Automation tools are designed to streamline your business, so you’re free to focus on the more important aspects of building and managing your projects. Having a solid business system in place will help you expand your outreach so that you’re actively recruiting new business rather than being caught up in the day-to-day tasks of simply running the show.

There are many different areas of your business that can be automated, including:

Set Up A Help Desk

Customer Support often takes up the majority of our time during the day. Customers need prompt support, and it’s our job to make sure that they receive it. But regardless of how many support requests you receive each day, you can take measures to better manage your customer support department, while minimizing lost time.

For starters, you should re-route all support requests directly through a help desk, rather than receiving them via email. That way, if you later create a support team, all requests will go directly to them, rather than to you. Second, it’s a lot easier to manage support requests when they are all organized in one area, rather than sorting through your inbox, trying to prioritize support requests.

This help desk software can handle thousands of customer support requests, emails and tickets, all organized based on department. You will be able to log into one main area and manage all support tickets, or assign staff to specific departments. This is a fantastic way to cut back on the time you spend managing customer support issues, while still making sure that your customer’s are given prompt and reliable support!

Shopping Cart Systems

There is no better or faster way to set up your online store, implement payment links or manage distribution and delivery of your products than with a powerful shopping cart system.

Shopping carts streamline the checkout process, making it easy for your customer’s to purchase multiple products from your website without having to go through the checkout process over and over again. This will also minimize abandon carts, because your customer’s will be able to purchase as many different products during one simple session.

VIP Shopping Cart makes it easier than ever to create payment links for all of your products, while providing your website visitor’s with a simple interface that will guide them through the entire checkout process. When it comes to installation, you don’t need to know any HTML or programming in order to set up the entire shopping cart system because this powerful shopping cart software will take care of everything for you!

This shopping cart system will also help you manage your time in another way, because it offers your customer’s the opportunity to review their past orders, download current products and manage their order history, saving you a tremendous amount of time by not having to deal with support tickets requesting help with their orders!

You can also mass upload your entire product library, rather than having to spend hours manually uploading individual items. Furthermore, you can highlight certain products, offer daily deals, feature coupons and specials and offer both digital and physical products on your website.

Take advantage of automation tools to speed up your tasks and efficiently manage your business so that you’re able to focus on growing your business and maximizing your income!

Eliminate Profit Loss

Do you know the easiest way of eliminating lost profits?

Focus only on the things that make you money!

Sounds like common sense, right? Yet many of us get caught up on spending vast amounts of time working on tasks that never result in profit. We spend countless hours dealing with the day-to-day aspects of running our business that we actually lose money because our time is mismanaged.

As entrepreneur’s, we should only focus on the tasks and projects that will result in an increase in profit. Otherwise, we need to either outsource it OR eliminate it altogether.

Sometimes it’s not always easy to identify areas of profit loss, because they’re not as obvious as you may think.

For example, when you plan out a project, do you know how to trim the fat? While it’s important to always go the extra mile when creating valuable products that our market will respond to, it’s easy to go off the deep end, spending far too much time expanding on content, increasing the project length, or adding in a ton of “extras” that quickly chew up a large portion of our allocated time.

When that happens, we end up with an inflated project that we struggle to complete, or worse, we end up not finishing at all.

So, when creating your project outlines, be careful to create a full outline of everything that you plan to cover and include and when it’s complete - push it out.

Market ready doesn’t have to mean perfect - you can always tweak and improve your product based on the feedback from your market.

Minimize Long-Term Goals

Long-term goals often stifle the creative process because rather than being focused on your short-term goals, you are far too busy thinking about what you “plan to do”.

Successful people focus on the here and now. They come up with an idea for a product, and they assign a short-term time frame to get it done. That way, the idea is still fresh in their minds and the product is still relevant at the time of completion.

Long-term goals are also self-limiting in regards to allocated time. If you set out to do a project that you don’t plan to release for a year, by the time that year is up, chances are you’ve lost interest or focus on that project. And in most competitive markets, a project that takes a year to complete isn’t likely to be in demand as it was a year earlier.

While it’s perfectly fine to think about the long-term outlook for your business overall, when it comes to specific projects, you want to do your best to focus on your current objectives and goals.

Work towards short-term goals that contribute to the long-term process of building an evergreen, successful business. Tackle each project individually, setting a reasonable time frame for completion and outsource everything you can afford to, that does not require your full attention. Free yourself up to profit, and to succeed.

