While able to totally and comfortably arrest our chemical addiction, there's no cure. It's permanent. Like alcohol addiction there's simply one rule.

Once we are free, just one, using only once and we have to go back. You see, it isn't a matter of how much self-command we have, but how the brain's priorities teacher teaches, how nerve and remembering cell highways that recorded years of smoking have left each of us wired for backsliding.

So why are a few individuals, social smokers, able to take it or leave it, while the rest of us became hooked? Called "chippers," they plausibly account for less than ten percent of all smokers. Envious? If so and still using don't fret, it's normal. That's what enslaved minds tend to dream about, to wish to become like them, to command what for us is unmanageable.

Being immune to addiction is believed to at least in part be related to genetic science. However with up to 90% of daily users hooked solid, spending 1000000s studying smoking dependency genetics is nearly laughable.

Before feeling too sorry for yourself, think what it's like to be an alcohol-dependent and forced to watch roughly ninety percent of drinkers do something that you yourself can't, to turn and walk away. We only have to watch the ten percent who are chippers.

Then again, we were each once chippers also, at least for our first couple of smokes or oral tobacco uses. There was no impulse, desire, crave, hunger or desiring for those first couple of cigarettes. Smoking stimulated our nervous system without our brain soliciting us to come back and do it once again.

There was no dopamine "aha" relief sensation, as nothing was missing and nothing in need of replenishment. However that was about to change.

Many of us became hooked while youngsters or teens. What none of us knew prior to that first hit of nicotine was how highly addictive smoking it was. Roughly twenty-six percent of us began losing control over continued smoking after just 3 to 4 smokes, rising to 44% after smoking 5 to 9.

What we didn't then know was that inside 10 seconds of that very first puff, that up to fifty percent of our brain's dopamine pathway acetylcholine receptors would get occupied by nicotine, or that before finishing that first butt that nicotine would saturate almost all of them.

How to Deliver the Speech

Get Comfortable with the Crowd and Room

When it is finally time to deliver the speech, you should make sure that you arrive at the venue early—especially if you haven’t been there before. Take some time to scope out the area around you, including where people will sit and where you will be presenting. Take the opportunity to setup your laptop and/or projector if you need to. And try to do all of this stuff well in advance of the time you deliver.

If you don’t do this in advance, and you find yourself confused or in the wrong place as a result, the pressure will build, which is the exact opposite of what you need before a big presentation. Instead, you want to arrive well in advance of the presentation, and you want the ability to check out the venue, get comfortable, and play out the scenario in your mind in a low-pressure situation because you ever have to speak a word to anyone else.

Don't Dwell on Mistakes

One problem that many new speakers make is that they tend to dwell on mistakes. They might stutter or say words in the wrong order because they are nervous. And, instead of simply correcting themselves or moving on, they dwell on the error, apologize for it, and possibly even make fun of themselves using some self-effacing humor.

While this may be okay for 1 or 2 mistakes, it really isn’t necessary and doesn’t add much to the presentation. To see why this is the case, just consider mistakes that you see in everyday conversation or on television. If it is clear from the context what the person meant, you won’t care whether or not the person painstakingly tries to correct what they said the first time. Instead, you would rather they move forward with the story.

The same is true in any public speaking scenario. If what you said was unintelligible because of the mistake, then correct it briefly and without apology. But if what you said was clearly understood by the audience, don’t dwell on it. Instead, keep moving with the speech.

Stay Calm

Before you get up on stage to do your big speech or presentation, people will tell you to stay calm and that you’ll do great. Of course, if you haven’t done a lot of public speaking before, this advice probably seems insane. How could you possibly stay calm, you might wonder. So you ignore this as nicety and then get on stage to deliver your speech. A few minutes in, your heart is racing and you’re stuttering.

