Introduction

Are you looking at venturing into the dating scene, but don’t know where to start? Or perhaps you’re already on the market, but you’re not having much luck at finding quality relationships. Every single woman knows that finding the perfect match isn’t easy regardless of how much dating experience you may have, or how many dating apps and websites you’re on.

Even those exploring the dating scene with an open heart and mind are often quickly overwhelmed by the lack of interest in commitment or long-term relationships. It can feel as though likeminded individuals with the same goals and aspirations just aren’t out there.

It can quickly become absolutely exhausting, both emotionally and mentally.

Worse, with so many dating websites and apps that connect singles at the click of a mouse, women are often finding themselves having to compete for attention in ways they never thought they would ever have to.

But it doesn’t have to be so difficult.

Great dates that lead to long-term, life-changing relationships are within your reach when you prepare and equip yourself with a few simple strategies that will improve the quality of your dates and set you on the path towards finding that happily ever after. In the next few chapters, we’ll look at the top 10 dating tips that will boost the quality of your dates and help you find the perfect partner.

So, without further delay, let’s begin!

Tip #1: Set the Scene

Where you look for the perfect partner is equally as important as how you look. In other words, set the scene so that you’re putting yourself in the right line of sight.

Looking for potential mates in bars and clubs isn’t exactly getting the odds on your side. Dating is hard enough let alone when you factor in trying to get to know someone on any sort of real level while downing shots or trying to talk over loud music and distractions.

Instead, consider the places where you can connect with someone and focus on planning dates in those relationshipnurturing settings. Save the bars for your girls’ nights!

That being said, there is nothing wrong with spending a third or fourth date at a bar or club where you can dance and let your hair down, but it isn’t usually recommended it for your first or second date.

Those initial dates are the time to be focused on really getting to know one another and whether you’re actually compatible so you’re not wasting time and energy working on a relationship that isn’t likely to go anywhere.

It’s also when you get to explore interests, share hopes and dreams and ensure that your future visions align. You deserve that.

Tip #2: Look Around You

Many of us tend to overlook some of the greatest potential partners that are already part of our lives simply because we’re too busy searching for something more.

In truth, some of the greatest love stories of all time began as friends.

Do you have someone in the friend zone who may be a potential love interest?

Have you connected with someone on a level that you haven’t found with anyone else but perhaps you’ve never considered anything beyond the friendship you have?

You might be surprised that your perfect partner is already part of your life.

Makes sense, right?

Your friends already know you. They likely share the same interests, passions, values and aspirations.

If that’s the case, half the work of the initial dating process is behind you. You’ve already spent time connecting, you’ve let your guard down and you’ve likely shared more with them than you would with someone you’ve just started dating.

Does anyone come to mind? If so, maybe it’s time to explore the possibilities.

Tip #3: Connect to Love

Dating sites can certainly make life easier when it comes to seeing what’s out there, testing the waters, and connecting with a wide range of people in a short amount of time.

But not all dating sites are created equal and it’s important that you carefully consider the sites and networks you choose so that you’re maximizing the time spent searching for a partner.

Dating sites that are designed to connect specific age groups or other demographics will help you increase your chances of finding someone compatible, rather than signing up for sites where potential partners are looking for someone entirely different. Choosing the right dating site is also important because it decreases the chances of you ending up disappointed or feeling hopeless because you haven’t been able to find matches or get anywhere beyond an initial introduction.

The type of site you choose will depend on what is most important to you, as well as your age, location and gender, but they often go beyond that.

Introduction

Whether you’re looking to turn back the hands of time so you can look and feel more youthful, or you are looking to improve mental clarity and memory, you’ll want to read every page of this special report geared towards highlighting the top anti-aging foods and supplements so you can live your best life.

When it comes to looking, and feeling younger by staving off the signs of aging, there is nothing as effective and long-term than when you incorporate powerful anti-aging foods, supplements and nutrients into your diet.

There are very specific foods that are known to boost and nurture the production of collagen, as well as regenerate cells that help increase elasticity, making your skin look smooth and youthful.

Better yet, these foods and supplements go beyond simply reversing the effects of aging and improving the look and feel of your skin. They will also boost energy levels, improve your memory and focus and in many cases, they’ll even help you fight off disease!

Are you ready to get on the path towards looking and feeling younger than you have in years?

Let’s begin!

Forever Young

There may not be such a thing as a foundation of youth, but the foods and supplements featured in this chapter will quickly help you get on the path towards looking and feeling younger.

If we are what we eat, it’s time to take a serious look at your diet and the type of foods you’ve been consuming that may contribute to lack of energy, brain fog, wrinkles and bad skin.

Instead of processed foods that leave your skin dry and wrinkled, stock up on these expert-recommended ingredients next time you’re out grocery shopping and begin the transformation!

Sesame Seeds

Surprising? It shouldn’t be. Sesame seeds are high in calcium and rich in many other minerals including magnesium, iron and fiber - all of which support healthy bones.

