When I go over the older tactics I'm going to talk about how well they work RIGHT NOW and how I'm using them TODAY.

What I’m going to share with you is not just the tactics themselves, but some I’m going to point out to you and tell you which ones have built me the most subscribers, for example, and which ones are working the best for me right now.

I don’t want you to look at this as if it’s a written report, I want you to look at it as if it’s lifechanging knowledge and information because it doesn’t matter if it’s written on a napkin.

It doesn’t matter if it’s on audio.
It doesn’t matter if it’s on video.
It doesn’t matter if it’s in a PDF.

It doesn’t matter if someone is teaching it to you one--on--one over the phone or one--on--one through a webinar or through group coaching; it’s all information, and this powerful information is the most powerful information that I’ve ever come across online.

List building has been the key to my success over the years and I have a lot of people to thank for that, but I mostly have to thank myself because I’ve gone out of my way to explore all of these realms of list building.

The first thing you need to know is that business and making sales depends on fresh lead flow.

What I mean is you want constant leads coming in.

If I were you, I would start aiming to generate something like 250 subscribers per day.

You might be thinking, that’s a lot of subscribers, or it’s going to be too expensive.

Well, there are great paid lead sources; there are also very good free ones that you can use to build up your list to generate 250 or more subscribers per day.

Once you hit 250 subscribers per day or more, then it’s all a matter of focusing on converting them and then just doing the list building stuff you’re doing over and over and over and getting the same results all the time.

Converting them is another thing and this report isn’t going to be anything at all about converting leads into sales, it’s all about generating lead flow.

As I was telling you, I can’t stress this enough that the bulk of your money that you make is going to come from the people who are the newest on your list. THE FRESHEST.

The older a lead gets, the less responsive they become, generally, especially if you’re an affiliate.

Now if you’re a product creator and you do classes and such, you may find that some of your older subscribers are the most profitable subscribers you have because they’re your own customers who enroll in all of your classes; all of your $1,000 classes and whatnot.

As an affiliate, it’s different; you don’t have that retention.

See when you’re a product creator, it’s easier to keep the retention of your list, for some reason.

I’ve found this to be true and that’s one of the reasons why I’m starting to create more and more products now, although over the years I’ve been mainly just an affiliate.

If you are just an affiliate, again, your normal focus should be fresh leads and keeping your leads coming in on a daily basis.

That’s at least 250 leads a day.

If you’re a product creator, you may not need as high of a lead flow, but why not do both?

Why not be a creator that keeps retouching the list and also generate 250 subscribers or more to your list?

Let’s go ahead and get into this because I have tons and tons of list building methods and strategies to cover for you now.

Public and Private JV Giveaways

The first one is JV giveaways.

JV giveaways haven’t changed much as far as public JV giveaways go.

You can go to newjvgiveaways.com anytime you want and jump in on any JV giveaways.

But what has surfaced since 2011 is something called the private giveaway.

There are a lot of little private giveaways taking place that you can be part of all over the internet.

You can go to people who are just as big as you are online, and even bigger, and start a private JV giveaway with them.

What I mean is you can get 5 to 10 or more people in on a private giveaway, where no one else can join and be a contributor.

This means that the people who are on there, who are contributors, are responsible for generating all the traffic to the giveaway and there is a WordPress plug--in that you can use to host your own private giveaways called WP Venture.

So go do a search on Google for WP Venture and it’s being sold on the Warrior Forum for chump change, as a Warrior Special Offer.

A giveaway is where a group of contributors come together and submit their gifts.

People who come and join the giveaway as members are going to opt in to different giveaways and this will add subscribers to your list.

If you’ve been around for awhile, you no doubt know what JV giveaways are, and I’m not going to dwell on what JV giveaways are or how they can build good business for you because you can go to a place like newjvgiveaways.com and find out all you need to know about giveaways freely on the net.

But just the fact that I’m pointing you in that direction is pretty valuable because if you’re just starting out and you have no money to spend on ads, getting giveaways is a really good way to start, because you can add that first 10, 50, 100 subscribers on your list fairly quickly.