If you're involved in affiliate marketing, we're going to show you a fast and easy way to instantly maximize your commission-based income.

You know how other affiliates are simply directly potential customer's through their links straight to the merchant's website? Well, not only are they decreasing their commissions because they're failing to give customer's a reason WHY they should purchase the product, but they are losing out on a very powerful opportunity to build their own businesses and further their own brand, while making money promoting third party products!

You see, those who work hard to become trustworthy, recognized affiliate marketer's always make more money than those who simply direct people through their affiliate links. It might sound like a lot more work to work on building awareness within your market as a trusted source, but by doing so you'll be able to maximize your income while setting yourself up for long-term success.

Here's one of the easiest ways to warm up potential buyers and create an irresistible offer that they can't refuse: Give them more bang for their buck!

Bonus offers need to tie in directly with what's being offered and offer CLEAR and DIRECT value. In fact, your bonus offer should always include a “value price” associated with it, so that potential customers know exactly what the bonus is worth, and how much money they are able to save by purchasing through your affiliate link. ?

Your bonus offer needs to be either exclusive, limited or both. In many cases, your bonus offer will be THE leading factor in whether a potential customer chooses to purchase the product through your affiliate link or someone else’s, so you need to spend some time creating a compelling offer that is not only valuable, but irresistible! ??With exclusive bonus offers, no other affiliate can replicate your offer because you own full rights to what is being offered.

This may include unique reports, content or video tutorials that you either created yourself, or hired out to freelancers.

With limited bonuses, you are offering access to your offer only for a limited time, or to a limited number of customers. This employs the ‘scarcity’ tactic, which motivates people into taking quick action because they don’t want to miss out on a great deal. ? ?It’s very important to use ‘motivators’ with every bonus offer.

If people feel that there’s no rush, or no exclusivity to the bonus, chances are they’ll continue looking around for a better or bigger bonus, offered by another affiliate, so take your time when creating your bonus and make certain that it’s relevant, and extends the value of their main purchase.

For example, your bonus offers should serve as auxiliary components to the main product. If you were promoting BloggingToTheBank.com, you could offer bonus items that included Wordpress themes, Wordpress video tutorials, or maybe content packs that new bloggers could use to jumpstart their websites.

Analyze the product you are promoting and determine what is missing or lacking in the main product. Then, create your bonus product around that unfilled need or demand.

When creating your bonus product, you don't have to develop it yourself. You can minimize costs by using high quality private label content, or other types of content that allows for distribution. You can then create compilations from existing material, or develop extensive bundles, collections and packages that fit with the product you are promoting.

Boost Conversion Rates

So, you might not be the best copywriter on the planet. That doesn't mean that you can't maximize conversion rates with just a couple simple 'tweaks' to your sales pages. In fact, many of us absolutely struggle with creating copy, but if you're unable to outsource the work to experienced copywriters, you're stuck wading through paragraphs of copy, trying to drive up response rates.

The truth is, there is a very simple guideline to creating great copy, and while it's important to test your copy (split testing is key), you can easily create a high converting page just by following these tips:

1 - Speak TO your audience, not at them.

Your copy needs to hit home, as if you are talking personally, and directly to each visitor. Avoid the hype - gimmick based phrases never work at driving home your message. You want your copy to be authentic to who you are, and what you have to offer.

Be honest, and keep your copy focused on how your audience benefits from what you are offering. Great copy is all about pushing hot buttons and crafting your sales copy so that it speaks to their wants and needs.

2 - Know your audience

This goes without saying. If you know your audience, you know what makes them tick. Since your copy needs to cover the most important needs, wants and desires, it's important that you write your copy from your customer's perspective. Focus on benefits, not features. Tell them why they need your product and write your copy in such a way that your audience feels as though you created your product just for them.

3 - Break it up

Avoid run-on paragraphs and sentences. You need to keep copy tight, and on topic. Paragraphs should never run more than four lines, and do your best to break it up so that you are offering 1-3 short paragraphs before injecting bullet points, a sub title, an image, graph, or anything else that keeps them glued to the page.

Long pages of text can be overwhelming to a visitor who wants a quick snapshot of what you are offering, and whether it's what they are looking for or not, so keep page skimmers in mind and create your copy (even long copy) around those who read - scroll - read. Not only will your copy be stronger but it will be far easier to write.

