Chapter 1: Meditation and Success
Mediation for the Modern Life
Somewhere in Silicon Valley, a group of computer programmers sit silently in a room together, legs crossed and eyes half-closed, listening to the sound of their own breath. Elsewhere, the owner of a small real estate company starts her day by breathing deeply and engaging in yoga poses. Still, elsewhere, a data entry specialist finishes his turkey sandwich and returns to his cubicle, puts on his headphones, and breathes deeply while listening to the sounds of bells and waterfalls.
Meditation looks different for different people, but one thing is for sure: it is quickly gaining popularity in Western culture. It has many professional and personal benefits including increased productivity, reduction of stress and depression, and reduction of troubling physical symptoms such as headaches and muscle tension, to name a few.
The word “meditation” often elicits images of devout men sitting silently in mystical temples far away. It can seem foreign and certainly something too far removed from daily life to have a practical application for business or even for personal gain. You may have preconceived notions about what meditation entails or cultural or spiritual beliefs which you feel may hinder you from participating in meditation. While meditation does have its roots in several spiritual practices, it is increasingly being recommended by Western medical professionals as research is bringing to light the multiple health benefits of regularly engaging in this form of focused relaxation.
The Power of Meditation
Regardless if you choose to meditate for spiritual reasons or for physical and mental health, meditation generally consists of the following elements:
- A relaxing environment: whether it is in the woods, by the lake, in a studio, or in your living room, mediation usually occurs in an environment that is physically comfortable and free from noisy distractions. Some people choose to sit on a cushion and focus on their breathing in complete silence while others may choose to lay on their beds and listen to relaxing music.
- Posture or movement: during mediation, the participant will generally sit in a specific posture, such as with the legs crossed, spine straight, and hands resting on the knees. Sometimes participants will lay down or engage in specific movements, such as with yoga or t’ai chi.
- Focus: while meditating, the participant will focus on a number of things from their simple breath, the feeling of energy moving through the body, an object, a value or ideal, or a word or phrase called a mantra.
- An open mind: during meditation, the participant allows their mind to let thoughts flow through their mind without judging them. Often times, the meditator will observe the thoughts instead of suppress them and then gently bring their focus back to the intended subject.
The Power of Meditation
How Meditation Increases Success
The idea of being successful, or being able to accomplish what you have set out to do or being able to achieve the state of mind you desire, is usually associated with words like “persistence,” “patience,” “hard work,” and “goal-setting”. Meditation most likely wouldn’t even be one of the top hundred words associated with success. But it should be.
Think about it. If one activity, alone, could improve several aspects of your mind and your body at the same time, from problem-solving skills to general creativity to blood pressure, immunity, and headaches, wouldn’t you think it could greatly contribute to your overall success in life? The healthier you are and the more empowered you feel, the more likely you will be to accomplish the goals you have set for yourself.
Making Meditation Work for You
While meditation can be a prolonged activity, it doesn’t have to take hours of your day. Even a ten or fifteen minute session of meditation can provide some benefits of relaxation.
The following list serves as a reference for different kinds of meditative practices. Choose one or two that you think you might enjoy and incorporate them into your schedule. Many people prefer to meditate early in the morning before starting their day to help them start with a positive outlook. Others choose to meditate just before bed to help them relieve anxious thoughts and drift off to sleep peacefully. A few meditative exercises are detailed later in Chapter 3: The Practice of Meditation.

Introduction
Many people have a hard time believing that it is possible to make $10,000 per month only after 90 days. They have tried a few different approaches in Internet Marketing and have not made a single dollar so how are they going to make $10,000 in 3 short months? If you are one of these people then consider this. There have been people that have followed the method described in this eBook that have made more than $10,000 by the end of 90 days. There are others that have made $10,000 a month faster than 90 days. It’s certainly possible. What is the difference between these people and the majority? They took consistent action and followed the plan precisely. Most people fail with Internet Marketing because they do not take consistent action. They try something for a couple of days and then give up. They then complain that the method doesn’t work. How To Make $10,000+ Per Month in 90 Days or Even Less!
