The Joy Of Imperfection MRR Ebook

Too many people are trying to be something they're not, and this grinds them down. Too many of us try to pretend to be somebody that we're not. Maybe we're trying to impress people. Maybe we're trying to fool ourselves into thinking that we are completely different people.

The sad part? Too many of us are not aware that this is happening. It's just something that happens on autopilot. They keep pushing forward, but ultimately, it still doesn't measure up.

Regardless of how hard they try, and regardless of how much effort they put in, they simply aren't happy, nor are they fulfilled. There's always something missing. They feel incomplete, flawed and weak.

Of course, this happens deep down inside. And oftentimes, they can't quite put their finger on it. They feel that something is missing, that something is off, but they fail to see the 800-pound elephant in the room.

Similarly, too many people suffer from impostor syndrome. Regardless of the fact they actually know what they're doing and that they are quite competent in certain areas of their life, they still feel that they are giant frauds. They feel that they are in danger of somehow being found out.

They feel this because they are under the impression that they must be perfect all the time. They feel that they must impress people all the time.

What is the root cause of all of this? The idea of perfection. People might not be able to articulate this belief, but they definitely think and act like it.

You don't necessarily have to know the concept or the proper name of what you're going through for you to go through some sort of process or suffer certain symptoms. Regardless, people are trapped living with this idea of perfection.

Pro tip: you don't have to be perfect because no one is.

The truth is, you can't be at your best at all times. That's just not going to happen. You can't be all things to all people, nor can you have it all.

Unfortunately, too many people think they have to be perfect because they expect themselves to be perfect. They are assuming that people expect them to be perfect, so they expect themselves to be perfect, and this creates a downward spiral.

Also, too many of us think that this striving for perfection or the appearance of perfection are genuine sources of pride.

Other people hang on to the emotional albatross of perfectionism because they think others are relying on them to be perfect. They think that other people cannot move on or live full lives until and unless they are perfect.

This training teaches you how to get out of the long shadow of wanting to be perfect. Instead, it teaches you to achieve peace within by accepting yourself fully – flaws and all.

The French enlightenment philosopher Jean Jacques Rousseau famously said that "Man was born free, but everywhere he is in chains." Of course, Rousseau meant this in political terms, but this is also true in spiritual and emotional terms.

Most of the time, we hold the key to the mental prisons that we live in. We define the world in neat, tidy little boxes that spell out what we can and cannot do, who we can and cannot be, and where we can and cannot go.

Almost all of this is arbitrary, but they are all too real because we make them real by believing in them.

We were born free, but we refuse to turn the lock of the mental prison that we choose to be in. And much of this situation can be tied to 8 mindsets that work to hold us back and drag us down.

Oftentimes, we're unaware that we have these mindsets. Still, the sooner you get out from under the influence of these, the sooner you will live a life of adventure, meaning, fulfillment and, paradoxically enough, control.

See if you can identify any of the following mindsets. Letting go of them prepares you to live life to your fullest potential.

You Have to Always Be In Control

The first mindset that crushes personal contentment is the very idea that you must always be in control of all areas of your life.

Now, it doesn't take much human experience to figure out just how wrong this is. You've heard of Murphy's Law: the worst things happen at the worst time. You probably also know that life is what happens when you have other plans.

Life has its own agenda. It spins on its own axis, regardless of our best laid plans. And unfortunately, the more we choose to believe that we have to be always in control, the less likely we will be happy.

Introduction

Yoga is something different to most people. It’s quite diverse, and practitioners have different expectations when they start. That’s perfectly okay. Whether your goal is greater enlightenment, a more toned and muscular body, or relief from disease, there’s a yoga for you. This b00k will serve as a guide.

The philosophy of yoga has been around for 5,000 years. That’s an undeniable staying power. Yoga is not just an ‘exercise’, it is a philosophy, a way of thinking rather than a religion. In ancient India, the word yoga meant union. It refers to a union of the entire self – mind, body, and spirit.

This union is achieved through physical poses, frequently called asanas, although asana is just one of the many types of yoga. These poses are meant to heighten awareness of mind and body, which makes yoga a natural corollary to meditation.

Today’s researchers are discovering the many benefits of yoga. While it can increase spirituality, it also has the ability to heal many ailments and diseases, especially stress, immune system disorders, and heart problems. It also provides increased flexibility, which can reverse the aging process.

The more vigorous yoga practices are considered cardiovascular exercises. Along with a proper diet, you will be able to lose weight. The gentler types of yoga do not have cardiovascular benefits, so remember to do additional exercises.

Why are people becoming interested in yoga? The most common reason is to improve flexibility and physical health. Besides the physical benefits, yoga also boosts the mental power and paves way to spiritual enlightenment. For most, it’s the spiritual awakening that turns yoga into an important part of their lives. This is a gradual but wonderful development and opportunity for personal growth. The essence of yoga is always to become a better version of oneself.

Chapter 1 – The Science of Yoga and its Health Benefits

People have been practicing yoga for thousands of years. While the original purpose was to elevate to a greater spiritual level, it became clear that yoga benefits the person as a whole. Modern scientific research has shown that the tremendous overall health benefits of a yoga lifestyle.

