Introduction

Adding Gratitude Into Your Life

Saying thank you is something that is drilled into all of us at a young age. How many times did your mom nag at you to write thank you notes after you opened your birthday presents? Yet, because we do it so often, it sometimes becomes automatic. We rarely think about what being grateful really means. How does gratitude make a difference in your life? Why is it so important?

In this book, we look more closely at the important role gratitude has to play in transforming our lives. It can touch every element of your being, from your social and working life to your mental and physical health. It may seem impossible to think that letting thankfulness into your life can be so revolutionary, but it can make you happier, improve your relationships and even make you more successful.

Are you ready to learn more about the transformative powers of thankfulness? Then read on to find out all you need to know.

Chapter 1: What Does Gratitude Really Mean?

When you think of the word “gratitude” what comes to mind? Do you automatically think of saying thank you when someone holds the door open for you? Or feeling grateful when somebody gives you a birthday gift? While those thinks do come under the gratitude umbrella, this isn’t the kind of gratitude we’re talking about in this book.

Here, we’re talking about the transformative type of thankfulness that can totally change your life and give you a whole new perspective on the world.

Gratitude – Just A Fashionable Word?

Even if you give the idea of gratitude a little more thought than the average person, you may still fail to grasp the importance of being thankful. We hear a lot these days about being grateful so much so, that gratitude is starting to become nothing more than just a buzz word with little or no meaning. If the whole idea of being grateful has lost all relevance to you, it’s time to look again, go back to the drawing board, and redefine the meaning of the word.

Not Just For Holidays And Gifts

If you’re in danger of only linking thankfulness with holidays and gift-giving, it’s time to look again at the entire concept of gratitude.

So, what does it really mean to feel grateful? Living a life filled with gratitude means, essentially, that you’re choosing to spend your time focusing on the things that you appreciate most. That doesn’t mean that you have to block out any difficulties that you encounter or problems that you’re facing. However, it does mean that you can learn how to approach such difficulties from a whole new viewpoint.

Feeling appreciative can soften you and soothe your mind. It helps you to connect with the things and the people around you, both large and small, that all too often we end up taking for granted.

The key to a thankful and transformed life is to look at the little things rather than focusing on the big ones. Often, the challenges we face can feel entirely overwhelming and they become the center of our universe. Yet, that’s where unhappiness lies. Often, the biggest problems are the ones that we can do little about or that take the longest time to put right. Spending all your time focusing on these things can only lead to unhappiness and dissatisfaction.

Instead, implement some gratitude. Overlook those huge issues you’re trying to overcome. Instead, narrow it down to the little blessings that you’ve experienced on a daily basis. Something as simple as a sunny day or receiving a card from a loved one in the mail can make you feel grateful, and when you’re feeling thankful, your whole body responds positively. You feel lighter, warmer and happier.

Expressing that gratitude changes your outlook and makes you feel better, even in the face of challenges. Simply put, gratitude helps us to see that not everything is awful all of the time. Even in times of trouble there are little sparks of light that can make you feel better, even if only for a while.

However, developing gratitude is a skill, and like any skill, it takes practice to get it right. That’s why you’re going to learn how to introduce thankfulness practice into your life so that you can experience the many and varied benefits it brings.

Chapter 2: Gratitude Practice – An Overview

So, now you know roughly what gratitude means, but how does it look when put into practice? In this chapter, we look at how thankfulness can manifest itself in your life.

Why Introduce Gratitude Practice Into Your Life?

Gratitude has strong links to life satisfaction and good mental health. People who are grateful experience more enthusiasm, love and joy. They also have better protection from emotions that have a destructive impact like bitterness, greed and envy.

Not only that, but gratitude can reduce your lifetime risk of developing a substance abuse disorder, anxiety or depression. It can also help those suffering from these issues and many other conditions find healing and closure. Being thankful helps you to understand that there is goodness out there, even if you’re suffering or uncertain.

Gratitude isn’t just an uplifting and warm feeling; it can also benefit your body. People who introduce gratitude practice into their lives cope more effectively with stress, enjoy better physical health and recover more rapidly from illnesses.

Even better, gratitude extends beyond you. When you experience gratitude, it reaches past you into your wider social circle. Gratitude has the power of inspiring others to act more kindly, and it can strengthen your bond with others around you. People who are grateful are more likely to be viewed as trustworthy, optimistic, outgoing and helpful. These are valuable characteristics that draw others to you and help you forge positive and strong relationships.

