Chapter 8 The Future of Drones

Drones seem to be here to stay, not just a passing trend. As mentioned the regulations are changing for them to be used commercially. They are used widely by the military and they are also used by private people. The demand for them will likely increase in the future.

Fail Safe Issue

Drones continue to be very advanced. Who has the ownership rights to drones that end up in private locations? Recently, a man in Denver realized his drone had drifted away. So he put up fliers around town so that anyone who may spot it can let him know.

The value of the drone is $2,000 plus another $400 for the camera installed on it. All he is left with is the transmitter. This was also what brought to the attention of consumers that there can be some glitches in the technology for drones. When the fail safe button is pushed, the drone is supposed to return to the takeoff spot.

That is why this man, who had lost sight of his drown by that point, pushed the fail safe. Then he went back to the launch area, expecting it to be there. It wasn’t, and he assumed it soon would be. However, it never happened and he feels like the company owes him an explanation.

He isn’t the only one with such a complaint though. There are numerous forums and reviews online about this very issue. This means it is a problem with the drones, not with the user.

With this negative publicity out there, manufacturers of drones have no choice but to make some better designs and to get them tested. They don’t want sales of these devices to slow down due to people worrying about their investment getting away from them and there is nothing they can do about it.

Noise

There have been complaints about the noise drones create. They are quite loud and that can be disruptive to those around them. People have complained about them to their local officials, to state representatives, and even to the Federal government. As a result, we will likely see noise reduction as part of the future for drones.

Commercial Use

We touched on this in a previous chapter, but it is worth addressing here too. The future of drones is likely going to really grow in the commercial sector in the coming years. This is due to the fact that the FFA regulations that ban them from such use right now will be either modified or lifted.

Price

It is anticipated that the price tag associated with drones will decrease around 2015. If that is true, then there will likely be more of them in use. For some consumers, it is that current cost that prevents them from making the investment.

Facebook may Buy Titan Aerospace

The number of people that are familiar with the social media site, Facebook, grows all the time. They are in negations to buy Titan Aerospace with a price tag of $60 million. Why would they have such an interest? It is believed it would allow them to give people access to Facebook even where there isn’t any internet access.

The buyout would then move into the next phase which is creating about 11,000 aerial drones. The model could be the popular Solara 60 which can hold up to 250 pounds. They are solar charged and they can remain at an altitude of about 65,000 feet for a period of up to 5 years.

CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, believes the use of drones could be the way to break down the walls for internet access in countries where they haven’t been able to. He also feels that this could create up to 140 million new jobs and also get more than 160 million people to end a life of poverty that they are currently experiencing.

Protecting the Boarders

Illegal immigration from other continues into the US continues to be a serious problem. The conditions for many of those immigrants are terrible too. They often hide in the heat and they don’t get enough food or water on the journey. Those that do make it into the USA can create a stir due to the immigration laws.

Drones are used along with manpower to protect the boarders located to the North, South, and Southeast of the US. While there have been some pilot programs in place, a few of the drones have actually crashed. This means that some improvements will need to be done if this resource is going to be a reliable method of keeping illegals from crossing the border.

Projections

According the FAA, there will be smaller drones that become part of the airspace in the USA. By 2017, it is estimated that these micro drones will be everywhere. There may be as many as 20,000 of them by that point in time.

There are about 56 different government agencies that use drones. There are 63 active drone sites where they can be used. This doesn’t include the 6 testing locations that were mentioned in a previous chapter. There are plenty of experts that believe the 21 Century is going to be the era of drones rather than manned aircraft. It will change the world responds on many levels.

Search engine optimization is certainly a buzz-phrase these days. It includes any effort to make a site more visible in search engines including content development, keyword usage and other elements. For affiliate marketers, one of the primary means of SEO flows naturally from pay-per-click advertising.

The more traffic a site gets, the more search engines will regard it as a good site. This means that all the traffic generated from the pay-per-click campaign feeds in to the search engine optimization effort.

Some affiliate marketers spend a great deal of time on other SEO efforts and some do not.

It's really up to the individual marketer. Some successful affiliate marketers rely entirely on the traffic their paid advertising drives to the site for their SEO and get good results from doing so.

Remember that good content is a major part of SEO today and that keywords and other meta-tag dependent methods have diminished in importance.

One thing to avoid is any sort of attempt to "trick" a search engine. A common example of this is putting text which is the same color as is the background on a page in an effort to "stuff" keywords. Search engines catch on to this, and other tricks, very fast. Once they do, count on the site being eliminated from the index. Read the various policies of the search engines and follow them to the letter. Provided that there's good content on one's site, expect to be rewarded with good placement after the site has been around long enough to attract a decent amount of traffic.