Pineapples

Pineapple includes a powerful mineral called manganese which activates the prolidase enzyme, which helps with the formation and increased production of collagen.

Why does collagen matter so much?

An added boost of collagen production (that’s created by the amino acid proline that comes from pineapple) will give you an immediate improvement in skin strength and elasticity which will make you look youthful and toned.

Dark Chocolate

Not only is dark chocolate loaded with anti-aging benefits, but it’s great as a replacement for sugary cravings if you’re trying to cut carbs and lose weight.

Dark chocolate is packed with flavanols, which are known to increase blood flow to the skin which improves overall circulation. As an added benefit, because of the flavanols found in dark chocolate, and their ability to absorb UV radiation, you’ll be able to protect your skin from the damaging effects of sun exposure. Blueberries

One of the top power berries of them all, blueberries contain more antioxidants than nearly any other fruit! Better yet, they also reduce skin damage caused by sun exposure.

But there’s yet another reason to incorporate blueberries into your daily diet: they contain high levels of Vitamin C which works to prevent wrinkles and smooth fine lines.

Tip: Blueberries are also known to help protect your skin from emotional stress and even over exercising and the dark purple seeds from Concord grades are filled with polyphenols that will help keep your mind sharp.

Incorporate one-half cup of blueberries into your diet every day to prevent cell-structure damage and prevent the loss of firmness in your skin.

Pomegranate

It should come as no surprise that pomegranate is an essential fruit when it comes to anti-aging and softening your skin so that it looks and feels years younger.

Pomegranate is a top ingredient in many shakes, smoothies and vitamin-based drinks as well as many anti-aging and weight loss recipes because of the high levels of ellagic acid and punicalagin, found in its seeds.

Ellagic acid is a compound that fights damage from free radicals while punicalagin is a super nutrient that helps boost collagen production and connective tissue - both of which will give your skin a soft, plump and smooth look.

Tip: Try to incorporate more than pomegranate juice. Consider purchasing seeds that you can sprinkle into foods and recipes.

Kale, Spinach or Swiss Chard

When it comes to firming up that loose skin and minimizing wrinkles, take your pick between these three power foods. These vital veggies include special phytonutrients that help protect your skin from sun damage, while fueling your body with antioxidant compounds.

Spinach is loaded with beta-carotene, a powerful nutrient that has been proven to improve overall skin elasticity.

Tip: Try to include 3-4 cups of kale, spinach or Swiss chard into your daily diet. Replace iceberg or romaine lettuce with spinach. Swiss chard leaves, as well as Kale, are loaded with chlorophyll, a super nutrient that can block the effects of cancer-causing chemicals!

Love the Skin You’re In

When it comes to reducing skin redness, fine lines and wrinkles, there are a handful of super-foods and nutrient-based supplements that you’ll want to begin incorporating into your diet.

Let’s take a closer look: Top Foods for Reducing Fine Lines & Wrinkles Watercress

Watercress is known to increase the circulation and delivery of nutrients and minerals throughout your body. This means improved oxygenation of the skin which will subsequently reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Tip: Add a handful of watercress to a salad 3-4 times a week for maximum results.

Papaya

There are few superfoods quite as effective at boosting skin elasticity as papaya. They include a ton of antioxidants as well as other important vitamins and minerals that will make your skin look smoother.

Some of these vitamins include: Vitamins A, C, E and K as well as magnesium, potassium and phosphorus.

Papaya is often found in skin masks and cosmetics because of its ability to help your body shed dead cells while working at helping to reduce inflammation.

Seo Split Testing MRR Ebook

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is never a completely sure thing. If a company claims that it can guarantee to get you to the top spot in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) for any given keyword, you should run a mile: they’re blowing smoke.

While this is true however, what is also true is that some methods are more successful than others. And some are more of a ‘sure thing’ than others.

And in that regard, the SEO strategy that is perhaps the closest thing there is to a guaranteed route to success… is split testing.

Split testing essentially means taking a rigorous and somewhat scientific approach to your search engine optimization, which effectively means removing the guess work from the process. In fact, what split testing really amounts to, is helping your site to ‘evolve’ to become the most optimized version of itself.

How does all this work? It’s actually very simple, although not without a great deal of nuance that can determine the success of such endeavors. When done well, split testing can mold any website or blog into a hugely successful titan that catapults every new post to the top of Google. When done incorrectly, split testing can jeopardize all your hard work and risk getting your site removed entirely. It’s high-risk, high-reward; but it’s also perfectly accepted by Google and a skill that’s 100% worth developing.

In this eBook then, we’re going to take a deep dive looking at the power of split testing for SEO. You’ll discover how to use this strategy employing the most effective tools, how to avoid common mistakes, and how to use split testing in a host of other capacities too: such as to help sell a product, or improve engagement with your audience.

Once you master this skill, you’ll be able to take your SEO activities to another level.

Before we go any further, just what is split testing? And what does the term mean in the context of search engine optimization?