EMAIL MARKETING WITH AWEBER

INTRODUCTION

There was a time where if someone wanted to do business with you they had to try to get your attention through direct mail, telemar-keting or face-to-face.
The problem? Most of the time these marketing methods were completely unsolicited – they were “push,” as marketers pushed information to consumers. As a result, we often refer to these solicita-tions in a negative way and respond angrily. We use terms like:

'Junk Mail’
‘Harassment’
'Snake Oil’

So how is email marketing different?

The major difference between email marketing and the other marketing methods is that people opt-in – or choose – to receive your marketing message. This is GOLDEN. It’s like an open-door invita-tion to share your information and expertise with your customers. That, my friend, is something you just can't pay for.

Convinced it's time to pay attention to email marketing? Then let’s talk about where to start. In this report you're going to learn everything you need to know about starting your first email list with one of the most popular and best email software programs on the internet: Aweber.

In this report we'll cover:

1. What Is an Email List?
2. How Do You Get Subscribers?
3. Why Build an Email List?
4. Why Use Aweber For Email Marketing?

WHAT IS EMAIL MARKETING?

We've touched a little on the concept of email marketing and how it can be a highly effective way to build your business. Now let’s dig a little deeper into the concept of what email marketing is.

LET'S START with some definitions:

EMAIL LIST: An email list is simply a collection of email addresses. Most marketers will also collect the person's first name with the email address so that the email can be personalized through automation software. ie. Instead of just saying “Hi”, you can say “Hi, Tom!” in the emails. It's also possible to collect information such as location or phone numbers so you can further segment your list and market to them based on certain criteria.

OPT-IN FORM/SQUEEZE Page: An opt-in form or squeeze page is an online form where visitors to your website or blog fill in their contact information to join your email list. With services like Aweber, that information is automatically added to your email list with no action on your part – automation is great!

SUBSCRIBER: Someone who has joined your email list, typically by filling out an opt-in form. They are now part of your “list,” and you can contact them via email with offers, information, updates, and more.

EMAIL SERVICE PROVIDER (ESP): A company that provides the email software you can use to send out emails. In this report we're talking about Aweber, a top-ranked online ESP.

AUTORESPONDER: A list of email messages that goes out in sequence, automatically. For autoresponders, it doesn't matter how many people sign up to your list or when they sign up. They'll get message #1 automatically, then message #2 a set time later, message #3 a set time later again, etc. It's a great way to automate parts of your business.

BROADCAST: A broadcast email goes out at a specific date and time. It's different from an autoresponder as it's a one-time deal. Everyone on your list receives this broadcast message at the same time, regard-less of when they joined your list. These are often used for sales noti-fications, special offers, time-sensitive announcements, and the like.

LIKE ANY SPECIALTY, email marketing has its own vocabulary. Knowing the basic terms will help you understand what people are talking about – including in this report!

Using Blogs To Bridge To Your Website

The Importance Of A Bridge Site

If you are like most Internet entrepreneurs, you start to collect different websites or web presences that are useful for generating traffic back to your site. Some of these places, like Digg, Facebook, or article archives can be a great resource in advertising your sales website on the Internet to specific demographics. However, many third-party sites have specific rules about the types of pages that people can use in their comments, their articles, and/or biographical information.

Ezinearticles, for instance, won't allow you to link back to a sales page, and yet, this is at the heart of Internet marketing. You wouldn't be out there, if you weren't trying to get someone to buy something from you. So, what do you do?

That's where you start to realize that there are ways to get around the rules that others put in place to limit your Internet marketing activities, and bridge sites are an important strategy to exploit. Even when a third-party doesn't ban you for linking to a sales page, there are also other times when it's just jarring to go from a link, say like in Facebook, to a sales page. In some ways, social networkers will judge such a move as “too commercial” and you can lose credibility in your authenticity that way. So, again, you want to implement a bridge site to smooth the way.