Now, in all fairness, even with this bit advice to "stay calm,” it is hard to know exactly what you should do to make it happen. What I will say, however, is that it is absolutely essential that you do stay calm and that you don’t panic. And here is how I suggest you do it:

i. Be prepared. I cannot stress this enough. If you prepare for your speech and you go through it with your family and friends, there’s really nothing to worry about. You’ll know the content of your speech so well that reciting in front of a group of strangers won’t be a big deal. On the other hand, if this is the first time you’ve ever said it in front of anyone else (or even recited it on your own), you’re more likely to get lost, to freeze, and then become nervous.

ii. Be at peace with pauses. If you’re sitting in the audience, it really isn’t a

huge deal to you if the speaker pauses for 3-5 seconds to find her place on some speech notes. If it happens a lot, it might be annoying, but if it happens 2-3 times in the speech, it really isn’t a big deal. In fact, it is less distracting than if the speaker panics and repeatedly apologizes. So, either don’t apologize at all, or, at most, say something like "I’m sorry. Just give me a couple of seconds to find my place.”

iii. Use notes and/or a visual aid. If you’re delivering a eulogy or a wedding

speech, a visual aid may be out of the picture. However, in many other scenarios, it will be a good option. Having a PowerPoint presentation or some other form of visual aid can go a long way in jogging your memory about what you’re supposed to say next.

On the other hand, if you cannot use a visual aid, you should either write your speech out in full or jot down a notes on either a piece of paper or some notecards. If worse comes to worst, and you lose your place, you can scan the speech quickly and figure out where you’re supposed to be. This will be much better than stuttering, blushing, apologizing, and looking confused to the audience.

iv. Visualize everything in your head before you deliver the speech. Studies

have shown that people who prepare for events ahead of time by visualizing the possible outcomes and how they will respond to them often do much better when the event arises. This is definitely true for public speaking. Envision how things might go well and how they might go poorly. Picture yourself responding to each scenario, so that you are prepared for anything.

To summarize—remaining calm is important. And the best way to do that is to be so prepared that the event truly does not seem like a big deal. You’ll know your lines, and if something goes wrong, you’ll know how to cope with that, too. Being prepared is the easiest way to ensure that things go well and you don’t lose your cool.

Deviate from the Notes if Needed, But Not Too Far

Another important thing to keep in mind is that you should deviate from your notes or written speech if you have to. It may seem like a bad idea at first, but if the situation calls for it, skip a slide, change to a new topic, or jump ahead. Flexibility may be difficult to come by if you haven’t spoke in public multiple times, but if you allow for it, it can definitely improve your speech.

Start driving traffic from other places- i.e. YouTube, document sharing sites, press releases, **REAL** blog comments, guest posts, and article syndication. Paid traffic can't hurt either (it doesn't have to be hundreds of clicks per day)

Remember that Google likes popular, high quality websites. If your site is getting visitors from all over the internet, that looks a lot better to Google. And before you start thinking that "Google can't see everything", remember that Google owns YouTube. It sees when people click from YouTube to your site... or, when they don't.

Look at your site's bounce rates. Are they extremely high? If so, add some videos for visitors to watch. Make your articles longer and more engaging. Put tools on there for them to play with.

The key here is to do everything you can to make your visitors stay longer. The longer they're reading your site/watching your videos, the more Google will think "oh, people do like the stuff on this site". Go for high quality content, not just quantity.

If possible, change the anchor text of your incoming backlinks. Since this usually isn't possible, greatly vary the anchor text coming in from here on out. Use similar keywords, but don't keep using your main keyword every single time.

As mentioned earlier, this just looks more natural. If a bunch of bloggers are linking to something on your site, what are the chances that they're all going to use your main keyword as their anchor text? Extremely low, a.k.a. it doesn't look natural, a.k.a. don't do it.

From now on- diversify, diversify, diversify. You want to drive traffic through quality backlinks from multiple sources with varying anchor texts. That's the name of the game with SEO from here on out.

And you know that? This kind of SEO is going to be rock solid for a long, long time. As the internet changes, it will constantly be battling spam. You don't want to be a spammy looking, over-optimized website. Instead you want to look like a solid, helpful site that visitors LOVE, keep coming back to, and sharing with their friends and family.

To keep visitors on your site a lot longer, do plenty of internal linking between pages and posts. Wikipedia does this, and it makes it MUCH easier to find what you're looking for at times.