Essentially, split testing means taking a product, marketing material, or anything else and creating two slightly different versions of it in order to see which one performs best.

This is used by businesses all the time in the real world and helps them to make smarter decisions and to avoid wasted investments. Let’s imagine for a moment that you own a chain of fast food restaurants that sell only prawn-based dishes (because why not).

Your store has been doing fairly well, but then you hear somewhere that on average, takeaways with red and orange colorschemes on their premises tend to earn more. Why? Because those colors increase the heartrate and make people slightly uncomfortable. Therefore, they are more likely to eat quickly and to leave the area, freeing up the table for the next customer. The result is that such venues actually see a higher turnover of customers, and greater profits. This is just a random example, but it also happens to be true!

The problem is that Prawns4U happens to use a blue colorscheme in its interior design. What if you could increase your daily profits in all stores by coloring the store red?

Problem is, this could just as well backfire. What if you hurt brand recognition and thereby reduce your sales drastically? What if the lack of nautical color theme means that people feel less… fishy? Whatever the case, you now have three choices.

A) Leave your stores as they are and leave potential profits on the table
B) Change the color of your stores and hope that this doesn’t hurt your ranking
C) Run a split test And of course, the last option is the one that will stand to serve you best.

To perform this, you will now instruct just two or three of your 50 stores to change the color of their interiors. You’ll then monitor the progress of those stores for the next 6 months, and then collect all the data together to see what it can tell you.

What you’re looking for, is a sign that the stores that were colored red:

A) Saw a spike in profits and turnover
B) Outperformed the stores that did not change anything

If the change helped to boost your store’s success, then you might choose to adopt the change and thereby roll it out across all your stores – potentially seeing a large spike in traffic.

If the change hurt your store’s success, then you simply change it back and then run the next experiment. The financial damage and the brand visibility will only be slightly impacted, so no harm done. If you had rolled the change out across all stores, then you would have potentially lost a lot of money and created confusion around your brand.

And if the change did nothing, then you can basically choose how you want to proceed.

This is the basic concept behind split testing, and it is something that companies have been using for decades.

Split Testing for SEO

So how does this work in the world of SEO?

Well, while we’ll get into the specifics and the nitty gritty of SEO in a moment, the main thing you need to know at this point is that Google relies on a few factors when determining how prominently to feature a website in the SERPs.

For example, Google will look for the presence of keywords, it will look for the use of H1 and H2 tags (large bold text), it will look for images that have certain alt tags and filenames, and it will look for signals from users – such as the amount of time spent on the page.

The problem is, that no one knows the specifics of the algorithm. We know that Google likes sites that use keywords subtly, and our best guess is that the ideal keyword density is about 1-3% (meaning that the keyword appears one to three times in each hundred words). But we don’t know precisely how many times Google wants us to repeat the phrase, we don’t know where the tipping point is where it becomes too much. We don’t know how much Google wants to see us use related terms, and we’re not 100% sure whether it’s better to focus on just one keyword or to try a few.

Introduction

We all have goals and aims, and we all have an idea of what we would like our lives to be like. Despite this though, many of us fail to reach those goals or to actualize our dreams.

Why is this?

Or to put it another way, what is it that’s holding you back?

There’s a good chance that you already know what the answer is likely to be.

It’s you.

All of us have at some point been responsible for getting in our own way at one point or another. Either because of limiting beliefs, or because of poor habits and lack of discipline.

How many times have you decided that you want to make a change in your life by getting into shape, or starting a new business, or starting a new job… only to then make zero progress in those areas?

What possible reason could you have for this?

Often it comes down to a lack of faith in yourself. It comes down to limiting beliefs about who you are, what you’re worth… even how you’re meant to behave!
Limiting beliefs are incredibly destructive, largely because we often don’t realize they’re affecting us. They sit quietly in our unconscious brains and gradually prevent us from fulfilling out full potential.

And more than that, they make us unhappy. They give us a sense of pessimism, which can color everything we do in unflattering tones.

These beliefs act as your reference point. They inform every decision and opinion you make. They form your “internal operating system.”

In other words, every feeling, thought, and experience that you have will effectively flow out of these beliefs. If you don’t replace them with positive ones, then you won’t be able to get the most out of life – or enjoy it even if you do.

The good news though, is that the brain is plastic. It is always changing and even our very thoughts are capable of changing the structure of our DNA! This incredible fact means that it’s entirely possible to transform the way you think… to reset that operating system as it were – and to thereby live a happier and more fulfilled life.

Chapter 1: What Are Limiting Beliefs?

I’m going to start out by providing a few examples of limiting beliefs.

This can be a somewhat abstract concept to grasp, but when you see them laid out before you, it becomes much easier to understand.

The Person Who Can’t Start Their Own Business

Let’s say that you have a business idea. You’re going to provide coaching for small businesses and help them get up and started. You’ll charge a relatively low flat fee, but then the company will pay you a slightly larger fee a year later as long as their earnings have passed a certain threshold. Nice idea!

