Edmund Loh There are several ways to use Private Label products given its benefits such as claiming authorship, editing the contents, and so forth. Some products even allow you to publish them offline.

But in my experience, the best leverage you can squeeze from Private Label Rights is conveying the Full Master Resell Rights to the PLR products. In other words, sell the Private Label product in PDF format but offer Full Master Resell Rights to it.

In fact, this method is inspired by some of my customers who did wonders with my PLRGold products. Let me explain.

If the Private Label product comes with PLR & Master Rights, it gets even better because most marketers I know tend to prefer to resell its Private Label Rights.

Result: tough competition. But you play a different ball game when you use the same product and take advantage of its flexible rights just by re-titling the Private Label E-Book, putting your name and using your own designed E-Cover.

That counts for significant changes at the expense of 6 to 24 hours. Sure beats weeks of hard work writing from scratch.

If the Private Label E-Book has 100-200 pages, just break it into several E-Books with 20-30 pages each, each targeting a sub niche. You might notice that most 100-200 page Private Label E-Books are written in the form of text books on a certain subject.

Just by breaking the huge book into chunks of smaller, extremely targeted books – no additional writing necessary – you already attract a more focused set of audience.

With that in mind, create multiple E-Books with Full Master Resell Rights and sell them. You don’t most of the money by selling upfront because the real kill settles in when you embed your affiliate links and place back-end advertisements in those products with Master Resell Rights.

This is the concept but by doing so, you’re in a real essence hitting 3 birds with a stone: making sales (upfront), building your list (from back-end advertising), and establishing your credibility – because people and resellers are reselling your E-Book over and over without you getting involved. Now Ok, we’ll move on to the next question.

How do I create, market and sell my own Private Label product? What is the best way?

Aurelius Tjin OK. I can’t really give you “the BEST way”, because it really depends if you’ve got the budget and time to invest in your own PLR product.

There’s two kinds of people –

If you’ve got NO TIME but do have MONEY, then I would highly, HIGHLY recommend you hire a ghostwriter to write or program your PLR product.

On the other hand, if you DO have time, have knowledge about your chosen topic, BUT you’re on a shoe-string budget, then you’d rather do it yourself.

Both ways will give you similar results. It just depends on those two factors – TIME and MONEY.

Once you’ve got your product created you could easily sell it to your own list (if you’ve got one), you know, just to get started. Edmund and I can’t stress out how important having your own list is – it’s the foundation of your business.

You could do a Private label rights firesale where you offer 7-10 private label products starting from $197 and moving up to about $297.

You can even start your own membership where you provide articles with private label rights and charge a monthly fee of about $29. That’s residual income for yourself.

Once you’re more advanced with creating PLR products you can seek Joint-Ventures to help you do a big launch.

If you’ve got NO list at all you can carefully advertise your product using Google Adwords. You’ll get your ads shown on Google searches in about 15 minutes. I also recommend you use other PPC services like Overture (they call it Yahoo Marketing or something like that now). Ok, so Edmund, let’s wrap it up….

Write as you speak. Since email is a very personal medium, you’ll want to write as you talk. People relate better to others whom they feel a connection with. Perhaps even add in some elements of your personal life once in a while so your subscribers will know you better.

Create a really good subject line. Your subject line is the first thing your recipient will see. It should be benefit-laden and tell the reader what is in it for him or her. However, don’t tell the whole story in your subject line! Make your subscriber curious enough so he or she will open your email.

Make the layout neat and easy to read. Use short, concise sentences whenever possible, and don’t ever use paragraphs which are too long. It’s good to ask yourself before you send out your email: is your email easy to read? Also, try to make your email a short one. If it’s too long, most people won’t be bothered to read it.

Always have a call-to-action. If you are promoting a product, you’d want your reader to click through to your link to buy. So make sure you place in a strong call-to-action. In some instances, your email can act like a sales letter, with all the traditional sale letter techniques, including a call-to-action.

Strength training is anaerobic exercise. Or exercise done in short, intense bursts that works your body without requiring much oxygen. So, when you lift weights you are trying to reshape your muscles from flab to tone and fab. Basically, you working the muscle against some form of resistance in order to break it down and rebuild it stronger and leaner.

When it comes to weight training you need to know a couple of basic terms. Repetition- the number of times you lift a weight or complete an exercise Set- a group of repetitions of the same exercise performed without stopping.

I do cardio all the time. Do I really need to train with weights?

Absolutely! Weight training strengthens your body and allows you to perform better during cardio sessions, which will help you burn more fat. Muscles are calorie burners and weight controllers so build them up and be a real loser…weight loser that is!

How often do I need to strength train?

According to the American Council on Exercise, 2-3 times a week is plenty. But for those we need to lose a significant amount of weight or those who desire BIG results a bit more quickly…3-4 may necessary. Consult with a certified trainer to start off slowly and to find out how to develop the right routine for you and your goals.

How much weight and how many reps should I do?

