The regular daily and monthly rhythms of Earth's only natural satellite, the Moon, have guided timekeepers for thousands of years. Its influence on Earth's cycles, notably tides, has also been charted by many cultures in many ages. More than 70 spacecraft have been sent to the Moon; 12 astronauts have walked upon its surface and brought back 382 kg (842 pounds) of lunar rock and soil to Earth.

The presence of the Moon stabilizes Earth's wobble. This has led to a much more stable climate over billions of years, which may have affected the course of the development and growth of life on Earth.

How did the Moon come to be? The leading theory is that a Mars-sized body once hit Earth and the resulting debris (from both Earth and the impacting body) accumulated to form the Moon. Scientists believe that the Moon was formed approximately 4.5 billion years ago (the age of the oldest collected lunar rocks). When the Moon formed, its outer layers melted under very high temperatures, forming the lunar crust, probably from a global "magma ocean."

From Earth, we see the same face of the Moon all the time because the Moon rotates just once on its own axis in very nearly the same time that it travels once around Earth. This is known as "synchronous rotation." Patterns of dark and light features on the nearside have given rise to the fanciful "Man in the Moon" description. The light areas are lunar highlands. The dark features, called maria, are impact basins that were filled with dark lava between 4 and 2.5 billion years ago.

After this time of volcanism, the Moon cooled down, and has since been nearly unchanged, except for a steady rain of "hits" by meteorites and comets. The Moon's surface is charcoal gray and sandy, with much fine soil. This powdery blanket is called the lunar regolith, a term for mechanically produced debris layers on planetary surfaces. The regolith is thin, ranging from about 2 meters on the youngest maria to perhaps 20 meters on the oldest surfaces in the highlands.

Unlike Earth, the Moon does not have moving crustal plates or active volcanoes. However, seismometers planted by the Apollo astronauts in the 1970s have recorded small quakes at depths of several hundred kilometers. The quakes are probably triggered by tides resulting from Earth's gravitational pull. Small eruptions of gas from some craters, such as Aristarchus, have also been reported. Local magnetic areas have been detected around craters, but the Moon does not have a magnetic field resembling Earth's.

Information is selling like hot cakes today. Wherever you go, people are looking for information. The Internet is all about delivering information, whether in the form of words, audio or video.

Every Internet entrepreneur is selling a piece of the information pie, whether they know it or not! If you develop a content site, you are also selling information.

However, if you want to explode your profits, creating your own products is the way to go. By having your own products, you keep most of the profits.

Is creating information products hard? In the past the only way one could create an information product was to write a book and then get it published through a publisher. This would cost a lot of money, and the chances of your work being accepted were very slim.

Now, with the Internet, you can create your own information product very fast and you don’t need a big budget. You can self-publish your information products and get a Print-On-Demand service to print several copies of your tangible book.

Jason is the new coach of a basketball team. His team has won many games since he has arrived to replace the previous coach.

The players are more at ease with him and more open to discuss any concern with him. Moreover, they have become more confident and motivated to play now that he's leading the team.

Before he coached the team, they were on a losing streak. Now the team is on a hot streak and they may even have a chance to win the championship. What is Jason's secret?

Whenever one player does something nice, Jason gives him a good name to live up to. When a player makes good blocks or does a great job in rebounding, Jason will tell him, "Wow! Your rebounding and defense are very much like Tim Duncan. Keep it up."

When a player shoots consistently well, Jason will tell him, "Super! Your sweet moves rival those of Steve Nash. Wow!" When his team wins, he'll encourage them, "We will win one game at a time. We'll win the championship, just like the San Antonio Spurs did."

Jason knows how to praise his players and how to motivate them to do better. He assigns qualities and aspects that the players are inspired to adopt, even if the players don't possess those characteristics yet.

The players, on the other hand, would try their best to establish the reputation that their coach has assigned to them. They don't want to humiliate themselves by performing below the reputation that Jason has delegated to them.

Whenever he needs something to be done by a player, Jason tells him, "James, you always shoot like Michael Jordan. In this play, you're going to take the game-winning shot. Let's win this!"

James feels like the MVP. He's all fired up and his coach expects him to play like Michael Jordan. James simply can't let his team down. Sometimes Coach Jason will apply a slightly different approach.

When he expects David to defend Brian (the other team's star player), Jason will tell him, "David, you've always been a great defensive specialist. Nobody has ever stopped Brian from scoring above 20 points in any game before. Would you be able to stop him this time?"

Coach Jason issued a challenge to David. David couldn't back out now. He has to prove that he can defend Brian. He has to show everyone that he is one of the greatest defensive players ever.

When you give out a challenge to someone, that person will be much more motivated to prove to you that he can accomplish any task you assign him. Moreover, he will want to enhance his reputation by trying to surpass that challenge you brought out to him.