Email Lists

For many affiliate marketers, email lists constitute their second-most important form of marketing, behind pay-per-click advertising. Getting a good list and properly managing it are imperative concerns in making a successful affiliate marketing site.

Offering a newsletter to visitors is a great way to build a list. The best spot in which to place the sign-up link is usually the upper right-hand side of the page. This tends to make it very visible and not easily confused with the navigation which is typically at the top or left-hand side of the page. If one's content is good, clients will likely find some potential value in signing up for the newsletter.

Once one has their list together, be sure not to saturate the subscribers with advertisements. There is probably nothing less attractive than this pitfall and it has the effect of making the marketer come off as if they were spamming their clients which is definitely something to be avoided.

Send out newsletters with relevant, interesting and timely information. This is akin to writing a blog in which the goal is to actually offer something of value to the customer rather than to simply try to entice them to buy a one product or another. When subscribers get used to informative and interesting newsletters from an email list, they'll be much more likely to take any sales pitches that they receive from the marketer that much more seriously. The marketer's credibility, again, comes into play.

One's email list is one of the most important marketing tools available. This list should be maintained and kept free of erroneous addresses and any clients who unsubscribe should be immediately removed from the list and receive no other contact via email other than a confirmation letter. To do otherwise risks running afoul of the spam policies of the ISPs.

Remember that one can use one's newsletter as a way of building up to a new product. One could have interesting articles regarding a particular topic that directly relates to a new product that one is about to begin marketing. This is a good way to build interest without over-pitching anything to subscribers.

There is something to be said for keeping in contact with the list members, especially if one wants to make a sales pitch. Generally, it's very bad form to email nothing out to the list members and then to suddenly hit them with an advertisement. In most cases, such an advertisement will be simply ignored and many of the list members may simply opt-out of the list based on feeling like they’re being offered nothing from their membership aside from the occasional sales pitch. If, for some reason, it's impossible to send out regular emails to one's list for a period of time, be certain to send out a few non-sales oriented newsletters before approaching the list members with a new product pitch.

The Site and its Content

While blogs have been credited with changing the face of media and this is, to a large degree, entirely true, they have also changed the definition of a website. It is possible and even advisable to develop an entire affiliate site around a blog model.

There are numerous blogging technologies available which are easy to install and setup on a web server. They provide a very easy means of updating content and can automatically display any given number of past posts and information. Management of the content and making sure it is of high-quality is key. It's also important that one not misuse their digital real estate.

Articles and Content

The articles contained on the blog, as is the case with the newsletter, should not be solely directed toward offering sales pitches. There should be interesting content included. This means that one must either be able to write themselves or that they must contract the service out. There are free methods of getting content, some of which have already been described, but these must be used intelligently.

If one is writing their own content, be certain that it is related to the topic of the website. If one sells dating site memberships and treadmills, for instance, content related to one or the other should probably not be made to coexist on the same site. A good axiom is "Make a theme park, not a mall."

Wp Shield MRR Software

"Here's A Quick And Easy Way To Stop Thieves Stealing Your Software Or Ebooks Directly From Your WordPress Download Pages - By Making Your Download Links Expire Automatically"

Dear Friend,

Do you sell downloadable products such as ebooks and software?

If so, did you know that you're probably being ripped off on a regular basis?

Thieves can steal copies of your products by illegally accessing your download pages.

This usually happens when someone buys a copy of your product then shares their download link with other people, through email or forums.

The problem can then be compounded by search engines picking up links up from a forum - and then making it accessible to anyone doing a search.

The only really effective solution to this problem is to make your links "expire". This means that a download link is usable for just a limited period of time (specified by you), rendering the link useless to forum and search engine traffic after this period.

WP Shield offers a quick and easy way to automatically create these expiring download links for any product.

When your customers pay, they are provided with a new link that is valid for a specific time (set by you). When the link expires, it is completely useless to anyone.

Quick And Easy WordPress Plugin Setup

You create a WordPress plugin using the special Plugin Creator Tool, as shown in the screenshot below:

You just enter the relevant details and the tool will instantly create a WordPress plugin that you upload to your blog, along with your downloads.

The software includes a special Plugin Installer Tool, which you can use to upload everything. Alternatively you can use your usual FTP program to upload.

You then create a new download page on your blog, using the normal WordPress features for creating a page.

Finally you update the download page web address on your payment service to point to the special payment URL supplied by the plugin.

That's all there is to it!

When people pay for your product, they will automatically be given a new expiring download link to access the download page on your blog - and the download page can only be accessed using one of these expiring links.

