If there’s a business model entrepreneurs should strive to succeed in, it should be those that generate passive income.

Why? Because with passive income you’re literally earning money with minimal to no effort on your part. Sounds like a dream, right?

Yes, it’s quite the dream life when you get to that point. But obviously getting there is not easy. Otherwise, everyone will be living off of their passive incomes and traveling around the world!

So, how do you find the perfect business that will generate passive income for you?

If this is something you’ve been meaning to ask, then you’re in luck because in this short report, you’re going to learn 5 of the best passive income businesses you can start today!

Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing is often one of the first methods newbies try out when they first get involved in Internet marketing. The idea behind this business model is very simple and is a proven profitable method. You simply need to promote other people’s products as an affiliate, and you get a commission every time someone buys those products through your affiliate link!

Commissions vary wildly. In some places like JVZoo and Clickbank, you can get commissions as high as 90% or even 100%! If you’re an Amazon affiliate, the maximum commission you’d get would be 10%, but the good thing is you get a commission for all items bought on Amazon (not just the ones you’re promoting on your website).
The key to getting good income with affiliate marketing is by sending plenty of traffic to your website. It’s a numbers game basically so you’d need to look for where your target audience is hanging out and promote your affiliate products to them.

One great advantage of affiliate marketing is that it’s relatively easy to setup. In fact, you can promote products anywhere you want – on your blog, on your guest posts, on forums, on social media, on your emails, and many more places!

All you have to do is just sign up to be an affiliate of a product you like, and then use that special link and promote it. That’s it! Of course, not all affiliate networks and product owners are going to approve your request. Most networks do have standards in place.

Most of them will ask for your website address and ask you questions on where you plan on promoting their products. If they don’t like your answers, then you don’t get approved as an affiliate.

In most cases, product vendors require you at least have some solid online presence before they approve your request. Product vendors do get scammed too, so they tend to be pretty careful when it comes to approving affiliates.

If you find it difficult getting approved on a network, it’s best to establish your online presence first by building your own website or blog, and letting it age for a few months before re-submitting your application.

When your application gets approved, and you create valuable content around the affiliate product, then you can pretty much get passive affiliate marketing income for as long as the affiliate product is available.

Sell eCourses and Info Products

If you are an expert in a particular subject, and you want to share your expertise with the world, then you may want to create your own course and info products. However, if you don’t have specialized knowledge in anything, don’t fret.

It’s not the end of the world. You can still sell eCourses and info products even if you don’t have first-hand experience in any subject!

You’ve got two options basically.

First is you take the time to learn the subject, research it thoroughly and then apply what you’ve learned when you create your course.

The second option is to just outsource the content creation to someone who actually knows the subject.

There are plenty of freelancer-for-hire platforms. You can go through any of them and place an advert for a qualified freelancer to come help you out with your project.

The great thing with selling your own course and info products is that you can set your own price. Unlike affiliate marketing where your commissions are capped at a certain percentage, selling your own products allows you to put your own price tag! If you think your course is worth $197, then set that price.

If you think $17 is a suitable price, then by all means choose that price. For best results, however, you should, of course, do your own research to find the best price for the product you’re offering. Look at what similar products in the same niche are priced at. Check out what your competitors’ prices are and go from there.
To boost sales, you may want to consider creating an affiliate program so other people can help promote your product. If you offer your affiliates a good share of the profits, you’d have plenty of applicants knocking at your virtual door.

Chapter 1: Cardio Training, Then and Now

If you want to build muscle, then you need to cause muscle damage and metabolic stress. By lifting weights, you can cause a build-up of damage and this will provide precisely the stimulation you need to trigger muscle growth during rest.

To lose fat, improve your fitness and get better health though, you need to use cardiovascular training.

Cardiovascular training is any type of training that involves exerting yourself for an extended period of time. Very often this will mean running long distances, with jogging being perhaps the most popular form of cardio training. Not far behind though are swimming, cycling, skipping, rowing and others.

Traditionally, this kind of cardiovascular training has been ‘steady state’. That means that you put on your running shoes, you step out of the door and you run for about 40-60 minutes. It’s steady state because you are maintaining a steady level of exertion throughout the course of the exercise. In this case you are jogging at a set pace and then maintaining that pace.

For a long time, this was thought to be the very best way to burn the maximum number of calories and to improve fitness – and there was good theory behind why this should be the case. Specifically, it was thought that there was an optimal ‘fat burning zone’ and that this could be found at roughly 70% of your maximum heartrate.

This makes sense in theory, seeing as faster than 70% of your MHR would put you past your ‘anaerobic threshold’. In other words, you would be running so fast, that you wouldn’t be able to rely on your aerobic energy system for fuel: you simply couldn’t burn fat quickly enough and so you would be forced to rely on energy stored in your muscles as ATP and glycogen.

It would appear to make sense then, that running at 70% of your MHR and maintaining the maximum pace at which the body burns fat, should result in the maximum weight loss.

But this isn’t what modern research has found.