4 - Implement multiple call to action prompts

Many new copywriters make the mistake of only including one order button at the bottom of the sales page, assuming that people will either read the entire page or they'll simply scroll to the bottom.

You should always implement multiple call to action prompts throughout your copy, weaving urgency within the different sections of your copy. This is also a great way to try out different call to action commands, such as "Order Now", or "Buy Now" or "Click Here For Instant Access", and so on.

You can monetize PLR very easily with a membership-site model. Here's how it works:

You build a simple subscription based website that offers customers access to content on a weekly or monthly basis (I always stick with monthly because from my experience they are easier to sell)

You repackage PLR content either into "personal use products" or if you are planning on reselling the PLR rights, you will want to decide on one type of package and stick to it.

Example: You could build a membership site that offers PLR to reports that come with squeeze pages, or to a business in a box package that includes everything from a sales page to an ebook. Just the same, you could start a PLR article website that offers direct access to 50 articles a month, with PLR rights.

Whatever you decide to offer is what you will need to stick with, as members will expect the same content type (and amount) every month.

Membership PLR sites usually go above and beyond by offering bonuses, extra content, freebies and incentives that keep members subscribed to the site. Since there are so many different avenues in which a customer can purchase PLR content, you want to give subscribers a clear reason as to why they should stick with you.

You can create strong benefits easily just by offering more - for less, or by hiring a freelance writer to create small packages of custom content that are only available to your members!

Your membership site may need a specific focus, depending on what you plan to offer. If you are offering PLR rights to content, you should decide whether you are covering a wide market (such as marketing or design), or a more specific niche market (weight loss, PLR, etc).

I've been using MemberSpeed for years and have been absolutely satisfied with it, not to mention how happy my members are simply because it's not only easy to use but you can really customize your website around what is most important to your customers.

In addition, MemberSpeed can be easily enhanced with plugins giving you the opportunity to expand your membership offer, build up a strong back-end, monetize through many different channels and much, much more. It truly is one of the most powerful, feature-rich and SIMPLE membership systems online.

Selling PLR - No Cost Set Up

If you can't afford to purchase membership scripts, download delivery clients or you just want to start off at the lowest cost possible, there are a few different ways to build a bare-bones website that sells PLR or PLR based products.

For a Membership PLR site, if you can’t afford DLG, then here’s how you do it:

Log into PayPal and click Merchant Services at the top.

Click the Buy Now Button.

Choose Subscriptions from the drop down menu.

Give it an item name and customize your button - however, you want it to look.

Enter the billing amount for each cycle, and choose what a “cycle” is

Skip the Track Inventory Feature and enter any checkout page specifics you want for your subscribers and then create your button!

PayPal will handle your subscriptions, but you’ll be responsible for manually delivering via email the monthly deliverables to each PLR buyer - and make sure you do it with a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) so that you’re not showing every buyer’s email address to the group.

You can set up your Squidoo lens with the introduction as your short sales copy, and then use Link Lists or whatever type of module (text, etc) that you want to showcase the different product categories that you offer.

Essential Tools

Regardless how you plan to monetize PLR content, whether you choose to create a PLR based store or you are planning to simply create information products from existing PLR content, you will want to create a web presence all your own. To do this, you need a professional hosting account.

I choose HostGator for a few reasons including the fact that they're affordable (one of the lower-cost hosting options online), reliable; have 24/7 customer support and they're VERY easy to use!

You can start out with a Hatchling Plan, but it only allows one site. It’s $8.95/month. I like to use the Baby Plan for $9.95/month because it allows unlimited sites.

Gig Site Arbitrage PLR Ebook

Once your front-end sale’s system is up and running it is time to think of ways to extend your back-end and maximize your profit! One of the easiest ways to do this is by offering upgrades, add-on services OR other independent services that tie into their original order.

For example, if you offer self-publishers a proof reading service, consider creating an optional upgrade that takes things a step further by offering to "format up to 10 pages" for an extra $10.00.

If you find it hard to come up with additional "upgrade" ideas, don't worry - the brainstorming has already been done for you! Fiverr offers their members the opportunity to create "Gig Add On's" that include other relevant services offered by each provider.

All you need to do is spend a bit of time browsing through Gigs to locate other services and add on's that are being offered and hire those same providers to complete both services each time you get an order on your site! Tapping Into An Instant Customer Base

When your website is up and running it's time to start driving in customers and there's no better way to do this than with EBay!

