Christmas Fun MRR Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

We all know that being in an office can get boring, but if you're lucky enough to have an employer who doesn't mind you having a little holiday fun, then liven the office up with some Christmas time fun!

Of course the most common thing to do is, to have an office Christmas Party. But how about having more than one party during the holiday season, does that sound like even more fun?

Cookie Exchange Party

One favorite would be to have a 'cookie exchange party'. This party could be held during lunchtime on the scheduled day. Have everyone bring several dozen homemade cookies. Be sure to set a specific number of cookies for everyone to make. Once all the cookie plates are set out, give everyone an empty plate and let them choose the cookies they want and put them on their plate.

Tree Trimming at the Office

If possible maybe you could have a Christmas Tree Trimming gathering! You could have everyone bring 5-6 decorations and everyone gets to hang their ornaments on the tree. It not only brightens up the office but it makes for a fun time for everyone and helps to put them in the Christmas spirit.

With Christmas being the time of year that signifies giving, how about arranging a group activity that would help others? The place where I once worked used to have a tree with tags attached and each tag would have a gift request from someone less fortunate. You would choose a tag and that would be the gift that you would purchase for some needy person. You would then bring the gift to work and the person in charge of the project would take the gifts to be delivered. Often these gifts would be going to a homeless shelter or perhaps an orphanage where lots of little children needed presents.

Santa’s Helper Gift Exchange

How about a slightly different version of 'secret santa'? This one is called 'Santa’s helper'. For this one someone within the workplace group will start the exchange by secretly providing a gift for someone with a card attached that says something like 'Santa’s little helper stopped by to wish you a Merry Christmas'. Then that person will do the same thing for someone else until everyone in the office has secretly received a gift. These don't have to be expensive gifts and can be homemade as well.

Traffic 2.0 – New Generation Tactics For Bigger Profits Plr Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

One of the biggest bugbears of some more familiar ‘old-style’ traffic generation tactics was that if you wanted to optimize your site to enable Search Engines to find it (a process known as ‘Search Engine Optimization’ or SEO) then that meant creating content that was, quite honestly, gibberish to the human eye or mind. Blogs have moved the goalposts significantly so that is no longer necessarily the case!

Now, that is not to say that SEO is a tactic that you no longer need to consider. Indeed, with ever increasing competition in online market places, it is probably something that needs greater thought and consideration with every passing day.

But, blogs do have a great deal of intrinsic SEO advantages over traditional static website, as made very clear in this excellent article by Lee Odden entitled “SEO Benefits From Blogs”.

The great news too is that is no longer absolutely necessary to write palpable nonsense in order to attract the Goggle or Yahoo robot spiders.

Indeed, in today’s online business marketplace, it is important that you really strive to write to attract real human beings, without all of the often ridiculous keyword repetition and pedantic, wooden writing styles that you might have been forced to use at one time.

Now, the answer is to write as naturally and clearly as possible, and let the search engines sort out how to rank your content on their own.

But there are nevertheless still some small SEO tricks or tweaks that you should focus on, things that will (thankfully) be unnoticed by your visitors, so that they are no bothered or put off reading your copy by what were at one time some pretty obvious (and ridiculous) SEO tricks.

The point is that these little tweaks are super noticeable to the bots from Google, Yahoo and the like, the next time they come calling!

Post Titles: You will rank higher in the engines if your main keyword is included in the title of your post, especially if you are creative enough to make it the first word.

Tagging: Tagging is a process of ‘highlighting’ specific words in your post as being the keywords that you want the bots to take notice of. By using the ‘Ultimate Tag Warrior’ plug-in, you will be able to tag the proper keywords for your posts at the bottom of the posts.

One of the most basic tools that every internet marketer needs to utilize is the autoresponder. If you are trying to make money on the internet and you're not using an autoresponder, you are really missing the mark. This article will describe the essentials of an autoresponder and how you can use one to help you succeed in your online business.

First of all, it is important to understand what your autoresponder really is. Many people think of them as an automatic responder to customer needs (hence the name -autoresponder), but to stop there is really not giving them their full credit. To fully utilize your autoresponder, you need to begin seeing them as your own personal sales force. This sales force though, unlike their human counterpart, will never tire, works 24/7, doesn't need a raise every year and NEVER calls in sick.

