Tips To Juice Like A Pro Personal Use Ebook

12. Juice vegetables that you do not normally eat. Every vegetable provides a different benefit to the body but everyone is different in terms of what vegetables they enjoy eating, and so they skip those they don’t like due to either taste, smell or texture. Juicing these allows you to obtain benefits from vegetables that you would not ordinarily consume, and since you can mask their taste with fruit, lemons, ginger and other enhancers getting these nutrients becomes much less of a burden.

13. Consider sugar content of fruits when you juice, as some have so much sugar they should be consumed in moderation or avoided altogether, especially for those who need to avoid spikes in blood sugar levels (diabetics), those with weight issues, and definitely those who are juicing for weight loss.

14. Taste as you go and adjust accordingly, just as you would during cooking.

15. Consuming juices first thing in the morning or at any time when your stomach is empty will optimize the rate at which the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes are absorbed and used by the body. It also gives you a great energy boost to kick-start your day with the drive you need. Additionally, consuming raw fruit and vegetables provides an intensive boost of vitamins and enzymes, which are directed straight to the blood stream.

This means that your digestive system does not need to process the fruit and vegetables as they would if you were to consume them whole.

16. Juice high water vegetables, like cucumbers and broccoli. People often struggle with reaching the recommended daily intake of water. With six to eight glasses being the goal, some find it difficult to reach this intake. Many juicing combinations incorporate an element of water as the basis for the recipe, and indeed many vegetables and fruits have a high water concentration, meaning that you are extracting water during the juicing process. Juicing provides a great strategy for increasing your water intake each day to hydrate your body.

17. Make sure to juice vegetables with fruit. If you only consume fruit based juices, your intake of sugar and calories will be unnecessarily high. By integrating vegetable juicing into your daily diet, you will be able to optimize the volume of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes being absorbed by your body.

What Should You Broadcast on Your Live Streams? (Part 2)

Part 1 of this series covered some sources that you could use for your broadcasts. Here in part 2, you will discover how to find more content sources for your broadcasts.

Roundups and Industry News

People often don’t have time to find information online or don’t know how to do much more than a simple Google search. If you provide regular broadcasts containing information about the key companies within your industry, you will find your audience to be quite receptive to this.

You want to make yourself the authority in your industry. Be the person that everyone goes to for information surrounding your niche or market. Scan for news stories and interesting facts about the people in the industry. This can also be a great way to network with these people by letting them know ahead of time that you plan on talking about them in your broadcast. They may even invite people in their own network and lists to sit in on the broadcasts.

Product Reviews

Most people look for reviews when they are researching products online. Doing so in a broadcast takes it to a whole new level. People will pick up on your emotions as you tell them what’s good or bad about the product being reviewed.

Product Demonstrations

It’s one thing to read about the features of a product, but another altogether to see it demonstrated live. The difficulty here is that you need access to the products being demonstrated. But guess what? You can reach out to the product creators and ask if they will send you the products for free. They may be quite receptive to doing this, especially if you are showing the features of their products live on a broadcast. Don’t expect them to be receptive if you don’t have good things to say about the products, though.

Interviews

People love to hear from industry experts via interviews. If you can manage to invite someone who is an expert, this can make for a great broadcast. You will probably need a selfie stick or some way to pass the camera back and forth. The logistics make this one a bit trickier. Because of this, it’s doubtful others will copy it so you can be the pioneer if you figure it out.

Becoming A Better Boss Personal Use Ebook

4. Recognizes and Appreciates Employees Who Do a Good Job

Let's admit it - everyone wants to feel appreciated. As a boss, it is good habit to always recognize when employees go out of their way to do something beneficial to the company. For example if one of the employees stepped up when a colleague was away and did their job, it would be great if you as the boss recognized that and perhaps bought them a card of appreciaGon for a job well done.

If the company records good profits, you can hold a end year party for the employees and moGvate them to keep working harder. You will be surprised at how moGvated the work force will be if you made it a point to always appreciate them when you feel they have done a good job. You do not even need to buy them a gi@. SomeGmes, just a word of 'CongratulaGon' or 'Good job' is enough to make them feel appreciated. Remember, just because you are the boss does not mean you should take all the credit when the company does well. It takes collecGve effort, and you should always have that at the back of your mind.

5. Know and Understand the People You Work With

Bosses who stand out and excel are always the ones who take their Gme to know their employees. Knowing them does not mean snooping into their personal lives, but rather understanding what they are all about. What are their strengths? What drives them? What are their temperaments? What are some of their challenges, and what are they baFling with?

You are probably wondering how you can do that, right? Well, the answer is simple: Interact with them. Talk to them and also study them as they go around their business. Work retreats and interacGons outside the work environment can also enhance a good working relaGonship. The reason why knowing them is important is that you learn how to interact with all of them as individuals. It also gives you a chance to mentor and direct them beFer.

Take care while you are interacGng with your employees and ensure you do not cross the line and become unethical in the interacGons. Be very professional and try not to be intrusive in an aFempt to learn what your employees are all about.

6. Handle Conflict in the Office Professionally

Much as you may want everything in the office to be as smooth as possible every day, sadly, it may never happen. Where many people are working together, there is bound to be some conflict or misunderstanding at one point. As a boss, it is obvious that you may be called upon to handle it. If it is conflict between two employees, you may someGmes leave them and let them handle it on their own. However, if it is something serious that may interfere with their overall performance at work, as a leader, you may have to intervene. When doing this, be as professional as possible. Do not yell at anyone, or create a scene in the process of resolving the conflict.

No maFer how overwhelmed you are, always try to control yourself so that you do not lose respect in the eyes of your employees. At the same Gme, be firm when making decisions, but never let it seem like you are favoring one employee over the other. It will create bad blood between you, and other employees may think you are unethical in your leadership.