Adwords Power Tips Give Away Rights Ebook

Ad Group Keyword Grouping

When you create an ad-group you need to put keywords within the ad-group that are “semantically cohesive”. This means that the group contains keywords only that all relate to fulfill the needs of the searcher.

Ask yourself the following question:

“Should “x” keyword be in this group? After all the searcher is reading the advert I specified so does it make sense to display that advert for that keyword?”

If you’re answer is no then you need to take the contrary keyword(s) out of the adgroup and put into a new one of their own.

The Single Adgroup

Although at first it may seem tempting – collecting all your keywords and lumping them into a single ad-group for ‘ease of administration’ is not a good idea for a multitude of reasons.

First off, let’s say you have managed to find 1000 keywords for your campaign and you pop them all into a single ad-group. Yes, you get a single point of administration (or more accurately a single point of failure)

But look at what you miss:

The ability to group tightly cohesive keywords (which are the mindset of your prospects) and construct targeted adverts which are more likely to gain a click through to your site.

The ability to have specific landing pages on your site for specific customer psychographics. This alone will greatly increase your chances of getting a prospect respond to your call to action – be it an email address capture or a sale.

The ability to keep tight control over the budget of your ‘best’ keywords (where best are high traffic/high conversion). Sure you can adjust individual CPC’s within an ad-group, but the granularity and control is not there and the problems inherent with grouping too many loosely assembled keywords will ensure your efforts are thwarted and money wasted.

Remember Google rewards good advertising performance and looks at all advertiser histories & in particular, your advertising history when determining how well you are doing.

Adwords is not a fire and forget medium (unless you have a very niche market with very little competition – but the days of such markets are numbered).

Active campaign management is required to ensure you have not just a return of your investment but a positive return on your investment.

Keyword Research

Keyword Research is ostensibly a never ending pursuit regardless of the number of keywords (both of the positive and negative variety).

This is because – to paraphrase Einstein – “Everything is connected to everything else”.

Therefore there are a large number of keywords you can research. Take a look at the following diagrammatic representation with primary keywords surrounded by secondary and finally on the outside tertiary keywords.

Amit Singhal, principal scientist at Google, has said that over 50% of the 200 million searches performed a day have never been searched before. He also said:

"When performing a search most surfers give a 2-4 word query".

Most Google Advertisers start and finish with a set of primary keywords directly related to their business – the majority in fact do a very poor job at finding even primary keywords.

With secondary keywords, you may have landing pages on your site that have articles that are indirectly related to your business but neatly raise the awareness of your business to the prospect. Alternatively you could start an entirely different site focused on the secondary keywords but brokering traffic to your main site.

This is a classic Hub and Spoke pattern where your money site is the hub and secondary traffic brokering sites are the spokes.

The limit you take this approach to is entirely up to you (you could go to a tertiary level if you exhaust all secondary spoke options) and no doubt along the way with research you will spot new profit niches.

I call my style of article spinning “Content Evolution”. The goal here is to create unique variations of your original article that STILL maintain the same high quality and optimization as the original source. Often, these unique variations are better than the original source...

Rather than submit or syndicate one copy of your article to dozens of other websites online — and add to the growing landfill of duplicate content — why not make unique versions of the same article before you submit it?

Here’s how it works... You take one article that you just wrote. You re-write the intro paragraph twice, you pick a body paragraph and re-write it twice, and then you re-write the concluding paragraph twice. Or, hire a ghostwriter to do the re-writing for you.

Then, you create various combinations using the re-writes that you just created. The next step is to evolve this content and make some minor tweaks to it. If you do this correctly, you will be able to easily come up with two dozen or more high-quality variations of your original article (this applies to PLR articles too).
As a general rule, your article variations should be about 30% different from the original article. The more variation between each article, the better.

Determining whether or not your article variations are 30% different from the original article is no easy task. Lucky for you, I am going to give you the download link to a handy FREE piece of software that will help you out. Using this software, it’s a 2-second process to check/compare your articles.

Let's say whenever your friend pats you on the back, you whistle a happy tune. You did this every time.

Next time when you want him to pat you on the back, all you've got to do is whistle that same happy tune. He won't even be aware that you've programmed him to do it every time he hears that tune.

This takes a little more practice though; but once you've accomplished it, you're in big business. Be forewarned! Never intentionally apply anchors to manipulate other people. Create an anchor in low-risk situations.

Put anchors to good use. A manager of a company would always say in a loud enthusiastic voice "Fantastic Job!" to anyone who has performed beyond his expectations. Due to his encouragement, that manager’s department is the most satisfied and motivated in the whole company.

Every time they hear the manager say "Fantastic Job!" to anyone in the office, they would remember the happy and fulfilled feeling when they were the ones being congratulated. That would then motivate the staff to do their very best.

Where Do I get MP3 music?

