Unleash The Creative New You PLR Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

One of the biggest reasons why you might not nurture your creative side is fear - fear of making a mistake, fear of not getting something exactly right, fear, fear, and more fear. "What if I mess up?" "What if people laugh at me?" ?What if this is just a foolish notion?" Unfortunately, that is going to happen. Everybody fails sometimes; but it‘s okay. Failure isn‘t fatal or permanent. Even Thomas Edison had some failures and it took him many trials before he perfected the light bulb. He didn‘t consider them as failures; however, he just found many great ways that didn‘t work. But he persevered and eventually, he succeeded.

Never fear making mistakes. Remember that perfectionism is a deterrent to your creativity. (More on that in a later chapter.) Albert Einstein noted "A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new." Don‘t let fear keep you from being creative. You won‘t learn as much from winning as you will from losing. Your mistakes teach you much more than your triumphs do.

The upside of not succeeding right away is that we often encounter the magical "serendipity." Serendipity is the ability to make unexpected and fortunate discoveries. It is simply accidental good fortune. What you fear to be a dreadful mistake might instead turn out to be the perfect answer to the problem.

Do insights come suddenly or are they in your subconscious, just waiting to leap upon the stage of your consciousness? That‘s hard to say. You might call it mere chance, coincidence, pure randomness, or complete unpredictability. How the creative thought gets to you is not the issue. Seizing upon the new idea is what‘s important.

Sometimes, you need to go outside the box in your thinking. Do something completely different. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly the same way, but expecting a different outcome. That‘s where creative thinking comes in. Think of the same problem, but in a different way. Turn it on its side, or on its head. Look at the whole thing from different angles. Take an entirely different approach to the question. Oliver Wendell Holmes taught us "Man‘s mind stretched to a new idea, never goes back to its original dimensions." Thank goodness for that!

There are many different ways to accept credit cards on your web site and it is essential that you do. (Research figures suggest that you could lose up to 90% of your sales if you are unable to accept credit cards)

Option 1 is to apply for Internet merchant account with your bank but this can be costly and many applications are refused for first time businesses. You will more than likely be asked to provide trading histories etc. and if this is your first adventure in business you will not have these. More importantly because your main product is non-tangible, (you'll be selling electronic data and not shippable goods), you may find that many banks will be reluctant to deal with you.

If they do it's likely that they will enforce high set up charges and worse, excessively high commission charges on each order.

Option 2 the easy, low cost alternative, and the route I suggest is a virtual merchant account. There are now many companies that will act on your behalf and collect and process payments for you. You sign up with them and they mail you checks weekly, fortnightly, monthly or when your sales reach a certain value.

These companies provide what is often referred to as a virtual merchant service. I'm sure there are many excellent virtual merchant service providers around but I have been unable to find a better or more reliable service than that offered by ClickBank.

ClickBank works as an online billing solution, it's used by thousands of web businesses that deliver unique products or services over the Internet itself (via web pages, files, or email). You will be doing this yourself when you sell e-books. Here's how it works.

ClickBank enables the real-time sales of your digital goods or services and provides international fraud screening by ccScan®. To save you time and trouble they also handle all customer billing, billing inquiries, bank inquiries and process all of your sales volume. This makes it easy for people to buy your e-books and allows you to concentrate on your web site and your ebooks. I've used this service a long time and never had any problems even better set up is quick and easy.

I have always had trouble with writing and spelling. I remember when I was in 12th Grade my writing and spelling were still so poor that I could not spell 'does' correctly. I spelled it 'dose' and could not recognize that this was wrong. My English teacher got upset with me, thinking I was just too lazy to look words up.

I explained that I try but sometimes I spelled the words so wrongly that I could not find them in the dictionary. She made me cry, feel bad, and bought me my first 'bad spellers' dictionary. However, I still couldn't find words sometimes, even with this dictionary. She told me to read more, and so I did. I read and kept journals of all the words I did not know, and I practiced them, spelling and definitions.

I have gotten much better, but I still have trouble when asked to write something freehand in stressful situations such as job interview writing samples. I find myself constantly second-guessing whether or not I spelled the simplest words correctly.