Yes, yoga does improve the body, but surprising scientific research has shown that it changes the brain, as well. It’s about becoming a better version of yourself and getting in touch with the real, authentic you as the brain becomes more uncluttered. It keeps us focused on the present. While yoga begins on the mat, it extends to our entire day as greater compassion and awareness becomes a part of our life.

Yoga won’t provide untold riches, although the physical benefits are remarkable. The world is already filled with abundance, much of which we ignore. The real beauty of yoga is that it grounds us to the present, connecting us to the abundance that is within our grasp. A better, more fulfilled life is within our reach when we let go and simply accept what is there.

Each yoga pose, which usually involves stretches, has its own purpose and benefit. The practitioner becomes aware of tension and learns to release it. Yoga poses are very specific, and perfection comes with practice, but it is not the ultimate goal. Yoga involves a lot of stretching, but, more importantly, it creates balance by increasing flexibility and strength. Whatever type of yoga you practice, your body and mind simply improve.

Yoga is extremely diverse and individual, which makes it important to work at your own level of comfort. Don’t use the person next to you in class as a guide, or even the teacher. Work the poses in the best way for you. This isn’t a speed contest, and you have nothing to prove. Yoga is a lifetime commitment, not a competition.

Even if you are not used to exercising, you can practice yoga. You may not be as flexible as the next person, but you will get there. Yoga is always a work in progress and never a competition. While it is a physical practice, yoga will inevitably touch on your spiritual side. It unifies mind and body to become one.

Research conducted throughout the 20th century has found a myriad of physical benefits to practicing yoga.

Our lives are filled with daily stressors, and we know that stress can cause tremendous damage to the body and mind. The boss wants to talk, your spouse is upset, the mortgage is overdue, and the kids want the keys to the car. Just another typical day.

Holding yoga poses, stretching muscles, being focused on the presents, and breathing deeply and slowly helps us achieve a state of greater relaxation and harmony. We are able to consciously choose our response to stress instead of being at its mercy. Remaining calm under difficult circumstances is a choice, and yoga can provide the tools.

Introduction

As we march into this bright new millennium, we’re constantly reminded of the fusion of east and west. Whether it’s through satellite television programming that beams in productions from different cultures, enjoying books and music from distant lands that, only a generation or two ago, couldn’t be accessed, and – of course – communicating with people across time and space through the Internet and other telecommunications advancements, the world has become a much smaller place. Indeed, when Marshall McLuan coined the term Global Village, even he probably didn’t envision so much, so fast, so soon.

Riding the wave of information that now crisscrosses our tiny planet is something that has its roots in ancient history, yet is experiencing a blossoming in the west that continues to gain momentum with each passing year. Whether it’s at a local YMCA or a lush spiritual retreat in the Everglades, Yoga is establishing itself as a mainstay in western culture; indeed, in global culture.

However, many people are reluctant to experience the physical, emotional, and psychological health benefits of yoga; and there is really only one major reason for this: misinformation.

While many people might truly enjoy yoga and find it to be the side-effect free answer to a lot of their emotional and physical ailments, they just don’t know enough about the subject to take that first step.

Furthermore, a stereotype out there that seems to persist despite evidence to the contrary is that yoga is a religious following; and that to experience its many health benefits somehow obliges one to renounce their faith or, worse, run away to some commune and eat tofu in between chanting sessions.

While, yes, if you’d like to go to a retreat and enjoy tofu and chanting, that’s probably possible (almost anything is possible, as long as it’s legal and people want to do it, right?).

Yet that vision of yoga – people with shaved heads and handing flowers to strangers at the airport – is by no means the overall picture. Yoga is really a very simple, accessible, and in many countries around the world, ordinary thing to do.

In that light, this book is created with one goal in mind: to demystify yoga for you, and provide you with a clear, simple, and fun introduction to the topic.
If you’ve never been exposed to any kind of yoga (except for what you might have seen on television), then this book is for you!

In addition, even if you have experienced some kinds of yoga (perhaps a friend dragged you to a class at the local recreation center all those years ago), this book will reignite your interest in the topic and reattach you to a mode of body movement and mind focus that has lived in ancient lands for millennium.

This book is conveniently organized into four sections:

- What is Yoga?
- Why is Yoga Beneficial?
- Different Kinds of Yoga
- Yoga Equipment & Accessories

As you read through these sections, please bear in mind that there is absolutely no attempt here, directly or indirectly (or in any other way possible!) to endorse or promote any religious view. This is because the view of this book is same view that is held by the world’s foremost authorities on yoga: that it is not a religion. It does not have a dogma.

While there are indeed different schools and streams of yoga – there are actually thousands of them – they have all managed to coexist quite peacefully because, for the most part, yoga is not evangelical, which simply means that it does not seek to spread itself as part of its mission.

Please note that the statement above in no way criticizes or comments on evangelical orders, such as Evangelical Christianity; the point here is simply that the overwhelming majority of yoga movements does not consider spreading yoga to be a tenet of its identity.

Yet, while the yoga that is described in this book (and experienced in most of the world) is not a religion, it does very seamlessly fit into many people’s existing religious framework.

