Pay per click (PPC, also called CPC or cost per click). This is just like Google AdWords and other pay per click platforms, where you only pay when someone clicks on your ad. Generally, you "bid" on a keyword. The higher your bid, the more favorable your position in the list of ads running along the Facebook sidebar. If someone clicks on your ad, then you pay an amount up to your bid.

Example: If you bid 25 cents to have your ad appear on pages where the keyword appears, then you'll pay up to 25 cents for every click.

CPM (cost per impression). This is the alternative, where you pay a flat rate to have your ad displayed a set number of times (such as 10,000 times) to a targeted audience.

Which is the best option for you?

You're going to want to test it. If you tend to get a lot of clicks, then you might find that the CPM option is more cost-effective for you. If, however, you find that you get fewer clicks but that the traffic is very targeted, than you may find the PPC/CPC option is more cost effective. You'll need to test to see which works for you.

Either way, the key is to create an ad that compels people to click on your ad. This includes;

A relevant, eye-catching photo. Again, make it something that would attract your target market.

Example: If your site is about dogs, then post a picture of a dog. But not just any dog. Post an extraordinarily cute dog. Or be different and post an extraordinarily ugly dog.

A call to action so that people click through.

Example: "Enter the free contest now!" or "Click like now to stop animal cruelty."

Tip: YES! Of course you can take your good ads and test them over at Google AdWords. And likewise, you can take the ads that work well on Google AdWords and test to see if they work on Facebook, too.

Once you have planned out some of your meals and the ingredients, an excellent idea is to do a little meal preparation in advance. Here are some basic tips;

Try buying in bulk. Sometimes buying in bulk can save you even more money. If you know what types of lean beef and skinless chicken meals your family enjoys, try buying organically, whole foods and in bulk. Prepare different rubs and spices ahead of time. If you have a basic set of recipes for your three ingredient or less meals, then you can go ahead and prepare some marinades and rubs ahead of time. Out of that, 1% to 2% will actually buy the product through their OWN affiliate link. That means between 200 and 400 people right out of the gate pumping your gravity up to between 200 and 400.

And that's BEFORE they even start promoting it themselves.

The next day, it's number 1 at Clickbank and the fact that it's a top selling product just perpetuates the false notion that it's going to be easy to sell.

What people don't realize is that this artificial gravity was generated through the above process.

One person...the affiliate manager...made all those sales by getting people to buy through THEIR affiliate links.

No, he didn't come right out and say "please buy a copy" but he knew damn well that a certain percentage would.

From that point on, its own momentum will keep this thing going until affiliates get tired of promoting it when they see that it's not so damn easy to sell.

Most of that 300 plus gravity is ONE sale per affiliate. As they drop off, one at a time, others take their place and then THEY sell maybe one or two copies per period.

I'd say that out of a gravity of 300, maybe 3% of that number, or 9 affiliates, are actually making consistent sales...if that many.

Yeah, it's a racket...and a damn good one.

Not unethical, but as you can see, gravity doesn't tell the whole story of how good a product at Clickbank REALLY sells.

Another thing the team will do, in promoting this, is rotate their own Clickbank IDs in the promotional scheme. Some of these teams have as many 100 different accounts. Heck, I have 8 alone and I'm just a little squirt when it comes to the Clickbank game.

Anyway, there you have it. Now you know how stupidly easy it is to get YOUR product to the top of the Clickbank marketplace.

So, if somebody used your “make money product” and made $200 in one week, they are going to have to, without revealing any of the product itself, go into detail as to what they did, the hours they worked, the money they spent and so on...full disclosure. Otherwise, you can’t use results based testimonials UNLESS you can show typical results.

Now, this is what I would do.

Get as many great testimonials as you can. Truth is, one or two aren’t going to carry much weight anyway. Try to get at least 8 to 12 of them. If that means giving away tons of product, do it.

Then, what you do in the copy, after the testimonials, is this.

“If you’ve read all the above testimonials, then you know how many people have had amazing success with this product. But here’s the bad news and somebody has to be straight with you.

The typical person is going to do absolutely nothing with this product. They’ll make a half baked effort or simply let it sit around collecting dust. In short, most people get nothing out of this because of themselves.”

If you’re the typical person, don’t get this product. Save your money and go spend it on a haircut or something. It w'on’t last long but at least you’ll get something out of it.

But...if you’re not the typical person and honestly use the product as it’s meant to be used, you have a better than average chance of getting some good results. Maybe not like the people above, as they are not the norm, but results just the same.”

You can play around with the wording. Just make sure the general sentiment is there.

Will this copy perform as well as the hype and promises ridden copy of days passed? Probably not, but it’s going to keep you from getting fined out of your shorts.

So now that you have hundreds of people who have liked your Facebook page and you continue to add content they love the next step is to promote an offer to them. Spend some time looking over your stats to get a better idea of who it is that likes your posts and you will be able to create better ads and better content.