This is not a miracle “make $10,000 a month by clicking a couple of buttons on your computer” method. Those kinds of claims are just hype and you should avoid them at all costs. This is a solid and dependable method that has been working for many years and will continue to work in the future. Some people may tell you that the method is dead but it isn’t. Sure there is more competition than there used to be but it is all still possible. You need to be prepared to invest your time, your effort and some money to make this work. We are not talking about large amounts of money here. Where there are free ways to get results with this model we have included them, but please bear in mind that free methods often take longer. The most important thing is taking action every day. In the first chapter of this eBook we will show you how to shape your mindset so that you are motivated to take daily action. Don’t skip over this chapter! It is the most important in the whole eBook! There are great opportunities to make money online if you use the right methods. Everything is laid out for you in this eBook and all you have to do is follow the instructions. Do not miss out on this opportunity. You can change your life for the better starting right now. How To Make $10,000+ Per Month in 90 Days or Even Less!
1. Shaping Your Mindset
Important – make sure that you read every word of this chapter and apply what you learn. Your success with this model depends on you having the right mindset.
1.1 The Power of Belief
Belief is everything. If you strongly believe that you will make $10,000 a month after 90 days then you will. If you do not have a strong belief in your ability to do this then you will fail. It’s that simple. We all hold strong beliefs about different things. Sometimes these beliefs limit us to achieving what we really want. They can be deep rooted and difficult to shift, but you can eradicate these limiting beliefs.
Many people have limiting beliefs when it comes to money. This can often stem from childhood. Some parents drum into their kids that “money doesn’t grow on trees” and other clichés such as this. How To Make $10,000+ Per Month in 90 Days or Even Less!
What is your attitude towards money? Here is something that you can do right now to test your belief system. Ask yourself the following question: “How can I make $10,000 a month after 90 days?” What kind of thoughts enter your head once you had asked this question? Were there any doubts? Did your inner voice tell you that it was not possible or that you would never do it? Or perhaps you generated a thought about you trying this Internet Marketing stuff and failing at it before, so you will fail this time? If you experienced any of these kinds of doubts or negative inner voice responses then you have limiting beliefs that you must eradicate before you start your 90 day journey. Here is a very important thing to remember: You are not your beliefs Your experiences in the past have modeled you into the person that you are today. You can remodel yourself into the person that you want to be today and in the future. It is all too easy to dwell in the past and recall past failures. This does not help at all but so many people do it. The past is the past – it has gone. It can be a useful reference and learning guide for you but not always. So how do you change the limiting beliefs that you have? Well the first thing that you need to do is identify your limiting beliefs. By asking yourself questions like you did about making $10,000 a month in 90 days your limiting beliefs will come to the surface through your inner voice. Write down all of these limiting beliefs. Choose one of the limiting beliefs to work on. You cannot successfully tackle more than one at a time. Take a look at your list – which ones are money related? Pick one that you know is not true such as “you failed with other Internet Marketing methods so you will fail with this one”.
Now question yourself as to why you hold this belief. Think about the experiences that you have had that lead to you forming this belief. Think about why this belief is How To Make $10,000+ Per Month in 90 Days or Even Less!
false. For example, there are many true stories of successful Internet Marketers that failed miserably a number of times before they got it right. The final step is to neutralize this limiting belief with a positive belief. When this thought enters your head counter it immediately with a thought like “it doesn’t matter that I failed before I won’t fail this time”. Keep practicing this for all negative thoughts that you have. You can use visualization to make this even stronger. Approach all of your limiting beliefs in this way. After a while of counteracting with positive thoughts the limiting belief will diminish and eventually disappear. You must be consistent with this. It takes very little effort to counter negative thoughts and it is highly effective. Make this a daily ritual.
1.2 Stopping the Negativity
Unfortunately we live in a very negative world. Negativity is all around us on TV, the Internet and the people that we associate with. It is impossible to avoid it unless you want to live alone in the middle of nowhere and be a hermit! Every time you sit down to watch the news there will be negativity. Someone is causing a problem for somebody else. If you spend a lot of time on social media and online forums then you will be awash with negativity. People really like to complain and moan about their life don’t they? If you are doing this regularly then you need to stop it right now. But be warned it is not an easy transition. There will always be someone who will happily bring you down with their tales of woe. How To Make $10,000+ Per Month in 90 Days or Even Less!