In other words, if you are a Catholic, a Protestant, a Muslim, a Jew, a Sikh, or anything else and identify yourself as being a part of any faith at all, yoga doesn’t ask you to replace that faith with someone else, or offer you a competing or contradictory view of what you already believe.

So please remember: yoga, as it is discussed and promoted in this book (and in virtually every book worth reading!) is not a religion.

As we’ll begin to understand in the next section of this book, yoga is really nothing more, and nothing less, than harassing the power of human attention, and using it to benefit the body and mind. It is an approach to life, here and now.

What is Yoga?

What was I looking for that night in Bombay? The same thing I had been looking for as long as I can remember. The same thing all of us seek in one way or another. The “answer” to life, whatever that might mean. The “truth.” The reason for living, dying, or being “here” at all.” - Beryl Bender Birch

Yoga can seem like a complicated concept; or, at the very least, a dizzying array of physical manipulations that turn seemingly happy-looking human beings into happy looking human pretzels.

Or even more disconcerting, as we have alluded to in the Introduction, a stereotype does exist in places where the term yoga is synonymous with cult, or some kind of archaic spiritual belief that compels one to quit their job, sell their house, and go live in the middle of nowhere.

In actual fact, Yoga is a very basic thing; and if you’ve had the opportunity to visit a country where it has been established for generations – India, Japan, China, and others – it’s really rather, well, ordinary.

The practice of yoga came to the west back in 1893 when one of India’s celebrated gurus, Swami Vivekananda, was welcomed at the World Fair in Chicago. He is now known for having sparked the West’s interest in yoga.

Literally, the word yoga comes from the Sanskrit term Yug, which means: “to yoke, bind, join, or direct one’s attention”. At the same time, yoga can also imply concepts such as fusion, union, and discipline.

The sacred scriptures of Hinduism (an ancient belief system from India that has a global presence) also defines yoga as “unitive discipline”; the kind of discipline that, according to experts Georg Feuerstein and Stephan Bodian in their book Living Yoga, leads to inner and outer union, harmony and joy.

In essence, yoga is most commonly understood as conscious living; of tapping into one’s inner potential for happiness (what Sankrit refers to as ananda).

Foods That Burn Calories Fast

You may know how to eat healthy, but do you know which foods burn fat the best ? It helps to know if you want to trim down your waistline in the shortest amount of time. Even though you know there’s no magic pill that guarantees overnight success, sometimes it’s tempting to dole out the money. It’s enticing because losing weight is a struggle, and a vicious uphill battle that’s not always so easily fought.

The appeal to find a quick fix hits you every now and then – especially when you’ve worked hard to lose a little bit of weight and then you fall off the diet wagon and gain it all back (and then some). You may have lost count of the times you’ve thought, “There has to be an easier way to lose weight!”

Have you purchased every weight loss book ever published, forced down the diet bars, consumed the shakes, and attended the weight loss meetings so many times you could have paid for the entire building by the time you quit? Have you done all of this and yet you still haven’t seen the long-term results that you crave more than food itself? Are you sick and tired of trying, but you still know you need to lose weight so that you can have a healthier life? Or maybe you only need to lose a few pounds to fit into that new outfit or look good for an upcoming class reunion. You know you want to lose weight, but you don’t want a gimmick and you certainly don’t want to keep going down a road that leads nowhere.

You just want to find a plan that really works for you without all of the empty promises. There’s something you might not know about the battle of the bulge - something that can help you gain the victory once and for all without having to resort to any costly plans or fancy gimmicks.

Best of all, the way you can lose weight can be found in your own refrigerator, in your pantry or at your grocery store. By the way, this little known method of losing weight won’t break your wallet. I guarantee it.

Understanding the Basics of Weight Loss

To understand how weight loss works, you have to first understand how calories work. A calorie is energy given in the foods you eat. Your body uses this energy as fuel. Think of it as wood for a fireplace. If you put in too much wood, the fire gets too hot and there’s too much heat produced.

In the same manner, too much consumption of calories, especially those foods with empty calories, equals an overabundance of fuel. The same way you would store wood in stacked piles for your fireplace, the body stacks an overabundance of calories as fat. It then takes that fat and adds it to the places you don’t want it put. Then you see results like a tummy that laps over the top of your jeans - often called a muffin top - or you discover the results are flabby thighs or a double chin. To make the battle of weight loss even more discouraging, that fat, and its cellulite, can give you a lumpy, bumpy look. Cellulite are pockets of that stored fat beneath the surface of your skin. In other words, it’s the chocolate cake or donuts or the second helping of carbohydrates if those calories aren’t burned.

Now, all of that’s the bad news. But the good news is, you don’t have to accept being overweight as your fate (no matter how many times you’ve fallen off the diet wagon in the past).

Because this weight loss technique is easy and inexpensive, so you can stick with it forever. Not only can you stay on the plan, but you’ll find you actually enjoy it!

Your Body’s Silent Workout

When you watch a movie, what you see is the finished product. All of the actors and actresses stand where they’re supposed to. They say their lines like a pro and they look good doing it.

