Now that you know what a video blog it is you might be wondering why you should start one. You might be thinking a traditional blog might be perfect for your needs. If you already have an established blog you might be wondering whether or not you should spend time adding video posts to your existing site. The truth is that there are many benefits associated with running your own video blog site that simply cannot be found elsewhere. For starters a video lets you, the website owner, communicate and reach visitors more effectively than words. There are some things that simply cannot be expressed well in writing.

Video blogs are also a great way to truly express opinions and feels on certain hot topics or controversial issues. Your website is uncensored and gives you an opportunity to share your opinions freely but sometimes writing will not truly illustrate your feelings to readers. A video will let visitors hear your tones be they joking or angry. Video blogs also let visitors see facial expressions, gestures, or even conversations if the blog features more than one person.

In the event that you website has been set up for personal use a video blog will give you a chance to share important moments with friends and family across the globe. The posts can feature video showing weddings, parties, and other events in your life. A video blog is also a way for new families to show the growth and activity of their young children such as birthdays, first steps, and more.

Video blogs are also perfect for capturing the attention of a sometimes fickle audience. Many visitors get bored by posts, especially long posts with a lot of technical detail. Even if the information is something that will be useful to them readers get frustrated when they simply cannot visualize what they are reading. A video will help prevent your readers from growing frustrated and will also help your website capitalize on the growing popularity of video blogs.

Posting videos on your website will also let visitors know that you, the website owner, are serious about spreading your message. More importantly, posting videos of yourself explaining a product or service will let your visitors know that you are REAL and your website is legitimate. With the Internet being filled with scam artists and pretenders promoting get rich quick schemes videos will help give you a level of creditability that many website owners simply do not have. This is especially useful if you are promoting an affiliate program, products, or services.

The 30 Day Internet Profit Plan Resale Rights Ebook

Day 19 - 21: Get a sales letter (and download page, etc.) ready for your new product. If you have decided to offer resell rights to your book, add the information (and order link) for resell rights towards the end of the sales page as well.

Keep in mind that while you're working on your product and sales letter, your free articles are being spread around with the help of the viral technique we used and your list continues to grow. This also means that you probably have a few sales trickling in for your affiliate product. (This is why I started with an existing product, to get things moving fast and the cash flow coming in.) Here’s how you can get your sales letter ready very quickly and easily…

Some of the most highly-paid copywriters, don't create their powerful (and expensive) sales materials from scratch. Nope. That would take too much time and too much effort! They simply "steal" brilliant marketing ideas and sales materials that have worked well in the past.

They 'steal' and borrow from tested ideas and ads that have actually pulled in millions of dollars. They just "recycle" what has been proven to work instead of wasting time on creating new stuff that could very easily fail.

Yes, that also means that some of the best marketers and copywriters can still create projects that fail at times. No one is exempt from failure. That's why they're smart enough to borrow from their past successes - to increase their chances of future successes.

So…how can you use this strategy in your business?

Well, first of all, let me make it very clear that I'm not asking you to copy other people's work word-for-word! That can get you into a lot of legal trouble (and it's also wrong, ethically.) When I say "steal," what I really mean is "model" after a successful ad or site.

Start by searching for the top moneymakers in your field/niche. Just go to the popular search engines, like google.com and search for the product that you're selling.

Example: If you're selling calculators, search for web sites of the top calculator sellers and look at their site. Study the format and layout of their site, study the sales letter. Then, "model" your site after those successful sites.

But, how can you tell whether a particular site is successful or not? If it's a well-known company that is obviously doing very well with their product, you can usually assume they have pretty good sales copy.

However, if you're not sure whether a particular site/salespage is worth copying, simply read it. That is the best test of good sales copy. If by reading the page, it convinces you to buy the product, or persuades you enough to at least consider checking the product out, you can bet it's a great sales letter.

Not only is this the fastest way to create your own sales letter, it is also a sure-fire way of dramatically increasing your chances of success. When you model past, proven sales models, you are usually guaranteed the same or similar levels of success.

Imagine having a sales letter that is converting one out of every 100 web visitors into buying customers. That means, out of every 100 people that visit your site, one of them buys from you.

Now here is the fun part! Advertising your PPCSE on a budget.

I'm going to tell you straight out, the best way to get new advertiser, new general visitors is to give away free accounts, or free credit with your search engine.

Whether that is a few dollars, or $100, it all counts.

Another idea is to have a free trial period where all accounts are free for the first month, and then you make them pay for their listings the next month. If they were happy with the results they were getting, then they will stay.