Chapter 5 Lining up Everything

Always make sure that you have plenty of help lined up. Be sure that hosting and payment process are lined up and tested. They form the backbone of your actual product launch. You should make sure that you have all of this done in advance so that you have ample time to tweak something if you see that it needs it. All tests should be performed well in advance.

The importance of having your support desk in place at this point really cannot be underscored enough. There is really no realistic way that you can expect to handle all of the marketing as well as the support. You will only make yourself crazy if you attempt to do so. You need to make sure that you are free to get into contact with your affiliates and JV partners not have to be concerned with support problems that may pop up.

Developing Incentives

One of the more important things that you want to make sure happens when you actually go live with your launch is that people take action right away. The way to make sure of this is to build in some incentives and bonuses. One of the most traditional ways to do that is to say okay, the first ten people who respond will get this and the first fifty people who respond will get something else, etc, etc. This probably sounds like it might be a really good idea, but the problem that lies in this approach is that once all of the bonuses are gone, you are going to see your sales drop.

One thing that you can do is to put a time limit on every single thing that you do. For example, you might put ten days on one thing and seven days on something else. This allows people to know that they have a very specific amount of time in which to respond and then it's over and gone. That's it. The key to making this work is that you can't make any extensions because if you do then people will know that they really do not have to stick to that timeframe. Ultimately, you have to give customers a reason to buy your product right now not at some vague point in the future.

If you leave it open-ended that is exactly what is going to happen. Consider it for a moment. You very well might be able to make more money eventually if you leave it indefinitely open-ended, but do you really want to have to wait to have the money slowly trickling in? If you put a definite time frame on it you will have a much better chance of increasing the amount of money that flows in through your site during those first few crucial days. Bonuses are another excellent way to establish value and demonstrate to people that they must act right away.

Taking the time to make sure that you have everything lined up and planned well in advance of your launch is perhaps one of the most crucial things that you can do to assure the success of your website. In the end it really does not matter what kind of products you have to offer, if you do not heed the importance of this step. You could easily have very high quality products and you could have taken the time to build up interest in your products and it would all be nothing if you have not worked on being sure that everything is appropriately set up, tested and planned for.

Chapter 6 The Post Launch

Once you have the launch set and up, the next thing that you need to begin focusing on is what you do after the post-launch. There is a lot of planning that goes into the launch phase and it is somewhat natural to think that once you have that out of the way you can simply sit back, relax and take a deep breath, but the truth of the matter is that even after you have the launch taken care of, you still have some work left that you need to take care of.

You must continue to look forward and make sure you are poised to capitalize on the success you have achieved with your site. Ask yourself what is going to happen next. It can be awfully tempting to want to just move right on to the next project, but it can be helpful in many ways to take time to sit back and somewhat take stock of what has happened with this project and see where there may have possibly been problems so that you can work on correcting them to avoid those problems in the future.

Customer Service and Support

This is also the time when you need to make sure that you are continuing to focus on support issues. Remember that you are now dealing with your customers, not prospects. You must do all that you can to take care of them and do whatever you can to help them.

Refunds

During about the first month after your launch you will need to focus on fixing any problems that may come up and answering any support questions. This is where having a support and tech team can really come in handy. Keep in mind that you should expect that you will most likely have some refunds that will come in. This can happen even on the higher end items. It is simply a part of common business practices. Every business has refunds, so you should expect your share.

Do not allow yourself to get down about refunds. You can easily make sure that you are prepared for this type of thing by figuring between 5% and 10% for a refund rate. If at all possible, try to have someone you can dedicate to simply handle any refund issues for you. There is no point in your having to waste any valuable time handling these issues when there are other people that you can delegate these tasks to so that your time is freed up for moving other things forward.

Chapter 4 Copywriting Recap

Because so few businesspeople have actually mastered the art of sales copywriting, any business owner who does so enjoys a distinct advantage over their competition. Doing so is not so difficult as one might assume though it does require diligence, practice and follow through.

Good sales copywriting must also flow from the assumption that no reader is interested in hearing a single word about the product. Assume negativity on the part of the audience and work from a position of someone who needs to make a case convincing enough to overcome this negativity. One need not change the entirely negative attitude of the reader, only get them into the state where buying seems to hold the promise of increasing their happiness.

Sales copywriting is essentially the same as is any other form of persuasive writing. It entails grabbing the reader's attention, involving them in the narrative and leading them comfortably and logically along to reach the writer's desired conclusions.

It does require practice, as does any other marketing skill to reach the level of effectiveness, and even perfection, that is required to ensure success. The most effective way to practice it is to engage in sort of a mentorship, learning from the best examples of sales copywriting that one can find and imitating those sources while turning them into something completely new and unique.

Like any language-based skill, copywriting requires that the author adhere to basic rules of style. The idea is to grab the reader's attention and not to let them go once that goal has been attained.