Why Blogs Are Ideal Bridge Sites

Web logs, a.k.a. “blogs,” are an excellent way to bridge from a site like a user-interactive social networking site to a commercial sales page. That's because they tend to be a mix of both. You have your daily blogs that you post, that are typically informal, casual in tone, and friendly, and you have links that are put on a blog that are expected to link to more commercial endeavors. The casual style is much in keeping with the style of social networking, and so it is less jarring to people who can be harvested from these sites and do not realize that they have begun to be marketed.

This gives you an edge because there is less buyer's resistance on this format. Also, as long as you own the blog, you can link to anything that you want to link to, so that makes it ideal as a bridge site. And, the major search engines love to crawl blogs frequently because of the way content is updated more regularly, so you get a wider audience.

In addition, you can put links in your blog posts that send people to different sales pages. You can set up a blog anonymously or with a pseudonym, and
thus, no one has to know that the links you promote are from your own website. Once someone visits your blog, they should have an easy to remember URL that is all yours.

Blogs can be addictive because the information should be updated once daily, if not more. As long as the information is informative and entertaining, you can get people to subscribe to your blog. This converts them from an anonymous viewer to someone who is now basically entering your sales funnel. You can then begin to offer them some deals or introduce them to the product lineups on other websites you own, that can convert them from subscriber to customer.

WordPress Is The Gold Standard

So, now you see the value in having a blog as an intermediary from third-party sites with massive traffic streams, to get potential customers into your sales pipeline. But, where do you start? WordPress is the gold standard of easy to implement blogs, and there are even some hosts that will put a site for you, which you end up customizing. However, there is a bit of confusion with WordPress that is important to clarify.

The WordPress.org is a shareware software package that anyone can use for free. Some commercial people took that software and built WordPress.com, the .com extension signifying it is a commercial endeavor. That's a community of bloggers with WordPress blogs with limited features and heavy-handed guidelines.

Some of the guidelines on WordPress.com don't allow you advertise the way you would want to do on a Internet marketing blog. In particular, you can't make any money off Google ads from your blog using WordPress.com. So, you want to make sure that you are using WordPress.org hosted on a site where the rights to add Google ads to the blog is not banned. That way you can make money through advertising too and you get all the features that are important to develop your Internet marketing blog.

Some Plug-Ins You Want To Use

WordPress features can be added through the installation of third-party software called “plug-ins.” There are many different plug-ins that are beneficial to the Internet marketer as there are numerous developers who are interested in pushing this market forward. The following list is far from comprehensive, but it gives you a good idea of some plug-ins you definitely want to get and install:

• Akismet This plug-in is a spam filter and can save you loads of time moderating comments. It follows a database that is regularly updated of known spammers, so you don't have to read every single comment that comes to your blog. It will automatically filter the spam out and put it in a spam folder where you can look at it at your leisure.

• Adsense Deluxe This plug-in lets you even add Adsense code directly into your blog posts, not just the sidebar.

• DoFollow If you have a “do follow” blog you are more likely to attract visitors and blog commentators. That's because no follow blogs do not give credit for a backlink, which is why many people post in the first place.

• Email Users If you are going to use your subscription list as an email contact list for your Internet marketing activities, you will need to add this plug-in. It lets you send email to your registered users.

Building Confidence When Facing Divorce PLR Ebook

Divorce Affects Confidence – Even If You Are the Person Leaving

One of the most difficult parts of moving on after a divorce is to figure out who you are without the other person. This feeling of uncertainty is natural because no matter the length of time of your marriage, a piece of your life and personality was conditioned to be a certain way with that person.

Divorce has its challenges and keeping your confidence intact during this process is certainly one of them. You are learning to be single again, and adapting to life without your partner can shatter your self-esteem. For this and other reasons, even if you are the person initiating a divorce and leaving the other person, your confidence could be affected.

Divorce makes us question and wonder who we are. We have to take a good hard look at our lives and what positions we play in life. This is especially true if you were the type of spouse who deeply rooted your identity in your marriage and took a great deal of pride in it. Some people are dependent on this identity and pride themselves on being a spouse.

It’s perfectly natural to be co-dependent, especially in a marriage. Unfortunately, too much co-dependency could make it harder to let go during a divorce.

Divorce can also shatter confidence because of the manner in which the divorce is being carried out. Depending on the circumstances, it may not be so easy to let go. If the divorce wasn’t a mutual or amicable decision, this could lead to one person holding on more than the other and subsequently feeling low in confidence.