Although I have managed to be quite successful, given my difficulties academically, I am concerned about my ability to do as well at a higher level in my career. I am concerned that this kind of problem will keep me from getting the kinds of jobs I would like to have and that I would do well.

Another thing I have noticed is that people I know seem to be able to read a word once or twice and then just be able to spell it correctly. It is like I have to see the word ten to twenty times before I can spell it correctly. I often read words wrongly, even words I am familiar with.

Despite this disability I know that I must continue to practice and strive towards getting better at spelling and recognizing any mistakes I may be making. Thanks to these a number of tips I received I’m much more confident. I know it's hard at times but my drive is what carries me and my will to be successful in my life and in my career.

What Is An Edegree PLR Ebook

One thing that you will hear a lot about is accreditation. This term sounds fancy and important, but really it is quite simple. The WorldNet Dictionary says that accreditation is,

“The act of granting credit or recognition, especially with respect to educational institutions that maintains suitable standards.” This really does sum up what you need to know.

What does this have to do with you and your E Degree? It is quite simple. You need to enroll in a college or university that is going to provide you with the highest level of education for your money. When you get your degree, you should know that you have what it takes to make it in that field.

Not only will employers want to insure that your education has come from an accredited school, but you need to know how to do your job well.

What Does Accreditation Mean, Then?

What does it take for a school to be accredited? Why is this type of school better? An accredited school is one that has demonstrated that it is teaching what is required to educate students in that field. Schools will need to have an outside company come in and observe their school. They are looking for the board to decide that the school is approved for teaching the highest quality of information.

They will find out things like how the school provides education, what their resources are like (are they adequate) as well as determine if the school provides basic educational services that meet the demands and the minimums that are in place.

What kind of parent are you – an encourager or an intimidator? The encourager stresses working towards a certain goal. The intimidator stresses winning. For this kind of parent, “It?s the results that count… not the effort, not the intentions.”

And what results! Useless deaths. You have heard about graduating college students resorting to suicide for not graduating with honors in a family of medalists or in another case, for failing to graduate at all. Those who choose to live become obsessive about reaching the top, even at the expense of others. Some are immobilized – afraid to try unless success is guaranteed.

Naturally, the one encouraged first is happy about the praises heaped on him or her. But when you give him or her the opposite, the reactions would be: disbelief, anger…and later, self-doubt. Somehow, all those discouraging comments get to you.

That exercise made us step back and examine the atmosphere you create at home. Is it encouraging or downgrading? Are you an encourager or an intimidator? Note that your targets are parent-volunteers, so they were aware that this was some sort of exercise, yet it affected their self-esteem. Imagine how a string of negative messages or put-downs can affect an insecure child?

Encouragement is not the same as pampering though. Pampering means regularly doing something the teenagers can do for themselves such as fixing their room, preparing lunch, or even waking up. Overindulgence makes a child irresponsible. Overprotection makes kids dependent on others.

Praising is not encouragement. Praise is a reward given for an achievement. It fosters competition and fear of failure. Encouragement is given for effort and improvement. It fosters cooperation and self-esteem. It inspires confidence and acceptance.

A Guide To Back Pain PLR Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

Osteoporosis causes back pain, since it affects the joints, lumbar, thoracic, and so on. The common symptoms of Osteoporosis are weakness, joint pain, back pain, height loss, unsteady gait, Kyphosis, or Dowager’s hump, and so on. Osteoporosis affects the metabolic bones, which leads to dysfunction and results in bone mass reduction and increases in porosity. While the thoracic involves the chest, if you read more about edema and related illnesses you can learn how it causes back pain.

What causes Osteoporosis varies. Osteoporosis may emerge from drops in estrogen levels. Estrogen is a hormone that works in harmony with a selection of steroid hormones. The hormone produces in the ovaries, which stimulates sexual heat (estrus) and develops the female secondary sex characteristics. Estrus is the sexual heat we feel as females, which starts at regular intervals when excited.

Lack of exercise, immobility, and deficiency of calcium is also considered when Osteoporosis is present. Protein deficiency, bone marrow disease, deficiency of Vitamin D, Cushing’s syndrome, Hyperthyroidism, liver disease, and increases in phosphate is all linked to Osteoporosis.

