As a child, you may have kept a diary to record your daily activities, your hopes, and your fears. If you wrote in the diary each day, it might have seemed as if the diary itself had become one of your best friends. As you grew older, the diary might have become a record of your job search, love life, or wedding plans. Psychologists, in fact, tell us that writing down your goals can be the first step to achieving them. It has been demonstrated that individuals who kept a written record of their hunt for employment were more likely to find the job they wanted than those who did not.

It’s not surprising, then, that some dieticians recommend keeping a food diary or journal if you’re hoping to lose weight. If you’re not accustomed to writing, the idea can seem a bit daunting at first. After all, if you don’t seem to have the time to record all of your baby’s “firsts’’—the first words, the first steps, the first day of reciting the alphabet—how can you be expected to find the time to write down everything that passes through your lips? It’s a valid question; however, if you stop to consider just how much time you spend eating, surely you can find the time to write down what you eat.

The key to keeping a food diary is motivation. You have to have a desire to record your food choices. One good way to do this is to place a picture of your heaviest self onto the cover of a notebook. Also, make sure that you keep the notebook in full view, either on your bedside table or on the kitchen table. This could provide you with just the incentive you need to make note of what you’re eating. Another motivating factor could be to log your daily weight at the beginning of each diary entry. That way, you can see if your dietary choices are having an effect on your weight. If you find that you are shedding pounds, you can affix a gold star next to your entry. The gold star can provide the psychological boost necessary to continue to lose weight.

Of course, the next question you’ll face is: What exactly should I write down for each entry? To begin with, just include a running list of foods, along with portion sizes. You might be surprised to find out not only what you’re eating, but also how large the portions are. Next, categorize each food entry. Is it a fruit, vegetable, whole grain, or fat? Such information could be vitally important in determining where your excess pounds are coming from.

You can also use your journal for meal planning. If you think about what you should eat ahead of time, you’ll be less likely to indulge in the wrong foods. Such planning can make you feel more organized and more in control—two important elements for losing weight.

If you indulge in comfort food every once in a while, don’t panic. Eating high-calorie foods occasionally can help prevent a feeling of deprivation which can lead to overeating. The key is to eat “bad foods” in moderation. It is also important that you write down everything you eat, including fatty foods. Trying to hide your food choices by not writing them down is counter-productive and could lead to feelings of guilt.

Yet another helpful idea is to write down your goal weight each day. This can be an important element of psychological warfare. Knowing what your goal is and mapping out a way to get there can improve your chances of achieving critical milestones.

Also, when possible, try to make your diary experience fun. Do your writing on the patio, by the pool, or in your bathtub. Set the mood by playing some of your favorite music in the background. Decorate your diary by using colored pens or colorful stickers. Whatever you can do to make your diary-keeping chores more interesting will certainly be helpful.

Be aware of the fact that it could take you a while to get into the diary-keeping habit. But, once you see those pounds melt away, you’ll find it’s well worth the investment of time and energy.

This service works very similarly to SocialAdr but it sets its focus on Social Networking and not on bookmarking sites. Introducing, Faseeo.

Faseeo claims to be a community based SEO tool that enables users to exchange social shares in the most important social sites nowadays: Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus.

It works like this: “Users submit their own links to our Link Sharing page and offer credits to other members as a reward for sharing. Users can earn FREE credits for sharing others links on their Facebook and Twitter profiles and +1's on Google. The more credits you offer the more likely someone is to share your link.” (Taken from Faseeo Frequently Asked Questions)

So, as you can see, when you join this service and add your Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus accounts you can share other people’s URL’s and earn credits so your own links can be shared as well.

This is a strategy to keep in your link building plan due to the many studies showing how important social popularity and relevancy have become for search engine rankings.

For people that don’t have enough time to participate in sharing links Faseeo offers some packages so that they can buy shares for their websites. As a new member you get 10 points so you can try the service before participating actively in the community.

Free Articles Distribution

You know how to use articles for building links, right? You publish them in your websites, let them get indexed by Google and send them to article directories like EzineArticles, ArticlesBase and GoArticles. Then you repeat the process over again.

That may be useful for many people but probably not enough for increasing search engine rankings. In that case you should add one more step to the process: free article distribution through BacklinksKingdom.