While you will grieve the loss of the future that you once hoped for, stay encouraged that things will eventually get better. It is important to remind yourself that you still have a life and a future outside of divorce. It doesn’t have to become your identity and drain you of your confidence. Be reassured by the fact that fresh hopes and dreams will eventually replace your old ones.

Ways to Keep Your Confidence Intact during Divorce

Caring about yourself, your health, and your mental well-being is a major step towards finding your confidence again. At the end of the day, give yourself some time to focus on you. If you have children, it is especially important for you to have your confidence intact and hold your head high for them.

If you need room or space to breathe, ask family members or relatives to come babysit them or host them a few weekends out of the month as you try to process the changes stemming from divorce.

Throw yourself into a project if you have the capacity for it. Finding other things to focus on is a guaranteed way to put yourself in a better mental space instantly. Whether that is volunteering your time or learning a new trade, one of the best ways to keep your confidence intact is to invest your time not worrying about the divorce.

Understand that you are now free and independent of anything that has happened in your past. Rebuilding confidence after divorce requires you to embrace your new way of life and have the trust in yourself that you will survive the divorce. It will take work to rebuild yourself, but you are worth it and you owe it to yourself.

Reinvent yourself. Now is the chance and opportunity for you to start doing all of the things you may have wish you could have done with your previous partner but never took the chance to do. It’s the perfect space and opportunity to live your life re-imagined. This is a growing experience. Use this time to empower yourself.

All in all, confidence building requires a lot of work, especially during and after a divorce. With the right tools in place and the right support system, you will pull through this with your self-esteem and confidence intact. Don’t think it’s too hard to get through; you can make it if you allow yourself the space to do so.

The Five Stages of Grief

It’s not a secret that divorces can be incredibly painful, not just for the couple splitting up but also for family and friends who are around you. Divorce marks the demise of a marriage and all hopes and dreams that have come into it. Like coping with the death of a close relative or a loved one, it’s basically reconciling the fact that what was once so precious and near to your heart no longer exists.

It is natural to experience bouts of grief as you start to process your divorce and let go of the ideals you held for your marriage. For this reason, it is wise to handle grieving over a divorce in a similar manner to other types of grief. According to expert psychiatrist Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, there are five stages of grief that give us hope that things do in fact get better and back on track over time.

GET MORE GOOGLE TRAFFIC!

INTRODUCTION

Many P.C. users depend on Google internet searching to obtain the information they require. One benefit of utilizing Google for your research is that it can gather relevant data from the Web in double quick time. Also, launching a search on Google is easy. A basic Google search will scour the internet for details that are related to the search term(s) you entered. Google also has many additional prod-ucts and tools available on its website that can assist with the stream-lining of a users' searching.

Numerous industries have invested heavily in, and profited from, Google marketing. Some of these were initially 'bricks and mortar' companies like music, publishing, gambling or automotive, whereas others just sprang up as solely online companies, like digital media and design, internet service hosting and blogging.

In 2008, candidates for the U.S.A. Presidency heavily depended on Google marketing techniques to connect with potential voters. Throughout the primaries of 2007, candidates gained, on average, more than five hundred social network followers every day to assist in spreading their political message. President Barack Obama managed to raise over one million dollars in just one day of his Democratic candidacy campaign - and this was due largely to online donors.

In this ebook, we are going to look at Google in greater detail and outline some traffic generating techniques that have been proven to work. By the time you have finished reading this ebook, you should (hopefully) have a much clearer idea about the overall dynamics and process of web marketing.

We will also aim to show you how what you do with your website and business online can dramatically affect the exposure you will get and, ultimately, the profits you will make.

WHAT IS GOOGLE AND HOW DOES IT SEARCH?

Google is really a multi-national, publicly traded company built round the company's hugely popular internet search engine.

Google's roots return to 1995 when 2 college students, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, met each other at the University of Stanford and collaborated on an investigation project which was to, in the course of time, get to be the Google internet search engine. BackRub, (as it was known then due to its analysis of backlinks), stimulated curiosity about the college research work, but didn't win any bids from the main portal vendors.

Undaunted, the founders gathered up sufficient funding to start and, in September of 1998, began operations from the garage-located office in the Menlo Park area of California. In the same year, PC Magazine put Google in its Top one hundred Internet sites and SE's for 1998.