So for example, let's say that you have an article talking about how to train a German Sheperd how to sit. Well if you also wrote an article explaining how to train your German Sheperd to fetch, you should link to that! The person may be interested in reading that, too.

Hop on the social networking bandwagon. Facebook and Twitter are the big ones, but you can use reddit, Stumbleupon, Digg, Pinterest and more. Since the internet keeps moving towards the social aspect, go with the trend!

What is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder?

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common childhood disorders and can continue through adolescence and adulthood. Symptoms include difficulty staying focused and paying attention, difficulty controlling behavior, and hyperactivity (over-activity).

ADHD has three subtypes:1

• Predominantly hyperactive-impulsive

– Most symptoms (six or more) are in the hyperactivity-impulsivity categories.

– Fewer than six symptoms of inattention are present, although inattention may still be present to some degree.

• Predominantly inattentive

– The majority of symptoms (six or more) are in the inattention category and fewer than six symptoms of hyperactivity-impulsivity are present, although hyperactivity-impulsivity may still be present to some degree.

– Children with this subtype are less likely to act out or have difficulties getting along with other children. They may sit quietly, but they are not paying attention to what they are doing. Therefore, the child may be overlooked, and parents and teachers may not notice that he or she has ADHD.

• Combined hyperactive-impulsive and inattentive

– Six or more symptoms of inattention and six or more symptoms of hyperactivity-impulsivity are present.

– Most children have the combined type of ADHD.

Treatments can relieve many of the disorder’s symptoms, but there is no cure. With treatment, most people with ADHD can be successful in school and lead productive lives. Researchers are developing more effective treatments and interventions, and using new tools such as brain imaging, to better understand ADHD and to find more effective ways to treat and prevent it.

2 • National Institute of Mental Health

What are the symptoms of ADHD in children?

Inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity are the key behaviors of ADHD. It is normal for all children to be inattentive, hyperactive, or impulsive sometimes, but for children with ADHD, these behaviors are more severe and occur more often. To be diagnosed with the disorder, a child must have symptoms for 6 or more months and to a degree that is greater than other children of the same age.

Children who have symptoms of inattention may:

• Be easily distracted, miss details, forget things, and frequently switch from one activity to another
• Have difficulty focusing on one thing
• Become bored with a task after only a few minutes, unless they are doing something enjoyable
• Have difficulty focusing attention on organizing and completing a task or learning something new

• Have trouble completing or turning in homework assignments, often losing things (e.g., pencils, toys, assignments) needed to complete tasks or activities
• Not seem to listen when spoken to
• Daydream, become easily confused, and move slowly
• Have difficulty processing information as quickly and accurately as others
• Struggle to follow instructions.

Children who have symptoms of hyperactivity may:

• Fidget and squirm in their seats
• Talk nonstop
• Dash around, touching or playing with anything and everything in sight
• Have trouble sitting still during dinner, school, and story time
• Be constantly in motion
• Have difficulty doing quiet tasks or activities.

Children who have symptoms of impulsivity may:

• Be very impatient
• Blurt out inappropriate comments, show their emotions without restraint, and act without regard for consequences
• Have difficulty waiting for things they want or waiting their turns in games
• Often interrupt conversations or others’ activities.

ADHD Can Be Mistaken for Other Problems

Parents and teachers can miss the fact that children with symptoms of inattention have the disorder because they are often quiet and less likely to act out. They may sit quietly, seeming to work, but they are often not paying attention to what they are doing. They may get along well with other children, compared with those with the other subtypes, who tend to have social problems.

But children with the inattentive kind of ADHD are not the only ones whose disorders can be missed. For example, adults may think that children with the hyperactive and impulsive subtypes just have emotional or disciplinary problems.

5 Deadly Mistakes To Avoid On Your First Date Give Away Rights Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

Keep Your Eye on the Ball

When you're out on that first date, and even on any future dates with her, keep your eye on the ball. Hint: She is the ball.

That means, do not get distracted by the other "women" around you. Do not give other women too much attention, do not stare at them, and, do not flirt with them.