With BacklinksKingdom you can easily syndicate your articles to web 2.0 sitesand article directories.

It’s free to join, of course, and it will help you gain more link diversity and, probably, exposure.

You can submit your article in spin ready format to 15 article directories a day with one backlink to your site. If you upgrade, which is optional, your submissions will increase and you could syndicate to web 2.0 sites as well. See the image below for more details:

You see how you can get more link juice from your existing articles? Now go and get an account at BacklinksKingdom and start syndicating your content right away!

Get Some Web 2.0 Love!

I am pretty sure that you may be doing this already but anyway I feel like including it here because these backlinks are still considered important and because you could use these websites along with backlink source number 7.

Go and create accounts on those sites. Send your articles there with backlinks to your sites. Some of them have the capability to add links to a “blogroll” so your links will appear in each and every page of your social sites. Whenever you have this possibility, take advantage of it.

High Quality Blog Network For Free!!!

Blog networks are one of the best ways to gain high quality backlinks for several reasons:

You get links from different domains

You can set your anchor text to fit your needs (some article directories will limit the amount of words in an anchor text)

Your links will come from different page rank domains

Those domains are in different Class-C IP addresses

The domains have different age and origin

So, in a nutshell, blog networks will give you very varied backlinks so your link building looks more natural and has a better effect.

The key element when it comes to blog networks is choosing one that is high quality, which means, that does not leave footprints, that offers link diversity, and varied domain page rank and age.

Usually, you have to pay for access to these kinds of networks but here I am going to show you how you could get FREE! access to one of the highest quality blog networks.I am referring to ArticleRanks.

This blog network fulfills all the requirements for a high quality network. It is a paid service but there are two ways to get free credits to syndicate your own articles with your backlinks:

Adding a page rank domain to the network: the domain must be yours, and must be at least page rank 1 according to Google. Every time the system publishes an article in your blog you will be given free submission credits based on the page rank of your domain.

This makes a not so easy way to get free credits in the network since not everybody has page rank domains there waiting for content to be published. However, there is an easier and free way to get submission credits.

Adding web 2.0 sites to the network. This is the beauty of this site: they will submit your articles to blogs and web 2.0 sites. But the guys behind the curtains can’t devote their time to open free accounts in social sites. They are too busy for that trivial work.

Another way to generate about 10% of your website traffic to your list on a sales page is using a reverse opt-in form.

This is where someone clicks on the “Add to Cart” button or an “Order Now” button and then you have a page between your sales page and your order form.

That page in between will be a Step 1 of 2 order confirmation form.

So at the top is will say, “Step 1 of 2 Order Confirmation,” then they’ll have to put in their email address to continue.

This is a Reverse Opt-in Page.

You want to grab the email address here so that everybody who buys your product, you already have then on your list.

Also, the people who chicken out on your product, you’ll have them on your list and they’re also very high quality subscribers to have on your list that almost buy; for some reason they are.

So you might find that the majority of people who actually opt in to that form won’t even order, but you’ll end up generating a lot more subscribers from your sales page by doing that.

So you can see how all these leads will add up if you’re promoting to a squeeze page or a sales page.

You will see how all these leads add up by promoting to a sales page by using all the factors we’re talking about here.

Because if you’re getting 22% opt in rates from doing exit pop ups and you’re getting 10% from doing reverse opt in forms, then you are generating an extra 33% of people to your subscriber list during a launch.

That’s something to think about because when you have all these affiliates hammering your page, a lot of their traffic might not want to buy the product that you have, but there will be people who buy products that you may be able to sell something else to later on as an affiliate or as your own product.

5 PREVENTING RELAPSE

Most people who have a relapse have one within the first three months of quitting smoking. Although this may make you want to give up and think you are a failure, do not get discouraged by the small relapse. Remember that more often than not people who quit have to try several times before quitting for good. Although it is difficult to stop, there are some situations that make it much harder. Some things that make it easier to relapse include other smokers, drinking alcohol, mood swings or depression, and weight gain. However, if you do have a relapse, then be certain to learn from your mistakes. Ask yourself what worked last time and what didn't? Also what was the major factor that caused you to give into temptation?