Grabbing the reader's attention starts with an effective headline. This headline does not need to be limited in length as does a newspaper headline and can very well be several sentences long. It should employ clever language and sometimes outright shock value to engage the reader.

Write as many headlines as necessary, even if the number gets to be 100 or more. The best headline may not come along for a long while but it's worth it to keep on going.

The first paragraph needs to clearly define the product and appeal to the reader's basic needs. This means making appeals to the natural inclination of any human being to increase their level of pleasure and to decrease their level of pain. It needs to provide a good reason why the reader should stick around and listen to the rest of what the writer has to say.

Understand the differences between benefits and features using the simple rule: Benefits don't result in the reader being able to say "So what?" Features are open-ended and don't immediately identify themselves as useful to the reader.

Use simple if/then statements to make the product more relevant to the reader. "If you need to lose weight fast, then you need to read about this product!"; "If you need a way to make money from home, then you need to attend this seminar!" These sort of statements limit the question and don't allow the reader to add their natural negativity to the equation.

Don't be afraid to offend! The best sales copywriters understand that offending the audience is sometimes the best way to grab their attention. Don't go overboard, of course, and be sensitive to the audience. At the same time, realize that if something is borderline offensive some very accomplished copywriters take this as a sign that they're on the right track.

Keep track of what you've written and see which sales letters are garnering the most success. These sales letters likely contain characteristics that can be used over and over again without losing their effectiveness.

Remember to rewrite ineffective sales letters and not to give up too easily. Get personal with those hesitant customers. "I haven't heard from you in a while and was wondering if you'd seen this new product," and similar statements drive the point home and make the whole affair more personal to the customer. Remember that the customer should feel as if they're being directly-addressed and that they're not simply the recipient of the latest corporate sales letter to be sent out bulk rate to thousands of clients.

Throw out your style guide. The advice that writers should avoid adjectives does not apply to sales copywriting. You're not selling a weight program, you're selling the best weight program out there and the amazing results are something that those who suffer the horrible anxiety that comes with being overweight need to be informed of. Remember the axiom "Sell the Sizzle, not the Steak".

Remember that those sales skills that apply in person apply equally in print. While writing, engage in a conversation with the client. Use the same persuasion techniques that work in real life. What's being used is language and the effects of language are largely the same whether it be of the spoken or written sort.

Have your efforts proofread and critiqued by friends and family. Better yet, hire a real editor. Don't take any harsh criticism personally, regard it as an opportunity.

Remember that one is always selling a cure, not prevention. Prevention does not conform to the quick and easy requirement for any effective persuasion writing. Persuasion is not, in the minds of most consumers, worth spending a lot of money on. Cures, however, are oftentimes worth any amount of money, especially if they happen to be very easy and convenient cures that are relatively pain-free. Think of it in terms of maximizing pleasure and minimizing pain: Prevention tends to minimize pleasure and require painful efforts toward self-denial. Cures offer only the alleviation of a pain. It's easy to see which sales pitch requires the least amount of work on the part of the salesperson.

Don't overextend one's financial resources when launching a new product. Remember that it's very easy for even experienced and skilled investors to fall into the trap of allowing good money to follow bad. Take small steps first and test the waters. If the product shows promise, then allocate more finances toward promotion. This can include measures such as shooting video for promotion with home cameras instead of hiring a production crew and making use of a great deal of sales copy as it's one of the cheapest forms of advertising available.

Chapter 4 Handling Membership Site Delivery

One area that you will need to consider when setting up a membership site is how members will be able to access the information that they receive as part of their membership. There are many different ways that you can handle this, so it is important to give careful thought and consideration to the best methods based on your needs, abilities and budget at the current time.

Using a Thank You Page Delivery System

One method that can be relatively simply and which does not require extensive technical knowledge is to use a thank you page delivery system. All that you need to make this method work is a payment processor. Basically, the system works by sending people a thank you page after their purchase. Inside the thank you page you can put a link to the product or products that the customers can download as part of that month's subscription. This method works well enough if your members are receiving access to one new item each month.

The beauty of this method is that it is quite simple, inexpensive and does not take a lot of time to set up. There are problems with this method that you should be aware of; however.

First, there is absolutely nothing preventing your members from forwarding that page to someone who is not a member of your site and allowing them to have free access to the download.

Additionally, there is also the risk that search engine spiders could potentially pick up on your thank you page and this is certainly a page that you do not want them indexing. There will always be the inherent risk that someone will be able to link to your page, bookmark it or even distribute it.