HIIT stands for ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ and it completely turns this concept on its head. In HIIT you actually alternate between bursts of intense exertion (such as sprinting) and periods of relative low intensity exercise (like jogging or power walking). This way, you are switching from your anaerobic energy system to your aerobic system and back; switching between burning energy stored in your blood and muscles and energy stored as fat.

But what makes this so effective is what happens after the anaerobic training. When you exert yourself maximally by sprinting or exercising otherwise at 100%, you deplete any energy that might have been available from sources other than fat. This then means that following that, your body can only burn fat for energy – there is no other option remaining.

Thus, the you will then burn even more fat during the aerobic portions of the exercise. And when you finish and go home, you will continue to burn fat stores because you’ll still be low on stored glycogen. This is what some people refer to as the ‘after burn effect’ and it means that after an intensive session of HIIT, you can continue to burn more calories for the entire remainder of the day!

More Benefits of HIIT

HIIT is able to burn more calories than steady state cardio then and because you’re exerting yourself more at certain points throughout your training, this means you should also see be finished in a much shorter space of time.

Typically, a HIIT session can last between 10-20 minutes and be just as effective in terms of calories burned as a 40-minute run. For those who have a busy and hectic work schedule then, HIIT training is the ideal solution and allow them to squeeze in a few short minutes of highly effective training to get amazing results!

There are more reasons to get excited about HIIT too.

When looking at any type of training program, what’s always useful to keep in mind is the SAID principle. This means ‘Specific Adaptations to Imposed Demands’ – it means that your body changes to adapt to the demands placed on it. If you train at altitude, you become better at training at altitude. If you jog, you become better at jogging.

Thus, HIIT makes you better at high intensity activities – which include sprinting, running, rowing, boxing, wrestling, play fighting, sports, moving furniture and more. These are things we are much more likely to utilize in our daily lives and that makes this a more adaptive and useful form of training. Whereas steady state cardio makes you more effective at ‘long slogs’, HIIT makes you explosive and athletic.

And this also creates a number of other great advantages too. For instance, HIIT has been shown to help improve the efficiency and number of mitochondria. Mitochondria are tiny ‘energy factories’ that live inside all of our cells and have the critical role of creating and utilizing ATP (adenosine triphosphate). This is the most fundamental form of energy in the human body and it’s what fuels all our movements as well as all our thoughts. More mitochondria means greater energy efficiency.

That means yet more athletic performance and even more brain power. Your brain cells have mitochondria too!

Ever wondered why little kids seem to run in circles all day without getting tired while older generations get exhausted from getting up to turn the TV on? One of the big reasons for this discrepancy is the difference in the number and efficiency of mitochondria.

This also improves your ‘VO2 max’, which is the amount of oxygen you are capable of using. The greater your VO2 max, the more efficient you become at oxygenating your body. This is one of the biggest indicators of physical fitness and one of the things that athletes are encouraged to focus on in their training.

But perhaps best of all is that the kind of explosive movement used in HIIT will invariably engage your ‘fast twitch muscle fiber’. These are the muscle fibers that contain more mitochondria and that are responsible for delivering rapid power. They’re also the biggest type of muscle fibers and the ones that will make you look like a bodybuilder.

If you engage in steady state cardio, then you can risk converting your fast twitch muscle fiber into slow twitch fiber. Why? Because you are placing high energy demands on your body over a long duration – and thus your body will want to move the ratio toward the most efficient form of muscle fiber. What’s more, is that you create a highly catabolic environment that in short starves your body of fuel and forces it to break down both fat and muscle.

This is why most long-distance runners also happen to be stick thin.

But when you engage your fast twitch muscle fibers, you show your body that you need explosiveness and you shorten the length of the catabolic period. This in turn means that you don’t risk breaking down muscle tissue in the same way, allowing you to create a physique that is hard, ripped and powerful. Women can expect toned definition, while men can expect rippling vascularity and striations.

Introduction

History is full of legends of magical places and potions that can make a person young again. You see them in magic movies, and you wish they’re true. However, there’re no such things. Scientists have also tried their best to see how they can reverse the process of aging. Nonetheless, all their efforts have been futile in this regard. All scientists have to offer are different theories and explanations of why we age. They haven’t been able to give the world any formula or procedure that can reverse the aging process.

This reality makes some people sad. Nevertheless, the good news is that you can slow the process. Outside of unfortunate events such as accidents and terminal diseases, you have a role to play in deciding how young you look and how long you live. You would have seen some people you thought were probably sixty years old. However, when you found out their real age, you discovered that they were in their early forties! This situation is becoming more prevalent in the modern world.

On the contrary, you might have thought at some point that some people were in their late thirties. However, when you asked about their age, to your utter shock, you realized that they were close to sixty. There’s no doubt that you want to be like such people. You were probably motivated to read this book because you want to look younger than your age. You can be confident that you’ll not be disappointed. This educative guide will help you discover the habits you need to avoid and the ones you need to inculcate to improve your looks, health, and live full years.

