Thread carefully in forex market and always invest only what you can afford to lose. Also avoid using high leverage, especially in the beginning. Small leverage (up to 10:1) won’t bring you much profit, but it will also prevent you from losing much money. So, how hard should you hit the ball to get it into the cup? A ball landing one or two feet shy of the hole isn't considered in. Therefore, the first step in putting is to hit the ball with just enough force. Remember: just enough.

This way, if the ball misses the hole, it will still be located fairly close to the hole & you won't have much difficulty making the next putt, given that the ball will still be close. So, how do you determine how hard to hit the ball?

It's fairly easy. Go to a practice green & try putts from different distances until you start to get a better grasp on how hard to hit it from various lengths.

Practice first from 8 feet, 20 feet, and then from 40 feet. Hit the ball from different angles around the hole to see how the different lengths of putts feel.

With sufficient practice, your mind will start to develop a connection between the exact amount of force that you need to swing & the right force needed to land the ball in the hole.

Okay, so we're going to focus our energy on getting paid by other people to send visitors to their sites and buy their products. You can get paid for this in a couple of different ways. One is Pay Per Click, the other is Pay Per Action.

Google Adwords (adwords.google.com) is by far the most popular Pay Per Click (or PPC) network out there, but it can take a TON of clicks to add up to any substantial revenue it's promoters. We're not saying that you should ignore it, but let's look at the other alternative for the moment.

What we're going to talk about here is one type of 'Pay Per Action' revenue. Which is, more specifically, when a merchant pays you every time a certain action occurs.

This action could be as simple as having a prospect fill in their zip code, it could be a long form of information, or it could be when a SALE is made. The merchant pays you to refer paying clients to them and you make money when they do. Of course this is also known by a more common term: Affiliate Marketing. This is the type of Pay Per Action we're going to focus on in 4MM.

Now, I know that a vast majority of readers probably know a good bit about how Affiliate Marketing works. But, bear with us (or skip ahead) as I give a little more detail for those who might just be starting out.

Chapter 7: List building 2.0

List building begins with having an autresponder and a Squeeze Page that includes the opt-in box of your autoresponder. For an autoresponder you have 2 options, either you use your own hosted autoresponder on your own Dedicated Server, or you use an autoresponder service like Aweber.

You can also use membership site scripts like The Giveaway Announcer or the Giveaway Manager 2 to build up your own list. There are more advanced systems with many options to further moneytize your list.

List building 2.0 means you don't send out advertising to your list... you rather concentrate on providing high quality content. If you advertise programs that require a free signup but provide good content for free, then you don't need to promote these programs, you can simply tell your subscribers that you personally use the program and that it has a huge benefit for your business. Tell them to have a look..maybe they like it just like you do.

The point here is that the people on your list want great content and that you need to provide it if you want to make sales. Most free programs that provide good content for free have a paid upgrade where they even provide more content or products. So promoting these programs is not like trying to sell an ebook or a software to your list, all you need to do is send them the free signup link and say hey, check it out... you'll like it... A certain percentage of your signups will upgrade and this way you make money.

List building 2.0 also means that you direct visitors from all kinds of Web 2.0 sites towards your Squeeze Page. Some Web 2.0 sites can even be used to add the autoresponder signup box on your profile. Some of these social sites have different interest groups. In this case you can go and create your own group which is very powerful because you can send them a message or publish news and announcements in the group and try to get them on your personal newsletter.

The Profit Work From Home system can also be used to build your list. You'll see that if you work it, then our system will become your biggest lead source. You can add your free gift that you give out to subscribers who opt-in to your list. All gifts will be shown inside the member area where everybody can signup for your list to get the gift. The Top 10 gifts will also be shown on the outside system where the general traffic can signup for them.

The plus and minus entities that the author wrote about are mental proje c-tions, often called “thought forms.” In this case, they represent two extremes of his own personality. But dwelling on the phenomena of thought forms misses the point. The plus and minus entities exist as personality aspects without having to be thought forms.

You know that you feel and act differently at different times depending on the thoughts and feelings brought forth by the circumstances at hand. One way of saying it is that you have several personalities and are accustomed to changing from one to another seamlessly. Here “personality” means yourself acting within some established pattern of behavior. Upon examination, you can see that each personality arises from activating a set of beliefs and as-sumptions about people, circumstances, and the world in general.

The minus-entity, then, is one?s “self” acting with debilitating, self-defeating beliefs. The plus-entity is one?s self acting with empowering beliefs about itself and the surrounding world. Picturing it in terms of two separate entities is an effective way to contrast the two viewpoints and to remind yourself of the one you prefer to embody.

The terms themselves, however, could use some updating. So, if you don?t mind, I will use the terms “positive self” and “negative self” in place of plus-entity and minus-entity for the remainder of this essay.

The positive self need not be thought of as a separate entity, yet there?s no harm in doing so if it suits you. You can then use the image to help you get into the positive-self mindset. You can imagine it moving toward you and then engulfing your body and taking over. Or you can imagine putting on the head of the positive self as if putting on a helmet. As you pull it down over your head, imagine your feelings and attitude changing to that of the positive self.

You are indeed the master of your destiny, and all the things you value in life are yours if you just take action and claim them. That often involves receiving them in exchange for service you give to others, service that is well within your capabilities.
