done, so you can determine how much you will need to charge your subscribers in order to make a profit, as well as how quickly you will be able to deliver the sites.

Tip #14: Create Niche Minisites

Another way in which you can use PLR content is to create a number of niche minisites. This is a good strategy with PLR content because most packages you purchase will offer articles on a variety of different topics, rather than just one.

Rather than just pulling the content that you need from the PLR packs, you can create many small sites that use all of the content. In contrast to the authority site, where you will want to invest a significant amount of time and resources on each site, you should invest a minimal amount of effort and money into each minisite.

Chapter 6: Content Marketing and Social Media

Social media and content marketing can work really well together, especially for small business owners and entrepreneurs with limited resources. Once you’ve created a piece of content that you’d like to use for marketing and set up a functioning email list, you can use social media to look for leads.

There are four social networking websites that all business owners should be aware of. While you shouldn’t try to maintain a profile on all of them, you need to know they exist. Here is a short description of each of those websites as a refresher.

Facebook

This is currently the largest social networking website in the world. It has been said to have over a billion users. In fact, some people would say that the number of Facebook users makes it the size of a country. The billion users are on the website for a variety of reasons but they’re largely social. People use Facebook as a tool for keeping in touch with friends, family, classmates, business associates and anyone else they want to connect with.

Because there are so many people using Facebook, it’s very valuable for businesses. There are about 15 million businesses using Facebook as a marketing and community building tool. One of the reasons that number is so high is because it’s free to have a Facebook account whether you’re a business or an individual. Another reason that number is so high is because being on Facebook gives you direct access to a lot of people in one central place.

Not only does Facebook have a free option for reaching your audience, it also has a paid service called Facebook Ads. This allows you to run ads on Facebook targeting a very specific demographic. You can also do it while working with any sized budget. You choose the keywords, audience and region you want to target and set the budget then run your campaign.

You pay a set amount for each person that clicks on your ad. Once your budget runs out, your ad stops running. Then you can go in and review the statistics and see how effective your ad was at getting leads.

With these two different ways to engage and interact with the Facebook community, it makes sense that about 15 million businesses would have a presence on the website.

Twitter

This is one of the largest social networking websites with a focus on micro blogging. Twitter users communicate through short 140 character posts. There are about half a million users on Twitter and over four million businesses on it. It’s free for a business to create a profile and start using Twitter. Many businesses use Twitter to communicate with their audience. Some of them use it to feature giveaways and share special offers while others use it as a customer service tool.

Twitter provides a lot of value to businesses because it makes it possible for them to have conversations with their audience. It also makes it possible for them to tune in to the conversations being had and gain some insight into what people really want. Some brands have found very creative ways to leverage their Twitter community and experience a lot of benefit from it.

In addition to the free profile that every business can create, Twitter has a new advertising feature. You can either promote your specific Twitter account or promote specific tweets. It works two different ways.

Promoted Account

If you want to get more Twitter followers overall, you would create a campaign to promote your account. You choose your budget and are charged only when someone follows you. Once your budget is exhausted, your campaign will stop running.

Promoted Tweets

If you want to highlight a specific tweet, you would create a campaign to promote that tweet. You choose your budget and are charged when someone interacts with your tweet in some way. This means that any time someone retweets, favorites or replies to your tweet you

will be charged. Once your budget is exhausted, your tweet will stop being promoted.

Twitter is a very active community and the new advertising option makes it very valuable for businesses to reach a large audience at once. It’s even more valuable because you don’t pay until your tweet garners some kind of interaction or response.

Linkedln

With over 250 million users, Linkedln is a social media community with a strong business to business audience. It’s largely used by companies as a recruiting tool and by people seeking job opportunities. The format of the profile is like an interactive resume and the groups are all centered on a type of professional development. People can only request connections from others that they have some kind of relationship with or have been referred to by someone else.

Linkedln is the top business focused social media network. It’s free for businesses to create a page as long as there is a personal profile created by the person setting it up. There are different safeguards in place to ensure that Linkedln remains a valuable network for the business community. Linkedln has a focus on networking which is why users can’t randomly send requests to anyone. It also has different communities set up for individuals with similar professional interests can come together.

Those safeguards have worked pretty well so far which is why there are about three million businesses using the network. You can rest assured that the people following your business are doing it because they’re interested in your company specifically.

As a business user, you can share information about your company, including the website. You can also share company updates. In fact, the best way to make your Linkedln page valuable is to actively share updates and information on a regular basis.

As with the other social networking websites, Linkedln has a feature that allows you to purchase sponsored updates. You choose your target audience and how you’d like to pay and set your bid. Your post will be visible to that audience until your budget is exhausted then your update will stop being featured. The same goes for any ads you’d like to run.

85) Rekindle Former Customers - In addition to customers that procrastinate, there will always be customers, for one reason or another, that no longer purchase from a business. Perhaps they’ve moved out of the area. They may no longer have a need for your product/service (i.e. baby clothes...the baby eventually grows up). They may have passed away. There are lots of reasons why. And then there are those customers who are dissatisfied.

You want to target most of them. For those that are dissatisfied, you want to offer them an opportunity to make things right, to give them a special deal if they agree to give you another try.

For the others, they are most likely satisfied former customers. For whatever reason, though, they are no longer part of the target market. The best way to capitalize on that situation is to get them to refer business to you. If they are satisfied, they may respond favorably to a gift certificate that they can pass onto a friend or relative who IS still part of the target market.

Either way, it’s “found” business, and you stand to profit from it.