Chapter 1: Aging and Anti-Aging:

What is it?

Many people wish they can be like Hydra, a relative of the jellyfish, who have a regenerative system that makes them immortals. If only wishes were horses… The reason we age remains a myth that hopelessly offers no answer. Many turn to religion such as Christianity that explains that we age because sin came into the world through one man, and creation is since then destined to suffer corruption.

A typical atheist wouldn’t agree, but no other explanation seems to offer any hope. We seem to be all destined to live in our bodies for a while and abandon it, or it ejects us at some point, which leads to death. In this opening chapter, we will explore the aging process and some of the most common aging theories, as well as anti-aging.

Types of Age

There are different types of age, depending on certain considerations. There are situations where a 45year-old woman is dating a 25- year-old man.

Many people will find this match disturbing and unethical. However, for

people who see age as just a number, they wouldn’t see anything absurd about the relationship. Below are the various perspectives of viewing age.

Chronological Age

This is the most common type of age. It is defined as the number of years a person has lived in this world. This implies that chronological age depends on the earth’s revolutions around the sun. It is counted in days, months, and years. When people ask you how old you are, you tell them your chronological age.

Experts posit that chronological age is a limited way of looking at people because it doesn’t offer enough information about a person. It is also difficult to predict. When you look at some people, you would assume that they are in their early sixties due to how they look. However, you might be surprised that they are in their late forties. This shows that there should be other factors or ways of looking at people.

Biological Age

This type of age describes the development of an individual based on biomarkers. A biomarker is a significant cellular or molecular event. In other words, biological age involves looking at people based on how they are rather than when they were born. In most cases, humans follow the same biological path.

A good example of a biomarker is the onset of puberty. More complicated ones include the increase of sex hormones, increase in human growth hormone, and myelination events in the brain. It also involves the degradation of certain tissues in the body as a person grows older. So, biological age is all about the body.

Psychological Age

If you don’t believe that people’s maturity shouldn’t be evaluated based on their body features or chronological age, you are in good company.

Psychological age relies on markers such as logic, experience, and emotions. Psychologists such as Erikson, Piaget, and Freud have developed stage theories that judge people’s development outside of physical features.

According to psychological age, a 25-year-old man might be more emotionally matured than a 56-year-old woman. Therefore, he might be able to help her to become more emotionally stable if they are in a romantic relationship. There are special tests psychologists use for measuring these benchmarks.

Functional Age

Many people prefer to evaluate individuals based on their functional age. This is because it offers a more holistic approach because it is a combination of psychological, chronological, and biological age. In other words, this assessment looks at when people were born, their physical features, and emotional or logical development to determine their maturity.

Theories of Aging

In the last thirty years, Gerontology, the study of aging, has progressed incredibly despite being a relatively new science. This progress shows the increase in the commitment of scientists to understand the reason our bodies grow weaker and paler over time. Below are some of the classifications of the theories they have developed to offer insight into why our bodies grow weaker and our health deteriorates.

Programmed Theories of Aging

According to these theories, the human body is programmed to age, and it follows a particular biological timeline. The central idea of these theories is that we are designed to age. Therefore, our bodies are simply following a natural pattern it has been designed to follow. Examples of these theories include the programmed longevity theory, endocrine theory, and immunological theory.

The programmed longevity theory states that we grow weaker because certain genes in our bodies switch on and off over time. Endocrine theorists believe that we age due to the activities of hormones that control the process by causing regular changes in our bodies. Meanwhile, the immunological theory posits that the immune system is designed to decline over time, leaving people more vulnerable to sicknesses.

Error Theories of Aging

Some experts feel that the programmed theories are too deterministic. In response, they proposed the error theories of aging. These theories explain that aging is a product of damages caused by the environment to the body systems. These damages accumulate over time and make our bodies weaker. Examples of these theories include wear and tear theory, rate of living theory, and free radical theory.

The wear and tear theory claims that we age because our cells and tissues wear out due to exposure to harmful elements. The rate of living theory asserts that the rate of aging of an individual depends on how fast the person consumes oxygen. However, the free radical theory claims that aging is a product of the damages caused by free radicals in the environment to the cells.

Genetic Theory of Aging

This theory was developed based on a study that revealed that certain genes play vital roles in aging. During the research, the investigators removed some cells containing some specific genes in the mice’s organs. The result showed that the removal extended the lifespan of the rodents by as much as 35%.

Visualize Yourself As You Want To Be

Instead of worrying about what people think about you, how about you start looking at yourself the way you want to be looked at? Don’t visualize yourself as manifestations of your fears and self-consciousness; picture yourself as you would want people to picture you. Forget about your shortcomings and losses and just look at yourself as a winner. You’re there; you’re alive and healthy, so why sell yourself short? Just look in the mirror for a good 10 seconds and repeat to yourself the following: “I am beautiful; I am the best version of me, I am who I am and that’s perfect”.

