And if your site is monetized either through affiliate links or via an ad network, the more content each reader consumes, the more money you earn.

Of course, if you do sell products--whether your own or someone else's--a true related content plugin gives you many more opportunities to make the sale.

Setting healthy boundaries in your life can often be fraught with difficulties because you're dealing with so many different personalites - those of your coworkers, family members, spouses and friends. All of these people have different expectatons of you and some may cross healthy boundaries.

If you haven't set certain boundaries for yourself, stress, bad feelings, breakup of a relatonship and anger may occur when you change. It's important that you know how to set boundaries for yourself and which are most important to you, but it's also important to know how to deal with the reactons of others to the boundaries you've set.

You have rights that need to be respected - to be able to say "No," when you want to and to expect courtesy from others. It's your right to let the phone go to voicemail, ignore email for awhile or not answer a queston if you don't want to. Think about your current boundaries. Ignoring your needs can keep you drained and might eventually affect your health.

Make yourself the main priority - Your energy, health and peace of mind must come first or you won't be able to effectvely help and deal with others. When you practce self-care, you're giving yourself the opportunity to be the best spouse, mom, coworker or friend you can be. If you're not taking care of yourself, you'll have certain cues such as lack of energy, anger and mistrust of others.

Know that you deserve to have boundaries - Give yourself the permission you need to set and enforce your personal boundaries. There's no need to feel guilty about enforcing boundaries. You have every right to the selfrespect you deserve and every right to demand that others give you the same respect.

Be firm and direct with those who cross your boundaries - Some people will welcome your newly set boundaries and see it as a good thing for you. As long as you're firm and direct about your needs, you are in the "right" and others should respect that.

Learn to be assertive - When it comes to your healthy boundaries, you may have to push the "assertiveness" button more than you ever have before. After you've communicated what your boundaries are, be assertive in protecting those boundaries. People can be like children - once you let them get away with a little bit, they try your patience more. Communicate with the trespassing person in an assertive manner.

Think of it this way: If you had to condense your entire webinar to a 30 second pitch, what would you say? This exercise helps you focus your message and what you want your audience to take away.

You don't have to be a TV anchor or infomercial pitch man, but don't use a low energy, mumbling personality as your webinar leader.

Position your product as the solution.

Be energetic and enthusiastic. To sell , you need to use emotion. Start on time. Welcome attendees. Turn off all software. Make sure you have water, coffee, lemonade or whatever makes you refreshed and happy.

Tell them to grab paper to take notes. Give them a glimpse of how their lives will change from the informaPon.

Tell them to stay on to the end so they can get a special bonus or gio.

Make a ' 'Big Promise.' ' What is the single big benefit they will get from the webinar. In one sentence, what will they get or what skills will they learn? What pain will you address.

Use stories to tell them where you were before you found this informaPon. Tell them how you changed, and what your life was like aOerward. This is called future pacing. Your stories should be simple. You don't need to write a novel —simply use fast, short stories.

Explain why they should use your product. Then show why they should they listen to you. Give your credibility and experience. YOU are the expert, or your webinar leader is the expert. Tell the audience why you or your webinar leader is an expert and why they should listen and believe.

Share your personal story. This is where you can use words like ''imagine.' ' Say things like '' Imagine what your life will be like when you get these results as well.' ' What is the REAL benefit people get? They get freedom, Pme for family, financial independence, travel, etc. Show how your webinar removes the pain they are experiencing.

Provide visual social proof like screenshots or comments from current users. Show visual proof in all kinds of forms. Be creaPve.

Next explain why they should take acPon now. Remind them they don't want to wait anymore. Start getting them geared to taking acPon now. Show how in your industry, NOW is the Pme. Lay out the factors that are influencing your field. Here is why your soluPon is the one--show how they will grow with your soluPon FAST.

Deliver content that meets your Big Promise. Give them real valuable content that shows how to get the benefits you said you could deliver. Do not push junk. Provide real value, and over deliver on what you said you could do. Do not be stressed or nervous. If you feel nervous, refocus on your webinar a8endees.

Whether we're aware of it or not, we are all affected by branding. It is, and has been, a persuasive and pervasive force in the marketplace for decades. Each of these examples probably caused you to instantly think of the particular product or business they are associated with. You likely had no conscious choice in the matter. You read the description and you thought of the product. This connection happens even quicker, and more uncontrollably, when you can see the brand. The point is, these brands do what they are supposed to do. You see and you make a connection.

So, why should you be branding yourself? Well, there are numerous reasons. Maybe you have a business. It is priceless to have your face be associated with that business. Think about Steve Jobs and Apple or Walt Disney and the DIsney Studios. The face becomes the logo. Maybe you're offering a product or service. The way you present yourself on social media is a way for people to associate you with that product or service. If people find you likable or memorable, in any way and for any reason, they will associate that emotion with what you sell. You are your business. Why not be the brand for that business as well.

There Is No Difference Between Brick And Mortar And Electronic

There is no substitute for positive customer experience when building a brand. Your aim should always be to satisfy your customers. After all a satisfied customer is a happy customer. Happy customers are more likely to become repeat customers. In addition, a happy customer is much more likely to be willing to leave you a positive review or recommend you to friends and family. You can't ever buy this type of publicity or good will. Many successful personal brands were founded on the philosophy that the customer's satisfaction is first and foremost.

At the same time, keep in mind that a dissatisfied customer can have exactly the opposite effect on your business that a happy customer does. An unhappy customer can cause untold damage to your brand and it's reputation. They are almost certainly never going to give you their repeat business. What's worse, they are not going to recommend you to other people. In fact, they may actually go out of their way to let other's know about their negative experience.

Now, as Abe Lincoln said, we all know that you can't please all of the people all of time. Sometimes, a customer will not be satisfied no matter what you do. Should this occur, you just chalk it up to experience. Also, this customer is so rare, that they really can't do a great deal of damage to your brand or business. However, if the reason that your customer had a bad experience was preventable on your part, then you deserve the hit your brand takes. This is especially true if you knew a bad experience was possible, but failed to take steps to stop it from happening.

One of the primary ways to prevent a negative customer experience is to treat your online business as if it were on offline, brick and mortar, store. In theory, there should be no difference, from the customer's point of view between the two, except of course that an online business has no physical presence. In practice, however, this is not always the case. Some people treat their online business as if the real world of customer satisfaction cannot affect them. They seem to believe that, because their brand exists online, the rules of common sense, and courtesy do not apply. Nothing could be further from the truth.