What you don’t see happening is the chapped hands and runny noses from filming outside in below zero weather or the nights filming lasted until two in the morning. You didn’t see what went on behind the show.

Many people sit down to eat a meal or a snack and never give a second’s thought to what goes on behind the scenes once the food is finished. Everyone knows how you gain weight and most of us are pros at the gaining. We gain by eating too much of the wrong kinds of food. But what if I told you something about your own body that could help you lose weight?

With every bite of food that you eat, your body must work to digest it. Because your body is expending energy to digest the food, it’s actually performing a silent workout. Sounds great, right? Your body is working out without you having to lift a finger.

Picture this: your body is burning energy to digest the food while you watch television, while you talk on the phone, drive to work and even while you sleep. It sounds like a fantastic win-win situation doesn’t it?

If it’s so fantastic, then why are some people still overweight? Because you’re not eating the right kinds of foods. You’re still stuck measuring portions and counting carbs and assigning foods as good or bad.

The truth is, there is no such thing. Food is simply fuel. All of it is. But how (and at what rate) the fuel is burned depends on the foods you eat because it correlates to how it makes your body work. Still follow me?

Negative Calorie Foods - Your Body’s Secret Weapon

What if you discovered you could lose weight simply with the foods you choose to eat? Foods that help you work off calories simply by eating them. It sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? But it’s not. There are foods that make your digestive system use more energy to consume them than the calories contained in the foods themselves.

When you use more energy to digest a food than the caloric value of a food, then those foods are called negative calorie foods. By eating these negative calorie foods, you will burn calories and you will lose weight effortlessly.

This is a rough example of how it work:

Let’s say you have a slice of chocolate cheesecake from the store bakery and you consume roughly 350 calories (or more depending on the type of ingredients used). Once you’ve eaten that slice of cheesecake, your body goes to work breaking it down and beginning the digestion process.

Let’s say your body burns 150 calories digesting that cake (and that’s probably figuring the amount burned on the high end). You’re still left with a gain of 200 calories. These calories will turn into unwanted fat and weight gain if not used as energy by the body. Now remember, the amount of calories you burn by eating negative calorie food will depend on the type of food it is.

Instead of the chocolate cheesecake, let’s say for example that you chose an apple instead. A medium sized apple has approximately 80 calories. You eat the apple and then the digestion process begins.

Because an apple is a negative calorie food, your body works harder to digest it than you gain in calories by eating it. The difference in negative calorie foods is comparable to the difference between walking and running. When you go for a low key walk, you don’t expend the same amount of energy you would if you were running.

Introduction

Hello and welcome to our short, beginners guide on mastering the art of setting goals & establishing self-discipline

Discipline, I'm afraid to report, is crucial for any success in life. Success, in whatever field or area of life, requires five things. You need to wait for it, you have to persevere through the many different challenges and setbacks you are bound to encounter. You also have to put in constant effort. Success usually doesn't happen the first time you try. In fact, in many situations, it requires several tries. You have to constantly put in the effort.

Finally, success requires putting up with adverse conditions. You have to keep at it regardless of what you're feeling, regardless of how many people discourage you, and regardless of whether you feel that it's time or not. You have to do it.

Success requires all of these and these all involve discipline. So what's the problem? I'm sure it's quite obvious. Modern life and You Can Do It!

values aren't exactly very friendly towards discipline. In fact, our modern world and the principles behind it seem to actively work against self-discipline. First of all, we want everything to be quick and easy. I'm not just talking about products and services, I'm talking about relationships. I'm talking about education. It's as if we've developed a sense of entitlement that life has to be fair, quick and easy.

Given this reality and these principles, it is no surprise that our attention span collectively has shrunk dramatically. And it's continuing to shrink. You only need to ask the nearest Millenial to know what I'm talking about.

People's time horizon, as far as the "good things in life" are concerned, is very short. People don't have the time nor the patience. They definitely don't have the discipline to wait around, deal with all sorts of adverse conditions, and put in constant work. You Can Do It!

They definitely don't have the patience to stick with trying situations until the thing that they're working on pans out.

Unfortunately, if you want to achieve success, you need to set up goals properly and pursue those goals. You can hope and wish all you want, but big victories in your life are not going to materialize out of sheer luck. You have to plan them out and you have to work your plan. In other words, you have to set goals and implement them. Again, there goes that word: discipline is required.

Self-discipline is essential, but effective goal setting also requires clarity of purpose, proper structuring of your goals, and finally, proper measurement of your success. If you're able to do all of these and you have the proper level of self-discipline, success becomes a habit.

Have you ever hung out with people who make a tremendous amount of money seemingly effortlessly? Have you hung out with people who declare their big plans and the next time you check with them or check with people who know them, those plans panned out? You Can Do It!

Well, those people are not magical, I'm sorry to report. Those people are not some sort of mystical alien creature race. No. They simply picked up on the right habits. Simply put, people who succeed easily just make it look easy.

Believe it or not, it took a lot of falls, stumbles, overcoming doubts, challenges as well as potential humiliation to get to where they are now. The good news? Success is a habit that can be learned.