This process will take some time, but the more you say it the more you start believing it yourself. You might think this is pretty useless at the time, but we can assure you that it’s not. The more highly you think of yourself the more confident you’ll become and being confident can completely change everyone’s opinion on you as a person. Although technically nothing changes physically, people will immediately start noticing the difference and commend you for it.

Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone

eGwedtetifndgsfoduftsdoffsydodufrscdofsmdffosrdt zone is especially important since you’re basically forcing yourself to pull through uncomfortable moments just for the sake of learning how to deal with new surroundings. This is quite a hard step to take, but it is worth the hassle. So, for this step we suggest that you do something different today, something that you’ve never done before. Have you ever woken up at 6 AM and just went for a jogging session? No? Maybe it’s time you start. Have you ever tried going to a nightclub and just dancing all night long? Why not start now?

Regardless of what it is, you need to make sure that you start bursting out of your bubble and interact with more strangers. Put yourself in awkward situations and force yourself to break through. This, as previously mentioned, is quite difficult since you have to make sure that you do it regardless of how unsettling and scary it may be. Even if it’s something as silly as saying hello to your neighbor in the morning, make sure that you do that with a smile on your face because you’ve earned it. The more awkward the situation is the better because you’re eventually going to evolve and become a better version of yourself in no time.

Take The 100 Days Of Rejection Challenge

Now this is a very interesting concept because it implies sabotaging yourself to the point where you can’t feel the pain of rejection anymore. Jia Jiang has become world famous for creating this interesting social experiment. His idea was as follows: Make incredibly unreasonable requests to people all around you for 100 days straight. After you’ve gotten rejected that many times you should be able to handle rejection pretty easily. Being able to take rejection without actually getting hurt actually empowers you and your self-confidence greatly.

Although it does sound silly at first, this social experiment has proven to be quite effective on the long run. Jia Jiang’s experience for example has showed him that without the fear of being rejected he can do so much more now. This is definitely one of the most effective ways to get out of your protective shell, but it is also one of the most extreme ones. A lot of people will not be able to do this for so long, but even only doing this for a couple of days has shown to make a difference. Just remember that although this is extremely hard to accomplish, it also does have a very high rate of success. So, if you’re lacking in the self-confidence category then this is a must for you.

9 l 10 Things You Can Do to Boost Your Self-Confidence

Helping someone is definitely a way to forget about your own problems because it forces you to ignore your problems at the moment and concentrate more on what’s happening around you. If you’re good at something why not share the knowledge and help someone out? It’s a great confidence boost and it puts things into a whole new perspective. It can even help you become more appreciative of what you currently have. Now, we’re not saying that you should just seek out people in need to think of yourself as their superior. What we’re saying is that you should purposely teach, mentor and train those around you to the point where you no longer think about your shortcomings but instead think of how much progress those people have made thanks to you. Think less about yourself and more about the impact you’ve made so far on everyone else.

11 l 10 Things You Can Do to Boost Your Self-Confidence

This is definitely a rough step to take, but the evidence is clear, it helps a lot. First of all you need to identify your flaws, but instead of letting them dwell and hurt you all you need to do is try to find ways to fix them and make yourself better. This is pretty hard at first, but once you get the gist of it you should have no problem with becoming the best version of yourself. Maintain your hygiene, eat healthier food, and make sure that you don’t waste a lot of time doing nothing. It may sound silly and redundant at first but the best way to fix your problems is to face them head on and unless you want to have them ruin your self-confidence you need to make sure that you no longer give them the power to hurt you.

It’s a simple equation at that point. You – Flaws = Confident.

13 l 10 Things You Can Do to Boost Your Self-Confidence

One of the main problems that most people with low self-confidence have is the fact that they consider everyone around them as their superiors. They think of themselves as inferior which really shows in their behavior. In order to fix this problem all that you need to do is see everyone as equal around you. Nobody’s better than anyone else, regardless of their flaws. The moment you start to see everyone as the best version of themselves you’ll start seeing yourself that way too. You don’t need to waste all that time thinking that life just sort of handed everyone a magical superiority potion and realize the fact that at the end of the day everyone has flaws. The main reason as to why these people don’t have the low self-esteem you do is because they tackle it the way we’ve been telling you to tackle it. So, remove the idea from your head that people around you are better than you are.

Sales Funnel Supremacy MRR Ebook

Introduction

No matter what it is you’re trying to sell on the web, a sales funnel is the number one way to do it. This is the most systematic way to build trust, to build a relationship and to encourage people to want your brand before making a sale – and it is incredibly powerful when done well.

Take a look around the web and chances are that you’ll have come across a large number of sales funnels without even realising it. So what exactly is a sales funnel? How does it work? And how can you tap into its power for yourself?

Those are the questions we’re going to be asking and answering in this ebook. By the end, you’ll know exactly what an ebook is and why it’s so important. Moreover, you’ll be able to build your own sales funnel from scratch and use it to capture leads and convert them into paying customers.

Once you understand the science behind this, you’ll see why it’s the most effective way to build profits and you’ll be able to turn any product or service into a massive success.

