Modern day couples are opting for their weddings to be held in places other than the traditional church, synagogue or even city hall more and more frequently. These couples want the place that their wedding ceremony is performed, whether it is a very traditional ceremony or not, to be a place that is meaningful to them as a couple in some way.

Brides-to-be (and grooms as well) sometimes deliver a real shock to their family and friends when they announce that they are getting married. Not that the fact that they are getting married is such a shock but the fact that they are planning on doing the deed while they are riding a roller coaster in Las Vegas, sky diving in Nevada or scuba diving in Bermuda, holding the ceremony in a castle in Switzerland or on the 50 yard line of Mile-High Stadium might be a little shocking to say the least.

Many of those of an older generation think that weddings held in strange places are an affront to the seriousness of the sacrament of marriage and strongly object to the idea. Of course, it isn’t an affront at all but it takes some strong and convincing arguments to change the minds of those who believe it is. Sometimes they warm up to the idea given time, sometimes they don’t.

The truth is that the marriage that is being planned is about the two people who are joining their lives together and not about ‘what the neighbors will think’ or what others believe to be an appropriate venue.

Nobody asked for advice but here is some anyway. Do what you want to do. Make your wedding a memorable event that you will look back on in 50 years and be glad you did it your way. Get the pictures that will prove to your grandchildren that you were once wild and crazy kids that were madly in love and had a strong sense of adventure. Just take the vows seriously and mean them with all your heart no matter where the wedding ceremony is performed.

If you’ve already set up your account you can simply move on to more exciting aspects of using Twitter and skip this part. The first thing you need to do is to go over to Twitter.

You register by using your e-mail address and picking a user name that you think would be best for you.

If you want to use Twitter in conjunction with your blog, you should use a user name that reflects your blog. For example, if your blog is www.dogtrainingtips.com you may want to create the user name of "dogtrainingtips." If the name of your blog is taken as a user name on twitter, try to find something that reflects the theme of your blog.

Once you've gotten registered, you'll need to upload a picture to use as your avatar. You can use a picture of yourself or an illustration that reflects your blog as your avatar. Make sure it's a clear picture and one that will show up well in a column with other pictures surrounding it.

With Twitter, you can quickly search for other users and then request to follow their updates. Once someone approves you to follow them, most of the time they will choose to follow you as well. You can build your followers list by searching for keywords on the Twitter site that relates to your blog. An example would be ‘dog training’ for a dog training niche you’ve set up. This way you can build a list of targeted followers that are interested in your dog training topic. Once you start posting updates on Twitter about your blog, you'll automatically get more targeted traffic.

When you first join, you'll most likely get follow requests as well from other users who are using the search tools. You can choose to follow these people if they seem like they could be potential traffic for your blog. Make sure that your follow list doesn't get too crowded if you want to keep it targeted to a specific niche.

Twitter works best when you can actually communicate with the people that you are following, and vice versa. If you crowd your list with thousands of people you may initially get more traffic but you'll lose out on many of the other benefits of using the site.

Again, before you get started with posting Twitter updates, you need to decide your primary purpose for using Twitter.

If you're focused before you get started, you'll be able to produce better quality posts and get the right kind of traffic to your blog that relates to your niche.

When we set out to change our weight we are in reality changing much more than our weight. We are taking the first steps toward a drastic life style change. This is especially true for those who have more than a few pounds to lose. A person who loses thirty, forty, fifty or more pounds will not be the same person they were before they lost the weight. They will not react to the world around them the same and the world around them will not react to them the same. They will not want to participate in the same activities that they participated in when they were heavy. They won’t even laugh at the same jokes.

It is true, as well, that successfully losing weight requires a lot of outside support. We all look to our family and friends for support in many aspects of our lives but losing weight is one endeavor that really does require the support of others who are traveling or have traveled the same path. Although our family and friends may well want to give us their full support while we lose those many unwanted pounds, they aren’t the ones who can understand or appreciate the day to day (sometimes minute to minute) struggles and temptations that we face.

When you combine the facts of life style change with the need for support, the obvious solution of the combined needs is a weight loss support group.

A weight loss support group need not be one of the well-known ones that we will be discussing here. A weight loss support group can be a loosely knit group of people who join together in a joint effort to lose weight and support one another in the process. Many such groups are formed just among groups of friends or among groups of co-workers everyday and many are very successful.

Weight loss support groups offer the opportunity for those wanting and needing to lose weight to form new friendships, to learn about food and exercise from one another, to give and get support, and one more important thing....they provide an opportunity to win.

Friendships are naturally formed between people who have common goals. Solid bonds can be formed between people who under other circumstances would never become allies when they are faced with a common enemy....in this instance over weight....the battle of the bulge.....food temptations. These things become the common enemy of a weight loss group and friendships are the natural product of fighting a common enemy.

Drinking enough water has several benefits when you're trying to lose weight. It helps to fill you up so that you don't eat as much during meals.

