INTRODUCTION:

Use this planner to map out your year in monthly increments. Each month has a day where you can enter your plan and then follow the execution of that plan.

At the end of the month there is a section where you can summarize all your KEY achievements and review your time spent. This will allow you not only to feel pride for what you have done but also see where all your interruptions are coming from.

Note: This planner should ONLY be used for DEDICATED project time – ie WORK hours, or what you want to classify as work hours. Family time and holiday/vacation time should be excluded.

In reality, the whole thing is what you want to make of it. It’s YOURS to do with as you will and to USE as you will. You can even use several ACTION PLANNERS for separate projects if you want. It is entirely up to you!

YOUR PLEDGE:

This ACTION PLANNER will only work if you USE it. Accordingly, I would like you to make the following pledge: I ……………………………………… will faithfully record ALL my tasks in this time planner. My project is called ……………………………… I am signing my name here ……………………………………….. as my personal pledge of commitment and I do this on this the ……. day of ……………………………….. in the year…………. I know that my word and my signature are my bond and there is NO person more important than me when it comes to personal commitment and integrity to follow through.

It makes sense. "Marketing" is the second word of our industry.

It makes sense. "Marketing" is the second word of our industry. If this still does not make sense to you, please restart reading Chapter 4 of this Ebook.

In recent times it would give the impression that fats and carbohydrates have both gotten a bad rap. First it was fat that was the culprit in all dietary ills, and low fat diets were all the rage. Then the two switched places, with carbohydrates being the bad guys and fat reigning supreme.

Both fats and carbohydrates play an important role in nutrition, and both are vital to a healthy diet. It would be impossible and unwise to remove all fat from the diet, since fat is important for the production of energy, and for carrying valuable fat soluble vitamins like vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin K, throughout the body. In addition, fat plays a very important role in regulating various bodily functions.

Even though some fat is essential to a healthy body, too much fat can be harmful. Excessive levels of dietary fats have been implicated in heart disease, stroke, high cholesterol levels and even some cancers. Most nutritionists suggest limiting daily fat intake to less than 20% of calories, although taking that level lower than 10% is not recommended.

The type and amount of fat in the diet makes all the difference. A diet high in saturated fats, trans fats and cholesterol has been associated with a variety of ills, including heart disease, stroke and other related diseases. In addition, many long-term chronic problems, such as obesity, are associated with high levels of dietary fats.

Food labels do make the complex process of choosing the right fats somewhat easier. For instance, trans fats will be listed on the ingredient list of foods that include them. In general, trans fats are found mainly in processed foods. When limiting your daily intake of fat and cholesterol, it is good to have an understanding of nutritional labels. This government mandated labels could be a huge help to those who take the time to read and be aware of them.

Carbohydrates are an important part of a healthy diet as well, and carbs are necessary for providing energy and many vital nutrients. Carbohydrates are found in fruits and vegetables, in grains and in milk and dairy products. It is important to choose carbohydrates carefully, however, since not all are equally healthy.

Keeping saturated fats and trans fats to a minimum is important to a healthy diet. Trans fats, which are solid at room temperature, are most often found in highly processed foods like cookies, cakes and other baked goods. In addition, trans fats are often found in fried foods and in salty snacks like potato chips. While these foods are fine in moderation, it is best to avoid large quantities of such snacks.

Social networking isn’t a new phenomenon. It wasn’t invented in the twentyfirst century. Every Elks Lodge, Lions Club, Chamber of Commerce, Church, Sewing Circle, Book Club, etc. that ever existed afforded an opportunity for social networking.

The members of any social networking group identify with and help other members of their group. They provide information to one another that is mutually beneficial.

They share when something of interest or something of concern is happening that is of interest to or a threat to their particular social network and the members collectively pursue the interest or ward off the threat.

Many times social networking groups are work related. For example you have very likely heard of the way that law enforcement personnel stick together and ‘watch each other’s backs’ so to speak. This social networking group is often referred to as ‘the long blue line’.

Another work related social networking group is long distance truck drivers. By using their CB radios, they stay in contact with one another and warn each other of road hazards. If one of them has a problem, others go to his or her aid.

Social networks have been around probably since the beginning of time in some form or another but the advent of the personal computer certainly put a new spin on social networking. Web 2.0 has really kicked social networking up several notches.

No longer is social networking limited to people who work at the same jobs or who live in the same communities. Social networking is now world wide and easily accessible to everyone who has access to a computer and an internet connection.

It all started with the advent of instant messaging technology but it has grown far beyond that limited ability. With instant messaging it was necessary to let others see your email address and so you lost much of your anonymity. In today’s Web 2.0 world, social networking and complete anonymity are both possible.