When Osteoporosis is present the bones rate often exceeds the rate in which the bones form. Osteoporosis causes phosphate (Phosphoric Acid) to increase stimulation, which are affected by the parathyroid activities, and increases in “bone resorption.”

Parathyroid glands are located near the thyroids, which is where parathyroid activities start to increase when Osteoporosis is present. Osteoporosis also causes estrogen to slow bone resorption. Bone resorption is the process where the bones resorb or uses other mechanics to resorb or partially fuse fluids, chemicals, etc, which emerge from hormones, such as estrogen. When the fusions are partially acting it performs actions, yet when the action is interrupted, it causes responses, in turn causing change in conditions, such as pressure or temperature.

The actions behind Osteoporosis cause back pain, joint pain, weakness, and so on. Doctors will often order X-rays and photon absorptiometry tests to discover Osteoporosis. The tests help the doctor see thinning of the porous bones, or increases in the curves of the spine. In addition, mineral drops are noted within the tests when Osteoporosis is present as well.

Once the doctor diagnosis the patient with Osteoporosis, he/she orders medical treatment and nurse interventions. Management includes supplements, which are commonly Vitamins D, C, Calcium, specifically Calcium Carbonates-Os-Cal. Estrace or Estradiol is added also, which is estrogen supplements. The patient is recommended to join in activities, only when tolerated. To treat the pain, doctors often prescribe NSAID-based prescriptions, such as Dolobid, Naprosyn, Naproxen, Motrin, Ibuprofen, Voltaren, and so on.

A diet must be maintained when Osteoporosis is present. In addition, the doctor monitors the musculoskeletal system, since disorders can cause additional interruptions. Doctors will generally monitor the patient’s activities, as well as limit their activities, since Osteoporosis can cause fractures or breakage of bones. The problem will lead to further complications. At this time, there are no surgical interventions to fight Osteoporosis, yet Osteoporosis is common, which experts are diligently searching for cures.

Essential Guide To Organic Gardening PLR Ebook

The best part about hydroponic organic gardening is you don't need soil to grow an organic garden. However, this concept can be confusing. As discussed previously, part of what makes organic gardening; organic gardening, is using organic soil. If you don't have organic soil, how could it be an organic garden? This sect ion will show you why hydroponic organic gardening can be advantageous over regular organic gardens.

The key to organic hydroponic gardening is the water. The organic plants get their nutrients from the water, not soil. Organic plants, even hydroponic ones, can't grow until they have a solid substance to put their roots into. You can grow organic plants hydroponically by putting them in vermiculite and perilite. A word of caution is in order: When handling vermiculite, the utmost care must be taken. This is because vermiculite is a form of asbestos. You can also use organic materials such as straw, cotton, plant fiber, or any number of other organic materials.

Preparing the water for your hydroponic organic garden

Since the water is the sole source of your organic plants nutrition and not soil; your organic plants must have nutrient rich water to feed their roots. Since the goal is to grow an organic garden, all nutrients dissolved, in the water, must be organic. One such nutrient commonly used in organic hydroponic gardens is what is referred to as “compost tea.” Compost tea is created when compost is put into water. The water is infused with the organic compost material. Once the organic compost has been fully saturated by the water, the water is then strained. It is necessary to strain the water because any so lid compost material remaining must be removed. What's left, after the water has been strained, is an organic, nutrient rich, water; which your organic plants will love to drink.

You can also make what is commonly referred to as manure tea. However, it can be dangerous to make your own manure tea. There is a risk of getting bacterial contamination on your organic hydroponic garden vegetables. You could actually contaminate your vegetables with lethal strains of E. coli. The manure used for manure tea should be thoroughly broken down through decomposition. You can also create manure tea with sterilized manure. The process to make manure tea is the same as you would use to make compost tea. Other common organic materials, which can be combined with the water, include seaweed and fish emulsion. The benefits of using seaweed were discussed in depth in the organic fertilizer section.

The other advantage to hydroponically growing your organic garden is you won't waste water. The nutrient rich water can be continuously used on your plants. In other words, unlike a tradit ional organic garden, the water used is not wasted. The nutrient rich water, used to feed your hydroponic organic garden, isn't used one time and then thrown away. You should keep recycling the nutrient rich water to feed your plants; over and over again.