Here's how you do it:

Create your EBay account

Find a popular service on Fiverr.com that you can resell.

Create your listing using the information provided by the service provider.

Post your service offer in the "Business & Internet/Websites" section.

When your service sells, visit Fiverr.com and hire the provider to complete the gig!

Tip: SEO services continue to sell very well on EBay including back linking services. You should also include "Buy it Now" buttons on all of your auction listings so that customers can purchase instantly, rather than having to wait until an auction ends.

Automation Tips

I am always looking for ways to automate my sales systems and even though we are already outsourcing the actual service, you can take things a step further and streamline delivery as well.

When I create my thank you page, I instruct customers to open a help desk ticket and provide all of the necessary information that I need in order to complete the service (I then pass on this information to the service provider that I hire from Fiverr). This does two different things:

1: Ensures that I receive all of the information needed from each customer avoiding lost time going back and forth via email.

2: Opens up a channel of communication with every customer in a well organized, structured format. Each time I receive an order the customer creates a help desk ticket, which is sent to me via email.

Not only am I notified of the order, I can deliver the service directly through the help desk, closing every ticket, as each order is complete. It helps me stay organized but it also simplifies things for my customers, while giving them an easy way to contact me without having to monitor multiple email accounts!

What To Do Next

Your Next Steps:

Choose a professional template from ThemeForest.net 2: Scout out services and providers for your website.

Reword their service descriptions and offers for your own website sales copy.

Set up payment links and a thank you page.

Integrate a "Mailing List" sign up form on your thank you page AND on your main page.

Whenever you receive an order, visit Fiverr.com and purchase the gig. Deliver it to the customer.

Rinse and Repeat!

With this system, you are without limitations. You can create as many service based websites as you wish, catering to countless markets. You can also continue to expand on the services you resell through back-end offers, add-on's and upgrades, so that you're able to maximize the value of every customer.

One of the most important aspects of maintaining a successful system is to stay organized and on track. While this system only takes up to 20 minutes a day to manage, you always want to do your best to deliver on time, every time.

Keep open communication with your customers, and if there are delays, contact them with updates. You should also protect the integrity of your system by creating a Rolodex of service providers that includes links to their profile and a summary of what they offer so that if one service provider discontinues their offer, you can easily replace them with another.

You can also build a Skype list of Fiverr service providers so that you can contact them directly with new orders. This is especially useful if you are receiving a high number of orders a day and need to place bulk orders.

To add them as a Skype contact, send them a message through Fiverr and give them your Skype username. Don't mention anything about hiring them outside of Fiverr within your message though because Fiverr restricts any outside offers.

Most Fiverr service providers are more than happy to communicate off-site, so just ask!

Stay on top of your system and always scout out other ways to make money with new services.

Spend a few minutes every week browsing new gigs, paying attention to the overall popularity and growth of new services and offers.

This is one of the easiest ways to make money online so above and beyond everything else, enjoy it!

There’s another powerful component to the way that Pinterest has been created – your pins can easily go viral!

If people like your pins, they can choose to “re-pin” your content, maximizing exposure and carrying your message throughout countless Pinterest pages.

If you take a closer look at a popular pin page, you can see the number of re-pins that took place for each update. In some cases, a single pin has been re-pinned hundreds of times!

People can also “like” your pin, and the number of likes will appear at the bottom of your Pinterest pages.

Creating images for your Pinterest pages is also extremely easy to do. You don’t have to have fancy graphics, nor do you have to outsource the work to a graphic designer. Quite often, the best pin based images are those that are simple, direct and to the point.

Your image could simply be your product cover, with a direct link to your sales page. Or, for a more effective Pinterest campaign, you could create an image based around a current news headline, capturing attention from a larger audience, with your image leading them to a full article on your site that ties in with the current event.

You want to focus on creative Pinterest campaigns that will reach a broader audience, and capture a browser’s attention quickly.

Most of the images used by successful marketer’s are very simple and clear, while others create more elaborate graphics that include charts, full article content in image-form, and even cartoons that help carry their marketing message.

Just get creative and start pinning every bit of content you can that will help to build awareness of your brand. There is nothing that can’t be pinned with a bit of imagination and creativity!

Quick Start Ideas

Post comical or funny images that tie into your niche market, and lead people to a full article on your website.

Create Pinterest based contests and giveaway events encouraging other members to repin your pages.