Now I know you might be thinking that successful people look, behave and sound so different from you. You might even be thinking that they are a completely different race of people. Well, don't let appearances fool you. On the surface, it may seem like they're completely different from you, but understand that they're just working out of certain habits. You don't have to be born with those habits. You don't have to be lucky. You just need to commit to learning it.

You Can Do It!

This Book Will Teach You The Following

To help you travel the road to success and greater self-discipline, this book will teach you the following. First, you will learn to figure out which goals to set. Believe it or not, the goals you select do have an impact on the success you achieve.

Many people fail to achieve the kind of results they're looking for, simply because they set their eyes and their minds on the wrong set of goals. Now, those goals may be perfect for other people, but it's not right for them. Try as hard as they might, nothing seems to work. And it can be traced to the fact that they picked the wrong goals to set.

Second, you're going to learn how to set more effective goals by incorporating discipline-building elements. A lot of people set up goals in such a way that these goals suck up all available willpower they may bring to the table. In other words, there's no built-in incentive or self-sustaining system in the goals. The goals just take, take and take.

You Can Do It!

Now, it doesn't take a scientist to figure out that with such goals, it's too easy to hit a wall. It's too easy to think that you're trying so hard and putting in so much time and effort and nothing seems to work. When you find yourself in that space, it's not that difficult to start believing that you're just not cut out for success. It's very easy to get discouraged, and eventually, you give up.

As you probably already know, the only way to fail at anything in life is to quit. And that's precisely what you're setting yourself up for if you don't know how to set up goals to be self-sustaining. At the very least, they have to be self-sustaining in terms of your discipline.

Third, I'm going to teach you how to use daily rituals to fine tune and achieve your goals. You have to understand that people are what they consistently do. People can talk a good game, other people might have all sorts of mistaken notions about them, however, their real character boils down to what they consistently do. In other words, it's all about their rituals.

Believe it or not, you already have a set of rituals. You may not be aware of them, but they exist. What if I told you that you You Can Do It!

could be achieving more with your life if you only chose to be a little bit more conscious of the rituals you engage in? These rituals have a direct and immediate impact on your performance on many different levels. At the very least, they can help or slow down the achievement of your goals.

Another thing that I will help you with involves measuring success. A lot of people sabotage themselves because they choose to measure their success in the wrong way. Now, it's okay to measure your success in terms of ultimate measurements. For example, if you're just starting a business, it's okay to think from time to time about the millions of dollars you could be making. However, if you choose to only use ultimate measurements of success, you are just setting yourself up to lose your drive, motivation and passion in the here and now. Don't be surprised if you get so discouraged and demotivated that you just give up. Sadly, people do this all the time.

Finally, I will teach you about the signals you need to pay attention to that will clear you to scale up. Please understand that if you want to achieve any kind of success, you cannot stay at the same level. You might be doing things really well at that level, people might talk highly of you, but if you stay at that level and You Can Do It!

You are finally entertaining the idea of building your own 7 figure online empire and projecting your worth. You acknowledge the struggle that you are going through, where you realize should earn more than what it is you possess now. You are ready to pave the extra mile with your online business.

Above all, you are motivated to take all the necessary actions for your online business success. You are ready to take action to master what it takes to be at par with the other online business gurus, such as Russell Brunson, Neil Patel as well as Jay Baer.

There is no shortcut to success. But I can promise you this E-book will provide you with the necessary strategies for you to set up your online business from scratch, even if you are not familiar with the Internet Marketing realm.

Let’s get started!

Chapter 1: Necessities And Technicalities

If you are a so called ‘newbie’ to Internet Marketing and you intend to set up your own online business, it is imperative that you deal with the main technicalities which are the core of your online business.

These are the 3 crucial steps you need to take note and be way ahead of:

1. Purchasing Your Domain
2. Web Hosting
3. List Building

Step 1 is purchasing your domain name.

This is your very first step to creating your own website or landing page. You need a landing page so that you are able to showcase your offer but most importantly, to cultivate and build your list.

Your domain name will be your www website address and the fee is around $10 per year. To purchase your domain name, head on to https://NameCheap.com/ to purchase your very first domain name.

Here’s a quick tip. Many of you are uncertain of what domain name to use or buy especially if this is your very first time purchasing a domain name. Just buy the domain after your name.

For instance, JaneJohn.com. Another important point to note is to ensure that your domain is .com as this is the most valuable name extension.

When you have decided on your domain name, click SEARCH and make sure the domain name is available. If the domain name is available, then you can proceed to purchase it.

Click on the “Cart” icon and then click on VIEW CART (a red button on the right side of the page) to continue your purchase.

You will then arrive at the checkout page. All you need to do now is to confirm your order. Proceed with your payment. Congrats! You have now successfully purchased your domain name.

Step 2 is purchasing your web hosting.

When you have successfully purchased your domain name, head to the address which is https://www.JaneJohn.com/hostgator (as an example). Proceed to choose the WordPress plan. For starters, I advise you to choose the ‘Standard’ plan. Click on ‘Buy Now’.

At the order form, choose ‘I Already Own This Domain.’ In the WordPress Domain field, put in the name of the domain you have already brought.

Then, at the next part of the Order Form, you are required to choose the Billing Cycle. I recommend you select the 12 months billing cycle.