As you can see, an organic hydroponic garden can be a more practical, viable, solution compared to growing a regular, organic garden. It is true; you won't get the same "earthy" experience a regular organic garden would provide. After all, there is no "earth" to dig in. However, you will still get the same delicious, chemical free, home grown, organic vegetables.

Hopefully, this guide has convinced you to garden organically. As discussed, not only is it beneficial to your health; and the health of your loved ones, it will also be beneficial to the environment. Organic gardening does not really require much more addit ional effort than it takes to grow a non-organic garden. However, the benefit s you get in return, for going organic, are numerous.

How To Budget A Family Vacation PLR Ebook

Cruise ships are a family vacation planner’s best friends. Picture a floating, mega-resort with tons to do for everyone in a confined space where you know your kids are supervised and safe.

Many cruise lines offer voyages designed specifically for families, with expanded activity programs and shore excursions for all age groups and waterslides, ice rinks and climbing walls that keep kids and parents happy for days.

Some cruises have even developed onboard programs that not only feature family together time, but also arrange crucial alone time for parents. Together, parents and kids can participate in mock game shows, story hours, treasure hunts and other activities. Later, adults can schedule a massage or spend time on the sun deck knowing their kids are enjoying a host of supervised games and activities.

Cruises are much like an all-inclusive vacation with the added benefit of being able to explore new and various places. They are especially good bets if the grandparents are coming.

There are morning-till-night activities for children as young as three on most major cruise ships and plenty to keep adults busy, no matter what their ages. And, because of increased competition in the industry, cruising has never been more affordable.

Even Disney has jumped into the cruise market which can be an especially fun time with your kids! As for cruises, experts say to "never, ever" go the cruise lines or "general" travel agencies. If you’re going with a travel agent, you want to book with a cruise expert, one that specializes in discounting cruises.

These companies get special discounts and upgrades for selling such a large volume of cruises that other sources simply don't get. But even then shop around before you book, as prices will vary from agency to agency.

If you’re going it on your own, use the Internet as your most valuable tool. Many cruise ships offer kids free programs with the purchase of an adult ticket. You’ll need to look around and above all – ask for discounts!

The two most popular family cruise ships we’ve found are Disney and Carnival. Kids will love Disney’s private island – Castaway Cay – and the waterslides aboard Carnival ships will be a big hit!

Both ships offer plenty to do for adults as well including spa services, adult nightclubs, and entertainment for adults. Disney, of course, gears a lot of its activities toward children and teens with special shows, on board discovery activities and special teen nightclubs – no alcohol allowed!

Teen’s Guide To Dating PLR Ebook

Does the boy always decide what’s to be done on a date? Most boys will admit that the answer is “No.” In fact, many complain that their dates give them little chance at suggestions about date activities. What to do on a date can be a real cause of friction between a couple. Maybe a hockey game is in town, and the girl insists on going to a movie. If the boy wins the argument, the girl may spoil his evening by pouting and complaining. If the boy gives in to the girl, he might withdraw into his shell and be a bore all evening. Who should make the decision?

Usually if you and your date discuss the various possibilities, you can reach a decision that will please both of you. If, however, either of you approaches the discussion with your mind already made up, it can prove difficult. There are many things to consider when deciding where to go. You will want to ask yourself how important it is to your date to do what she wants. It’s not wise to insist on having your own way toprove that you can do it. Your date will only resent it. If you each try to see the other’s point of view, you can reach a mutually satisfying decision more easily.

Ask yourself if you can put off your preference to another time. Maybe the hockey game is in town only tonight, whereas the movie will be playing through all next week. It would be the logical and mature thing to realize that the game is probably very important to your date or he wouldn’t be insisting on seeing it. So why not plan on the movies for the following date?

Any mature decision is made co-operatively between the persons involved. The decision can also be of concern to the parents, or dorm mother, as well as to the couple. As you go further and further into dating, you will learn to recognize the invitations that are generally approved, and those that you had better decline.

Whatever you decide to do, the important thing is how you decided. If you both had a part in the decision, after reaching an understanding you both have a satisfying feeling. Consideration of another person’s values and desires and a willingness to talk things over leads to a mature understanding.