Especially, do not flirt with the waitress/server or help, wherever you are... even if they try to flirt with you. Be polite but non-flirty.

This does not mean that you should keep your eyes glued to your date at all times. That would be creepy.

However, make her your main focus for the evening...from the moment you meet her (or pick her up) for the date, till the moment you part ways at the end of the date.

You can look at other people around you, including other women. You can be friendly with them. You can even talk to them a little, depending on the situation.

But, don't show any romantic or sexual interest towards them, of any kind.

If you do, your date could very easily be insulted, made to feel unimportant, or worse... she may think you're just another guy, with no real standards, who will jump at any female that's breathing.

Even if your date was going to consider you as a casual thing or a "friends with benefits" potential, she could still change her mind if she sees you flirting with other women too much instead of giving her the attention.

Don't Say Nothing

One of the biggest complaints women have about going on the first date is that most guys have nothing much to say.

Women claim that men are either too quiet on a date (while the woman is sitting there twiddling her thumbs) or they talk too much without really saying anything worth listening to.

So, have something to say during your date with her... which shouldn't have anything to do with sports (unless she's into it,) cars, ex-girlfriends/wives and how much you hate them, bragging about yourself, your work or your money, or any other crap that you would talk about with your guy friends.

You should talk about subjects that women are also interested in.

These subjects can include talking about the last trip/vacation you took, something interesting or fun that you did with your family or friends, some interesting new book you've read (or are reading,) and so on.

Heck, you can even talk about movies, TV shows, or music, if you can't think of anything else.

Just be interesting! And, appear to have an interesting life instead of the same ol' humdrum existence that most men live. (This doesn't mean that you should start bragging about what an interesting life you have. Just share some stories and experiences that are "female friendly."

Yes, many women love to talk. But, it doesn't mean that you should dump all the responsibility on her, to keep the conversation going.

It is actually highly advisable that you come up with some interesting things to talk about before you meet her for the date.

Do Unto Others...

Making her the main focus of your evening, and giving her the attention she deserves, is great.

But, all of that stuff will mean nothing if you don't treat others (around you) in a civil and respectful manner.

You could give her all the attention in the world. Heck, you could even treat her like a princess for the evening...

But, none of that would matter or mean much if she witnesses you treating others with arrogance, anger, or with any aura of "jerkiness" about you.

How you treat other people is always a much clearer sign of who you really are.

Moreover, treating her nice and sweet while you're being a jerk to everybody else will also make her wonder about your motives.

She will see your entire "nice and sweet" behavior towards her as a ruse to get what you want out of her, without really having any genuine care or interest in her.

And, that will not end well for you.

So, whatever it is that you do to others around you will be seen by her as who you really are. That means, she will believe that that's how you are going to treat her - after you have got what you wanted from her.

That means, if you want her to see you as a cool dude that she'd want to hang out with more, you've gotta be cool with everyone around you...not just with her.

The above five mistakes to avoid may or may not seem like a big deal to you.

But, if you'd like to greatly improve your chances of going out with her again, you may want to start paying attention to what's shared above.

There are a handful of other deadly mistakes most men tend to make on first dates, and maybe we'll talk about that in a future report...

Whether you are going to sell your interview or you want to give it away to build your list you are going to need to drive some traffic to your offer. Here are some of my favourite ways of doing it;

Solo ads and Adswaps

An adswap is where two people who have a mailing list join forces and do a reciprocal mailing. A solo ad is where you pay someone with a mailing list to mail your offer to their list. Either way, both are excellent traffic generation methods and can drive a surge of traffic to your offer.

Blog commenting

Blog commenting seems to be a very underrated technique and yet it can be a very effective way of generating traffic. Simply join in the conversation on other blogs in your niche and include your website link when you post your comment. The best comments add something to the original blog post and demonstrate to other people that you are knowledgeable about the subject. In short you want to make people interested in you so that they will check you out.