Evernote

Project management and note-taking go hand-in-hand. It’s all good and well organizing other members of your team, but when you’re at risk of forgetting what you need to do, or when you need to refer to that clipping that you found online, Evernote is always going to be incredibly helpful.

Pinterest

For creative projects, Pinterest is an excellent way to share ideas and to create mood-boards. When a ‘Task Complete’ doesn’t quite cut it, this is a much more visual and expressive form of remote communication.

Splashtop Remote

For when you just can’t explain to your client how to open that file, Splashtop Remote lets you take charge of their computer and even see their screen.

What is Smartsheet?

Finding the right project management app can sometimes be a headache. In theory, a project management tool or app can make life considerably easier for any business by keeping all open tasks in one place and providing an easy way for team members to stay updated and to collaborate.

The problem is that it’s very hard to find a project management system that is perfectly suited to your workflow. Every business is different and finding one piece of software that can be equally suitable for a writing agency as it is for a bricklaying company is always going to present challenges.

If you’ve looked at the ‘big three’ apps (Trello, Asana, and Basecamp) and not had any luck, then you might be starting to pull your hair out. Before you go prematurely bald though, consider trying Smartsheet.

Story Telling In Business Personal Use Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

Yes, part of the open rate will be influenced by your subject line, but the overall tone, interest and value of your email messages is just as, if not even more important. You want to entertain your readers as well as informing them. You want them to look forward to your next email. And the best way to do that is to start incorporating stories in your emails.

There are a few different ways you can do this effectively. The first and simplest way is to open your email with a little info on what’s going on in your life. Share what you did over the weekend, that your daughter turned seven yesterday, or that you went out and watched the latest Marvel movie last night. Then move into whatever your message is about.

Your readers will open your emails partly from curiosity about what’s going on in your life. Your mission then is to grab their attention and keep it long enough to get them to click on the link in your email, presell them to your latest affiliate offer, or get them interested in your upcoming product launch.

The second way to do this is to come up with stories that are related to whatever it is you are talking about. If you’re getting ready to promote an affiliate offer for a product that makes something quicker and easier, you could share a story of how you used to do things before you found this great tool and then share how it has improved your life. While this is a great strategy, it can be hard to always come up with stories that closely tie into and enhance whatever the purpose of your emails is. Do it when you can, but don’t be afraid to share something unrelated but personal when you can’t.

Storytelling in email will work best when you do it consistently. Commit to giving it a try for at least a month or two and see how your readers respond to this new, more conversational and personal style.

Maybe you’re starting out with a VA that helps handle customer service issues and anything else “office work” related, and a writer that helps you with content creation. Eventually your first VA will grow into your main project manager who handles dealing with a team of writers, editors and graphic designers and that original writer is now your main copy writer. By growing your team right along-side you and sharing your vision all along, you will cultivate relationships where the work seems effortless. You don’t have to go into a lot of detail to convey how you want the sales page for your latest product to flow. Your copy writer has been working with you for months or even years and has learned the craft of writing compelling copy right alongside you. He or she knows your style and knows your target audience as well as you do. And your project manager is keeping everyone on track so you don’t have to worry about all the little details.

Remember, that’s the end goal. It won’t start out that way, but if you treat your team members right, involve them in the business and help them grow right alongside you, this can be your future.

Help Your Team Grow Closer With Team Building Exercises Let’s wrap this up with a little bit of information on traditional team building exercises. The reason large corporations use them again and again is because they work. They help bring the members of your team closer together, form relationships both with you and each other. And that builds the loyalty, cooperation, collaboration and appreciation we talked about earlier in this report.

Since most of us work with virtual team members, these team building exercises are designed to work virtually. You can easily adapt them to a regular office environment or do a quick Google search for Team Building Exercises or Team Building Games to find more.

3 Things About Me

This is a great ice breaker and perfect for a first virtual team meeting. This will work well on a conference call but is even better on a video conference. Schedule a group Skype call or set up a Google Hangout for your meetings.

An Introduction to Highly Productive Flow States

A big buzz word at the moment in the world of productivity is something called 'flow'. Flow essentially refers to a state of mind that many people believe to be the state of 'ultimate cognitive performance' and which is characterized by a complete focus and attention to the point where all background distractions seemingly disappear.

The term has been used for a long time but has recently be re-popularized by a book called 'The Rise of Superman' by Steven Kotler. Let's take a look at what precisely flow is and whether or not it really holds the key to your ultimate productivity.

What is Flow?

Most of us will have experienced flow at one time or other in our lives. Most people describe flow as being that point when you're surfing, skiing or playing sports when everything slows down and you are able to react with super-human reactions. It's that sense of calm that allows you to pull off the impossible and achieve amazing feats and it's thus highly sought after by athletes.

Flow is also that point in time when you're writing and you completely focus on what you're doing to the extent that you don't even get up to go to the toilet or eat. It's when you're having a conversation and you completely lose track of time.

On a neurological level, this essentially means that you're completely switched on to what you're doing and completely engaged with it so that everything else appears less important. As a result, the brain produces chemicals that are similar to stress hormones but with feel-good endorphins. Specifically, flow seems to be the result of dopamine, norepinephrine, anandamide, serotonin and adrenaline.

Is Flow Real?

The concept of flow is supported in numerous studies and almost all of us can attest to having experienced something like it at some point in our lives.

That said, the idea of flow also seems to be one that is prone to exaggeration and embellishment. Too often, flow is treated like the solution to everything and Kotler in particular makes a lot of sweeping statements like 'every work of art or world record ever is the result of flow'. There is no science to back this up.