Your model involves selling direct to the customer, and the way you plan to do this is by looking for them on Instagram. You will find people who post about a business plan, then you’ll private message them and simply start chatting. If you spot and opportunity to sell, you’ll pounce. That’s the “soft sell” approach, and it means you can build a relationship and demonstrate your value before you charge.

Here’s the problem though: you’re too scared to contact anyone! Every day you put off messaging your clients out of the blue, and you can’t quite put your finger on why.

Chances are it comes down to some limiting beliefs:

• You don’t believe anyone would pay for your business idea
• You are worried that if you fail, you’ll lose something that has been keeping you motivated
• You are a “shy person” and don’t like to disturb people

Three limiting beliefs, holding you back from capitalizing on your dreams – perhaps even getting rich!

The Person Who Won’t Leave Their Current Job/Relationship

Let’s try another situation. Let’s say you’re in a job or a relationship that makes you unhappy. It really doesn’t matter which, but you know it won’t provide you fulfilment.

But you STAY THERE anyway! Why? Because you feel it’s the “best you’re going to get.” You think that if you terminate the relationship, you’ll end up loveless. Likewise, you’ll find yourself on the street if you quit your current job.

A lack of esteem means that you don’t think you can get “better.” You effectively think you aren’t “worth” more than that. And this then leads you to make some terrible mistakes.

Some people will even stay in abusive relationships because they don’t feel that they will find anything better! Some even feel that they deserve the abuse they receive.

The Author Who Throws Away His Novel

Did you know that when Stephen King first wrote Carrie, he threw it in the trash? It was his wife who retrieved it for him and told him he was being crazy!

Turns out, that we often can’t recognize our own good work – or we’re too scared to believe in it!

Now compare this to someone like J.K. Rowling who persistently kept sending out her manuscript for Harry Potter despite it being rejected over and over! Imagine if Rowling had King’s lack of self belief!

Muscle Building 101 MRR Ebook

Introduction – Why Is It S- Hard T- Build Muscle?

Hell- and welcome t- our short, introductory guide on the building blocks of muscle building and increasing strength.

If you’re like many people, myself included, you have a hard time building muscle. You’ve tried every supplement and muscle-building workout routine that promised big, fast gains, but you’re still just as scrawny as the day you decided t- start building muscle.

Don’t worry. You’re not alone. Building muscle is hard, and it’s something many people struggle with.

There are a few reasons why it’s s- hard t- build muscle. The first thing that most people d- wrong is approach it with the wrong mindset. T- put things shortly, in order t- build muscle like you want, you need t- create a muscle-building lifestyle and really get your head in the game. At that point, muscle-building becomes something more than what you d- when you g- t- the gym.

The other reasons people have a hard time building muscle is that they don’t have the right diet and they’re not doing the right exercises.

What you put int- your body will have a huge impact on what your body is able t- do, which is why diet is such a vital part of muscle-building. The right exercises, on the other hand, will properly impact the muscles in such a way that they will gain like you want them to.

The good news is that even if you have n- muscle at all right now, you can gain the muscle you want by starting your foundation off with the advice found in this very book, then moving ont- more advanced theory and programs depending on your individual goals.

Keep reading t- find out everything you need t- know t- get started with muscle building s- you can finally have the muscles and body that you want. If you’re willing t- put in the work, anything is possible!

Let’s dive in…

Chapter 1 – My Current Situation

The first thing you want t- d- before starting any type of exercise routine is an evaluation of your current physical state. While there is quite a bit of self-assessment that will g- int- this, you should als- pay a visit t- your doctor before you start on your muscle-building journey.

Why Visit the Doctor?

Visiting your doctor for a health assessment before starting a new exercise routine is important for a couple of reasons.

First and foremost, your doctor will be able t- tell you if you physically capable of doing what you are setting out t- do. There are some medical conditions that may require you t- d- modified strength-training exercises and your doctor can help direct you in this.

The other reason you’ll want t- check with your doctor before you begin is if you are planning on taking any supplements. While the vast majority of protein supplements are perfectly safe, there are some types of supplements that could interfere with medication or medical conditions, s- you’ll want t- double check with your doctor before starting any supplements.

Self-Evaluation Checklist

As you get ready t- start building muscle, you’ll need t- self-evaluate your physical state. This will help you know how far you’ve come when you re-evaluate every week or month. Without this baseline, it would be hard t- know if you’ve actually gotten bigger muscles or improved your muscle-to-fat ratio, s- be sure t- get as accurate of numbers as possible.

Here is a checklist of everything you will want t- get for a baseline before you begin:

- Body weight
- Body fat percentage
- Biceps measurement
- Triceps measurement
- Quadriceps measurement
- Calves measurement
- Waist measurement
- Chest measurement
- Bust measurement (for women only)
- Neck measurement
- Number of push-ups done
- Number of crunches done
- 1RM for every exercise

1RM stands for one repetition maximum. This refers t- the maximum amount of weight that you are able t- lift with just one lift. Because lifting the maximum amount is dangerous, you should instead calculate your 1RM by doing several repetitions with a weight you’re more comfortable with, then use an online calculator t- find out this number.

