Joint Ventures PLR Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

Introduction

One of the smartest and most lucrative paths to making money is to partner with someone who is either already highly successful or has the ability and potential to become highly successful.

Of course, in order to become their partner in any business venture, you yourself need to bring something extremely valuable to the table.

In most instances, that would equate to one or more of the following:

•a brand new and unique killer product

•a mailing listcomprised of thousands of laser-targeted prospects

•the ability to market and promote something on a high-volume scale

Establishing the possibility of a joint venture can originate from one of two ways…

You don‘t have all the ingredients necessary to achieve financial gain. For example, you have a great product but no mailing list. Or you’ve developed a substantial list of subscribers but you need products to promote to them.

In that instance, you would have to actively seek out joint venture partners, business people who could satisfy the need or fill the gap that you have.

The other possibility is that you run across a potential partnership at random. It might be an individual who is highly recognized and regarded in your particular niche area, someone who has already achieved a great deal of financial success.

Or it could be a website that experiences an incredibly large volume of traffic, countless viewers who would be interested in a product that you want to promote.

The other aspect is whether ornot any given choice is even receptive to becoming part of a joint venture. Some individuals and businesses actually encourage this type of solicitation, openly stating on their websites that they would be interested in receiving viable proposals.

Most often, however, identifying someone who would be receptive to joint ventures isn’t easy. The type person or business you’re looking for is already involved in plenty of money-making tasks. In order to spark their interest (or even capture their attention), you’ll need to get very creative.

Of course, once you have their attention, you’ll need to convince them exactly why they should even partner with you. Yes, it’s primarily based on showing them how they can profit from this partnership. But it’s also based on convincing them why you specifically happen to be worth joining forces with.

Joint ventures can be a powerful -and oftentimes shortcut -method of generating large amounts of income. And in many instances, generating that income in very condensed periods of time. It just depends on what type of joint venture you negotiate.

Like any other money-making possibility, it all comes down to how much time and effort you’re willing to invest. And with joint ventures, the most time and effort needs to be spent preparing for the deal.
If you skim haphazardly over the details -all those little components that can make the difference between scoring major joint ventures and getting tangled up with dead-end partnerships -you’ll experience very little (if any) financial reward.

If, on the other hand, you take the entire process seriously -if you knuckle down and put whatever time and effort is necessary into your research and preparation -you could be generating vast amounts of revenue for a long time to come.

Research and Preparation

Finding Viable Prospects

There are two primary possibilities you’ll be considering for any joint ventures… websites and newsletters.

For ezines, you first need to locate and choose which newsletters would best reach your target audience. There’s really no shortcut method of conducting this type of research. You just dive into any of the major ezine directories and start searching.

Ezine Listing

https://www.ezinelisting.com

Ezine Search

https://www.ezinesearch.com

Once you’ve singled out the best prospects, sign up for each of those newsletters. That way, you can see firsthand whether or not the publication is right for your particular needs. (No sense initiating a joint venture deal that’s going to target subscribers who have little or no interest in what you‘re promoting.)

In order to locate websites, you’ll need to first compile a list of keywords that are related to your product or niche market. Next, go to a search engine like Google and input those keywords. The results will show you all the top websites currently associated with those phrases.

Single out the ones you feel would be best suited to your joint venture. If, after visiting them, you still feel they’re a good prospect, type the URL addresses in the Google and Alexa toolbars so you can gather more information.

What you’re looking for is data such as page rank, link popularity, number of page views, the volume of targeted traffic, and so forth. The more information you have, the easier it will be to make a final determination with regard to joint venture value.

Mailing Lists PLR Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

Introduction

Everyone will tell you… the gold is in the list.

And the reason is simple. Once you have a mailing list, you automatically have your own personal cache of people you can pitch products to.

•Have you created a blockbuster ebook or developed some innovative software program? Blast an email to everyone on your mailing list.

•Have you found a hot membership website that pays a sizable affiliate commission? Blast an email to everyone on your mailing list.

•Have you launched another website and you’re looking for immediate viewer traffic? Blast an email to everyone on your mailing list.