I recommend you start your lifting routine with 12-15 reps per set. There are many techniques that incorporate heavier weights at lower reps but stick to the basics right now. Start with a low weight that you know you can lift. Continue increasing the weight until you reach a weight that makes you feel fatigued after 10-12 reps. Keep a lifting log and chart your progress. As you get stronger you will need to increase your weight. Always be asking your self “did I feel the burn on those last few reps?” If not, increase your weight.

Many guys stress out about shopping for a Valentine's Day gift for their girlfriends. They worry that the gift they give will be too romantic or not romantic enough for the stage of the relationship. If they have just started dating an expensive gift may be inappropriate but they do not want to give a gift which will leave the impression that they are not serious about the relationship. All of this self doubt can make buying the right gift a difficult task. Here are some tips if you are struggling to select a suitable gift for your girlfriend.

When trying to decide on a gift, first carefully consider where you are in the relationship. If you have been dating for awhile and are confident you are strongly committed to each other, consider more expensive and extravagant gifts. If you have only been dating for a short time and aren't sure where the relationship is going, stick with simpler gifts. While it is important to carefully evaluate your relationship, remember that you run the risk of interpreting it differently than she does. You may feel things are going well and the two of you are strongly committed but she may feel the relationship is too new to be thinking about the future or vice versa. This can create an awkward situation. Have a conversation with her about your status before shopping for Valentine's Day. This will help to assure you are on the same page. A super resource is 1000 Questions for Couples

Flowers are a safe bet. Flowers are so commonly associated with Valentine's Day that she is not likely to misinterpret your gift. A dozen red roses is a romantic gift but not one she is likely to read too much into. There are some mistakes a you can make when giving flowers on Valentine's Day. Your girlfriend may be hurt or disappointed by a gift of yellow roses because they symbolize friendship and not romantic love. She may feel as though you do not take the relationship seriously and don't think there is much of a romantic future for the two of you. The one exception to this is if she particularly likes yellow roses or prefers them over red ones.

Jewelry is appropriate as long as the cost and style of of the piece is commensurate with the stage of your relationship. An expensive diamond ring is not proper if you have only been dating for a short time. Even in a long term relationship, a diamond ring is a bad idea if she assumes the ring is an engagement ring and you meant something less. As a general rule when giving jewelry limit it to less expensive items in a new relationship. Save the more extravagant items for a strong relationship where you see a definite future.

An excellent option when choosing jewelry is to pick something exotic or from a different part of the world, such as lapis jewelry from Chile, or American Indian jewelry. This way you can give her a unique gift, but one that doesn't send the wrong message like a traditional piece can.

Products and Services

Internet marketing is a business, just like any other business. As such you do need products or services to market. You can either create your own product or become an Affiliate or Reseller to promote other peoples’ products or services in return for commissions.

I believe that it is best to create your own products. When you have your own product you control how much you earn and you will also enhance your own credibility. Hey, you are the creator!

These are the types of products that can be marketed on the Internet:

Physical products

Digital or Virtual products

Membership and services

In my opinion everything can be marketed on the Internet. This includes physical products. The only concern is the logistic issues. Can you imagine if I am marketing a big piece of furniture to the US? Firstly I have to take care of the shipping and delivery. I also need to have insurance coverage. What about the government regulations that I have to adhere to? To add to that, different countries may have different requirements!

Another example is say I am marketing cakes to the US. Can you imagine the process and procedure involved to get the cakes to the US? I believe that when the cakes finally make it to the US, it may not look like a cake. It may not likely taste like a cake…unless you use lots of preservatives and chemicals.

However, physical products can be marketed successfully if the logistic problems can be minimized. Amazon is successfully marketing physical books, CDs and other items.

To my opinion the best products to market are digital products such as ebooks and software. Why are they the best products to market?

This is the information age and information marketing is big business. Therefore ebooks are great products.

People are always looking for ways to solve their problems, be it in the legal profession, accounting profession or other sectors. Create software solutions to fill their needs and you will have a ready market.

Digital products are easy to create and do not cost much. In fact you do not even need to create them on your own. You can outsource the creation process to others. There are many free lancers that will be able to create these products for you for a fee. You can also purchase ebooks and software with Private Label Rights. What it means is that you can change the title or description and put your name as the creator. There are many of these PLR packages being offered on the Internet.

There is no delivery cost. These digital products are delivered through downloads from the Internet.

For ebooks, there is no printing cost as compared to the paperback version. Finally you can also start a membership site to provide services on the Internet. A membership site can provide information, services or even digital products for a monthly or fixed charge. A membership site is good because you can have recurring income.

Web Site

So you have your products or services to market! Now you need to showcase your products. This can be done through a web site.

You can either learn to create your own web site or outsource it for others to do it for you. Actually creating a website is not difficult especially that today you can have access to plenty of web site creating software. You need not have HTML knowledge with these software.

Creating a web site is only the beginning. You need to create an effective web site that can sell. This process is called “Copywriting”. You need to have an effective sales copy that can induce your prospects to stay on your web site and ultimately make a buying decision. You can learn to create your own sales copy, but my advice is to get the experts to do it for you. The copywriting is that important…it is the difference between selling zero product and thousands of products.