Take advantage of visual “stimulators” and create pins that offer colorful images to attract attention. High resolution images from stock photo sites (providing you with a valid license to distribute) work well at capturing attention quickly.

Include training based images in your pins. If you are involved in social marketing, you could create a simple graph that illustrates the top social marketing websites based on traffic stats and outreach. If you are involved in the weight loss market, you could create an image that offers the average weight loss.

Maximizing Exposure For Unlimited Free Traffic

Pinterest offers a great way for business owners and even affiliates to connect with potential customers and generate fresh, new leads as well!

Here are just a few ways that you can take advantage of the popularity of Pinterest to maximize your affiliate profits.

Create images around current events and then tie that into an article on your website. Make money from affiliate offers that are somehow connected to the topic. Your content doesn’t have to be about the event, but should lead in with it.

For example, you could create a pin with an image and headline that reads “Apple’s New iPhone Failure” – which directs people to your website that features an article on Apple’s inability to keep up with market demand, and how it’s almost impossible to get your hands on one.

You could follow up with an overview of other mobile phones that are similar to the iPhone, leading visitor’s to distributors through your affiliate link. Think about how much money you can make just by exploiting current news and events!

Features include the ability to collect and display images that you find on the Internet. You can browse boards from other members to discover new items as well as create your very own themed collections.

Pinterest is truly the most visual-oriented social networking site, making it easy to create attractive pin boards that will attract attention from potential customers.

Pinterest will work for your marketing campaign if your business is focused on fashion, photography, travel or design based offers, but with a bit of creativity, you can take advantage of the popularity of Pinterest to promote nearly any other business type.

For example, one company created a "Twitter Cheat Sheet" that was a simple image outlining the different areas of the Twitter community site. This image was pinned thousands of time by new Twitter users and marketer's. Consider what you could create that would attract visitor's to your website and create your own visually enhanced marketing campaign with Pinterest.

Gamifying Your Marketing PLR Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

The social web has elevated ‘social gaming’ to a whole new level. These days, you can instantly maximize your business exposure just by providing ‘customer rewards’ such as loyalty points, badges or even prizes just for participating in on-site activities or being a part of your community.

Here are just a few ways that you can begin to implement gamification into your marketing campaigns:

Loyalty Programs

Loyalty programs have been in existence for years but with the popularity of social web platforms, it’s never been easier to implement. With loyalty programs, the idea is to encourage a “build-up”.

Loyalty programs are successful because they are based around a long-term strategy where customers save up points or work towards higher program levels where the rewards continue to increase in overall value.

Incentive Offers Through Response Levels

People enjoy earning things and when they feel as though they have had to accomplish something in order to receive the reward, it’s also more valuable to them than if it were merely given away.

Keep this in mind when creating incentive-based offers and always match the offer with the level of engagement or action-based response.

For example, completing a 2-minute customer survey might reward them with a 5% discount, whereas taking advantage of a product special may reward them with an additional 10%.

Badges

Badge based programs are one of the easiest to set up and can be offered through your website, blog or on your Facebook page.

While badge programs are simple in both concept and execution, they are a great way to test the waters, measure your customers’ overall interest, and evaluate response rates before moving towards additional gamification integration.

For example, if you are a smaller start-up business, creating a badge based reward program is not only a fast and easy way to build brand awareness but it’s also affordable and requires no more than a bit of programming.

You can launch your badge program from your Facebook business page and build up your following all at the same time! The correct tools are what can make or break a solid strategy and with gamification, maintaining the connection, and providing your customer with a good experience is important so learning as much as you can from the very start makes excellent sense.

Examples of Effective Gamified Marketing

In order to help you build and execute a gamified based marketing campaign for your business; here are just a few examples of successful platforms based on gamification.

Facebook’s Gaming Center

Even small applications and beginner games have exploded within the Facebook community, giving new companies fresh exposure while building incredible brand power. One example of the popularity of social gaming is Farmville, which brought in millions of users upon launch.

Foursquare

Foursquare, is a location-based social networking website for mobile devices, such as smartphones.

Users "check in" at venues using a mobile website, text messaging, or a device-specific application by selecting from a list of venues which the application locates nearby. Location is based on GPS hardware in the mobile device or network location provided by the application. Each checkin awards the user points and sometimes "badges".

Groupon

Groupon is based on game mechanics and has been featured by Forbes as the fastest-growing company ever.