Google got chosen because of its similarity to the term googol -- a particular number comprising a number 1 followed by one hundred zeroes -- referring to the vast quantity of information on the planet. Google's self-stated mission: "to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful."

In the very first couple of years of trading, Google's internet search engine competition included AltaVista, Excite, Lycos and Yahoo. Within a couple of years, though, Google became so much more popular that its name has turned into a verb for conducting a Web search; individuals are as prone to say they "Googled" some information as they are to say they looked for it.

Whenever you take a seat at your pc and perform a Google search, you're very quickly given a summary of results from all around the web. So how exactly does Google locate webpages that match your search query, and decide the order the search engine results are shown in?

The 3 main aspects to providing search engine results are:

Crawl-ing, Serving and Indexing.

Crawling may be the process through which Googlebot discovers updated and new webpages to be put into its Google index.

Google makes use of a huge group of computers to fetch (or "crawl") vast amounts of pages on line. This program that implements the retrieving is known as Googlebot (also called a bot, spider or robot). Googlebot utilizes algorithmic processes: computer programs decide which websites to crawl and how frequently, and just how many webpages to retrieve from every website.

Google's crawl operation starts with a summary of web site URL's, generated from its previous crawl operations, and supplemented with Site Map data supplied by Web Masters. As Googlebot crawls all these sites, it picks up links on every webpage and adds these to its listing of webpages to crawl. Newly created sites, alterations to current sites, along with dead links are made note of and utilized to update Google's index.

Googlebot assesses every one of the webpages it crawls to be able to compile an enormous index of every word it observes and their position on every page.

Additionally, it processes information contained in main content attributes and tags, for example, A.L.T. attributes and Title Tags.

What is TikTok?

A company in Beijing, China called ByteDance developed the Douyin app in only 200 days. They launched the app for the Chinese market initially and the company launched TikTok (which is the same) for the international market in 2017.

The ByteDance company purchased musical.ly which was a popular app created by a startup in Shanghai, China who also had an office in Santa Monica in the United States. This helped ByteDance to build a larger video community.

TikTok is all about short videos. Users upload videos of around 15 seconds. With the previous app Mucical.ly the users tended to upload videos of themselves lip-synching to popular music videos. The most talented of these people that uploaded videos turned into the biggest influencers of the Musical.ly platform.

It is possible to upload videos of around 60 seconds that share stories but the majority of the videos on TikTok are 15 seconds or less. The target audience for TikTok, and formally Musical.ly, are teenagers and those in their early twenties with an age range of 13 to 24 year olds.

TikTok changed the variety of the videos uploaded on the platform since it has grown so much. Now you will find a lot more than lip-synced videos. In fact there are many other videos to choose from rather than just music.

You can now find comedians doing stand up, lots of prank videos, dancing videos, skateboarding videos, fashion and beauty videos and a lot more. People with all kinds of talents are now uploading videos to TikTok. And now there are people uploading videos showing them using their favorite products.

Not all of the TikTok users create and upload videos of course. This is the same with YouTube and Instagram. A lot of users are just looking for entertaining content to make them happy.

However, your business won’t be the only thing that reaps the benefits. Your profile is guaranteed to take the spotlight; whether you like it or not, you will sit at the forefront of your business.

Most audiences want to identify with ‘who’ sits behind the brand, what type of human they are, what makes them tick, their community, and environmental ethos. Even their delivery when speaking to a group of people matters. Gone are the days where people get to hide behind their business: You are your business.

10 benefits of hosting your virtual summit

Besides building a high-functioning email list, there are further benefits to hosting your virtual summit.

1. Raise your profile and visibility. Set yourself up as someone who people want to hear from, and who get excited when you land in their inbox. Become an expert in your industry, niche, or topic, and the go-to for your followers. Once you gain your audience’s trust, you have one step firmly in the door. Aligning yourself with other known experts in the industry will raise your visibility and endorse your credibility. Build your brand by association!

2. Establish strong relationships with experts and influencers. You will inevitably meet new (and exciting) people while organizing your summit. It is more than likely you’ll genuinely connect with one or more of those people. This will often lead to a long-term relationship where you’ll support and work with each other well into the future. Creating strong, meaningful relationships with your peers is an excellent way of up-skilling.