Introduction
When it comes to success in our professional and personal lives, few things are more important than achieving a reasonable standard of living through wise personal finance decisions. Through our job choices, our saving, and our investing decisions, we determine what will be possible for us in the future, as well as when we can retire and how pleasant our retirement will be.
Indeed, this is all very important. However, without the right information available at our fingertips, we can often become paralyzed when it comes time to make those important decisions.
For instance, when it comes time to save, we might decide to put it off to another day. Or when it comes time to invest, we might jump the gun and it too early, even though we have outstanding debts that bear high interest rates.
In the rest of this ebook, we will consider 365 different tips—one for each day of the year—that you can use to make these decisions the right way. Through this book, I hope that you not only learn how to be frugal, how to save, and how to invest, but also how to steer your career (and exploit money making opportunities) in a way that will bring you closer to financial security and a broad sense of satisfaction with your life and your choices.
365 Tips for Saving, Investing, and Making Money
Tip #1: Buy products online.
One good way to limit impulse buying is to buy products online. It will allow you to more easily comparison shop. And it will also prevent you from thinking that you have to buy, so that you don’t have to drive somewhere else to make the purchase.
Tip #2: Comparison shop.
When making large purchases, you should always comparison-shop. By spending an extra 20-30 minutes to research your options, you could easily save hundreds or more.
Tip #3: Use coupons.
Whether you’re grocery shopping or shopping for new electronics, using coupons is always a good way to go. So, from now on, stay in the habit of checking the newspaper and other local sources of coupons.
Tip #4: Use online coupon sites.
The Internet is now awash in online coupon sites. They collect and store coupons that can be printed and used at various brick-and-mortar stores. Before you step out of your house, consider looking for coupons for your retail destination; and then putting them to use.
Tip #5: Enroll in rewards programs.
Grocery stores, clothing stores, and other retail stores now offer rewards programs. By signing up for a free membership, you can often gain access to a variety of coupons, discounts, and cash-back offers. Be sure to enroll in rewards programs that are offered at all of your favorite stores.
Tip #6: Look for specials at the grocery store.
Grocery stores often have specials on food they suspect they won’t be able to sell. Take advantage of these specials by purchasing food that you want anyway, but at a sharp discount.
Tip #7: Create a shopping list in advance.
Eliminate junk food and foods that are inessential by creating a shopping list in advance. At the end of the day, you’ll walk away having spent less, and you’ll also have all of the ingredients you’ll need for weekly meals.
Tip #8: Wait for sales.
Some stores have regular sales. For instance, many stores hold sales after Christmas and other major holidays to sell off seasonal inventory. Take advantage of these predictable sales by delaying your purchases.
Tip #9: Limit entertainment spending.
Entertainment is important, but can often be obtained cheaply. From now on, limit your spending on entertainment until you have paid off your monthly bills and have saved a fixed portion of your income.
Tip #10: Reduce the amount of time you spend watching TV.
TV can be an endless time-waster. It is easy to sit in front of the TV for hours on end, even if we have tasks we could be working on to improve our lives and our finances. So try cutting back on the amount of time you waste watching TV.
Tip #11: Avoid surfing the net aimlessly.
Similar to wasting time on TV, surfing the net is a bad habit that many of us have. Avoid doing it when there are other, more productive, things you could be doing.
Tip #12: Get a sewing kit.
Get a sewing kit and learn how to use it. Next time you rip the leg of your pants or the arm of your shirt, simply use the sewing kit to fix it, rather than buying an entirely new article of clothing.

Introduction
As a society, we have instant access to more information than ever before. With the arrival of the computer, the invention of the Internet, and the popularity of social media, we have entered into a world of 24/7 information. We have so much information coming into our brains that we don't stop and take the time needed to decipher, interpret, and apply meaning to the knowledge we've gained. We've become absorbed in the overpowering need to know everything about anything and everyone.
The world is changing at an exceedingly rapid pace. Life seems to have become much more demanding and stressful over the last several decades. We've officially entered the Age of Information that is being ruled by computers, smartphones, and a constant stream of information that we have a need to know relationship with. We have a hard time separating ourselves from our phones for even five minutes. Technology has taken over our lives and overloaded our minds.