Viral marketing

The beauty of viral marketing is that you can ‘set it and leave it.’ A viral eBook I created years ago is still generating me traffic to this very day. All you need to do is create an interesting product (whether that is an eBook, short report, video etc) and include a little advertising and links to your websites within it. It helps if it is something unique or quirky, but the main thing is that it provides value in some way. Once you have your product created your job is to initially distribute it and then encourage other people to do the same (just include a message within the product letting people know that they are free to pass it on to other people as they wish.)

Turbo Metabolism Mrr Ebook

There is a dizzying array of things that you can eat these days. Truly, a trip to the grocery store can be an adventure. Everywhere you turn, there’s yet another food promising you healthy this or weight loss that.

Added to this confusion is that there are some foods that are beneficial for metabolic boosting, and some that aren’t; and the differences aren’t always well-known. Fortunately, we’re going to tackle this problem right now and describe the three basic food groups/types that are indeed good for a speedy metabolism.

In terms of protein, studies have shown that having enough protein in your system can actually increase the speed of your metabolism. This is because protein is difficult to break down. Or rather, it requires more energy to break down. It’s like feeding the body a knot; it needs a bit of time to unravel it.

And, as you know, when your body spends time on something, it spends energy (calories). And so the more time it can spend breaking down protein, the more calories that it uses.

Different people will require different amounts of protein on a daily basis. Those who exercise and build muscle will typically need more than the average amount, too.

The USFDA Food Guide suggests around 50 grams of protein a day for a reasonably Keep in mind (not that you don’t already have enough to remember, but…) that there are different sources of protein: some lean, and some high in fat. Fast food burgers may deliver up to 20 grams of protein (sometimes more), but they also deliver a great deal of fat; which makes them almost nutritionally worthless.

It would be unrealistic to think you could successfully lose weight and enjoy what you’re eating with a mere handful of foods, no matter how delicious, nutritious and satisfying they may be. So we’re going to add an extra roster of fat-fighting foods you can eat along with the great foods mentioned in the last section.

They’ll lend different tastes and textures to every meal and provide a wide range of vitamins, minerals, proteins and other vital nutrients. Naturally, each one is high in fiber, low in fat and safe when it comes to sodium content, too.

Many have crunchiness and flavor we’ve come to desire in snack and nibbling foods. If you’re like most of us, you may have a real junk food snacking habit – a habit you’re going to have to change in order to slim down. Many of the foods in this section may be worthy substitutes.

Barley

This filling grain stacks up favorably to rice and potatoes. It has 170 calories per cooked cup, respectable levels of protein and fiber and relatively low fat. Roman gladiators ate this grain regularly for strength and actually complained when they had to eat meat.

Affiliate Marketing Profits Unleashed Mrr Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

Ok, so it’s pretty obvious that we want to maximise the amount of sales we make – and it doesn’t matter how you dress it up, you are always going to be competing against other people for sales.

So – how do you try to get people to buy from you and not your competitor?

Offer bonuses

One of the most popular ways of persuading people to buy from you is offering a unique bonus to go with the product when people buy it through your affiliate link.

It’s easy to see why this can be so effective. If you think about it from your customers perspective, who are you going to buy from if you are given the choice – the person offering a quality bonus product or the man who is offering nothing?

You’re going to go with the person offering the bonus of course because you’re getting more for your money.

Now there are a couple of important points here. First of all your bonus must be highly related to the main product. You’ve got to appeal to the same people as those who are drawn to the main product in the first place.

The other point of course is that your bonus must be valuable and of high quality. The higher the perceived value of the bonus, the more attractive your offer will be.

That’s pretty obvious of course but you’d be surprised at how many people cobble together a couple of crappy ebooks and promote it as a ‘top quality bonus.’

So what can you offer as a bonus?

Well it could be one of many things and it’s going to vary a lot depending on the product it’s being partnered with. If you’re promoting an information product, a good bonus might be an interview with the product creator or a short report or series of videos that go into greater depth about something covered in the main product.

Another good idea for a bonus might be personal coaching or group coaching.

Your bonus can of course be something you have created yourself or a product that you have the rights to give away.

If you’re creating a unique bonus (and these tend to be the most effective) then you need to carefully weigh up how much time and cost it is going to take to make the bonus v. the potential increase in sales when compared with not offering a bonus.