Some of these giveaways get up to 30,000 subscribers joining; not to your list, but to the actual giveaway.

What happens is the host of the giveaway is going to get the most subscribers.

With everyone from seniors to teenagers and millennials uploading and viewing photos and videos, and with over 100 million daily users...

It's not hard to see why Instagram is now a social media force to be reckoned with.

Since 2015, Instagram has been considered the "king of social engagement " and it’s easy to see why.

According to Nate Elliot of Forrester Research, Instagram produces 29 percent more engagement than Facebook, and a whopping 60 percent more than Twitter.

The Forrester researchers assessed some 11.8 million user interactions that were based on 2,500 posts.

For instance, the brands who posted on Instagram picked up 1+ million followers in 2015; which was almost five times higher than in 2014.

If that isn’t impressive enough, Instagram engagement is approximately 3.5 percent higher than Facebook and Twitter.

The bottom line in the study?

Instagram engagement delivered 58 percent more engagement than Facebook, and a gigantic 120 times more than Twitter.

Here are some Instagram numbers as collected by Expanded Ramblings Research:

• 400+ million users
• 75 million daily users
• Approximately 30 percent of the U.S. population uses Instagram
• 49 percent of U.S. adults use Instagram daily

Seeing these impressive statistics, one cannot ignore the enormous opportunity that exists on Instagram for a company or brand, that wants to gain traction with their social media campaigns.

With this is mind, here are some inside tips you can use to leverage the power of Instagram.

• Use unique images to tell your story. For example, add photos with a motivational quote, and add photos with a helpful quote about business.

On Instagram, you’ll find everything from simple photos of the family pet to company logos. So, don’t be shy sharing, but be sure to follow the rules.

• Use Instagram to tell your brand's story. For example: If you’re hiring, consider using your photo series for posting links to job ads or job alert sign up pages. Be sure to include a call-to-action.

• Add a tag which encourages interest and clicks. Remember, Instagram markets you using the tag/s you add to your photos. Take or upload a photo or video. Choose to add a filter, then type # followed by text or an emoji in the Caption field (ex: #flower)

• Create engagement with contests, puzzles and surveys. Today the top strategies who successfully create engagement use these three items. All of them create what psychologists call ‘micro-commitments’.

• Find a good keyword tool to help discover the best category title. To generate superior results on Instagram, it's important you choose the right category for your posts. Get this wrong and potential viewers and clients will overlook you. This is where good keywords come in handy. Do some research (See link above) to find the best keywords before choosing an Instagram category.

• Use the hash# tag to further brand your business. It’s easier to create a buzz on social media when you use your own unique hash# tag.

• Use Instagram's Geo-Tags to help customers find your business.

• Set up a mobile storefront. You then ask customers to upload their photos using or wearing your products. Depending upon the type of photos they upload (unique, funny, beautiful, for example) these photos can cause your Instagram posts to go viral.

• Import your email contacts to increase the potential for engagement.

• Always share your Instagram photos on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and LinkedIn.

• Follow others, share other’s photos and vids; this can provide info to use when connecting with potential clients.

• Add videos. Your videos can create solid engagement fast. Today videos are the top tool for creating engagement and most viewed Internet content. Post anything from funny to absurd, fascinating to beautiful. Most important, your videos must be interesting.

Also, share others videos to create additional engagement.

One aspect of Instagram that is a marketer’s dream, lies in the fact they allow you to share your photos and videos on a variety of other social networking platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tumblr and Flickr.

The key is to listen just as much as we share.

Yeah, I know. You’ve probably been told that you should simply do all the listening, but the truth is a great conversation is about both of you putting in an equal effort. It’s a give and take exchange where each person is truly invested in getting to know one another. It’s never one-sided.

You want to share the spotlight so you can be sure she feels that you’re genuinely interested in everything she has to say, rather than throwing out a round of rapid-fire questions only because you think you’re expected to do so.

Because nothing turns a woman off more than a disengaged man who is wrapped up in conversational narcissism.

Lead with a Compliment

Don’t listen to anyone who tells you that leading with a compliment is lame or cheesy. If it’s a genuine compliment, rooted in truth, it’ll make her feel good about herself and simultaneously help her lower her guard and feel comfortable.