All the information that we obtain while surfing the web and browsing our social media sites has created a technology addiction in much of the population. We've forgotten what silence feels like and are overloaded with information that is available to us 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This has led to the overshadowing of our ability to communicate face-to-face and has clouded our mind with digital information that has affected how we process and retain information. This addiction to technology has also resulted in more people trying to multitask, which results in decreased productivity and focus, and an increase in erroneous errors.
To bring ourselves back to the present and beat the information overload that we've become subject to, we have to be willing to disconnect from technology and reconnect with each other. This book will guide you through the process of beating information overload to have a clearer, more focused mind that will allow you to move forward.
Chapter 1 – What is Information Overload
Information overload is described as, an overwhelming feeling upon the receipt or collection of an indigestible or incomprehensible amount of information, the sense of being faced with an amount of data that one has no hope of completely processing, or when a person feels unable to read all the information that is presented or available to them, mainly where they need to make a decision based on that information but can't because there is just too much to take in, in the time available. Today, thanks to the Internet and social media, we are always besieged by information regardless of whether we asked for it or not. This can best be seen in the obscene amount of junk emails that clog our inboxes daily. It can also be seen in the increasing number of sources where you can obtain information. People often interchange the word data and information. However, the two are distinctly different. Data refers to the elements or pieces of information that individually have little or no value, while information is the organization and interpretation of that data into a format that provides new insight. Information, unlike data, is directly associated with learning.
When you learn a new subject, you are implementing three simultaneous processes. First, you acquire the new information that may run counter to or replace information that you already know. Second, is the process of transformation where the knowledge gained is manipulated to make it fit new tasks. The final learning process is the evaluation of the information to ensure that it is adequate to the task. Therefore, information can be described as the acquisition of new knowledge from various sources and data elements, that when internalized can affect a difference in an individual's previous thoughts, education, or actions. Keeping this in mind, information overload can be simply put as too much information that one can comprehend at any given time causing feelings of stress, helplessness, and anxiety.
The Start of Information Overload
You may not know this, but information overload predates the advent of the Internet and popularity of social media sites. In fact, it has a long history that dates back to 1453, when Gutenberg invented the printing press. The printing press allowed the development of new communication patterns, with information being printed and distributed by the millions instead of being copied by hand. People went from reading just a few hundred words a day to being able to read pages and pages of information. This resulted in a massive transformation in society. We can only assume that people were excited by the invention of the printing press. As a result of Gutenberg’s invention, books became less expensive to produce, meaning they could be distributed to the masses. Books were no longer just for the select few and scholars. Symbolism and group presentation systems soon followed as a way to communicate messages. This included periodicals, associations, and new political parties. Shortly after, libraries began sprouting up everywhere as a way to organize all the new books of information.
It didn't take long for printing presses to start printing anything that came their way to make more money, with little attention being paid to the quality of information being printed. This resulted in scholars becoming overwhelmed with the access to this knowledge, giving birth to information overload.
In recent decades, advances in information technology have evolved from using carbon paper ditto machines to photocopying. This has made replicating information more accessible and led to information being digitized and copied in limitless numbers. The digitized information has allowed for the publishing of information that was previously restricted to the printing press. The introduction of the word processor has eliminated the need for a secretary equipped with a steno pad with access to a typewriter and white-out.
Today, information has become a valuable commodity in the knowledge economy. We love information and thrive off of it. Information has become readily available with just the click of a button and can be automatically delivered to any electronic device. Technology has helped to increase productivity and enabled people to increase their access to information. Much like the printing press, the Internet has opened our world up to a myriad of information.
Communication has become easier and quicker thanks to the advances in cell phones, smartphones, and computers, but the information we obtain from these channels can become overwhelming. With the deluge of new information formats like text messages, Twitter, cell phone, email, etc., it’s a wonder we can keep up with it all.
The Onslaught of Information
There are many reasons why people are beginning to suffer from information overload. To start, the volume of information that is available today is rising at an increasingly rapid rate. If you have a computer, you have the ability to publish content online. There are now blogs, chat forums, videos, and other communication channels where we can obtain information. Every day, an increasing amount of people are starting to participate in this age of digital information. Just on Facebook, there are more than 500 million users, with 50 percent of them logging into their account daily, spending over 700 billion minutes per month on the site, according to Facebook.