Next, is the security pin. You can put in any 4 digits of your choice.

You will then be asked to enter your billing information. Enter your details. Ignore the ‘Add Additional Services’.

The final step is to review your Order and click the CHECK OUT button to proceed with purchasing your Web Hosting.

You have now successfully purchased your web hosting, and you will get your web hosting details via email. Note your:

- Host Name or IP Address
- FTP Username
- FTP Password
- Nameservers

The final step to complete your website setup is by installing WordPress through your Hostgator Control Panel. However, to turn your pages ready into income production and lead generation, you require a page builder.

This is why you need to proceed to install OptimizePress. Go to https://JaneJohn.com/optimizepress and click to get Optimize Press.

Choose the “Core Package” and proceed to make the purchase.

After the purchase is done, download the OptimizePress Theme (not Plugin). Take note of your licensing keys and now you are good to go!

Step 3 is building your list.

Always remember that “The money is in the list”. You can never start up your online business without building a list.

What is a list?

A list or a mailing list is simply your followers or subscribers, which you have cultivated by sending them to your landing page or website. These people are the people who have chose to opt in to your mailing list as they are interested with your offer or service.

This is why having a landing page is imperative. You are able to generate leads, by converting visitors into prospects, and then you convert your prospects into customers.

When you have your own list, this is when you can start growing your online business to greater heights. You need to nurture your list not only by selling them your products, but you also have to provide them with valuable content from time to time.

Providing value to your clients is important as the more value you offer, the greater the chance that they will purchase your higher value or premium products. In other words, you are building trust with your list.

Chapter 2: Spying On The Market

Now that you have mastered the necessities and technicalities of setting up your online business, it is time for you to survey or spy on the market. Sooner or later, you would need to create your very first offer and most importantly, choose the niche you prefer to venture into.

Let me tell you this. The biggest mistake most people do is not spying on the market before creating their product. In fact, this is common in the world of tech startups.

There are many ambitious marketers out there who aspire to create the next best thing such as software, tech, apps and gadgets in hopes to bring a significant change to the world like how Facebook and Whatsapp did. But bear in mind, behind every successful product there are a thousand failures unpublished.

The same goes with coming up with digital products. Creating a new product without doing prior research is a great risk. Would you agree by the end of the day, you will only be wasting your resources (time and money) when you fail to test your products beforehand and just chose to try your luck?

Is this efficient? You should know the answer.

This brings us to the question, how and where do you spy on the market? The answer is to explore JVZoo.

JVZoo is a popular affiliate site amongst Internet marketers and online product creators, or better known as the Make Money Online (MMO) industry. It is a platform to showcase various online products ranging from ebooks, video tutorials, software, apps, plugins and products related to email marketing.

Before conducting your research, you need to create your account in JVZoo or you will not be able to access the site.

FOREWARD

As a fitness enthusiast and long time-runner, I speak from personal experience. Everyone has to start somewhere. While I ran long distance events as a teenager, my running and personal fitness both took a back seat as I became a mother and career woman. I just didn’t think there was enough time in a day to get everything done. What I have learned since, is that I am most happy when I make time for the most important things, and my health and fitness is one of those! I started back into running in 2009, thanks to a friend who helped motivate me to train for my for my first half marathon. While going through a stressful time in life, and while living in a foreign country which was hot year round, my day began at 5am so I could be done with my run before it was time to wake the kids up for school.

I wish I’d had Coach Juber’s training plan back then! I really didn’t know the first place to start after so many years of being a non-runner, so I ended up wasting a lot of time and money trying things out. Like buying the wrong pair of shoes, not properly hydrating, and starting too fast rather than easing into my new running lifestyle. Not following a proper training plan resulted in a minor injury during my first half marathon. After proper healing, however, I went on to run my first Marathon, and I’ve run over 10 additional half marathons, 10K, and 5K races. Honestly, I lost count. I wasn’t doing it to impress anyone. I was doing it for me! Running became my therapy, and it still gives me that natural high you’ll soon come to love!

Coach Juber’s Training Plan is a great way to start! Whether you want to get into running for the first time, or if you’re getting back into running after an absence, this plan will set you on the course to a healthier lifestyle. Make sure you enjoy the delicious running drinks included as well. My favorite? Pineapple juice and the Banana Walnut Bliss Smoothie!

This training plan starts you off smart and anyone can run a 5K! You just need to follow the program. If you want, after your 5K, continue onto a 10K, then a half-marathon, then even a full marathon. You don’t think you can do it? Think again! You absolutely can!

Warmly,

BOOK DESCRIPTION

If you have ever thought about running a 5k, even if you have never done any running before, you must have looked at it in some depth. While running a 5k race doesn’t compare to the grueling and often unforgiving marathon distance, it’s still fairly tough and requires a high level of personal fitness. When you have accomplished your goal, you will feel very proud of yourself for all that you have accomplished and how far you have come. You will have a great deal of respect for yourself, for not just having dreamt about something, but also actually achieving it.