Of course, the bigger and more targeted the list, the better the results. And the result you’re ultimately shooting for is more revenue.

Not that you’re going to use your mailing list as a permanent and exclusive sales machine. That would be deadly.

What you have to do is keep a fair balance between sales pitches and quality information…

If you send out too many blatant “buythis now” messages, you’ll lose the trust and support of your mailing list members.

If you send out too much free information over an extended period of time, you might just alienate your mailing list members when you do finally pitch any type of productto them.

That’s where balance comes into play. You need to supply them with quality information and advice for free. But you also need to incorporate promotion messages that are related to that information.

For example…

Let’s say your business is basedon SEO information and products. In one of your mailings, you’re explaining how to get the most benefit out of Google Adwords.

And in the midst of all that free information and advice, you let them know about this great software program that can increasetheir advertising profit margin… Adword Analyzer ( https://www.adwordanalyzer.com ).

Or maybe the information you’re providing is based on different methods of generating website traffic. That would be the perfect opportunity to mention a product like Traffic Equalizer (
https://www.trafficequalizer.com ).

Overall, it’s much more effective to include your sales pitch either within or associated with any free advice or information. It’s the soft-sell approach that most customers find much less offensive.

But since the whole point of having a private mailing list is to enjoy the benefit of sending messages to an eager and receptive audience (and do it whenever youwant), there will also be numerous occasions when you’re simply promoting something. Without including any free information or advice.

And therein lies the gold.

Once you’ve established a solid and trustworthy relationship with your list members, you can pretty much call any shots you want or need.

As long as you maintain a comfortable balance between sales pitch and extended periods of no promotion whatsoever, you’ll always have the ability to generate almost immediate volumes of revenue.

Of course, the first priority is to start building that mailing list. But not just any mailing list. You want -and need -only those individuals who fall into the following two categories…

1. They have a strong interest in your particular niche or market.

2. They are anxious and willing to receive promotional messages from you.

The first one is a no-brainer. If the people on your list have little or no interest in whatever niche or topic your business is based on, there’s little or no chance you’ll ever get them tobuy anything.
The second category comes down to two different aspects…

First, you want your entire list to be totally and completely opt-in. In other words, every member has joined your list simply and solely because they want to be on it.

Second, you want to make certain each person who signs up for your mailing list knows that they will be receiving promotional messages, and not just free advice and information.

And you want them to know this before they sign up. That alone will minimize the number of disgruntled list members, mainly because they know exactly what to expect right from the start. No surprises down the road.

Anything and everything you can do to prevent someone from accusing you of sending them spam is worth the investment.

If you fully, completely, and honestly inform potential list members of the exact nature of your messages, you’ll satisfy half the requirement of gaining a good quality list. The other half is the opt-in factor.

Rather than assume someone wanted to sign up for yourmailing list, it’s important that you make them confirm their decision. That way, there’s no chance someone else filled in their name and email address, without their knowledge or approval.

Conversion Equalizer PLR Software

Finally... A Foolproof Method That Will Automatically Boost All Your Google AdWords Conversion Ratios To The HIGHEST Possible Level!

Here's one hard fact that no one is likely to dispute...

There's a LOT riding on your AdWords campaigns. And right at the top of the list? The cold hard cash it takes just to keep your campaigns afloat!

That being the case, it's no wonder you're constantly seeking out methods which will increase the amount of profit you ultimately gain.

And most likely, new and innovative methods will continue to surface, offering you additional ways in which to improve your AdWords campaigns.

That's great. That's exactly what you need in order to fine-tune your advertising efforts.

But here's even better news...

You don't have to wait for some new and innovative method to come along. Why? Because the ultimate method for improving your Adwords campaigns is already here!

Dear Friend,

Maybe you're one of the lucky ones... maybe you've got SO much money rolling in as a result of your AdWords campaigns that there's just no need for improvement.

Yeah, right. And I navigate a starship through the galaxies in my spare time!

Let's get real here. No matter HOW good your AdWords campaigns are, no matter how satisfying a result they happen to be producing, there's one factor that will ALWAYS exist...

Those of us who utilize AdWords will NEVER assume we've achieved the highest possible ROI (return on investment) - no matter how impressive the results might be.