Because water has no calories, it is an excellent choice for a beverage when you are on a reduced calorie diet.

Unlike other calorie-free drinks, water does not have any of the negative ingredients (like caffeine, no-calorie sweeteners, carbonic acid, artificial colors or flavors, etc.) that can be found in things such as diet sodas. Just because a drink does not have any calories does not necessarily mean that it is good for you.

Water can also help to keep you hydrated. Hydration is very important when you are trying to lose weight. Hydration will help keep you feeling well, plus it will also help keep your energy levels up so that you can exercise.

Being well-hydrated helps to keep your metabolism higher, which in turn helps you burn calories faster! Diet sodas and other drinks that contain caffeine can actually cause you to lose precious fluids because caffeine is a diuretic.

You now have the shell of your website set up, but it is obviously necessary to do a considerable degree of further development in order for your site to become fully functional.

It is also extremely important to understand that your site has to be built with a certain structure if your long-term plans are to succeed. This is where it becomes important to understand how Google work, and what they are looking for in a website.

For example, the homepage of your site will ultimately be the promotional page for the affiliate product that you are promoting or the unique product that you create yourself. The information on this page is therefore critical, something that you must have visible to your visitors at all times.

However, if you are going to use WordPress in the normal way (i.e. as a blog), the information that you post to your site would appear on this front page chronologically. If you posted information to your site today, it would appear at the top of this page, but if you posted additional information tomorrow, then that new posting would push the older posting further down the page.

Clearly this is not what you want, because once the promotional information for the infoproduct you are working with is published, you want that information to stay prominently visible.

There is another consideration as well. If you use WordPress as a ‘standard’ blog platform, you would probably publish everything on the same page by default. What you therefore have is a one-page website. Although Google are familiar with the concept of WordPress and blogs, it is nevertheless a fact that they tend to view one-page websites in a distinctly unfavorable light.

This is a direct result of Google’s own view of what their search engine is supposed to do and their position in the marketplace.

Throughout many of the earlier sections, we went into depth on all of the advantages that come with building a subscription website business model. We also talked about the factors necessary in determining your business idea. Now we are going to talk about the issues that are related to building and developing your own business model. Let us focus mainly on setting rates and earning revenue streams.

Your Subscription Rate and Pricing Model - Devising your own subscription rates and pricing model is one of the first aspects of the development of your overall business model. The best way for you to accomplish this is to study what your competitors are doing, and how their pricing models work. You should also consider any services or products that are offered by your competitors as well. Choosing your subscription rate means selecting between monthly subscriptions, quarterly subscriptions, annual subscriptions or even one time subscription fees. According to studies done by the OPA or Online Publisher's Association, all of these website models are making considerable gains in popularity, meaning that no payment schedule is really right or wrong.

One of the most important considerations to make is whether or not to offer different levels of membership with different subscription rates attached. Websites usually offer a more inexpensive package that offers a limited amount of access or content, and then a slightly pricier package that offers full access and a much wider range of services and products. Some membership websites offer discounts and incentives for members who buy in advance, such as paying for six months of a monthly subscription, or paying a year in advance. Employing discounts like this is an excellent way to retain membership.

One time subscription charges are a little different, because they work when the content is going to be downloaded all at once, such as if you are offering an eBook for download. If you are not offering any recurring changing content that the members will want to return for, usually a one time subscription charge is ideal, because who is going to want to pay a second, third or fourth time for something they already downloaded on day one?

Periodic subscriptions on the other hand are ideal for when your website is offering value that will remain over a period of time. If the content is changing, or if access is granted to specialists, or other members for discussion, then your membership base will more than likely return again and again in force in search of this new information, and these new avenues for communication.

Do not forget that you can offer free content and premium content on the same website. This is actually a worthwhile business model, and is highly recommended, especially for website owners who are looking to create multiple income streams rather than just one.

Cure Tennis Elbow Without Surgery MRR Ebook

Chapter 1 - Introduction

Brett was on the all star tennis team in high school with a tennis scholarship waiting for him when it happened to him. Don was a 42 year old city worker who used a jackhammer all of the time for work when it happened to him. Joan was a 30 year old enthusiastic racquetball player when it happened to her. Jim was a 70 year old retiree who enjoyed a golf game more than anything else when it happened to him. Doris was a 35 year old assembly plant worker when it happened to her.

All of these folks live in different parts of the United States. They all come from different background, are of different races and religions. But they all have one thing in common. They all suffer from tennis elbow.

Did you think that tennis elbow only affects tennis players? Think again. This often agonizing condition affects just about anyone who performs repeated movements with their forearms, elbows and wrists. Although the condition is called “tennis elbow,” it really only accounts for about 5 percent of all cases. Anyone who repeatedly uses their arms in the course of a day or in their favorite activity is prone to tennis elbow.