Be sure t- keep the list of these measurements somewhere that you can refer t- often as you re-evaluate t- make sure that you’re on track with your goals. It will als- help t- keep these handy when you are setting goals for yourself, s- you know how high t- set the bar for yourself based on where you are now.

Now that we’ve set a path towards muscle building and assessed our current situation the next thing t- get in order is our mind…or mindset t- be a bit more precise, which is what we will cover in the next part.

Be A Better Business Leader Resale Rights Ebook

Introduction to Leadership

Napoleon once said: “One bad general does better than two good ones.” It takes a moment for the sense of this to register, but it is the same as our modern saying that “too many cooks spoil the broth”. Having one set of instructions, even if they are flawed, is preferable to having two sets of perfect directions that, when enacted together without reference to each other, cause havoc.

This is the principle of leadership in a nutshell. It is all about maintaining focus and creating positive outcomes.

The same can be applied to individuals who strive to become leaders. There needs to be focus and determination. Advice can be given, but does not have to be heeded. History is full of leaders whose beginnings were disastrous, and had they listened to the naysayers of this world, the world would be a poorer place today.

Leadership can be learned. Some people are certainly born with leadership skills, but this is not a prerequisite for becoming a leader. More important is dedication to the art of leadership. Leadership involves understanding how to inspire, influence and control how people behave. It is not a simple matter of shouting, or having a deep and booming voice; or being great in physical stature; Gandhi possessed none of these attributes, but managed to lead a nation and inspire millions around the world.

Sometimes, leadership may be no more than having a poignant message for a receptive audience at an opportune moment. Of itself, leadership is neither good nor bad; the world has known more than its fair share of evil and charismatic dictators.

In the world of business, the perception of leadership has changed from its early days when it largely mirrored the military model of leadership from the top down, with powerful individuals dominating large groups of less powerful people.

Nowadays, leadership in business is far more knowledge-driven. The lowliest employee may end up effectively leading the direction of a vast corporation through his or her innovative ideas. Anyone with critical knowledge can show leadership. This is known as thought-leadership. In other situations, leadership can be about taking a stand for what you believe in, and trying to convince people to think and act differently.

Leadership has been variously described as the “process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task”; “creating a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen”; “the ability to successfully integrate and maximize available resources within the internal and external environment for the attainment of organizational or societal goals”; and “the capacity of leaders to listen and observe, to use their expertise as a starting point to encourage dialogue between all levels of decision-making, to establish processes and transparency in decision-making, to articulate their own values and visions clearly but not impose them. Leadership is about setting and not just reacting to agendas, identifying problems, and initiating change that makes for substantive improvement rather than managing change”.

There is truth to all of the above definitions, but they all apply to the ideals of leadership.

So what of leadership gone awry?

Understanding the Dark Side

The dark side of any individual when allowed to go unchecked can create a rigid and dysfunctional personality that stifles creativity, and taints or ruins relationships. When such characteristics are given reign in a leader, a self-righteous and bombastic person can result, who alienates the very people they are meant to inspire.

The Compulsive Leader

Compulsive leaders feel like they have to do everything themselves. They try to manage every aspect of their business, often refusing to delegate, and cannot resist having their say on everything. As they lack trust in others, they cannot let anyone else take responsibility, therefore they restrict personal growth in their team.
Compulsive leaders have many other traits. They are perfectionists who must follow highly rigid and systematized daily routines, and are concerned with status. Thus they strive to impress their superiors with their diligence and efficiency and continually look for reassurance and approval. This can lead to them becoming workaholics, and their team is viewed as failing if they don’t keep pace. Spontaneity is not encouraged as this bucks the routine.

Despite this appearance of total control, such leaders can be fit to explode on the inside, and this can be the result of a childhood environment where unrealistic expectations were placed on them. Their attempts to keep control are linked to their attempts to suppress anger and resentment, which makes them susceptible to outbursts of temper if they perceive they are losing their grip.

The Narcissistic Leader

Narcissistic leaders are focused on themselves. Life and the world revolve around them, and they must be at the center of all that is happening. Whilst they exaggerate their own merits, they will try to ignore the merits of others, or seek to devalue them, because other people’s accomplishments are seen as a threat to their own standing. The worst type of narcissistic leader cannot tolerate even a hint of criticism and disagreement, and avoid their self-delusions and fantasies being undermined by surrounding themselves with sycophants.

Where possible, they will attempt to use the merits of others for their own advancement, and think nothing of stepping on people to get ahead. Their own feeling of self-importance means they are unable to empathize with those in their team, because they cannot feel any connection. Their only focus is on receiving plaudits that further bolster their sense of greatness. Such an attitude is often the result of a deep-seated inferiority complex, and thus no matter how much they are achieving, they will never feel it is enough.