Say Goodbye To Perfectionism MRR Ebook

Introduction
Perfectionism is the belief that perfection can and should be attained. In an extreme form, perfectionism is a belief that work and products that are anything less than perfect are completely unacceptable. That later of which is actually what they call in psychology, a maladaptive belief, and often causes problems in day to day functioning. Many business owners in the world today can be described, and are often self-described, perfectionists.
The epidemiology for internet based business owners is not different. Perfectionism can be a driving force for success, but in the fast paced world internet businesses, it is truly a double-edged sword. It can serve to push forward the business, or it can serve to destroy it. The internet based business owner must learn how to weld this weapon well to succeed. The purpose of this article is to encourage all internet based business owners to avoid these maladaptive behaviors and to spend their time in taking action rather than thinking about it.
Internet based business owners spend countless hours putting together information products for consumers all over the world. These good range from E-books, and reports, to software and services. They are often required to produce a large amount of information and services in a short amount of time. A major hitch in this system arises when the business owner buys into the concept that all products and services must be perfect before released or before another service or product can be started.
If one would take a look at some of the most successful businesses in the world today, they would quickly see that this is not the way that they do business. Successful, money making businesses release their products before they are “perfect,” because they know that the product will progress along the line towards perfection at a much quicker pace if consumers are involved in the process. Think of it this way, how many minds are better at perfecting a product, one or two, or one or two hundred? By overcoming this concept of perfectionism, internet based business owners can actually increase their profits and decrease their time commitment, while at the same time producing a better product.
The temptation for many internet based business owners is to try to get everything right on the first try. This simply defies logic for many reasons. The first of which is that it totally negates the major underlying learning theories. That is, people learn from repetition and from making mistakes. It’s called the law of approximations. Products improve as the approach, or approximate perfection. Just as one rewards children for even the approximations of good behavior, so does the consumer reward the business owner when they approximate correctly.
Consumers are forgiving and want to be involved in the producing of a product that they will enjoy. It’s call buy-in. Consumers buy-in to a product when they are allowed to provide feedback. When consumers feel apart of the process, that translates into profit for the business owner! That brings up the next reason; perfection is in the eye of the beholder. This will be examined more in detail in the preceding paragraphs, suffice it to say here that a producer can not know what a perfect product is until she has received feedback from the consumer.
The goal is this: to release products in a timely manner as to receive constant feedback from consumers. This will allow for the producer to then get a better picture of what the consumer thinks is perfect, and to adjust accordingly. If product hit the mainstream only seldom, there is little feedback that can then be put back into the production system. It is the old theory of priming the pump. One used to have to put a little water in the well pump to get it to pump out water in return.
The same principle works in the internet based information product world. It is ideal to release a product, get some feedback, rework the product and release again. Or even learn from the feedback received from one product to aid in the production of another product. Literally, the more perfect an internet based business owner tries to be with an initial product, the more likely it is not to be a perfect product.
The following paragraphs will serve to illuminate some of the common perfectionists traps that internet based business owners typically fall prey to. It is not always easy to recognize them, especially in oneself. But the following paragraphs seek to help one look inside himself to find the traps that maybe hindering success. They will also seek to give some alternatives and ways to deal with the perfectionist’s traps.
The Common Traps
The common traps that will be examined are: When being a perfectionist is bad; perfection is in the eye of the consumer; Momentum: The success maker; The quicksand of perfectionism; and A Win/Win situation. If one wants their internet business to thrive, he must avoid these traps at all cost. By avoiding them, the internet based business owner will not only become a better person, but also the owner of a more successful business!
Trap One: When Being a Perfectionist Is Bad
Often times being a perfectionist is thought about in positive terms. They do things right the first time and do not have to do them again. This might be a good mantra for carpenters (measure twice, cut once) and mechanics (who wants a mechanic who truly works solely on trial and error?), but it is not a great way to run an internet based business. There are four key ways in which being a perfectionist can prevent an internet based business owner from becoming successful: too much time is spent in planning and not action, little or no feedback is received from the consumers, success is not allowed to build upon success and perfection can be a relative term. Planning is important. It is foolish to set out to build a home or a business or even a product without a plan. The problem arises when the plan becomes the purpose. The plan is not the purpose, the product, or the home or the business is the purpose. It is very much like the old adage that one can not see the forest because of the trees.