Using Autoresponders

Another method that you can use which is far superior to the previously described method is to use an autoresponder. This method is also fairly easy to set up and does not require a lot of extensive technical knowledge. The main idea behind this method is that you utilize emails in order to send content to people each and every month as part of their membership. You can set it up so that this occurs automatically and all of your members are emailed their new content at the same time.

This can save you a tremendous amount of time once you have it set up and basically put at least a portion of your membership site on auto-pilot. You can even use the autoresponder to password protect download pages or if you choose you can have the autoresponder actually send the products and content as email attachments.

There is also a downside to this method as well. If you choose to use the autoresponder to send the products as an attachment, you must make sure that the products are small enough that your members' email will be able to accept them. You must also recognize the fact that there is a chance that your emails will be filtered as spam and firewalls and your members may never receive your deliveries.

Generally, you will have few problems with this method, but you must be prepared for the fact that you will receive some degree of customer support tickets from members who will say that they did not receive their products as a result of the inherent problems associated with using this method. As long as you are able to stay on top of such problems and handle them efficiently and quickly, it should not be too much of an issue.

Digital Delivery using a Membership System

Yet another method that you might consider using is a digital product deliver with a membership system. If you are concerned about people possible passing around your products or not even receiving them at all using the autoresponder method, then this is alternative that you might consider using. With this type of system your members will be able to create their own accounts on your membership site as well as their own logins.

This is an excellent method to use if you want to make sure that you maintain better control over your products and content. It is also a good system to use if you want your members to be able to access archived products and information that may have been added prior to the member joining. This is certainly a better value for your members, which means that they may very well be willing to pay more for that convenience.

You should be aware that this type of system will naturally cost you more money. The exact amount of money that you will need to pay for this system will depend upon how much you use the service and how many members that you have for your site. Even so, it is imperative that you look at it as an investment in your business that will help it to grow and expand at a much faster rate.

Coping with Attrition

One area that you will need to be particularly aware and which can creep up on you, especially if you have automated your membership site with automated delivery and sign-up, is attrition. Attrition refers to the number of people who have become members of your membership site but who have then dropped out at a later time. If you only have a few people who drop out you might not notice the impact, especially if you still have others signing up on a regular basis.

Even so, it is imperative that you keep an eye on this number because if your attrition rate should climb you will have some fairly significant problems on your hands that will affect your profitability.

One of the biggest causes of attrition is failure to match what your customers perceived they would receive for their subscription to what they actually receive. Another common cause for high attrition rates are delivering more information that your members can possibly utilize. The reverse is also true. If you do not deliver enough information and products, members will also be likely to drop out. Inferior products or overpriced products for the market can also attribute to your attrition rate as well.

Chapter 3 - Getting Started Begin at the Beginning

Now that you have a basic outline of the work and tools necessary for the development of a workable membership website, it is time to really dig in and get started. This chapter is going to discuss some choices that you will face and some of the smartest options to follow. We will look at assembling your website; recognizing value; working with words; testimonials; and the day to day details and glitches.

Assembly

Your website is going to begin to feel like a great big puzzle, and you must assemble many of the major pieces before it begins to really look like something. This means that you must be sure you have these necessary pieces before you begin the process of building the site, and this will always include knowledge as well as equipment and resources.

The knowledge you should really try hard to acquire as quickly and efficiently as possible will include marketing basics, and website infrastructure. For instance, you know that you should compose some sales letters, website content and choose adwords, but how do you start this process? You also know you need a gateway through which members will visit the site, make their purchases or establish their recurring payments (if you decide to sell the memberships through the site rather than through an affiliate). This means you will need to understand where these things can be located.

So, let’s look at the "physical” site first.

Send Me a Programmer!

Most Internet entrepreneurs quickly realize that they are going to need some guidance and support from a qualified programmer who can help them to setup the many processes that must occur through their site. While there are an enormous number of web hosting companies offering all kinds of ecommerce sites, they may not provide the kind of integrated services demanded of a membership website (i.e. the membership database, login software, library of numerous media types, and more).

What most membership website owners fail to realize is that they should work in a backwards direction - they should work with a programmer to design the system, rather than purchasing various programs and sites and then demanding that the programmer make them all work cohesively.

Additionally, a good programmer will probably have all kinds of connections and resources for additional areas of the website as well. For instance, you will need to record telephone and “live” conversations to be converted into downloadable files. You will need to understand how to work with video recordings, PDF files and more as well. Finding a good and reliable set of professionals to walk you through this setup process is going to save you an enormous amount of time and money.

This means you should sit down and really scrutinize your plans in order to identify all of the equipment, software and gadgets you will need. Then meet with your programmer to work out all of the technical details of the site and establish the best approaches to use for your various media requirements.