Check out the different ways that they have exploited the power of ‘gamification’ to keep users active on their website (progress bar that shows how many people have purchased and how many more are needed before the deal is activated, etc). True gamification at its best!

Take a moment to analyze each of these examples and determine how you can build a similar platform for your next marketing campaign. As you can see from the examples above, many of the leading gamification strategies involves “content bits”.

Rather than providing too much information as once, you simply give the consumer only what they need to proceed to the next stage (level, group, etc).

Another important component of a successful gamification strategy is to provide rewards. This may be in the form of additional levels (in the traditional game setting), being recognized on the website (think leaderboards, etc), exclusive discounts and coupon offers, or when implementing loyalty programs or badges, it may unlock other options, deals or specials, enhancing a consumers’ experience and keeping them coming back for more.

Rewarding social behavior whether it’s providing a customer with points that can be used towards future purchases or giving customer’s “bonus items” when a certain sale amount is met, you will be able to continue to influence responses, increasing sales and overall revenue while continuing to build relationships with your customer base.

It’s also important to keep in mind that gamification is a long-term strategy and while it takes time to set up and execute, it holds the power to literally transform your business!

Competitor Knockout PLR Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

USP’s are far more than just catchy taglines associated to your company, product or brand. They are reinforcement tools that help you establish credibility in your market while shaping the foundation of your business.

When it comes to creating a USP for your information product, think of the different ways that you can stand out from the competition, including:

Enhanced Training Tools Additional Support Options Extended Guarantee Price Discounts Better Service

Faster delivery/turn around time/completion Additional Bonuses & Special Offers

All of these are common components of what forms a strong USP. Your objective is to evaluate your product, and come up with a powerful unique selling proposition that you can integrate into your marketing campaigns.

The easiest way to come up with a powerful USP is to think about how you would describe your product if asked by a complete stranger that you met at a seminar. You are given 10 minutes to describe your product in enough detail to sell a copy right on the spot.

What would you feel is most important to say about your business or offer within a 10-minute span of time?

This exercise will help get your creative juices flowing, while helping to verbalize the benefits of your product. Call a friend or family member if you have to, and let them ask you questions about your product.

Not only will this help you to evaluate your product objectively, but you can often gain better insight as to what questions and concerns potential customers may have based on the questions you are asked.

If you have an existing channel of communication with your customer base, either through social media sites, community forums or perhaps even through a newsletter, ask for their feedback.

Offer a handful of customers a free copy of your product and let THEM evaluate it, providing important feedback based on what they felt were the most positive aspects of your product, as well as what could possibly use a bit of improvement.

Many times, your customers are the best sources for developing your USP because they know your product better than even you do. After all, you created it for them and you can gain a lot of incredibly valuable information just by letting them try it out, and sharing their thoughts and ideas as to what the most powerful benefit of your product is.

Evaluating feedback from your customer base will also help you to develop a USP that carries a message that matches your market.

For example, if you develop an information product USP that defines your product as “Advanced Training for Beginners”, you’ll struggle to transfer positive branding if the majority of your market have virtually no experience and are looking for a product that teaches them the fundamentals of web design before considering advanced techniques. In other words, your USP message doesn’t match your market.

So, survey your market, pay attention to feedback, and take a hands-on approach to closely monitoring the questions, concerns and problems that your market is facing. Then, develop a USP that speaks directly to the core of what they are most interested in.

When you have evaluated your product, its competition and have decided on a USP for your product, you need to lead your USP by example.

This means that you might have to make changes to the way you do business, or how you present your product on your sales page, within marketing campaigns and in branding your product.

If your USP is “10 Minute Training For $10k per month”, you want to make sure that your product is designed to provide quick access to bite size information that your customer base can instantly apply to their online business.

Make sure your product and USP match up, in every way. If you offer extended support in your USP, or you define your brand by being ‘unique or exclusive’, you need to make sure that your product offers a new perspective, a unique approach or a different way of doing something.

Price Based USP

If your product fails to carry a USP, the only way people will differentiate your product from a competitors’ is on price alone.

Think about this in regards to your own buying decisions. If you were to visit your local computer shop with the intention of purchasing an external hard drive, knowing little about brands or features, and were presented with two similar products to choose from, which would you buy?

In the absence of any other differentiating factor, the lowest price becomes the deciding factor.

You never want to compete on a price based USP, because it leaves you little control over your markets decision whether to purchase from you or a competitor.

