Joint Venture Secrets Resale Rights Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

And on that note I reckon it's time for that story I promised a little earlier on, about a guy that approached me some time ago with a joint venture offer. It was possibly the worst attempt I'd ever seen, but I'd like to give you a little idea of what you're up against. How not to do things, and what you're capable of now you have the information in these reports, compared to this guy. Don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting you've ever done anything like this at all. This is the harshest example that I can remember. Have a little fun, and take everything you've learned in this report and pick this story to pieces. Here's a real life example of a joint venture approach. What can you spot that he's done wrong?

So here’s me, sitting at my computer in the late evening, listening to my relaxing ambient music, while at the same time briefing a freelance programmer on some work I wanted doing to some affiliate software. From nowhere, up pops a message through my instant messenger "Hello". Now, I don't like to give out my IM addresses to just anyone, I generally keep them to the people I know or have had previous joint ventures with.

Anyway the conversation started with me trying to figure out who this was "Sorry do I know you?". "No" came the reply. "Ok, are you one of my customers?". "Yes". Jackpot, so this is a customer of mine that somehow managed to get a hold of my instant messenger handle. Not a problem. I politely requested that if he has a problem to submit a ticket. "Oh no, I'm not here for that, I wanted to ask you to do something for me". Ok now we're getting somewhere. "Right ok, what's that?" I replied. "Well, I'm launching a new website and wondered if you would promote for me".

At this point I thought hey, joint venture offer. Strange approach but I have half an hour before heading out with a few friends. It's a rare ‘not busy’ moment for me now I'm done with the programmer so I'll hear him out. Normally I wouldn't have had the time. I would have apologized and asked him to e-mail me but it was just a lucky break for him.

So he proceeds to send me to this website. It didn't look too bad at first glance, but after reading the sales letter, something jumped out at me. I recognize this. I asked him when he wrote the product, which happened to be a very basic marketing training guide. He told me, in a round about way, that he didn't write it at all. It was a re-sell product from the late nineties, not even a re-brandable one.

Yikes, ok this is where I start to back away. So the best way I know how I tell him, sorry no can do, and of course, why. The reason, this time around, was because he had a weak product. To be honest, with his indirect hidey type approach, that took fifteen minutes longer to explain than it should have, he was lucky to get this far and even get my attention, or anybody else’s for that matter. However, I'm a patient guy.

Anyway, off I go thinking no more of the encounter. I return home, have some food, grab forty winks and jump online again to meet the programmer who I'd arranged to talk to later that day. By this point it was about three in the morning. On goes the computer, on goes the messenger, and take a guess what pops up. "Hello". Uh oh. "I wonder if you've reconsidered my offer". Well I hadn't to be honest. "No sorry, the product isn't strong enough".

Alright so granted his product wasn't strong enough, and the approach he used wasn't exactly to his advantage, but if those two factors had been all present and correct, would I have said yes? Not likely. Where's the evenness, the give and take of it all? He's given me nothing at all that I would want in return. It was clear he hadn't planned this well. I couldn't resist it. Out came a little friendly advice.

"Look man, I'll be honest. If you want to secure a joint venture like this with someone, you need to offer them something in return. A bit of give and take ya know?". Big mistake. "But I want you to be my marketing manager". The phrase which would eventually become the bane of my existence that week. He proceeded to tell me that he'd give me a dollar per sale on his fifty dollar product, which would go up to four dollars if I sold over a hundred copies.

So not only was his product dodgy and something I wouldn't recommend, and not only would he not even give me it to see (He pointed me to the order link at the bottom of the page when I asked), but he was offering me the worst possible commissions ever. Everything about this deal is totally negative and a huge no. After a week of him messaging me every time I got online telling me "I want you to be my marketing manager" he was blocked, and it's safe to say I'll not be doing business with him anytime in the near future.

Free Reports Exposed PLR Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

Free reports are hot items today among Internet marketers. Most of the very savvy ones have discovered just how valuable a free report can be and how it can serve to help build those all-important opt-in lists. Free reports do help to build opt-in lists, that's true, but they can serve other purposes as well.

A good free report is something that your average, garden-variety Internet surfer actually seeks out all by himself. You never have to beg people into taking free stuff. When a surfer is looking for information on any given topic, the first thing they usually look for are free reports on the subject. People do pay for information but only after they have gotten the free information first and are looking for more specific and detailed information. One thing that you can absolutely count on, though, is that people will download and read free reports if they are interested in the topic of the report. That's a given.

So, the next question is how do you get the most mileage out of a free report? After all, that 'free' report is only free to the people who download it. It sure isn't free for you, the marketer. You have spent time, effort and energy writing it yourself or you have paid a ghostwriter to write it for you so you need to get something back, right? Yes, you do need to get something back and that's what we are going to talk about.