Obviously avoid anything sexual. You want to compliment her in a way that doesn’t sexualize her in any way, especially if it’s your first date. Sexy, flirty compliments will come later. For now, start by showing her you’re paying attention by complimenting her in a way that not only disarms her but leaves her wanting more.

Come Armed & Ready

Chapter 1: Why Vitamins and Minerals Are the Answer

So many of us wish we had more energy, better abs, and sharper focus. Likewise, we often find ourselves wishing that we had better skin or hair. We wish that we could sleep better at night, and wish that it was a little bit easier to wake up (those last two points are related, by the way!).

We try these things because we’re looking for answers, and we’re desperate. We’re willing to try anything. And we hope, each time, that we’re about to stumble upon the answer and unlock our full potential.

We hope that ONE of these things will provide the answer and help us feel GREAT as we know that we really can do.

But very few of these strategies makes any noticeable difference.

The problem? We’re overcomplicating matters. And this is largely due to the huge amount of marketing that gets thrown at us on a daily basis.

In truth, improving the way you look and feel is very simple: it’s about the basics!

Consider what is very likely to be your current lifestyle and your current diet. Raise your hand if any of these points apply to you:

• You don’t manage your five fruits and vegetables a day
• You eat a lot of processed foods and ready meals
• You go to the gym 3 times a week or less – and aren’t particularly mobile the rest of the time
• You don’t get enough sleep
• You are in a state of chronic stress due to work, family, and financial pressures

This is a rather bleak picture, but it’s true for MANY of us. We don’t eat enough greens, we don’t sleep, we gorge on sugary foods, and we’re stressed all the time.

Then we wonder why we don’t feel 100%!

Even if you got most of these things right, the truth is that our modern lifestyles are just absolutely terrible for our health. This is true right down to the fact that most of us are too comfortable – we have become “adapted” to a comfortable, domesticated lifestyle, and therefore our bodies have forgotten how to deal with stress or difficulty.

Take going outdoors for instance. Most of us just don’t do this enough, which means that we aren’t getting the important stimulus of sunlight, which helps to encourage the body to produce vitamin D, which in turn regulates things like hormone production, sleep, mood… even appetite! Without that important input (called an “external zeitgebers” in the scientific literature) our body loses some of its natural rhythm and certain processes are interrupted.

But then there’s the huge benefit of being in the cold. Even when the sun isn’t out, being outdoors helps to boost testosterone levels, strengthen our immune system, and even improve our ability to regulate our own body temperature. Is it any wonder we always feel “stuffy” when we never train this part of our health?

Even spending time barefooted on the earth (which trains tiny muscles in the foot), even diving into water and holding our breath (which trains our lungs and improves our CO2 balance)… these are all things our bodies crave. And we aren’t giving them that.

And our bodies are deteriorating massively as a result. Compare a wolf in the wild to an overweight, spoiled domestic dog. Which is healthier?

YOU are that domestic dog. Plus an extremely stressful lifestyle and lack of sleep…

Starting with vegetables and fruits is the solution.

Why?

Well, it’s all very good and well me telling you that you should be working out throughout the day, and that you should be eating perfectly, and that you should be taking long swims in freezing cold water in the morning.

Problem is, we don’t have time for that and our bodies are now so maladapted that they wouldn’t handle it.

Even fixing your diet – getting rid of all that unwanted processed food, reducing the number of total calories, getting more fiber, reducing simple carbs… it’s a lo of work and can get quite complicated.

Which is why the best place to start is by fixing one of the biggest issues with modern life. That is: the lack of micronutrients.

Micronutrients are vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, antioxidants, and other active ingredients in our food that our body uses for a wide variety of different purposes.

What many people don’t realize is that we literally are what we eat. You hear this a lot, but many people assume that it is a kind of metaphor. But no: your body takes in the nutrients that you consume and then it uses those nutrients to actually rebuild your body.

Normal, cognitive changes as you age are completely normal. This may include mild cognitive impairment, which is quite common in humans after midlife.