What is a Sales Funnel?

Before we go any further, it would perhaps be useful to explain exactly what a sales funnel is and what you’ll be using it for.

In essence, a sales funnel can be imagined like a funnel for customers.

You start out with a broad opening to capture as many leads as possible and then you gradually narrow those leads down to only the most engaged and interested customers so that you can sell to them. All the while, you’ll be building trust, building engagement and priming them ready to make a sale.

You can also think about this as a ladder, which each rung taking your customers closer to the top where you’ll eventually try to sell to them. In practice, what this means is a series of different marketing strategies, each arranged in such a way as to build more and more targeted leads for your business. So you might start with a simple advert, or a blog post and then move on to an email list, then a ‘free report’, then a seminar, then a small product sale and then a big sale.

Each of these marketing stages is a rung on a ladder, it’s a little further down the funnel. And each time a customer clicks on the next link, or follows you to the next step, they are becoming more and more likely to buy from you.

As mentioned, there’s a good chance you’ll have encountered different sales funnels in your travel around the web: and you may even have bought products from others through this method. You might have come across a blog and signed up to the mailing list for instance, and then been told to click on the link therein in order to see a free seminar. And then maybe the free seminar asked you to sign up for the next seminar which would cost a little money.

And you may have come across it on YouTube too. For example, Tai Lopez is something of an inscrutable business man who is willing to use everything at his disposal to capture new leads and sales – even when that involves a bit of bare-face lying (that’s not his car and not his garage!).

But he still employs a sales funnel very well. If you go on YouTube to watch a video, his ad will very often show up.

The guy then goes on to talk about his cars or his massive house and this makes you want to watch – even if only because it annoys you.

At the end of the video, he offers to show you how to get his three most important tips for making money. And because it’s free, why wouldn’t you click it? Only at this point, you’re becoming more and more involved with his brand and more and more likely to become a paying customer. When you watch this ‘free’ video, which is on his site or channel, you’ll then be told you can get even more information by signing up for a free report. In fact, this report is key to understanding the video. If you do this, then Tai now has your details and the confirmation that you’re interested in what he has to sell!

You’ve gone from a ‘cold lead’ (someone on YouTube, targeted based on your video watching choices), to a ‘warm lead’ (someone who has demonstrated an interest) to eventually a ‘qualified lead’.

The way Tai does this is a little transparent and a little cynical – but it’s how all the big names operate including the likes of Tony Robbins, Tim Ferriss and Pat Flynn. And it’s exactly what you should be doing if you want to make sales. Note that this doesn’t mean you have to con people like Tai! Just that you need to think about your marketing strategy in steps and stages and understand the psychology of the way you’re dealing with people.

What You Will Learn

Reading this book, you’ll learn precisely how to employ these kinds of techniques yourself and we’re going to break down all the different tools, resources and tips you need to execute this plan perfectly. What’s more though, is that we’re also going to look at some higher level concepts.

Chapter 1: Why Sales Funnels?

Understanding the 5 Touches

Imagine if someone came up to you in the street and asked you if you’d like to buy a $5,000 watch.

99.9999% of the time, you would say no to that offer.

Why? Well, apart from the fact that you might not want a watch (you are a ‘cold lead’ in that respect), there’s also the small issue of trust, recognition and authority. You don’t know who this person is, you’ve been given no reason to trust them and you’re probably not going to want to hand over any cash.

That’s why companies don’t do this. Instead, they give you fliers. Fliers are things you can choose to accept or throw away – but either way, they don’t cost you anything and you won’t feel that you’re being pressured into anything.

Other stores do something different: they give away freebies. Walk past Starbucks and you’ll often find them giving away free samples of their new drinks and cakes for you to try. Again, you can easily walk away if you’re not interested and you won’t feel you’re being strong-armed. If you like the free sample though, then you can come in and try whatever else they’re offering.

If you try and sell to people right away on your website though, then you’re the equivalent of someone trying to sell thousand dollar watches in the street. And if that’s the only thing you’re offering and the only way that your visitors can engage with you, then they’re just going to say ‘no thanks’ and leave, giving you no way to contact them again and no way to get them back. As you might have guessed, this is a poor strategy!

Try to imagine it from their perspective: they have typed ‘fitness tips’ into Google, found your page essentially by accident and now you’re trying to sell them your training program for $500. People do not make decisions on that basis unless they’re loaded with cash. They’ll see you’re trying to sell them, write you off as spam and then leave.

The Alternative

Now imagine the alternative: the sales funnel technique.

They do the same thing: they type in ‘fitness tips’ and they land on your site where they get some great information right away. That information is unique, interesting and useful but at the bottom, it tells the audience that if they want more great tips – your ‘5 Most Powerful Tips’ – then all they have to do is to enter their details to receive your free report.

There’s very little reason for them not to do this: you have demonstrated that you’re able to provide value and you’re offering something for free. The only price they pay, is to allow you to contact them in future – but as you will point out, they can always just unsubscribe if they don’t want to hear anything more from you.