No siree...

...regardless of how much income our AdWords campaigns bring in

...regardless of how many mailing list sign-ups we get

...regardless of how much targeted and qualified traffic we generate

...there's always that nagging voice inside our heads that just keeps repeating - silently shouting - over and over again...

You KNOW you can do even better!

Yep. With just the right tweak, just the right word change, just the right keyword, or just the right ad title... you're certain you can shoot that AdWords campaign right through the stratosphere!

Well, maybe not the stratosphere. But you're certain (at the very least) that you can drive that old conversion ratio up another notch or two.

The point is, we're always trying to improve what we've got. If an AdWords campaign is doing well, you can rest assured we'll do everything in our power to make it even better.

Of course, that's basically the name of the game... getting something to work well and then improving on it. And that could mean tweaking what's already there or finding new improvement methods.

Either way, making it better is the primary ongoing objective.

Improve The Most Neglected Aspect Of AdWords Campaigns And You're "Guaranteed" To Increase Your Conversion Ratio!

Unfortunately, when it comes to working with AdWords, there's one important aspect that most people neglect. And not just those who are new to AdWords. Even veteran marketers are guilty of giving less attention to one particular area of their campaign.

So what is this important aspect? It's the landing page... that all-important place viewers are directly taken to when they click on your AdWords link.

Get the landing page wrong and you've pretty much wasted your entire AdWords campaign (and of course, your hard-earned money).

Get the landing page right and you can count on a decent conversion ratio. That means lots of targeted traffic, considerable income generated, a large number of mailing list sign-ups... etc., etc.

Granted, most of us who are familiar with AdWords campaigns have already figured out the basics. Like what type of landing page works best for a certain product or program. Or what information should be included on the landing page.

Then, once that's determined - once it's established in any given AdWords campaign - the landing page is most often forgotten. Or, at the very least, it winds up taking a back seat to all the testing and fine-tuning that's generally involved with improving the ads.

On one hand, that's perfectly understandable. Especially since the quality and effectiveness of the ads themselves are directly related to the level of success you achieve.

Use Facebook Live To Build An Audience PLR Ebook

How To Use Facebook Live To Build an Audience

There are just over 1.68 billion active monthly Facebook users. It is by far the most popular social networking website in the world. Long gone are the days where Myspace and Bebo were relevant.

There are many different features that make Facebook such an amazing site, the main one being that it is extremely user-friendly, meaning that literally, anyone can use it (As long as they are over 13!). One of the newer and extremely popular features on Facebook is Facebook Live.

What is Facebook Live?

Facebook Live is a new feature on Facebook that allows an individual to have the camera on the device that they are on shown live for people to see. Obviously, you can control what group of people are able to see this live stream. Many people use it to just have a chat with all of their friends on Facebook or to show something that is happening at the current time that may capture a few people's attention.

Certain people have taken full advantage of this feature, however, and have used and continue to use Facebook Live to promote themselves and grow an audience. Some people use it to showcase their skills, such as singing or sports related content.

Other people use it to showcase comedic things, such as a Hare and a Tortoise actually having a race, just stuff like that. It is exciting that people have learnt to utilise this certain feature of Facebook so that we can all be entertained while on Facebook in a totally different way.

Can anyone Grow their Facebook Live Audience?

Yes! That is the great thing about this feature, you don’t need anything to excel at using this.

Of course having certain things makes it a whole lot easier, such as already having a large audience or having equipment that is useful when it comes to videoing things. It should be noted that it is relatively difficult to grow an audience, it takes a lot of perseverance, but if you are willing to put in the hard work it can be extremely rewarding.

Below are several tips to help you build a Facebook Live audience.

1. Be Consistent

This is perhaps the most important aspect of Facebook Live. Try to create a schedule that you follow week in and week out. Having a schedule that others can see helps you out a lot simply it shows that you are a regular. If you are a regular and someone happens to see what you are doing and enjoys watching it, they will see they you do this consistently and they may, in fact, become a regular member of the audience. If you have a schedule you have to commit to following it.