So who is there to trust when we want to begin a healthy lifestyle?

The answer is simple. Nature.

In nature, there is a natural balance that can be very delicate. If we veer away from natural practices and substitute things like healthy eating and exercise with pills and starvation, the obvious results will be detrimental to us. We were designed to enjoy a bountiful diet that is rich in specific things; healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals.

That is where the paleo diet comes into play. Introduced during the 1970s by a man named Walter Voegtlin, the idea of eating only the foods that were consumed by our ancestors from the Paleolithic era has become immensely popular. When we stop ingesting foods that were introduced during the time hunting and gathering slowed down into farming, the idea is that we limit many starchy products and fatty meats and stick to the foods that are nutrient rich and ideal to keep the body and gastrointestinal tract as happy as possible. He thought it would be a good way to influence modern people to eat in a healthier fashion.

Voegtlin was a pioneer in his field, and his research inspired others to reach conclusions about the diet for themselves. Another doctor believed that our bodies were evolved for this type of diet. That is, to be eating the kinds of foods that our hunter gatherer ancestors were able to gain access to in their travels. We are naturally adept at digesting lean meats, fruits, vegetables, and nuts and seeds. In fact, they are incredibly good for us! The types of foods that became commonly and commercially available to us through farming, foods like grains, corn (which is technically a grain), and dairy products consumed in an abundance can cause the body many issues. Lactose-intolerance, gluten intolerance, and other allergies abound from commercialized and common staples foods of this nature. Not to mention, several of them are very starchy, which can make it difficult to lose weight.

The Paleo diet is great for those who are hoping to shed a few pounds, but more than that it is a major lifestyle choice. It isn’t just about losing weight, but about feeling great and making choices that are healthy for you and that make you feel good. It can be very stressful to know that the foods we are eating, by choice, are doing harm to our bodies. Even if we aren’t consciously aware of that specific harm, we innately understand what is good for us and what is bad for us most of the time, and there will always be a weight on our shoulders when we are consuming foods that we know for sure are bad for us.

While losing weight isn’t the primary goal of the Paleo diet, it is an incredible benefit. If you are used to the Standard American Diet, also known as the SAD diet around the world because of the pitiful lack of nutrients in the typical meals served when consuming processed, pre-packaged meals, then chances are high that you are suffering physically from it in some way, or will in the future. Processed foods are terribly unhealthy, as will be covered in a later chapter. So cutting these bad foods out and making the choice to go Paleo is a huge game changer. Your body and your mind will feel better than they have in years! All because of a simple switch.

Going Paleo isn’t a fad diet trend where you are going to have to go out and get a journal to count every calorie you consume so you know whether or not you are doing it right (Although to be truthful there is some benefit to some journaling, if you want to hold yourself accountable to the choices you are making. More on this in a later chapter.) Sure, if you are overeating and not getting enough exercise to burn the calories you consume, then calorie counting can be of great assistance. However, many people can take that practice to extremes and not consider the nutrients they may be missing out on when they are following fad diets. Going paleo is completely different. You don’t have to get out a big complicated map to chart the way. You just have to take a step back and look at our ancestors and think, well, they were able to achieve good physical health a natural way. So can we!

We are lucky today that this kind of diet isn’t as necessary as it was then. Can you imagine watching someone who was raised on a diet of fast food and processed, pre-packaged meals try to outrun a wild animal? Or better yet, fight and kill it with just their ingenuity and crude tools? Or even someone who was on a keto diet, putting their body through a lot just to shed a few pounds quickly. They might end up passing out without the proper amount of carbs in their system. Do you think people who are mistreating their bodies for convenience would win in a life or death situation? No way!

The principal behind going Paleo is simple. You want to operate at your maximum potential. The body runs on fuels, and that’s simply the way it is. What we feed ourselves equates to the quality of the gasoline that we put in our cars. If we are eating fruits, vegetables, and meats regularly, that’s a pretty standard type of gasoline. But if we are filling up on junk food and preservatives, high fructose corn syrup and pre-packaged processed foods and fast food, we might as well be putting diesel in an engine that is supposed to run on unleaded.