FACEBOOK

Remember when a social networking site was the conference center where you endured endless facts and figures with fellow colleagues or it was the corner cafe for a drink with coworkers after five? Enter technology and the 2000’s.

Social networking sites are now online. With just a click these sites are accessible in the comfort of your own home, at the office and coffee shops. Wherever there’s a connection, there’s a connection. Basically a social networking site is designed to connect with people: family, friends, co-workers, etc. One of the sites that has been gaining notoriety and becoming more popular today than body glitter in the ‘90’s is Facebook.

This is a free site anyone can join. Begin by setting up your account and creating a profile. A profile is just that, you fill in the blanks with some info about you, a little or a lot, whatever you want people to know. You can download a profile picture that stays on “your page”. If you opt out of downloading a picture an icon appears instead.

Once on Facebook you can begin searching for people and asking them to be your “friend”. You’ll quickly get over the initial “this is so third grade asking people to be your friend” realizing the site is one of the coolest tools to use for contacts. You can search not only for people but by interest group as well. With most interest groups you follow them as a “fan”. Once you and someone agree to “be friends or fans” you are able to read each other’s pages.

Pages contain news feed (info on your friend’s newest friends), status updates (info posted by your friends), posted photos and applications (games). Your page also provides an email account and instant messenger should you not want to converse with someone via a status update in the public eye. Facebook allows you to comment on a friend’s status update, or if you are at a loss for works you can simply click the “like” button letting them know you agree.

USING Facebook to Your Advantage

Pay per click is an advertising method used by various content sites and search engines to marketing websites to users through keyword searches. Every time a user clicks on your like you pay the host company a fee. Unlike most advertising prior to, PPC forces your customer to act prior to your paying any money.

If they only view the link or ad then you don’t pay.

Using Facebook’s PPC program is one method of continuing your social media momentum and effectively promoting your product or service through creating and maintaining your social buzz. All Facebook advertisements are relegated to the left of the screen, clearly visible to users and visitors of Facebook. PPC programs and their strategic placement help ensure that your advertisement will receive the attention of as many viewers as possible.

Facebook’s easy to use PPC tool allows you to get your social ads up and running quickly. Keyword ads grab the consideration of only appropriate Facebook users and help to reel them into investigating your personal Facebook page or that of your business.

When a Face-book patron connects with an individual or business all of their friends see this connection in their news feed and here is where you can harness the power of social media as they will most likely check out your profile as well.

FACEBOOK A NEW WAY TO COMMUNICATE

Social media marketing is here to stay. It is the new way of communicating for both businesses as well as individuals. With all things, there are fans and there are cynics. However, there is no denying its impact. A crucial tipping point in how the world communicates has been passed. Online social media is now mainstream. Nearly everyone has some method of social media be it Twitter or Facebook. Facebook and Twitter have certainly become the main tools by which small businesses and the upwardly mobile engage the outside world.

From the rise of Facebook a new method of marketing has developed.

Social Media Marketing is now one of the primary means of relating new products and services to the world. Social media is perfect for getting the word out. It is fresh, fast and free. Sure, there is some effort to it after all, you have to Tweet or write on your wall several times daily, but it’s free. Let’s say it again. Free.

Facebook allows you to freely contact your friends, family, potential employers and potential customers. You can market yourself or business by establishing an engaging online profile. You have the potential, if you are clever and savvy, to reach out to and influence a wide customer base. Friend people, Write on their walls, Create events that will post to their walls, Comment on someone’s status, Review a movie, Play games, Having fun is now work— how awesome is that?

GAMES AND PAY Per Click

Companies create games now as a means of advertising their product. For a grand and a half you can create a viral game that reaches literally millions of potential customers. Users may also choose to use affiliate sales links to earn a little extra cash from Facebook.

You also have the option to create a Facebook PPC campaign and create an ad that will be run according to keyword searches.

Face-book offers you the opportunity to advertise to a broad demographic, and create a series of social actions that will enable you to grow your business across the community of millions.

Facebook makes it easy enough for a beginner to set up with its easy walk through and tutor-ial. However, if you are uneasy about starting a campaign yourself there are companies that will help you select the appropriate keywords and demographics.

Pay per click is an effective advertising method because you only pay per click, not per view. This is a different approach than say a commercial that people can forward past or leave the room during. You pay for the direction action, or curiosity, of your web user.

Whether you want to use Facebook to stay in touch, get a new job, or grow your business customer base, Facebook has the capacity to fulfill your needs if you can just learn your way around a few kingdoms.

The usual PPC methodology employed by Google and Yahoo does not translate exactly to Facebook. Facebook is unique among social media tools because it is a site for individuals that also allows companies to establish a minority presence on their site using the Pages functionality. It is, however, first and foremost a social community and companies wishing to do any kind of business on Facebook should realize that straight off.