The first, and maybe the most important thing you get, is the name and email address of the person who downloads your free report. That is usually the main object of producing a free report, after all, but you benefits don't have to stop there. There are other ways to profit.

In a free report, you can strategically place advertisements for your affiliate products or even for your own products. Now... the free report cannot be a blatant advertisement... hat is just not acceptable but that doesn't mean that you can't place links to products or services that you will make a profit on, does it?

You do need to use good judgment and possibly some restraint in placing links to products and services that you can profit from. Remember that the people who have downloaded your free report didn't expect nor want to get yet another advertisement. They intended to get information and information should stay the main focus in your free report.

An Interview With Viral List Builder Dan Thompson MRR Ebook

Q8 - What has been your most successful traffic generation strategy?

I think that in the short term the best way to get a big surge of traffic to your sales page is through joint ventures, however I think you need to remember that these are short term solutions for generating traffic.

You will have one or two days when the sales flood in from JV partners but the the traffic dies back down to a trickle again.

I think it's important to have long term traffic generation plans in place, a lot of

people tend to shy away from it but I do love it when my sites generate traffic from the search engines.

If you can get on the first page of Google for a decent keyword then you will be able to see a steady flow of traffic to your site each and every day. My most profitable website isn't related to internet marketing and all of the traffic comes through organic (non PPC) traffic from Google and Yahoo!

People also recommend having your own affiliate program to drive traffic to your sites, this can work but in reality very few, if any of your affiliates will turn out to be "Super affiliates”. The majority will sign up for your program, place a banner on their website and forget about it.

I'm not saying that driving traffic to your sites purely through affiliates isn't possible but it certainly takes a lot of work to attract good affiliates that are going to do more than just place a banner on their website.

Q9 - Do you attend any internet marketing seminars or groups? Have they been a big factor in your success?

I'm going to come clean....I have never been to any seminars or meetings.

I have nothing against seminars or group meetings, but it's just finding the time to attend that is the problem!

Q10 - Tell us why you started your web hosting company D9, and what you did to stand out and prosper in such a competitive market as web hosting?

D9 Hosting is run by me, and my business partner Paula Brett. We were both fed up of bad web hosts, it seemed impossible to find a host that provided reliable servers with good uptime alongside fast, friendly and knowledgeable support staff.

We found that it wasn't only us that had this problem, we both provided website/script install services and the amount of time that web hosts were unable to help customers with basic information and requests was unbelievable, on some occasions you would have to wait 3 - 4 days for a reply, and even then the reply had nothing to do with the original question!

At the start of 2007 I jokingly said to Paula one day "You know what, we should start our own hosting company”. She asked me if I was serious, initially I wasn't but when we put our heads together and thought it through, there was nothing stopping us from doing this, I had the computing background and she is a real "people person” that enjoys helping others so she would be great for the support side of things.

So after a lot of planning we launched D9 Hosting at the end of May 2007. To start with we had no idea what to expect, our main goal was to cover the costs of the server each month. We started off with a reseller account, initially we expected this to last us for at least 8 - 12 months as we only expected a handful of clients each month.

After a couple of months we had customers moving over to us from their old host left right and centre, we very quickly out-grew our reseller account and in September 2007 we upgraded to a brand new dedicated server.

Our main aim is to provide the things that we both felt were missing from the hosts we have been with in the past - good uptime and good, fast support.

So far we have been able to meet both of these goals. Our uptime since we upgraded all of our clients to our new dedicated server has been 100%:

We also aim to answer all support tickets within hours, rather than days! When we do reply we make sure that we explain everything in a way that the customer can understand. I think that a lot of hosts forget that the customers they are speaking too may not be PC experts and the computer jargon replies don't mean a thing to them!

So to answer the original question, we look to provide great uptime with fast and friendly support.

Q11 - How did you go about getting JV partners when you launched your first product?

I was lucky because I had known John Thornhill since I first started marketing and he helped me a lot, not just in promoting the product but he also advised me on how I could make the product better in the long run.

When John promoted the product for me, I also got enquires from people that had seen his email that wished to promote to their list, so it all snowballed from Johns email really.

Q12 - What are your business goals for 2008 and beyond?

My goals for 2008 involve firstly launching the Boomerang List Builder upgrade. I then plan to create and release a new product showing exactly how I make the websites that I mentioned at the end of Question 8.

Finally I plan to work as hard as I possibly can to not only keep my existing projects at their current level, but to take them to the next level.

By the end of 2008 I hope to see a continued growth in D9 Hosting subscribers, an increase of readers of my blog and I hope to work with and meet interesting new people, who knows, I may even take in a seminar or two.