Instead, you need to develop a Unique Selling Proposition that uniquely separates you from other products in the marketplace, and do so in such a way that it would be difficult for a competitor to replicate that.

Also keep in mind that your USP not only helps you stand apart but becomes part of your brand, so even if a competitor replicates your USP, if you’ve done your job at associating that unique selling proposition to your product, they’ll struggle to compete.

Traffic Source #6: Tutorial Based Learning Communities

One of the most overlooked sources of quality traffic is in "tutorialstyle" websites.

If you're involved in a niche market where instruction based training is popular and in demand, you can instantly exploit an unbelievable traffic source just by uploading quality tutorials focusing on various tasks in your market.

For example, if you are a graphic designer you could create a series of short video based tutorials that highlight the different ways of creating graphics in Photoshop, or if you are an online marketer specializing in SEO, you could create a few different tutorial style guides and videos that show people exactly how to optimize their web pages for the major search engines.

Tutorial sites are an untapped source of quality traffic, and because people are genuinely interested in learning more about your topic or market, submitting a series of tutorials that include your website URL or squeeze page address in the footer of every tutorial will quickly generate a massive amount of red hot traffic to your site!

Tutorials don't have to be complicated; in fact, you should focus your tutorials on being short and to the point.

If you aren't able to create video-based tutorials, you could outsource them to specialists in your field, or provide image based tutorials that include illustrations, graphics or diagrams relating to your topic, with written (transcript) of what is being done, step by step.

Tutorial sites aren’t the only source of untapped traffic that I want you to focus on. Consider the many other ways that you can upload valuable content and maximize your traffic, instantly.

For example, consider hiring a programmer to create a simple Wordpress plugin or template (you can also purchase full rights to existing templates) and add your site link into the footer of the template itself. As the template gets circulated throughout the countless wordpress template directories, you’ll gain valuable link juice and FREE exposure!

Plus, you can also include your template or plugin in Wordpress’s own self-hosted directory, and get a backlink from the source itself!

Traffic Source #7: Video Killed The Radio Star

Studies have shown that video sites have the power to convert as high as 30%! That’s phenomenal when you consider that standard websites typically convert at only 2-3%.

There are many ways to create compelling video presentations. You can outsource your video creation and editing for as low as about $25 per 30-second video to freelancers, or create simple video presentations yourself using Powerpoint slideshows, or even article content!

The key to successful video marketing campaigns is to incorporate relevant keywords into your videos description.

Video websites carry massive authority with the major search engines, so by including highly targeted, specific keywords into your video campaigns, you'll be able to maximize exposure, instantly.

To choose the best keywords for your video, you'll need to conduct some quick keyword research as we've discussed in an earlier segment of this guide. You're looking for a keyword phrase with fewer than 40,000 results, so your competition isn't so high that it would be impossible to rank.

Now, add your MAIN keyword into the first line of your videos description. You want to include it right in the title so the search engines see it.

I always include my keyword at least twice with every video I submit, first in the headline/title, and in the description itself. If you submit your video to a site that allows for "tags", make sure to take advantage of those and add in additional keywords that relate to your market!

You should also include your website URL at the start, and end of your video, pausing the screen for a second before shifting into your videos presentation.

And make sure that you use a call to action in EVERY video you create, so that those viewing your video are instructed to visit your website or squeeze page for more information. You need to tell your viewer what their next step should be, so make sure to use a strong call to action with every video you create.

And finally, you want to focus on building quality back-links to your videos. You can do this by direct linking (using anchor text) to your videos from feeder sites like HubPages, Squidoo, as well as your own blogs and websites, and of course, you can embed the video into your squeeze pages as well!

Who Else Wants To Cash In On The Lucrative Golf Industry?

Dear Fellow Amazon Affiliate...

I don't think I have to tell you that Golf is HUGE. Golf players spend over $2,500 per year on their equipment, apparel and training. Wouldn't you like to grab your share of the pie? Now you can.

Here's A Screenshot Of Your Store...

You'll notice this Wordpress Theme is set up exactly like a real store -- not like a blog. People go to a blog to get information then click away on text ads. With a blog, you make a few pennies and someone else makes the real profits.

Well not anymore. Now you will make the real commission because there are not "cheap penny click ads" to lose your visitor. You now have a greater chance of getting paid in multiple dollars per sale instead of pennies per clicks.