The next thing you need to remember about your autoresponder is that it is only as useful as the person who trains it. Who trains your autoresponder? You do, of course!

When someone communicates with you through email or an opt-in sign in form, they are telling you that they are interested in what you have to offer. It doesn't matter if you are selling a product or service, when that initial contact is made, that person is declaring that they are open to receive your "pitch".

Think of it as a potential customer walking through your shop's front door. If you have trained your sales staff correctly, they will know what needs to happen next - they need to sell!

Remember what I said earlier about your autoresponder being your own personal sales force? When that initial contact is made, your "Sales Team" needs to step in, educate your prospect about your product(s), convince them of their need for the product(s) and then attempt to close the deal, which of course, leads to money in your pocket. The wonderful thing about internet marketing though, is that all of this can take place while you (the owner of the business) sleep, vacation, take in a movie with your family or essentially do anything else other than interact personally with this prospect. And it all happens automatically!

Now, when I say "automatically", that does not mean "all by itself'. There is no magic potion for autoresponders, you still have to initially set it up to do what you want it to do. Remember, you have to "train" your sales force, which means you must set up the automatic messages that you want to send to your prospects. Follow these 5 key elements and you will be on your way to online success.

Relieving Your Life Of Acne MRR Ebook

It has long been believed that foods that are fried, chocolate or soda cause acne. Well, this great debate is over because it has been shown that these items have no scientific root linking them to acne.

There is no scientific evidence that shows that foods such as pizza, French fries or soda cause acne. Acne is caused by a biomechanism that causes your sebaceous glands to produce too much oil. These oils are much different than those that are used in cooking food. This myth has been around for so long because people simply believe that it is true. They cease eating foods and their skin clears up, but this can be due to a variety of other physical effects. Some people have noticed these changes and a doctor will simply tell you that if you think that is the cause then stop eating those foods. They are not going to tell you that chocolate and Dr Pepper cause acne.

It is, however, very important that you do eat healthy. There are numerous nutrition related issues that may be caused when you don’t eat a healthy diet. What you eat will not directly affect your skin, but it can cause a variety of other health problems that are much more serious than acne, such as heart disease. A balanced diet will also leave you feeling better all around. You will have more energy, slow down the effects of aging and make a healthier environment for your skin.

Acne is Not Caused by Poor Hygiene

This myth seems to make sense, but it really is not true. Acne is caused by an overproduction of sebum. This is natural oil that is essential to your skin to keep it waterproof and hydrated. A lack of cleanliness does not cause acne. In fact, the products that cause acne are located deep inside tissues that you can’t clean. Over cleaning and scrubbing your skin too much or using harsh chemicals on your skin can cause you to irritate your skin, thus increasing your chances of acne.

Proper skin care is important at all times throughout your life. If you have acne, then you want to take special care to keep your skin clean and healthy. This means that you need to protect it from too much sun and harsh cosmetics.

To clean your skin you will want to use a gentle soap or specialized skin cleaner. Wash your face with this product twice per day. Don’t scrub and aggravate the acne but clean it with a nice, soft cloth. Apply cleanser to all areas around the hairline and the neck. Rinse clean with water and pat dry your face. If you have very oily skin, then you may need to use an astringent. Use it only in the oily parts of your skin because dry skin will increase its oil production and make your acne worse. Hair care is also important and you will want to shampoo at least two or three times per week. If you have oily hair, then you will want to shampoo daily. This can help prevent scalp acne as well. Try to keep the shampoo off of your face as much as possible.

Tanning was once considered an acne treatment, but it really only dries out your skin and temporarily hides your acne. As your skin becomes accustomed to the sun, the acne will adjust and flare again. You are also risking skin damage and increasing your chances of skin cancer. Many acne medications are also prone to causing skin to be more sensitive to sunlight. This means you will need to be diligent about using sunscreen when outdoors.

The best thing you can do for your skin is not wear any make-up at all, but since we know this is not happening for many women, you will want to make your make-up selections carefully. Look for make-up that is “noncomedogenic” and avoid make-up that has an oil base. Be sure to read labels carefully when shopping. Be aware that even if it says “noncomedogenic,” it may still cause acne in some people. Be sure to wash away all make-up every evening before you go to bed. This allows your skin to breathe and provides your acne with air.