Music already on your computer - Your Compact discs - P2P networks

Your vinyl/cassettes - Online music stores

Music already on your computer:

Like most of us you've probably already copied music to your computer or downloaded music from the 'Net'. If so you need to choose an MP3 player that files and replays the format(s) you've already stored. If it's MP3, virtual y any MP3 player will do the job. Be wary as I once used a DJ program that made my music files into a format that I've never come across again, it was great for that program but I could not convert it any other format that did not cause any loss of clarity. Then I started using Musicmatch, which I prefer, I had to start from scratch and rip all my music from CD's again.

Your Compact Discs:

If you've kept your music on CDs, you can purchase any MP3 player, as you'll need to rip your CD's to your computer using software that comes with your new MP3 player. In doing this the format will suit your player weather it be MP3, WMA, OGG, or one of the other formats that are becoming available.

If your player did not come with software I've found that Musicmatch will rip, file, burn or transfer your MP3 files to virtually any MP3 player, but do check some manufacturers are making it difficult to download songs from anywhere but their preferred site.

Online music stores:

Here's where it gets entertaining. If you intend to buy music from online music stores such as iTunes, Musicmatch or Napster_Premium the legal Napster, you need to make sure your MP3 player will work with the appropriate format. In a perfect world any MP3 player will play all legal downloaded music, but the world is not perfect and certain MP3 players will only work with specific formats.

With some CD manufacturers putting anti-copying software (not stopping - yet - but limiting the # of copies we can make) on the music CD, in the future we may only be able to transfer music to our MP3 player from the recognised supplier of our specific MP3 player. Apple and Sony have already done this with their respective websites Apple with the iTunes website and Sony with ‘Sony Connect’ that suits their new mp3 players. Generally if you have a Sony MP3 player you cannot use it with ‘iTunes’ and visa versa. All the other MP3 player suppliers generally use Windows media player, which enables you to buy and download from most of the other download sites like Yahoo’s Musicmatch or Napster Premium, BuyMusic, Dell, Microsoft, MusicNow, RealNetworks' Rhapsody and Wal-Mart.

Downloaded music files are normally copywrite protected and can only used on a limited # of play back devices. This is designed to enable you to say, have a copy on your Computer, your MP3 player and maybe your car or a CD for your partner, but not enough to make a copy for each of your mates. This gives the Music Labels confidence to allow the tracks to be traded legally online.

P2P networks (peer-to-peer)

Most of these are done by copying off someone else's computer through P2P services like the original Napster, Winmx ( which have both been disbanded) and Kazaa over the Internet and most of these music files are already in the MP3 format and suit most players. What you do need to watch out for is the quality of the audio through both the ripping and the downloading of these files, and as this can be seen as breaking copywrite laws you may be prosecuted, as a number of people have been already.

Records (Vinyl)/Cassettes

If you have music on Records, cassettes, or even cartridges, you can record these to your computer as you would a CD, mind you this will take time as you will have to play each track at the normal playing speed, converting them to MP3's as you go. Once this is done you can listen to them from your computer or transfer them to your MP3 player. Purchasing a unit like the iRiver_mp3_players or similar will make life easier as these units will encode directly to MP3 from your stereo or CD player.

ASSUME RESPOSIBILITY

You got yourself into this mess now it’s up to you to get yourself out! No one forced you to gain weight or become unhealthy. Before you can go forward on this journey you must take responsibility for your actions. It’s not your best friend’s fault because she ordered dessert or your kids because they keep you nusy running them around. You make your own choices and the sooner you realize the ball is always in your court the closer you are to weight loss success.

THE PAST IS THE PAST

Yeah, you’ve made some poor choices in the past. All those choices have led you to the shape you’re in right now. Why do we eat an entire box of Girl Scout cookies at one time? Why do use our treadmill as a clothes line? There are many reasons for this behavior: self- pity, poor attitude, depression, lack of focus, no plan, laziness, no will-power, emotional turmoil and stress, to name a few. Some times there can be deep emotional scars from a childhood trauma or emotional event that needs to be addressed. Sometimes these type of pent-up emotions can prevent weight loss or lifestyle change. I recommend seeing a therapist or pastor to truly get to the heart of the matter. Leave all that old stuff behind and start clean. The new you is just around the corner.

EMOTIONAL EATING

One of the biggest enemies of weight loss is Emotional Eating. That would be the action of eating an entire box of Girl Scout cookies because you are bored, stressed, had a fight with someone, etc. Most of us have done this at some time in our lives but when it happens on a daily basis it is a MAJOR problem. You need to learn to handle these moments of weakness with positive alternatives and more importantly learn to head them off before they happen. Understanding what triggers these events will become very important in your overall success. We will talk more about this and how to handle these moments later in this book.

GET YOUR ATTITUDE IN CHECK

Another key element that could very well determine if you are successful in changing your lifestyle is YOUR ATTITUDE. People who have a positive attitude are always more successful in weight loss and life change. “I can’t” needs to change to “I will”. Self affirmation is very powerful.