Chapter 7: List building 2.0

List building begins with having an autresponder and a Squeeze Page that includes the opt-in box of your autoresponder. For an autoresponder you have 2 options, either you use your own hosted autoresponder on your own Dedicated Server, or you use an autoresponder service like Aweber.

You can also use membership site scripts like The Giveaway Announcer or the Giveaway Manager 2 to build up your own list. There are more advanced systems with many options to further moneytize your list.

List building 2.0 means you don't send out advertising to your list... you rather concentrate on providing high quality content. If you advertise programs that require a free signup but provide good content for free, then you don't need to promote these programs, you can simply tell your subscribers that you personally use the program and that it has a huge benefit for your business. Tell them to have a look..maybe they like it just like you do.

The point here is that the people on your list want great content and that you need to provide it if you want to make sales. Most free programs that provide good content for free have a paid upgrade where they even provide more content or products. So promoting these programs is not like trying to sell an ebook or a software to your list, all you need to do is send them the free signup link and say hey, check it out... you'll like it... A certain percentage of your signups will upgrade and this way you make money.

List building 2.0 also means that you direct visitors from all kinds of Web 2.0 sites towards your Squeeze Page. Some Web 2.0 sites can even be used to add the autoresponder signup box on your profile. Some of these social sites have different interest groups. In this case you can go and create your own group which is very powerful because you can send them a message or publish news and announcements in the group and try to get them on your personal newsletter.

The Profit Work From Home system can also be used to build your list. You'll see that if you work it, then our system will become your biggest lead source. You can add your free gift that you give out to subscribers who opt-in to your list. All gifts will be shown inside the member area where everybody can signup for your list to get the gift. The Top 10 gifts will also be shown on the outside system where the general traffic can signup for them.

This hasn't been done anywhere like this before, so we can not predict what will happen... but we guess there will be tons of signups that the Top 10 gifts will receive. You can get your gift into the Top 10 simply by adding points to it. More points mean a higher ranking.

Hosting And Domains Resale Rights Ebook

When building your own website there are a few things to consider. If you know nothing about web design, you will need to pay someone to design it exactly the way you want. Make sure you use a reputable source so you are not wasting your money. Be very picky about choosing your domain name.

Make sure it is short, sweet and memorable. One popular site you can visit to check what domains are available is.

This is also a good site to see who owns a particular domain you are interested. If the owner is not using the domain, you can offer to purchase it from them.

Probably one of the most important factors in an internet company is choosing a very good web host.

If your web site goes down, you are completely out of business. When searching for a web host company make sure they have secure server capabilities, fast servers, lots of space, unrestricted CGI access, SSH and FTP access, web-based administration, access to raw server logs, full email services, power and daily server backups, and no minimum contracts.

You may want to test their technical support and see if they offer services, scripts, and software. Inquire about their downtime and how long they have been in business. Make sure you are not being charged for the extra services.

When a customer visits your website, you want them to see professionalism, knowledge and fast connections.

If your visitors notice advertisements from your free or low cost web host server they will perceive your site to be unprofessional and very small time.

Slow connection speeds will definitely lose customers and cost you much money. So, choose your web host server carefully and you will be well on your way to creating a website that will attract all types of visitors.

What You Need To Know About Online Dating MRR Ebook

Once you have started talking over the telephone, then the relationship has already taken wings, then is no reason to postpone a direct meeting. So what are we waiting for? But wait; there is no need to push it. You should not sound over anxious to meet this girl or guy. Let the decision to meet evolve over a number of telephone calls. And there are certain things that you can bear in mind before you really meet.

The Rendezvous

It is not advisable to invite someone home before you have really met the person. You had better choose a public place preferably somewhere where there are plenty of people around, just in case, you know.

That is why most couples prefer to meet in a restaurant over lunch or dinner. There is one thing about having food together. When people sit together and have food together they get to know a lot about each other.

Table manners tell us a lot about a person’s upbringing and background and you can learn a lot about a person by observing him or her eat. The second thing is that warm food has a wonderful effect on the human mind. It releases all those digestive juices and sets the tongue wagging. People loosen up a lot, especially after a glass of wine or two.

The first mistake that most people make is that they go under the wrong impression that a meeting, even the first meeting must end up in bed. No, it does not have to be so.

There is no compulsion on your part or anyone’s part that you have to take the person home with you. Just because you enjoy talking or chatting with a person it does not necessarily mean that you have to sleep with the person. Let that too evolve, so it is best to keep any such situations that might lead to a bed room scene completely at bay.