MIND THE COMPANY YOU KEEP

Being around other people who smoke is one of the worst things you can do if you are trying to quit smoking. The smell and second hand smoke can cause your cravings to get more severe and the habit is difficult enough to kick without constantly having to avoid temptations. Having friends, family, or co workers who smoke around you will be one of the most difficult situations to deal with, but it is important that you keep far away from these people while they are smoking, during the time when you are trying to quit. Ask people to not smoke in your home or your vehicle, and be sure to get the smell of smoke out of these places before you quit as well. It may be annoying for your friends who smoke to have to do it outside, but your health and well being are well worth the sacrifice. You never know, you may inspire your friends and family to try to quit with you as support, which will benefit all of you.

SOCIAL DRINKING AND SMOKING

Drinking alcohol is another factor in causing a smoker who has quit to have a relapse. Although whether you should avoid alcohol altogether when trying to quit smoking differs regarding the amount and way you drank alcohol before you quit. If you never drink, well of course you don't have to worry.

However, if you were a social drinker there are precautions you should take to prevent relapse. Most social drinkers have a cigarette with there drink, so it may be difficult to go out and get a drink without relapsing and having a smoke. Even if you throw away all your cigarettes there will surely be someone there to offer you a smoke with your martini. Each time you do go out for a drink after you quit, be certain to remember you are a recovering addict and need to refrain from smoking at all. Even second hand smoke could cause you to relapse. Some people find it best to avoid drinking at all while quitting smoking and to very seldom drink after they quit unless a good friend is with you to help support and motivate you to not smoke.

THE STRESS FACTOR

Some people use smoking to regulate their moods and keep them feeling normal. This is a huge problem when attempting to quit for good and avoid a relapse. Many things from medication, to deep breathing, can all help elevate your mood and keep you from needing cigarettes to keep from mood swings and depression. If you have difficulties with depression then keep doing what your doctor suggests and tell them you will be quitting smoking soon. See if they have any suggestions for things to do to keep the mood problems from getting worse due to the nicotine withdrawal. It is also good to ask your friends and family from causing you undue stress during the first couple of weeks after quitting, which is when you are most likely to have a relapse.

WEIGHT GAIN AND QUITTING SMOKING

When you gain a little weight from quitting you might be tempted to start up again to lose it but there are many ways to lose the weight besides smoking. It is also a bad idea to try to lose the weight while in the middle of quitting. Try your best to worry about losing weight after you have a good handle on quitting. Not dieting is a good way to keep your focus strictly on quitting.

When you are trying to quit it is best to not take even one puff off a cigarette. Even taking one puff will inevitably lead to another and another until you are back at a pack a day. Think about what will be some of the most difficult times for you after quitting, and make a solid plan for how to handle them. It is always best to recognize the situations that may cause you to slip up and relapse, and either avoid them altogether or have a plan of action ready when going into the situations. Some of these times include parties, work, and at a bar. These times and places differ for everyone so talk to people who are there to support you about what is best for you.

FALLING OFF THE WAGON

Now you know how to prevent relapse but, what about when you do relapse as many people do several times before quitting for good. Well there are many ways to recover once you have a relapse, first of all do not beat yourself up about it. Everyone makes mistakes it is how we deal with the mistakes that will decide if we can get back up. Many of the people who slip up and have a smoke still end up quitting for good it just takes a good plan of action and learning from your mistakes. It is best to treat a slip up like a fire or another type of emergency and STOP immediately! Then immediately start to think where you were, who you were with, and exactly what you were doing when you had a slip up, so you can then plan what to do next time you are faced with this same situation.

You are now prepared for this situation next time it happens and are quite ready to quit again and hopefully this time for good. Although remember if you slip up, it is not the end of the world. Simply assess the situation that caused it and take care of a plan before quitting again.

Making Beer At Home Plr Ebook

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF HOME BREWING

As with any hobby, there are advantages and disadvantages. The same is true with the home brewing of beer. However, most people that choose to home brew their own beer or other beverages will tell you that the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.

When thinking of the number one advantage to home brewing, what comes to mind is the thing that means the most to beer lovers: taste.

Drinking commercially brewed beer as opposed to home brewed beer is like eating food when you have a cold. The food just doesn't taste like it should. You're not getting the full flavor.