The online dating sites are a very good example of this compatibility. People can register and pay for memberships on online dating sites and conduct an entire relationship for many months without knowing other members real name, email address or the name of the city in which they live. All communication is conducted on the online dating website itself thus affording both social networking and anonymity.

How to Track your Website Visitors: Checking visitors and traffic is essential to any marketing plan. Without it you have no way of telling where your visitors or customers are coming from.

There are tons of free resources to help you figure out where, how and most importantly what keywords your visitors are using to find your website or post. Your web hosting provider should have good analytical information via the cpanel section of your account. You should be able to see stats such as keywords. Obviously the keyword stats are very important!

Google Analytics is another good stats site that does help you determine where your website visitors are coming from. The two I’ve mentioned above work well but does it takes somewhat of a learning curve to figure out how they work.

The number one stats website or program online today is statcounter.com it provides me with all the stats I want to know. And it does it in a very user friendly script.

Does your website get enough traffic? If not you better pay attention to the search engines and what keyw ords your visitors are using to find you, and what keywords potential visitors are using but not finding your website listed for yet. Statcounter.com does all this for free.

Now, that you know how profitable this area can be, you should learn what you can and get going. The best teacher in this new and fastly evolving area is experience, but you can't get that if you are not approved. So, start to research and submit applications to various CPA networks to get your foot in the door while some may now be getting off the ground.

Once a network starts to be very large, the potential for getting in drops significantly and they get much more exclusive. It doesn't mean you won't be able to get in, but it can certainly be harder.

There are some larger players like Microsoft and Google who are hedging their bets by trying to get some version of a CPA network started. However, these are by invitation only and will remain somewhat exclusive for some time. So, the more credibility you gain through other less monolithic companies, the better when they do finally decide to open up their doors a little more. If you can then show that you've been doing CPA networks for some time and are good at it, there will be much less resistance to allowing you in when the time comes.

Don't be afraid to lose some money when you first start, as long as you are learning. Everything you do will help you start to figure out what works best for you and once you have that formula, all you have to do is keep repeating it over and over.

As an entrepreneur, you do have to expect to put some of your own money down as seed money, and there is a risk you can lose it. However, there is also a great potential to increase it and then you can turn around and reinvest it and watch it grow.

Keep checking your affiliate offers to make sure that you are current and that your offers are working for you. Sometimes an offer closes out or the affiliate campaign ends, or the affiliate disappears. In cases like that, you want to be able to put something else in its place to continue to generate revenues. Always keep a close eye on your expenses versus your revenues and continuously look for strategies that can enhance your bottom line.

Pretty soon, doing CPA offers will be like riding a bike. You may have gotten on a little wobbly, but after a while you made it to the end of the block. Pretty soon, you'll be biking all over town and “no hands.” Then, you will finally be able to see the sign at the end of the road that leads the way to your financial freedom.

Understanding Autoresponders Give Away Rights Ebook

If you are using your autoresponder to sell a product or service, you must be very careful as to how you approach your potential customer. Few people like a hard sell, and marketers have known for years that in most cases, a prospect must hear your message an average of seven times before they will make a purchase. How do you accomplish this with autoresponders?

It’s really quite simple, and in fact, the autoresponders make getting the message to your potential customers those seven times possible. On the Internet, without the use of autoresponders, you probably could not achieve that. Too often, marketers make the mistake of literally slamming the potential customer with a hard sales pitch with the first autoresponder message – this won’t work.

You build interest slowly. Start with an informative message – a message that educates the reader in some way on the topic that your product or service is related to. At the bottom of the message, includes link to the sales page for your product. Use that first message to focus on the problem that your product or service can solve, with just a hint of the solution.

Build up from there, moving into how your product or service can solve a problem, and then with the next message, ease into the benefits of your product – giving the reader more actual information with each and every message. Your final message should be the sale pitch – not your first one! With each message, make sure that you are giving the customer information pertaining to the topic – free information! This is what will keep them interested in what you have to say.

This type of marketing is an art. It may take time to get it exactly right. Use the examples that other marketers have set for you. Pay attention to the messages that you receive from other marketers.

Start a ‘swipe’ file, and keep those messages that cause you to want to take action. Use some of the better sales copy for your own autoresponder messages – just make sure that yours doesn’t turn out to be an exact copy of someone else’s sales message!

Remember not to start with a hard sell. Build your potential customers interest. Keep building on what the problem is, and how your product or service can solve that problem or fill that need. If you are doing this right, by the time the potential customer reads the last message in that series, they will be convinced enough to make a purchase!