So how do you do that? The first thing you should do is that you should be clear about the time. Evenings are tricky times to meet. If you have dinner together, then there comes the possibility of dropping the other person home.

The Whole Truth About Backend Sales PLR Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

Alright, now, resources wise we're starting to get somewhere. As you already know you should be gathering people for your mailing list through your site anyway but aside from that, you're starting to see some other types of resources emerge. First up, is your standard customer. The people that have parted with their money for your product. It's these people that you should start treating like royalty, because you've established that they're not freebie seekers, and are actually interested in what you're selling, and hey, if they're interested in this, and it's related to your final products, they're quite likely going to be interested in that too. These will form your long-term customers in the future.

Next up comes the affiliates. The people that come along again and promote your product. Remember we were talking about this earlier? Make sure to give them a 60, 70, 80 or even 90% or higher for commissions, depending how much you want to pocket for yourself. Now there's something here to be promoted by the affiliates, they will come if you advertise your high percentages, and not only this, but they'll be promoting three of your resources at once. Your list, your customers, and your affiliate program, bringing even more meat to the table.

Now this is where it starts to get interesting. You already know now not to start again with affiliates through each product. This is real powerful, but the catch is you have to treat your affiliates like your loyal customers. On looking at your subscriber bases stats, if anyone is performing incredibly well, watch very closely, because this is going to be the first stepping stone to forming even more new joint ventures now you have the power to see the top performers.

So through two products we already have three of the five resources going, and we're looking for a fourth through joint ventures. No profit yet, but can you see how your promotion power just skyrocketed for the future? This is now where you start to take advantage of it, and through the next product, start to make a bit of a profit.

Product three. Your big product. Now comes the money, and the patience will pay off. The large product, product three may have a value of around $150 up to and around $1250. This is where the trust comes in, and the confidence, excitement and other emotions you've stirred from your previous products.

You're creating a high price, high quality product that's surpassed by few. This is the real meat of what you were aiming to sell when you first started out, and now you have the trust of your customers, the promotion power of your top affiliates, and your list to promote to right now, and for future products.
Again, before the cash flows in, you should make sure your other resources are in place. This is key. Your affiliate program allowing higher commissions for select affiliates (more on this later), your customers in a separate list, ready to receive priority and special treatment over other customers (they are paying you after all) and of course, your standard list building tactics. Most importantly, no popups or anything like that here! This really isn't the time to ruin your sales process.

Learn French Phrases PLR Ebook

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

French is a Romance language originating in France but spoken in many other parts of the world: in Europe in Southern Belgium and Western Switzerland; in North America in Quebec, New Brunswick, other parts of Canada, and parts of Louisiana; in the former French colonies in North Africa and West Africa; in Haiti and Martinique in the Caribbean; in French Guiana in South America; in Tahiti and numerous other islands in Oceania. It has long been the language of international diplomacy and communication, and although replaced largely by English since World War II, it remains de rigueur for educated people around the world to have some level of basic French ability.

PRONUNCIATION

Like English and unlike most other Romance languages, it is not phonetic. The same letter used in two different words can make two different sounds, and many letters are not pronounced at all. In general, it's not impossible to sound out words, but suffice it to say that many experienced non-native French speakers -- and some native speakers -- mispronounce words often.

One thing to note is that final consonants of a word are usually dropped: allez (go) is pronounced ahl-AY, not ahl-AYZ; tard (late) is pronounce tar, not tard. Also a final "e" is usually silent. But if the next word begins with a vowel, the consonant may be pronounced; this is called liaison.

Stress is usually on the last syllable of a phrase, but sometimes when a word is emphasized, the stress moves to the middle of the word.

For many French words, it is impossible to write something which, when pronounced as English, sounds like the French word. Use the transliteration as a guide to liaison and the French spelling to pronounce the vowels.

A QUICK NOTE ON VOWELS: Vowels in French can have accent marks; except for "e", this doesn't usually change the sound.

A Quick-Start Guide To Writing Profitable Articles Resale Rights Ebook

Now, let’s take things a step further and talk about how you close an article.

Every article you write should have an author's bio, strategically written to look like a continuation of the article itself.

The whole purpose of writing an article is to have your reader read your bio and decide to click to your website for more information.

Your article may be great and your conclusion strong, but without a powerful resource box that asks for an interaction (read; click), you will fail to get any traffic.

A resource boxes with just a few words like, "Written by John Doe" won't bring you any traffic.

Make your resource box entry stand out.

Many people write a great article, submit it to article directories and wait for the traffic to come.

But sadly, nothing appears, and they think, "article marketing is a load of rubbish!"

These people don't realize that they have probably made one of the most fundamental mistakes that new articles writers make; not using the resource box to its full potential!