Some narcissistic leaders take on a sidekick, but this person is expected to toe the line at all times, and serves only to reflect glory onto them and loudly approve of all that they do. Clever sidekicks can subtly manipulate the leader into focusing on the operational outcome of their plans, rather than just their own self-aggrandizement. Ultimately, this type of leader can be very successful if their vision is strong and they get the organization to identify with them and think like they do. Such productive narcissists have more perspective, and can step back and even laugh at their own irrational needs.

Memory Hack MRR Ebook

Introduction

Want to become a more effective and productive version of you?

The way to do it is to strengthen your mind. By strengthening your brain, you can improve your ability to do everything else.

After all, its your brain that you use in order to solve problems, make decisions, and plan for the future. If you are stuck in a rut and if you are failing to get the results you want from life, then it’s probably time to take a look at yourself and to try making a change.

When you change yourself, you change the limits of what’s possible.

The next question: what to upgrade? A great place to start is with your memory.

By enhancing your memory, you’ll be able to improve your ability to learn and store new information. That means you’ll be able to add to your skill set, bulk up your resume, and gain new abilities that could help you to land the job of your dreams.

You’ll remember names at parties, quote movies, and more. ALL of this can be learned, and in this book you will find out precisely how to learn it and what to do with all that knowledge.

Are you ready to unlock the full potential of your brain?

Chapter 1: Neuroplasticity and the Science of Learning

If you want to boost your memory and brain power, then a great place to start is by understanding how your brain works, so that you can “hack” it.

In essence then, it is useful to think of your brain as a giant web of interconnected nodes. These “nodes” are your brain cells – also called neurons – and each one represents a different sensation, memory, thought, or action.

These neurons are arranged roughly into brain regions that have particular roles. For instance, your visual cortex is the brain region that is primarily responsible for your vision. Should you stimulate a neuron in this area using an electrode, then you would see a point of light appear in your field of vision corresponding with that neuron.

Likewise, if you were to stimulate a region of neurons in the hippocampus – the brain region primarily associated with memories – then you might experience some old memories in vivid detail.

These experiments aren’t hypothetical – they have been carried out by researchers. They work because the brain is electrical and neurons work by carrying electrical signals called “action potentials.”

An action potential occurs when a neuron reaches a certain threshold and then “fires” by sending an electrical current from its soma (cell body) down a tail called an axon. This signal will then usually travel to nearby neurons across a gap called a synapse to their input terminals called “dendrites.”

If those neurons are excited enough by this stimulation, they too will then fire and carry the message on further down the axon. This way, a thought or sensation will spread across the network, lighting up all relevant areas.

When you create a new memory or have a new experience, this will result in the creation of new neurons and new connections.

This is what we call “brain plasticity” and it essentially tells us that the brain is capable of growing and changing shape like a muscle. The more you use specific brain areas, the more those areas increase in size.

And the more skills and knowledge you gain, the more your brain in general will grow and change shape!

Plasticity is predicated on one rule that can be represented with a simple maxim:

“Neurons that fire together, wire together.”

What this means, is that if two neurons are repeatedly used at the same time, they will gradually form new connections. This is why it’s so easy to say the alphabet in order – because those neurons have formed a network that mean you can go directly from a to b to c. This is also how we learn dance routines, and it’s why we form “associations” between different events and memories.

If you try to learn something new then, you will do so by creating new neurons and new connections between those neurons. X does Y and E = F. Likewise, you will create episodic memories from everything that happens during your day, which will be comprised of networks of sights, smells, emotions, and things that happened.

If you go into any health food store and even many other stores that sell drinks, you will find kombucha, often in a huge variety of brands and flavors. Although it’s been around for thousands of years, it’s only been in recent years that it’s gained popularity in the United States and is being hailed as a healthy drink that has a number of benefits, which we will cover in this guide. Firstly let’s start at the beginning…

What is Kombucha?

Kombucha is a fermented tea drink. It is naturally effervescent much like carbonated beverages, and contains tea, water, sugar, healthy bacteria, and yeast. The healthy bacteria and yeast are what work together to ferment this beverage which gives kombucha its many health benefits.

Now, here are a few of the reasons as to why kombucha is such a popular drink:

Easy to Make

We’ll go into more details later, but the basic brewing of kombucha involves making tea with sugar, then adding something known as SCOBY which contains the bacteria and yeast and allowing it to set for a certain number of days to ferment. Because it’s so easy to make, many people prefer making their own kombucha to buying it in stores.

Variety of Flavors

Because you can start with nearly any type of tea and add additional flavors after the brewing process, it means that the possibilities are endless when it comes to the flavors that kombucha can have. You can also find kombucha in the store in many different flavors, so there’s always something different that you can try and tantalize your taste buds.

