Social Networking PLR Ebook

It’s no secret. Social Networking sites have seen an explosion of popularity over the last year. Again, there is nothing new about networking as a means to grow your business. This is exactly why people join the local Chamber of Commerce and similar organizations.

But the fact that the practice is now becoming so popular on the Web is really exciting. It represents a shifting in the way Internet users think, and a change in the way people are going to be finding what they are looking for in the years ahead.

When is the last time you searched for something on one of the major search engines and ended up extremely frustrated with all of the irrelevant results? It happens to me a lot.

But with some of the Web 2.0 sites – social bookmarking sites for instance – a user can search a topic and find results based on how many other members have tagged (or voted for) a particular website. So instead of relying on faulty software algorithms to return search results, Web 2.0 interfaces are now giving us a glimpse of what it would be like if our Web searches were based more on the human element.

Also, social networking sites are easy to use and understand, even for people who are not highly web savvy. Anyone can join MySpace and set up a profile. For this reason the number of people who flock to sites like MySpace, YouTube, etc. is only going to increase.

As more and more people become involved with the Web 2.0 systems, the number of people you can market to through these systems obviously grows. And you will be able to find an audience for any niche within these cyber communities.

Due to the well established profile system used by Social Networking sites, you can learn a little bit about a prospect before you ever make contact with them. If somebody looks like a good fit for the kind of information or products you are selling, you can simply invite them to be on your friends list so they can get a look at your profile and even follow links back to your website or blog.

Without social networking websites, you would have to find and connect with Internet users one at a time, often in chat rooms, and learn about their interests before deciding if they are a good fit for you. So social networking sites allow you to be more efficient by learning about another Internet user before ever having to make contact with them.

Because of the higher costs of owning a new boat, you will probably be financing the boat with a boat loan. Even buying a used boat can be a big expenditure. We’ve already told you that you really need to stay within a budget that fits your lifestyle so that you aren’t saddled with high boat payments.

There are some distinct advantages to financing a boat purchase. With a boat loan, you’ll be able to get a bigger boat and possibly one with more features than you thought you could have. Ideally, you will want to work with a lender who is a member of the National Marine Bankers Association (NMBA).

When you work with a professional in the marine lending industry, you will get quicker response times when it comes to a credit decision. They know boats and they know boat buyers. It is often very possible to apply for a boat loan in the morning and become a boat owner by the afternoon.

Financing terms will be longer with a marine lender than with credit institutions. They know the value of a well-maintained boat, so their terms will look more attractive to you than a bank or credit union.

Your down payment will be less as well. The down payment on a boat is based on its age, type and price. Because marine lenders know boats so well, they are better able to determine what type of down payment will be fair for your new boat. Many lenders require down payments as low as ten percent, and some can even offer programs with zero down payment.

Because marine lenders are willing to extend their loans for a longer period of time, your payments will be less. Plus, you can even finance extras for your boat if needed. That can include things like electronics or equipment such as skis and inner tubes.

Many banks and credit institutions are members of NMBA, so be sure and ask if they are affiliated with the organization. If your usual bank isn’t a member, you’re best off if you look around for a marine lender specifically. In the long run, it will pay off immensely for you.

Ebay Power Seller PLR Ebook

There are many places for powersellers to find items to sell, and make a profit from, on eBay. With a little bit of research and as little as 4 or 5 hours a week, you too can find yourself running a successful e-business using eBay as your marketing vehicle and e-commerce engine. Here are some suggestions for where to begin searching for merchandise for sale on eBay which can result in the highest profit margins and therefore more money in YOUR pocket.

Flea markets. It is possible to find many hidden treasures at flea markets in your local area. It is common for attics to be cleared out and surplus stock from a variety of retail outlets to be emptied into the flea market ecosystem in the hopes of making at least some amount of money from what is considered to be “surplus” or “salvaged”. It is here that you can find the best deals, but you can also uncover hard-to-find collectables, electronics, and many other categories of merchandise that are ripe for the picking for resale on eBay. Another thing to look out for when scouring flea markets is geographically-specific items. Items which may be hard to find in one part of the world may be very easy to find in another. Due to the fact that eBay is a global market, it can pay off very well to keep your eyes peeled for these little nuggets of profit.

EBay itself. Another great place to find the types of things to resell on eBay is right there on eBay. Although at first thought it may seem a little counterproductive, what it all really boils down to is getting a good deal at a good time. Try to focus on types of merchandise you have more than a cursory knowledge of. For example, if you are a comic book buff who has been collecting for years, you will have a great eye for that particular subsection of eBay (and a much greater chance of knowing a good deal when you see it). Of particular focus should be auctioneers letting go of entire lots of merchandise for events like estate sales, unclaimed freight, or store closings. Digging through eBay’s mountain of merchandise when you know what you are doing can prove not only profitable, but a lot of fun as well.

Swap meets/conventions. It can also pay to take note when your local area is hosting special interest conventions and swap meets, such as gun shows, comic book conventions and the like. With a little research on eBay regarding the current market for the particular classes of merchandise focused on at these meets, studious, and diligent individuals can profit greatly from very little initial investment. In addition to the diverse collections of various types of items that these meets and conventions will place at your fingertips, you can also usually acquire a lot of freebies (or schwag, in convention nomenclature), which can be easily resold to enthusiasts of the particular subject you are participating in the meet for.

Buying in bulk. This is less of a “where” and more of a “how”, but it’s definitely applicable: It seems like a lot of powersellers find something they get a good bargain on locally and sell it to a wide market that doesn't have that same access. For instance, you might discover that computer desk shelves are selling on eBay for quite a bit more than your local bulk retailer charges. This is an excellent opportunity for you to profit from your location and what you have access to. To take this another step further you may wish to contact the manufacturer and find a wholesaler to purchase it in bulk. Some manufacturers will work with you in this way and some won't, you’ll just have to experiment and find out. Another good idea is visiting closeout stores and outlets. It's a pot luck selection that sells for way below catalogue price, and eBay sellers are looking to make the profit margin from people who don't have access to these stores.

Clearance racks at malls. Try searching the clearance racks in your local shopping malls for great deals on clothing. Many people live in areas that are not serviced by shopping malls and therefore don’t have access to the types of merchandise that you do. It’s a good idea to visit these stores during big sales, especially right after the holiday period or at the turn of seasons when retailers will be trying to get rid of their old stock to make room for the new. Particularly focus on trendy stores that deal in expensive brand name items. Often you will be able to find very popular, trendy labels for a fraction of their retail cost, sometimes even below cost.