There is no need for any hard-sell

All you do is provide people with advice. You really are helping them with a problem they know they have.

It is repetitive, without being annoying.

Seeing links like this over and over again, your visitors/subscribers will eventually click one of them out of curiosity - and off they go! And if they don't buy the first time, seeing the link again and again will keep reminding them of the product and its benefits.

It is timely

You are introducing people to the idea of proper organization at precisely the moment they are going to be thinking about where to store something.

People get to retain YOUR information for future purchases

Once someone has bought the organizational product (e.g. the IM Index Mind Map), your filing advice links no longer operate as promotional links, but really do provide your contacts with helpful advice. They encourage them to store the information properly.

This is still to your advantage because, if they are not ready to make a purchase at the time you promote some product, they are much more likely to retrieve your information - having filed it away properly - and make the purchase using your promotional material when they are ready.

A New Year You Give Away Rights Ebook

This relates to the previous step, but it is not exactly the same. Unless you get specific about your goals, you can’t define the little steps that add up to real success. Unless you can measure the results, you’ll never know when you’ve completed a step and are ready for the next one.

Most of us have made vague types of New Year’s resolutions, such as “I’m really going to get into shape.” Chances are you can’t even remember how many times you’ve done that, because vague resolutions never work.

The desire to get into shape is wonderful, and awareness of the problem is always the first step to solving it. But “getting into shape” is not an effective resolution, and anyone who makes such a vague, formless resolution is not going to stick with it for very long. It’s just not possible. Imagine trying to grab hold of a cloud, and you’ll understand right away.

What does getting “into shape” means. Does it mean you’re going to lose 3 inches off your stomach? Or that you’re going to lose 25 pounds? Or add 4 inches to your chest and biceps? Maybe it means you’ll be able to run a 10k race without stopping, or beat your previous record by 5 minutes. For others, it might mean getting those six pack abs to show off at the beach. Whatever it means to you, that’s your ultimate goal. Now you can write your New Year’s resolutions around the behavior or actions that will cause you to achieve your goal.

Once again, you can start out miles ahead by following a proven system. If you can afford a personal trainer, that’s ideal. If not, The Truth About Six Pack Abs and Fit Over Forty are two proven fitness programs. If you work long hours on your computer or at a desk, take a look at Better Pos-ture Guaranteed.

The point to remember is that resolutions must be specific and measur-able. If they’re not, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment, because there’s no real way to know if you’ve met your goal or not. Imagine playing football without a goal line, or baseball without home plate. This is true for all New Year’s resolutions, not just ones involving losing weight or get-ting fit.

“I am going to spend more time with my family,” is an admirable state-ment, but it’s not really a New Year’s resolution. Contrast that with, “I’m going to be home from work every night by 6:30, plus, I’m going to turn down extra work assignments for Saturdays and Sundays, and plan the days around family outings and activities.” There’s a huge difference be-tween the two—one is a vague idea, the other involves specific and mea-surable actions. So be specific and know what you want when writing your New Year’s resolutions—it can mean the difference between success and failure.

ClickBank Vendors Setup Guide

Like I said earlier, I love ClickBank.

It’s great to be able to access so many affiliates in one place, and to have CB handle the paychecks every two weeks and all the accounting and tracking too.

But ClickBank has left a few holes in how they link everything together that puts you and your affiliates at a disadvantage. For you, if people spot your vendor name so easily that they can create their own affiliate link on the fly, you lose full sales profit. And if your affiliates are not getting proper credit for sales, then they will stop promoting your products and you will feel the effect of that too.

There’s three problem areas in the sales and ordering process using ClickBank’s linking system.

Problem One:

When your affiliates use their affiliate link for your product, when the visitor gets to your sales page they can tell it’s a ClickBank product because it looks like this:

This is the first tipoff that your product is sold through ClickBank and could be easy to buy at a discount, bypassing the affiliate commission that your affiliate should be getting for promoting your product.

Problem Two:

When someone places their mouse over your order link or order graphic they can find out your vendor name and then create their own affiliate link and buy your product at a discount. This affects your affiliates, but it also affects you in case the visitor was not referred by an affiliate (if this is the case you just lost profits on that sale).

There are two more problems with both the old and new ClickBank pay links are when the buyer puts their mouse over the link they can see your vendor name and then create their own affiliate link to make their purchase.

The problem with the new pay link is when the buyer clicks the link and goes to the first ClickBank page they can see the vendor name in the URL address window…

And…

Problem Three:

After inputting their country and postal code and going to the second page, they can see the vendor name just above the “Click Once To Pay” button. Fortunately, these problems are easy to fix so as to not make your vendor name so easy to spot.

OK. This is a short chapter. Why? Because it is time to get out there and start training.

But before you go, would it surprise you if I told you that most people I work with do not use their training aids correctly?

I used to be amazed by this fact. People seem too lazy, too stubborn, or not really motivated to train the way they will improve the most. So why even buy one?

I don't mean to sound "preachy" but if you are going improve, you are going to have to get serious. I know, I know. We already established this. But it is still good to remember.