Unless you have a very good reason, it isn’t wise to not follow this schedule. This shows that you aren’t as professional as you are portraying yourself to be which can be detrimental to the entire building of your audience. Be consistently online and you will give yourself the best opportunity to shine and grow. It also helps to be consistent with your planning and what you are doing. Say you are putting on a show or streaming a game or something like that, no one really wants to watch the same content every single time.

Try your best to offer something new and fresh every time you live stream. Obviously, there is bound to be moments where it is inevitable that you’ll repeat content, but just try and make sure there is as little as possible. Repeated content gets stake really quick.

2. Be Genuine

The great thing about a live stream is that it gives you the opportunity to interact with people. In my opinion, this is much more valuable than any pre-made video could be. Being able to interact with the audience just gives you more chances to impress them, which gives you more opportunities to turn them into regular viewers. A live stream lacks the polish of an edited video.

Perhaps this is a negative thing but it is also a good thing. The rawness of a live stream gives the audience a chance to see you in a genuine way. Obviously, it gives you a higher chance to mess things up, as long as you don’t do anything super weird and you aren’t boring and interact with your crowd, you are bound to capture a few regulars every single time you stream. People love genuine people. Be one.

3. Practice

It is no secret, live streams are extremely scary. You give people the opportunity to see you without all the fake theatrics that a video offers you. This is why the first few times you live stream on Facebook you’ll likely be really nervous and won’t be as comfortable with the crowd as you could be.

This is natural, simply because it is something that is a new feeling, just like skydiving and climbing high things. If you don’t do something consistently you are going to feel fear. As long as you keep on focusing on the long term and trying to improve every chance that you get, it will gradually get easier and easier, and you’ll become more comfortable with the crowd, which in turn gives you the opportunity to put on a better show for the audience. I can’t stress enough how important practice is, even when it comes to things such as this. Practising getting better at live streaming also helps you in other aspects of life as well. The confidence you’ll gain from getting better and better at doing this is exponential.

4. Plan every Live Stream

It is sad how often people fail to plan. If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail. It is so much to live stream when you have a plan and an idea of what you want to accomplish from the stream.

Of course, there can be some circumstances where you may be able to just completely wing it, but you’d either have to be extremely comfortable with your live streaming skills or be intoxicated. Hopefully, if this does ever happen it's because of the first reason. Planning the stream and what you are going to do just offers a better experience for everyone. If you are first starting out with streaming, it is essential that you plan.

You don’t have any experience with streaming, so you need to have a plan and a backup plan so you always have an idea of what to do and what to fall back on. Don’t feel silly or dumb for creating a plan. Plans are for cool people. Be a cool person.

5. Invest in Equipment

This isn’t an essential thing to do, but it is always nice to have good equipment to work with. Of course, the majority of people will just use their smartphones or computers to do this, which is perfectly fine, but if you are dead serious about building your audience, you’ll do whatever you can to gain a great advantage.

This is one of those things that will just give you that extra layer of quality to the rest of your live stream. Having a stream that is crystal clear is much more appealing than a stream that has low-quality video and sound. It may cost a tad more than what you’d like to spend, but if you continue to build this audience of yours and commit to Facebook Live, then the pay off can be amazing.

6. Advertise

There is nothing wrong with a little bit of advertisement to make sure that your live streams are getting as much exposure as possible. This is one of those other small things that could make a big difference. You want to get to the point where a high amount of the people that stumble upon you and watch your stream get hooked and want to watch the rest of the things that you create.

The tough thing should be trying to get people to visit that Facebook Live stream of yours. Advertisement helps this a lot. There are many different ways that you can advertise. Perhaps make a teaser video that gives the audience a small glimpse of what’s coming up. Perhaps even just choose a photo that does the same thing as the video. The possibilities are endless. Good advertisement goes a long way these days. People watch what they want to, make sure you are what they want to watch.

You’ve Been Laid Off Work PLR Ebook

What to Do When You've Been Laid Off

Getting laid off can be one of the most devastating events in a person's life. But it doesn't have to be. The massive layoffs of 2008 have taught us that there are a number of tried-and-tested ways to bounce back after a layoff. In some cases, you might even end up better off than you were before. Think of the old saying, "When one door closes, another one opens." Getting back into the job market after a layoff can lead to more and better opportunities than you could ever imagine.