Unfortunately, many successful membership website owners admit that they spent large sums of their capital on costly services and equipment that they did not need to purchase or use. They learned through painful experience that there were far less expensive options and even some that were more efficient than those they identified on their own.

This leads to the next phase in the getting started process - recognizing value.

Recognizing Value

As a membership website owner, you will soon realize that you can find a purpose or value to almost every interaction, discussion or tool you see. Recognizing value that will benefit your site is an important skill. It helps to categorize such information however, if it will eventually

help you achieve your goals. Earlier in this book we recommended that all membership website owners make a comprehensive list of the steps they made while researching and building their site. This was something that would help to keep the resources available to the members fresh and unique. This is where you should also keep your lists and notes about valuable connections, discussions and ideas too.

For example, even if an interview has gone badly, there are going to be quotes and paragraphs that can be used elsewhere. Consider that you will probably interview subjects for twenty minutes or more, and if there is little information given or if the subject of the interview was a bit dull, you can still insert some of their statements into newsletters, web content, articles or more. Value is everywhere, but you have to be open minded and creative in order to use it to its fullest degree.

This concept of “recognizing value” also applies to the materials you offer. If you really, sincerely want to succeed, then you are going to have to scrutinize everything posted for members to view. Regardless of your subject matter - psychics, horses, shoes or marketing - your membership website should always be viewed as a true informational resource or a “one stop” destination for learning, interaction and more.

This means you should always keep a watchful eye for those items and materials that will be of value to your site and your members. Once again, let us turn to the fictional psychic website as an example. As the owner, you would want to always keep an open mind about the sort of “stuff” that would interest your membership. This might mean that you would consider posting “how to” articles about photographing ghosts or spirits just as much as you would consider providing your customers with an eBook you found about reading ancient runes.

Working with Words

Until you are really comfortable with the process of writing your ads, emails, website content and eBooks, you should consider hiring a “pro”. There are all kinds of online agencies offering very high-quality writing services specifically geared to Internet businesses.

For instance, a website owner could hire a writer or copywriting service to craft “private label” articles, different eBooks, all of their sales letters and landing pages and even their newsletters if necessary. The most important thing to remember about such a choice, however, is that you are receiving the work of a writer, but not necessarily a specialist. If you want to truly create exclusive materials and offerings you will still have to do the research to understand your subject and constantly expand the amount of information you are making available through your site.

CHAPTER 7 - CARDIO TRAINING FOR SIX PACK ABS

For some reason when people want six pack abs the first thing they think is that they just need to do a little more cardio and they will get there. Obviously diet and other training aspects factor into the equation. Cardio does have its place in your six pack ab training; you just have to be careful not to overdo it.

Some people can become obsessed with getting their six pack, which isn't necessarily bad. However, when that obsession leads to them doing hours and hours of cardio a week it can be a problem.

When you put yourself in too great of a caloric deficit your body will have no choice but to burn muscle. While you will be losing weight, that weight will be muscle and you continue to get softer and softer.

When it comes to cardio for your six pack less is often better. If your diet and training are on point then you don't need to go crazy with your cardio. In fact if your cardio is intense enough you could get away with doing only an hour a week or so.

HUT Cardio for Six Pack Abs

CHAPTER 8 - A SAMPLE ABS WORKOUT

So you are ready to start your journey towards six pack abs. The problem is you have no idea what you should do. Here is a sample routine that is a good place to start. Remember it is important when you are just starting out to learn proper exercise technique. Any bad habits you learn in the beginning will tend to stick with you, so remember if you need help just google the exercise and lots of options will become available to you.

Beginner's Ab Workout

Cable Ab Pulldown 3 X 15 (add weight)

Straight Leg Raises 3 X 15

Hyperextension Side Bends 3X 10-15 (add weight)

Ab Wheel 2 X 20

Cable Ab Pulldown - This is one of the best ab exercises because it allows you to use weight, and to train the abs while standing.

Lying on the ground and training you abs is very unnatural, you need to learn to contract your abs while standing. For this exercise you need a cable machine with a high pulley and a triceps rope.

Take a normal athletic stance face away from the machine. Take the handles and pull them down around the back of your neck so you can hold them against your chest. From there you perform a standing crunch until your upper body is perpendicular to the floor; then return to an upright position.

Straight Leg Raises - Grab a high bar and just hang until all the momentum goes away.

From there you flex your entire body, especially your lats and abs. With your legs straight begin to lift them. Your goal is to get your feet to the bar, but you may need to work up to that. At the very least you should bring your legs to parallel to the floor. Lower your legs and repeat.

Hyperextension Side Bends - On a 45 degree hyperextension bench, begin by standing sideways. Make sure the pad is properly placed against your hip, and lower yourself down towards the floor.