You can also look for make-up that contains products that will aid in killing bacteria that contributes to acne. In fact, this make-up can be useful in prevention as well. If you apply moderate amounts of make-up, you may be doing your skin some good. There are also several types of make-up that contain sunscreen to help prevent your face from damaging sunrays.

Chapter 6 Roses as Gifts and Drying Roses

Roses are great as gifts, especially for a special individual or occasion. Roses are common for Valentine’s Day, weddings and anniversaries. Roses are able to express anything you want to say something special without saying a word at all.

Bouquets

This is the most common gift that roses are used for. They are great in any color, especially when mixed with Spanish Moss or Baby’s Breath. These are very attractive and can be very simple, yet attractive gifts.

Potpourri

Potpourri is a lovely way to enjoy roses. Turning your roses into potpourri is easy and all you have to do is dry your roses properly. Once the roses are dried, you simply break the blooms apart and separate them. Place the shreds in a nice container or even hosiery for drawer potpourri.

Dried Bouquets

These are beautiful bouquets and will last forever. All you have to do is follow the sanding method for drying roses and plant them in a small pot. You can also mix the roses with dried green moss and other dried flowers. There are also several sprays available that will give the flowers a glossy look.

Candied Roses

These roses do not have to be completely fresh or dried. You can mix these with real roses or with candied or chocolate roses. These are a unique and delicious gift.

Drying Your Roses

There are a variety of reasons to dry your roses. One is that you can preserve your beautiful blooms forever and they also make special mementos. They can be used in weddings or as simple gifts.

Air Drying

Air-drying is the easiest method of drying your roses. All you have to do is start with perfect roses on their stems. If they are not perfect, they will fall apart. Remove leaves for the branches and bunch them in a manner so that they fan out. Tie the bottom of the bunch with a string or rubber band. Hang upside down in a dark, dry area for about two to three weeks.

Sand Drying

To sand dry your roses, you need to begin with perfect roses that do not have any dew and have dry stems. Bend the end of a wire into a hook over each rose head and pull down. This will secure the head to the stem.

Web 20 Revealed MRR Ebook

You can. Anyone can. Unlike traditional broadcast media like TV and radio, there are no bandwidth issues, there are no frequency issues and, in fact, there are basically no regulatory issues at all.

If, for example, you have a web site or a blog, there is nothing technically and nothing legally (other than possibly the copyright of others’ materials, which we’ll cover more in a moment) stopping you from starting to podcast right now!

Why Would People Pay For Podcast Programming When Radio Is Free?

The podcast world exists as a sort of blend of radio, which historically has always been free, and satellite radio, which is not free, plus downloadable music. Within just a short time, people have become accustomed to paying 99 cents per unit - which is usually a song, or about 4 minutes duration.

People will always pay for what they perceive to have value. For example, take real estate lectures. We know of a local realtor and real estate investor who decided to teach a class on how to make money in flips, given the attention of the housing market lately. He sold tickets for $25, had a hall with a capacity of about 100, and sold about two dozen seats - in other words, possibly breaking even on the venue rental and possibly not.

The material in that lecture would probably be more profitably sold as a podcast lecture series for a few dollars per subscription, or given away as value-added advertising for his real estate business.

By contrast, Donald Trump gave a lecture with The Learning Annex in New York City in Fall 2005.

The Learning Annex generally charges a few dollars for a lecture, has capacities of a couple of hundred seats, and pays the lecturer a couple of thousand dollars. Trump was paid a million dollars to speak for a couple of hours. How can the Annex pay for that? By getting a 40.000 seat event hall and charging $99 per ticket - that’s $3.96 million in gross ticket proceeds assuming a sellout...for a lecture on real estate.

Suffice it to say that people will pay and often pay big, for what they perceive as information or entertainment of value. The question for the entrepreneur becomes, is the podcast a product itself, or is it a way to increase sales of other products?

What You Need To Know About Real Estate MRR Ebook

Ebook Sample Content Preview:

When many people think of real estate, they only think of the market for persona homes, but the world of real estate is much larger than most people think it is. The real estate market is about much more than just finding your dream home. There are several different categories of homes and business properties as well as divisions in the types of real estate that are available to others. It does not matter if you are looking for a home or for a property that you can turn a profit with, if you are going to make an investment then you should know about the different types of real estate investments that are available.