But there are two battles for a starting PPCSE. Getting just normal visitors that are there to search and of course the advertisers. Both are just as important as the other.

Just because non-advertisers are not lining your pocket with money, doesn't mean you can neglect them. Without them, you have a useless search engine and advertisers will pull out quicker then you can say Mississippi.

However, when you run a specialty PPCSE, you don't get as many advertisers, but what you do get is larger sums of money. So, please for the love of god, do not treat advertisers like they are a dime a dozen.

If they need help setting up their account, HELP THEM ANYWAY POSSIBLE! When they are happy, you are happy, that is your motto. Running a PPCSE is really a people person job and while I doubt you will ever see one of your advertisers face to face, you need to have great customer service.

Now, we have come to an interesting part of writing your sales letter where the champs love to express themselves and the chumps wish there was no such thing as writing a sales letter.

I once heard the speaker at a Network Marketing seminar say, “Talk with personality”. When you compose your sales letter, write with personality. Don’t write a stiff sales letter! Not only will it be boring, your prospects would not likely buy from you – unless they have got no personality, too.

Birds of a feather flock together. If you are fun and easy-going person, express yourself in such a manner in your sales letter. Be friendly and approachable. If you are serious person, you write in a serious manner (but not too serious, it might just sell people away from your web page, and it is cheaper that way).

Remember that attract people of the same kind. If you have to take a personality test on the Internet, please do. It will be worth your time!

Write casually. You may be in business but the key here is to write an informal letter. Address your prospects with “Dear Friend” and not “Dear Sir”.

Be personal and find how you can relate yourself to your prospects. If you are a break dance enthusiast, you can relate to your prospects your first six months of snapping every bone in your body before getting the power moves down.

Every Internet Marketer is focused like a hungry shark on increasing their page rank and improving their Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and, if you are a serious marketer, you might be, too. Your attention will be sharply focused on "backlinks," their individual quality and how those backlinks appear to Google's army of robot spiders when compared in their current algorithm.

Let's start with "backlinks." They are links on other websites directed back to your website. Both the popularity and the importance of your website is gauged by how many other website owners consider a link to your site worthwhile. All of this is done in the name of Search Engine Optimization...or getting Google and other search engines to love your website.

But, don't run off gathering up as many links as you can from other marketers. Google is more interested in "quality" backlinks to your website than any others.

Those quality backlinks would be backlinks from websites with similar content to yours. It's all a game of relevancy, from Google's point of view, and has a lot to do with the success of your website and marketing efforts.

A search engine calculates the keyword relevancy for a site and that calculation is strictly based on the percentage of related content found at either end of the link.

For example, if your content is all about writing and selling ebooks, and the links from other sites have nothing to do with writing and selling ebooks, they will not be considered important to your relevancy and you will lose page rank or be totally ignored by the spiders.

There's several ways to accomplish this balancing act with the search engines and to stay out of SEO trouble while you're doing it. More than one seedy webmaster has been banished to Google Hell for trying to manipulate links to get a higher ranking, which is why Google tightened the criteria in the first place.

Chargebacks Resale Rights Ebook

If there is one word most Internet marketers quiver at the sound of, it is chargebacks. A chargeback is a dispute over a charge -usually an unauthorized or fraudulent charge- between the customer and the company. The merchant must pay back the entire amount along with any credit card fees. This amount is automatically deducted from your merchant account. There are three main problems about chargebacks that concern the merchant:

They lose the payment -and also the inventory if it was sent,

The fees associated with every chargeback are between $15 to $25, and worse of all

Chargebacks don’t look good, and you may lose your merchant account. Merchant services are pretty finicky; they do not just hand out accounts to anyone.

The customer could either be dissatisfied with the product, or there could be a duplicate order, or it could be fraud. Whatever the reason may be, it is crucial to your online business to keep chargebacks to a minimum. One way to stop chargebacks is to stop fraudulent orders by checking to make sure the order seems legit.

This may mean you may have to call each customer to confirm the order. You do not want to accept an order if it appears fraudulent. Be suspicious, because in the end, receiving too many chargebacks will damage your profit line.

If, on the other hand, your customer is simply dissatisfied with the product, give them a call and send them an email. Ask them what it is they didn’t like about the product. Ask them if there is anything you can do for them to satisfy them.

If they still seem reluctant to drop the chargeback, your last resort would be to ask them if they wouldn’t mind dropping the chargeback and you can offer them a full refund. Most people wouldn’t mind this option. You will find that a simple phone call to the upset customer may actually turn things around in your favor.