Every journey, whether long or short, starts with just one small step. Your first step was getting hold of this book, which will serve you as a training manual.
It covers all aspects of running: starting out, choosing the right sort of shoes, understanding all the changes your body will go through, avoiding injuries, ways to improve your fitness and endurance, and ways to achieve your goal, right through to the race day and beyond.

When you finish reading this book, though you may not be ready to run a 5k yet, you will know all about running one, and will be able to get ready for it. This book will provide you with all the necessary information to get ready.

Let the journey begin.

INTRODUCTION

So you are thinking about running a 5k? The 5k race is the most popular distance run, and there are usually thousands of events all around the world happening all through the year. A 5k race is basically a race spread over 5 kilometers or 3.1 miles, which will take an average person about 30 – 60 minutes to complete. Some people, of course, can do it faster. The fastest time ever recorded for a man completing a 5k was 12 minutes 37 seconds, which was accomplished in 2004 by Ethiopian distance runner Kenenisa Bekele. The fastest women’s time was 14 minutes 16 seconds, which was set by Meseret Defar in Oslo in 2007. These people are super humans, however.

The comparatively short distance means that it has an appeal to most people who would like to start running that just need a focus and a target to aim for. This could provide an excellent motivation to get fit and in good enough shape to start running long distances. Some of the most popular races have tens and thousands of participants, of all ages and from all wakes of life.

If you are just starting out and are worried about the level of commitment required, remember that this is much easier than running a 10k or a marathon, but it still does require commitment and effort. However, if you follow the plan and tips given in this book, you can achieve your fitness target in five weeks. It's not going to be easy, but it will be intensely rewarding and hopefully, even fun.

You will realize that all the effort was worth it the minute you cross the finish line. If you begin to lose motivation anywhere during the middle of the journey, just keep thinking about that moment of glory: the crowds cheering you on, your legs pumping faster than they ever have before, that adrenaline rush, and that newly fit body.

So tie up your laces and let’s go.

CHAPTER 1: GETTING STARTED

So you have decided to run a 5k. Well, you have come to the right place if you need a guide on how to go about achieving your goal. Before you start, you should think carefully about the whole thing. The journey of a thousand miles starts with one step, and in your case, that first step was buying this book. You should be clear about your motivations because they will take you a long way.

Why is it that you want to do it? Do you want to get fit? Do you want to start running and think a 5k is a good place to start, or have you always just wanted to run a race but previously never thought you could? Write it all down.

This is not going to be an exercise in futility, but rather it will serve as a reminder in all the weeks to come. Remember that it is going to get tougher before it gets easier, and you will need something to keep you going through all of those days. There will be days when you just won't want to get out of bed, and there will be days when you will want to go the extra mile. So it will help to have something to keep you moving.

Write down all the reasons for you to do this, put them somewhere you can see them every day, and remember how you felt when you began. You are going to need all the motivation you can get.

If you are unsure about the level of commitment required and all the training you need to do, this book will help you in that regard. It will get you to that finish line, if you allow it to lead you on.

SO LET’S GET STARTED.

However, before you actually start running, you should go to your doctor and get his or her clearance. If you have health issues or old injuries, get them looked at, because with the additional strain placed on your body, they can become bigger problems. Remember that your health comes before everything else.

SETTING GOALS

As I have mentioned before, it helps to be extremely clear in your ideas and motivations. Why are you doing this, and what do you hope to achieve from it?
Write it all down before you begin. If your end goal is to run a proper 5k, it also helps to officially register for a race. It is actually recommended, because once you finally decide on it and register, it will provide you with motivation in all the weeks to follow. It will become the thing that keeps you going.

Think about when you want to do it. Again, it helps to have clear goals. If you are just starting out, you need at least five weeks to get in shape and to get your body up to par. You should remember that while hugely beneficial, running is not an easy activity, and it does have its toll on your body. When you increase your physical activity, there is an increased risk of injury and burnout, so it is always better to proceed slowly, with adequate precaution, slowly increasing the frequency, duration and intensity of your workout.

There are two types of goals: process goals and outcome goals. Process goals are those that will help you achieve your ultimate target.

Introduction

It’s normal to get caught up in the frenzy of day-to-day life and forget all the dreams and hopes you once had. You go through the daily motions by rote as though you’re a robot.

You wake up, get dressed, prepare breakfast, send the kids off to school, go to work, come back home, play with the kids for a bit, have dinner, sleep.

Is that your life in a nutshell? Don’t you just get bored with it all? Was there ever a time when you felt happy and free? Perhaps, when you were younger, when you didn’t have a ton of responsibility on your shoulders?

Wouldn’t you like to go back to that and just be happy again? You know, spend more time with your family and do stuff together?

While it may seem extremely difficult right now or maybe even impossible, depending on where you are at right now, know that freedom is within your reach.

Sure, it may take years and years, but if you plan your ‘escape’ properly, you can certainly make it.

In this guide, I will show you everything you need to know so you can choose your own path, and live a happy and fulfilled life.

Chapter 1 - Acknowledging Your Cage

“The secret to happiness is freedom... And the secret to freedom is courage.” - Thucydides

Most of you reading this guide are probably living free lives. You’re not trapped in a physical cage or prison cell. But if you feel constricted, if you feel like the walls are closing in around you and you can’t breathe, then you’re most likely trapped in a mental cage or mental prison.