When your upper body is parallel to the floor flex your obliques hard as you return to your starting position. This is an exercise that you can add weight to by using a dumbbell in the hand closest to the floor, a weight plate against your chest, or a weight plate behind your head.

Ab Wheel - This basic exercise is often overlooked, but it is very effective. It is basically an ab plank with movement added.

Simply kneel on the floor, and grip the handles of the wheel in front of you. Slowly roll out as far as you can, and then contract your abs as you return to the starting position. Once you have gotten the hang of it you can roll out to either side instead of just a straight line for added variety.

Chances are if you are consistent you will quickly out grow this workout. However, when you are just starting out it is always a good idea to keep it simple. Obviously there are many more advanced techniques that you will learn as your progress, but this routine is a good place for you to start.

Chapter 6: Attraction Affirmation

Synopsis

I attract new businesses and opportunities to me daily!

Attract It

Millions of people have now heard of the law of attraction, a theory which brings phrases like "positive thinking" and "manifesting your dreams" to everyday conversations. Although it is a fairly recent phenomenon, spiritual thinkers say they've been perusing the concepts for years.

The law of attraction is that our thinking brings on and imparts to us whatever we think about,. It's as if every time we think a thought, every time we utter a word, the universe is hearing and responding to us.

Negativity can keep you from receiving the things you wish for in life. We don't want to put ourselves down. We don't want to state, 'Oh, it will never work for me,' or 'I'm not good enough.' As that's what the universe picks up and returns to you.

Alternatively, you are able to metamorphose your life by remaining positive. You have to begin stating things that you feel truly good about yourself. 'I enjoy who I am. I enjoy life. Life enjoys me. It's going to be smooth and easy. Life works for me.' And you merely begin doing that—it's planting sources of good. You're not going to get it the beginning day, but you plant the seed of good and you water it and you keep going with the affirmations, and matters begin to transform and change in your life.

Know what you want and ask the universe for it. This is where you need to get clear on what it is you would like to create and visualize what you want as being as 'true' as possible.

Feel and act like the object of your desire is on its way. Center your thoughts and your language on what it is you would like to attract. You want to feel the feeling of truly 'knowing' that what you desire is on its way to you, even if you have to play a trick on yourself to believe it - do it.

Be hospitable receiving it. Pay attention to your intuitive messages, synchronizations, and signs from the Universe to help you along the way as assurance you are on the 'correct' path. As you adjust yourself with the Universe and open yourself up to receiving, the very thing you want to manifest will turn up.

Chapter 7: Cash Magnet Affirmation

Synopsis

I'm a cash pulling magnet!

Draw The Money To You

Take a buck out of your pocket. Observe the green ink and number in each corner. It's a piece of paper. With ink. A couple of symbols. And a number. That's it. Individuals work themselves to death over green paper. A lot live in abject poverty. All because of how they regard green paper.

The thoughts which they associate with the paper endow it with reality. It's always your thinking which causes it to be. Many don't recognize that money is a sort of energy. Everything in the cosmos is.

We comprehend things as being different as these energies are vibrating at assorted frequencies. That's why you appear to be different from your pet cat, a auto, or a stove. Equivalent energy, unlike forms. Money isn't immune from this general law.

When 2 energies are harmonic they attract. If not they repel each other. This is why so many are poor. They're not harmonized with money so they block its flow into their lives. To attract cash you must be harmonized with it.

We develop thoughts or accept them from an external source, charge them with emotion, and instill them in the subconscious. We send impulses which are answered by the Universe. Hard work is viewed as normal. You're subconsciously disciplined to believe that working is THE means through which you get money. The harder you work, the longer you work, the more money you get.

This leads in an early trip to the cemetery for most. Individuals weren't meant to work twenty hour days. Nor were they meant to sacrifice by working 3 jobs. God didn't give us a finite sum of time here on earth to slave away. Not with our mind power. If this sounds drippy, it's OK. It used to sound unusual to me too. But I asked myself this question: "Does my current way of believing serve me?"

I don't want to belittle the idea of work. By thought we receive what we wish. By action we receive it. Theoretically we have the ability to manifest money or whatever we want if we're in perfect harmony with the cosmos. Work, but never feel you have to or need to work in order to get money. This sets up one channel to riches: your job. The Universe has countless channels. Devote time to work but likewise dedicate time to thought. Your thinking produces your reality.

Cash will flow into your life when you let it. If your cash flow is low you're halting the flow. You're bearing negative ideas concerning money. Possibly you think it's bad. Or that you need to work hard for it. There are more restricting beliefs about cash than I can list here. Negative thoughts block the flow of energy. Positive thoughts let energy flow.