Good Soft Drink Alternative

For people that love the carbonation of sugary soft drinks, kombucha makes an excellent alternative. It’s not only got the fizziness that makes soft drinks stand out, but it’s also much lower in sugar without lacking in flavor. The fact that there is a healthy alternative to soft drinks is great news for people who want to kick that addiction without losing out on enjoying a delicious beverage.

Low in Caffeine

While some people may need some caffeine in their tea to get a little boost to make it through the day, others prefer lower caffeine because of the way it affects them such as keeping them from being able to fall asleep at night. Because of the fermentation process, kombucha allows you to get many of the great benefits of tea without the addition of caffeine.

Relaxing

One of the natural by-products of the fermentation process is alcohol. The amount increases with the amount of time the kombucha is allowed to ferment, so this is strictly controlled in a commercial setting and can be experimented with in a home setting. However, because of this low alcohol content, kombucha will help anyone who drinks it to relax.

Healthy

Easily the biggest reason that kombucha has gained popularity is because of its many health benefits. It has a number of probiotics which can help with digestive issues, antioxidants which can help remove toxins from your body, and B vitamins which help in a number of ways within your body. It’s also low in sugar, calories, and sodium, making it great for people who are trying to lose weight.

User’s Guide

Facebook continues to be one of the most popular social networks with a user base of over one billion people. While that might be a staggering number, it also represents an incredible opportunity for marketers and entrepreneurs.

You can use Facebook to grow your mailing list, build your business, and sell your products or service in several different ways. It all depends on which methods are right for you and what type of community you want to build.

Facebook Pages Boost Your Brand’s Awareness

It’s becoming increasingly common for consumers to turn to social networks when they want to make a purchase. For example, when an expectant mother is looking for the best crib recommendation, she might ask for suggestions in a Facebook post.

Her friends can share their opinions. Savvy users may even tag their favorite brands in the comments section. The expectant mother could then go and see your Facebook page and may be more likely to select your crib model.

Of course, increased sales are just one potential benefit of having a Facebook page. Another reason to use Facebook pages is that it can lead to more reviews and testimonials. This leads to what researchers call “social proof”.

If your brand has dozens of glowing reviews from real Facebook users, potential customers are more willing to take a chance on your product. This is because they feel like there’s less risk involved than if they found your site through a simple Google search.

Some marketers and entrepreneurs think that since Facebook’s organic reach has decreased, there’s no point in keeping your Facebook page active. But since Facebook pages can influence your sales, you’ll want to update your page frequently.

You can use a third-party app to schedule your Facebook posts like HootSuite or Buffer. However, Facebook now has the option for you to schedule your posts directly from your page.

Although there’s nothing wrong with using a third-party app, you may see more traction and views if you use Facebook’s built-in scheduler. When scheduling content, try to use a variety of formats such as images, video, text, and polls.

When possible, try to use interactive content. This is content that encourages fans and followers to engage with your brand. A poll is a good example of interactive content.

However, be careful about creating low value content merely to get engagement. An example of low value content is a post that reads “Comment for YES” or “Comment I AGREE”. In Facebook’s algorithm, these posts are considered poor quality and may make the social media giant less likely to show your posts in users’ feeds.

Facebook Groups Help Build A Community

Another way to build your business using Facebook is to create a Facebook group. Groups are different from Facebook pages in that they can be private or closed. They’re not designed to be sales tools.

That doesn’t mean that Facebook groups should be ignored. You can build a community of passionate fans who eagerly buy your products or services by harnessing the power of online groups.

Some marketers start Facebook groups and excitedly post for a week or two before quietly letting it die. Then they say that Facebook groups are not effective and wonder what went wrong.

The truth is you must nurture your Facebook community if you want it to grow. That means regularly posting new content to the group. Often the best posts are in the form of open-ended questions. For example, if you run a Facebook group for puppy training, then you might want to ask members, “What’s the first command you’d like to teach your puppy?”

When building your Facebook group, do not add members without their consent. This is bad practice, even though Facebook allows it. When members see they’re in a group that they don’t remember joining, they may become irritated with you and the experience may leave a bad taste in their mouths.

Another thing you can do to make sure you get members who are interested in your topic to join your community, is to use Facebook’s new member form. When potential members go to join your group, they’ll be asked a series of questions that you created.

This can be a wonderful opportunity to do some market research. For example, with your puppy training group, you might ask potential members what their biggest struggle is with training their pup. Their answers may spark new content ideas and show you exactly what solutions your community needs.

Another great thing about using Facebook groups is you can design free training areas. So if you teach people how to do a task using content you can use Facebook Units within your group to organize your thoughts.

For example, if you give your members branding tips, you can organize your tips into units. So you might have a unit on fonts and another one on choosing your brand colors. This lets your members work through your content at their own pace and allows you to position yourself as an authority on your topic.

Facebook Stories Engage Your Audience

Stories are short social media videos that business brands and influencers can post to Facebook. Video content is becoming increasingly popular while text and images are less so. This means that smart brands will want to post stories more often.