Yes, Facebook does utilize a PPC (paid advertising system) which displays ads on either side of the screen. Facebook was designed, however, to be a method of chatting so marketing and other commercial activity is usually a subset of that. You can build a “promotional presence” on Facebook quite easily. Thinking that you will make a killing using PPC that way would be a mistake. However, any promotional advantage that a company has on Facebook should come first from its pages and second from advertising, and like all social media the goal is to make them talk to themselves. In other words, don’t purchase PPC ads on Facebook if you don’t also have a page.

The advantage of social media in general is that the networking aspect to it allows a user to easily target ads at a particular demographic.

All advertising methods must utilize the cross-match approach in order to have their ads in front of a specific set of consumers.

One of the tricks of social media advertising is understanding user motivations. Social Media is used for chit chat and users are extremely turned off by direct advertising such as PPCs.

This is understandable. If someone is performing a search on Yahoo or Google they are looking for something in particular.

Such is not the case with Facebook, Twitter, etc. Therefore how you look at adver-tising needs to change. Pay per clicks on Facebook can be useful, but not as much as producing community driven content and event announcements.

Understanding this is the key to spending you advertising dollars wisely. If you want a any kind of return on investment then you need to concentrate on both community driven social media content before attempting PPC. One must feed into the next for it to have any monetary impact. Considering that Facebook offers free pages it makes logical sense to utilize them, rather than attempting to meet a pre-existing user demand that comes with keyword based advertising approaches.

However, if you are going to go this approach then be savvy and have both a Facebook page and a PPC that links to your Facebook page. You will find that the more that people you grow as “friends” or “fans” the more free advertising you will get. Not to sway anyone against PPCs on Facebook, but if you are going to use them then use them wisely.

Introduction

Have you ever found yourself wondering how much different life might be if you were able to actually sit down and plan out the future of your dreams, and actually start to live it? That may not be as crazy as it sounds. In the book, Planning for Success: A Step-by-Step Guide to Turning Your Dreams into Reality, readers are provided with the crucial outline for success.

Gone are the days of sitting at home wishing for better. You can begin working on your ideal life right away, simply by picking up this guide and providing yourself with the necessary tools for developing a plan for success. Whether you feel like you work well with plans and goals or not, this book is of tremendous value to any reader who is hoping to get out of the rut that living in day to day life can dig us into.

There is no reason to believe that success is elusive and only falls into the hands of those who are already granted every opportunity at birth. If you are willing to work hard enough and break your goals into manageable pieces, then there is no reason why you can’t also start planning for success and turning your dreams into a reality. Let’s get started!

Chapter 1: What is the Point of Planning for Success?

The truth is that a lot of us are discouraged. There seems to be an unspoken system in the world that oppresses people who are not born rich and gives those who already have a lot more and more. Whether this is true or just a common misconception about the way things work, the fact is that anybody, regardless of location or circumstances, can begin to make a plan that will make their lives better.

Whether your goal is simply to move out of your house or to start a world changing business, there is nothing that you can’t accomplish if you are willing to really put yourself out there and work hard to do so. Planning can be a tedious process, especially for people who are used to failure and are afraid that all of the efforts that they make will ultimately amount to nothing.

This is unfortunately a common mindset, because most of us are inherently discouraged because of the negativity bias in our brains that most humans have. We overvalue the negatives situations in our lives and undervalue the positive situations. That means that happiness and optimism can often take a lot more work than simply succumbing to the negativity that our minds seem to be obsessed with.

No matter where you are in life, there is absolutely something worth working toward. There is always room for improvement, no matter how successful you may be already. Instead of fighting against that improvement by denying that you are struggling to make a plan and stick with it, what you can do is accept that you have goals that you want to accomplish, and one of the greatest assets that you have in your favor is your ability to plan something and dedicate yourself to that plan wholeheartedly.
Sure, making plans can be scary and dangerous, especially if you put all of your hopes into one basket and you are not flexible or realistic about those goals. You have to expect that challenges will arise and you may find yourself lacking in motivation from time to time. If you are willing to see your goals realistically and plan ahead to make allowances for unforeseen circumstances that will probably be discouraging and frustrating, and there is no reason why you wouldn’t be able to make steady and consistent progress toward achieving your ultimate goal.

Why bother planning for success? The question is more like why wouldn’t you? Every day that you are not working towards something meaningful, you are wasting. If you want to make a difference in your life and actually move forward, you have to believe in yourself and your ability to make a change. Reading Planning for Success will show you how!

Chapter 2: Are You Willing to Succeed?

Oftentimes, when it comes to setting goals, the question becomes “do you have what it takes to succeed?” Planning for Success will never ask that question. In this guide, it is already expected and accepted that everybody has what it takes to succeed. No matter what your circumstances might be, you have the resources within you to become successful.

The real question is, are you willing to succeed? Sometimes it takes more than simple willingness. If we find that we are actually afraid of success, that means there is probably something that is causing that fear. Ask yourself these questions: were you encouraged as a child or discouraged? Were you met with success in your adolescence or were you ridiculed or overlooked? When you were able to succeed, did it come with a price? And was that price worth your success?