3. Develop and build your community. A community of loyal lifelong customers that keep coming back for more is a recipe for success. A group of fans that see value in what you do by providing engagement and connection with your business is the ideal scenario. Credibility through reviews and recommendations will bring high conversions and immense value to your business.

4. Free marketing. It won’t only be you promoting the summit. Speakers will be sharing and advertising YOUR event to their followers. Attendees will share among their friends, followers, and community, again, increasing your exposure and broadening your audience.

5. Other opportunities. By expanding your network, doors will open to new forms of publicity. For example, by being interviewed for a podcast, asked to guest write for a blog, or deliver a webinar to someone’s paid audience. Immerse yourself in the wider network you are creating.

6. Freedom. Stream your virtual summit from anywhere in the world. We all know the benefits of online; it doesn’t matter where you are; you can stay connected. Set your schedule, lock in dates that suit you, and invite people from all over the planet! It’s not only convenient for you but everyone participating in the event.

7. There’s no limit to how many people can attend. You can have thousands of people tapping into your summit from anywhere across the world. Not only does this open your summit up to just about everyone, but it saves overhead costs, including flights, accommodation, catering, and staff. As a bonus, you’re keeping the carbon footprint low. However, it is important to remember that you don’t need thousands of people to attend to build a successful summit.

Top 10 Mistakes To Avoid In IM

Unrealistic Expectations

Internet Marketing (IM) won't cure AIDs or make you an instant millionaire. Many people get into Internet marketing with unrealistic expectations that they'd never consider entertaining if it were in some other field. Just because you don't need to go to school for years to get a degree in Internet marketing for you to be able to open an online business doesn't mean that it won't take hard work and commitment to succeed within this arena. Like other business endeavors, it's going to take money and time to get started and the results won't be instantaneous.

Let's take a look at some of the misconceptions that people have about Internet marketing and place them in a more realistic context. Some of these unrealistic expectations include the following:

- Little To No Work Involved – This may come about from the idea that there is little physical labor or that you are working in a virtual environment using the power of the Internet. However, as any business owner will tell you, running your own business always takes a lot of work to start and much more work to maintain. If you are getting into IM to make money, consider it a full-time job to start.

- It's Easy Money – Making money on the Internet is easier than doing manual labor. However, the number of hours you have to devote to learn the ins and outs is not limited to a 40-hour work week. Can you make easy money? Yes, but often this takes years of steady progress before you realize that dream.

- Anyone Can Do It – Anyone can hop online and build a blog, but it's not as simple as writing and attracting an audience. You will want to take the role of learner in this endeavor and seek to upgrade your skills and knowledge to exploit the power of the Internet. It's not a birthright that everyone has just waiting to be put to use. You have to make a conscious decision to work at it and to keep learning.

- You Can Make Tons Of Money In One Shot – It may come as a surprise to many people that the “tons of money” actually comes from a number of diverse online ventures. You probably won't make tons of money on just one blog, although that does occasionally happen. Instead, if you concentrate on building multiple income streams from a variety of websites, products, and services, you'll have a much better chance of striking it rich later on.

Not Enough Research Before Starting

If people fall prey to any of the unrealistic expectations we've discussed, the outcome is that they don't spend enough time researching and planning their online activities to make them a success. Instead, they'll think it's just a matter of slapping a website up and putting a shopping cart on it to get orders. That couldn't be the furthest thing from the truth. You have to start by knowing what niches are hot online and how you plan on attracting people to your site. Even if you managed to get a huge traffic stream, do you know enough to convert those visitors into leads or customers? This is where people fail miserably when they could have improved the chances of success simply by taking some extra time upfront to research and learn how to implement a successful online business.

What Is Your Hot Niche?

Typically, people can get carried away with a specific, personal passion that they instantly focus all their energies on marketing it, thinking that customers will be equally enthralled with this topic. That's a poor way to establish a business online, especially with so much information online about what people are actually buying, searching for, or talking about. Why not market something that everyone already has an interest in and that don't need to be convinced to buy?

One thing to remember when working out what niche you want to target is that they can be dependent on world events. Right now, the recession has made some niches more important than others. Finance is always a hot niche, but the influence of the recession means that there is less interest in the stock market and housing and more interest in debt management and consolidation. Or, you might find a sub-niche like “gold mining stocks,” which weren't very popular before the recession, but that now have numerous investors flocking to them.