The good news is that despite what you may have heard in the past, you do not have to give up doing your job or favorite activity if you start experiencing the symptoms of tennis elbow. As long as you come up with a comprehensive plan of how to take care of the condition, you can continue to go about your business.

Surgery is also something that you do not normally need with regard to tennis elbow. Contrary to popular opinion, rest and/or surgery is not needed for the condition of tennis elbow, that affects millions of Americans each year. You can be treated for tennis elbow while still enjoying your normal activities and working.

Tennis elbow affects people of all ages and in all occupations. It can be very painful and does require a doctor with regard to treatment. A good doctor will be able to treat you for tennis elbow by using a non surgical treatment plan.

You can cure tennis elbow with the help of a good sports medicine doctor without surgery and without taking pills that may end up making you feel like a zombie. The trick is to know the symptoms, get the diagnosis and then work with your doctor to come up with a plan to treat this painful but common condition.

Chapter 2 - Symptoms of Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow can have various symptoms, all of which involve tenderness or pain in the elbow region. Some of the symptoms of tennis elbow include:

Pain or tenderness on the bony part of your elbow This is one of the most common symptoms of tennis elbow, although it does not automatically mean that you have the condition. Tennis elbow symptoms also mirror other types of symptoms and this type of pain can also be caused by a contusion. If the pain persists for no known cause, it is possible that you may be suffering from tennis elbow.

If you hit your elbow and it is black and blue in this area, chances are that you are suffering from a contusion. However, if the black and blue area does not go away in a week, or if the pain does not subside, you should see a doctor. It is also important to note that not all contusions cause a black and blue mark or swelling.

Pain when holding an object or squeezing and object The pain will become worse the more you hold the object or squeeze the object. For example, if you are holding a golf club and you find the pain shooting into your elbow that gradually become worse each time, you have a good chance of having Tennis Elbow. Again, you will want to see if this is a one time occurrence, or if it continues to happen. If you continue to get the pain, you will want to look into some sort of diagnosis.

You may notice the pain when you are trying to open up a jar or even turning a doorknob. Take note of the pain that you have and how often it occurs.

Soreness or pain that radiates from the forearm when bending the wrist

A lot of people confuse Tennis Elbow with carpal tunnel syndrome - they are two distinct syndromes. The pain that is associated with Tennis Elbow is more of an ache rather than a shooting pain, although it will get progressively worse over time if you choose to ignore it. This is why it is so important to take care of this pain as soon as possible.

Weak grip in your hands when shaking hands or turning a door knob Many people who have Tennis Elbow really notice it when they find that they have such a weak grip that they cannot properly turn a door knob. This often prompts a trip to the doctor for a diagnosis. Again, Tennis Elbow symptoms can mirror other, more serious symptoms such as MS, this is why a diagnosis is so important. Pain in arm when wrist is extended Another common symptom and one that the sufferer often compensates for by slightly bending his or her wrist all the time.

The person who has this symptom may find that their arm does not hurt if they bend it slightly so they gradually begin keeping their arms from being extended. This only temporarily relieves the pain.

All of those who we talked about in the first part of this book had one or more of these symptoms. While they are painful, they are not usually something that forces someone to rush to the doctor.

Of all the people in our study, all of whom sought different treatment, the only one who came to the doctor right away was Brett, the tennis star. That was because the pain was affecting his game that meant so much to him. Brett was devastated to learn that he had Tennis Elbow, but was happy to realize that it did not require surgery, and that he could be treated with a 6 week program and be good as new. All that time, still able to play tennis.

The others all came to the doctor at different intervals. Some came after they tried other methods of treatment, some after getting the wrong diagnosis and others after they were told that they would need surgery.

While most people will not rush off to the doctor the minute they get a pain in their elbow, if you do repetitive movements with your arms and elbows, you should be aware of the symptoms of Tennis Elbow and what to look for. This is one syndrome that should not scare you as 90 percent of cases are cured within 6 weeks after physical therapy treatment and will not impede your life.

Most things are skills that can be learnt, writing persuasively and using powerful writing is a skill that I believe can be mastered by anyone, some people have to put in more work than others, but anyone can master it.

So reading about it is the first step, you need to read everything you can on the subject of copywriting and the power of words as it is not a subject you can just learn in a few days.

The next step is practice, practice, practice. Practice is the mother of skill, and that will certainly help you to hone your skills.

But what if there was something that could help you learn faster? Something where you could literally soak up the work of someone who has already mastered this skill, like a sponge.

This is a copywriting trick that I have seen spoken about by the masters but that most people are just too lazy to do, so if you do it then you will be ahead of 99% of the game!

The trick is to write down the work that you want to model. Reading only absorbs a certain amount of the work, but to actually write it down in your own handwriting, that helps you to really internalize everything that is being said. You are feeding your unconscious mind with the powerful writing which it can then churn out when you sit down to write.