As adults, it can become difficult for us to believe that we will ever be more than what we turn out being. We set up rigid goals and get stuck in stuffy jobs that consume the majority of our time and energy. It can seem impossible to break out of this routine, because it is this routine that allows us to survive. Trying to break out is actually very terrifying.

It makes sense that you might be afraid of success. In fact, most people are for one reason or another. Sometimes, it can help to talk to a qualified professional about what is holding you back, while other times you can begin to evaluate yourself without that type of help and ask yourself important and introspective questionsso that you are truly willing and able to face your demons head on and walked down the path for success.

When you become willing to succeed, that means that you are willing to take on whatever comes with it. You are willing to sit down and figure out the plan that you need in order to follow your goals all the way to the end. Sometimes this can mean making sacrifices, and that is another thing that many people are afraid of or unwilling to do. Rather than spending leisurely Saturday nights out drinking, you might find that it is more productive to spend your time working toward your goal. Or maybe instead of watching hours and hours of television, he realized that it is more productive to start taking the steps that you need to take in order to cross off your many goals from your list so that you are beginning to fill in the puzzle pieces that make up the big picture.

All great things require some iota of sacrifice. If you want to accomplish something big, you can’t expect it just to fall out of the air and into your lap. Fortunately, by reading Planning for Success, you will be equipped with the motivation and the tools and resources that you need to make the sacrifices worthwhile and work toward something that only you can accomplish.

Your goal is yours alone, and whether or not you share that goal with others, it is your willpower and perseverance that is going to make it a reality. While the guide can provide you with the tools and resources that you need, it is up to you to decide whether or not you are going to stand in your own way, or turn your dreams into a reality. Choose wisely!

So without further delay, let's get started.

Article Marketing

Article marketing is an exceptional technique at generating a flood of high quality back links to your website quickly and easily.

All you really need to get started create 10-15 articles that combine your keywords within the titles of each article as well as the actual content.

Every article should be about 300-400 words in length and whenever possible, try to focus on submitting original, high quality material, or at the very least, well written private label content (although not every article directory will allow private label content to be submitted).

Each article is “tagged” with your back-link by creating an author’s resource box that is attached to your article submissions.

Author resource boxes are often the only place where a back-link is permitted, so you need to ensure that your actual article content is compelling and focused on retaining your readers attention long enough to direct them to your resource box featured at the end of the article.

With your article, you need to:

1) Use a clear and direct title that captures attention instantly.

2) Follow it up with the first paragraph clearly describing the topic of your article.

3) Continue with the body weaving a story, and doing its job by keeping the visitor reading through to the end.

4) The closing paragraph or statement satisfying the reader with an ending to the story if you choose that style and prompting them to read the resource box below.

5) The resource box then compels the reader to click on a link by offering free information in the form of a free report, ebook, video, tutorial, ecourse or something else, relevant to the topic of your article.

With article marketing, the greater the number of articles in circulation, the more exposure you will receive from both your article directory profile and author resource boxes.

Generating Organic Traffic

On-Site SEO involves manually optimizing every page on your website, from its title tag, keywords used within content to the way that your site map or overall structure is created.

All of the work of on-site Seo takes place directly on your website, and is in your full control.

When it comes to on-site SEO, there are very important factors regarding the actual structure and anatomy of your website that you need to pay special attention to in order to effectively optimize your website for top search engine rankings Keywords Title Tags ( per page) Meta Description Site Map Inclusion Title Tags:

A title tag should include a description of what your website is about, rather than just including your website's URL, you should always incorporate your primary keyword phrase into the title tags of each webpage you own.

Head Tags:

Header Tags also play an important part in search engine optimization, because by using head tags within your website's content, you are able to highlight important text on your website, ensuring that search engine spiders pay special attention to the text contained within these head tags.

Site Maps:

Another very important element to SEO is including a site map on your website. What a site map does is helps both visitors and search engine spiders navigate their way throughout your pages and categories, by outlining all of the different areas of your site.

You can create a sitemap very easily by using free services such as:

https://www.XML-Sitemaps.com

Keywords:

When it comes to developing your content so that you are optimizing your website for the search engines, you should pay attention to keyword proximity, prominence as well as the order of your content itself. The prominence of your keyword is based on the first instance of where it appears within your content.

A keyword phrase that is used at the end of your content will be considered less relevant than a keyword phrase that appears in the first portion of your content or article.

This means that you need to ensure that you implement your primary keyword phrases into the first half of your content, so that it is given more weight when search engine spiders index your website.

Keyword proximity is also very important in terms of search engine rankings because it indicates to the search engines that these keywords are related to one another.

With off-site SEO, you are focusing on building solid back links to your website, as the more incoming links to your site from quality, relevant websites, the more authority your website is given in the search engines.

Place emphasis on the quality of your incoming backlinks rather than the quantity of backlinks you have. While the more backlinks in circulation, the better, if you have more backlinks coming in from solid, established and authority websites, they WILL carry more weight than those pointing to your site from start-up websites and blogs.