Research Using Online Tools

Use online tools like Google Keyword Analyzer to find out what keywords, and thus niches, are being searched currently. Go to places like Digg.com or Technorati.com to find out what topic is tops on everyone's mind right now. Go to eBay.com or Amazon.com and look through their top sellers. This will give you great ideas on what is hot and easily marketable, even before you take the time to develop a website or open a blog, saving you tons of time and heartache down the road.

Fuzzy Branding

Fuzzy branding can apply to multiple aspects of your online business. It can be as obvious as a bad domain name or it can even be how poorly you've designed the site. It's any fault in your site that is an Internet faux pas that makes it difficult for your visitors to associate your name with the brand of product or service you're offering. Instead, they're left scratching their heads trying to figure out what your site is all about.

Domain Names Are Very Important

After you have your niche in mind, it's time to start getting the elements of your website together. You will have to register a domain name and start to think about the organization and branding of your site. If you are selling fishhooks online, you want to try to include that in your domain name somehow. A good domain name is short, descriptive, and tells the customer in a few words what your business is all about. Obviously, many domain names have already been bought, leaving you less choice on what to name your site. If you must pay someone else for a name, be sure it is a very well branded name that is going to stick with your business for a while.

The first thing that you need to accept is that getting what you want is going to take time and effort. The reason that most people don’t know what they really want is that they cannot be bothered to think about it deeply. They would sooner waste their time on social media or watching nonsense on TV.

The first step to get what you really want is to decide what you really want. To do this you will need to spend some quality time away from any distractions and ask yourself a number of searching questions. There are many examples of these questions in the first chapter of this guide.

Then you need to set your goals properly and create a plan for achieving your goals. When you create plans they will never be perfect so accept that you will need to review them regularly and make the necessary adjustments to them.

The most critical aspect of getting what you really want is controlling your thoughts. If you don’t deal with the negative thoughts that we all experience properly then you will never manifest your desires. You also need to develop a mental toughness to deal with setbacks and keep you on the right track.

Everything that you need to know about getting what you really want is in this powerful guide. So read every word and apply what you learn. The steps outlined in the guide require practice, patience and persistence.

The reason why most people do not get what they really want in their lives is because they don’t know what they want. If you were go to a busy shopping mall on any weekend and ask a number of randomly selected people what they really want from their life then you are likely to get a lot of “I don’t know” or “I haven’t really thought about it” type answers.

So why is this?

Well there are a couple of reasons. The first is that thinking about what you really want from life requires effort and most people would prefer to waste time watching TV or sitting on social media for hours.

The second reason is that as we progress through life it is easy to think that you already have what you want. You have a steady job with steady income, a life partner, wonderful children, your own home, two cars and so on. What else could you possibly want?

Dare to Dream

These days we are surroundedby motivational messages telling us to go after what we really want. So why do so many people fail to do this? Most people do not have a clue what they want but there are always exceptions of course.

There are people that dream of becoming successful in business, politics, sport, music, art, the movies etc. These people dare to dream. But the sad fact is that most of these “dreamers” will never achieve what they really want.

Why is this?

Well they do not have the mindset to do it. They have big dreams but that’s all they are –dreams. These people do not possess the right mentality to follow through and make it happen. And that is what this guide is all about. Providing you with the tools and techniques to change your mindset so that you will have every chance of getting what you really want.

But it all starts by knowing what you really want. Having the right success mindset will do nothing for you if you do not have clarity over what it is you truly desire. So in this chapter we are going to help you to determine what you really want.

How to Discover what you really want

This is going to require you to take some quality time out without distractions. Put your phone on silent and go into a room that does not have a computer or TV. Tell other members of your household that you don’t want to be disturbed unless there is an emergency. Arm yourself with a pen and a few sheets of paper and you are ready to go.

What you are going to do now is to take a look at different areas of your life. We are going to provide you with some questions to ask yourself in the following areas:

• Your Job or Business
• Your Finances
• Your Personal Life
• Your Health and Wellbeing
• Your Contribution

This is by no means an exhaustive list. Once you have been through these life areas you can addothers if you wish. But these will give you a great start in determining what you really want. With each of these questions you need to write an answer down on paper. Don’t worry about how you are going to achieve these things –we will tackle this later.