Let’s say you want to target chiropractors. You can locate a bunch of authors who are reputable and recognized by chiropractors, contact them, and tell them what you’re doing. Ask to buy a bunch of copies of their book at a discount if they would be willing to send a letter to these chiropractors along with their book (at your expense). The letter would say something like, “Hi, this is John Smith here. You probably know me through my book, ‘17 Ways to Grow Your Chiropractor Business Today.’ It’s been reviewed in Health Economics, and I’m sending you a copy of my book with my compliments and introducing you to Jane Doe, because she’s got a great way to reactivate your no longer active patients. I’ve asked her to email you in about a week.”

86) JV With an Agent to Bring in “Found” Business - If you want to focus on your core business, like the dentist example I mentioned about (i.e. let’s say that you’re the dentist), and you’re not sure how to go about bringing in this “found” business, there are experienced marketers out there who could handle the nuts and bolts of the campaign. In other words, this would be the reverse of the previous two examples, where you are the professional, and a deal with a marketer would yield you additional business, but without the marketing headaches. At the very least you could pay someone to teach you how its done, or learn by example in observing their methods and asking questions.

87) JV a Consulting Back-End With a Static Product Seller - Let’s say that you are a consultant specializing in doing creative real estate deals. You could find someone who sells a static book or course on the subject, then partner with them to offer your coaching or consulting services on the back-end for those that want to go beyond the book or course. You could offer your own course, seminars, coaching programs, whatever.

88) JV a Static Product With a Consulting Back-End - And the opposite is also true. If you sell a static information product, why not seek out an expert on the subject that you can partner with and endorse for additional training for your customers. Everybody wins!

89) Tie Up the Rights to Real Estate - I don’t mean real estate in the traditional sense. I mean space. Using the chiropractor example, what if you opened a satellite office that’s manned once or twice a week in a health club or health food store? You could put lots of things in those places. Acupuncture, Shiatsu, massage therapy, weight-loss clinics, exercise products, the list goes on.

Instead of an office, you could tie up the rights to a display space or an impulse buy counter near the register. How about a segment of the store, the rear section of a store, or the front corner where merchandise or services can be placed? Banks now put branches in grocery stores. So do flower shops. Sears put Allstate Insurance in their stores and created a billion dollar business. Designer shampoos have space in salons.

If you tie up the space first, then you can go out and find inventory that you will in essence consign to the space. Anywhere there is foot traffic is really fair game. Just be sure to find a product or service that is a match to the foot traffic’s preferences (i.e. the target market).

There are lots of one or two-person companies who manufacture their own jewelry, or candy, or cookies, or toys, or crafts. Maybe a local hotdog joint doesn’t have cookies on their menu. Put them together and take a cut. How about craft supplies and raw materials at a craft show? A service in a hotel that perhaps that hotel doesn’t offer? Maybe free wireless Internet access in exchange for their contact info. The nice thing is you don’t have to put up any inventory.

Vacant lots are great to put in cars for sale. Or organize your own flea market or craft show. A haunted house around Halloween, sponsored by the local costume shop. A golfing goods tent that coincides with the timing of the US Open.

I’ve mentioned some of these ideas already, but this example is about tying up the rights to space. Get the rights first, then looks for ways to fill it.

90) JV With Those Who Already Have Business Relationships - I mentioned at the start of this section that some of the best companies to JV with are those whom you already have a preexisting relationship with. What if you don’t have any?

You can JV with those people who do! Put an ad in your local paper. Go online and network with people who do have these relationships. Then cut them in on the deal and let them introduce you. It’s the difference between a cold intro and a warm or hot one.

91) Start Small - Do you have a big idea for a deal but no relationship with the potential partner company? You can always start out small, with a test to validate your experience and the results before moving onto the big deal you had in mind. By the time your small deal is validated, you know have that relationship to move to the next level.

I know I’ve spent a lot of time discussing changing things about your life that you’ve grown comfortable with. When you decide to actively pursue your dreams you have to do something many of us struggle with. You have to get comfortable being uncomfortable.

What does that mean?

It means that being uncomfortable will become a fact of life as you continue to follow your dreams and push your limits. Once you reach a place where you are comfortable with the changes you’ll be making, you will need to step outside of your comfort zone again.

The thing about pushing your limits and following your dreams is that it is an ongoing process. Human beings are adaptable. When we try something new, it is uncomfortable initially but as time passes it becomes more comfortable. This often happens before we’ve truly reached our goals.

If you want to follow your dreams and actively pursue your calling, you must be prepared to keep expanding your comfort zone.
Personal growth happens outside of your comfort zone.

So in order to continue to pursue your dreams, you must make the decision to be comfortable with discomfort. As soon as you decide that you are ok with discomfort, you will be able to step outside of your comfort zone much easier.

This doesn’t mean you won’t feel discomfort. It just means that you won’t react negatively to it every time. You’ll be prepared for it and better able to handle it.

I can speak from experience. This isn’t an easy thing to do but it’s extremely necessary. Pursuing your calling or life’s purpose is a long term endeavor. The journey to a successful life is a marathon, not a sprint. You need to be in it for the long haul. This means that you should be prepared to set goals, reach those goals and push past your comfort zone lots of times over the course of your life.

The best way to get comfortable being uncomfortable is to do it in stages. While there are some people who can jump into the freezing cold pool and adjust to the temperature in one fell swoop, others prefer to dip their feet in slowly. I’m going to give you the slow approach but if you’re the type to jump right in, I encourage you to do that as well.