There are two major types of real estate investments that are available today; business and residential. Each of these two investment types have specific guidelines that are set with them that will make a difference in the functions of the real estate. Once you have decided which of the two types of real estate you want to invest in, you will be able to determine what is available to you.

If you are looking at only residential areas, then the real estate that is available will be divided up by the size of the home. These types of homes will usually be referred to as single family or multi-family homes. If you are looking to invest in a multi family unit, then you can expect to have neighbors sharing the same walls with you, such as condos or town homes. A single family home will be completely independent from the other homes in the area and will usually be shaped differently because the neighbor’s cannot cross the yard.

Business real estate, like residential real estate, is also divided into smaller categories. These will often be referred to as commercial properties and can range from office buildings to manufacturing sites. The main difference between a business building and a residential building is that there will be a different approach towards the regulations. There will be different zoning rules and the lease will have different divisions for such purposes and taxes and insurance.

If you are in the right area, you could have the opportunity to invest in real estate property that has both commercial and residential areas in one. Usually land investments or areas that have been zoned for commercial purposes will have these types of regulations. If you are thinking about having a business from your home or if you want to expand into a business, this type of real estate investment may be the best choice for you.

It does not matter if you want a cozy home or a place to start your own business, knowing the different types of real estate that are available to invest in is the best place to begin your search.

Chapter 6: Quick Tips to Improve Your OTO

The sales letter is done, the offer is complete, yet you still don’t feel amazing as you thought you would about this one time offer. How then do you make something that is going to have you feeling confident, and sure that it will sell like crazy once the prospects arrive at the page? The answer is to make it irresistible. Here is how you do just that.

Make the offer clearly accessible to wondering eyes. This means that when a user finds your OTO after making a purchase, or however your OTO is triggered, they will pass through quickly. Some people make a point of not reading OTO’s at all, just to make a point. So for those people, one must cleverly design a sales page that catches their attention. How best can this happen? Through the use of clean crisp design, and bullet points.

Clean and crisp design is all about colorful graphics that help the eye gravitate in their direction without clogging up the screen, or disrupting the follow of the sales page. To help appease the wondering eyes, one can craft a set of carefully planned out bullet points, make them large enough that one can not miss them, and then post them to the page.

On the list of bullet points you want to write about the features of the product, and make sure to include some sensational statements that will spice things up. Even if the statement is blanket, and not directly related to your particular product in terms of features, it will still do its job of attracting eyeballs.

A statement about how rich the product will make the person, or what the product has done for others usually does this well. Once you have bullet points, you should at least capture some of those wondering eyes before they skip your OTO. And for those that are already reading your offer, the bullets can only help them see the offer more clearly.

Testimonials are another way to make the one time offer irresistible. Customer testimonials that help illustrate the power of the OTO can help draw buyers in, and give them the confidence to make a purchase.

Any testimonial put on the one time offer site should have a meaning to it, and be somewhere between 2 and 10 sentences long. You don’t want a long testimonial because people might simply skip over it, after all they just finished reading the sales page of your first product or service, and thus it might be taxing to read another set of testimonials. At the same time, it is important to make the testimonials long enough so that one can see that a customer or set of customers have gained enough confidence in the product to share their experiences with others.

Finally, it is important to make the one time offer a deal. A deal simply means a great price compared to the normal rate. Some of the best one time offers take a product or service and mark it down by as much as 90% in order to entice a prospect to take action.

If your product normally sells for $100, why not offer it for $20? This will make a lot of people think twice before skipping the page, and thus it is important that you seriously consider adding major value to your OTO. The advantage of using an OTO when it comes to information products is that there is room to do this and still profit. Information products are for the most part cheap or free to hold in stock, and sell, thus the more sales one makes, the more profit one is to receive, no matter how much the discount is.

If you are able to take all the information in this chapter, apply it to an existing or new OTO, you should see considerable results. In the end an OTO is all about you, and what you want to do with your product or service. If you envision your product as something of value, spread that value throughout your offer and the results should be exceptional.