Try this. Find a calm spot. Grab a notepad and write at the top of the page:

What I believe about money

List your feelings. Be truthful with yourself. There's no good or bad, simply belief systems which you were ingrained with. When aware of any limiting beliefs you can release them.

The key is to discover them.

Cash is a sort of energy. Just like you. When these two energies are in harmony the possibilities are boundless. There are no limits in the Universe, just those which individuals create for themselves.

Affiliate Marketing Where The Money Is MRR Ebook

One of the most powerful ways to increase one's search engine visibility is to have other sites link to one's own. There is no magic trick to this and, oftentimes, it involves social networking.

If one happens to stumble upon a very good site that is related to one's own but which is not, by its nature, a direct competitor, that site is a good candidate for a link exchange. This is usually arranged via email. One simply emails the webmaster of the site and asks if they would like to exchange links. Most often, because it is mutually-beneficial, one will receive a positive reply.

One's site should have a link directory among its pages. This page, like every other page on the site, should offer real value to one’s visitors. Linking to sites which are simply garbage is pointless and counterproductive.

Link Farms

There are a number of sites online which are nothing more than link farms. One frequently sees these if they go to the very low-ranked search results for any given keywords.

Generally, they contain links which lead to sites which are of little value and which are nothing more than sales pitches. The search engines remove these sites from their indexes on a regular basis.

The search engines also down-list those sites which appear on a great deal of these link farms and, most especially, those sites which link to link farms. This is a form of spamming, it wastes the surfer's time and effort and, in order to preserve their image as a useful resource, the search engines will enthusiastically remove them from their results. Make certain not to fall into the trap of using these sites.

Article Directories

There are many high-quality sites online that contain thousands of articles on various topics. One should make an effort to have their content reproduced on these sites.

The article directory submission tools described in the previous chapter are the most efficient way to get on these sites. There are services which will do this for a fee and they're generally well-worth the money spent.

Some directory sites specialize in a certain field—Internet marketing directories are actually very popular—and some are very general in their offerings. To make these submissions work, one follows a few simple steps.

The process starts with having a good article that is worth reading, even if one is not particularly interested in what's being sold at the site. At the bottom of this article, a link to one's site is included. The readers of the article will quite frequently click on this link to explore the author's site and to get more information. A visitor gained in this way has already been pre-sold on one's site and on one's legitimacy as an authority on whatever subject is in question and this is a very powerful starting point for any marketer.

Explore the various technologies and services which provide this powerful SEO tool to webmasters. It is one of the best ways to get more visitors.

Blogs

Blogs have taken off in the past few years. They are essentially nothing more than online journals where people share their thoughts and ideas but they provide an intimate forum which readers generally enjoy. They are also an enormously-powerful SEO tool.

Should one's blog become very popular, it's almost certain to receive a lot of links from other sites. It may also be "pinged" by users which is almost as good as word-of-mouth advertising.

Pinging is basically a way that users make search engines aware of the blog. Once the blog is pinged enough, that site will be checked out at least every few days by the search engine.

If the content is frequently-updated and of a very high quality, the benefits to search engine visibility are obvious. Consider adding a blog as a way to increase one's visibility. The technology to do this only takes a few minutes to install on one's site and is very easy to use. Best of all, most blogging technology is not only very flexible, it is free.

One may wish to make efforts toward paid advertising. There are several different ways in which one can go about this. Some cost more than others but, if one has the money to invest, it is generally worth the effort.

Pay-per-Click

This is one of the most popular forms of advertising for one simple reason: it works. With a pay-per-click advertisement, the advertiser bids on certain keywords related to their site and their advertisement appears either at the top or alongside any search results for those keywords. The highest bidder gets the top placement.

The advertiser is only billed when someone actually clicks on their ad and visits their site.

This means that one doesn't pay for advertisements that don’t work. There are a few things to keep in mind when using this advertising.

Just as one doesn't want to design their site around keywords which are dominated by large companies or too much competition, one does not want to have pay-per-click advertisements for very vague keywords. Bid on keyword phrases that are specific to one's sites. The very general keywords will generally come at a high premium and, though they may generate a great deal of traffic, that traffic won't necessarily be the type that actually buys. The more specific the keywords, the better.

One will also do well to avoid the pitfall of always trying to be on top. Some Internet marketers believe the best placement is not the first position alongside the results but a few places down. Oftentimes, the people that click on that first ad will click on anything and, even though they're not likely to buy anything from one's site, one will still be billed every time someone clicks on their ad. Go for targeted traffic. Remember, the niche is where the money lives.

There are both paid and free classified advertisements available online. These are of value when one is promoting their site. One must make certain, however, that they are honoring the terms of use applicable to any one of these services.