The Pay Per Click Marketing Guide PLR Ebook

Search engines such as Overture, Google Adwords, Search Yahoo and Miva offer top positions among the sponsored listings for particular keywords/phrases you choose. The idea for bidding is you have to buy/bid on keywords/phrases relevant to your business. The highest bidder gets to be on the top of the search result listing and the second highest bidder, of course, gets the next top listing and so on. Every time a visitor clicks on your website, you will have to pay the same amount that you bid on that particular keyword.

PPC can be very costly, time consuming and sometimes not worthy. But if you know how to go about the step-by-step procedures, PPC is a welcome change to traditional advertising.

If you do your searches for products, articles and auctions in the net, you usually type in a keyword or a set of phrase to guide you in your search. Either you use Google or Yahoo Search depending on where you are most comfortable at and where you usually get the best results. As soon as you key in the search button, immediately a long list of keywords or phrase will be displayed containing the keywords you key in. The first or the top link that you saw is most likely the one who bids the highest for that keyword you type. In this way, businessmen will produce the desired results; they get to be advertised, at the same time, saving and spending only for the clicks they need that might translate to potential sales.

The way to start PPC bid management is to identify first the maximum cost per click (CPC) you are willing to pay for a given keyword or phrase. CPC varies from time and even search engine to search engine too. Maximum CPC can be measured by averaging the current costs of bids (bids range from $0.25 to $5). Average of these bids is to be used as the maximum CPC to begin with. As your ad campaign progresses, the actual conversion rate (visitors turning to potential buyers/sales) will be determined and you may have to adjust your CPC (bidding rate) accordingly.

When you start to bid, see to it that you adopt different bidding strategies for various search engines. Search engines have their own PPC systems that require different approaches. It is also worthy to identify different bids for the same keyword phrases in various search engines.

Another thing, it is wiser not to bid for the top spot for two reasons: 1) It is very expensive and impractical, and 2) Surfers usually try different search queries in various search engines before they settle on the right one that fits to what they are looking for. This hardly results to conversion. Try to bid for the fifth spot instead and work your way up.

In this chapter, we are going to take our finalized cover design and fold it up into a 3D box-shaped image. The first step is to flatten your cover design. Go to Layer > Flatten image. You should have only one layer in your layer palette now.

Now, go to File > New and open a new 1024 X 768 document. Go back to your eCover document and right-click the single remaining layer in your layer palette, and go to Duplicate Layer… Under the Destination fieldset, you will be able to choose the target document to duplicate the layer in. Choose the document untitled-1 in the drop down menu (assuming untitled-1 is the document name of your 1024 X 768 blank document).

After this step, you should now have a copy of your eCover image on a single layer on your 1024 X 768 document. We’re going to need the extra workspace in this large document.

First, press the eye icon next to the eCover layer to hide it temporarily. We can bring it back later on, when we need to work on it, by clicking on the same spot.

Next, we are going to define the shape of our 3D box. You may use the Pen Tool to create your own outline of the box, something in a 3D perspective like the image to the left.

Alternatively, you may load the image file outline-ref.jpg which is included with this E-book to use as a reference. Just select the Pen Tool, set the mode to “Paths” (as shown in the screenshot) and click on the vertices to trace the shape of the box.

After you’re done, we’ll need to turn that into an actual outline. This can easily be done by right-clicking the canvas (with the Pen Tool still selected) and choosing Make Selection. Press OK in the dialogue box that appears without changing any options.

Now, make a new layer for the outline. Then, go to Edit > Stroke. Enter 1 px for Width and choose black for the colour. Then press OK. Now, press Enter to cancel the path and CTRL+D to deselect the selection.

The next thing you should do is write your introduction. Click on the “edit” button on the right, and make your introduction title the same as your lens title above.

The introduction is the most important part of your lens.

Why is that? A lot of people are not going to read a long list of articles on your product. Although some are looking for more information, which you can provide below your introduction.

When they are looking at a lens, they have searched for a keyword like “weight loss diet pills” on Google and are looking for information that is precise, helpful, and independent. The shorter you can keep the length, in general the better.

Many successful lenses in terms of traffic are only 2 paragraphs long, with a few other modules and interesting information. If you disagree with me, take a look at the top lenses in traffic and you'll see what I'm talking about.

There are also a number of lenses with more information. It is more often that these lenses have proven successful, and the owners are trying to make the lens more of a resource for repeat viewers.

The idea is that you need to save time, and the best way to save time is to start off with just enough content to make the lens unique. Remember, not all of your lenses are going to be getting large amounts of traffic.