Your mental cage is exactly what the label says - it’s all in your mind. Your mind is trapping your thoughts and your physical body from within. It’s literally poisoning you from the inside out.

The truth is, even if you live in a real cage, you can still be happy and free. How? By breaking away from the stifling confines of your mind, of negativity, of various stressors in your life.

Unlocking your cage

The first thing you need to do to achieve freedom is to unlock your cage. But this is much harder than it sounds.

First of all, do you even know where the key is?

You can try looking for it in your surroundings, in your relationships, in your place of work, everywhere really, but you’re not going to find it there. Instead, you need to look deep within you. YOU hold the key to your freedom.

You can walk out of your cage anytime you want to, but for some reason, which only you know of, you’re unwilling or unable to. You’re trapping yourself inside.

Is it because you feel safer there? Do you think the big bad wolves or the harsh reality of life is going to come get you the moment you step out of your cage?

Getting out of your self-imposed prison requires courage. Tons of courage. This is because breaking free of a mental cage isn’t exactly as clear-cut as trying to escape from a physical cage, where you can visually identify exit points.

With a physical cage, you can easily spot where the door, window, or any other weak points are, so you can break it down and be on the road to freedom. With a mental cage, on the other hand, you wouldn’t even know where to begin!

What you need to unlock

Getting out of your self-imposed prison is very much possible. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Here’s what you need to free yourself from your cage:

Commitment

If you truly want to get out of your cage, then you need to be committed to getting out. If you don’t commit or stick to your plans, then you’ll just be going back to your cage. You’ll be imprisoning yourself again. And you’ll be back to square one.

You’ve identified your purpose – a life of freedom. You can’t ever achieve it if you don’t commit and act towards achieving your ultimate goal It’s so easy to fall back on old habits. One simple mistake can cause all your hard work to come tumbling down, and you’ll be back to where you started. And it’s oh so easy to say “I quit” the moment obstacles start blocking your path.

You must have the courage to keep on renewing your commitment every single day. Nobody said this was going to be easy. You’ve got to figure out what’s going to keep you motivated all throughout your journey.

The thing is you don’t actually need to be alone in your journey. Find someone to help you become accountable. You’ll get to your goals faster if you have someone cheering you on from the sidelines.

Positivity

There’s just too much negativity going on in the world right now. No matter how committed you think you are, if you don’t have an ounce of positivity within you, then you’re most probably going to fail.

You see, you’re fighting yourself. You’re fighting the darkness and the negativity inside you. How can you do that if you don’t throw some light on? It’s your positivity that’s going to show you the key to unlock your cage! It’s going to help you figure out what you need to do so you can be free.

Your positivity is going to be your main weapon throughout your journey of self-discovery. The road to happiness and freedom will be full of challenges and obstacles. You need all the positivity you can get to surpass and overcome every little thing that’s going to stand in your way.

Chapter 2 – Rediscovering Who You Are

“Whatever it takes to find the real you, don't be daunted if the rest of the world looks on in shock.” - Stephen Richards

When you’ve been trapped in your cage for far too long, you tend to forget who you really are. You’ve become so used to pretending to be someone else that you feel like you don’t know yourself anymore. You’ve buried the real you so long ago, you feel like it’s going to be impossible to revive your old self now.

The good news is that when you finally get to unlock your cage, you can reconnect with the old you - the real you. You never really left, you were just hidden from view underneath all the different hats you had to wear.

Who are you, really?

When you come out of your cage, you’ll realize the world isn’t what it once was. Everything’s changed. Your old friends have probably all moved away and now live very different lives from yours. What you used to find interesting may no longer appeal to you.

Fortunately, there are quite a few ways you can get to know who you really are right at this very moment.

The first thing you need to figure out is who you really want to be and what you really want to do.

Sure, you may have other people dependent on you now, like your spouse and your kids, and your world revolves around them. But you don’t have to be just a wife and a mother, or a husband and a father. You can still be your own self!

You still have your own identity. But, the thing is, you’re not the same person anymore.

You’ve grown over the years – you’ve become more mature, you’ve become more experienced, you’ve become more knowledgeable about life. That’s who you need to discover – the YOU in these present times.

Take it slowly

Over time, you may have forgotten your desires and lost touch with your old self. Rushing your journey may scare you back into your cage. You don’t want that to happen. You want to liberate yourself!

Let the process of rediscovering yourself happen naturally. Explore your wants and your desires, and let the “real” you come out slowly. Take baby steps if necessary, and get reacquainted with who you really are.

Take some ‘me’ time every day. Even just a few minutes a day can do wonders for you.

You can start a journal where you write down every little thing you can think of. Don’t worry if what you’re writing down seems silly. It’s okay, you’re the only one who’s going to read it!

Writing your thoughts down will help you figure out what you really want and who you really are. There’s something cathartic about writing, use it to help you get out of your shell.

You can also re-live your favorite memories, your favorite places, your favorite people, the favorite things you used to do way back when. What was it about those things that made you so happy and free? Is it possible for you to recreate those scenarios?