In this guide, we are going to be talking about dealing with being laid off in terms of both the emotional and the practical aspects. Taking these practical steps should hopefully secure you the job of your dreams.

Let's get started with one of the most difficult aspects of being laid off - dealing with the shock of becoming unemployed.

1. Dealing with the Shock of Getting Laid Off

Dealing with the shock of getting laid off is one of the most stressful things a person will ever have to overcome. It triggers all sorts of emotional issues, as well as practical ones related to what to do next. Dealing with the emotional side is the only way to get over the paralysis that often comes with such bad news. There’s A LOT to do once you are laid off, so you need to be at your best.

The first thought for most people is, "Why me?" They often feel that they might have done something to deserve being laid off. This might potentially be true if they haven't been working their best. However, in most cases, a layoff is a purely financial decision on the part of the company, and not something to be taken personally. It often means either the most expensive personnel, and/or people considered to be surplus personnel, are laid off.

If you are only one of a small number of people getting laid off, this can be extremely distressing. If you are part of a large number of people who are laid off, such as occurred in 2008 and 2009, you might take some comfort from the fact that you were one of many. However, you might also be worried that there will be many people just like you looking for the same jobs.

This being the case, it is important to be clear about what to expect once you are laid off, and to know your rights. It also means rolling up your sleeves and getting the jump on everyone else by starting to look for a new job despite feeling devastated.

The Impact on Loved Ones of Being Laid Off

This positive can-do attitude is particularly important if you have a spouse/partner and children who are depending on your income. It can be devastating when your paycheck suddenly vanishes overnight. It can be even worse if you get laid off at certain times of the year, such as just before the end-of-year holidays.

But you can survive even this is you are honest and proactive. You should already have a household budget in place, but if you don't, this should be your first step. Note down the essentials each month, such as rent/mortgage, food, utilities, internet, car or transportation expenses, and so on. Everything else should be considered a luxury until such time as you are earning a steady paycheck once more.

Discussing your new pared-down budget with loved ones old enough to understand what's at stake can go a long way towards taking the financial pressure off you. It is a question of priorities and surviving the tough times by being smart.

Let's look next at the practical aspects of the actual layoff itself, and what your immediate steps will be in the aftermath of this event.

2. Know Your Rights and Get What You Can

It's hard to think straight when you have just been laid off, but what you do in the immediate aftermath of the layoff can make all the difference between success and failure when it comes to coping with this challenge.

25 Public Speaking PLR Article

Make More Money Online in the Public Speaking Niche!

When you are giving a presentation or speech, your body language and how you hold yourself in front of a crowd speaks to them as much as your words do. And part of not begin nervous in front of people when you are doing public speaking is not 'acting' nervous.

If you have complete control over your body, your face and your hands, you can perform relaxation in front of people and you will actually accept the idea that you are relaxed and begin to feel more at ease as you do your speech.

One problem that you often see in public speakers who is the use of the eyes. It's extremely easy as a public speaker to want to look at your outline or your written out speech throughout your presentation so you never get lost or have that terrifying feeling of not knowing what you are going to say next. That is why many people who do not become skilled at talking in front of crowds write out their speeches word for word and just read it to the group.

The problem with that approach is you have been asked to give a speech, not a reading. And many adults take offense at being read to. An audience wants to hear 'from' you, not just hear you read.

If that was the only value of a public presentation, you could just hand out your speech as a white paper and let them read it and not have to get in front of people at all. But that is not as effective as public speaking, particularly if the purpose of your speech is to convince or to sell.

Eye contact makes the audience look at you. It keeps them attentive. To use eye contact to its maximum value, move your eyes from audience member to audience remember and speak to that individual directly. That eye contact will actually be felt by everyone around that individual and it rivets the listener to you.

Don't linger on one person because you don’t want to stare but by becoming skilled at using eye contact as you speak to a crowd, you are taking control of the presentation to make it do what you want it to do. And having control is a big key to success in public speaking.