When you're drinking commercially brewed beer that has been canned, bottled, exposed to outside air and knocked around, it's not going to taste anywhere near as good as fresh beer. If you don't believe this, open up a bottle of beer from the store, sniff it, and then sniff your freshly brewed beer. You'll see there's no comparison. Suffice it to say, you may not want to ever go back to drinking store-bought beer. This is probably the main advantage to brewing your own beer at home.

HEALTH ADVANTAGES

Brewing your own beer gives you the advantage of a healthy beverage. You may be surprised to see beer being described as a "healthy" beverage, but it's healthy in the aspect that you know what's going into the beer and what's not. If you've ever looked at the ingredients on a bottle of beer or any beverage for that matter, you'll probably find that you don't recognize half the ingredients that are going into the product. Worse than that is the fact that you are consuming these unfamiliar ingredients.

By brewing your own beer, you're getting all-natural ingredients that are familiar to you. You're also not getting all the preservatives you get when you drink commercial beers, so you're getting a better quality, better tasting beer.

You'll be familiar with the malt, barley, hops or whatever other natural ingredients you put in your beer. In your quest for good home brewing recipes, you'll find there are many varieties you can try.

Regardless of which recipe you finally decide to stick with, you'll still know what goes in the beer. What you'll like also with making your own beer is that you can control the alcohol content that goes in the beer. You may like higher alcohol content while your wife enjoys a milder beer.

When you buy a six-pack of beer, you're forced to drink a certain alcohol content unless you want to buy another six-pack of lower or higher alcohol content. When you make your own brew, you can mix it up and make a variety to suit everyone.

BRAGGING RIGHTS

Let's not forget about the bragging rights. When you're done making your beer, you'll probably want to have a party or social gathering to show off your home brewing skills. It will give you a lot of pride to be able to say that you made it yourself. Your friends will be impressed with your culinary skills and want to learn all they can about home brewing.

Home brewed beer has a fresh, natural taste that you will never get with commercially brewed beer. Not only is it a natural and better tasting choice, but also it's also very cheap compared to what you'd pay in a supermarket or liquor store.

The ability to experiment with the recipe will continue to be a source of fun for you. You'll never get tired of trying different recipes and making different types of beer. Whether it's mild beer, high alcohol content, dark or light beer, you'll love experimenting until you find the perfect combination for your new favorite recipe and drink.

Another advantage to home brewing is that in addition to having a premium tasting beer, you'll also get it at an affordable cost. Once you have all you need for your beer-making venture, you'll be able to make beer for just a few pennies a beer. The cheapest type of commercial beer you buy is at least a dollar a bottle. You'll be amazed at how much beer you can brew with that same dollar. As cheaply as you can make this beer, it's a shame that you can't sell it!!

DISADVANTAGES

Now we'll get into the disadvantages of home brewing your own beer or beverages. As discussed earlier, there are not near as many disadvantages as there are advantages. Besides the mess you'll have, one disadvantage to making your own beer is the initial start-up costs.

If money and budget is a major concern for you, you may find it difficult to comfortably buy everything you need to make your own beer. You can typically expect to spend a few hundred dollars to get you started. The equipment you need will cost around $100 plus a large kettle, which may cost up to $50 or more.

Keeping in mind your store's prices for liquid and dry yeast, the entire list of ingredients to make a 5 gallon match can cost from $25 to $50. You'll also want to buy some sanitizers and bottles, which will cost from $10 to $20 for 24 bottles of 12-oz. size. The bottles, however, can be reused repeatedly with sufficient cleaning.

Although you may continue to use your kitchen equipment to save money, many people choose to purchase special equipment designed specifically for beer making. Although these costs may sound expensive for starting off, many of them are one-time costs. Not to mention, you'll get a lot of beer for the amount of money you've invested.

Another disadvantage of home brewing your own beer is that you'll love the taste so much you may find yourself drinking more than you used to and more than you should! Your neighbors may be over more often then normal as well just to get some of your great-tasting free (at least to them) beer!

Home brewing can also be very messy and time-consuming, especially until you fully get the hang of it. You may decide you want a special room for this process if you'll be doing it frequently.

VARIETIES OF HOME BREWING

While hearing the terms, 'home brew' makes us most often think of beer, we are definitely not limited to beer. Beer is usually the beverage that most people interested in home brewing begin with, mostly because it's the most popular. Another reason is that it's the fermented beverage that is most often consumed.