Fortunately, Facebook makes it easy to do this. When you go to post content with an image, you can click the box to post the content to the newsfeed as well as to stories. This creates a short video or slideshow-style video that can be viewed in the stories menu.

Facebook is giving priority to stories over other types of content. That means that both the social media giant and users will be more likely to engage with and promote your updates if you use these videos.

If you’re curious about what topics to cover in your stories, try doing a behind-the-scenes look at your business or your product. This isn’t about selling anything. It’s about showing your community the personality behind the brand.

Another Facebook story you could do would be a brief set of tips that your audience might find useful. For example, if you’re in the parenting niche then six steps to swaddling your baby quickly would be appreciated by your community.

Becoming An Entrepreneur PLR Ebook

So, You Want to Be an Entrepreneur?

People become entrepreneurs for many reasons. Sometimes it’s just because they cannot find a job that pays enough, is interesting enough, or challenges them enough. Other times it comes after a long life of working for others and moving up in a company and then realizing that they can do more with their own business. Yet others start a business because they want time freedom and flexibility.

While there are many reasons for becoming an entrepreneur, it’s critical to choose the right business and run it properly if you want to be successful. It’s fun to say you’re an entrepreneur, but it’s a whole other thing to really do it successfully.

=> What Is an Entrepreneur?

There is a lot of discussion about what makes an entrepreneur, both online and offline. For example, a freelancer is not really an entrepreneur in the sense of creating a business that they can retire from and still earn money, or sell to someone else to keep running into perpetuity.

An entrepreneur builds a business that can outlast them, while a freelancer earns money providing services or benefits to someone else for pay. But if that person is out of the picture, the freelancer won't get any money. An entrepreneur also takes a financial risk that is greater than average to run their business, while a freelancer generally doesn’t have that many expenses.

Both are perfectly legitimate ways to earn a living, but the goal is slightly different. One is to work and earn money, and the other is to build something that is about more than making money and will outlast you and earn money today. You can choose to call either one of these, freelancer or business owner, an entrepreneur, but technically there is a mindset difference that is very subtle:

* Entrepreneurs build a business that outlasts themselves
* Freelancers build jobs that support themselves and their family

It’s minimal but it is different, and is an important distinction when we are talking about becoming an entrepreneur. The following pages will give you information about starting your own business and becoming an entrepreneur that manages their own resources to run a business and build a business that will live on after they’re gone.

=> Do You Have the Right Personality to Be an Entrepreneur?

The other aspect of entrepreneurship that is important to note is whether you have the personality to do it or not. Are you self-motivated? Can you act without a boss? If you notice you are missing some of the personality traits that entrepreneurs possess, can you make up for it by buying those traits or skills?

What Characteristics Do You Need to Become an Entrepreneur?

There are lots of articles you can read online about all the personality traits that an entrepreneur should have. Many of them bring up the idea of being passionate about your work; however, there are more important things than passion when it comes to business success.

After all, some days you will hate your business. But you really don’t have to be that passionate about the work, just excited about the results. This list of skills and personality traits that you need to be successful all hinges on your ability to do the work.

* Expertise – You need to know what you are doing. Without that, you need to at least have someone you can call on who knows what they, as the expert, are doing. You can outsource everything in your business, so you don’t (for example) need to know how to build a website to be a website builder. You just need a plan for finding clients and assigning the work to other people.

* Perseverance – Once you start a business, you cannot give up when the first thing goes wrong. You need to be able to stick it out until you experience success. If you have done the research and you have the actions planned, you need to do those before throwing in the towel. Stick to it for at least a prescribed amount of time before quitting.

* Resilience – In truth, an entrepreneur needs to be able to fall and get back up immediately. Things are going to happen that cause you to second-guess yourself. That is normal. All businesses have normal ebbs and flows. Your ability to weather these storms is what will make you an entrepreneur.

* Resourcefulness – A lot of people think you need a lot of resources to start a business, but in truth, you just need to be resourceful enough to recognize when you have access to something amazing. For example, some of your resources may be money, people, or technology.

* Motivation – If you don’t have the natural ability to motivate yourself and others to achieve a vision or goal that you have in your own head, it’s going to be hard to be successful. However, if you lack motivation but you have the skills and desire, you can buy it in the form of a coach to help you find it.

* Commitment – This is the ability to truly be in your business 100 percent. You don’t want to dabble in this business and that business and play at business. You want to do your due diligence and then stick to a business and make it work.

* A Sense of Adventure – Owning and running a business is a journey that you’re going to take which is going to be a lot like being on a rollercoaster. There will be ups and there will be downs. Sometimes you will go very fast between the two; that’s the way it is. They say that an entrepreneur likes to take the risk, but the truth is, a person who works for someone else is taking a risk too; they just don’t realize it.

The other traits are also important, but when you notice that entrepreneurs encompass all types of personalities, from introverts to extroverts and everything in between, you quickly realize what makes them successful.
